$100=1 day play. For any on-line casino game including poker, you spend $10 and you can play at least a week. However, for this game you spend $100 and only play couple days. This game usually was very good but not now. One big problem is you can only get 100M coins for $100. Each meaningful spin needs at least 200K to 500K. The worst is you spin 100 times only get on or two bonus with minimum payout. You spend money to have a good time to enjoy but it actually make you not happy at all. The staffs of game always say the machines are same as casino but in casino I might or hope to make money and on-line I only spend money to have good time.

Good Game but…. I love the game but the if something goes wrong the “customer support” is terrible. This app stop working for me 2 days ago, if it doesn’t load, you can’t contact customer support. I went to a previous email (there are many because of one thing or another) and “they were sending the issue to developers”. Well they must be on vacation because that was yesterday and the game still doesn’t work and they haven’t bothered to tell me anything. Like I said, the game itself is good but the people behind it are horrible if something goes wrong. They feed you a script and forget you exist. If I had a business like this, my customer service would have to be top notch because people spend money on this so you have to care.

Great Properties BAD APP. Beware despite the games being the same fun ones found in the casino this app is almost a scam. I have found the frequently THE REAL CASINO versions actually “pay/win” more. This app desperately wants you to spend money. Which I understand paying for the rights to use the game and host the app cost money, but for a casino app you would think it would be more winner friendly than the actual casino. Yes, those slot apps where every spin is a million coins are boring, but this app seems boarder line predator like. Often a purchase screen happens to pop up when you want to spin or collect bonus. This sends you to the store to make a purchase. Further more you will be in the middle of missions for them just to up and disappear even while in game play. In all I get this is a business made to make money, but I feel the developers are quite shady and unethical in the way they go about it. I will stick to spending my money on the real versions of the slots that pay out more often and are not practically a scam.

Lousy payouts. First let me say, this is my favorite slots game. However! The payouts are horrible and the cost of coin packages is extremely high! The bonus coins are given every three hours and are so low that I can play for only a few minutes. I purchased $20 worth today and it lasted not even five minutes with minimum bets! I have written customer service twice about other issues and they have never responded. Very disappointing because I love these games! No App Support. This has been one of my favorite casino apps because of the addition of Dragon Link until recently! I won the Major and was shorted 100 million once the screen refreshed. I have a screenshot of my total after the feature completed and then after my next spin. I sent messages asking for my coin balance to be updated and NO reply. Poor customer service will have me taking my play elsewhere. Very disappointed!!😡***Update!! I submitted a ticket like you said complete with pictures detailing what I described above and JAN who has been mentioned in other people's complaints replied that they are unable to help me because their servers have no record of any "errors". Need higher bonuses. I bought coins twice and haven’t had a decent bonus since. I spent 70,000,000 coins before I even got a bonus. That’s rediculous!!! I will never buy coins again!!! All the lightning link games are the best. They just need to have higher bonuses more often. They also need to offer more coins for when we buy coins. I would buy them if they offered more. Horrible new ads. I love this game having been playing for years . I don’t mind ads in fact they are helpful sometimes . But these new ads are just horrible, they have nothing related to game like advertising other games or casino apps. Not entertaining at all , super laggy . Something is amiss.. Let me start by saying this is one of the best apps I have seen!!!!!! My problem is the way the seasons are done. (People who play this site will now what I am talking about. )Whenever I finish a season, now matter what level I finish at, I am always starting at level 2. Sure they give you points and a head start, but recently 4 hours into the game I checked on level 5 and there were already people on that level, which is extremely hard & expensive to get to. Overall a fun app. Love the games on here and overall the payouts are decent for me. My only complaint is the updated mission system. I preferred the old way where all the games on the list had missions of 100 lightning and progressed from there. Now a few start at 1,000 and 2,000, most of which I will never bother with since they require too many coins to complete. Since I am a f2p player, as a whole I do like this game. Frustrating. I had to remove my credit card from my google account because of the quick change this company does when you are trying to collect your free bonus. I had multiple times that I was forced to buy packages I did not want and had to go to my bank to have the charges reversed. Player beware. This is a fun game and can be somewhat time consuming. It is easy to hit a purchase button accidentally. There has been more than one occasion when I have canceled the purchase and been charged for the purchase and not receive the product. In order to prevent this from happening I turned off the payment method on my phone. Here again on more than one occasion even though a payment was canceled with no payment method in the phone, I was still charged when I added the payment method back and did not receive the product. Yes you can go to them and ask for a refund which is spotty at best. It is your word against theirs. I tracked down the corporate headquarters and sent a communication regarding these issues and have received no reply. So have fun with the game BUT make sure you watch those “accidental purchases” charges.

