Rigged game. This game is totally rigged. The creators have access to your user ID and can go in and make the game win and make the game lose. I’ve had 100,000,000 coins before and have won pretty good, but once you win so many millions, the game all of a sudden stops paying you on any bet and wipes your coins out every time you play!! The creators are the ones on top of the winning leaderboard because there is NO WAY that an average gamer will ever win that kind of lightning amounts. Sad to say is that the developers only want real money and won’t let you have fake coins. 3 hours is a long regeneration for free coins and the amount of coins you win in the bonus is ridiculous compared to what you have to bet to win missions. And one other thing, the bonus games that are on the side are ridiculously expensive when you are just starting over in the seasons. Who comes up with this stuff. Trash game but fun to play. Who doesn’t like dragon link or lightning link right. Losen the games to let people play and win and why doesn’t every software have the bonus money and ads and videos. Weird the developers would do that. Make the side games cheaper for the low income patrons!!!

Thank you to the developers 😁😁😁. I love this game in the casino and at home. I play both, and can say they play exactly like the casino version. My only complaint is the coin packages are outrageous for a few coins. I like to play at home and would not mind paying but the packages are too high. This supports the app developer, and for a good app I don’t mind shelling out some money but the package offers stink. Other than that I love Aristocrat games, they are above all others for sure. For those who say the play is horrible, remember this mirrors the actual casino games, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but overall I am happy I get to play my faves at home. So cool. It seems allot of people feel the same over coin packages, what happened to the daily deal? Fun but a money waster. This game is definitely better than Cashman Casino. They give more opportunities to earn free coins which I like. However if you really want to play this game often you’ll be wasting your money. All of the popular link games are expensive to play meaning you have to bet 200,000 coins to even have a chance at the grand. Want some advice? Do NOT waste your money on this game.. just go to an actual casino. You will eventually lose all the coins you just bought. It’s how the developers earn money. They make it to where you lose your coins that you just bought just so you can buy more. I honestly win more at an actual casino than I do on any of these casino apps. Developers don’t even write me back it’s a waste of your time. Just make your game better!

App Severely Controls How Much You Win & When. Be acutely aware that these app versions of slot machines are NOT regulated like real slot machines are. Real ones have a win/loss % that’s set (guaranteed) & cannot be manipulated by the casino. Apps are DEFINITELY manipulated by the app developers (whom you buy the coins from). There is ZERO reward for being a buyer of coins- it does not put you on their favor and reward you with wins. It doesn’t work that way. You’ll notice you suddenly have these incredibly large wins… enjoy it while you can because the app makes sure you can only go so far before they control your account and ensure you lose all of it and lose steadily. I recorded some of the play to confirm this, and slowed it down to watch the patterns. There is intentionally little chance for line wins & bonuses as the app makes sure no winning combinations can hit when you’ve won too much & now they need you to lose. You’ll never see 3-like symbols on the screen pass by… only one or two leaving no chance for a win. You’re best off saving your money for the real casino. Dump these apps- there is no gain! Used to be less greedy. After having this app for many years I noticed the decline in wins and payouts. Coins are also really expensive to purchase for such a small amount. My husband recently quit this app and has deleted it because it is rigged. When I asked why he received more coins for the same price they stated it was different for all players. If you buy and they know you do your chances of winning is very low so that you can purchase more. The levels are also harder to reach especially when collecting bonuses depending on your lvl for that week is it can be as low as 15k and missions are 20k minimum to bet so it’s kinda just ridiculous and waste of time. You can play pop slots and get 100,000k coins for $1 or $2 and it will still pay out as well as build credit towards rewards for night stays at casinos or free play at real casinos even cruises and much more. Delete this app and don’t look back.

Rio off. I’ve been a fan and supporter of this app by spending thousands of dollars playing for few years. It has many games that I loved playing at the real casinos. I’ve never liked that the max play button is so closed to the play button. When I’m playing on my phone, it doesn’t give me a lot of space for pushing the button. I had made mistakes in the past pressing max and losing $2,000,000 in one spin. Well, other day I had over $100,000,000 in my bank that I had just purchased. I must have press the max button and lost my $100,000,000 in ONE spin. They had changed the max to $200,000,000. Since I only had little over 100,000,000 in the bank, it just took that. I’m not blaming huge app 100% but I should have been warned about these updates. This is just for fun. Why do they need to make it so expensive to these games other than they want to Rip off consumers. I wrote to them and pretty much what I got was oops sorry.

Used to be good. Let me say, when I first downloaded and played it over a year ago, it was great! Good challenges and good games. Didn’t feel like it was just taking my money and running like others. Yes I won and lost , ok mostly lost like any slot but now it’s become just annoying with too many “watch this video for coins” they pop up way too often, sometime one right after another and it’s gotten down right ridiculous. To make it worse they make you watch a 20 second video (which is a long time) for a lousy 100k of coins. Worse than a casino!. Games are fun and entertaining. However not worth time or money for this app. Most I have gotten my bank to is $990 mil and $660mil. My son got his bank to $1.4bil. After we have accomplished that….you lose everything! You will literally lose the entire bank. The missions are complete waste of time as you accomplish different levels, The bonus spins every 3 hrs should get you more money but are not worth the money spent to accomplish those goals. Never compensated even close to the value invested. Offers to watch an ad for $140k when your gambling more than that a hit is a joke. Offers to watch an ad for $1mil gets you less than the standard $140k for the traditional ad. Game Often glitches….doesn’t accumulate money accurately or display the percentage of mission accomplished much of the time. I haven’t accumulated millions in my bank that I should have received due to software addition errors. There are many other games to choose from, I would highly recommend seeking other options than lightening.

No longer a fun game. I have only been playing for about three months. This game went from fun and exciting to boring and quickly taking your coins. I use to enjoy the missions and looked forward to new ones each day. Every two weeks I couldn’t wait to see the new theme. Things changed, now it doesn’t even allow you play time. When I had coins I would bet 100,000, 200,000 or 500,000 coins spinning 20-25 times without one win! One every few days I would hit a bonus and barely win enough coins over my original bet! I have no clue what the game developers are thinking by setting the game to take coins so fast without any play time. I have never purchased coins and will never get drawn into purchasing any. There are to many other FREE casino apps to download. I will give it a few more days and play off the little bit of coins it gives you every three hours (which is a joke), but if things don’t change I will be deleting the game moving on to a different game.

Play free, but avoid Coin Packages. The casino games plays fairly well initially until you buy a coin package. Once a coin package is purchased, gaming odds seems to change and despite a higher credit balance than the initial $10M offered on entry the games never pay as well again. My girlfriend bought a special offer for $200M coins and having great fun initially. Despite betting low bets ($12K - $50K) she never got a bonus and lost most of the credits within an hour. Update: Thought I would give this casino another chance when I had to stay home and care for a family member. Wow, game play is much worse than before. I tried Lightning Link games and out of 200M credits with a 1M bet, I only had 3 bonuses paying 2M-5M credits. Lots of spins with 5 moons or 2 free games symbols but very few line hits. I used to really like LL casino, but I’m now do better playing the same amount at a real casino.

