Morse-It Comments & Reviews 2026
Made it easy to learn. Having the decode screen on my phone meant I can practice sending anywhere and anytime. It really made a difference to keep me learning. One of the few apps on my phone I use daily.
By far the best Morse app on any platform.. I purchased Morse-It app with my iPhone then put it on my iPad without having to purchase it again, as I expected. Then I purchased the premium upgrade on the phone but I was not getting it on the iPad. I emailed the developer and described the issue. They responded the same day, with instructions to use the restore button on the iPad, it worked. I have tried many Morse apps, some on desktop, this one is by far the BEST app, and customer support. 10 stars.
Decent but Koch trainer stalls sometimes. There's a decent basis here for a great app, but I've had intermittent issues with the trainer getting stuck. Sometimes input will stall when Morse is being generated. Other times I've had the tone output stutter or get stuck (extremely long dash) this seems worse with non-default keyboards, but also occurs with the default Apple keyboard) The Farnsworth interval doesn't seem as consistent either (it'd be nice to have that in the settings section) These minor issues make it a little frustrating when you're learning!
Love it. A full functioning Morse learning environment. I just completed a DYI project to link my key to a Bluetooth device so I can practice sending and recovering without bothering anyone. The program is robust and can cater to your CW needs. It’s a lot of fun. Give it a spin
Amazing. I find the app very simple to navigate and to use, and buying the additional package for learning was well worth it. I learned a lot from this app. 10/10
Definitely the best App for learning Morse. I started tapping on my phone screen before I realized I could pair my Xbox controller! Having a physical, mechanical controller makes a big diffference Buy the extras: 1)Support the app developer and 2)you can find the CWops in some book but to have it built-in and interactive is what learning Morse on an iOS device is about.
Like the app. The design is very good. It can help you to continue learning; timing of dits and dahs. Another tool to keep practicing. Allows practice away from home.
Excellent training aid. I'm an old school military CW intercept technician. Cut my teeth on Chinese and Viet Cong tactical military Morse nets. This is a first-class training system, particularly since I can set parameters of all kinds. I recommend this to anyone learning Morse and for us old operators working our receive comprehension upwards from 30-wpm.
Was Excellent 👎. Was a Beautiful app. "Now their ripping people off with subscription fees, with the excuse of their providing new upgrades, that I don’t care about.” 😡 (( subscriptions are for magazines. )) - Some applications require regular updates because much of their content changes, monthly or at least bimonthly. I have a number of large and complex applications that are not only for phones but computers too, that almost never need updates. It’s because they were very well thought out, and written well to begin with. Eventually some of the apps offered some great extras if you wanted them, but they worked wonderful all by themselves. The one time expense of the extras varied according to their content or complexity. Some were very nice, and I did purchase them. (Subscription was never mentioned). What’s to prevent you from changing your other applications to subscriptions. "I have kept your app as a novelty, and I know most people don’t even use morris anymore.” I won’t pay an unnecessary subscription for an unnecessary novelty application. It’s kinda like a fidget spinner, because it’s sort of fun to play with once in a while, and it’s educational. So don’t get me wrong, because it was great the way it was.
Unbelievable resource for learning CW!. I’ve used several apps for learning CW and this one is the best. I’ve used it for making ringtones for most of my contacts. You can make audio files of anything you want tailored to your skill level. You can study anywhere with just your phone.
As good as advertised. Copies any clean signal from the radio and does a good job with signals with a little QRM too. I copied W1AW at 35 wpm and it didn’t miss a letter. You can enter your own text and it sends it to you perfectly. Well worth a dollar.
Could be better.. 1. Can you add vibrate toggle switch to be able to turn vibration on or off. 2. The decode option doesn’t work properly. There are either delays in the picking up the WPM or it’s deciding too fast leading it to displaying the wrong letter. A smart auto-correct option might be required to were it looks back at the word and autocorrects it for what it needs to be. The haptic feedback still doesn’t appear to be working even after it was turned on. Can this be fixed in the next update?
Too many bugs. The iambic keyer behaves erratically. At times you will touch dit and it will give you a dah. The cw interpreter requires perfect millisecond timing, something a human can not do. However, if one pause was slightly to short or too long, a human listening on the other side of a QSO would not be able to tell the difference. In the cwops academy, these little time differences make you have to totally start the exercise over. Fine when it is one or 2 words. A nightmare when you get to the QSO sections. It seems you can hardly get to the 4th word without some small variation forcing you to start all over again.
