Fun, but keeps saying new version available when none is. At least 3-4 times a week I get an error message on iPad saying “new version available, please upload” … but there is no new version in the App Store. It’s annoying and I don’t want to lose all my $ by deleting and reloading.

Changed algorithms made into the worse casino app ever. Made it to over 100 quintillion. Left for a month and came back and now you can’t win anything at all. Plus they will take chips from you account and drop you from whatever you have to 9.2 quintillion even when you have 100quintillion then when you ask them to put it back they say they can’t. So don’t play this game it’s a scam. They don’t mention a server limit and god help you if you spend money after that point cause they will take it and not reimburse you. And I did contact your customer service and you said “we can’t help you cause of the server limit” but that’s a terrible excuse. You remove 100 quintillion from my account and “can’t put it back”. So it’s pointless I tried to communicate with you guys on multiple occasions and you come back with excuses. So I quit. A very different slot game. I love this game because it keeps changing. One of my favorite characters is lady famida(I think that’s the name). Game won’t play. I love this game BUT for the second time it’s telling me I need to upgrade to the newest version and won’t play. Strange review. This may be strange. But I’m at the top. I won some kind of jackpot. 😎 I now have over 130 trillion coins. However, that’s it. The only drawback that I can see is that the bonus round seems to be the same for each game that I have played so far. Wheel Bonus. The wheel bonus seems to have taken a dive lately. I used to play for hours from the startup wheel and lately is 2,000,000 or 7,000,000 which doesn't last for long . Don't start doing like Double Down which has lost thousands of players due to their tiny amounts of playing money .

Why is the max bet 50b. I have had to delete this game because every time the wheel bonus came up the game would freeze. I downloaded it today and everything was updated which is cool. I went to play my favorite game and the max bet is 50billion which I always bet in the trillions. I don't want to bet that low when I have 14q coins.

Ads Ruin the Game. Updated: deleted this app months ago. I downloaded this slots again, joined a club and started playing again. The first thing I notice is how TIGHT the slots have become - never used to spin lots of zero wins before. Used to be much more enjoyable. You also need to purchase a fake chips package if you want to get rid of the ads. Anyway, due to the poor win ratio, I loss all of my chips. Not sure if I want to wait to collect bonuses in order to continue playing. I’m no help to my club at this point, and will likely leave my club and delete this app again.

Hard heads. There has been issues since March 01 and still you haven't corrected them. Game freezes, won't load, have to delete then reload but when you do we lose achievements and when you make a purchase the rebuy bonus is lost. Now it says no connection. Also you have tightened the games so the wins are fewer now. You need someone that cares about customer service and complaints

Cannot contact and too many ads. I have rated this before and love the slots and graphics. Then the ads started. Even in the middle of a game. Getting more ads than game time.
