Will delete account without notice or confirmation. So I play(ed) lightning link, cash man and heart of Vegas. I go to play one day and I am blocked. When asking them, they say I sent in an email asking for all accounts on all their products deleted and they did this without any email or anything confirming if I wanted this done. Hint: I didn’t. So beware if someone is mad or anything and has your email address, they can get this company to ban and delete your accounts without letting you know or without notification. And I had spent ALOT of money on these apps just to have it wasted when I get shadow banned. Go figure *edit*. They sent a responce saying to get in touch with in game support. When they ban and delete your account, it will not even let you log in or play the app at all, so cannot contact in game support as I cannot even get in game. I love this game but way to expensive. I play this game a lot. More than I should considering how much money I have to spend on coins. 100 million goes so fast, it’s ridiculous. I use to be able to play for a long time on that amount of coins but not lately. It’s terrible. It makes me sad bc I really love it but I will have to delete the game bc it’s costing me a fortune just to enjoy play time for 20-30 minutes. To top it off, I just noticed on my 2 favorite games that the bonuses have been reduced. On twilight tundra and sunset aces the mini & minor bonus were 3 mil and 6 mil on a bet of 300 thousand. Now I noticed today it’s down to 2.4 mil for the mini and 4.5 mil for the minor. That’s a big difference when you barely get the bonuses anyway. I wish it was like it was before and you could have a decent amount of playtime. It cost as much as a real casino, at least I would get something in return from a real slot. Rio off. I’ve been a fan and supporter of this app by spending thousands of dollars playing for few years. It has many games that I loved playing at the real casinos. I’ve never liked that the max play button is so closed to the play button. When I’m playing on my phone, it doesn’t give me a lot of space for pushing the button. I had made mistakes in the past pressing max and losing $2,000,000 in one spin. Well, other day I had over $100,000,000 in my bank that I had just purchased. I must have press the max button and lost my $100,000,000 in ONE spin. They had changed the max to $200,000,000. Since I only had little over 100,000,000 in the bank, it just took that. I’m not blaming huge app 100% but I should have been warned about these updates. This is just for fun. Why do they need to make it so expensive to these games other than they want to Rip off consumers. I wrote to them and pretty much what I got was oops sorry.

App Severely Controls How Much You Win & When. Be acutely aware that these app versions of slot machines are NOT regulated like real slot machines are. Real ones have a win/loss % that’s set (guaranteed) & cannot be manipulated by the casino. Apps are DEFINITELY manipulated by the app developers (whom you buy the coins from). There is ZERO reward for being a buyer of coins- it does not put you on their favor and reward you with wins. It doesn’t work that way. You’ll notice you suddenly have these incredibly large wins… enjoy it while you can because the app makes sure you can only go so far before they control your account and ensure you lose all of it and lose steadily. I recorded some of the play to confirm this, and slowed it down to watch the patterns. There is intentionally little chance for line wins & bonuses as the app makes sure no winning combinations can hit when you’ve won too much & now they need you to lose. You’ll never see 3-like symbols on the screen pass by… only one or two leaving no chance for a win. You’re best off saving your money for the real casino. Dump these apps- there is no gain! You get NOTHING out of it but the slot designers guarantee they can keep you hooked/addicted. Go enjoy your life & spend your money on something worthwhile.

I understand that games are made for the game maker to make money - understandable. The game prices were already over the top, but now with the severely reduced bonuses, and taking more lightning to tier up, but awards and bonuses are meager, it is just beyond greed. For that, you’re likely going to earn less money - not more, and users will retire this game, after years of play, and I imagine new users will not play. Best of luck, fixing your greed issues, and getting the game back on track. Follow up, regarding the developer’s blanket response - your in app help is not very helpful, and you probably just want to find out my account, so you can cancel it, and this review - not gonna happen :) There’s nothing in app help can help with - they will just give sorry excuses, for these ridiculous changes…

Beautiful. Extremely well executed, and loaded with some of my favorite games. I will continue to play this one. The trouble exists in the psychology of asking the player to purchase more coins after he or she has lost considerable amounts in a relatively short period of time. I mean, in real life, if i were to put $100 into a buffalo machine, spin 40 times at $2.50 a spin and I have $36 remaining, i assume this is not my machine tonight, and I walk away. Big picture, no one can fault the developers efforts to generate a profit with small dollar transactions for play money in slot game... its genius. I am simply saying that I will never be in the mood to throw my actual money at a game that Is so darn adept at keeping consistent wins out of reach. Once again, of the 8 or 9 games like this that I’ve played, this one is my favorite. Great Games, Terrible Win/Loss Balance. I been playing slot games for longs as they been out and i never write a review and mainly because these developers really don't care what our issues or thought's are, just about making money. What gets me this app is the same people who own the game and put them in casinos. They should let us play for free and casinos sponsor the app, it would draw us to casinos if we think we can do good here. BUT!!! This app is tighter then the same slots in the real casino and they are pretty bad and thats saying a lot. Let me show you example, I purchased $9.99 pack which is 3 million in coins. I bet $20,000 a spin and in 150 Spins (equals 3 mil) not ONE bonus in 150 spins, does this all the time and the more you bet the worse it gets. No App Support. This has been one of my favorite casino apps because of the addition of Dragon Link until recently! I won the Major and was shorted 100 million once the screen refreshed. I have a screenshot of my total after the feature completed and then after my next spin. I sent messages asking for my coin balance to be updated and NO reply. Play free, but avoid Coin Packages. The casino games plays fairly well initially until you buy a coin package. Once a coin package is purchased, gaming odds seems to change and despite a higher credit balance than the initial $10M offered on entry the games never pay as well again. My girlfriend bought a special offer for $200M coins and having great fun initially. Despite betting low bets ($12K - $50K) she never got a bonus and lost most of the credits within an hour. Update: Thought I would give this casino another chance when I had to stay home and care for a family member. Wow, game play is much worse than before. I tried Lightning Link games and out of 200M credits with a 1M bet, I only had 3 bonuses paying 2M-5M credits. Lots of spins with 5 moons or 2 free games symbols but very few line hits. I used to really like LL casino, but I’m now do better playing the same amount at a real casino.

