Lots of broken details. The fact you can’t use the same account as other Zara apps and web pages means you need to re-enter all your info and have yet another password The payment flow erases your details if you change screens which many times you have to do if you are using a digital payment method. The payment flow crashed twice I was unable to pay despite correct payment info. Search is iffy and not great at finding what you are looking for. It’s hard to find matching items like the sheets for a given duvet set. Hard to search by materials. Descriptions are too basic. I.e. doesn’t tell you if sheets are soft or crisp, for cool or warm weather.

Quality Offerings. Although initially I did not get this app because of all the negative reviews but then one day when I came across the app again I decided to read the reviews in which I found the reviews were not about the quality of the products or fair prices of which I assumed they would be but rather the negative reviews were about the app. Now that I have learned that everyone does not write a review directed to the intent of the app I no longer discount any particular app that has negative reviews until I learn where the negative reviews are actually being directed. With that said, I have found that the items from Zara Home are quality products, that are described accurately, and offered at a fair price.

If I could give a minus star, I would.. Once again was trying to order from your app in China but again I can not finish my payment because it asks me again and again to veryify my identity in a never-ending loop . This is been going on for so many month now and I am getting so frustrated and feed up with your store.

Like it. Easy to shop but needs a little more organized. You shouldn’t have to type items you’re looking for!! It should be all pajamas for women or kids and like little girl dresses!! Make it easy to find please..

Faulty website and terrible customer service. I’ve never had a business so actively try to refuse a sale. Both the app website had so many glitches after repeated attempts to get it fixed and 3 calls to customer service, they wouldn’t even take my order over the phone and simply said sorry, I guess you can’t place the order. Beyond frustrated and shocked at how badly ZaraHome is not interested in business or satisfactory customer service.

5 star. One of my best app. Everyday I use it even if I don’t get anything but i like to use it.

Inaccurate delivery dates and not much customer support. Items bought on app are not showed whether shipping from inside or outside the uae and they easily miss delivery window. The customer chat seems to be isolated as the agents do not have visibility to your purchase history or who you are and have no visibility on your purchase delivery details

Stinks. Great until you request a return. Then it will not let you chose a delivery option. You cannot continue without that. So you then need to contact Zara. Wait for them to return your email and return label, which is not always promptly This has happened repeatedly for me even after informing them of the problem. Otherwise five star

My opinion. It was the worst app I ever communicate with , i talk with the zara home chat and the agent answer was so bad , she or he didn’t give me any answer, and at the end she closed the chat while i was talking with them , I ordered on 4th of May and they said you will receive your order on 9th of May and we’re now on 2nd of June and I didn’t receive my order

Beautiful. Love how beautifully designed and easy to use. One of my favorite apps!

Nothing in the cart. Shopped your side, added several items to my cart, clicked on cart which reflected that I had items in the cart in order to purchase, taken to the page after clicking the cart which reflected NO items in the cart. Total waste of time.

Search. I don’t even bother tapping on the items, when the ads come up on my Facebook feed. It always goes to their home page!! Listen Zara Home, your website especially the search feature needs a TON of work. You tap on the item and then it doesn’t link to the item I am interested in. You know what you get when you search for the Chrome items? What would you imagine it would connect to? Probably some items that are chrome or silver? The silver chair I’ve been looking for? Never, it linked to a gold aromatherapy candle. That’s how it is every time I use yr search feature. I was looking for a chrome/silver magazine rack, I searched every which way reorganizing words to find the rack that was on my Facebook feed. Nothing, I eventually searched on google and found it on EBay for half the price. Who’s in charge of your phone app, you can’t just open and scroll, it asks you to break it down by items or rooms. Sometimes I just want to scroll EVERYTHING. That can’t happen with your set up. And I can’t stand how yr adds are enticing but then it leads to the home page with a search engine that is useless. You need a new User Interface. Make it so you can just scroll. Please fire whomever designs your phone app. I no longer use yr app. NOT USER FRIENDLY. Are you trying to sell stuff? Or hide the items

Bad experience. I made an order and tried to expedite the delivery, and all i got is please wait for the delivery , the chat agent was not flexible not helpful didnt give any alternative solution, and when i tried to collect the package instead of delivering it to me or at least transfer the order to any branch , the agent said he cant change the delivery policy if the order is made, i cancelled the order because i got no other option!!!