Great selection of slots, but it’s designed to take your money. They have some great slots, but you never actually win anything. The payouts are complete garbage. The free coins they give you every 3 hours last only 5 seconds when betting the minimum. Then you never win anything with them. They just want you to spend real money. And even then you spend $5 and you get like 5 more spins. Not even worth it to spend any real money because it doesn’t last long. Then they push to watch ads. And the ads are so persistent and intrusive they just pop up in the middle of spinning so you are forced to click on it. Then there is no skip feature if you accidentally click it. DO NOT PURCHASE CREDITS!. There are so many glitches in this app! If you decide to play the challenges, pay careful attention to the terms: Bet 300,000; win 5M; win 500,000 four times to collect lightning. Keep track of the credits you play. Often you will notice the challenges are absolutely inaccurate. You can achieve the goals and they simply will NOT award you the credits. If you contact support and supply them with screenshots, they conveniently say you need to send more screenshots or that your screenshots aren’t real. Many times those screenshots are simply ignored. I’m filing a chargeback with my credit card company because I truly feel this is fraud/flim flam. STAY AWAY! Edit: I asked them again why the free bonus credits keeps dropping even though purchases were made, and the answer I received was “you have been blocked due to responsible play.” So, if you have a legit reason to ask them a question, they will tell you you’re wrong. If you ask again, they will block you and will NOT fulfill their contractual obligation as is clearly stated in the terms of service. Again, I say to all: STAY AWAY!

Duplicate Charges (Again!). This has now happened to me three times in the last 4 months (see below). The developers are basically indicating someone must have my password…well, no one has my password and I have changed my password twice now. I believe it is intentional or a glitch in the app causing the duplicate charges, but not giving me the duplicate coins. I since have deleted this app from my device and will definitely not be using this app going forward. It’s very sad because this was my favorite app to play casino games. I have been playing this game for a long time, but probably will be deleting it from my device. They have charged me twice in the month of March that I did not purchase - they were duplicate charges on two different dates and they have refused my refund requests. I have purchased coin packages pretty often, but refuse to be charged for coin packages that I didn’t receive.

Worst slot app I’ve ever played!. I wish I could go through and “like” every negative review on here. I’ve read dozens of them and I agree with them all. You will win for a little while at first, and then it shuts off completely. No matter how long you play or how big your bankroll is, you will spin and spin to oblivion. Great app. I read all the other comments on here and I wish they’d tell me where they gamble IRL because they comment here like they never have losing streaks. These games are very similar to the actual casino ones. I have both winning and losing streaks at the casino and on this app. I do notice the lag in spins sometimes and it does seem to be losing spins when it does that. I also notice it wants an Internet connection between every spin (long lags before spin button highlights when have spotty cell service). So not sure if results are because of an algorithm or because it was what was communicated from app and server between spins. My only complaint is the coin offers. I bought like 20 million for under $5 and now all the offers are like 3 million for $10-15. I’d buy them every day if the offers where the same as the first one I bought.

This was a 5 star app, not now!. I have been playing for over 2 years and have completely enjoyed the slots. Gets old fast. App is well laid out and has real life casino games which is cool, but the odds are almost worse than real life. They also charge a ridiculous amount of real life money for a pitiful amount of in game coins ($20 for 10 million). You’ll run out of the free coins they give you at the start within a day or two and without paying there isn’t much left to do. Also their progression system and daily challenges are incredibly stingy/broken. After you complete the first few levels of daily challenges, they start to have requirements like “collect x number of symbols betting 3 million coins a spin” or “bet a total of 700 million coins on a certain slot” which is impossible to do if you’re playing for free since you only get a few hundred thousand coins for leveling up. Even if you paid, the highest amount of coins you could buy is 100 million for $100 DOLLARS.

Will delete account without notice or confirmation. So I play(ed) lightning link, cash man and heart of Vegas. I go to play one day and I am blocked. When asking them, they say I sent in an email asking for all accounts on all their products deleted and they did this without any email or anything confirming if I wanted this done. Hint: I didn’t. So beware if someone is mad or anything and has your email address, they can get this company to ban and delete your accounts without letting you know or without notification. And I had spent ALOT of money on these apps just to have it wasted when I get shadow banned. Go figure *edit*. They sent a responce saying to get in touch with in game support. When they ban and delete your account, it will not even let you log in or play the app at all, so cannot contact in game support as I cannot even get in game. Horrible. This might be one of the worst apps for gaming. It’s SUPER tight! And it is so kind to put the bet max right next to the bet button. Unlike a real slot that would laugh at you if you didn’t have enough to bet max, this slot changes to the maximum bet in regards to your chips. Meaning it leaves you with NOTHING!!! It’s super frustrating and has happened several times where I put my phone down and when I pick it up, accidentally hit max. Which takes me from betting 10k to 4 million!! Frustrating. I had to remove my credit card from my google account because of the quick change this company does when you are trying to collect your free bonus. I love this game but way to expensive. I play this game a lot. More than I should considering how much money I have to spend on coins. 100 million goes so fast, it’s ridiculous. Where did my coins go?. This was my favorite slot game and I have played it daily for years. Purchased hundreds of dollars worth of coins. Coins are very expensive but I liked the game so much I would spend money regularly. However yesterday I received the blue error message and after reloading my 23 million coins were gone and I was down to 489,000. Support was a joke. Asked for screenshots. I have gotten that blue error message loads of times and never once had an issue. How would I have known to take a screen shot. They then preceded to tell me I played through my balance on Sun and moon betting 1.5 million a spin. Funny I told them in my ticket I was playing sun and moon and betting 1.5 million a spin. I cannot believe they are just willing to lose a regular customer over 20 million coins they could easily give back to me. Worst “customer support” I have ever seen. Disappointed. When I first found this slot app, I was really excited about it getting quite a few wins and good bonus ready coins from them; however, that all changed. Player beware. This is a fun game and can be somewhat time consuming. It is easy to hit a purchase button accidentally. There has been more than one occasion when I have canceled the purchase and been charged for the purchase and not receive the product. In order to prevent this from happening I turned off the payment method on my phone. Here again on more than one occasion even though a payment was canceled with no payment method in the phone, I was still charged when I added the payment method back and did not receive the product. Yes you can go to them and ask for a refund which is spotty at best. It is your word against theirs. I tracked down the corporate headquarters and sent a communication regarding these issues and have received no reply. So have fun with the game BUT make sure you watch those “accidental purchases” charges.

