Counting the ways I love my Cashman Casino app. I never used to gamble, never seen the appeal. In the last few years I’ve found my feelings have polarized in those regards. Relative to before now I’d say I’m a gambler in comparison. Spending a lot of time and money going to the casino. In the past few years I’ve started cultivating my gambling identity and so far my W/L ratio is fairly even. Now after finding and installing the Cashman app on my phone, I can better learn the rules of each game and its mechanics. It’s ubër fun and addictive but less harmful on your wallet and it’s a gas saver and minimizes wear and tear on my vehicle going to the casino all the time. Your app is gonna help me build up my specialized skill set with the knowledge to start winning a lot more cash when and if I ever make it to another casino because I’m starting to love the app more than the casino.

Rips you off, no loyalty perks!. I’ve gambled for most of my adult life, & gambled all over the world. I play these online games to amuse myself & keep me occupied during my down time when not working. I know casinos online & real are in business to make money, I get that & I have no issue support that. However what I don’t like are companies that take advantage of loyal customers & use analytics to screw their customers. Once the online casinos learn your habits they exploit them. I have spent over $2,000 on Mr. Cashman in less than 3 months. The money is not a big deal I spend much more than that at real Casinos, however every purchase I’ve made, I can’t even play for more than an hour before the coins are gone & that’s with modest wagers. You get nothing from Mr. cashman, no loyalty bonuses, no discounts after spending a certain amount. I am deleting the app, I’ll stick with Jackpot Party & other online casinos that at least allow more frequent & better wins, & have loyalty perks. Can’t wait until COVID gets a bit better so I can start spending my money in Brick & mortar casinos rather than paying these crooks on here.

Try your luck. I have had a love hate relationship with this app, it seems that the only time I’ve been able to get ahead on this app is when I spend money for coins. There was about a 2 hour window when the app would actually give off the vibe of winning. But it didn’t matter how much I would buy the end result was always the same. My going balance would always end up at 0. The daily bonus available has a jackpot that I’m pretty sure no one ever gets and I always have the luck of receiving the smallest allotted amount which is 20,000 coins. Which in this app get you nothing. Minimal bonuses with minimal wins. I know this app is has a business aspect behind it but for Christ’s sake they could at least be a little more friendly about giving wins to their players. Needless to say I will not be spending my money on this app again. Only to see it dwindle away to no profit or gain to me. Now if you don’t believe that this app is a business read the automated response they are going to leave to this review it should match pretty much everyone who left a negative review. Best Like Real Casino Game. Games are fun, many to choose from. Hopefully winning a grand symbol on a real isn’t a once in a life time thing like a real casino though! I suggest at times, waiting for the right times to buy coins when deals arrive. Premium pass is worth the money but you need to spend like $20 or a little more to boost you to the top level price. It was 22m coins for $2.99. One last thing. When betting, look at your 50,000 bet as $5 bet and 100,000 as a $10 bet, ect. I think it helps maintain some better ideology as to what I’d truly spend in real life slots. Example: 10,000 is $1 in my eyes. Betting lower can give you more chances at a larger win to continue raising bets later for the reward level ups which gets you coins (ie the premium pass), you’ll need to bet 50,000 or more to get those level ups. And that’s where spending maybe a real $20 or more on coins + not bidding too high to run out of coins before getting the “bingo” (that’s how premium level up works, an achievement bingo board),helps achieve or maybe somewhat guarantee the max premium pass reward. They need to make the second round of bingo after 1st board completion, worthy of buying coins like in the first board. Otherwise it seems unattainable.

Fun but don’t listen to their customers. I have played this game for years and enjoyed it for the most part. I often purchase coins but look forward to the daily bonus on Facebook. I usually receive 5 million coins per day due to my play history and coin purchases. Before the holidays, I started having issues receiving my daily bonus and for the last 3 days have had the same issue. The link takes me to the App Store page for Cashman casino and if I open the app from the page I don’t get the free coins but when you contact tech support, they tell you got the coins. I have reported the issue consistently on their Facebook fan page and to tech support. It’s sad that they don’t listen to their customers and fix issues. I’m sure the issue will continue and I refuse to continue buying a service from a company who doesn’t value their customers. It takes time to reach out to tech support everyday and the issue never gets resolved.

Real slots + frustration. Update 5/5/22: I used to enjoy this app , but the bonuses are sparse , rewards are very stingy and the pop ups are so annoying that I’m probably going to delete it after this event, which I will never win because even building up to the highest chest or ticket bonus doesn’t give me any new items, seems like you have to spend money for that :( 1st review: I enjoy this app because it allows me to play some of my favorite slot machines I find at the real casino like “Jewel of the Enchantress“ and “Miss Kitty“. Why I shouldn’t give it a five star. I been playing this game for a While now and have not been able to play from my own account . Every time I log out it give me the guest option but the facebook option log in to my friend page. Another thing I paid over three hundred dollar on the app and I don’t even get V.I.P privileges and I alway end up buying more coin just to keep playing . Terrible Odds. This game gives you no choice but to spend real money in order to keep playing. The odds are by far even worse than an actual casino and I believe that’s the point. They want you to keep spending your hard earned money in order to enjoy the experience of their app. By all means if you have a casino nearby your money would be better spent there. At least you have the possibility of winning some real money there. This app is a joke. They should increase the odds purely for the entertainment aspect and quit trying to drain people’s bank accounts. That’s why I give this app 5 stars. Review. Worst payout ever! Rip off. Do not buy coins from this site. Been playing for a long time and would to win once in a while. Be sure to take a screenshot of your game malfunctions. My husband was playing a game and was winning. Surprised?? Us too. Then it was in the middle of a bonus and it was racking us points like crazy. Like over 274,000,000. Needless to say we were excited beyond belief! Then guess what. Magic Pearl Crashes during bonus consistently. I put in a ticket every time the game crashed during the Magic Pearl bonus round. I only got reimbursed once. I also took screenshots of the crashes. I have an iPhone 7 plus. I make sure that there are no apps open when I'm playing. Still the game consistently would crash during the bonus. The support center admitted there's a problem but they are fixing it. I have a copy of that message. Here is what they said: Thank you for contacting Customer Support. Horrible payouts. I downloaded this app a few years ago. It payed out in the beginning but then sucked up all my coins with very little payback in regular spins and bonus rounds. Ended up deleting it, wasn’t entertaining anymore. Thought I would try it again thinking they made it with better odds since it’s an app, trying to get people into the casinos to play their games. I Get It but, Come On. Update****. I know you’re going to put free coin ads up all the time. Ok. But could you at least not place them over the same area of the screen where we are pressing to spin? And I know that is done by allowing users to win in the beginning, get up big, then take their coin balance down to zero (throwing in bingo and other silly distractions to keep it as engaging as possible). Rone. I don’t like the fact that you guys say if you bet hi you win more. I purchased two packages that totaled 457 coins per package on two different days and before I got or hit a bonus betting high as you guys told me to do or recommend. Give more bonus rounds. Nearly Unplayable. Even though I find the free bonus coin amounts ridiculously low (usually just 20k before the multiplier), my biggest issue is with the constant “connection lost” messages that appear whenever I get into a slot bonus, or while playing side games (currently it’s Bingo). They never occur while playing a slot’s base game. I am running the app on my iPhone using mobile data and have done all of the recommended troubleshooting such as closing all other apps in the background, plugging my phone in while playing, and restarting my phone. I experience the same connection issues while playing Lightning Link Casino, but not with any of my other apps so it seems like the problem is on Product Madness’ end, not mine. It’s disappointing because the games are very fun and are just like the games I enjoy playing at real casinos, but the connection issues make me dread triggering any bonuses because I have to wait for the bonus to finish (which continues to run behind the error message) just to make sure the bonus winnings are added to my bank before restarting the app.