Still Needs Improvement. App is hard to use. Some products are nice but photos are too edited and deceptive. Bought a table but quality looks worse than in photo…return is tricky.

Unique and QualityItems. To find a special gift for a friend or especially a grand child, the portfolio of choices to gift are remarkable and some I have never seen here where I live. Perfect gift, wooden toy coffee maker, for a little child who enjoys serving and being just like her mom preparing coffee! Quite an extensive and vivid imagination manifested while playing with her own coffee maker! 👍🏽 Great toy!

App Doesn’t Work. Images of products don’t upload so I can’t see what things look like. I also completely agree with the user that pointed out how frustrating the phone app layout is. Sometimes I just want to scroll and look at everything without having to pick a room, type of furniture, or anything else. Not that I can look at anything - the product images (still) won’t upload.

Love it, some improvement suggestions. I love Zara Home. My recommendations would be to make bigger sizes for kids Pyjamas, homewear and slippers. As well as having some more interesting glass and table ware collections. I stopped buying them because when things break it is impossible to restock the items. Which is a shame.

App never worked for as long as I used it. Every tine when I tried adding an item to bag I get some red warning generic error and nothing is added. I thought I didn’t update my app so I did but still the same error! I so want to buy something every time but it NEVER WORKED. I use the Zara app all the time and never had a problem so what’s up with Zara home???? Also something is never in stock is having 20% off tonight. But it keeps saying coming soon and I never get notified. Why put things on sale but they are not in stock?!

Friendly user experience. I love this app not only because Zara Home has well-designed products, but this app is also easy to navigate through!

Poor customer service. The site itself is easy to use. Once I made my order, there are limited facts about your order and shipment process. There are no viable ways to talk to a representative to get guidance about your product and when it may get to its destination. The chat does not answer many questions and they make you wait indefinitely. Very frustrating!

You can’t checkout. I tried to checking out and it’s beyond cumbersome. I emailed the support team about registering for a new account because on an IPhone X, you cannot register as an individual. When I click the fields to enter information, the keyboard doesn’t pop up. So they emailed me back basically providing no help and told me it’s fine. I finally hit ‘save’ on the upper right corner and I got validation errors - FINALLY - so I could enter my info to register. I registered and began my checkout only to get stuck AGAIN. After you select shipping and add in you address - nothing happens. There is no button to continue or do anything. So you just go in a loop. YOU GUYS NEED TO HIRE A PROPER UX AND QA PERSON! I can only bet that they are losing sales and customers from this.

Terrible experience. No favorites. Freezes. Unusual and unfriendly browsing of products. Useless pictures. Makes you work too hard for too little payoff. Study wayfair and upgrade your experience. Your products look very intriguing, but it lost my interest after four screen freeze and restart attempts. Too bad. Delete.

Will not allow me to ship through the app. Every time I enter my address, it says it’s an address that does not exist. So I have to go on their website to purchase anything.

Easy & simple. The app was easy to use. It’s my first time using the app and all my order were done without any problem. Thanks for making it easy. Looking forward to receive my delivery now!!

Impossible to order online. Hi I tried to purchase items over the phone and they told me they don’t take phone orders: is this true? I just had surgery and it would have made ordering much easier, if I was able to order over the phone. I signed into my account but could not see how to order online.