Offers to watch an ad for $1mil gets you less than the standard $140k for the traditional ad. Game Often glitches….doesn’t accumulate money accurately or display the percentage of mission accomplished much of the time. I haven’t accumulated millions in my bank that I should have received due to software addition errors. There are many other games to choose from, I would highly recommend seeking other options than lightening.

It’s A Giant Rip-off - Don’t Buy Anything!. I’ve been playing this game since it first came out. Not gonna lie, at first it was fun. Then I made the mistake of buying coins. Since then it’s been one rip-off after another. They have this Piggy Bank feature in the store where you can break the bank to get more coins than usual. Well, I’ve “broken” the bank 11 times - and not once have I won anything. When I say I haven’t won anything? I mean - like major suckage. My last purchase was $35 for 30.5 million coins. The coins lasted roughly 12 minutes. I had no bonuses, no big wins, barely won the amount of the bet back - and then the jerks had the nerve to prompt me to make another purchase! I’ve complained to their support team a number of times about the crappy payouts and getting ripped off. It falls on deaf ears. So my advice - don’t buy anything unless you’re a multi-millionaire because not only will you not win anything, but you’ll be mad at yourself for wasting the money. It finally occurred to me that they are profiling my account and I’m never going to be allowed to win anything no matter how much money I spend. I’m sure they’ll say they don’t do that, but thusfar, I have not exactly found the app developers Product Madness (and their parent company Aristocrat Games) to be the most honest of souls. Used to be less greedy. After having this app for many years I noticed the decline in wins and payouts. Coins are also really expensive to purchase for such a small amount. My husband recently quit this app and has deleted it because it is rigged. When I asked why he received more coins for the same price they stated it was different for all players. If you buy and they know you do your chances of winning is very low so that you can purchase more. The levels are also harder to reach especially when collecting bonuses depending on your lvl for that week is it can be as low as 15k and missions are 20k minimum to bet so it’s kinda just ridiculous and waste of time. You can play pop slots and get 100,000k coins for $1 or $2 and it will still pay out as well as build credit towards rewards for night stays at casinos or free play at real casinos even cruises and much more. Delete this app and don’t look back.

This was a 5 star app, not now!. I have been playing for over 2 years and have completely enjoyed the slots. Great selection of slots, but it’s designed to take your money. They have some great slots, but you never actually win anything. The payouts are complete garbage. The free coins they give you every 3 hours last only 5 seconds when betting the minimum. Then you never win anything with them. They just want you to spend real money. And even then you spend $5 and you get like 5 more spins. Not even worth it to spend any real money because it doesn’t last long. Then they push to watch ads. And the ads are so persistent and intrusive they just pop up in the middle of spinning so you are forced to click on it. Then there is no skip feature if you accidentally click it. There used to be a skip feature to forgo the free coins, but not anymore. If you want out of the ad, you have to close the app completely and restart. Kind of scummy on their part. But anything to get that ad revenue, right?

Where did my coins go?. This was my favorite slot game and I have played it daily for years. Purchased hundreds of dollars worth of coins. Coins are very expensive but I liked the game so much I would spend money regularly. However yesterday I received the blue error message and after reloading my 23 million coins were gone and I was down to 489,000. Support was a joke. Asked for screenshots. I have gotten that blue error message loads of times and never once had an issue. How would I have known to take a screen shot. They then preceded to tell me I played through my balance on Sun and moon betting 1.5 million a spin. Funny I told them in my ticket I was playing sun and moon and betting 1.5 million a spin. I cannot believe they are just willing to lose a regular customer over 20 million coins they could easily give back to me. Worst “customer support” I have ever seen. Horrible. I’ve spent roughly 113 million on the game “Buffalo link” and didn’t receive any bonus with a bet of 200k. Like wow, all those millions of coins spent just to hit nothing. Fun but a money waster. This game is definitely better than Cashman Casino. They give more opportunities to earn free coins which I like. However if you really want to play this game often you’ll be wasting your money. All of the popular link games are expensive to play meaning you have to bet 200,000 coins to even have a chance at the grand. Want some advice? Do NOT waste your money on this game.. just go to an actual casino. You will eventually lose all the coins you just bought. It’s how the developers earn money. My only complaint is the coin packages are outrageous for a few coins. I like to play at home and would not mind paying but the packages are too high. Scam! Read before you purchase. Don’t buy coin packages if you want to win. They have a luck factor built into the algorithm. Isn’t it funny when you first install one of their many apps it plays so fun then you spend money and never get the wins like you did at first. DO NOT PURCHASE CREDITS!. There are so many glitches in this app! If you decide to play the challenges, pay careful attention to the terms: Bet 300,000; win 5M; win 500,000 four times to collect lightning. Keep track of the credits you play. Often you will notice the challenges are absolutely inaccurate. You can achieve the goals and they simply will NOT award you the credits. If you contact support and supply them with screenshots, they conveniently say you need to send more screenshots or that your screenshots aren’t real. Many times those screenshots are simply ignored. I’m filing a chargeback with my credit card company because I truly feel this is fraud/flim flam. STAY AWAY! Edit: I asked them again why the free bonus credits keeps dropping even though purchases were made, and the answer I received was “you have been blocked due to responsible play.” So, if you have a legit reason to ask them a question, they will tell you you’re wrong. Game Wins Locked Behind Paywall. I typically NEVER write reviews for any games on the App Store until now. But this game has pushed me to do so. I’ve spent well over 100 dollars on this game for millions and millions of coins and still have never gotten ahead. Typically $20 dollars will get you about 16 million coins. The problem is you don’t unlock most high jackpots you earn on the games unless you bet a minimum of 200k coins. I have tried to play without paying for coins by saving log in bonuses but you simply won’t earn enough to play for longer than a few minutes. The minute I pay for coins I hit bonuses left and right until everything just abruptly stops and you lose everything. Now I understand that you really never win these games and I’m fine with that. I’m fine with paying for coins but only if it lasts for longer than 3 mins which it doesn’t on this game. The only reason this review gets a star is because the games are fun when the “luck” is on your side. Overall I’d never download this game again or recommend it to anyone.