Game are fine although..... Commercial interruptions are understandable, but not when almost two thirds of the interruptions show up to inform you no commercial is currently available. You would think if you are going to interrupt our game that such interruptions would be fruitful. Actually your app has become a pain to use. Especially when a short time back a change was made wherein the amount of your play opened up at a very high amount. Numerous times after that change I failed to catch the very high amount of the bet only to lose a third of my winnings before I noticed it. Then the last time I caught the high bet but the auto play failed to quit even though the cancel auto bet was pressed numerous times. The only way it stopped was shutting down the computer. Playing your app used to be entertaining, lately it has been more than a challenge. I’ve almost reached the point of moving on to other apps. Your app has become too frustrating to play. Also, for some reason the past few weeks the app keeps cutting out, “Lost internet connection” yet, all other apps don’t experience any such error. I have even monitored the Wi-Fi connection and it shows no interuption. It’s like you really want me to leave your app. Perhaps I should because it has become an annoying experience. That is unfortunate.

Developer issues/bad payouts and bonus ratio. So I’ve played this game on and off over 4 years. Graphics are great. However from there it’s tough. This is not similar to the casino. I know the payout from the 4play Buffalo/all Buffalo slots well enough to tell you this is a rip off. Casinos give you play to keep you playing, this game drains you. Even in Vegas the original Buffalo game will pay you 50 cents if you get any 2 Buffalo/elk/eagle/wolf. It’s not the same in other states but to compensate they pay you more of the two buffalos to make up for it. I also know for a fact that bonus games come up much more in real casinos. They may not pay a lot but least they are there. This game has a 2% rate of bonus game unless it’s a new release. Then to make matters worse every time a pop up from the left or the right from their “bingo ball/boards/etc you absolutely won’t get a pay out. Considering these pop up every 3-4 spins you’re losing 25% percent of your coins at the glitches expense. It’s the same in hearts of Vegas too. Not sure who develops this but you should get with real slot players. They know why they like them and some even know the combos of how these wins should be showing up.

Cashman slots. Some nice games on this app but would like to see an opportunity to get more coins. Maybe make the wheel bonus more often, every 2-3 hrs please and maybe increase the hourly. Also it's hard to play the games requiring 40K per spin, could you lower to 20K? So here is my second review and while you are great at saying thanks for your feedback, nothing changes. Why? I have never ever won the jackpot on the wheel only the smallest amounts and It takes so long to collect enough coins to play the games and some games are too expensive for a minimum bet. Watch out Everyone!!. I got free spins on the Buffalo Diamond game. When my spins were completed, total coins won was approximately 36,000,000. Long story-short: The game glitched and did not credit my account. I contacted support and was told because I didn’t take a screenshot, I will only get 2,000,000. Seriously!!!? I’ve literally paid cash out of my bank account for coins on multiple occasions, and when I finally win a good amount of coins all by myself, I don’t even get credit to play them?!?? Game glitches = lose your money. I do enjoy myself a fun casino slot app and I have to admit this app has all the slots I love playing at a real casino. However, the down side is that it does take forever to get a bonus. The amount you lose, you’ll get in return in the bonus but it’s not all the time. And when you do get a good bonus where you actually might end up more than you lose, the game glitches and you end up not winning anything at all. The biggest upset for this app is that it glitches Your winnings. For example, I got a bonus in lighting link collecting 8 pearls, the game tells me to push to start, and after I push for the first time, the bonus ends and I don’t collect my winnings. Another time where it glitches is when in the middle of spinning the reel, my money seems to disappear. I’ve submitted a ticket for this but nothing seems to be done and all they have to say is “sorry, there is nothing we can” In conclusion, don’t waste your time and hard earn money on a game that cheats and doesn’t care the money you put in. Just head to a real casino if you itch for a quick buck.

best and worst casino app. i love the feel of this and the other product madness casino apps. i think it’s by far the most realistic experience for slot enthusiasts to have on a mobile device. HOWEVER, you guys are extremely stingy with the coins and after many weeks and hours of spinning i am thoroughly convinced that this is rigged in some way. i have created several accounts on my multiple devices and there seems to be a pattern of big spike of coins / wins at the beginning when you play for the first time, then it’s like the switch gets flipped forever and you will be lucky to get half of your money back in any given slot. the bonus rewards are a joke, i am 100% convinced that it’s impossible to get the daily jackpot. thanks for the 30,000 after i just spinned away 10 mil. as a loyal player of these apps, i feel robbed and like the time i spend on these apps is totally worthless. you guys need to learn to cater a little better to your loyal players.

Worse than a real casino. Stay away. The game algorithm is such that it will not let you win anything decent until you pay for the coins. Once you do pay, it usually will give you a decent win but then quickly the game is designed to stop paying out so you deplete your coins. This is the obvious way they make money which is smart for them since people pay a lot of money to play and they don’t actually have to pay out anything besides worthless coins unlike a real casino. Their games make u feel happy especially when your winning a lot. Even if you have bad luck it’s still entertaining and fun as you try to win of course you will lose some while your trying to win some. Don’t spend your money. As stated previously I am about to delete this app from my tablet. It will let you hit the major jackpot like 3 weeks in a row in the lower stages of levels but when you get above around 130 or so don’t spend any more money on coins cause your winning ain’t happening. T&t tool man. Would be better to be a little better at bonus been trying for a month to get going without having to buy coins but never get a decent game. Reinstalled game was able too get ahead a couple of months ago but haven’t been able to get past 5 times multiplier 1 time game is definitely geared to you having to always buy coins would love to win a great amount but never seems to happen. Terrible Company. Played this game nearly everyday 4+yrs. For the most part it was easy entertainment with good and bad days. As time goes on, the daily challenges become more difficult to complete, more spins, higher amounts to complete certain tasks, etc. It had gotten to a point where I finally reached out to their customer support in frustration telling them that it was taking too long and costing too many coins to even enjoy this game to complete Daily Challenges. Their 1st response was an automated ‘responsible play’ letter basically saying I had a gambling problem. Not quite sure how someone that has zero chance of winning actually money has a gambling problem but that got me angry and the next letter I said questioned their business practices where insulting a longtime loyal customer made sense?? Anyway, the next day I opened the game and they blocked me from opening the game throwing up a banner saying I would have to contact them for approval to request access to get in the game again. Now I can no longer complete missions or use coins that I had already invested time and money into. My hope is the rest of you remember what they do to their customers and if there is such a thing called Karma, they meet it soon.