Great training aid. I’ve been practicing most every day. I’ve got the letters and numbers down. Still working on my listening skills to have both send and receive skills sharpened.
Stable and Well Thought Out. I've downloaded a few CW training apps in my on again off again autodidactic quest to master Morse. All the other apps I downloaded (some of them pretty decent) have since disappeared from the Apple Store, but Morse-It is still around. That says a lot.
Worth the $!. I used this app as a companion while learning CW though CW Ops. It really helped me stay on top of studying and allowed for a decent practice option when I wasn’t near a radio. Definitely recommend the app if you’re trying to learn CW. Make sure to check out the CW ops practice option in the app.
Great Program!. I used a variety of app but this one was/is my favorite. —-update—- I’ve used it for a long time now. Still the best app out there!
Great app for learning. I’ve used Morse apps dating back to The Mill on DOS and this one is definitely the best I’ve worked with, and has taught me the most. I started with it while taking the CWOps course and have continued to use it to improve my skills.
Excellent App. This App should be on every phone, it has the potential to save people, in life threatening situations. Being a Nam Vet, I know how important it is to be rescued - this app should be on every phone no matter who the maker is.
Great App!. This is the best app I've found for learning CW. I use the Koch trainer mostly, but the tap function is also good for practicing sending. I also use the decode function for very fast CW.
Morse-it iPhone app. I still find it picks up a lot of ambient noise off the radio speaker and attempts to decode it. Otherwise, if I keep the volume low and the CW signal is strong, Morse-it will copy at 99%. It works well. 👍🏼👍🏼
Generally good design.... Comprehensive and adaptable. I like that I can create my own practice lists. The encoding and decoding is fun but not very useful if you already send well. Listening is a different matter and Morse-It does a good job with ear training. I give it four stars only because the interface is slightly clunky. However, the app hasn't crashed on me yet.
Thumbs up. I have used most of the CW apps available on the App Store, and this one is consistently my favorite. Very versatile and powerful, and great user interface. De AG5YN
Bait & Switch, features not included, please refund. The app claims to offer the ability to change timing, which makes it easier to attain very high speeds. The app doesn’t tell you that this is disabled unless you pay an additional five dollars. Might have purchased it if this was made clear upfront.
Works alright, but much more to buy for full functionality. The 99 cent app will get you basic functionality, but really another $5 to make it fully functional is a little lopsided... my star rating reflects 5 stars for the product 0 stars for the price and 2 stars since the paid basic version has annoying ads...
Amazing app !!. This app is very cool and useful! And also it can be used without the need for internet, I have never regretted that I paid money for it worth every cent I really paid, and I would definitely advise my friends to buy it! , Thanks to everyone who worked on this app ❤️.
Get it. I use a paddle interface from Ham Radio Solutions and an iambic paddle from American Morse Equipment with this app. It’s an amazing tool for learning CW. You could easily learn CW with only this app. Highly recommended.
Great. Great way to learn, practice, and train Morse. By typing what you tap, you can practice the patterns AND the timing. The only thing that would make it better if there was an extension for the iPhone keyboard, so you can Morse to a friend (not just an extension like GBoard that uses Morse input to type normal text)
Awesome app!. I am coming back to Morse for the second time. Was 13 wpm copy once before but never got the hang of sending. I’m going to get the Ipac and give it a shot. This app seems to have the bells and whistles. I am pleased with it thus far.
Updated: Best morse training. Using for a few years. The best morse training app on ios. Subscription is a little steep but the feature set is unparalleled. The flashcards feature is so great, my fist and copy have drastically increased using it along with Farnsworth spacing and Koch character training sets. It is the best, most complete Morse app. Period. Look no further.
Great flexible Morse trainer app. Really a robust and great app. Lots of settings to tweak to learning level. Used another app to learn letters then this great app (Morse-it) to gain speed in recognizing characters and practicing straight key. I don’t write many reviews but this app is great and I tried just about all of them in App Store. Highly recommend this app for new Morse learners!