Theives. Listen when I say….the people at Product madness are absolute criminals and theives. I’ve bought thousands of dollars over the last few years…it’s my entertainment. Well…I kinda suspected I was double charged several times and sent them a message I wouldn’t be purchasing any more packages through the game. But I would still use pay pal , because I’ve never had an issue with the purchases through PayPal. Then….the next day…I purchase a package…play a little…then put it down. Pick it back up a few hours later…and I had been blocked. And told a minimum of a year. So I said I wouldn’t buy through the app any longer…so I guess them double charging me was over so they didn’t want me around any longer. The shadiest app I’ve ever seen. Criminals…..all of them. Absolutely don’t download this game…the 4.3 rating is fake. Look at the most recent ratings…the only thing above a 1 star is an obvious bot. DO NOT DL OR PUT MONEY INTO THIS APP!!!! Scam! Read before you purchase. Don’t buy coin packages if you want to win. They have a luck factor built into the algorithm. Isn’t it funny when you first install one of their many apps it plays so fun then you spend money and never get the wins like you did at first. Do not download. Every bad review that you’ve read on this game is absolutely true. The slots are designed to not pay out because they want you to purchase coins. Let’s take the Dragon Link slot machine for example. On the real machine, any bet amount qualifies you for the Major and Grand progressive jackpots. This means that you can bet the lowest amount and still qualify for them. However, in this game you must bet a certain amount to qualify. This is not only true for Dragon Link but plenty of other games as well. If you wanted to make your coins last longer, you’re out of luck because you have to bet higher. Speaking of luck, this game does not depend on luck. The slots in this game are intentionally programmed to NOT pay out as frequently. There is no benefit to paying for coins because you’re going to lose them in 15 minutes or less. In addition, the free coins that you get are abysmal. You simply do not get enough free coins to sustain your play. On average, you’ll get around 120k coins from the free wheel spin every few hours. If you’re betting 50k-100k coins in order to qualify for the Major or Grand progressives, that’s only 1-2 spins. Please stay away from this game as well as any other game designed by Product Madness until they improve it.

Just Wait For More 1 Star Ratings From Other Players. Greedy game maker must suspect a mass eXodus of game players, after the latest greedy game changes. I understand that games are made for the game maker to make money - understandable. The game prices were already over the top, but now with the severely reduced bonuses, and taking more lightning to tier up, but awards and bonuses are meager, it is just beyond greed. For that, you’re likely going to earn less money - not more, and users will retire this game, after years of play, and I imagine new users will not play. It’s A Giant Rip-off - Don’t Buy Anything!. I’ve been playing this game since it first came out. Not gonna lie, at first it was fun. Then I made the mistake of buying coins. Since then it’s been one rip-off after another. They have this Piggy Bank feature in the store where you can break the bank to get more coins than usual. Well, I’ve “broken” the bank 11 times - and not once have I won anything. When I say I haven’t won anything? I mean - like major suckage. My last purchase was $35 for 30.5 million coins. The coins lasted roughly 12 minutes. I had no bonuses, no big wins, barely won the amount of the bet back - and then the jerks had the nerve to prompt me to make another purchase! I’ve complained to their support team a number of times about the crappy payouts and getting ripped off. It falls on deaf ears. So my advice - don’t buy anything unless you’re a multi-millionaire because not only will you not win anything, but you’ll be mad at yourself for wasting the money. It finally occurred to me that they are profiling my account and I’m never going to be allowed to win anything no matter how much money I spend. I’m sure they’ll say they don’t do that, but thusfar, I have not exactly found the app developers Product Madness (and their parent company Aristocrat Games) to be the most honest of souls. Save your money - and the hair you’ll pull out in frustration of getting ripped off repeatedly!

Horrible new ads. I love this game having been playing for years . I don’t mind ads in fact they are helpful sometimes . But these new ads are just horrible, they have nothing related to game like advertising other games or casino apps. Not entertaining at all , super laggy . But worst part of all these new ads , is the fact the ads is broken into 3 or 4 sections . Basically you need wait 10 sec or 20 sec to press next to next section . And you have to do this 3 or 4 times . On top the page advertising is full of other advertising links. I understand you need ads to help the developers. No App Support. This has been one of my favorite casino apps because of the addition of Dragon Link until recently! I won the Major and was shorted 100 million once the screen refreshed. I have a screenshot of my total after the feature completed and then after my next spin. I sent messages asking for my coin balance to be updated and NO reply. Poor customer service will have me taking my play elsewhere. Very disappointed!!😡***Update!! Meh. I’ve been playing for close to 4 years only ever hit a grand jackpot once. Then they have the lightning rounds every 2 weeks once you hit the 1million in that you’re eligible for the 5star tier jackpot… but guess what I’ve NEVER seen or known anyone to hit it. It will randomly get up to $22billion then restart at $2billion and never notify you who won it like the other grands and major jackpots…then somehow people are at 10 million lightning points 1 hour after the new season starts HOW is this possible??? this game is scamming that’s all I can say. Make it make sense. Game Wins Locked Behind Paywall. I typically NEVER write reviews for any games on the App Store until now. But this game has pushed me to do so. I’ve spent well over 100 dollars on this game for millions and millions of coins and still have never gotten ahead. Typically $20 dollars will get you about 16 million coins. The problem is you don’t unlock most high jackpots you earn on the games unless you bet a minimum of 200k coins. I have tried to play without paying for coins by saving log in bonuses but you simply won’t earn enough to play for longer than a few minutes. The minute I pay for coins I hit bonuses left and right until everything just abruptly stops and you lose everything. Now I understand that you really never win these games and I’m fine with that. I’m fine with paying for coins but only if it lasts for longer than 3 mins which it doesn’t on this game. The only reason this review gets a star is because the games are fun when the “luck” is on your side. Overall I’d never download this game again or recommend it to anyone.

Not a good gaming app. You can’t win anything and they don’t give enough free coins (which is every three hours). Some people have mentioned watching videos to get free coins. I think it’s unfair that everyone can’t do that unless it depends on the device used. The games are great, just like at a real casino, only difference is at a real casino you can actually win compared to this fake play. You would think they would give more so people would play more and just maybe people would spend their hard earned money on it. And speaking of spending hard earned money, you have to spend with them in order to get a decent daily bonus, if you don’t you get about 300,000 coins a day, if you do you can get about 6 million, so the choice is yours to play with them or not. Horrible. I’ve spent roughly 113 million on the game “Buffalo link” and didn’t receive any bonus with a bet of 200k. Like wow, all those millions of coins spent just to hit nothing. Great Properties BAD APP. Beware despite the games being the same fun ones found in the casino this app is almost a scam. I have found the frequently THE REAL CASINO versions actually “pay/win” more. This app desperately wants you to spend money. Which I understand paying for the rights to use the game and host the app cost money, but for a casino app you would think it would be more winner friendly than the actual casino. Yes, those slot apps where every spin is a million coins are boring, but this app seems boarder line predator like. Often a purchase screen happens to pop up when you want to spin or collect bonus. My 3 star reason. Ok, I just downloaded this app, because it has a lot of games I play at the real casino. Buffalo, Tiki Fire etc. started off with 10 mil (guess cause I’m a newbie) played my fav game Buffalo at 365k a spin. Not once did I get a bonus. Now I’ve played “Buffalo” on the real life machine, and I know it can be pretty difficult getting the 3 coin bonus, but not that difficult. Best game…. For losing money! I’ve been playing this game for a while and just now decided to read the reviews. I wish I had done that before wasting money purchasing coins! Well made.. The graphics are as good and for some better than what you will find in many casinos. You can lose straight just like on a real slot and have random big wins too. There are many other slot apps that have imposter games you have never heard of before and others with big names that never seem to let you win a thing but continually ask for you to buy coins. One thing I noticed which may be a glitch is just after a season had ended all players I assume were reset and only a small portion of tier score carries over. It is strange how it shows someone wins a tier 5 jackpot less than 10 minutes after the reset. Is it possible to get there in only a few minutes.

