Stradivarius - Clothing Store App Reviews

USA doesn’t exist?. I have no words.. I’m reading reviews from months ago and still nothing.

Worst customer service. I used to buy clothes when I usted to live in Mexico, I really love the brand but customer service in the USA is terrible, I’ve been trying to contact an agent for 2 weeks and never happed, nobody else responds, I’m tired because I want my refund because I never received my package

Can't purchase. You can't buy from the application, whats the point

Website error. Every time that I’ll tried the purchase the page kick-me out.

Application is very bad. Application is very hard for usage

can’t favorite things. app stopped letting me ‘favorite’ items because it keeps saying it can’t connect. really annoying that i can’t save things to buy later because it won’t work.

Terrible experience. I ordered from this store and my package never came, and their customer service was completely unresponsive. This was a terrible shopping experience and I won’t be ordering anything from them again.

BUTTON OF AVAILABILITY. Please, we need the option of availability of clothes in stores in the app.

The app is great!. The app is great, it hasn’t crash or freeze on me. I do all my shopping in their app, isn’t edad of going into my computer browser. It is very intuitive and you have everything very organized. I don’t understand the bad reviews, but I also just want to based my review by my experience as continuing shopper that shoppes at Stradivarius quite often de I do it all thru this app.

Return service is awful. I like Stradivarius as a brand. I was an established customer when I lived in Milan. But now that I'm in the US, I'm buying items through the app. I wanted to return some items this time, and I contacted them ten times, but the customer service did not work correctly. They continuously told me there was a problem, but No One solved it. I’m still trying to return them! The return service is the worst I've ever seen in the United States.

Order disappeared. I have the order confirmation but i can not see under my orders. It says i have no purchased. Money is paid as well. Gives an error- Restarted, log in again no change.

Big shopper. The app keeps crashing and closing after 30 seconds of navigating, that i stopped shopping at Stradivarius due tot his error

Good cloth. Bad UX. Hey, love your cloth and visual navigation. What I would improve: • payment method! I couldn’t input 16 digits card number. Allow input only 14! • the name of color for item on product page. Now it can be seen only when item added to cart. When I browse I want to not only see, but read name of the color; • images not always uploading quick or at all. I feel that your navigation is very image heavy, but it’s slows down browsing experience • search field animation is distracting. It is inspirational move but when user coming there with goal I feel that hint should me minimalistic. It took me a while to concentrate back on my goal, I was staring to animation for few sec. But - very creative! Anyway, love your cloth and app visual style and hope my notes was helpful to improve user experience 🤗 Tatyana

I prefer to use website. When the app is updated it isn’t open till u update it So it makes me to use website🤔

Order never came. My order NEVER showed up that I placed early February for over 300$. I cannot get a hold of the company. The chat is a circle of automated worthless messages and the emails aren’t ever answered. Help! I feel like it’s a fraudulent company and I would not recommend purchasing. That’s a huge amount of money for me and all I want is my order that claims shipped in Feb (we are approaching May!)

Crashes. App crashes when Cyprus store is selected

Open online store. It would be amazing if people like I who don’t have store location near to be able to buy your products through your app or website. Please think about it thank you!!

Why so many bad reviews?. Why many bad reviews? I haven’t purchase anything but I like why so many bad reviews for all of these online stores???? I like to know What the stores are doing that seems to be their fault!!! Because from my understanding I’m seeing a great amount of 1 Star ⭐️ only given only to give leave a Review that isn’t good at all!And I have 3 half to be fair. What’s more important to make money one time, or to make money continuously and maintaining maintaining clients for good ?

They are not azure. It is impossible to get to certain footwear. It says coming soon and never comes or it says it has a size and when I want to order it doesn't. The data aren’t azure and accurate.