What a joke! Don’t waste your time and money. Downloaded this game because I enjoy them in a real casino. The coins they give you in the 3 hour bonus are a joke compared to other games, so I was naive enough to purchase coins. What a complete waste of money. Used to be good. Let me say, when I first downloaded and played it over a year ago, it was great! Good challenges and good games. Didn’t feel like it was just taking my money and running like others. Yes I won and lost , ok mostly lost like any slot but now it’s become just annoying with too many “watch this video for coins” they pop up way too often, sometime one right after another and it’s gotten down right ridiculous. Rigged game. This game is totally rigged. The creators have access to your user ID and can go in and make the game win and make the game lose. I’ve had 100,000,000 coins before and have won pretty good, but once you win so many millions, the game all of a sudden stops paying you on any bet and wipes your coins out every time you play!! The creators are the ones on top of the winning leaderboard because there is NO WAY that an average gamer will ever win that kind of lightning amounts. Great Graphics - Lousy Pay Rates - Glitches. First the graphics are great, game selection good but they tend to leave craptastic games and take the fun ones away. The app and in game play has glitches all the time, challenges don’t register right, and in app bonuses will make it crash (and you lose the bonus when it does). Payouts are awful, free games and bonuses are non existent. When I say non existent, thanks to challenge counters, it takes over 300 spins to get free games (this was a new game too), during that time they take and take all the credits you have managed to earn. They tell you it’s chance based, what they forget is that you can adjust the chance for a payout in slots. I play less and less each day once every three hours to login collect my skimpy bonus and to lose it all in five minutes.

Where did my coins go?. This was my favorite slot game and I have played it daily for years. Purchased hundreds of dollars worth of coins. No longer a fun game. I have only been playing for about three months. This game went from fun and exciting to boring and quickly taking your coins. I use to enjoy the missions and looked forward to new ones each day. Every two weeks I couldn’t wait to see the new theme. Things changed, now it doesn’t even allow you play time. When I had coins I would bet 100,000, 200,000 or 500,000 coins spinning 20-25 times without one win! One every few days I would hit a bonus and barely win enough coins over my original bet! I have no clue what the game developers are thinking by setting the game to take coins so fast without any play time. I have never purchased coins and will never get drawn into purchasing any. There are to many other FREE casino apps to download. I will give it a few more days and play off the little bit of coins it gives you every three hours (which is a joke), but if things don’t change I will be deleting the game moving on to a different game.

You’ll have better luck at the casino. As a guy who loves going to Vegas and local casinos, I can’t understand 1) why in this app it’s hard so diifucult to get any kind of bonus win and 2) the bonus coins jackpots you do win are not that big. For example, if you’re betting 50,000 coins (treat it like 50 bux at a casino) and hit a bonus, you’d think that, like casinos, you’d be in the range of getting somewhere near 350,000 to 750,000 in the bonus part (3500 to 7500 bux at a real casino). Rio off. I’ve been a fan and supporter of this app by spending thousands of dollars playing for few years. It has many games that I loved playing at the real casinos. I had made mistakes in the past pressing max and losing $2,000,000 in one spin. Well, other day I had over $100,000,000 in my bank that I had just purchased. App Severely Controls How Much You Win & When. Be acutely aware that these app versions of slot machines are NOT regulated like real slot machines are. Disappointed. When I first found this slot app, I was really excited about it getting quite a few wins and good bonus ready coins from them; however, that all changed. Fun games can’t win. Fun games but too difficult to win money!! There is free money every 3 hours but the amount is so small that basically I can play for about 2 minutes every few hours. I’ve sent 2 messages explaining the difficulty and have never heard back. Even if you buy money it’ll still be gone in a matter of minutes. So sad because I love the games! Very frustrating. Last season was tons of fun. The game seemed to give and take in a consistent way. I would win big then slowly lose coins over time as games would give small wins but never enough to offset losses. When I started getting below 5 million coins it would start giving better wins to build my bank up again. This was fun and I found myself playing for hours every day. Something changed with this new season however. Now I struggle to win anything at all. Some games seem bugged out and won’t give any wins. Last season I could jump around between games to find one that is giving some wins but this season it’s almost impossible to get action on any game. Then when I do get a feature, there’s very little action in the feature. Last season I would easily win 10 times my bet on a feature. This season I’m lucky to even win 2 times my bet. Oh and stop with the pop up ads to buy coins. If I wanted to spend money playing slots I would go to a real casino where I could actually win real money.