I just played 18 million coins through a single game at bets under 100k. I got one single feature and won nothing in that free games feature. Not worth your time!. I initially downloaded this app because it has a lot of my most favorite casino games. Winnings not awarded. I use to play this game a lot and it cost me a fortune to do so. I had a huge win yesterday and the game froze. The winnings did not go through so I contacted help for assistance. After waiting for over an hour I requested that in app purchases were blocked and I would just use the free coins. Greedy developers. A once fun app I’d use daily to help wind down after a long day has become a shell of what it used to be. Recent drops in bonus wins and changes to both the stellar and lightning points systems has made is borderline impossible to progress through the tier system without paying money for coin packages. The cards collected for the lightning lab don’t even give me enough trade points to get the lowest level of rewards. And not to mention, when ever you collect trade points, it replaces your total points making it impossible to save up points for any kind of trade. These apps aren’t bound by Government regulations. They don’t have to pay back a certain percentage, they don’t have to pay at all if they don’t want to, and believe me they don’t want to. DON’T DO IT!!!!!. Purchasing coin packs doesn’t lead to wins!!! Bonus’ are 3 hourly and dependant upon the Tier level you’re at! Even when reaching the top tier each season you revert back to low level every 2 weeks have to climb the ladder all over again. This also mean the amount of bonus you receive reverts to low levels, which you can’t really build on. Charged daily rewards require you to spin a certain number of times which isn’t always attainable due to the above mentioned issue. Orbs given as bonus’ during game play don’t award much either given what you have to spend in coins in the game to receive them in the first place. Support will tell you it’s a game of chance and luck , but it really isn’t. Hundreds of $$$ wasted playing different slots at different bet levels to get the same result, no playback, or when a free spins is won on a sizeable bet, it doesn’t pay. Needs to Pay. A really awesome game concept bringing real life machines to the phone but it’s just sad that the real life pokies pay more features then the phone. Waiting 2-3 hrs for the bonus so you can play again just to be give an amount which is equivalent to seven presses. Despite all that it is a really great concept and aesthetically pleasing. At the end of the day though, it would be nice to play the game longer then 5 minutes every 3 hours.

Great game. What a scam of a game, on two occasions this game has taken all my coins and all my lightning points and made me a new player. The last time was on 9/3/20 when I had $850 million coins and 383,00 lightning points one day into the new season. The last time was similar and also one day into the new season. Support are totally useless and very unhelpful. I was told to do a factory reset of my iPhone but that did nothing it’s clearly the app. If you think I’m paying real money for fake coins think again. This has happened to other people I know who have this crapy app. Typical greed from the Aristocrat company. I recommend NOT TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP because you are wasting your time try to get anywhere on it because as soon as you do well they seem to magically take all you have worked for and start you from the start

Fix the pay rate. Product madness owns majority of pokies apps so they can rip off everyone at once. This app is absolutely terrible. Do not use real money to buy coins! The moment you do , you will get very little wins and will just keep chewing and chewing up your coins in hopes that you will put in more. Worst of all they take away your ability to claim free coins by watching videos, as they already know that your willing to buy them. This company is an absolute rip off , i even emailed them asking why i cant get free coins and they sent me the same message three times that didn’t even answer the question. Don’t bother with this app. This game is appalling, never get any wins and maybe if you’re lucky once a month you’ll get excited cause it lets you win several spins or bonuses but once that’s exhausted you’re left hanging for weeks again!! Ruined this game! App deleted. It is such a shame they have ruined this game because i absolutely loved playing it - i even bought coins! Which i swore i would never do! DOG OF A GAME. What a disgusting game! Use to love it till they got greedy and started paying out nothing! Set missions to complete to revive bones points, yet they only give you a couple of spins worth of money to play with so impossible to complete missions! Have to wait 3 hours to spin 2-4 times so about 20 seconds of play! What a joke. Then you message support and then send you the same automated text that they just send everyone! “ we enjoy reading your feedback and we are happy to hear your suggestions, hope your enjoying the game.” Well no I am not enjoying the game! Corrupt methods to get you to spend more. The app is very life like and can be enjoyable even when not winning big amounts or anything at all. However, they are now moving the goalposts all the time, daily challenges made impossible so what is the point? 500k minimum bet to achieve the challenges. 10 bonuses earned in 24 hours to achieve another challenge when it’s actually only possible to earn 8 in 24 hours. Really really disappointed. Also the customer service is terrible. They don’t reply most of the time or send canned answers not even remotely relevant to the query. Deleting my app now wasted too much time just to be treated with un realistic targets and taken all enjoyment out of the game.

Need to be accountable. Emails that are sent about game play are not answer or credited for coins lost, same generic email sent every time so don’t even bother contacting customer support they aren’t interested. All the care about is that you play. I encourage everyone that has had a bad experience to delete this game so they start to get the message. Always giving false statements saying we are trying to improve but the don’t care seriously if the did you’d get the occasional big win or feature or free spins to encourage more game play. I’ve read reviews on the people that buy coins and everyone the same as soon as they buy coins instantly start losing to get them to buy more coins. I believe that fraud Australia is looking into the developers as some have even had twice the amount in real AUD than what the paid for. This is theft under Australian law, and as usual didn’t credit or return funds. Developers should be ashamed. Good games but may as well go to real pokies. The games are very realistic however you only ever get to play for about 3 mins every 3 hours unless you pay to buy coins which is very disappointing even though I do all the tasks etc you never have a decent win to be able to play for longer than 5 mins or so if your not buying coins you might get 125k of coins each 3 hours but some games are 50k minimum spin so your finished pretty quick which is a shame because so many other games out the you get much larger daily free amounts just not always these types of realistic games but if I wanted to spend money to play them I would go to the actual pokies at least spending money I have a chance to win real money!

The games trash after a while. Actual theft!. I was playing along wasting some time and was close to being out of coins (no surprises there) I then had an AD pop up like the million before that when you watch you get FREE coins. I chose to watch said ad to my shock of being charged $31. I didn’t authenticate any kind of purchase it simply popped up thanking me for my purchase. I thought ok that’s odd some kind of fault I’m sure iTunes support will help me.... No I’m still in battle with then for my money that was stolen from my account. Ive had the run around from iTunes support to product madness and back to iTunes support. They won’t even give an iTunes credit. Just don’t bother. Used to be pretty fun, and if you read the other reviews you can see that it’s changed & is way more money hungry than ever. You can understand wanting to monetise but $15 for a couple of mill, very little pay off & lasts so little, doesn’t really make sense or mean they’ll get many people coming back. I lost 200mill that I accumulated in a short session, not one feature & then when clawing back $$$ it crashed on my feature where I was going to a good 50mill. Daily bonuses need to be more frequent. I agree with what many others have said and that is the 3 hourly bonuses are a complete joke. You get 2 minutes of play time with them if you’re lucky and then you’re forced to wait another 3 hours to get some more free coins. No more free play. The games and graphics are good and you used to be able to play a bit with free credits. They forced an update yesterday and now there is no way you can play for free because you only get 30k which is about 1 push, every 3 hours. Also the amount to get to the next tier is now 10 times higher which is unrealistic unless you spend thousands. It’s clear they just want people who will part with their own money but dont do it, the money won’t last because the faster you lose, the more they think they will get. I will be deleting the app now, and suggest you don’t bother downloading it unless you happy to part with cash, cash, and more cash.

