Oder issue. I liked in the beginning this app. I thought it would be very convenient to order from it. But I ordered pair of jeans. Nothing arrived. Plus, I tried to call nobody answer. I tried to chat no answer as well. Disappointed:( still waiting to solve this problem through the app. I ordered straight from their website and didn’t have any issues! Never again I will use this app!
Love the app!. Love Bershka, the app is super easy to use, and has the same functions as the website! Love it
Great app. It has a simplicity that I love and the layout is easy to use.
This app is so annoying. First it shows the item has a stock, but once I check the shopping cart it says the item is no longer available!! How many time do I have to delete the item from the cart to move onto the purchase confirmation page??? In the end, I didn’t buy a thing. The system is so soooo discouraging me to shop☹️
I like but the app have problems. Every time app have errors I have to go out and re-enter or redownload and it is fixed but then the same thing happens, I love the clothes and everything but that problem damages everything
App unusable. Your app does not provide an enjoyable shopping experience. The app crashes every couple of minutes and signs you out. It is a pain browsing and then having the app crash whenevr any action is taken, this makes it virtually impossible to make an actual purchase. I had uninstall and reinstall the app around 20x to make a purchase and the whole ordeal left me feeling more frustrated than anything. What a struggle, please get someone to look into these bug fixes, such bad app performance is unacceptable especially for a notable name brand that conducts most of its business online.
Change country. It should have change country options!! I have to delete and redownload anytime I wanna change
Eh. I ordered two shirts and two pairs of mom jeans a couple months ago. The shirts fit great but the pants were WAY TO BIG, i looked at the size chart/ measured myself and i ordered the right size... Kinda annoyed they didn’t fit because i payed $70 for them.
Before ordering. Before ordering and paying make sure your ordering it from wherever your living at cause I learned that the hard way and order something from the website and than proceed to pay for it than turns out that it’s not even gonna come
Change the country setting?. Overall the app is fine but there should be an option to change the country you're in, otherwise I'll have to delete the app and re-download it to change the country. Sometimes I do check the price ranges when I'm abroad.
Easy to Use. I used this app and it’s freaking easy as hell! The only thing is when I tried to press “x” to remove something from my cart, it wasn’t working. I figured out a way to do it though (go to quantity and enter in 0) so all is good. 👌🏼
Quality. Amazing quality, clothes never disappoint me.
App freezes when I chose to view a product.. For a month or more I’ve been trying to view items and order them but each time I select an item to preview, the app freezes. I reached out to customer support but nothing has changed. The app is practically useless at this point.
Awful. This app is horrible! The information regarding the 20% is incorrect. Every time I try to check out after selecting my shipping method it takes me out of the app. What good is the app if O can’t actually shop and make a purchase?
Keeps crashing. I love the clothes I have bought from this app, but now it crashes when I go to pay :( please fix!
No support for iPhone X. They made and update, still no support for iPhone X. Otherwise 5 stars. Keep up berashka, Zara already updates.
Need Apple Pay!!. This app is great and would be perfect if only it had Apple Pay! It’s 2019, there’s no reason why an app like this doesn’t have it yet!

Horrible. So many errors on the sale day, couldn’t enter my card info and lost my items a bunch of times. Fix these bugs!!
Don’t shop Online. Breshka have a strange refund policy, as they give them selves the right to accept cash on delivery payments and if you request a refund they will give you e-voucher with your amount to use online only (not acceptable at store) you are requested to use the exact amount of the voucher with no other option to add to it by credit card or cash / you can’t use the e-voucher in store , so if you don’t find items with the same amount you have 2 options one is to buy things that you don’t need (and still going to lose money) or don’t buy anything and keep the useless e-voucher !!! I have the right to choose what I want to buy with my money or refund the cash in store. You must be reported, App support is not working too! Please send a useful email to communicate with you!
Worth it. Different and Standout Understand Fashion is an Art Style If you have Good Eyes in knowing what you like You’ll make anything look Good.
Amazing. The jeans are insane quality .. my son is a skater with a small sponsor here in Milwaukee,wi he loves these jeans .. He’s 13 so of course mom is paying and I agree good quality and the price is “amazing” as per my title lol..
Technical issues!!. So the issue is, whenever you press on the ‘scan & shop’ section you can’t go out of it and you have to close the app and open it once again to be able to go back to your shopping, I hope this issue is fixed soon :)
I love Bershka but..... I love Bershka to pieces. Their clothes are always on trend and have a great policy; however, the app needs improvement. I had many items in my cart which I was planning to buy later on that day, and whenever I opened the app it would say there was an error. This pattern continued to happen for the next couple of days. So I decided to delete and download the app again, in hopes it would resolve my problem. Nothing. It just did the same thing over and over again. And quite honestly I’m tired of it, by the time I was able to go in the app and buy my items everything deleted. And once I exited out of the app again, it did the same thing saying there was an error. Please fix this!