Rigged game. This game is totally rigged. The creators have access to your user ID and can go in and make the game win and make the game lose. I’ve had 100,000,000 coins before and have won pretty good, but once you win so many millions, the game all of a sudden stops paying you on any bet and wipes your coins out every time you play!! The creators are the ones on top of the winning leaderboard because there is NO WAY that an average gamer will ever win that kind of lightning amounts. Best game…. For losing money! I’ve been playing this game for a while and just now decided to read the reviews. I wish I had done that before wasting money purchasing coins! I agree 1000% with the complaints about the awful bonuses. If you’re thinking about getting this app make sure you scroll through the comments! It’s definitely a scam. I was playing every day and when I first started, I got great bonuses. Then the switch flipped and I would go through hundreds of thousands of coins in no time! And I was betting low! So I fell into the trap of buying coin packages. My $20 purchases lasted maybe 10 minutes! After reading so many reviews on here with similar stories it appears that there is an algorithm that monitors purchases so the more you buy, the less you win! Now it all makes sense. Great Properties BAD APP. Beware despite the games being the same fun ones found in the casino this app is almost a scam. I have found the frequently THE REAL CASINO versions actually “pay/win” more. This sends you to the store to make a purchase. Further more you will be in the middle of missions for them just to up and disappear even while in game play. In all I get this is a business made to make money, but I feel the developers are quite shady and unethical in the way they go about it. I will stick to spending my money on the real versions of the slots that pay out more often and are not practically a scam.

My 3 star reason. Ok, I just downloaded this app, because it has a lot of games I play at the real casino. Buffalo, Tiki Fire etc. started off with 10 mil (guess cause I’m a newbie) played my fav game Buffalo at 365k a spin. Not once did I get a bonus. Now I’ve played “Buffalo” on the real life machine, and I know it can be pretty difficult getting the 3 coin bonus, but not that difficult. You have to think at 10 mil, 365k a spin, that’s a lot of spins to not get a big hit once (yawn) yeah, another one of those rip off apps. Who plays on the emotions of people hoping they’ll dish out there hard earned money to play their fav (real life) machines. Not this guy tho. Makes no sense to give real money for fake money, never thought it did. So I’ll just do like all the other rip off apps I play. Wait till my free money come back around. VIP teams negligence. Issue: Snowy Event - screen gets frozen tried deleting the app and reinstalled it but still nothing. I have been contacting the “VIP” team for the same issue since December 22nd 2023 and it is now January 5th 2024. After speaking to 6 different people from this so called VIP team, nothing is getting resolved. They would give me the same exact answer till today, i recorded the way they quickly end my conversation after they said that they will get someone to help me. They would end my conversation without even hearing what I have to say. Seems like they don’t wanna hear me complain. I spend real money on this game and not to be getting what I am supposed to or not getting any respect from all the VIP team seems so wrong. Lousy payouts. First let me say, this is my favorite slots game. However! The payouts are horrible and the cost of coin packages is extremely high! The bonus coins are given every three hours and are so low that I can play for only a few minutes. I purchased $20 worth today and it lasted not even five minutes with minimum bets! I have written customer service twice about other issues and they have never responded. Very disappointing because I love these games! Customer service: you appear to read these reviews, but I have never had a reply to any of my emails. You really should improve your 3-hour bonuses. I waited three hours to only receive 150 credits. Horrible new ads. I love this game having been playing for years . I don’t mind ads in fact they are helpful sometimes . But these new ads are just horrible, they have nothing related to game like advertising other games or casino apps. Not entertaining at all , super laggy . Zero stars. Zero zero zero zero stars. I have been playing this game for 4 years now hoping it would get better. Sometimes it does for a few weeks and then it goes back to the old scam it is. So first scam: I have been playing every single day for the two week season. I am at 208,000 points. To put in perspective, the leader of the season is at 180,000,000 points. I have been playing for 4 years and I don’t think my season's combined total this. After one day they were at 50,000,000. It’s not possible. Complete every mission with extra points it’s still not possible. My last 12 3 hour bonuses have been 9 9’s and 3 10’s. That’s about 30 minutes of total game play per day. I made the mistake of buying coins again, gone in a couple of hours and now I can’t win. Such a shame because the games are incredible. But for coin money I have a casino 8 miles away. Please do better, or have a tier system for customers who haven’t been playing for years. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!

Used to be good. Let me say, when I first downloaded and played it over a year ago, it was great! Good challenges and good games. Didn’t feel like it was just taking my money and running like others. Yes I won and lost , ok mostly lost like any slot but now it’s become just annoying with too many “watch this video for coins” they pop up way too often, sometime one right after another and it’s gotten down right ridiculous. To make it worse they make you watch a 20 second video (which is a long time) for a lousy 100k of coins. Oh and if you’re not careful if you touch anywhere on the screen other than the tiny X when an annoying pop up happens, where of course your finger will never be, the video “for another slot game, surprise surprise” you’re stuck watching it again for 20 seconds! Great app. I read all the other comments on here and I wish they’d tell me where they gamble IRL because they comment here like they never have losing streaks. These games are very similar to the actual casino ones. I have both winning and losing streaks at the casino and on this app. I do notice the lag in spins sometimes and it does seem to be losing spins when it does that. I also notice it wants an Internet connection between every spin (long lags before spin button highlights when have spotty cell service). So not sure if results are because of an algorithm or because it was what was communicated from app and server between spins. My only complaint is the coin offers. I bought like 20 million for under $5 and now all the offers are like 3 million for $10-15. I’d buy them every day if the offers where the same as the first one I bought.