AWFUL! impossible to order! Ripoff!. Ordering is impossible. 1)Sale announced to start 8:00 pm EST, which is 6:00 pm MST, my time zone. ALL other retailers, including Zara, allowed me to order at the announced time. Which is fair since I get to order at the same time as shoppers on the EAST Coast. But NOT Zara home!! Web site wouldn’t load, probably due to overload of shoppers. Or was deliberately out of order! Web site FINALLY came up at 7:50! Does no one, not a single executive at Zara Home, understand time zones? 2)Didn’t give me the advertised discount of 30% off entire site! When site finally loaded, it charged the list price for all sale items - and refused to give me the clearly advertised discount of 30% off entire site! What a rip off! Im calling tomorrow to get the promised discount.

Add quantity. It would be great, if when you select something and put it in the basket, you can also add more of the same items directly in the bin.

Incredible!. Zara home always has the most incredible pieces. The app is easy to shop on too

Mr mike. The App is not easy to navigate accross depts. The descriptions of the merchandise could be better. For example, what is included when description says “pajamas”? Lastly, the pictures of items do not focus on the item instead, appear to feature the model wearing the item. I like the merchandise I have purchased. The items are high in quality and towels wash nicely. I always look forward to your sales! Thanks

Need to work out kinks. This app really gave me the run around trying to set it up. Then when I was finally able to set it up and make a purchase, it wouldn’t accept my address and I had to use a drop off point?!?!?!? Too ridiculous and hoping things go smoother now. I just spent a stupid amount on candles….

Incompetent App Developers. The app is definitely unfinished. So much money and they couldn’t find a competent dev team to make this work? 1) Half the products won’t load they details (kitchen trash can) other times 2) I will type an items and it won’t be able to find it in the search engine but only when going manually. 3) you have to log in every and each time you terminate the app…. Come on, these are rookie mistakes!

Glitchy. Beautiful products, but website not very fluid or intuitive to navigate. Love what they have to sell, but do not enjoy shopping on their website. Just not great ease of use.

Not great. The up and down scrolling to see multiple product photos isn’t intuitive. There’s also no option to add my gift card to purchase

Not user friendly. The help phone number is automated and tells you to fill out a form then hangs up. The form I filled out twice; when I was able to chat text they couldn’t see / find the prior forms I filled out. I went to look at my order to tell the chat person specifics and the chat literally disappeared without anyway to get back to it! So frustrating and very disappointing for such a huge company. The person I did chat with was friendly but the app is NOT user friendly and I am tech savvy.

Can be more user friendly. I really like the product line you present yet the app can be tiresome. You must choose a new filter when you go from depts. An example is when you change from “recommended to low to high price” - and go from bathroom to living room etc. You must re-select the filter each time you go from dept to dept. also if I recall, you were able to continue through the store by pushing up the app towards the top of the screen. You do not seem to be able to do so any longer and you must go back out and select the dept you desire.

Not very user friendly. I have purchased glasses from the app and it does not give the option of choosing quantities which with glasses is most often the case It also has a maximum amount of glasses I can purchase so I need to go online twice and make two separate purchases as well as paying for two shipments

Lousy service. It is not the first time i buy something where not only the delivery date is already ridiculous ( 3-4 weeks ) but also its way passed the delivery date and the item has bot been shipped yet with zero email or update or whatever given. Its zara not a personalised decorative made to measure order

Can’t delete item add to a cart. This is the very first time that I use it. After I added 5 items to the cart, I was trying to delete one, but it failed. Also, I can’t add any more item to my cart. I’ve tried many times and it’s really frustrating that it doesn’t work. I’ll switch back to use website then.

Stole money. I placed an order on the App and it said there was an error with the transaction. I then tried again thinking I didn’t put in the correct info. Says error again. I see that my debit card was charged twice but I did not receive any confirmation from Zara. I then called Zara and they had no recollection of the purchase being made. I have been on hrs of phone calls with Zara and Chase trying to get my money back. Still have not resolved my issue.

Fatal. Have been trying to use this app for two days and it freezes and every time I want to edit my cart, gives me an error.