Update. I figured out how to buy the learning aids without the social club. $8.99 and worth it. When I went to paid App Store figured out I already paid for the upgrade, so not charged an additional/. $8.99. My
Best App Available. Morse-it, with its recent changes, is now the best training app for those serious about mastering Morse as a language. There is an in-app option to unlock additional modes. I recommend simply including it in the total purchase price. I feel there are better apps for learning letters, but once you graduate to learning whole words and phrases, this is the app you want. The ability to text others exported Morse audio is also fun (if you have a training partner). This is one of the few apps to support this feature. 73 de N2OW
What I’ve been looking for!. Still a great training tool for sending and receiving. Everything I’ve been looking for in a training tool to learn CW. Update: I have since been practicing with the app and have bought Iambic Paddle along with the IPad controller and they both are a great addition to the app. Thank you!
Top Notch Practice Tool. I am a CWAcademy student and this has been an invaluable asset on my code-learning journey. I’m also very impressed with the responsiveness of the developer when I had an issue. If you’re learning CW, I highly recommend this app. 73
Responsive Dev Dedicated to the Product. The dev responded quickly to my review and educated me about the process to turn off review prompts in iOS (a pet peeve). Francis, you rock! The app is the best in most regards for learning CW. It pairs well with Ham Morse. If you are doing CW Ops, it is great because all of Level 1 is built in. For Level 2, I am making a custom list of words to work on word recognition and review using the Quiz portion of the app. Also, this app is by far the easiest way to make CW ringtones
Outstanding app for CW training on the go. I used this app to learn CW and have been successful using my skills over the air thanks to this tool
Truly an amazing app if only.... ...the lack of documentation didn’t serve to keep most of it’s awesome features a mystery! It is completely maddening to know there is must be a feature that does this or that only to be left to stumble around in the dark. It is certainly an Apple standard to build a product so well-designed that no instructions are necessary — do you have any idea how much work it is to attain that standard?! You are not even close! Please, please document this application. it is not nearly as much fun as developing a wicked cool app, but I can guarantee it would be the best CW application ever if only people could know what it can and does do! And please, take a look at what text and vids you to have out there — it is most misleading, inadequate, or assumes the user can read your minds.
Best Darn CW App Ever!. I've used this for all my studies with the Long Island CW Club. It allowed me greater flexibility when cutting and pasting text for CW practice. It does a great job converting from CW to text to audio files. I still use this daily to keep my instant character recognition viable. "Greatest Morse study App, ever!"
User friendly. This app is easy to get around. I am a newish ham learning cw so it’s very nice to open it up and start Keying. It seems to me that an experienced ham radio operator took a lot of time designing this to work great.
Best decoder. I use this only for practicing sending CW with the gain on my receiver turn down and only using the side tone. Headphone connected to the radio and the cups over the mike on my iPad. Decodes 100% of what I send at any character speed. I use it to make sure my words do not run together and correct spacing between letters. Just need to send cw a few times to allow the app to sync. I’m currently up to sending 24-26 wpm.
Great CW Practice. Trying to increase my copy speed from 13 wpm up to 20+ and starting to see a difference after using Morse-It!
Good app. Used it for a few years now. I like the app, even decoding direct from radio speaker works better than expected.
Awesome App!. I’m learning Morse and find this app a valuable training tool. I love being on the and use the decoder next to the radio so I can understand what is being coded. Works ok and it does pick up words here and there. But I guess if it’s being coded properly it decodes superbly. The only way to be serious about learning is to force oneself on the air cause that’s when it gets real and all pistons need to be firing on all 12 cylinders LOL. Seen the upgrade features alert about the haptics but clicked the message off before looking to see how to set it up.
Buy the app and support the developer. It’s unreal how many features you get for 0.99 cents. Don’t be cheap people...it’s .99 cents and has fantastic features.
Simply the Best. Excellent app with a long history. I can’t imagine any other app would be better. Thanks to the developer for being so responsive.
Great app for practicing CW!. I’ve been using this app to increase my speed in both sending and listening CW. The customizable settings allow me to mimic my paddles on my radio. Now I can practice almost anywhere.
Awesome app!. Awesome app. Lots of very useful features. I recently started the CWOPS course and it has the beginner practice sessions included, but using the macro function I added the top 100 common words, state abbreviations, and some W1AW practice transmissions and can use them in the Konch module. Too many features to list, it best app I’ve tried and certainly best I’ve bought.
Excellent tool. I’ve tried a bunch of programs and methods to learn CW. This is the first one where I see confirmed progress. I set the CWOPS speed to 30-35 and run thru the sections and don’t proceed until I nail the section. I try to use it daily for at least 15 mins. Highly recommend.
My goto app for Morse practice.. Morse-it was a great app when I first got it a while back and they keep making improvements. Thank you.