No longer a fun game. I have only been playing for about three months. This game went from fun and exciting to boring and quickly taking your coins. I use to enjoy the missions and looked forward to new ones each day. Every two weeks I couldn’t wait to see the new theme. Things changed, now it doesn’t even allow you play time. When I had coins I would bet 100,000, 200,000 or 500,000 coins spinning 20-25 times without one win! One every few days I would hit a bonus and barely win enough coins over my original bet! I have no clue what the game developers are thinking by setting the game to take coins so fast without any play time. I have never purchased coins and will never get drawn into purchasing any. There are to many other FREE casino apps to download. I will give it a few more days and play off the little bit of coins it gives you every three hours (which is a joke), but if things don’t change I will be deleting the game moving on to a different game.

This app used to be good. This app used to be good but it seems the developers have become greedy and just want to force you to buy coins. I just played 18 million coins through a single game at bets under 100k. I got one single feature and won nothing in that free games feature. I would expect payouts to be better considering this is supposed to be just for fun. Also the pop ups on the home screen have gotten absolutely ridiculous. Love, love this game - my only negative comments are that the charms are confusing and haven’t seen any benefit to them but the diamonds are something else, Would be nice to be able to play for free diamonds either on a mission or side game. My only other comment is the missions don’t seem to change especially when starting a new season, hard to bet 18 times at $100k when you get maybe $75 K on a bonus ready. Could be a few lesser missions until you get to at least 10k and can start collecting bigger bonuses. I find myself not playing unless there is an achievable level the day before the season changes, I just collect the bonuses every 3 hours to have enough to start new season. Otherwise , greatest game I’ve played.

Horrible. This might be one of the worst apps for gaming. It’s SUPER tight! And it is so kind to put the bet max right next to the bet button. Unlike a real slot that would laugh at you if you didn’t have enough to bet max, this slot changes to the maximum bet in regards to your chips. Meaning it leaves you with NOTHING!!! It’s super frustrating and has happened several times where I put my phone down and when I pick it up, accidentally hit max. Which takes me from betting 10k to 4 million!! Not worth your time!. I initially downloaded this app because it has a lot of my most favorite casino games. I loved the simplicity of the app, the graphics as well as how the games look and play like the real games. HOWEVER, it is extremely irritating when you can’t ever win anything. The developers of this app as well as their other apps I have “Heart of Vegas” and “MightyFu Casino” have made it so difficult to hit any free games, bonus rounds or even win at all. Buying any of their packs are ridiculously expensive for just little coins and you have to make minimum bets that don’t even unlock the higher jackpots. The missions usually require a minimum bet and since I can’t ever win it’s impossible for me to complete more than 2 or 3 missions therefore I never move up any tiers. Same as on the other apps. I’ve rated the games in app already and have made my complaints known and no response from the developers ever. It’s not worth your time or money if you can pay less to play the real thing.. Player beware. This is a fun game and can be somewhat time consuming. It is easy to hit a purchase button accidentally. There has been more than one occasion when I have canceled the purchase and been charged for the purchase and not receive the product. In order to prevent this from happening I turned off the payment method on my phone. Here again on more than one occasion even though a payment was canceled with no payment method in the phone, I was still charged when I added the payment method back and did not receive the product. Yes you can go to them and ask for a refund which is spotty at best. It is your word against theirs. I tracked down the corporate headquarters and sent a communication regarding these issues and have received no reply. So have fun with the game BUT make sure you watch those “accidental purchases” charges.

Fun slots but terrible payouts. I think when I first got this app, I had more fun because at least I could play a while. Now it’s a 10-15 minute time frame before losing the few coins earned in opening the app every 4 hours. I have payed for coins, but can lose them quickly. Sometimes bonuses don’t pay anything. There have been a few times I have had great payouts, but those are few and far between. I have found other slots apps that give you more for your money and payouts are much better so I tend to spend more with them. I reach level 4 many times in the challenges, but this last time only level 3. I reached level 5 a few times in the past, but it’s been so long ago I can’t remember. Needs major bug fixes. This game has always been great but in the past few months i have had multiple issues with it. Often when i’m trying to complete missions it will fail to track my progress until i completely force close the app and reopen. Also many times when i open the app, the loading bar will stay on 2% for 2-3 minutes and then eventually say “there was a problem loading the game. Please reload”, and when reloading the same thing happens over and over again. I hope these issues can be fixed because other than those annoying things that prevent me from being able to play, it is a very enjoyable pokie app.

Fun but kind of a let down. Actual theft!. I was playing along wasting some time and was close to being out of coins (no surprises there) I then had an AD pop up like the million before that when you watch you get FREE coins. I chose to watch said ad to my shock of being charged $31. I didn’t authenticate any kind of purchase it simply popped up thanking me for my purchase. I thought ok that’s odd some kind of fault I’m sure iTunes support will help me.... No I’m still in battle with then for my money that was stolen from my account. Borderline pay-to-win. Being pokies, you naturally run out of coins very fast. But the issue is, the game offers only one way to keep playing for free, and that’s by spinning a rigged wheel at least four times to just get one spin of a random machine. It is impossible to get a free game on the first, second and third spin, and it almost always awards one single free random game on the fourth wheel spin. And then you lose and have to repeat it just to play for free, or wait for your daily bonus (that you will lose in 3 minutes). I loved this game until I got ripped off with support sounding no better than a bot!. I wasted $93 AU dollars and ripped off the complimentary 60million which was the only reason I made the purchases aiming to reach tier 5. If I could rate zero stars I would. I won the jackpot in moon race which was really happy about it was $512,000,000 coins I was over the moon. Next minute the game freezes on me and resets I’m like ok cool no worries it’s just a normal lag or something. I reopen the game and all my coins have gone I was back at 2mil coins. Horrible game. I was blocked from using this app because I messaged aristocrat and outlined that they were still using slogans that have been made illegal in Australia for online gambling purposes. Aristocrat is attempting to silence those who identify their illegal marketing tactics and pushing them towards using other means of online gambling services that they control. Even on the App Store, the very first comment left under their app is advertising another means of gambling online through, no doubt, another website that they control. It’s disgusting that people are taken advantage of my massive corporations, who’s sole purpose is to take money from those who suffer from addiction. I hope that they are handed a massive fine for this grossly irresponsible marketing tactic. Not to mention that this game is also advertised as being available for persons 17+ years of age, which is also highly illegal in Australia. I will be taking the matter further with the gambling regulator to ensure the younger generation isn’t exposed to the filth of the Australian gambling industry. Don’t bother. Ridiculous, the bonus collects are ridiculously lower than the minimum bet expected to complete a mission. When you complete a mission it takes you nearly a whole day to complete due to the low reward. They expect you to purchase money to continue playing. The bonus wait collect time is 3 hours. Then you wait the 3 hours only to get 75 coin collect and the minimum bet on most machines to complete a mission are either 20 coins or 50 coins. 1 or 2 pushes on a machine and your money is gone. Then you have to wait another 3 hours for another collect. Then they also expect you to watch videos to collect more coins that are normally 30seconds each. Don’t waste your time downloading this game. It’s a waste of time!