Problem with shipping and billing addresses. The shipping and billing address is not clear on the app and needs to be fixed. I purchased something to send to my brother but the billing address was my home. There was never a clear spot for both. I hope this works out okay but I’m already anticipating a problem.

Versátil and fácil de usar. Easy transactions, I just wish they would have more variety in children items. Sometimes they present a whole scenario but mostly half the items are not available online and you wish you could buy it. But App overall works great.

Changing country is hard. Overall, the app is good except that when I want to change the country I have to uninstall the app and install it again.

Bugs, terrible user experience. The hands of those who created the app should be torn off. There are strange bugs, broken scroll, on some products it doesn’t save to fav, to save an item you need to make extra taps 🤮 the interface is not friendly, terrible UX.

Beautiful App, Awkward Functionality. The application is designed beautifully. The aesthetics are phenomenal how they exhibit the products is gorgeous, but the functionality is in the user friendliness is way off. There’s a huge learning curve in using this app not saying that one cannot overcome it, but it goes hand-in-hand with how it was designed based off of aesthetics alone.

Your shopping app isn’t user friendly. Zara, you need a complete website overhaul. If you try to find an item it’s unclear what product is available. You never have enough of a product. They sell out immediately. Please find a different website designer.

Love the product selection!. While the product selection is lovely, it takes approximately 3 to 5 months to receive shipment. I wish Zara would ship to the US faster. However, I will continue to shop regardless ! :-)

Worst App and App’s chat ever. I was trying to reach someone with the App’s chat but it seems impossible. I think it’s a fake chat. I tried at least 5 times, nobody answered, the chat disappeared any single time, then suddenly a message appeared saying “please wait” but nothing happened and the message disappeared again. Trash chat. Then I tried to change my forgotten password, I got an email with a link to change it. Unfortunately the link doesn’t link you anywhere but the main page of the App!?? Where to change the password is still a mystery. Trash App.

Paid for order and was told I didn’t. I recently paid for an order and the status was always pending. I contacted Zara and said they would check and contact me about it it has been over a week and still nothing. Not even a refund. I try contacting by phone and the have hung up on me both times. The app has many issues and not recommended with AliPay and WeChat Pay. Zero stars if I could

Not indicating sold out items until check out is frustrating. The app is nice looking but Two things that make it less enjoyable and time consuming Picking out sheets takes time, sometimes the photos of staged interiors and other photos are quite different in colour. Picking out sheets and then at the end finding they are sold out meant I had to go back and forth between the page and my basket to see if an alternative is available. This should be visible from the item page immediately. And an indication if they will be restocked, or a contact me when restocked note.

Worlds Worst App. Please for the love of god fix this app in Australia. Most of the time if you click on any of the categories it’s just asks you to reset your region. I love Zara Home but this app makes it almost impossible to shop online and the website isn’t much better when it comes to bugs.

Bring the joy of browsing online. For places like Brisbane, ZaraHome online is great for diehard fans, however the fun part of your stores is discovering beautiful things you didn't know you needed. Currently the navigation makes it hard work as you have to drill down so many layers to discover something. Great if you have come online for something specific but hard work if you just want to 'browse' with the hope of stumbling on a pretty find. Perhaps a "view all" option at the top layer of each navigation eg bathroom/bedroom or even sales would bring the joy of wandering your stores just a little closer for those who's nearest store is 1650kms away 12 mths later.... after buying many items through your app it now looks like you have taken away the online shopping feature (aka the only reason I downloaded it) sorry review is no longer 4*, it was a poor browsing experience before, but at least I could buy.

Pointless App. Suggests you can shop online, but adds no more value than the website. Which is not much. If you are close enough to visit the store and actually purchase, you probably don’t need the app. And if you don’t live close enough, you definitely don’t need the app.

Pathetic. Bought a quilt cover in-store on a recent trip to Sydney (live 2 hours away), but the pillowcases were not included, web said I could shop online via the App but it’s just to look!!!