Fun games, but losing is the name of the game!. Listen, you can spend a bundle and not even get the bonus round ONE time!!! There are some casino apps that give too many free chips and it makes it boring to play and there are some apps that are very stingy and don’t give enough, Cashman casino is one of the apps that is very stingy. As an example you get a daily bonus and 98% of the time you get the minimum amount possible on the daily bonus so you could’ve worked very hard to get up to five times multiplier on the bonus and then you end up getting 20,000 multiplied times five and if you don’t have any multipliers you get 20,000 chips a day l, that is only two spins with the minimum bet of 10k. I’ve even tried purchasing chips and the game is so stingy with the bonuses and just normal spins that you just lose your money. I know people would spend more money on this app if the bonuses and just normal play we’re not as stingy. And if the daily bonus points you are given were higher. I’ve been playing this app for just over two years and I spin the daily bonus will every day and not once have I hit over 500K and not once have I ever hit the jackpot. I will say that this app has the absolute best casino games but it’s just not worth the frustration of trying to play the game betting max, and winning almost nothing. Some things never change. This app is by the same developer as Heart of Vegas. As with that game, it is lots of fun to play and has great games and graphics. People spend good money to buy coins to play your games and you minimize and disregard their doing so with your stupid defense of the fact that you set the games against people. They’re ripping people off! Poor customer service. The event is for 13 days I bought a premium pass when the new event came out I completed the premium challenges within five days. today it says for one of the games to purchase a premium pass for flame goddess why would it give me an option to purchase a premium pass again for the same exact event and when I contacted customer service, they refuse to give me a refund? I thought for the flame goddess that premium pass was something different for that game specifically but apparently it’s not. It’s for the same event I’ve already purchased five days ago. Once I get my coins for the event I paid for I’m going to delete the game. I don’t mind paying for the game for events and stuff if it’s fair. But this is taking peoples money and they don’t get what they paid for. Soon enough people will see and stop supporting this game. Clearly customers aren’t important. Money is to you guys. And don’t send me that “contact us and we will make it right” line like you did before and you guys still did nothing to fix the problem.

Bad programming on games. So I have won some jackpots here and there, never once have had a grand. Spend real money on this game, lose it all in a day. I do 100K bets and make 50K after all of them, do 50K bets and make 50K if I’m lucky. Once in a while I’ll win 1M but then away it goes. I’ve played some of these games in actual casinos and have won more than 3x my money back with far less spins than in this game. The odds are way off for hitting a jackpot, I recorded myself playing, it took me 2M in spins on Dragon’s Riches (50K bet) to win 750,000 coins during a golf & spin. Word coins come by once every 15 hold and spins, and actually land even less from my experience. Developers should really look into their odds because it’s far too low to actually want to keep playing. I’ve spent over 100M in the last few days on spins, and I’m currently sitting at 3M. I play different games after hitting bonuses and doing a few backup spins after. It’s sad to say that although this is a fun game, it’s just not a good one.

What a rip off. This game was fun he first day, when I won coins so easily it seemed. The reality is, it is worse than playing real slots. Most of the payouts are less than the current bet, which makes no sense. Also, the games that require 5 to 6 of the same symbols, these on a real slot machine wouldn’t be the same denomination as your bet. For example, I bet sat 100k in coins, and the wheels often pop up with the same 100k, and rarely higher. This makes no sense again. Furthermore, what the heck is wrong with your math? Hong Kong Jackpots for example, your bet often shows up on the wheel and you’re trying to get 6. So if 6 come up, you win 6x your bet and more if you are super lucky. Who gets 6 dollars on a 1 dollar net in a casino, when matching 6 symbols! Even the casinos aren’t that cheap. Your game is crap and nothing but a money pit. I’m sorry I wasted my money, I’m really sorry. I could of got much better use out of the $130 I spent. Don’t bother telling me your sorry either, your game is by design to fraud people out of buying coins. Way worse than the real thing. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Great games.... till you win big. Notified customer service twice with no responds. I play often as a silver member " Hearts of Vegas" having zero issues. This is a new app I just down loaded and played thinking I would enjoy the same as the site mentioned above. Won twice as good wins 8 million+ on bonus rounds having the game bug out and lose the win. Not a very good impression, simply poor service taking care of new member and a future customer. Let's see what they say.... If they do. Got a reply as you see. Generic automated responds. Seems I'm not the only person with these issues. Think they should close the app and fix this issue. Money Pit. While this app does have several of my favorite Vegas slots, it does not give you much time to play them. The daily credit wheel spin is a joke, and the other two spins you get through the day aren't any better. I've figured out that the free credits the app will give you a day at the wheel spin is 200k or less. You run through that in about 10 minutes. They want you to spend money to get coins and even when you actually buy coins you blow through those. I understand you can't win every time, but the amount of actual wins more than your bet and especially big wins is extremely rare. It shouldn't be that hard to get a decent win fairly often. I get real slots are more difficult to get a big win, but I'm not playing this game in a casino. They really need to up the win percentage. It seems when you do get a big win the odds are completely changed to make sure you don't win again making you run out of coins. Haven't played the app in about a month because of this. Fix this game and actually make it to where I can enjoy playing more than 10 minutes without losing all my coins.