Well made.. The graphics are as good and for some better than what you will find in many casinos. You can lose straight just like on a real slot and have random big wins too. There are many other slot apps that have imposter games you have never heard of before and others with big names that never seem to let you win a thing but continually ask for you to buy coins. One thing I noticed which may be a glitch is just after a season had ended all players I assume were reset and only a small portion of tier score carries over. It is strange how it shows someone wins a tier 5 jackpot less than 10 minutes after the reset. Is it possible to get there in only a few minutes.

Great app. I read all the other comments on here and I wish they’d tell me where they gamble IRL because they comment here like they never have losing streaks. These games are very similar to the actual casino ones. I have both winning and losing streaks at the casino and on this app. I do notice the lag in spins sometimes and it does seem to be losing spins when it does that. I also notice it wants an Internet connection between every spin (long lags before spin button highlights when have spotty cell service). So not sure if results are because of an algorithm or because it was what was communicated from app and server between spins. My only complaint is the coin offers. I bought like 20 million for under $5 and now all the offers are like 3 million for $10-15. I’d buy them every day if the offers where the same as the first one I bought.

It’s A Giant Rip-off - Don’t Buy Anything!. I’ve been playing this game since it first came out. Not gonna lie, at first it was fun. Then I made the mistake of buying coins. Since then it’s been one rip-off after another. They have this Piggy Bank feature in the store where you can break the bank to get more coins than usual. Well, I’ve “broken” the bank 11 times - and not once have I won anything. When I say I haven’t won anything? I mean - like major suckage. My last purchase was $35 for 30.5 million coins. The coins lasted roughly 12 minutes. I had no bonuses, no big wins, barely won the amount of the bet back - and then the jerks had the nerve to prompt me to make another purchase! I’ve complained to their support team a number of times about the crappy payouts and getting ripped off. It falls on deaf ears. So my advice - don’t buy anything unless you’re a multi-millionaire because not only will you not win anything, but you’ll be mad at yourself for wasting the money. It finally occurred to me that they are profiling my account and I’m never going to be allowed to win anything no matter how much money I spend. I’m sure they’ll say they don’t do that, but thusfar, I have not exactly found the app developers Product Madness (and their parent company Aristocrat Games) to be the most honest of souls. Save your money - and the hair you’ll pull out in frustration of getting ripped off repeatedly!

My 3 star reason. Ok, I just downloaded this app, because it has a lot of games I play at the real casino. Buffalo, Tiki Fire etc. started off with 10 mil (guess cause I’m a newbie) played my fav game Buffalo at 365k a spin. Not once did I get a bonus. Now I’ve played “Buffalo” on the real life machine, and I know it can be pretty difficult getting the 3 coin bonus, but not that difficult. You have to think at 10 mil, 365k a spin, that’s a lot of spins to not get a big hit once (yawn) yeah, another one of those rip off apps. Gets old fast. App is well laid out and has real life casino games which is cool, but the odds are almost worse than real life. They also charge a ridiculous amount of real life money for a pitiful amount of in game coins ($20 for 10 million). You’ll run out of the free coins they give you at the start within a day or two and without paying there isn’t much left to do. Also their progression system and daily challenges are incredibly stingy/broken. After you complete the first few levels of daily challenges, they start to have requirements like “collect x number of symbols betting 3 million coins a spin” or “bet a total of 700 million coins on a certain slot” which is impossible to do if you’re playing for free since you only get a few hundred thousand coins for leveling up. Even if you paid, the highest amount of coins you could buy is 100 million for $100 DOLLARS.

Well, it used to be fun. It looks like the same greedy Jack wagons took over this game too. It’s really too bad. I’ve been playing for years, then suddenly a new logo at the game start up and everything went downhill in a hurry. I used to get excited when I got a bonus cause you knew you were going to win something. Not any more. The last many bonuses I got I won a max of twice my bet. Unbelievable. I liked this game at first. It just seems to me the more money you spend. The more you lose. When they give you free coins it’s not enough to even play with to make sure you buy more. I’m done giving this game my money. I was under the impression the more money you spent within their game you might have the chance to win more. Not the case. I hit all 15 spots on a bonus game and if you get all the spots you’re suppose to win the grad. It did not pay me 1 coin. Beautiful. Extremely well executed, and loaded with some of my favorite games. I will continue to play this one. The trouble exists in the psychology of asking the player to purchase more coins after he or she has lost considerable amounts in a relatively short period of time. I mean, in real life, if i were to put $100 into a buffalo machine, spin 40 times at $2.50 a spin and I have $36 remaining, i assume this is not my machine tonight, and I walk away. Big picture, no one can fault the developers efforts to generate a profit with small dollar transactions for play money in slot game... its genius. App needs help. I have wasted a lot of money on this app but especially to play Bao Zhu the new game because it looks like it's gonna pay out but takes for ever. I have wasted a few billion coins on just trying to get my coins back thinks I will get a pay out and it doesn't happen. Most of the games don't give big payouts. It's a real bummer especially since I have spent a lot of money for nothing for trying to win and it just keeps losing. I think that this game is rigged so when you start playing a new game it gives you a pay out but then when you play it for a while then it doesn't. Horrible. This might be one of the worst apps for gaming. It’s SUPER tight! And it is so kind to put the bet max right next to the bet button. Great selection of slots, but it’s designed to take your money. They have some great slots, but you never actually win anything. The payouts are complete garbage. The free coins they give you every 3 hours last only 5 seconds when betting the minimum. Then you never win anything with them. They just want you to spend real money. And even then you spend $5 and you get like 5 more spins. Not even worth it to spend any real money because it doesn’t last long. Then they push to watch ads. And the ads are so persistent and intrusive they just pop up in the middle of spinning so you are forced to click on it. Then there is no skip feature if you accidentally click it. There used to be a skip feature to forgo the free coins, but not anymore. If you want out of the ad, you have to close the app completely and restart. Kind of scummy on their part. But anything to get that ad revenue, right?