Best Morse app. As an inexperienced Morse user I have found this app the best of the couple I have tried. Easy to use and allows encoding and decoding
Alanox. Very good cw program. Great for improving cw speed.
Great trainer just what I was looking for. Worth it great value
Good but over priced. If you want to learn there are free apps that will teach you just the same. The only thing this app has that is good is it can listen to Morse and decode it for you
Decoder is completely useless. The decoder does not work for me at all. If chose 15 wpm in Settings, and set my keyer to 15 wpm. The decoder outputs gibberish.
Excellent!. This is a really excellent app! The "Text to Morse" feature works really well, with the full-screen animation and the "Morse to Text" feature works great as well. The alphabet also comes in handy. Thanks for creating this very useful and easy to use app. It's definately worth the $1.19!
Excellent!. It's very easy to use and it does help me to learn morse code, I love the way to practice morse code by touching the screen! Highly recommend to someone who want to learn morse code effectively instead of just memorise table.
Fun and educational. Good app
Stormy423. This is a ripper app!upgraded to the premium version.this is good for play to serious, and everything in between! I’ve had this app for ages, the upgrade just makes this an awesome app. I love it 🤘
Awesome App!. You get so much for your money! You can use it to learn Morse code, translate audio code into text (through the microphone), translate text into audio/light signals, and it comes with a "tap" feature which is basically a pocket-sized straight key. I love this app and I can't imagine what more you could want... except maybe an iPad version! ... and I haven't even upgraded to the premium version.
Quality App. This is a fantastic app. It is of high quality and great for anyone learning Morse !
Perfect CW tool. Perfect to practice CW anywhere anytime.
Unbelievably good app. This app is so so much more than I expected (even without the in app purchase). Absolutely blown away, the fact that it can decode Morse from the microphone is crazy. Very much worth the dollar.
The best. This app is the best one.
Great Concept Fully Executed. As usual, another awesome app has been provided to us by Francis Bonnin and Paco Labs. When you get apps from this developer, you know that you are in great hands. As for this app itself, I have bn searching for an app exactly like this. I had tried some free versions but they were more like games. This app is what I expected it to be - it shows and teaches you various ways of using morse code, by entering everything manually or u can cut the time down by using what's bn provided. Much appreciation for another 5 Star App Francis :)
a great app. This is a great learning tool if you hook up an external key. I’ll have to revise my rating, I’m finding that sometimes the key interface stops working although the keyboard event viewer in the hardware interface shows the interface is working and the correct character is showing when the key is pressed. The only way I can bring it to life again is to delete it from the iPad and reinstall. Than set it up again.
Unfortunately doesn’t work. Am I missing something? I am a radio hobbyist and while scanning all types of frequencies often come across lots of Morse code and try to decode it but unfortunately it just translates scrambled jargon even when the signal is clear and loud with no static noise behind it.
Great!. Very useful! I've used it in my local Boys' Brigade company! Keep on with updates!
Perfect for when needing to communicate with injector morse.. Fun and well put together.
Awesome. Very good app...loving it...never crash.
Best of the lot. I downloaded every Morse Code trainer I could find and this one came up as the best option. It’s easy to learn how to tap out Morse Code but I find the decoding really tricky. Most Morse trainers have few decoding functions. Although it’s a bit tricky this app has a reasonably good decoding trainer. This is a great app for learning how to tap out Morse Code with sound or light.
Love it. I never grew up knowing Morse Code but this App has been a great Teacher.
It's good. It's really good if you want to learn morse code
HAMC. Good app
Useful app. Quite a useful application for those wanting to learn morse code or use morse code. Just be aware that even though it's a paid app, it's not the full version - you need to pay again for that. Still great value without those premium features, though.
Keeps me current. I use this Morse app on my iPhone to talk to my mates in a room with others who can’t read Morse.
Decode not working. The decode function is unusable. It adds dots at the start or end of the received letter. A (Dit Dah) is decoded as R (Di Dah Dit), an E is decoded as I, and so on. Sometimes the dot is added at the beginning of the letter. Most free apps have better decoders than this. Thumbs down from me.
Perfect. Amazing app
Great. This has been great for me helping me to perfect me dits and dahs. Gives me an idea what the other end is hearing and how a sloppy finger can so easily change the letter, thanks so much for this tool!!