Disappointing. Terrible experience. After downloading and playing this game I reached a total of 260,000 lightening points. These points add to your overall ranking and make a difference to the free coins you receive daily. I purchased coins and spent over $100 during my time playing this game only to have my lightening balance reset itself to 10,000 points. When I contacted support I waited 3 days for a response only to be told that they had no record of my points and that they could not restore them or help in any way. My experience was a complete waste of time and money. Fun games but zero support. BEWARE OF DOWNLOADING THIS GAME! They will gladly take your money but turn their backs on you when there is a technical error on their part.

Needs major bug fixes. This game has always been great but in the past few months i have had multiple issues with it. Often when i’m trying to complete missions it will fail to track my progress until i completely force close the app and reopen. Also many times when i open the app, the loading bar will stay on 2% for 2-3 minutes and then eventually say “there was a problem loading the game. Please reload”, and when reloading the same thing happens over and over again. I hope these issues can be fixed because other than those annoying things that prevent me from being able to play, it is a very enjoyable pokie app.

Enjoyed but frustrated. I thoroughly enjoy the game but am currently frustrated due to the lack of response or action to rectify an error. I won a major jackpot and like many before me in that situation, the game glitched and did not credit my balance with the win. I sent screenshot proof and have not heard anything in 24hrs. Don’t bother. Ridiculous, the bonus collects are ridiculously lower than the minimum bet expected to complete a mission. When you complete a mission it takes you nearly a whole day to complete due to the low reward. They expect you to purchase money to continue playing. The bonus wait collect time is 3 hours. Purchasing coin problem. Hi LL great games, great graphics, great how you get rewarded a with levelling up and missions are an awesome idea. every so often when i try to purchase coins it says “error” or “denied” for some reason? (And yes, I do have money in account). If I could rate zero stars I would. I won the jackpot in moon race which was really happy about it was $512,000,000 coins I was over the moon. Shadow of its former self. Constant bugs and stolen credit. This app WAS the best pokie app available but the constant winding back of credits makes it unplayable unless you spend real money. The decrease from 1.5M daily bonus coins to 300k won’t even get you through the first tier missions. The 3 hourly spins are exactly the same and the only thing that would allow you to scrape 5 minutes of continuous play, was the monthly membership which is also now gone. Borderline pay-to-win. Being pokies, you naturally run out of coins very fast. But the issue is, the game offers only one way to keep playing for free, and that’s by spinning a rigged wheel at least four times to just get one spin of a random machine. It is impossible to get a free game on the first, second and third spin, and it almost always awards one single free random game on the fourth wheel spin. Horrible game. I was blocked from using this app because I messaged aristocrat and outlined that they were still using slogans that have been made illegal in Australia for online gambling purposes. Aristocrat is attempting to silence those who identify their illegal marketing tactics and pushing them towards using other means of online gambling services that they control. Even on the App Store, the very first comment left under their app is advertising another means of gambling online through, no doubt, another website that they control. It’s disgusting that people are taken advantage of my massive corporations, who’s sole purpose is to take money from those who suffer from addiction. I hope that they are handed a massive fine for this grossly irresponsible marketing tactic. Awful new update - unplayable. This game used to be fun but they keep changing the reward system to be less and less in your favour. The most recent update made the game unplayable. Spins at tier 1 give you less than 100k coins on average (barely enough for 1 spin) and getting to tier 2, which used to only take 10,000 lightning points, now takes 425,000k lightning points.

Bullshiit. The worst game ever

Total scam. Wonderfully rude customer support.. Used to be fun, but now it’s so filled with bugs and glitches. When customer support is contacted, they ask for a million details (screen shots before and after the issue… as if you’re supposed to take screen shots every three seconds to illustrate the problem). And when you provide them with every detail they’re rude and simply feign not seeing any problem) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS. There are far better apps than this, where it’s fair and they understand the concept of customer service. Oh… and they just raised the minimum bets… used to be able to bet 10 (as a minimum)… but now can only bet 20 (as a minimum)… dick move.

Worse than ever. Been playing a long time. Commercials are out of control, so many, not worth the wait. Haven’t gotten a big bonus in 5 yrs. Free spins and bonus is hardly ever, if at all. I would no longer recommend.

Good game, bad business. A glitch on one of the games failed to pay out major jackpots and this company chose to compensate players with free coins that amounted to 1/500th of what they actually won. I even reached out and was basically told that they felt they fairly compensated players for this. Garbage company.

Suppose to be fun! But is not!. This is a money grab game! Guys we are not playing real money here! If you are playing the same game in a casino wit real money you have better chances of winning. They are claiming that the odds are the same as a casino game but for sure are not. Packages of 13M at $20 and the “chance” of winning the Grand is at minimum bet of 200k? Really? Same games in real casino does not have a limit bet for Grand! Do not even try this game!

Waste of money. Minimal free coins, extremely expensive coin packs, horrible payouts. Missions become impossible over time. It’s Designed to take your money. Every time you buy a package all payouts stop until you’re broke again. No way to get ahead. Scam game. So many things wrong with this game.

Money Grab!. Hmmmm not sure where to really start on this. First and foremost don’t waste your hard earned money on this joke of a game. The amount of money it costs to purchase coins is insane, and they won’t last long. 20 minutes tops. With all the side missions they have the minimum bets to complete such missions is impossible. Secondly the game probably wouldn’t be so bad if they gave more coins on the daily free spin. Other games give billions of coins on their daily free spin. They give you just enough for 10-20 spins if you do the minimum bets. Third there should be no reason they lock the grand jack pots just because you do the minimum bet. Go to any casino and play the penny slots and do the minimum bet, still have a chance at the grand jackpots. If they do a better job of giving their customers more coins this game could be great!

Save your money and time. This app is just like most other ones. I will say the graphics are good and love the fact the games appear like they do in the casino. This game is all about watching commercials!. The trickery they do to make you watch a commercial is ridiculous, however if they would actually let you play then maybe I would watch. This game has consistently gotten worse it’s not about playing a game it’s all about the annoyances they do to interrupt the game with commercials and their games etc.. they have forgotten why people come to play this game! Not Happy. When playing this game at a high-level like I do when I hit the jackpot it did not pay out the jackpot at all contacted Support and they still did not give me all the Jack the major paid they gave me. I think 500 million when it should’ve been almost 1,000,000,000 credits that were paid up and when writing them back, they still did not adjust it correctly and I sent them several emails and they still did not adjust it and I had pictures of it when it hit and they still did not send me the proper coins and not only one time it happened several times and they still did not adjust the account accordingly I will not be purchasing anything else from this game.

