Loved it but lately it’s been going down hill. I’ve been using this app for over a year for both photos and videos, but lately I’m having more and more problems with it. It’s not my phone it’s only this app that’s having issues. Starting several months ago, when I try adjusting filters on videos, it’s laggy and when I save them the quality is horrible or doesn’t save as the filter I used. And now whenever I open the app, it’s just frozen. I can’t open my gallery or anything. Idk what’s happening to this app 😕

This is incredible!. This app is very awesome also I recommend this app for any female, my 6plus quality looks 20x better now i think everyone should get this app, it’s awesome and has a variety of filters to choose from that are unlock get this app guys you won’t regret it!!;) very satisfying 😊.

filter problem. Hiii!! So this app has some beautiful filters. My only problem is, when I add a filter to my video and press save, the video filter ends up looking different and dull. My sister doesn’t have this problem so I’m wondering if there is a way to fix it? Please I really like this app and it would really help with my editing. Thanks!!!

Filter Quality Changed. Disappointing. Every time there’s a new foodie update I’m hesitant to update. I don’t understand why the developers don’t keep the quality of the filter the same. Do not tell me they’re the same or better, I’ve used this app for so long I know the difference. Why change something when it was good already? This time I updated because of the photo ratio. Very disappointed with the filters. This went from being a beautiful simple powerful foodie app that worked well with anything, to an app that’s similar to other photo selfie apps. Also, blurring face options and changing facial size features? You should rename the app.

Why are my videos coming out washed out?. Hey, I am a big fan of this app, but lately all my videos are coming out washed out, meaning after applying a filter and saving the video, then the videos are saved with a different filter that has a super high brightness that makes the colors be washed out. This is not happening with pictures, only with videos. What is the issue? Also, do you guys have a support page?

It’s really that great!. This is literally my favorite photo filtering app. All the presets work wonderfully without me clicking through hundreds of options that don’t even look good. Like others, I wish the quality of photos was not reduced so much when saving but otherwise I highly recommend it.

Makes your food look awesome. Amazing food editing app ! Filters are customized for editing food pictures. They make my food pics looks amazing and professional! Really ups my instagram game. The recent update has even more customization options for editing too. Download it if you are a foodie !!!

What I think about this app.. Whenever I join the app, it kicks me out of the app but I have seen that people say it’s an “amazing app” so that’s why I’m giving it 5 stars! If possible I’m gonna update my divide and see if that makes it “somewhat” better but if not, the publisher of this apps needs to fix it please!

My favorite app but miss one important thing. I really love this app. Recipes are extremely useful and save time. However the app is missing one important thing is that after the editing photo was saved, the original location gone and the new location was applied (which mostly is your house). Please fit it soon. Slow in saving picture. Hi, I really love this app and have been using it for awhile to take pictures. I always keep the original and use high quality. However, lately the app has been really slow on saving picture. After I took the picture the circle keeps turning trying to save the picture and I cannot take another one. It’s quite frustrating. Can you let me know what’s wrong or help fix this.

quality/size issue after updating. emailed the team about this(it was hard to find their contact info) but no response; it seems like I’m not the only one having issues with the quality of the images after applying + saving the new photo. the size shrinks down to half the original image even with high quality setting on. is this change on purpose or an error? also the overall photo appears to be softened as if the selfie mode option is on. please look into this.

Great app, terrible ads. I have loved and used this app from early on in its infancy. In one of the more recent updates, I have started seeing ads and am so discouraged. I pull out my phone quick to take a picture and I’m first met with an ad. It’s a terrible user experience. Dear developer, I understand wanting to monetize things, but ads are not the way to go. Please please please offer a paid version in the App Store!! I’d even pay $14 for an app like this!! It’s worth it, but I find myself using it less now that you have introduced ads.

Video Edit Glitch?. Decent app for the past two weeks, but for some reason my app stopped allowing me to edit or add filters to my videos. Thought it was a glitch so I uninstalled and re-downloaded, but the issue remains. It works just fine editing a photo, but editing a video is useless. New bug or am I missing something? lol

Good, but.... This app has really helped me take better photos of my food, even when there’s no natural light. However, for some reason, the location of all of the photos I take with this app shows as Hulunbuir, China. Furthermore, the time/date taken reflects Hulunbuir’s time zone. This isn’t much of a problem for me, since I upload my photos to Instagram and then delete them from my phone. However, if you do keep your photos on your phone, this will probably mess with things.

🤩OUTSTANDING APP🤩. This is a great app! I’m making a photography website and I think this will be a huge part of it. I’ve had it for about 5 minutes and am already giving it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!! You can edit photos from your library, or ones you just took on the app. And don’t worry, it also takes great pics of people, nature, or anything else! Love this app!!!