Company is too focused on profit. Update: After posting the review below, the company decided to make it worse by lowering minimum bonuses from 20K to 15K. So frustrated. I have been playing this casino for a few years. Recently they came up with “Cashman studios” I could never get into the studio to open the cases. It would start to download and then stop. When I complained I was told to make sure I had the latest version, to remove the app and then download again, I sent a screen shot, and did all of the other “suggestions”. Nothing worked. They said they would look into it further and that the problem should be resolved shortly. The game ended with me having over 200 cases that I could never open. Now there is holiday Cashman studios. I am experiencing the exact same issues. I sent a complaint as was told to do all of the things I was told the first time. Same result. They will look into further and the problem should be resolved shortly. I now have over 100 cases that I cannot open. What a joke. It’s very frustrating when you get a generic response that is sent to everyone with a downloading issue. I did ask if others were having the problems, and I never got an answer to that question. So if your tech guys are actually reading this, maybe they can help me to resolve this ongoing issue. Who knows how much money I would be getting if I could actually play and open these studio cases. One of the ABSOLUTE BEST. I have been slots for years and the graphics and realism is right on. I must admit there is only 1 downside and it’s the return on when I have purchased chips. $100 dollars went faster I think than in the real slots. Rip Off. I actually downloaded the app and loved that I can play some of my favorite slots from the comfort of my home, or anywhere for that matter; however, I have been playing for several days and have spent a good amount of hard-earned money on coins and there seems to be almost ZERO return...I spent over $40 in the last day or so and hit ONE free spin bonus which only paid back like 752,000 on a 150,000 dollar bet. You would think that spending this much money one would see some kind of gains! Pathetic, need to give a little more than NOTHING. I used to enjoy playing these slots but have noticed that there are hardly any bonuses when playing, not many features are ever activated & you have to play for quite a while before getting any coins. When you tap on the Cashman Rewards feature the only amount that comes up consistently is the 20,000 coins, this really is very frustrating. Worst payout slots. Much like everyone else’s reviews, the rewards you get for 15 min, 3 hr and daily are absolutely abysmal. 20k at least 90% of the time .. gives you enough for a couple of spins... at the LOWEST bet. I’ve turned to other slot games for this sole reason that you literally get less than 5 mins of gameplay. And much like other reviews, there is far too many pop ups trying to have users ‘accidentally’ purchase coins for real $$$. They pop up that much that I reckon 25% of your purchases from users have probably been accidentally because of the amount of pop ups you guys throw into it. Increase rewards. Stop with so many pop ups. Let people enjoy the game for what it is . And if they wish to make purchases, they will, without being prompted two times every 10 minutes.

Have reported the developers to Apple for action. You can't take people's money constantly and let a known fault (unless they're doing it on purpose to make more money) and not fix it and ignore all the emails for support and delete in game tickets! It's actually illegal to do what they're doing so time to step it up. ----------- So I enjoy this game, and happy to spend a few bucks. But out of the last 10 free games, at least 4 crashed during the dragons pay out so I lost the 2m to 4m credits wins each time. I opened two tickets with support within the app, each time I went into check them it said there were no open tickets. I've taken screenshots of the error message each time but no response from the devs yet. It's about 12m of credits just gone and I've invariably gone back to zero in a flash. Lightning link - Happy Lantern game fail.. Love the actual machine "Where's the Gold" so thought I should try the phone app. 8 days ago I encountered the below problem and still have not heard back. On Happy Lantern and was betting $50,000 and then the program came up with some error and wanted to reload the game losing the 2 minor bonuses that came up during the bonus game. Considering that I was pretty much brand new to the game I would have expected it to work with out a problem. I appreciate that it is free and I don't like to complain but the lack of response indicates to me that the programmers/software owners don't really care. I will never pay any real money for this app cause of the company's lack of response and my money may vanish due to a crash from the constant syncing due to inactivity.

Too many pop ups. I find this app highly frustrating due to the insane number of pop ups that continue to interrupt your play. Sometimes I only get one spin in and have to click through 30 pop ups before i can spin again. Sometimes the pop ups don’t let you skip them and you have to work through 10 or more screens to get back to your game. I would rather pay for the app and minimise the pop ups or somehow have a choice to switch them off. Biggest rip off of all time. This has been the most depressing experience. I got a major jackpot and even had my earnings up to $300,000,000. Then slowly but surely you people took it ALL away. It’s now down to 900,000. You take all the fun out of the experience. AND now my instant rewards are down to 15,000 increments. It’s horrible. Don’t ask me to open a ticket. You asked for my review. Bonus For Regular Deposits. I have been playing this game for approximately 8 months. The first couple of months I just made a few small deposits and when I ran out of credit/coins I would rely on the free rewards. However, over the past three months I have made over $1000 in purchasing coins. I feel there should be a loyalty program for people who make large deposits, where rewards can include token coins rewards of 200k plus depending on how much you’ve deposited. I mean we can’t win real money yet making real money deposits deserves more than the current reward program that is available to all players regardless of whether they make a deposit.

Pop ups everywhere. Every time I use this app, at least 3-4 pop ups pop up right as you go to spin, which take you to the App Store to make a purchase or try and access your Facebook or ask for your email address. One time it did access my Facebook which you’re supposed to get 2,000,000 free coins for, they weren’t credited so I figured I would write to support about it because they already accessed my Facebook and some muppet sent back a generic response that I had already been given the coins on another one of their apps or another device... so they got my Facebook, but no coins. The problem was that I only joined Facebook recently and didn’t have Facebook on the other device I downloaded this app, so I asked about it and they sent back the same generic response. I like playing this because some of the games are the same as the casino and I spend a lot less on here than at the casino (but you don’t even have the possibility of getting something back here on the app though). Make up your own mind I guess, but there are other free apps out there which might not be as realistic (high loss rate like the casinos) but offer better support/features/free coins. Disappointing. Continual messages of the game being inactive and restarting necessary. Quite irritating as I have played continually. Also, the games can pay well for a while, but then you hit a long period of very few pays which depletes all you have won. Lots of "near misses" which keeps you playing. The invites to buy chips are annoying because they appear when playing which are triggered when I press the SPIN button. Then I have to cancel purchase, all of which interferes with the play. If I want to change to a different machine, I have to go to the lobby. Then have to wait until the lobby page reloads, which at times, takes a while to load. Just annoying and time consuming. Genuine Review. Hi, I’m writing this review from an entertainer point of view. I made several in game purchases and made bets from low to high to test the app. It’s come to my understanding this app is not purely for entertainment purposes but has the possibility to obtain money and create similar addiction that is seen in physical slot machine. 10,000 min bet. So my problem is that this is meant to be a free game, but obviously they have to make money by selling you fake money. But my main problem is that your daily and hourly and 15 min wheel spins say “oh you could win 500k” or 1 mil but every single time, I have only ever got a maximum of 30k and most the time it’s 20k. Which btw is only letting you get 5 spins because most games the min bet is 10k. The worst customer service ever.. I love this app and enjoy the games BUT I receive emails saying I have $5,000,000 bonus which is awesome but when I click on the link it tells me the offer has expired. HOW!!! I only received the email an hour ago and it’s expired. This has been happening for over 12 months and every time I sent an enquire I get the same generic email response. Until a few weeks ago they told me they can’t fix it if I’m constantly sending emails. Fix the annoying advertisement pop ups. It’s non stop and highly irritating. Can’t do a spin without a stupid advertisement popping up. Mermaid pearls plus others. I have been playing this for a while and have noticed that it would be a few hundred million before a drop that paid something worthwhile. Pop ups. Can’t enjoy a game without pop ups every few spins. Don’t want to watch the video but when I press on the cross it plays anyway. Then most times instead of collecting the bonus for watching the video I didn’t elect to watch in the first place I just get the dots circling for ever until I eventually turn my device off. Don’t ask for support. I purchased a coin pack, which was successful and charged my account. When the game was loading after the purchase, it was taking a long time to go back to the game screen. Terrible customer support. The amount of times I have won millions of coins and then the all freezes and I lose the coins is ridiculous. I’ve taken photos to prove my winnings but every time I’ve contacted customer support they never reinstate my winnings cos they can’t find it on their server. I bet even if they did find it on their server they would still say we never found it. Considering it costs them nothing to give back the coins you won I don’t know why they act as if it comes out of their own pocket. Terrible terrible customer service. The Dailey jackpot has never given the top prize but constantly gives you the lowest and at 10x multiplier it’s a slap in the face. Chest drops are rare and few. My Review. I absolutely love the games on Cashman and that is why I have continued to play but I am losing my patience. I have been struggling with having enough credits to play for 6-8 months. The games do not pay enough and my money is siphoned off with only modest betting until I have none and have been forced to buy credits to continue playing. That is a big mistake, because once you buy you are never allowed to earn much more. Once again you end up having to buy. I spent a good sum of money a month or so ago and decided no more. I will delete this game before I will continue throwing money down a rat hole. In addition the chest game is a rip off, I thought this was different but it is the same, you get plenty of chest with nothing in them. Stop with the chest already.