Going down hill!. I enjoy these games and the challenges. What I don’t like is spinning 10-20 to get a win. I don’t like the new constellation that makes no sense and gives little in coin. They are certainly not worth even looking at. Waiting 4 hours to get a free spin is a joke as what do I do with 400 coins when you want me to bet 500 a spin? It is just as the game explained. The game gives zero real money back it is simply for fun and if you empty real money into it then it’s not their problem. you make the choice of either Putting money into in or not it’s that simple. App needs help. I have wasted a lot of money on this app but especially to play Bao Zhu the new game because it looks like it's gonna pay out but takes for ever. I have wasted a few billion coins on just trying to get my coins back thinks I will get a pay out and it doesn't happen. Most of the games don't give big payouts. It's a real bummer especially since I have spent a lot of money for nothing for trying to win and it just keeps losing. Gets old fast. App is well laid out and has real life casino games which is cool, but the odds are almost worse than real life. They also charge a ridiculous amount of real life money for a pitiful amount of in game coins ($20 for 10 million). You’ll run out of the free coins they give you at the start within a day or two and without paying there isn’t much left to do. Also their progression system and daily challenges are incredibly stingy/broken. After you complete the first few levels of daily challenges, they start to have requirements like “collect x number of symbols betting 3 million coins a spin” or “bet a total of 700 million coins on a certain slot” which is impossible to do if you’re playing for free since you only get a few hundred thousand coins for leveling up. Even if you paid, the highest amount of coins you could buy is 100 million for $100 DOLLARS.

Meh. I’ve been playing for close to 4 years only ever hit a grand jackpot once. Then they have the lightning rounds every 2 weeks once you hit the 1million in that you’re eligible for the 5star tier jackpot… but guess what I’ve NEVER seen or known anyone to hit it. It will randomly get up to $22billion then restart at $2billion and never notify you who won it like the other grands and major jackpots…then somehow people are at 10 million lightning points 1 hour after the new season starts HOW is this possible??? this game is scamming that’s all I can say. Make it make sense. What happened to this app?. I’ve been using this app for a while and really enjoyed it. But lately things have changed for the worse. Over the past few months it’s gone from fun to crap. The increase in “watch this video for more coins” pop up is at the level of supreme annoyance. Seriously, every other spin is excessive! If I decline the first 3 times I don’t want to watch the video. The lack of winning has increased 10 fold+. Like at a real casino I never go in expecting to win. But this app isn’t a real casino. Great example, I had just over 27,000,000 coins and was doing 100,000 per spin.. you do the math.. not one single positive winning spin until I was out of coins. This isn’t the only instance either. Nothing is guaranteed, but if you want people to use this app, more importantly spend their money to buy coins, make it worth while. You’ll have better luck at the casino. As a guy who loves going to Vegas and local casinos, I can’t understand 1) why in this app it’s hard so diifucult to get any kind of bonus win and 2) the bonus coins jackpots you do win are not that big. For example, if you’re betting 50,000 coins (treat it like 50 bux at a casino) and hit a bonus, you’d think that, like casinos, you’d be in the range of getting somewhere near 350,000 to 750,000 in the bonus part (3500 to 7500 bux at a real casino). I understand that sometimes you won’t get a good bonus... it happens ... I know, but the bonus payouts are terrible here and don’t correlate to any kind of rules or regulations that states impose, so they can get away with it. It’s just a way to cash in on gamblers. Disappointed. Overall a fun app. Love the games on here and overall the payouts are decent for me. My only complaint is the updated mission system. I preferred the old way where all the games on the list had missions of 100 lightning and progressed from there. Now a few start at 1,000 and 2,000, most of which I will never bother with since they require too many coins to complete. Since I am a f2p player, as a whole I do like this game. Random piece of advice: I always laugh at those who waste $100s on free casino apps like this...my advice is spend a couple bucks if you like, but if you’re gonna spend even $100+ on a casino app, save your $ and go to an actual casino where you actually have a chance to win real $ 😂

The game is broken. The algorithms changed or something which they apparently don’t want to admit. You’re supposed to randomly receive “orbs” while gaming. The orbs are needed for certain rewards. The higher the bet, the better the orb possibility. Never had a problem for months. But the last few days, I’ve played hundreds of times, betting over two BILLION coins and didn’t get a single orb. I asked if something was wrong or maybe changed. The response was “… it’s all random. Maybe you need to bet more.” REALLY?!?! After spending plenty of REAL coin and mostly enjoying myself, this game has become just another ripoff. In addition, the Advent Calendar that’s supposed to give rewards has been broken for most of the month. Or maybe I’m just not betting enough. Time to do find another amusement to wash away the bitter taste of this recent experience.

Fun games but very hard to win!. Pro- As far as the games go, I really enjoy playing them. They are similar to the games you play at a real casino. I have had no problem with glitches on this app. Cons- At the start I was able to play and win enough coins to play for a period of time. However now after buying coins a few times, I’m unable to play for more than about 10 minutes. Then wait for the next bonus 3 hours later and get very few coins to play with. If you happen to get to play enough to go up in tiers which allows you to get bigger bonuses, they reset it and you get to start all over on the lowest tier which means a tiny bonus that will allow you 5 minutes of play time if you’re lucky... that is very frustrating. I hope they make some changes soon or I’ll find another app to play.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This has been my favorite app for the games. Unfortunately it doesn’t allow me enough coins to keep on playing. I was frustrated after having to watch at least 15 ads - basically every spin would be an ad afterwards. So I bought some coins. That has made things even worse!!! Ever since then I am not even offered any ads to earn coins. Just constant reminders to buy more coins. And I get very few in return game play or bonus. What bonus?!? What a joke. It was good for a while / and I didn’t mind watching some ads here and there. But I don’t even have that option anymore. Complaining about it to customer support sass absolutely zero help. BEST SLOT APP EVER!!!. Most realistic to casino slots and they are great at updating with new games. Only issue I believe is that the rewards for passing missions are not in the same tier that the missions require. So the coins you receive for earning lightning at different milestones are far less and not even close to being somewhat equal to the amount that it requires to pass all the missions. Lastly, the wheel you spin when your out of coins and rewards you with a single spin on game of their choice is far unrealistic to even winning anything substantial where it solves your no coin problem. The daily Facebook bonus needs to be reevaluated to how much a player spends on coins because the max 6 million coins that are free daily are a drop in the bucket compared to the cash I spend on coins and other in game purchases. If I could pick one thing out of this review that would be fixed or done better I would pick the daily Facebook rewards. Keep on improving LLC. YOUR DOING BETTER EVERYDAY

Well, it used to be fun. It looks like the same greedy Jack wagons took over this game too. It’s really too bad. I’ve been playing for years, then suddenly a new logo at the game start up and everything went downhill in a hurry. I used to get excited when I got a bonus cause you knew you were going to win something. Not any more. The last many bonuses I got I won a max of twice my bet. Throw in some pop up ads which actually make me force close the game so I don’t have to watch it, and you get some great games and graphics that go to waste. I even tried buying coins thinking it will increase the odds… that didn’t work. So the developer will probably reply something about “sorry about your bad luck”. Well, I can honestly say that no one’s luck is that bad unless the game is designed that way.