Don’t receive the order. They send me email , that my order was delivered! But I never receive my order ! It’s a very sad and a lot of money …

Hate it. NOT FRIENDLY USER + Stradivarius has the worst customer service/experience

Bad. The clothes are amazing BUT the app is so bad .. like where do i log in ? Where is my wishlist? Where is my account page? It’s a really bad app and not easy to use I really wanted to buy online but when I downloaded the app I thought it will make shopping easier Even locating the nearest app is not working Btw even the website, it’s unclear, not good , not easy to use PLZ fix it , I wanna buy good clothes Like Seriously during the pandemic the only store that i was buying from is ZARA bcz they have amazing app and amazing layout and the best thing is that it’s easy to use

It doesn’t work. It keeps giving the same massage to update to the latest version for the app to work I keep upgrading it but it just simply won’t work

They Cheat on Returns. It was my first time buying from this brand and my experience was horrible. I tried returning some of the items because their sizing wasn’t correct but I wasn’t able to return anything because their system has a problem and won’t process returns. For 5 days I tried contacting customer service and no one would reply. I send emails but nothing could be done because according to the email I received, the email box for Stradivarius is full and could not receive my request. I can’t even find a phone number on the app to contact them. This is the worst customer service. It isn’t worth buying anything from them.

Very bad. Once order placed there is no way to track your order or talk to a customer care.

NFC. Zaras app has that NFC autocomplete option, add it please;)

Hidden buttons. You keep adding to a wishlist but then there’s no option to access it ! Why is the button hidden for certain countries?!

Wishlist. There is no link to the wishlist anywhere in the app and I learned by accident that when you double tap on the picture you add the item to your wishlist to which you don’t have access! Not user friendly at all!

Can’t buy!!!. You can only add the products to your favorites, but can’t access the list or buy the products!!!!

Terrible service!!!. I don’t like anymore this shop only because the online service is terrible! The system of return is not working!!! it is impossible to solve the problem because it is impossible to contact the store! I’m so upset!!!

App need fix!. I put several orders and I been having trouble for the past month. They send me an incomplete order. The next order never arrived until now (after 1 month) and I wanted to return some shoes and they never send confirmation back. I’ve been calling but they say they are fixing the problem but it has been a month! I am so sad because their clothing is so cute but they need to fix their app!

Always requires an UPDATE. Whenever I open the app it always requires an update !! Can you update it so good so it doesn’t require a new version every fr week

Scam. This company is a scam do not order online. I never received a full refund and they randomly cancelled my order after multiple emails of me asking them to please update me. I’m disputing it with the bank and hope to get fully refunded. App doesn’t work

App is so buggy. Can’t search for anything. Just get errors. Tried to go to the help page and it gave me an error but in Spanish then the page went blank.

The store/brand is fantastic, the application lacks functionality.. The application is a bit difficult to use- the layout of the products and how to scroll through the images of a specific product is faulty. It doesn’t function very easily, unfortunately. The in-app chat when you contact Stradivarius is also faulty. The chats are not saved, therefore, if you exit the chat before getting a response from someone who works with the brand, you have to retype the name, email, and order # once again, which is quite repetitive. This is constructive in that hopefully the app creators can make it easier to use in the future! Thank you!!

Really poor app. 1. I believe the items are wrongly mapped when adding them into the cart. Tried to add stuff but some random pieces showed up in my cart. Figured out it’s always one item shifted after exploring for a while. Please check your code. Are you messing up the indexes of your data array??? 2. After playing trick to add items I wanted and made the purchase, they sent me a confirmation email with wrong purchase date on it. 3. They auto modified my order when some of the items are not available without any explanations and made me very confused. At the same time, customer service is not reachable at all(call, email, online chat). They replied my email after I sent a bunch. Please send out some sort of “We are informing you that xxx is out of stock and we will send the refund to you in xxx days” notice. Very poor experience with their online shopping. Store purchases might be easier.

Pésimo servicio. Su pagina se queda congelada y hay que volver a llenar el carrito . Metí tarjetas y no pude realizar el pedido . Al final cuando lo hice a través el Oxxo ya muchos productos estaban agotados . Llevo 5 días intentando hacer la compra , me comuniqué a su chat y no me fue posible .