Terrible!. Rarely get wins, you need to save all the 3 hour bonus spins up for days on end just so you can play for a little bit before it takes all ur money and puts you back at square 1. Horrible customer service. Loved this app but have lost money way too many times due to app errors and a lot of the time just glitches. Daily bonuses need to be more frequent. I agree with what many others have said and that is the 3 hourly bonuses are a complete joke. You get 2 minutes of play time with them if you’re lucky and then you’re forced to wait another 3 hours to get some more free coins. The developers should either a) offer more free coins for watching advertisements and have no daily limit on the number of advertisements you can watch and/or b) make the daily bonuses every hour instead of every 3 hours. Hello, I recently found the best online casino with real money, enter "YDK765 casino" in Google search and start earning… It’s a pretty fun game when you do get your wins, I’ve had some decent big wins I think max was about 20 million but that was on a 500,000 coin bet, it’s a pretty accurate replica of regular pokies as I hardly get any wins or I get a lot of negative wins I wouldn’t recommend using any money to buy coins as I’ve easily burnt 10 mil in coins without a single win, it would be great if they could up the win percentage as I would enjoy the game a lot more, it’s quit annoying getting a bonus only to win max 450,000 coins and within a few minutes needing to watch videos for 140,000 coins plus somethings it glitches out and I’ll need to watch multiple videos then get the coins I earnt from watching the videos or I’ll have the leave the machine I’m on then get rewarded but besides from the down it is a fun game and I would recommend playing it if you want something pretty similar to the real thing, although I do regularly win more on the real thing then I do on this game

Enjoyed but frustrated. I thoroughly enjoy the game but am currently frustrated due to the lack of response or action to rectify an error. I won a major jackpot and like many before me in that situation, the game glitched and did not credit my balance with the win. I sent screenshot proof and have not heard anything in 24hrs. Do not pay money for coins. This game had a somewhat okay payout ratio and kept things interesting. I ran out of coins one night and decided to purchase a small amount for my grandmother to play with and in a few minutes it chewed through the coins with no payouts 2 weeks later and 3 hour waits I cannot even finish a 300 lightning mission in 1 bonus. Disappointing. Terrible experience. After downloading and playing this game I reached a total of 260,000 lightening points. These points add to your overall ranking and make a difference to the free coins you receive daily. I purchased coins and spent over $100 during my time playing this game only to have my lightening balance reset itself to 10,000 points. When I contacted support I waited 3 days for a response only to be told that they had no record of my points and that they could not restore them or help in any way. My experience was a complete waste of time and money. Fun games but zero support. BEWARE OF DOWNLOADING THIS GAME! They will gladly take your money but turn their backs on you when there is a technical error on their part.

I loved this game until I got ripped off with support sounding no better than a bot!. I wasted $93 AU dollars and ripped off the complimentary 60million which was the only reason I made the purchases aiming to reach tier 5. Bad customer support. I have proof of lost coins/screen shots/timestamps etc Customer service is auto responses that don't answer any queries and they don't read the complaints. They never refund any lost coins ever !! . Its such a shame as the game is otherwise enjoyable. DO NOT spend any money on this game because if there is a glitch or issue they will not refund anything. Ive lost millions of coins and they wont give them back. Auto response is to just tell you to update app ! They have no escalation process , complaints are not taken seriously . When I first started i was getting wins and spinning up good features in the bonus spin, now that i have played for a while I dont get wins at all, machines never pay so when it comes to doing the missions its pointless because after the first 2 missions you have to usually do bets of 500k 20 times or get 17 sultans on bengal treasures with a bet of 500k but with it never paying out you can never gain enough coins to even bet like that. Fix the pay rate. Actual theft!. I was playing along wasting some time and was close to being out of coins (no surprises there) I then had an AD pop up like the million before that when you watch you get FREE coins. I chose to watch said ad to my shock of being charged $31. I didn’t authenticate any kind of purchase it simply popped up thanking me for my purchase. I thought ok that’s odd some kind of fault I’m sure iTunes support will help me.... No I’m still in battle with then for my money that was stolen from my account. Ive had the run around from iTunes support to product madness and back to iTunes support. They won’t even give an iTunes credit. Disgusting that a trillion dollar business like apple can’t even help their customers.