Useless app. It was advised on website that download the app to shop online. But can't shop in app, there's no point of downloading the app then.

I’m giving zero star rating. After going online to view the website and to try and purchase items that I hAve done so in the past , I noticed the website had changed , I was unable to view all the tabs on the website , especially the Christmas tab. Nothing was showing up , so I emailed customer service , to which I received a not so helpful response. I was told to download the App. So I did , why? Not sure cause every tab I Press on shows “No products available” ... Zara Home you need to lift up your game and offer proper customer service . Not happy !

Still can’t shop. I read the other reviews and thought that the feedback that was given was acted on and fixed so you can purchase via the app... That would be a big fat no!! They must not want online/interstate business from people who don’t live in a big city to be able to go to the store. Can’t change currency or view stores. I thought downloading the app would give me a bit more information than the website. Turns out I still can’t locate a store or even change my currency from euro to aud. Pretty annoying when you want to spend a lot of money somewhere but you physically can’t.

This company is a joke. They do not offer free returns, unlike Zara so you are expected to ship back your items on your dime. Also there is no store opened in Canada anymore to complete your return in store. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, unless you are prepared to pay for all your returns. Terrible customer service.

Very nice app. Hard to navigate!. I thought this app would be similar to Zara app. But does not explain the return policy and difficult to navigate that part of the purchase!

Dissatisfied customer from Zara Home. Zara in General used to care about their customers. The whole experience from ordering to our order getting lost to the customer service agent who was horrific and never followed up and then when we called back three weeks later to get the same customer service agent and told us not her fault but rather we should follow up with Purolator….we would never suggest anyone order from Zara or Zara home again. Clearly they don’t care - there are too many retailers that value their customers and we don’t need to support retailers that do not care about customer care or whether you get your product or not.

Worst app and service. You have to pay for home items return they won’t give you return label. So if you order a big piece and it doesn’t fit, you can have to pay more than 100$ for a return. Ridiculous in 2026

Bring it back to basics. Not an easy app to navigate. You can’t just see all the items for sale, you have to shop by collection, and they show all the items staged in photos and you have to go through each photo and choose to “see items” in photos rather than just scroll through each item in each collection.

Freezes. The app is always freezing. Even after the app has been updated and bugs fixed, it still always does this. After a year using this app, this issue still is not fixed. It also takes too many steps to save an item for later when you “heart” it. So many clicks.

Not easy. Very hard to make a return, once you login with your Apple account you won’t receive a confirmation email and everything becomes harder

Great photography and nothing else. Zara hired the best photographer to shoot their catalogue photos. Everything looks like beautiful pieces of art until you actually purchase and see them in person. Poor customer service as they use chat bots in emails and completely ignore what you are saying. Not surprised all the physical stores went out of business in canada

Return at own expense. I have no intention of using this app again. I bought something, but within an hour knew I didn’t need it and wanted to return it. I tried to cancel and the app wouldn’t let me. Now they are saying I have to pay for the return, even though I didnt want it to begin with!!! Don’t use the app, just shop in the store or don’t shop there at all; it’s overpriced anyways.

No tracking number.Never received the parcel. Loved ABSOLUTE LINEN, and finally they got it in stock. So I ordered it and CLEMENTINE. They were supposed to be delivered by 20200314, but they weren’t. wait for another 5 days and called. Being told that they have no idea where they are, without tracking number provided how they supposed to trace the parcel? Then being told my fav ABSOLUTE LINEN is not in stock anymore... what can I say... Poor online ordering system&tracking system caused this very disappointing online shopping.