Play at own risk. As advertised for slots of most major slot machine games out there. But doesn’t show that it’s pay to play. I get your hosting a service but predatory is the word I would use for how they want you to give them money. Free play is basically using the free coins you get to then constantly go back and forth to the main menu of the games to claim another 20k free coins (which is about 1 spin per game) continuously doing that while they spam you with ways to buy more coins in between. While playing you will never win enough to keep you playing without buying more coins. “Bonus wins” are lack luster and rarely worth getting. Want you to pay for coins when no way to cash out. Just a money sink in their favor. Go play real slots more enjoyable imo

Don’t do it !!. Do not download this app!! I have been loyal to this game for years. I have spent lots of money buying coins. I hit a Major last night on Heart Throb on an orb bonus and at the end it gave me an error message and kicked me out of the game. I immediately went back to it and went back to the same amount and nothing. It cheated me not only of the 129,000,000 coins but also the rest of the orb amounts I hit during the bonus. I sent a message through the VIP portal and crickets. Sent a few more today and still no response they have chosen to ignore me. If they don’t want to give me my payout at least have the decency to respond to my messages. I will be deleting this app as soon as I blow my remaining coins. I guess Lightning Link doesn’t appreciate loyalty from their customers, message received and lesson learned. Very disappointing.

Don’t waste your time or money. This game is a complete waste of time not only do you barely get a bonus, but they almost never pay anything you’ll sit there, buying coins, only to run out in seconds. Shady Company. Been playing this game for over 5 years. It’s been my go to Casino Slot game that I played daily. I enjoy joined there Insiders group that users can join to give feedback on games, ideas, themes, etc… Last week they blocked me from playing saying that I self excluded myself. Which I didn’t do. I contacted customer support and they kept on saying the same thing. I said I didn’t do this, I submitted feedback on a game feature and not asked or implied I needed to be blocked from playing. After numerous emails, they stopped responding then ask for a survey on how the issue went. Edit on 1/25 from developer response. I have reached out to customer service and all I got was that they can’t reverse my blocking and what’s done is done. Shameful way to treat a longtime player who gave thousands of hours of playing time and watching ads.

Good games but waste money. I have read all the review and they’re all correct Game cheats and make you spend a lots of money. It’s hard to get good bonus and it’s worse than the real casino slots I understand they need to make money too but they should let people enjoying the game by giving good bonuses on certain time and this game doesn’t give you at all. Good Games, Bad App. Has a lot of the slot machines I enjoy, mostly games that I can find at my local casinos. Fun to play just for something to do in down time (and to not spend real money at an actual casino). However, this app barely allows you to play since every 5 spins it offers you a pop-up-ad to watch a video or purchase coins. I even won a few times, had 50 million coins and still CONSISTENTLY got pop ups to watch videos for 140k. Makes the app almost unplayable and is beyond frustrating when in between every 3 spins you have to close a pop up. Not to mention one time I took them up on the offer to “Watch a video for up to 2 million coins!” and was awarded 80k. Better apps out there, this one just wants your money.

Bad Changes!. So many changes, all to encourage purchases. Shame on you! It is very difficult to play missions with so little coins. You’ve made other changes that doesn’t make sense except to make it more difficult for players to play with the very small amount of free coins that you offer. It look like I need to upload this review on social media because you seem to be blocking this message from being displayed. If you have nothing to hide & everything is legit, then why stop me from displaying my reviews.

Money hungry gacha app. Avid play for almost a decade. Game is beautiful, however there are no rewards that carry onto the next season. Last season I saved enough stellar points to reach 1.6 MILLION lightning to save coins but then every bonus reward was a 9 or 10. New season starts and I’m back to square one. Intrusive pop up Ads don’t give enough coins, jackpots are RIGGED TO BOTS on top of being bet locked, lightning cards are very rigged too. If you win something expect the rest of the season to be completely dry. Unable to complete most missions as they are near impossible bet amounts. They give absolutely no reason to spend money on their insanely low coin packages. At least goldfish casino has a level system in place that carries over.

Bad payouts. First the games are great, but the main issue is the seasons every two weeks it resets. These seasons are tied to your 3 hour coin bonus. At the start of the season your coin bonus is so low ranging from 90k to a little over 500k if you get lucky with the spin. Usually you will end up with 100k. Every night there is a set of daily games that should be played, so you can move up on the season. The problem is with 100k you can only get around two spins for your list of daily games. Most games have a minimum of 50k. Then the payouts have dropped considerably over time. It’s just becoming to difficult to progress when every two weeks you are dropped back to the beginning.

Feedback is a joke!. Ever since they teamed up with yahoo as their ad sponsor (when you click to watch a video for free 70,000 coins) it always fails! Lately, I have been scammed out of free coins and I’m watching crap I don’t even like or has anything to do with what I like! By now they owe me over $2 million coins but will I ever see them? Hell no! I doubt anyone even reads the feedback. If they do, they don’t care about who they represent or take their job seriously. The algorithms in this game are so awful and it’s nothing like a real casino. Don’t spend your hard earned money on a game when you don’t get anything in return. Go to a REAL casino so you have a chance to win REAL money! This game is getting the axe from me. Freeing up the space to download something more entertaining and worth it. They should be reported to the BBB!

Garbage. It seems like it would be fun, since you can play games that are actually at a Casino. Don’t let that fool you. Casino games are designed to have you lose most of the time. How can developers actually take the time to make the games on an app worse?! Fewer bonuses than a casino, and they don’t pay anything. One of the challenges was to win 1 million coins. It took losing 6 million to make 1 million. If this model was an actual casino, they would be out of business because nobody would go there! Get better games and let your consumers have fun instead of just going for a money grab for purchases. You can’t even click your bonus coins without tricking you into a pop-up to take you to buy coins. I get you are in it to make money, but if there is no return in game play it’s just a rip off!

Cost. This game needs a major overhaul… there’s never any good deals on buying coins like your competitors Cashman Casino, Gold Fish Slots and Quick Hit Slots… and there’s way too many extra things to win for extra coins but the progression is extremely slow I’ve played this game for a couple of years now and haven’t progressed much compared to your competitors…this use to be my go too but I’m going to delete it now…this game needs to focus more on the slot play instead of confusing the consumer with all these extra bonuses that you can potentially win to get coins or level up…but again the progression to level up is so slow…it takes away from the fun experience of playing slots…let’s focus on the slots like the good old days with this app…

Worst bonus games ever. Play free, but avoid Coin Packages. The casino games plays fairly well initially until you buy a coin package. Once a coin package is purchased, gaming odds seems to change and despite a higher credit balance than the initial $10M offered on entry the games never pay as well again. My girlfriend bought a special offer for $200M coins and having great fun initially. Despite betting low bets ($12K - $50K) she never got a bonus and lost most of the credits within an hour. Update: Thought I would give this casino another chance when I had to stay home and care for a family member. Wow, game play is much worse than before. I tried Lightning Link games and out of 200M credits with a 1M bet, I only had 3 bonuses paying 2M-5M credits. Lots of spins with 5 moons or 2 free games symbols but very few line hits. I used to really like LL casino, but I’m now do better playing the same amount at a real casino.

