Super convenient. It would be easier if editing the payment options were more accessible like when you’re already halfway through the steps to pay at the pump instead of having to back out, add it and verify it and do it all over

Error “Request Failed: POST https//...”. App not working giving an error “Request Failed: Post https//...” The App Ayuda have not solved the problem. Very Frustrating

Payment Credit Card. It would be easier to input the credit card information if you can scan the credit card.

Not compatible with iPhone X. Used to love it. Then I upgraded my phone, and now the app doesn’t work, just stays stuck on the intro screen.

Good way to pay gas in PR. With the fact that you have to pay at the cashier and guess the amount you need to fill up a tank; this is a good alternative in the Island. Besides when you pay at the cashier and they set the amount I believe they are stealing from you. The only negative criticism is that at times the app is unreliable but very few times.

Perfection. IT HONESTLY WORKS 100% My favorite feature is that I can see stations nearby and the cost of the fuel!! Not only that... Im always in my turbo diesel and it shows me as well whether they have diesel or not!! HUGE GAME CHANGER for Puerto Rico. Im loving this app

Good App. I do recommend it highly. It is easy to work with it.

A Waste of Time in the Pump. During the last moth system continue rejecting transactions, allegedly due to overdue cards, which it is wrong. Nevertheless tried to delete them and add again. No way to do that. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but all information came back as before.

¡Easy to use!. Application is a very user friendly one. I recommended, I’ve long time using this application.

Customer Service. I had a problem usong the app on Puma in San Juan. The service was not working properly in the gas station and the app charged me but the gas was never dispatched. I went inside and they told me that I should male my claim on the app. There is no telephone to call, I sent the email 3 days ago and still no answer from them.

LOVE IT!!. Great app. Even greater when you are traveling with kids and don’t need to get out the kids from the car seat. And you get a refund immediately when your car is full with less than was paid. I use it every time and don’t have any claim.

Works. It would be better if it had a fill up function and if the pumps didn’t have the trigger locks removed. Still better than going inside though.

Love it. Great app, works amazingly as long as the station has an active local internet connection. I can skip the lines and always try to go to a puma station just to pay with the app.

Great. I live in Puerto Rico where you normally can’t pay at the pump. This app is essential in making life easier!

Not all Puma stations are accepting Fast Pay. Please look into that.... In this pandemic time, it is very convenient to pay at the pump rather than inside the store.

Love paying at the pump. Wish they had Apple Pay integration though.

Not bad.. Very easy to use. Little annoying when it tells you that you can’t use it because you have exceeded the number of uses per week. Should be unlimited use and it will be a 5 star app!

Best Option Ever. At this time during the pandemic the service of paying for gasoline from your cell phone has been a benefit because you do not do lines, you do not expose yourself with other people and you protect yourself from being infected with COVID19 and the application works super well.

Great Service!. This app saves money, time and if you are traveling with an infant you will not need to get him out from the car seat since you won’t leave his site for one second.

Gas Pumps have malfunction with app. App is great when it’s functioning properly with the Gas pump. Already 2 times when I pay from app the gas pump will not pump gas and the app has already charged my bank account and for refund is a pain. I’m currently waiting for refund after pump would not pump gas and the gas station employee says they have nothing to do with app payment, I hade to go inside and pay cash for gas after credit card was charged.

Very Very Convenient. I have an infant and This app makes it very easy to fill my tank without having to wakeup the baby. It is illegal to leave the baby unattended in the car. I love this app.

Excellent service. This is an excellent service provided to skip the long lines to pay for gas. If you fill tank up w/less money paid I don’t have to make the long line again for refund.

Convenient. Sometimes I’m about as well dressed as going to buy food at the Drive Thru. Sometimes I’m just dressed for this quick errand and want the least bit of interaction as possible. This helps me get gas quick and easy, plus the small percentage return makes me feel rewarded. Even when the pump isn’t working, I can quickly call and get the issue resolved to get my money back and easily get another pump to try again. The best customer service I’ve had to work with and the app is a dream. Wish all my apps worked this efficiently. Great job you guys!

Wont work. First time using the app, It took my payment but couldn't dispense the fuel. When asking to the gas station manager he said I have to call Puma directly in order to get assistance because they were not able to help. I had to go to another gas station to fuel the tank. Unfortunately for me first and last tine using the app!