Very bad experience. I ordered some stuff on Black Friday and all I needed was the oil filter, I ordered the white one ( there was 6 left at that time ) and I also added some stuff to enjoy the free shipping fees. They placed the order and took the money then they emailed me after a week telling me that they can’t send the oil filter because it’s out of stock and they will refund me with the proper amount, I asked them to send the black one instead with the same discount but they refused so I asked to cancel the whole order and also they said they can’t and they are sorry. Although they are mistaken but No One wanted to help or even fix the mistake. I asked to return the box but HEY it’s not for free I need to return on my own expense. Regarding the app itself it’s also awful always down and need to be closed and reopen. That’s awful. I will delete this app after making sure it’s been posted. No more shopping from Zara Home So disappointed 😞

No internal settings to change country. As the title says. Settings for the app aren’t there. It redirects to iOS settings.

I have tried 3 times to buy before the order was finalized. Couldn’t buy the order , had to insert my payment information 3 times

Freezing issues. App will sometimes freeze on me. I’ll have to exit it and then restart it to get it working again and then that will keep happening over and over again.

No point buying on it. What ever you may order and even if confirmed. You get what they have and not the full order gets shipped. No point buying anything on the online store. It makes no sense.

Keeps crashing.. The app keeps crashing and sometimes fails to load all the items 🙄. It’s quite annoying.

Returns policy not shown in the App. After making a purchase through the app - not the easiest to find what you are looking for. 1 of the pumps on my hand soap dispenser was faulty, it doesn’t sit straight. I looked on the app for the return/ exchange options to find nothing. I had to email Zara home only to find I need to pay for the return. At $60 + tax for 2 hand soap dispensers (that are the same quality as those at home sense for $10) I am so disappointed like many more before me.

Horrible website. Really enjoying the products and collections, however the website is a nightmare to use and always has glitches. Manipulating the bag is the worse, for example trying to add or delete items from the bag is always an issue.

Not very user friendly. After having this app and using it for a few days, it could be greatly improved. It’s not intuitive , too many touch’s to get what you need, not laid out properly.

Great aesthetics but.... Every time I need search for items, it doesn’t scroll down all the way down. Get freeze. Or when I wish to go back on the item I bought, it doesn’t allow you to the item. You need to type or search for the item, and guess what happens.... can’t scroll down. I really like the app, for inspiration and to buy 🙃 but the app has its limit and I have to resort to the website to get the online shopping experience.

It’s alright. The search feature can’t be a bit dodgy and doesn’t always give results. And they don’t send email notifications for when something is back in stock, despite signing up to be notified.

Terrible app. First I have purchased in the past so you have my information. 2 hours and I was trying to put a sale through. You decided to deactivate my account. Next when I tried to order all of a sudden no more stock. 10 minutes later I tried to order again it’s showing up stock. Next your support does not answer your phone. What else can I tell you? Should I keep going??? Terrible!!!!

Can not change my location store. I think the application choose my SIM card as my default store location which is wrong I am using the eSIM is my default one, I can not change my location, very bad user interface

Adding an address issue. I think Zara need to overhaul the look of their apps. Not user friendly at all. Plus, Zara home Won’t let me add an address so I can’t make my order. Big flop.

How can I change the country market(?). Is there an option for changing the country market location?

The worst. I have tried to make a purchase four times and it cancelled. It doesn’t save the items on the basket and nobody answers in customer service and when they do they don’t solve any issue.

Help center doesnt reply to help mesaages. Courier service is holding my paid order at their place and wont deliver it for a month now, and Zara home support isnt replying at my help requests im sending them.

Terrible. They cancelled order claiming delivery problems but it was never delivered. When reordering I made multiple problems placing order online. Customer service was useless. I like their merchandise but will not shop here again.

Where’s the return page?. It says in the order serial page but I couldn’t find it… only me? Or is this Zara’s new “strategy” to prevent returns? 😂

Poor Quality. I ordered a candle here first but the candle was so dirty with wax all over it. The insert pillow seems used, cut hair all over it and my second candle wasn’t on the box.

Payment won’t accept. I had to put in payment on both the Zara Home app and website over seven times—both day and night— before it accepted it. Super frustrating.