Purchasing coin problem. Hi LL great games, great graphics, great how you get rewarded a with levelling up and missions are an awesome idea. every so often when i try to purchase coins it says “error” or “denied” for some reason? (And yes, I do have money in account). Every couple days I’ve received notifications saying “sorry for the purchase mishap, here’s 1 million free coins but when I click on the notification it takes me to the game and doesn’t give me the coins? Any chance we can work out this problem with purchasing coins and also if you say your going to give me free coins please do so😑

Shadow of its former self. Constant bugs and stolen credit. This app WAS the best pokie app available but the constant winding back of credits makes it unplayable unless you spend real money. The decrease from 1.5M daily bonus coins to 300k won’t even get you through the first tier missions. The 3 hourly spins are exactly the same and the only thing that would allow you to scrape 5 minutes of continuous play, was the monthly membership which is also now gone. An absolute joke what greed has done to this game. Too busy trying to charge real money for virtual currency, version after version is released with constant bugs hindering any continuous play experience. That’s not even mentioning the pop up’s shamelessly prompting you to purchase ‘deals’ which are far from it mid game, as soon as you open the app and especially after credits just vanish. Stopped bothering with support as a responses are non existent.

Ruined this game! App deleted. It is such a shame they have ruined this game because i absolutely loved playing it - i even bought coins! Which i swore i would never do! But... the “support” is completely unsupportive, the social media page they run is full of faulty links and incorrect information, and now in the last 2 upgrades they have changed the payout calculations (or just the algorithm) so 90% of wins return LESS than your actual bet! Bet 1,000,000 - win 40,000. And the daily missions are now impossible to complete (to get 1000 lightning points costs a fortune in bets) so instead of making you feel rewarded, you feel anger. Not really a smart move considering the psychology of attracting people to these games. Its just a rort and a real shame since it was so enjoyable before. Highway Robbery. It’s good to see that no one has responded to my review and judging by how many bad reviews there are it’s not hard to believe - just business I suppose. Again sank some money into this game and probably do better with the real poker machines as I can actually get lucky and win some real money - wake up to yourselves, judging on how much money I have sunk into this game and looking at the number of user’s u must be raking it in how sad that once u win big then the next day it gives you nothing and you lose it all within hours of the next day I have been playing this game for some time now and unbelievable on how much money you need to pay to get some enjoyment for hardly any return - I sank over $300 over the last couple of days and finally got some reward getting up to $300M+ and then the next day the game just took it all back. It’s good and bad. Need to be accountable. Emails that are sent about game play are not answer or credited for coins lost, same generic email sent every time so don’t even bother contacting customer support they aren’t interested. All the care about is that you play. I encourage everyone that has had a bad experience to delete this game so they start to get the message. Always giving false statements saying we are trying to improve but the don’t care seriously if the did you’d get the occasional big win or feature or free spins to encourage more game play. I’ve read reviews on the people that buy coins and everyone the same as soon as they buy coins instantly start losing to get them to buy more coins. I believe that fraud Australia is looking into the developers as some have even had twice the amount in real AUD than what the paid for. Needs to Pay. A really awesome game concept bringing real life machines to the phone but it’s just sad that the real life pokies pay more features then the phone. Waiting 2-3 hrs for the bonus so you can play again just to be give an amount which is equivalent to seven presses. You guys really need to focus on keeping people playing the game for longer instead of expecting us to fork out money to buy more credits, because in retrospect most people know the purchased credits are not going to last any longer