So easy to use!. I always wanted to pay at the pump in Puerto Rico. I had applied and received another brand gas card but was unable to use it because of their billing system. Today is the first time I use the PUMA app and it worked perfectly well. PUMA is my gas of choice and now I love it even more. Thanks to the lady at the pump station who guided me on the app download process a few days ago.

Fast & Easy. Great app for a quick payment at stations without lines

Failed Transaction. The app was great since I was able to load gas into my car with my 2 year old safely at the pump and did not needed to take him out. On my 3rd use of the app, the transaction failed and I was charge de $50. So I ended up with $100 charge, $50 worth of gas, and going trough the process of removing my kid from the car and back.

7/10 times i use this app the gas station have no internet.. Yes this is my only problem. Most of the time Los Ángeles gas station “have no internet “

Difficult to use at the Vistamar pumps.. Program was difficult to use at the Vistamar pumps. Extremely slow, but I was on cellular data rather than an internet connection.

Love it!. Saves me A LOT of time, no more waiting in line for people playing Pega 3/4, Lotería, etc. Get my receipts right away and any reclamation is taken care of immediately!

Fast Pay. I love to use it. It bothers me, however that there are some stations that do not have the bare to scan it. Every Puma should have the application available for use.

Excellent App. When you have kids in your car, it is an excellent service. You don’t have to leave them alone.

While my Child sleeping at night...me adding Gasoline. Peace of mind, getting out of 1st night school meeting, my son 1st grade! super tired, sleeping in the car ...used Puma Fast Pay, so that way he can continue sleeping...while I add gas in my BMW...also, btw using Puma Lubricants, full Puma blood.

Quick, simple, efficient. Checks local prices, gives me a map to the station, takes 30 seconds from scan to fill, what else can you ask for?! Great app

No 👎🏻. My mom made a transaction at the gas pump and it charged her account even though the app said declined, she tried it again and it gave her the same error, now she has no gas and no money, also there’s no number for customer service, we spent almost an hour at the gas station trying to resolve the issue and still nothing

We Love Puma Much better than Total Energy. As the owner of a 7 vehicle Taxi fleet I can really say that I Love Puma Energy / Puma Gas. I love the Fast Pay, I love the service, the low prices compared to Total. I spend $8,000 usd a year on Gas & if I could give it all to Puma I would but sometimes I’m forced to use whoever I’m closest too... Hopefully Not A Total Gas Station, the Customer Service @ Total is Terrible! We LOVE PUMA ENERGY & PUMA GAS Except when the Sello doesn’t work at the Pump! 😍👍🏽🇵🇷

Innovation. Frequent stations without services due to connections error but an awesome app. Easy to use, benefit to see where the price range are and refund for using app. Suggestion: better map access when selection a nearby station to see in maps how far it actually is.

Pay at the pump. Very convenient to be able to pay at the pump. Not many gas stations in Puerto Rico have Pat at the pump. I always go to Puma because I can pay at the pump. Easy to use app.

This only works sometimes. I used it a couple times and it worked OK, but the last time it did not work, but it charged me as if I had filled up my tank!!! Took forever to resolve the refund. It is not Ok to have a payment app that works “sometimes”

The app is really good but.... It would be perfect if as method of payment i could use my Discover card. At the moment it only accept visa or mastercard. Visa and master card are great but i prefer my Discover card. Hope it gets add soon. If not i prefer to pay at the register, because over there they accept it.

Amazing App. When traveling with Kids it’s a most. Puma app works perfectly, when traveling with my kid is a breeze since we don’t need to leave the car to pay for gas. I save a lot of time.

Why??!!. Why are all of the pump props taken off of the gas nozzle? It is really obnoxious to have to hold on and it's much messier and less sanitary.

It does not work. I put in gas for $30 at Puma REXCO and it did not dispense gas. There is no customer phone service. All they have is a useless email service that only works on weekday workhours. Be careful of this app. Refund my money!!!!

Not always works. Puma FastPay App does not always work in Toa Baja and Bayamon, sometimes payment cannot go thru or if it does would refund instantly. So end up making the line to pay.