Used to be more fun to play but now it rarely pays a lot. There are a lot of games to choose from and other ways to earn rewards that are always changing to keep things interesting. The ads that pop up to watch that earn you more coins get annoying. Lately it seems they’ve tightened the payouts up on the slots and it’s not as fun watching your coin balance continuously go down. They also always have the bet set at the max $$ amount when you enter a game and if you’re not paying attention and start playing without lowering your bet amount your bank drops quickly!

One star for one reason.. The only reason I gave this game a star is because the slots available are actually real slots you would find in a casino. When I first started playing the game it was fun. Now you win hardly anything at all. Your minimum bet is $10,000. The daily jackpot ranges from $20,000-$2,000,000. I usually get $20,000, so that only gives me 2 spins. The turbo rewards and instant rewards, I get $20,000 usually and sometimes $15,000. When I get to my final spin, an ad always pops up to purchase more coins. The thing is, how could I possibly want to make a single purchase if I can’t get a win anyway? Why would anyone want to purchase coins just to lose them in a matter of minutes. It’s ridiculous. A big ole rip off....if you’re smart you’ll avoid…READ before you invest. You know how in Vegas the odds are stacked against you but at least you have a CHANCE of winning real money? Well here the odds are actually WORSE and you have zero chance of win anything real. So you invest real money (and potentially lots of it) with no possibility of ever really winning. With real money invested and no way to win it back, one would expect a higher winning/bonus percentage to increase the fun (ie more bonuses cause that’s the fun). But no, these games are as set tighter than than the tightest Vegas slots. A suckers bet all the way. To their only credit, these slots are actual casino slots - other than the fact there is zero chance of winning real money. Typically you pay for chips and then the algo lets you win for a while. Then it’s drain time (spin after spin of nothing or very minor pays) and your chip stack declines dramatically followed by offers to buy more chips. That should give you the idea of how things are run. Very easy to invest 100s of dollars. The Algo is set such that you win early (providing you with some fun) and then it’s a steady loss. Average bet requires $10,000 minimum but at that level most bonuses are not available. One game I played required a $200,000 bet to access the key bonuses. The money you spend for chips goes fast particularly after you’ve added into the losing side of the algo. They won’t get any more of my money. The only way to stop these guys is to put them out of business.

After that, on the last mission of 250 winning spins. Have 20 million coins betting 150k per spin. Only win one out of every 10 spins and it isn’t even break even with your bet. 20 million gone and wow loose everything right before I hit the level for 5x on the daily bonus collection. Never have runs this bad in a real casino. All the fake 5 star reviews are either their employees or have to be fake! Also, nice challenges. “Win 6 times in a row”. It would be more realistic if they had one that was “lose 20 spins in a row”. That happens all the time on this game. Had 6 bonuses that you couldn’t even get 10 times your bet amount. You don’t even get screwed that bad in a real casino.

Be Smart & Aware of their scam…. They start you off with opportunities to purchase a substantial amount of coins at their set pics (increments). That coin amount SUBSTANTIALLY reduces each day until the same amount of $ you spent the day before will only buy you HALF the amount the next day, and so on. So NOT choose to spin the Lucky Wheel - it’s a scam. I tried that option and each time onmg won the MINIMUM amount of coins. Had I spent the same amount of $ by buying coins the usual way, I would have received MUCH more in coins. Complete scam. You will NEVER win more - only less. Gradually, games pay out less and less daily. If becomes much harder to get bonuses, etc. You’re better off spending your money at an actual casino. I feel stupid for falling for this - we were on a long car trip & I was bored. I blame myself. If you play this app in spite of my warning - you’ll be kicking yourself. Good, but. . . .. I enjoy playing, but this still has a way to go. First, it is slow to load; made even more irritating by the fact that every time it’s necessary to pause for a bit, the game provides a message that it’s been idle for a bit so must be reloaded. The animation slows down the casino even further. In addition, the print outlining the details of each game are so small the only way to read them is with a magnifying glass. Aside from the above I find many positives. First, I quickly found a few favorite games. They were ones I understood without having to read the microscopic print. They were also games in which I seemed to have consistently better luck. Those are the slots to which I return most frequently. Tries to trick you into buying things. Don’t bother downloading this game it just tries to trick you into buying things and giving them money. It is so frustrating that people and developers still think that this is OK to do. I have no idea why people would want to trick people and manipulate people into spending money with them when they never. That is all this does is try to trick people into clicking on ads and pop-ups all the time so that they can get money whenever they want. The level of greed that these developers have and lack of complete or anything nearing ethics is disgraceful. This is not a type of app that Apple wants anywhere near their platform. I’m disgusted that there’s still people out there that want to be so miserable to try and trick people into giving them money. This is such a disgusting thing to do. Please block this developer from ever being allowed to have games on the App Store. They do not care about anyone or anything as long as they make money. Counting the ways I love my Cashman Casino app. I never used to gamble, never seen the appeal. In the last few years I’ve found my feelings have polarized in those regards. Relative to before now I’d say I’m a gambler in comparison. Spending a lot of time and money going to the casino. In the past few years I’ve started cultivating my gambling identity and so far my W/L ratio is fairly even. Now after finding and installing the Cashman app on my phone, I can better learn the rules of each game and its mechanics. It’s ubër fun and addictive but less harmful on your wallet and it’s a gas saver and minimizes wear and tear on my vehicle going to the casino all the time. Your app is gonna help me build up my specialized skill set with the knowledge to start winning a lot more cash when and if I ever make it to another casino because I’m starting to love the app more than the casino.