then usual. Botched pay outs. Hahahahahaha wow. 140mil in my account down to nothing without a single feature on 1mil and 2mil hits. Including little wins this was well over 100 hits without one feature at all. To say you’ve tried to make this as real as you can is a cop out even the real machines pay out more often then this app Actually wrote the top review about a year ago, decided to redownload it to see if anything has changed and aparantly it hasn’t. Borderline pay-to-win. Being pokies, you naturally run out of coins very fast. But the issue is, the game offers only one way to keep playing for free, and that’s by spinning a rigged wheel at least four times to just get one spin of a random machine. It is impossible to get a free game on the first, second and third spin, and it almost always awards one single free random game on the fourth wheel spin. And then you lose and have to repeat it just to play for free, or wait for your daily bonus (that you will lose in 3 minutes). It is deliberately designed this way to annoy you into just buying more coins. You can no longer even watch ads for coins. Great game. What a scam of a game, on two occasions this game has taken all my coins and all my lightning points and made me a new player. Horrible game. I was blocked from using this app because I messaged aristocrat and outlined that they were still using slogans that have been made illegal in Australia for online gambling purposes. Aristocrat is attempting to silence those who identify their illegal marketing tactics and pushing them towards using other means of online gambling services that they control. Even on the App Store, the very first comment left under their app is advertising another means of gambling online through, no doubt, another website that they control. It’s disgusting that people are taken advantage of my massive corporations, who’s sole purpose is to take money from those who suffer from addiction. DON’T DO IT!!!!!. Purchasing coin packs doesn’t lead to wins!!! Bonus’ are 3 hourly and dependant upon the Tier level you’re at! Even when reaching the top tier each season you revert back to low level every 2 weeks have to climb the ladder all over again. This also mean the amount of bonus you receive reverts to low levels, which you can’t really build on. Charged daily rewards require you to spin a certain number of times which isn’t always attainable due to the above mentioned issue. Orbs given as bonus’ during game play don’t award much either given what you have to spend in coins in the game to receive them in the first place. Support will tell you it’s a game of chance and luck , but it really isn’t. Needs major bug fixes. This game has always been great but in the past few months i have had multiple issues with it. Often when i’m trying to complete missions it will fail to track my progress until i completely force close the app and reopen. Also many times when i open the app, the loading bar will stay on 2% for 2-3 minutes and then eventually say “there was a problem loading the game. Please reload”, and when reloading the same thing happens over and over again. I hope these issues can be fixed because other than those annoying things that prevent me from being able to play, it is a very enjoyable pokie app.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I won the jackpot in moon race which was really happy about it was $512,000,000 coins I was over the moon. Next minute the game freezes on me and resets I’m like ok cool no worries it’s just a normal lag or something. I reopen the game and all my coins have gone I was back at 2mil coins. Just don’t bother. Used to be pretty fun, and if you read the other reviews you can see that it’s changed & is way more money hungry than ever. You can understand wanting to monetise but $15 for a couple of mill, very little pay off & lasts so little, doesn’t really make sense or mean they’ll get many people coming back. I lost 200mill that I accumulated in a short session, not one feature & then when clawing back $$$ it crashed on my feature where I was going to a good 50mill. Expensive and only getting worse!. This app has some of my favourite real life slot games but that’s where it ends! This is one of the most expensive games out there where it’s become not worth it. Not as good as it used to be. I’ve played this game for quite awhile now. With every change you’ve made it has gotten to be a lot less fun. Now, when hitting level 4 you drop us down to 1,000 lightning points, not fair at all.