Thomsk. I've been waiting for something like this now stick a notch filter on the audio in and this would be awesome and how about an rtty converter add on too keep up the good work very very intuitive
Morse it. Excellent program. Works as expected and does not crash. Many useful features. Koch method for learning is great and most settings are variable.
Review. Excellent app. Audio nice, duration is spot on. Intuitive to use.
Sucker. I really dislike apps that require in-app purchases to realise their promised capabilities. See ya later.
Brilliant!. I would happily pay more for this App. US$1 for this brilliant application is a bargain. I was always intrigued about Morse (though I do not use it in daily life), and this app made it so much easier to comprehend and use. Congratulations to the Developer and may be see more apps of this quality to come.

Great app. Using it to learn Morse for my cW certificate
Great app. Use it often to Morse code Tex messages instead of typing
Amazing. Unreal app. Very cool!
The best morse code app I’ve found!. I’m thankful it exists. I love “writing” in morse code.
Smashing tool. Great practice tool
Bogus. Does not translate audio morse as it claims!!
Great App. Great morse code tutor program, the Koch method had me copying morse at full speed 20-25 wpm) within a month. Had tried the old increasing speed method to no avail, once you mastered a slow speed you had to learn it all over again at the next speed, very frustrating.
10/10. Pour le prix il y a énormément de fonctionnalités
Great update. Nice update. Good uTube video demo too. Great little app and very good interface. Like it a lot. The listen & translate feature works... Worth a look. Hopefully future update we'll get the camera to "see & translate"... That would make it awesome!
A great app!. I haven't touched CW since getting my 12wpm endorsement over 20 years ago. I now find myself tuning around the HF bands and wanting to work CW. I'm using this app to brush up and the app is super! The author thought of everything! Well done! VE3TYG
Great app. Lots of useful features.. Nice nice
Know it already. Omg i did i book that showed this there was a joke went like this (how do frogs right letters)/i don't know how/(by morse toed)
Still amazing year over year!. Tried and true year over year
tec_64. Thumbs up!
Great practice tool!. I learned Morse almost 60 years ago and have no real reason to use it BUT it is important to me not to forget it. It could be my lifeline if ever I am unable to communicate any other way.
Love it!. Exactly what I was looking for! An app tha allows me to practice my Morse sending and receiving skills! :-)
5 stars. Excellent
Fun app. Entertaining and amusing
Way cool. Well done. Thanks guys!
Totally worth it if you want to learn CW. Excellent interphase, well thought out. And if you connect it to a key then it’s the most portable way to learn CW on the go.
Great app, but lacks users.. Amazing tool to learn and practice CW. The games are fun, and the ability to train is good. 73
Great teaching and practice tool!. Great for learning, and for keeping the skill up. Thanks for a great resource!
I wish I found it sooner!. This is really the best app for a phone to play extensive sections of text in Morse code. With the capacity of modern devices, an entire book could be pasted into a macro and translated to code. I’ve been listening to poems. The WPM and Farnsworth speeds are adjustable. The default flashing light and dots/dashes can be turned off so only the audio is present. With a bit of hardware it is possible to use the app with your favourite paddle to practice sending. No need to buy a practice keyer.
Cool!. Very good! But would be great if you could make it listen to morse code with the iPhone mic and translate it...
Brilliant!. I am just starting out to learn morse code. This app has helped me to learn the alphabet in 20minutes! It's very cool, and something I've always wanted learn. It's not a conclusive way to learn however as it doesn't give you things to translate back into English. It's a good way to practise using the code.
Great App. I use it in class to demonstrate Morse code to my study group at McGill (University) Community for Lifelong Learning. It is very popular.wee
This is a great app to learn or practise Morse.. Highly recommended.
Fonctionne très bien.. Je l'utilise pour enseigner le morse au louveteaux.
Morse-It. This is a really great application as others have already commented. It has all of the bases covered except for possibly being able to generate text on the computer and be able to load that information into the iPod for playback as training files. I would like to see that if it could be done smoothly and easily as some of the laptop based Morse instruction packages can do. Anyway, by far the best iPod app for studying Morse so far. Looking forward to any further improvements such as that mentioned. Thanks for the great piece of work. VA7DH
Adventurer. Great tool! Thanks for making learning accessible and easy.
Morse-it V3.0.1. For the price, this is a great learning tool, easy to use, you can learn anywhere, beats the day when you needed to be home to pratice CW, Good Job 73`s
Very good practice to regain speed. I really appreciate this app, it helps me to get back to speed on my morse and it points my occasionals errors. Great i needed that...