Until they loosen actually winning, don’t bother. I have played this for a few months now. When I first got on I could play for quite a while most of the time. But ever since I decided to pay $10 for a few million coins it’s went downhill. No joke... 5 million in coins without even betting that high went straight down the drain in less than 5 minutes. Now, I can log in a couple times a Day betting the minimum and never hit more than double my bet once or twice if I’m lucky. You don’t give out enough free coins to play and your payouts are so tight it’s not worth it. Rips you off, no loyalty perks!. I’ve gambled for most of my adult life, & gambled all over the world. I play these online games to amuse myself & keep me occupied during my down time when not working. I know casinos online & real are in business to make money, I get that & I have no issue support that. However what I don’t like are companies that take advantage of loyal customers & use analytics to screw their customers. Once the online casinos learn your habits they exploit them. I have spent over $2,000 on Mr. Cashman in less than 3 months. The money is not a big deal I spend much more than that at real Casinos, however every purchase I’ve made, I can’t even play for more than an hour before the coins are gone & that’s with modest wagers. You get nothing from Mr. cashman, no loyalty bonuses, no discounts after spending a certain amount. I am deleting the app, I’ll stick with Jackpot Party & other online casinos that at least allow more frequent & better wins, & have loyalty perks. Can’t wait until COVID gets a bit better so I can start spending my money in Brick & mortar casinos rather than paying these crooks on here.

DONT BUY COINS-WATCH AD FOR FREE COINS OPTION WILL BE GONE. The very first time I bought coins, the option to watch a 30 to 90 second ad to be awarded 140,000 free coins (minimum bet for most slot machines being between 10K to 20K/7 to 14 “free” spins) was gone. The only way to get more free coins was to wait for the instant bonus to renew, which was usually 20,000 or TWO SPINS MAX every 15 minutes. And my daily bonus wheel always landed on 40,000 afterwards as well (2 to 4 “free” spins max). Also, as soon as I purchased these coins , I stopped winning as often and won much less. I’ve played this game for some time now and can tell you its a joke. You go days and days not winning anything then suddenly you get a good spin and go up to 2,000,000 only for all the slots to stop winning until you have nothing left. Or you accidentally hit max bet because its so close to play again and wipe out all you have in one spin). This is because they want you to lose so you will buy more coins to keep trying for that big win that never comes.

Terrible Odds. This game gives you no choice but to spend real money in order to keep playing. The odds are by far even worse than an actual casino and I believe that’s the point. They want you to keep spending your hard earned money in order to enjoy the experience of their app. By all means if you have a casino nearby your money would be better spent there. At least you have the possibility of winning some real money there. This app is a joke. They should increase the odds purely for the entertainment aspect and quit trying to drain people’s bank accounts. That’s why I give this app 5 stars. It gives me the same feeling as when I’m at a real casino and getting screwed out of all my money except on here I have no chance of winning it back. Kudos to you Cashman Slots. Just another update. This has become so expensive (about $25 per hr) i can only play the free coins. I’ve run some numbers and the games on this app are about 15% higher for the house than the Indian Casinos nearby. That being said, u are better off playing your $100 or $40 in the real casinos. At least there, you have a chance of winning real money. Don’t waist your time here like I have done while recovering from surgery. Yet another update: I’ve not changed my mind one bit over the last two years. (1)It is still the best online imitation casino game. (2) It is still the most expensive to play, bar none. POP UPS ARE RIDICULOUS!. This game could be fun but is ruined by WAYYYY too many pop ups for other featured side games they offer (right now its a pirate one). Crashing apps steals 90 million coins. I never give bad reviews but his time it’s well deserved. I paid for the wheel and was super excited because I actually won the 60 million. After playing the wonder four game, I won another large jackpot which took me to over 100 million coins. After playing for a few minutes, the game refuse to let me bet anymore. Having dealt with apps that crashed on me before I knew it was important that I take a screenshot as proof. I contacted the app through the text feature, and they gave me some generic directions. I followed the generic directions which included deleting the app and reinstalling it when the app came back I only had $200,000. the person on the text chain claims. They did some investigations and I spent on the $90 million on the wonder Ford game. I did not. I was betting high but I still had a lot of money left. The person who was supposed to be helping me claims it was not an error on their end it was all me. I hope they look into this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Company is too focused on profit. Update: After posting the review below, the company decided to make it worse by lowering minimum bonuses from 20K to 15K. I’m not going to spend all day collecting bonuses just so I can play for ten minutes...and after seeing the way the company is treating players, I sure as heck won’t spend money buying credits just so I can play (and lose)...especially when I can visit a local casino, put that same real money in, and have a chance of getting real money when I finish. Jackpot hit frequency has been reduced, amounts you get for coming back are smaller, and now with the latest update, you have to bet $100K in order to be eligible for a Major Jackpot (NOT the Grand). It’s clear as day what this company is trying to do...get people to buy credits with real money. What they are actually doing is turning off people who come for some fun. Pay to play.. As many of these reviews start this app used to be fun. They had actual games that were in casinos which is what drew me in unfortunately, now not even this can help me get over the fact that this app is bad. The only way to play is by paying. The free coin bonus are terrible for a couple of reasons the first being that you wait for a while to get the free coins only to get 20,000 coins consistently so forget about getting their big free coin jackpots. The second reason is that if the time is going to vary for each free coin bonus you should have a minimum amount you receive that is higher than the 15 minute wait period especially since you have to wait hours for the other free coin bonuses. Even after these flaws I still gave it a chance and played some slots on here. Now unfortunately, winning has become impossible and as most of these app creators will say it is modeled after real slots so winning is not guaranteed. That would be fine if you could actually win. Self explanatory I know but seriously you do not win a darn thing. The coins you receive won’t even be enough for 5 minutes. I’m not exaggerating at the lowest possible bet you still cannot go past that time. Like I said it is awesome that they have some mainstream slots on here but what’s the use of having them if you can’t enjoy them. Now this app is just another money burner app. If you have tons of money to spend have at it but if you are looking to play on the free coins or even if you’re only going to buy a few coin packages you’re better off going to a casino. Don’t expect the free coins to do anything trust me I tried getting every bonus only to lose it in 5 minutes. If they can fix this I’d change my review but until then this review will stand.

Game glitches = lose your money. I do enjoy myself a fun casino slot app and I have to admit this app has all the slots I love playing at a real casino. However, the down side is that it does take forever to get a bonus. The amount you lose, you’ll get in return in the bonus but it’s not all the time. And when you do get a good bonus where you actually might end up more than you lose, the game glitches and you end up not winning anything at all. The biggest upset for this app is that it glitches Your winnings. For example, I got a bonus in lighting link collecting 8 pearls, the game tells me to push to start, and after I push for the first time, the bonus ends and I don’t collect my winnings. Another time where it glitches is when in the middle of spinning the reel, my money seems to disappear. I’ve submitted a ticket for this but nothing seems to be done and all they have to say is “sorry, there is nothing we can” In conclusion, don’t waste your time and hard earn money on a game that cheats and doesn’t care the money you put in. Just head to a real casino if you itch for a quick buck.