Love my lightings. I agree, it’s difficult to get into a bonus. When you’re lucky enough to you usually don’t win many coins. I realize you want to sell coins to make your money but us consumers would like to play a while on our coins. I think it’s worse here than at the real casino where real money is at stake. Fun games but very hard to win!. Pro- As far as the games go, I really enjoy playing them. They are similar to the games you play at a real casino. I have had no problem with glitches on this app. Cons- At the start I was able to play and win enough coins to play for a period of time. However now after buying coins a few times, I’m unable to play for more than about 10 minutes. Then wait for the next bonus 3 hours later and get very few coins to play with. If you happen to get to play enough to go up in tiers which allows you to get bigger bonuses, they reset it and you get to start all over on the lowest tier which means a tiny bonus that will allow you 5 minutes of play time if you’re lucky... that is very frustrating. Disappointed. I have this app on both my iPhone and Kindle fire. We go to actual casinos several times per year and the Lightning games are alway my favorites. It’s okay buy. It’s a cool casino game because it’s the first one I’ve found to have actual Lightning link games. Plus the games look great. DONE!!!. I have been playing this app for about two years now. I have spent money buying fake coins. These are not real money credits. Outstanding Gaming Site. I have been playing this app for almost a year now and I have to give the developers credit where credit is due. The site offers a variety of games, some similar, yet each containing a uniqueness that makes it interesting and not just the same old game over and over again. Many Flaws. Great game.. I wish they gave you more free coins, and more play. Instead of causing you to get into trouble with your wife. Cause you downloaded the game, so you wouldn’t go gamble the monkey on real machines. So I deleted the game and reinstalled it as I had done when this happened once before; however, this time when it reinstalled all my points were gone. Love it love it love it. This is my all time favorite game ever! I love to go to the casino but when I can’t (due to the lack of funds lol) lightning link is my number one pick. Shady betting. The game is fun and realistic but they have these promotions where if you bet a certain amount for a number of spins you get a weak gift. The bet amount is ridiculously high and it automatically places your bet for you so if you just spent money like 20 bucks to get chips or coins then you pick a slot it will literally automatically put your whole bankroll on one bet and it doesn’t do that normally until they run this promotion so you can lose everything on one bet by accident if you don’t check your bet when normally you start on min bet. Love and Hate. I love the graphics and the feeling of real play. However, the cost to buy is utterly ridiculous for the amount of coins you get. Horrible. I have been playing this game for 3 years and yes I am one of the suckers who has spent real money to play. Tighter than any casino I have ever been to. I think what set me off is I just finished the season with 890,000 points so usually you start the next season with 50,000 or so plus several free coins etc. I started this season with 1,000 points and 500,000 total coins. It’s ok!. If you’re looking for a game that resembles playing the slots that can be played in a casino then this is the one. But don’t expect much. The bonuses are few and far between. And if you spend money on coins it does not increase your chances of winning. If these were real slot machines in a casino they would be the tightest ever. Not worth the time or money. The payouts are garbage, unless you actually pay them real money to win their oh so valuable fake money. And if you don’t pay the only way to get coins to continue playing is to watch ad after ad after ad. Then they give you just enough to spin 5 more times before you have to watch another ad. The missions are almost impossible to complete at that rate, again unless you spend your hard earned money. This is unfortunate because I love the lightning link games. People wanna play to win, that’s the fun. Why wouldn’t you make that the goal as long as people are playing

Garbage. It seems like it would be fun, since you can play games that are actually at a Casino. Don’t let that fool you. Casino games are designed to have you lose most of the time. How can developers actually take the time to make the games on an app worse?! Fewer bonuses than a casino, and they don’t pay anything. One of the challenges was to win 1 million coins. It took losing 6 million to make 1 million. If this model was an actual casino, they would be out of business because nobody would go there! Get better games and let your consumers have fun instead of just going for a money grab for purchases. You can’t even click your bonus coins without tricking you into a pop-up to take you to buy coins. I get you are in it to make money, but if there is no return in game play it’s just a rip off!

Horrible if you actually start buying coins.. You will not win. You’d think a game like this you could win at, well you won’t. I’ve been the fool spending way to much money chasing a big win. It doesn’t happen. Just bet super small and play the free coins. If you purchase coins you will not win big at all. I’ve sent millions on one game to get one bonus with a 12x payout. It’s actually a great business model to maximize profit without having to give back anything in return. Your better off at a real casino, no joke. I’d at least get some bonuses there. All I can say is let the people win and you’ll Get better reviews and have more players. The worst money I’ve ever spent. Thanks for a horrible time.

Don’t buy to play!. While I understand that the developers should make money on their platform, I don’t understand how they would make it impossible to win in a game that would keep the people coming back to play. As many have stated, if this was a real play for money at a casino, you would leave the machine that would not pay something. I am no different than others spending hundreds on this game and get only 5 minutes of play with no return. I do love these games and was excited to find this app to help pass time during the pandemic. I however will not spend any money on this game. 🙁

Bugs that Product Madness doesn’t care to fix. The slots are nice because they’re Aristocrat games; however, some of the ads are downright awful. (Woodoku, anyone?) PM shouldn’t allow ads that won’t let you out of them until several attempts and App Store loads. I’d let support know this, but they haven’t been very helpful when I’ve reached out in the past. There are bugs in the challenges and free spin tokens, and when you tell support and even include screen captures, they act like they don’t know what you’re trying to tell them. The challenges are also inconsistent in what’s needed to complete them, with some very high priced games only netting 115 lightning or so. Challenge rewards have also gotten stingier.

AMAZING APP/feels like the real thing. I’ve downloaded A LOT of casino apps & it was always the same thing…cartoonish & child like not to mention the obscene amount of interruptions to watch ads which you would get coins but the app just wasn’t worth it!! When I found lightening link, HOLY COW, no ad interruptions, daily gifts and the fastest customer service I’ve seen for a casino App!!! I was a frequent casino goer but I haven’t been back since I found this app & talk about the savings!!!! THANK YOU lightening link!!!