Disappointing. Terrible experience. After downloading and playing this game I reached a total of 260,000 lightening points. These points add to your overall ranking and make a difference to the free coins you receive daily. I purchased coins and spent over $100 during my time playing this game only to have my lightening balance reset itself to 10,000 points. When I contacted support I waited 3 days for a response only to be told that they had no record of my points and that they could not restore them or help in any way. My experience was a complete waste of time and money. Fun games but zero support. BEWARE OF DOWNLOADING THIS GAME! They will gladly take your money but turn their backs on you when there is a technical error on their part.

The games trash after a while. When I first started i was getting wins and spinning up good features in the bonus spin, now that i have played for a while I dont get wins at all, machines never pay so when it comes to doing the missions its pointless because after the first 2 missions you have to usually do bets of 500k 20 times or get 17 sultans on bengal treasures with a bet of 500k but with it never paying out you can never gain enough coins to even bet like that. None benefit the players and are very obvious attempts to increase an already clearly very profitable game for developers. Constant glitches and new reward path that is so difficult the game is not fun. You could spend $500 on in app purchases and still fail to achieve a quarter of the ladder which seems insane. Anyone would think you were winning real money at this point but you aren’t and that are just sucking as much cash as possible out of new form of gambling that requires them to never pay out anything whilst still collecting real cash.

Greedy developers. A once fun app I’d use daily to help wind down after a long day has become a shell of what it used to be. Recent drops in bonus wins and changes to both the stellar and lightning points systems has made is borderline impossible to progress through the tier system without paying money for coin packages. The cards collected for the lightning lab don’t even give me enough trade points to get the lowest level of rewards. And not to mention, when ever you collect trade points, it replaces your total points making it impossible to save up points for any kind of trade. This game used to be fun, now it just seems so pointless. This was a good way to keep me off real slot machines, now it seems better value for time and money to go back to them.

Shadow of its former self. Constant bugs and stolen credit. This app WAS the best pokie app available but the constant winding back of credits makes it unplayable unless you spend real money. The decrease from 1.5M daily bonus coins to 300k won’t even get you through the first tier missions. The 3 hourly spins are exactly the same and the only thing that would allow you to scrape 5 minutes of continuous play, was the monthly membership which is also now gone. An absolute joke what greed has done to this game. Terrible!. Rarely get wins, you need to save all the 3 hour bonus spins up for days on end just so you can play for a little bit before it takes all ur money and puts you back at square 1. Horrible customer service. Loved this app but have lost money way too many times due to app errors and a lot of the time just glitches. Most of the time I just left it because well too bad but when I lose 11 million which vanished into thin air and don’t have the mini game puzzle things anymore which I used to be able to play I’m find it hard to enjoy this game anymore. I have written to them hoping they will repay me money back 3 times for different situations on different days and then given as much info as possible and my requests just disappear like they don’t want to help. Great game. What a scam of a game, on two occasions this game has taken all my coins and all my lightning points and made me a new player. The last time was on 9/3/20 when I had $850 million coins and 383,00 lightning points one day into the new season. The last time was similar and also one day into the new season. Corrupt methods to get you to spend more. The app is very life like and can be enjoyable even when not winning big amounts or anything at all. However, they are now moving the goalposts all the time, daily challenges made impossible so what is the point? 500k minimum bet to achieve the challenges. 10 bonuses earned in 24 hours to achieve another challenge when it’s actually only possible to earn 8 in 24 hours. Really really disappointed. Also the customer service is terrible. They don’t reply most of the time or send canned answers not even remotely relevant to the query. Winnings not awarded. I use to play this game a lot and it cost me a fortune to do so. I had a huge win yesterday and the game froze. The winnings did not go through so I contacted help for assistance. After waiting for over an hour I requested that in app purchases were blocked and I would just use the free coins. This app and other similar related apps are taking the wrong direction, for (1) the real machines and special features happen more and give you more chance and they are out to take your money. Enjoyed but frustrated. I thoroughly enjoy the game but am currently frustrated due to the lack of response or action to rectify an error. Need to be accountable. Emails that are sent about game play are not answer or credited for coins lost, same generic email sent every time so don’t even bother contacting customer support they aren’t interested. All the care about is that you play. I encourage everyone that has had a bad experience to delete this game so they start to get the message. Always giving false statements saying we are trying to improve but the don’t care seriously if the did you’d get the occasional big win or feature or free spins to encourage more game play. I’ve read reviews on the people that buy coins and everyone the same as soon as they buy coins instantly start losing to get them to buy more coins. I believe that fraud Australia is looking into the developers as some have even had twice the amount in real AUD than what the paid for. Just don’t bother. Used to be pretty fun, and if you read the other reviews you can see that it’s changed & is way more money hungry than ever. You can understand wanting to monetise but $15 for a couple of mill, very little pay off & lasts so little, doesn’t really make sense or mean they’ll get many people coming back. I lost 200mill that I accumulated in a short session, not one feature & then when clawing back $$$ it crashed on my feature where I was going to a good 50mill. I never have won the grand and I’ve played it for two years, occasionally bought credit. It doesn’t matter, don’t be sucked in. The other missions are mostly clunky and slow & you rarely make much $. Yesterday received error messages when loading so I deleted it. For the better. It’s no good.