It’s a Scam. When you first download the game it’s actually decent. The programming however, is set up to let you play and have a chance at winning, but as you play more, and pay more, the wins go down, and become less frequent. They offer plenty of side quests and activities, but the challenges get progressively harder, and the only way to complete them is to spend money for coins to participate, or to buy$$$ the “chests” in hope of completing your collections. If you have any technical issues, I hope you have a lot of patience, as their service team is really bad, and you have to wait like 3 hours before even getting a response. Once they do respond, they don’t really answer any questions or help resolve your issues. Instead you get an FAQ based process of elimination, filled with generic replies and emojis, and possibly a 1 time soloution to the issue. But never an actual fix, or reason why the problem occurred. In short, save your money and actually go play at a real casino, or find a new hobby.

People are offered different benefits. I play this app fairly often and have purchased several coin packages throughout the years. I just recently found out that someone I know who also has been playing for a while gets offered ad based coins after they loose their daily coins offered. This would be fine if everyone was offered this, but after chatting with support it was confirmed everyone gets offered different things on the app. This wouldn’t be a big deal, but I found out this person gets anywhere between 100k to 1 million coins per ad watched and is offered this about 5-10 times a day. Since playing for 5 plus years, I have NEVER been offered this which seems completely unfair! To add to this, I have bought and supported the app while this person has not spent a dime on the app. It seems very unfair that someone can get offered this day after day and others never.

Buddybear. Love playing but I am not happy about having to buy credits all the time. I might as well go to a regular casino. If I have to spend real money at least I have a chance to win real money back. Also, one of my favorite Cashman games, Magic Eyes, was only around for a couple of weeks and then it disappeared. In addition, on the bonus wheel I never got the jackpot and I have been playing for over a year.😩😩 Cashman is fun and very addictive. However, as stated above I am very disappointed in the fact that as long as I have been playing I never got the jackpot on the bonus wheel spin or while playing. I wrote this review awhile ago and it still stands today. I keep having to buy coins and cannot increase my credits even after I purchase a coin package. I will have to stop playing Cashman soon.

Watch out Everyone!!. I got free spins on the Buffalo Diamond game. When my spins were completed, total coins won was approximately 36,000,000. Long story-short: The game glitched and did not credit my account. I contacted support and was told because I didn’t take a screenshot, I will only get 2,000,000. Seriously!!!? Beware the bet amount will increase without your approval and your coins will disappear. Frustrated that the bet amount increases without my knowledge and therefore my balance of coins have gone completely down to nothing before I have even noticed. This makes me angry since I have spent my money to buy coins and they are stolen from me by your company. This is corrupt and dishonest behavior by your company. It’s frustrating since I had like playing some of your games. Also, your bonus coins given away compared to other online casino games. Fun, addicting, and very disappointing.... Burned tons of real cash and won lots of “fake” currency. At the end of the day - this “game” plays to much like an actual casino. The house will always win. Cost is extremely high for minimal entertainment value. Don’t be fooled by the number inflation of fake currency. That 20,000 prize box (which can barely spin any machine once at minimum bet), that’s equivalent (roughly) to receiving $0.02 in free play from your local gambling joint. Everything seems to be inflated by 1,000,000. 2,400,000 Max bet on Wicked Winnings 4 would be $2.40 if played for real. I think it’s $3.00 at an actual casino, so the math is pretty close. Events? Can’t participate. All my offers are restricted to 2,000,000 a spin which is very difficult to accumulate 1 20,000 prize box at a time. Odds on getting a good event reward? Probably the same as hitting a once in 5 life times progressive jackpot. TD;LR Game is great and polished. Terrible cost to entertainment ratio. Rewards are garbage. Events are garbage. Greedy developer/owner of site. I completely agree with the review from sandigirl2272. I have spent lots and lots of money on this game and their other game Heart of Vegas for a couple of years now and have NEVER won a big jackpot. Actually the game is programmed to punish you for spending money because once it sees I’ve spent money to purchase coins it begins to lower my odds of winning to make me or rather entice me to spend more. I would think I’d get some type of reward for spending a lot of money to purchase coins but not with this game. I actually lost more often once I began to purchase coins. I have deleted the game out of frustration a couple of times and only downloaded it again because I was promised 10,000,000 free coins but they didn’t even upload the free coins as promised. And as you can see from the message/response the developer gave to sandigirl2272, the developer is aloof and could care less about an unhappy customer so the complaints mean nothing as long as people are still spending money and making the developer rich.

Honest review. Unfortunately, the new games-even the one they just posted don’t yield very many wins unless you play quite a bit of tokens. Recently I have lost quite a bit of tokens and it seems like once you start down that rabbit hole of losing you can’t seem to pump the brakes. Despite me buying tokens when I swore to myself I wouldn’t but I did. Now I have lost those tokens and more. The old games that I used to win the most on like the Zoro game never hits on the Zoro cash feature anymore that would make it worth it. Each time I get the mighty cash feature it has yet to land on a complete coverage of the win sequence that would allow for at least a double win feature of tokens. So it’s just a disappointment. Then on top of that I have been landing on the lowest of the daily win wheel of fortune so to speak. Anyway, my point is that once you reach a certain amount you rarely hit on anything else. I’ve tried the new games and I haven’t won anything.

Cashman slots. Some nice games on this app but would like to see an opportunity to get more coins. Maybe make the wheel bonus more often, every 2-3 hrs please and maybe increase the hourly. Only good for about 10 spins. Well this app, although it gives the player a Vegas feel, is pretty much as costly as going to the city. The wheels tend to fall on winners that don’t pay out as much as your betting the limited denominations without breaking the bank, are useless. The only winning amount seems to be the 500m bets. But good luck starting out with that, as your bonus wheels barely pay out >1million coins. So you have to buy coins a lot, just to play any of the games. If this casino app paid out real money, investing my hard earned cash into games like this would still be throwing money away. Basically a waste of time and money. My suggestion to the developers is lower the cost of coins or increase the amount of coins per amount of purchases. Also count on more volume of customers to pay into the app not how much you charge each person. Also if there is real payouts of actual currency, that might entice people to pay to play this app more, if the winners were more likely to gain more than what they put in. Like Vegas, come with a small wad of cash that you for sure can walk away not needing for your budget. If you can’t afford to pay to play than stay away from Gambling altogether. Just my words of advice and two cents where needed, probably the best two cents spent on this app. Sorry developers I just can’t give you a high five.