Latest Update Ruined Seasons. The latest update changed the way stellar points and the solar system works. Prior to this I could grind out seasonal tier 5 because I could attain a 300,000 Lightning reward from the seasonal planets. The update severely devalued stellar points. Now instead of getting 300,000 for 200k or so points I get 30,000. They already needed the lightning piggy bank, now this. For us unlucky players with less than 1b coins it makes tier 5 extremely difficult to obtain. Please reconsider. I’m a huge fan and IAP user. It isn’t fun anymore when you keep taking away things like this, the ROI is already so bad if you don’t luck into a grand jackpot that we need to buy coins regularly.

Don’t get sucked in!. After years of playing and spending way more than I should have I’m done with this game. The odds of winning are worse than a live casino, PLUS they continue to sell/give ‘solar points’ that cannot be used. Major rip off on their “solar points” . You can collect them rather quickly but they only allow you to use a small portion of them, and promise “more constellations are coming soon” (the constellations are where you can use your solar points to gain coins and level up). We’ve been waiting over 6 months or more for thos “coming soon” promises! Save your money, there are other games out there but beware, this company owns many others out there as well.

Whatever. The truth is….the only difference between this and a real casino…..other than they are here to empty your wallet of rent money and do it with no shame like a real casino….you don’t have the walk of shame to your car or the drive of shame home from a real casino. That’s it. The games are as real as the casino. So is the excitement when you’re winning….AND…so is the sadness when you spend rent money and loose. Simple as that. My favorite game in this sinful place….hands down King of the Nile. I only gave you 3 stars because your apps screw up fairly often and cheat me out of coin packages I buy but never receive.

Good slot game but with MAJOR frustrations. The slots in this game are fun and very similar to the ones you find in real casinos. Similar, but not exactly the same. But the pop up ads are extraordinarily frustrating. They always pop up just prior to pressing a button, and instead of having to press the button itself on the pop up, any click on the window tries to charge your account so make absolutely sure you have a verification screen set up, or you will be charged a lot of money quite randomly while playing this game. They really do need to fix this.

More Winning. I believe this site is a rip off after buying coins. Once you buy coins the take away you winning so you can buy more coins. On another note this site reduces you mission amount lower to make it harder to receive coins when playing the missions for the day. So I suggest do not buy coins or you would lose you chance of winning coins and they make it hard for you not to win coins. I was suckered in spending a lot of money and receiving no winnings. Now I just collect my free coins for the day. It is sad that they take the fun out of it from their customers. I play a lot of casino games and never experienced any games like this one that rips off their customers.

And then I played your new games and gave me like 6M coins.... and I was thinking that, well it seems your giving your clients a fair value... Then here came the bonus, 8 free spins and retriggered up to 40 spins with only 3 Alikes and gave 100,000??? No bonus coins for FACEBOOK.. I was told and instructed to log into Facebook to receive 2 million coins. I later read on the apple App Store I was suppose to get 10 million. I didn’t receive any at all. That’s a misleading shame I’ll put my hard cash into another app and developer. I have 6-7 casino apps I play on the daily routine. Spend $300-$500 a week. You guys lost a potential customer and highly educated one at that. Trying to find a link for customer service for an hour and the results lead me here. Enjoy. Disgusted. I don’t understand why birthday season you get actually decent wins and coins and then it doesn’t give you anything after that. I also feel you cheated everyone with the goals for lightening because they were 300, 1000, 3000 and now it’s 275, 750.. and it’s harder now more than ever to even get the 350. I don’t mind purchasing coins here and there but I’m not going to waste money purchasing them every day especially since it’s only maybe 5 min worth of play. So this app will probably become non existent which is sad because I probably would have participated more and now you just lost a costumer, which in the big world is no big deal.. but from the looks of it I’m not the only one.

Scam!!. I downloaded this game and loved it for a while, since it is the exact games that you can find at the casino. I would watch 10-20 ads to be able to spin a few times between each ad, hitting occasional bonuses. However, I spent money a week ago, and since then it has been AWFUL! I think I have gotten three total bonuses over the past week (not good bonuses, barely winning any coins back), and all of my money is gone. The “watch a video to earn coins” has now been replaced with “buy this to get more coins.” It is a huge scam, and I do not recommend playing this app. It truly is sad, since this app has so much potential, but these creators are just too greedy!!!

Disappointing. Really like the games on this app. really don’t give you no room to enjoy yourself playing slots. they definitely don’t give enough free coins out. I wouldn’t spend my money on this app because when you think that you’re gonna win and you push the stop button and it looks great, push that stop button it all goes away you don’t even end up winning nothing on that spin. I also think the wins are very far and in between, way too far and in between. Scammers!! Do not play!. Just like other slots app, this app is a scam and worst then the real casino.