Needs to Pay. A really awesome game concept bringing real life machines to the phone but it’s just sad that the real life pokies pay more features then the phone. Waiting 2-3 hrs for the bonus so you can play again just to be give an amount which is equivalent to seven presses. You guys really need to focus on keeping people playing the game for longer instead of expecting us to fork out money to buy more credits, because in retrospect most people know the purchased credits are not going to last any longer then usual. Hi LL great games, great graphics, great how you get rewarded a with levelling up and missions are an awesome idea. every so often when i try to purchase coins it says “error” or “denied” for some reason? (And yes, I do have money in account). Daily bonuses need to be more frequent. I agree with what many others have said and that is the 3 hourly bonuses are a complete joke. You get 2 minutes of play time with them if you’re lucky and then you’re forced to wait another 3 hours to get some more free coins. The developers should either a) offer more free coins for watching advertisements and have no daily limit on the number of advertisements you can watch and/or b) make the daily bonuses every hour instead of every 3 hours. DON’T DO IT!!!!!. Purchasing coin packs doesn’t lead to wins!!! Bonus’ are 3 hourly and dependant upon the Tier level you’re at! Even when reaching the top tier each season you revert back to low level every 2 weeks have to climb the ladder all over again. This also mean the amount of bonus you receive reverts to low levels, which you can’t really build on. Charged daily rewards require you to spin a certain number of times which isn’t always attainable due to the above mentioned issue. Orbs given as bonus’ during game play don’t award much either given what you have to spend in coins in the game to receive them in the first place. Support will tell you it’s a game of chance and luck , but it really isn’t. Hundreds of $$$ wasted playing different slots at different bet levels to get the same result, no playback, or when a free spins is won on a sizeable bet, it doesn’t pay. Playing the actual machine has better odds. I understand Product Madness is a for profit company but this is just beyond ridiculous! High purchase price for chips and no real enjoyment! I play this game as it’s the only one with the lighting and dragon link games, but in all honesty the win percentage it’s shocking I don’t know what they’ve done in the the recent updates but even hitting a feature whether it’s free games or the orbs they pay next to nothing. Time to call in the ACCC and Fair Trading (lightning Link). Awful game. When looking at the few times ‘support’ actually responds, their standard line is, “..sounds like a job for the support team..” but nothing happens. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE IT SHOULD BE A JOB FOR THE ACCC...! The game is very ‘flakey’ and constantly crashes - mainly when being awarded you ‘bonuses’. This usually results in missing out on bonuses all together. If you reach out to support, you hear NOTHING back from them. Just gave it one last try. Had 1,350,000 credits. Betting 100,000 and it all went in under 5 mins. NOT ONE WIN. Anyone who plays REAL poker machines be careful as this computer game exposes, more so than normal, how these games are just designed to take your money. No more free play. The games and graphics are good and you used to be able to play a bit with free credits. They forced an update yesterday and now there is no way you can play for free because you only get 30k which is about 1 push, every 3 hours. Also the amount to get to the next tier is now 10 times higher which is unrealistic unless you spend thousands. It’s clear they just want people who will part with their own money but dont do it, the money won’t last because the faster you lose, the more they think they will get. Not many wins. I like the games but you seldom win. It appears that this game/producer has designed this game to promote/ push you in to buying coins. All games do to some degree but this one is one of the worst I have ever played.

New game format. So much has changed today in the new season. It takes forever to build up coins. The bonus readies are a joke now. You were forced into watching a whole bunch of videos just to be able to play. I’ve been playing this game now for a couple of years and this is the worst change. Not worthy of a download. Although they play like a real game the free coins are too low, and If you purchase coins they are very expensive. And I read a response about they play like the real casino game, they do not. In the real games you qualify for the major and the grand on every bet, in this game you have to bet higher to qualify. I deleted this game for that reason

Horrible coin payouts/win schedule. Enjoy this game but, spending close to 2 billion coins and not a bonus or a big win? Come on. Play the fast too and reels skip ? Come on. The bonus time for coins need to be lowered and the payouts for them need to let you play longer then 3 mins. Trying to get the lightning to level up is brutal as you get around 225k so better.

Cheapskates. Unfortunately bonus coins you get every 2 1/2 hours give you only enough coins for 1-5 spins in a game, if you don’t win big that immediately stops your game play. I’m totally out of coins, and I’m not even sure I like the game enough to keep wanting to play.

Awful new update - unplayable. This game used to be fun but they keep changing the reward system to be less and less in your favour. The most recent update made the game unplayable. Spins at tier 1 give you less than 100k coins on average (barely enough for 1 spin) and getting to tier 2, which used to only take 10,000 lightning points, now takes 425,000k lightning points.