Don’t play. I really enjoyed the game for a while, but then I made the mistake of purchasing coins. Since then the game is a rip off. You are no long a VIP if you don’t continue to purchase. You no longer get bonus coins on the designated Tuesday and Friday. You can still collect coins every few hours. In doing so you never get enough to complete missions to advance. Coin bonus can still be collected on their page but again it’s not enough to do anything with. There is also the lab game that allows you to trade a certain amount to level up your cards in the lab to collect trophies. For the past 2.5 weeks I have traded at the highest amount 100;000 and have not gotten any card upgrades just additional point. This game is absolute trash!!

**SCAM** Not an honest game!!. I downloaded this game and liked it at first. Granted the “big wins” were few and far between but it was a nice game to relax and play in the evenings. I made the mistake of purchasing coins a few times which I feel once I did that any type of win came far and few. But I started seeing charges on my bank statement for coins I did not purchase. I called and disputed with my bank and now my Apple account won’t let me update anything because billing information but if I add a different card this app will charge gosh only knows how much that I did not authorize. The payouts are small after u play for a while I think to get u to purchase more coins and when you don’t they charge u anyway. I wouldn’t recommend downloading unless ur ready to lose money willingly or unwillingly.

Great for awhile…. Review won’t post unless you give it five stars… I used to love Lightning Link…it was the only app I didn’t delete after some time. But lately, it’s happened quite often where I win consistently until I hit tier 3, only to lose to the point I’m watching ads to be able to play. I realize the developers want you to buy coins (and I never will) but to lose 30,000,000 without even a small win?? Shame on you. And to send the condescending “sorry you feel this way” response…shame on you again.

Nice game. I work overnight, so when I’m unloading this game is a perfect way to kill time, I’ve made a few purchases and I don’t have any intention to spend more, with no real life payouts, what’s the point? I do enjoy playing. The one thing I absolutely hate about this game is where the max button is, I recently lost 26 million coins because of the max and spin buttons are so close, I’m reluctant to spend any more money. I wish they were separated somehow, I might make one more purchase, but I prefer the casino game on my beta, no chance of hitting the wrong button.

Lightning casino. I Like the games it offers. Oftentimes things don’t work properly. You watch videos for points and get nothing. Other extras will crap out when you use your “extra” pay to play specials. Also there are no clear directions so you have no idea what you are doing. It is hit or miss. This App Doesn’t Credit You for Big Wins. Extremely Frustrating. I’ve enjoyed this App for many years. A few days ago, I was excited to get a huge bonus win of 52 million at a 500k bet on the very fun Gold Jackpot/Geisha slot. But my excitement quickly turned to shock and frustration when the Lightning Link App gave me no credits whatsoever for the win at the conclusion of the bonus. I wrote the developer (actually a chatbot), which basically said too bad if I did not take a screenshot to prove the win. What’s the enjoyment or point in playing if our biggest wins are “lost” by the App? Was it truly a glitch or instead a built in “error” to get me to purchase coins out of frustration? Anyway, there are so many other great slot apps out there, I’ll be deleting Lightning Link.

Don’t purchase coins. I’ve been a professional gambler for the past 20 years. The games on this app resemble the real machines very accurately. The payouts on the other hand are nowhere close to the real thing. this game has terrible payouts. You can purchase US$100 worth of coins and not receive any type of payout that will allow you to continue playing. I have counted at one point over 300 presses without even getting a payout to pay for the spin. i’ve been playing this app now for a little over a year so this is not a couple of tries worth for a review. Love it love it love it. This is my all time favorite game ever! I love to go to the casino but when I can’t (due to the lack of funds lol) lightning link is my number one pick. I only wish I could buy a bigger coin package hahaha. Keep up the great entertainment and if I may suggest just one thing.... take away the low coin bonuses. To have to wait 3hrs and then only get 150 coins keeps me in agony hahhahaaa. Maybe you could start them at 300 coins rather than 150 so that I could play a little longer? Rigged like any other slot game. This game is ridiculous and it’s either very rigged or a lot of people have found a way to cheat. There is absolutely no way everyone can start on tier one in a new season and already have people attain tier 5 with the way it’s set up. And once you get to tier 5 they have a “supposed” jackpot available for only tier 5 players. That too is rigged so don’t waste your time playing for that because all it does is help you lose the coins you do have. The other issue is if you choose to purchase a coin package their offers are terrible compared to other slot apps. My advice is to play with what you have and then delete the app. Don’t purchase anything cause it won’t take long to lose.

Total rip off!!!!!. I have been plying this game for over a year now and have had no issues! I do make in app purchases, but today I looked at my account and found that the app triple charged me for each purchase I made!! I contacted apple and they tried to help me reverse the extra charges but the app owner kicked it back and wouldn’t allow them to fix the issue! Then apple sent me the information I would need to contact the app directly and the link that should be there to contact them doesn’t exist!!! They now have over $150 dollars that doesn’t belong to them and I can’t even fight it!!! I would immediately delete the app but I am afraid if I do I will never get the chance to retrieve my money! Scammers!! Do not play!. Just like other slots app, this app is a scam and worst then the real casino. Winnings and bonuses are very rare you’ll be lucky if you get one or two bonuses a day(that’s if you have coins to play). The coins you can collect are very little to only enough for 2-3 spins at minimum bet. Be careful when you play!! They like to change your bet to max without you knowing 🤬 I had 13 million coins and it was gone in 3 spins because the cheating app swap my bet to max! They done it to me 3 or 4 times. They are quick to eat your coins so that you’ll buy their coins, DONT buy it it’s not worth it and the amount of coin you get is very little. Plus the more you buy it the faster they eat your coins so you will buy more. I highly don’t recommend this game. Save your money and time.

They’ve got good games don’t cheat us. Their app is good and I don’t mind spending money and enjoying playing for a bit. But when it’s so easy to hit max bet and lose all your coins, it takes a lot of the fun out and certainly makes me worry about buying any more packages. I spend about $200 a month on the 4 casino apps I play and 3 are from this group and I’ve lost $100’s in actual money of coins in just two mishaps. They won’t refund the coin to the game. If i had bought my last loss of coins it would be over $150. They should work to try NOT to have that stuff be able to happen so easy since they have good games and a solid app

Pop-ups are Frustrating!. I love this game, but the constant pop-ups are making me crazy! I can’t go to the main menu without 3 or 4 pop-ups coming up. And some won’t close when I tap the X—they will only go away when I select an option. The one that makes me craziest is the pop-up that asks if I want to watch a video for extra coins, even when I have millions. Sometimes it comes up before I have a chance to close it, and I have to close the app before I’m forced to watch an ad for a few thousand coins when I don’t even need them. I’ve been playing this game for years (I live in Vegas and love the real casino games; keeps me out of the casinos) and this is a fairly recent development. But it’s making me want to delete the game.

Horrible game don’t download!. Game is over priced and not many bonuses! I payed over 6 million dollars with no bonuses and little to no payouts. You can earn coins by completing offers that have you purchase a partnership company product. You can also spin a free token spin only to get one free spin worth $20,000 and each spin cost $20,000 so you do the math you can’t honestly get any true game play with buying credits that are not worth the price of the risk of you quickly losing your paid for credits.