Morse. good program, easy to use and full TSX
Good app. It's good app. It worth 5$ for the koch method. Koch implementation is ok- similar to LCWO. I wish compare results function was implemented better as its hard (not possible)to see were you made a mistake. Tap function is good- nothing to change here. Decoder is ABSOLUTELY useless I tried Sdr through headphones (10% success ) I tried FT-857 speaker S9 signal - no success. Overall 4 star if you buy Koch . P.s I bought ham morse as well - what a waist.!!!
Next Version please include Callsigns in the Quiz section choices; ie letters, numbers, Callsigns.. Love all the improvements in the recent Version but I find myself going back and forth between the Morse-It app and the Koch app because the Koch app has a random Callsigns choice and Morse-It does not. Please in the next version include Callsigns in at least the Quiz section; throughout Morse-It app would be great. Letters and numbers are good but the true test is when they are together in Callsigns. Thank You Morse-It for a great app and considering my suggestion. 73 de VA7LTX
Great. Amazingly fun app, multi functional too
Good application. I like this because it permits me to practice almost anywhere anytime. Robert
Morse-It. Features not available unless you buy the full version, another $5, are always displayed trying to trick you into purchasing them. Shame on you! At least give me a chance to disable or remove them. This app is not worth the price. Played with this app for a few months now & like it even less. Zero
Finally, a good Morse app.. Title says it all. The App Store is a wasteland of bad Morse learning apps. After an exhaustive search spanning years, this one does it all, and knocks it out of the park. Great value and great design. The additional features are premium but worth it.
$11.99 to unlock features. This requires an additional fee to enable most features
Great for learning Morse. Can’t think of any other features it would be :)
Outstanding!. Completely comprehensive..can't imagine any other functions or anything more usable.
Nice App. Not bad please update app will not decode like before.
Nags you to buy $5 premium features.. Many of the features of this program are locked unless you pay another $5. This would be acceptable except for the fact that premium buttons are mixed in with free features so you are constantly are faced with a page telling you to upgrade. This program should be free if it's going to nag you for an in-app purchase.
By Far The Best. This is the most comprehensive and versatile Morse app by far. The paid upgrade is well worth it if you have more than a passing interest in learning/using Morse code. Every other app only does a small fraction of what this can do. I know. I’ve tried most of them.
Ce. A very usefull learning tool
Ham. Great practice tool.
Excellent. Great tool utilizing multiple teaching methods that will satisfy most learning styles. Thank you for a fantastic product! My one complaint is the move to a subscription service. Like so many other products now, the only way to enjoy them is to commit to a monthly fee, which is out of reach of many people. I wish this decision had not been made as it would allow for more people to enjoy the product in the spirit of amateur radio. 73.

Great CW Practice. Trying to increase my copy speed from 13 wpm up to 20+ and starting to see a difference after using Morse-It!
Great app!. I use this for some of my practice sessions when not home or stuck in car. Works great!
Just what I was looking for. I started CWops Academy and this app has helped with my study of CW I am no longer tied to a website to practice.
My goto app for Morse practice.. Morse-it was a great app when I first got it a while back and they keep making improvements. Thank you.
A good resource for Morse. For $6 in total, this App gives a lot. I’ve used it in the car, working around the house, etc. I’ve used Koch, Farnsworth and varying speeds,
Like the app. The design is very good. It can help you to continue learning; timing of dits and dahs. Another tool to keep practicing. Allows practice away from home.
The MORSE-IT app is very good!. I enjoy the MORSE-IT app because i can easily use it anywhere. Lots of features too.
No complaints. I could nit pick, but I could do that with anything
Awesome. It is rare to find a mobile app this good. Great UX and great for learning Morse. I can practice my copy on the go with my phone. Highly configurable.
Great tool!. This app has been a easy aid to help with my keying AND to hear CW. I try and practice a little in the morning and evening and. This has improved my cell skills tremendously!! *****
Love this app. Love this app and its functions. Have tried the new update yet but I am sure it’s good
Great !. Really has a lot of features and very easy to use!
fantastic. most features are free. Was worth purchasing premium access to use farnsworth speed and practice cw ops academy lessons and exercises in the app.
Amazing App. This app clicked with me in an instant. Thanks to this app, I memorized the alphabet in 2 hours. I love it, it’s really addicting. I love love love love love it. Thank you for making it.