What happened to this app?. I’ve been using this app for a while and really enjoyed it. But lately things have changed for the worse. Over the past few months it’s gone from fun to crap. It’s ok!. If you’re looking for a game that resembles playing the slots that can be played in a casino then this is the one. But don’t expect much. The bonuses are few and far between. Horrible !. This game was probably one of the best out there, new machines, great bonuses and fun tasks and goals. Now with the new changes the new bonus payouts for advancing tiers went from a couple of million to a couple of hundred. The bonus that can be collected every three hours also went from a couple of million to a few hundred that won’t even allow you three spins for some of the challenges. However now you are also constantly bombarded with offers to purchase coins. I do make in app purchases, but today I looked at my account and found that the app triple charged me for each purchase I made!! Can be fun when they want it to be. These guys make a ton of money off real casinos and now want to rip people off for playing a game on a cell phone. Not worth your time. The games are great and very close to the ones in the casino, however they are tighter than the casino and the coin bonuses are very small or difficult to achieve when you are starting out. I even bought a coin package and it was literally gone in 5 minutes. I gave 2 because of the real life graphics but it’s really not worth your time and don’t spend money because it doesn’t help. May be developers should get advertising because it’s definitely not worth player spending money. Too bad developers are so greedy. Satisfying but frustrating. The Game is fun and passes the time. You win some and lose. But like the casino, the house always wins. Outstanding Gaming Site. I have been playing this app for almost a year now and I have to give the developers credit where credit is due. The site offers a variety of games, some similar, yet each containing a uniqueness that makes it interesting and not just the same old game over and over again. The daily missions make the game fun and challenging. To dateI have not spent one penny on this game and yet I have 1.5 billion coins a available -A testament to the idea that you don’t have to pay a large amount of money to enjoy a game for a long period of time.

Shady betting. The game is fun and realistic but they have these promotions where if you bet a certain amount for a number of spins you get a weak gift. The bet amount is ridiculously high and it automatically places your bet for you so if you just spent money like 20 bucks to get chips or coins then you pick a slot it will literally automatically put your whole bankroll on one bet and it doesn’t do that normally until they run this promotion so you can lose everything on one bet by accident if you don’t check your bet when normally you start on min bet. It’s a total scam and frustrating I’m about to delete the app and never play or buy again. Worst part is you can’t get a hold of anyone or change the setting to stop the scam. Disappointing. Really like the games on this app. really don’t give you no room to enjoy yourself playing slots. they definitely don’t give enough free coins out. I wouldn’t spend my money on this app because when you think that you’re gonna win and you push the stop button and it looks great, push that stop button it all goes away you don’t even end up winning nothing on that spin. I also think the wins are very far and in between, way too far and in between. Addicting game but very low chance of winning. I am also a member of this app game. Honestly I really love this game , I sometimes go to Casino just to play lightning slot like dragon link. Don’t buy to play!. While I understand that the developers should make money on their platform, I don’t understand how they would make it impossible to win in a game that would keep the people coming back to play. As many have stated, if this was a real play for money at a casino, you would leave the machine that would not pay something. Good games but waste money. I have read all the review and they’re all correct Game cheats and make you spend a lots of money. Well, it used to be fun. It looks like the same greedy Jack wagons took over this game too. It’s really too bad. I’ve been playing for years, then suddenly a new logo at the game start up and everything went downhill in a hurry. I used to get excited when I got a bonus cause you knew you were going to win something. Not any more. The last many bonuses I got I won a max of twice my bet. Throw in some pop up ads which actually make me force close the game so I don’t have to watch it, and you get some great games and graphics that go to waste. I even tried buying coins thinking it will increase the odds… that didn’t work. So the developer will probably reply something about “sorry about your bad luck”. Well, I can honestly say that no one’s luck is that bad unless the game is designed that way.

Disappointed. I have this app on both my iPhone and Kindle fire. We go to actual casinos several times per year and the Lightning games are alway my favorites. Overall a fun app. Love the games on here and overall the payouts are decent for me. My only complaint is the updated mission system. I preferred the old way where all the games on the list had missions of 100 lightning and progressed from there. Now a few start at 1,000 and 2,000, most of which I will never bother with since they require too many coins to complete. Since I am a f2p player, as a whole I do like this game. Scammers!! Do not play!. Just like other slots app, this app is a scam and worst then the real casino. SCAM. Br aware of this scam they are running. I have been play for sometime now. At first they let you win big then they shut it down. They get you to buy coins which I am fine with but once you do you will win a little but not like at first. I became a vip member and was buy coins. Yesterday they had a 5th birthday sale of 222million coins. So I bought them. I had about 1000 spins with zero big wins and went through the coins in like 10 mins with a average bet of only 1 million. I only got 6 coins for dragon link once in that time. Just okay. I love lightening link casino games, that’s why I play on this particular app. However, coins are hard to build up, and if you buy them, not only is it expensive but they don’t last long. The bonuses are few and far between and most of them don’t pay a lot. Its a game, so I shouldn’t be compelled to spend money to play. You have to wait 3 hours to collect coins, and the majority of the time, it gives you enough to spin 3-5 times and then you have to wait another 3 hours to collect if you don’t win anything. It’s a fun game, just don’t expect to build up coins.

Scammers and cheaters. They have ruined this game in the past month. I have been paying real money to play because I love the games. No more I am calling them today to have my phone blocked so I can’t play. I’ve spent 300 dollars this month and it is ridiculous not one bonus spin. It used to be fun now it’s my worst nightmare. Also when I purchase coins Friday it charged me twice for 10,500 coins. That was the last straw it might have been ok if they had gave me the coins twice but they did not. All the missions are impossible to complete they have raised best to impossible amounts to make it past the first 300 lightenings. Need higher bonuses. I bought coins twice and haven’t had a decent bonus since. I spent 70,000,000 coins before I even got a bonus. That’s rediculous!!! I will never buy coins again!!! All the lightning link games are the best. They just need to have higher bonuses more often. They also need to offer more coins for when we buy coins. I would buy them if they offered more. For the amount of bonuses they offer the price is too high. We want to be able to win more for it to be worth it. 1,000,000,000 is not enough for $100. Other games offer 2,000,000,000 for $100. That makes more sense to me if I’m going to spend money on coins. I will go where there is the best offer.

