App crashes after 60 seconds. I’ve deleted and downloaded this app countless times and it crashes after a minute or so every time. I try to move faster than it, by knowing exactly where i want to go and i can get as far as a section that needs to load (which meets up with the time to crash yet again) so i can’t actually use the app. I wouldn’t mind having this app on my laptop, but it isn’t available in the app store for macbook pro. So, what do we do here? I can’t afford a new phone right now, and the app worked a little better before the last update, so it isn’t the device that has the issue. Please help.

Hate it. Keeps asking me to prove I’m not a robot, I’m never going to get this training done.

Missing perks!?. No one in my company has heard of ticket monster perks when I try to access any form of discount for outside activities the app remains stuck in a loading phase.Corporate needs to do a better job in offering all promised resources to their employees to keep them happy and motivated during the holidays.Pandemic year has been tough so we can use all help possible from our management.

Bad. Very disappointed. From the first day of using I had a trouble to connect. Changed password many times and even that didn’t help. Anytime I try to log in it’s always an Error

Error (1001). I am trying to create an account to begin my training but it keeps giving me an error

Can’t upload photos. I am trying to upload my profile photos, but I can’t somehow.

Fix!. I love the whole concept of the app but it always has programming issues even if you restart. It’s very slow and sometimes it crashes down and I even have to uninstall it in order to make it work correctly

Employee discount missing?. This app is very difficult to use. I found my employee discount area and it popped up with a barcode to use at the register and then it disappeared. Never to be seen again. This is the only form of a discount card I ever received. On top of that, everything is slow and touchy.

EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS NOT ACCESSIBLE. I can’t access the discount section! I get an error 1005 every time, telling me that i have the wrong login information, even though i have logged out and back in countless times and restarted my phone. Nothing works!

Terrible app. Why is it that whenever I even try to login I have to authenticate that I am not a robot over and over again. I never get to sign in. Then it tries to make me change my password, it doesn't even let me do that. Instead, it continuously tries to make me prove I’m not a robot.

Functioning slowly. Needs improvement/ bug fixes Works slow when clicking on different tabs.

You should put more effort on this app. For me this just prove that Inditex does not care enough in their employees. The App is constantly crashing, not letting you access anywhere even when you use the right password. How can be possible that you don’t have access to your own benefits and information? Terrible. Show more care with your talent force.

Touch. Make a touch Id login, please

loading. nothing loads and their contact support is pretty inaccessible.

The receipts don't load. This needs to be fixed in an update please!

You can be better. It takes a very long time for new users to use. I would like it to be faster.

App issues. Certain content is missing. I had to close and relaunch the app several times. The app freezes often so it takes longer to complete courses and I think overall the application development algorithm, coding, or operating process needs to be upgraded or updated.

Nothing works. Awful app, Can’t even upload a profile pic bc the app will crash

Logging in. Every time I try to log in it says error 97 and I have to remake a new password then once I remake it again and sign in it still shows error and can’t log in anymore. Who ever is in charge obviously pays no attention to this App

Error (90). I clicked on forgot username to get my username but every time I put my employee number and it says that username not found

Worst app ever. App is slow and always had an issue Either itll log me out and refuse to let me log back in Or have errors whether its to login, change password or update my availability Certain parts of the app often crash or refuse to work

Pretty slow. Good place for updates & easy to navigate only after you ask someone for help. Its quite slow & doesn't even process my availabilities.

Très complet en général. Une application pour relier la compagnie avec les salariés, du bon contenu et ressources sur la plateforme. Le seule point à améliorer serait les performances et l’optimisation de l’application.