Almost hooligan purchasing requirements. Without premium futures of five bucks, it is no point to purchase as there are already many free alternatives with all non-premium features. Don’t get me wrong - the app itself is very good. However, their selling logic is hooligan, at least as far as I see it.
Good starting app. It works pretty good. The new update seems to be better than the old one.
Most amazing !!!! vital app it’s on limited to your creative ability. Most amazing vital app it’s on limited to your creative ability
Good for training. If you want to work on keying, this is a good way to do it on your phone, much cheaper than physical trainers ($60-$70 for a good one)
Great app !!. Being able to use an actual key to practice Morse is really great !!
Training on the go. I’ve been really happy with this app. I used it to supplement the CWOps CW Academy course that I took. The Koch trainer was especially helpful for me. Thanks!
Very helpful, works great.. Intuitive and easy to use
Great. Fantastic training tool, especially when paired with the TinyMIDI paddle from N6ARA. The subscription to access the good stuff is negligibly priced and worth every penny.
Should not charge you twice. Once you pay and install the APP you realize there are additional features, only available after another payment of more than the double of what you’ve already paid. Not a honest move! Very disappointing.
Basic purchase includes nothing useful. The app itself should be free if all its distinguishing features are behind subscription paywalls. I see no reason why basic listening practice should require a social club membership.
Addictive and just plain fun. I’m new at this but I like the app. Simple and clear.
CWOPS and Morse-it. I’m in the CWops beginner program and Morse-it has the CWops training levels as a practice option. Great for slipping in a quick training!
Bait and switch. This app seems great but after spending $0.99 on it I was a little aggravated that in order to actually use the Koch and other advertised features I needed to dish out another $4.99. If they offered it for free trial with a premium in-app purchase I would have given this 5 stars. Very shady business practice.
Great CW learning tool. Multiple methods to use to suit your learning style with premium version. So happy I bought it.
Ready for the end of civilization. This app helped me to be prepared for our next stage as humanity, where digital cease to exist
Thumbs up. I have used most of the CW apps available on the App Store, and this one is consistently my favorite. Very versatile and powerful, and great user interface. De AG5YN
Fantastic. I decided to learn Morse. This app, with the purchase, tests you every way possible. And you can practice in more ways than one.
Great way to practice with the Tap it mode. This combines the skill of doing words and spacing them out properly. My only comment is to hopefully start the beginning letter capitalized everytime a new line is started. Thanks! -Jojo KN6HTD
Outstanding. I’m 77 years old and this App has helped tremendously in learning CW. The additional options are very reasonable in price and worth the one time investment.
More or less the other it. About world, information, endothermic, exothermic Indothermic
Newbe. 3 or 4 days and I feel like I’m able to send at 10wpm. Still working on listening. Treat it like a language, immerse yourself, and it comes quickly. Speed comes with practice.
An excellent CW tutor. This is the Swiss Army knife of CW training utilities. It even has links to information on to use it with hardware. I love the practice utils. Thank you.
Great App!. This is the best app I've found for learning CW. I use the Koch trainer mostly, but the tap function is also good for practicing sending. I also use the decode function for very fast CW.
Best. Excellent app. Tap is a bit squirrelly on higher WPM but that has more to do with the touch screen than the app itself.
Outstanding app for CW training on the go. I used this app to learn CW and have been successful using my skills over the air thanks to this tool
Much needed. Like the changes. Learning to read words not just letters
Good app. Used it for a few years now. I like the app, even decoding direct from radio speaker works better than expected.
Bucket list item:. Thanks for creating this tutorial.
Just use Koch training method in this App. Read Breaking the Barrier and use Koch method and you’ll be Amazed. Ok so I’m only on 5 letters but it’s at ~15 WPM. Crazy. I’ve tried for 4 years and could never break 5 WPM.
Great Morse learning. I’ve had this app for a few years and it just gets better with time.
Good. A little clumsy in some places (button locations next to delete etc) but good app. Would like to see effective speed addd.
Smart learning. A great tool using a structured repetitive approach to learn Morse without mental translation to dots and dashes and then to a letter. Many other great features. For me, it was just what I hoped it would be.
Very impressive. I’ve been nothing but surprised with the functionality and depth of this app. Good purchase.
Supports family sharing. In app purchases are not shared with family members
Amazing. I’ve used this app a thousand times and will spend days on this app it is very good!
Works. Seems to have everything I need. No problems yet. Good app