Rip Off. I actually downloaded the app and loved that I can play some of my favorite slots from the comfort of my home, or anywhere for that matter; however, I have been playing for several days and have spent a good amount of hard-earned money on coins and there seems to be almost ZERO return...I spent over $40 in the last day or so and hit ONE free spin bonus which only paid back like 752,000 on a 150,000 dollar bet. You would think that spending this much money one would see some kind of gains! I have yet to see them and disappointed that the slots seem to just take my hard-earns cash without even allowing me to play longer than a few minutes due to the lack of winnings and the lack of bonuses. I was also surprised by the fact that there haven’t been ANY coin specials since I’ve downloaded the game at all unlike most all other slots I play. The graphics and games are great, but the developer needs to allow players to enjoy the games by not setting them against in such a huge way. Fun Games But It’s Also a Huge Ripoff. I’ve played this game for almost a year, and am ashamed to say I’ve spent lots of money purchasing coins. The slots are realistic and are a lot of fun, but one game, Luxury Line Timberwolf is a total ripoff. I was in a free game several times when it locked up as I was winning big. After closing the app to try and recover the game, I received a message that stated the game failed to recover, and the major win was lost. This happened a few times. The first time I was given about 90% of the lost bonus coins. This last time, I was told by the VIP Support team they could find no record of the glitch and would not restore my win even though I provided a screenshot of what happened. So I am deleting this app once my coins are gone and am done with games from this developer. I strongly recommend anyone to not get started playing this game and certainly don’t purchase coins. You’ll get very frustrated and broke. And the higher in levels you go, the less frequently you’ll win. Good luck.

They cheat you out of your bonus wins!. Don't waste your time with these scam artists. When you get a nice bonus win, the app will crash and say it needs to reload - but it restarts and **poof** your nice win is gone! I've seen numerous complaints about this issue and like them, I've reported the problem several times and have never received a response or the points/coins that were lost. ***Update*** Hope everyone sees the Developer's response below to my comment - it tells you EVERYTHING about how the site is run. I've submitted numerous tickets asking for the points/credits that I legitimately won on several occasions and NO RESPONSE. I'm now contacting Apple to ask that they remove these SCAM ARTISTS from the App Store & I encourage everyone who has paid for credits on this site to contact their credit card companies and report them for their fraudulent behavior. Games are fun, but payouts aren’t very good. Allow the players to get a decent jackpot as I have spent lots of $ and the amount you win is VERY minimal. The money doesn’t go very far. You have these side games such as the current one with Minotaur etc but I believe they are impossible to earn all of the pieces and win the big prize because I have bought and lost billions of coins/money and I have yet to complete one. I wish you actually read the comments and made changes so my $99 purchase would last longer then a day or two. Fun games, but losing is the name of the game!. Listen, you can spend a bundle and not even get the bonus round ONE time!!! The developers want to make money, and more money, and more money, and they don’t even care if you have fun playing. Cashman. Cashman used to be my favorite game and still is but it runs slow, locks up cant get a major on any game in over a year, It would be nice to get big wins every once in awhile. Wishing $$$. I love all of the games on Cashman Casino but it is hard to win! Can’t get past 7x never have enough coins. You should really removed the max bet it is easily mistaken for the spin and then you lose everything and so very frustrating! You can always increase you bet. A daily spin should automatically give you a million at least. You lose it within a few minutes anyway! If you do win it’s very hard to keep the coins to keep playing!!! Worse than a real casino. Stay away. The game algorithm is such that it will not let you win anything decent until you pay for the coins. Once you do pay, it usually will give you a decent win but then quickly the game is designed to stop paying out so you deplete your coins. This is the obvious way they make money which is smart for them since people pay a lot of money to play and they don’t actually have to pay out anything besides worthless coins unlike a real casino. Please avoid these types of games. All you are doing is wasting your hard earned money on entertainment you can actually get for free on some of the other casino slot games on here by simply watching a video to get free coins or the coins they give you up front are of large quantities. Avoid avoid avoid. I am fairly sure that these developers will soon be facing a class action lawsuit at some point by a group of greedy lawyers because of how these games operate and the amount of real money they take from people to play a game that pays you nothing and has no potential to. New Customer. When I played for free as a new user it was awesome, lots of winning, and the chips lasted a whole day. Eventually I ran out of coins and purchased $15 this morning. 2 hours later I’m out of chips and didn’t have no where near the same amount of fun. Rarely hit bonus and when I did, it didn’t pay much. 255k chip increments for a 650k chip bonus when it took me 20+ spins to get there? Doesn’t add up. Overall all of the games have the same format, just different themes. I like the old fashioned casino reel games and the wheel of fortune. This site doesn’t have them. Biggest turn off: Chips are too expensive. I would play again but there’s very little value to buying chips. More expensive than everyone else and their technology is not the best. It’s slow and out of date. And they want more money per chip. You’re chips should be cheaper since you don’t have the top end games and tech. This developer earns $30M a year selling chips. $30M a year! You would think he would lower the price of the chips to at least match competition to retain customers. I would. People like me are just going to go to the competition and get a better deal. Bonuses? Not really. Unless you call 50k chips a bonus when one spin on average is 200k and you rarely win. Sure they have a bonus program but it’s stingy. My advice. Better deal on chips than anyone else.

Slots tighter than Vegas.... I do enjoy the graphics and variety on this app. But, you blow through money too fast. For example if I have a high multiplier level, then my bonuses consistently the lowest, i.e. 20k plus the multiplier. Whereas if I’m at a low multiplier one then they seem to be bigger. The event is for 13 days I bought a premium pass when the new event came out I completed the premium challenges within five days. today it says for one of the games to purchase a premium pass for flame goddess why would it give me an option to purchase a premium pass again for the same exact event and when I contacted customer service, they refuse to give me a refund? I thought for the flame goddess that premium pass was something different for that game specifically but apparently it’s not. It’s for the same event I’ve already purchased five days ago. Once I get my coins for the event I paid for I’m going to delete the game. I don’t mind paying for the game for events and stuff if it’s fair. Don’t spend your money. As stated previously I am about to delete this app from my tablet. It will let you hit the major jackpot like 3 weeks in a row in the lower stages of levels but when you get above around 130 or so don’t spend any more money on coins cause your winning ain’t happening. I think the game is BS people get addicted to this games cause it’s fun the you buy 2,000,000coins for 4.99 and they are gone in 10 mins. Cashman casino/power of 88 dragon game. I made a purchase for 10,000,000 coins on sale for $4.99 but NEVER received the coins! When I contacted Support, they claimed I had received coins according to their viewing of my account. Gee! Either Support thinks the gamers won’t call them out on their dishonesty, or they are screwing up accounts. I had purchased coins in early evening, but with internet service locally being up and down for a few days, it appeared as if I had not purchased them until after midnight. It really ticks me off when someone with control does junk like that! It makes the whole bunch look dishonest. And yes, I realize they only want to post the positive comments - which is WRONG, too!