Something wrong with the app. Every time I open the app a massage appears that “something wrong happens and try again..etc” please fix the problem cause I deleted it and downloaded it again it’s the same thing. Otherwise everything okay
Horrible. Can’t reach customer service. Invoices are confusing. Items still have mot arrived even though they say delivered on ap. No real tracking information. Can’t email cause you can’t type anything in the subject line on the form and it can’t be blank. So there’s no way to tell them how dissatisfied you are.
Bugs. The app makes it impossible to shop, it crashes whenever I click on certain items. Programmers need to get to it.
Scam. If I could I would give this app a 1 star review they took my money from a visa giftcard I have and don’t want to give me the money back or give me the merchandise I paid for but I’m not getting because apparently showing them the transaction receipt isn’t enough!
Fashion. I Love BERSHKA. All or my clothes are from there and i really recomend the long dresses they have
Unprofessional. placed an order and it got cancelled for absolutely no reason. Called and was given a bs reason. Placed another order and that one got cancelled too for absolutely no reason at all. Don’t shop here, they are very unprofessional and will not work to resolve your issues. Terrible company and i will never shop here or recommend to anybody. Bye.
Service terrible. very poor service, I had to call to solve a shipping problem and I was very poorly answered. Don't buy through this app you will just be nervous. They didn’t send my money back, and is impossível send email for than because this app doesn’t work..
Update in April 23 causes glitches!. The app worked great before the update this past week. Now it doesn’t store your information. You have to log in every time you open the app. It also deletes everything in the cart causing you to restart your entire shopping experience.
Apple pay. Love the clothes and the app is great but why doesn’t this app accept Apple Pay? Your sister companies Zara and Pull & Bear accept Apple pay as a payment method, so it’s odd that you don’t.
The Go to website for clothing. Literally one of the best place for online shopping reasonable prices and very good quality. if you’re into jeans and shirts, I've been getting all my necessities here, my advice from buying here is making sure your measurements are accurate because what the store provides for size charts are on point with those measurements.
Freezes. Whenever I try to shop and go to the baggy jeans section it freezes . They have rlly cute stuff but the app is not very helpful
DO NOT BUY FROM BERSHKA. literally horrible. i placed an order and they never sent me an email to track it. it’s way past the due date when they claimed it would be delivered and my package just never showed up. i spent over $80 and had to report fraud on my paypal. i’m livid. i even sent an email to them to try and get answers and got no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Fell in love with Bershka in Mexico City. I love the clothes, I just wish they will not run out of sizes too fast!! And that they will have a store in Dallas or Fort Worth Texas!!

They scammed me or who knows?. I purchased items that totaled about 109 dollars and my package never arrived and it took them over 7 days to send me a message that my package had already arrived and it never arrived and they also didn't send me driver tracking and then they are so blatant to tell me yes I liked the products, yes, I tried to contact them but their customer service is terrible, very bad so I better give up and leave it at that. How bad of them, but unfortunately I couldn't do anything.
A lot of errors. So many errors on the app.. liked items cannot be added to the favorite list nor can I access to the shopping bag...
Crashes every time I go to pay. I end up having to go to the Bershka mobile site my phone's web browser or the desktop site on my laptop to actually complete a purchase. At this point the app is pretty much just a wishlist tool. Thumbs down.
Love it but has issues. I love the brand but I have to go online to look at sizing most of the time. Also app doesn’t work sometimes. One out of three times that I try to use it, it says error. Not really worth the download, just use the website it’s more reliable.
Bad storage counting. I ordered from the website about 6 items, after a day from confirming my purchase they tell me all the items I ordered except one are sold one , why couldn’t they say that before I paid money, oh and they haven’t returned the money yet

Review. Bershka is so frustrating. I ordered once and it was pretty pricey but the quality was alright. Tried ordering again and my card was declined more than 10 times over 3 days, contacted customer service and they told me to re download the app, still didn’t work and they never continued to help me, all of them said the same things regardless of me saying that didn’t work. And guess what? They disabled my account afterwards!! LIKE WHAT! So problematic and unreasonable!
I would give 0. The clothes that I received had so many defects, and I called the customer service 3 times and wrote them like 10 times but they said they never received them. I don’t think I’m the one should responsible for return shipping charge, but they never replied and never refund my shipping charges.

Availability in Armenia. In the other apps of your production already there is Armenia support. The shop is open in Yerevan (capital city of Armenia), but the app has no content. I will give a higher rating after solving this problem in the next update.

Great but.... I really like this app Bershka 💕 I'm from Malaysia and I shop there and when I download this app I could browse it and it would much more easier and it's actually easy but it doesn't show the price with eg.