All they want is your money!!. Play a lot of slot apps on here. These guys are by far the WORST! You will get a bonus and build a decent bank, and boom, they push a button and you then win nothing and lose it all! What’s funny is once you start running low, here comes the pop-up saying your balance is low and offer coin packages to purchase. Their coin packages are the worst too! Way to expensive for a FREE game!! You have to wait and collect bonuses throughout the day to build a little bit of a bank in order to play! They’re pretty good at responding too saying they are sorry for your game experience and value feedback and will pass it over to their developers! Love my lightings. I agree, it’s difficult to get into a bonus. When you’re lucky enough to you usually don’t win many coins. I realize you want to sell coins to make your money but us consumers would like to play a while on our coins. I think it’s worse here than at the real casino where real money is at stake. We play these casino games or go to the real casino to forget about life for a while & have a little enjoyment. We It’s fun to get into the bonuses. But when you spin & spin & never get a bonus or a good payout, it’s why bother playing this. There are other games that’s not as frustrating!

Disappointed. Lightening Link. Very disappointed with these games. Too expensive to play. Games could be fun if the developer let you play. I have deleted Lightening Link, because I can go through 100 million points and not get a bonus. I found another set of games that I have been playing the last two weeks. Not only did I get a large amount of points to start, but I paid $.99 for 2 Billion points and am now up over 7 Billion points. That is what makes it fun. The free points are also very generous. The developer of Lightening should be able to make their games more fun if they let their customers be able to play without dishing out so much money.

Bugs that Product Madness doesn’t care to fix. The slots are nice because they’re Aristocrat games; however, some of the ads are downright awful. (Woodoku, anyone?) PM shouldn’t allow ads that won’t let you out of them until several attempts and App Store loads. I’d let support know this, but they haven’t been very helpful when I’ve reached out in the past. There are bugs in the challenges and free spin tokens, and when you tell support and even include screen captures, they act like they don’t know what you’re trying to tell them. The challenges are also inconsistent in what’s needed to complete them, with some very high priced games only netting 115 lightning or so. Challenge rewards have also gotten stingier.

It is just as the game explained. The game gives zero real money back it is simply for fun and if you empty real money into it then it’s not their problem. you make the choice of either Putting money into in or not it’s that simple. As for me it was really fun especially the 10M coins you get to start off with but then it just went down hill. My honest opinion is that this game is fun and cost zero money to enjoy though the free 10M coins does last a little it was fun while it lasted. Give it a shot and enjoy the 10 minutes of playing it then realizing you have no coins left.

Rigged like any other slot game. This game is ridiculous and it’s either very rigged or a lot of people have found a way to cheat. There is absolutely no way everyone can start on tier one in a new season and already have people attain tier 5 with the way it’s set up. And once you get to tier 5 they have a “supposed” jackpot available for only tier 5 players. That too is rigged so don’t waste your time playing for that because all it does is help you lose the coins you do have. The other issue is if you choose to purchase a coin package their offers are terrible compared to other slot apps. My advice is to play with what you have and then delete the app. Don’t purchase anything cause it won’t take long to lose.

Feedback is a joke!. Ever since they teamed up with yahoo as their ad sponsor (when you click to watch a video for free 70,000 coins) it always fails! Lately, I have been scammed out of free coins and I’m watching crap I don’t even like or has anything to do with what I like! By now they owe me over $2 million coins but will I ever see them? Hell no! I doubt anyone even reads the feedback. If they do, they don’t care about who they represent or take their job seriously. The algorithms in this game are so awful and it’s nothing like a real casino. Don’t spend your hard earned money on a game when you don’t get anything in return. Go to a REAL casino so you have a chance to win REAL money! This game is getting the axe from me. Freeing up the space to download something more entertaining and worth it. Wish I never updated. Had this game for over a year, never won real big until lately. Then I updated and can’t win enough to even cover the minimum bet. Can’t get through the bottom level on missions. I am sooooo sad this has been my favorite game. I spend a few dollars a week on this game and until new update I was able to win enough to play a hour or so . Now can’t win enough to play 10 minutes. Latest Update Ruined Seasons. The latest update changed the way stellar points and the solar system works. Prior to this I could grind out seasonal tier 5 because I could attain a 300,000 Lightning reward from the seasonal planets. The update severely devalued stellar points. Now instead of getting 300,000 for 200k or so points I get 30,000. They already needed the lightning piggy bank, now this. For us unlucky players with less than 1b coins it makes tier 5 extremely difficult to obtain. Please reconsider. I’m a huge fan and IAP user. It isn’t fun anymore when you keep taking away things like this, the ROI is already so bad if you don’t luck into a grand jackpot that we need to buy coins regularly.

Fun games but very hard to win!. Pro- As far as the games go, I really enjoy playing them. They are similar to the games you play at a real casino. I have had no problem with glitches on this app. Cons- At the start I was able to play and win enough coins to play for a period of time. However now after buying coins a few times, I’m unable to play for more than about 10 minutes. Then wait for the next bonus 3 hours later and get very few coins to play with. If you happen to get to play enough to go up in tiers which allows you to get bigger bonuses, they reset it and you get to start all over on the lowest tier which means a tiny bonus that will allow you 5 minutes of play time if you’re lucky... that is very frustrating. I hope they make some changes soon or I’ll find another app to play.

Do not bother. This game has gone from bad to worse. There is literally no chance of winning at this game anymore without spending money. In fact at this point you can’t even play without buying. The tiny amount of free coins they do give you for free will allow you to spin 10 times if you are lucky. And the coin packages are insanely expensive compared to any other slot app. I’ve had this game since it came out and it’s always been my favorite but over the past year they have ruined everything fun about it. Not happy. Thus is my favorite game. However I’m not happy with the amount of free coins I get. If I want to play real money I’ll go to a real casino. Season jackpots are a rip off. Make sure if you earn a jackpot on the season, you take a screenshot of it or no one will help you when the game doesn’t credit you at the end of the season! I recommend that nobody make purchases from this game! When something goes wrong they conveniently can’t track the bonus you should have received! I have played this game for years, spent plenty and the first time I had an issue, no one was willing to help. They just kept asking for a screenshot.