Problem saving images with adjusted filters!. For the past 30 mins trying to save filter adjustments for 1 photo in the app. I’m so frustrated because the photo looks BEAUTIFUL after adding a few filter adjustments...BUT a glitch happens every time I hit SAVE to download my edited photo. Not only does the app refuse to save my adjustments, the photo I end up with looks worse than the original - unsaturated and blurry! I love this app and always recommend it to EVERYONE and now many of my friends use it. Please fix this!!

photos say taken in china??. This filter app incorrectly makes all my photos on my iphone taken with these filters say they were taken in a random location. This is a super big drawback of this app. Does anyone know or can inform me why all my photos taken with this filter say that they were taken in a random place in China that I’ve never heard of? I know the problem is probably with this app because all my photos taken without the filter are in the correct location. Foodie experts, please tell my why this is happening and how i can make it stop. Update: with the new iphone update, not only is the location completely incorrect, but the time it was taken is wrong too. The filters are adorable on this app but the incorrect location and time is completely messing up my phone. please fix it.

Bring Back filter intensity number meter. I have been using foodie since day one, Not all changes are good ideas, In filter mode, you use the slider to control how intense you want the filter to be. why did you guys take away the numbers? Whos idea is it anyway? That is a bad idea, So you kept the numbers for the adjustment section(brightness, vibrant..., but decided to take the numbers off in the filter section, whats the logic there? curious to know the thinking process behind that. If someone has 10 photos, how do they it all consistent? Eye it? Hopefully the developer reads this, this is an amazing app, this is just my feedback

Immediate quality downgrade. I have no idea what happened, but it seems like overnight the app decided to just stop functioning. Now, when I select a photo and tap “edit,” almost immediately the quality of the photo worsens. It becomes blurrier, fuzzier. And it isn’t coincidental, there was a photo I had edited using Foodie just a few days prior and it came out beautifully. Then today, I wanted to edit the original photo again with a different filter and then as soon as I tapped “edit,” boom, it looks terrible (and this was before any filter was applied to it at all). I can guarantee my phone isn’t the issue because why would it be? I have sufficient memory and the software is up to date. I’m sorely disappointed because this WAS my favorite app. Now I’m trying to find a replacement.

Great filter app but needs update for iPhone 13 Pro. Love the app for taking photos of food but also anything. Noticed that this app on the new iPhone 13 Pro uses the ultra-wide angle lens. Apple shifted the placement of the three lenses on the new iPhones so the app needs to be updated to reflect that. Hopefully we can choose between all lenses in the next version of Foodie.

Great app for pictures. I love all the free filters this app gives! They’re seriously amazing. The only thing I have to say is, whenever I try to save a filtered VIDEO, my app crashes no matter how many times I refresh or delete and then redownload the app. When it did used to work and save just fine, the instagram upload quality was poor. The cover on my feed was blurry and grainy, not at all high quality. But yeah, it’s good for photos.

Need EXIF Retain. Foodie is my favorite filter App, when the app was released, I used it in the very first time. In the old versions, when I use the app to edit the pictures I took, it will retain the exif of the photo. However, foodie modified this function, now the photos will no longer retain exif after being edited by foodie. This really troubles me a lot, because I want to rely on exif to keep my albums organized. Could you let users choose whether they need to keep exif? I really want this feature back.

Last update reduced quality when saving. Hi, I use this app all the time, but in the last update, I got a picture from my gallery, applied a filter and when I saved I noticed a BIG reduction in the quality of the image, the image was like pixelated and sharpened after I saved. Happened to all images I tested afterwards. Please fix it, otherwise I can no longer use this app to edit images 😢 this is my all time favorite app

NO sound for videos after today’s update. Used to love this app (Avid user for both photos & videos), but after today’s app update & recording some videos like I normally do, I discovered that there was no audio when I do playback (no audio AT ALL). I even fiddled w all the app settings, double-checked the phone settings, tested several other video recording apps to ensure that it wasn’t an issue w the phone, PERIOD... but it’s definitely your app that’s the only one recording without audio. The issue took place right after I updated the app. Can this still be fixed? Please advise. TIA!

camera widget removed, why?. a update was just released that gets rid of the camera widget. seems like a step backwards, having a widget in your lockscreen when your phone is locked per say is handy, please bring it back. also, GPS bug still there? it’s been a couple years with that persistent bug, when will it be fixed?

please update/fix these issues on this app!. I loved this app ever since I’ve started having an instagram. I love posting my pictures/videos after fixing the sharpness by using this app. But recently, whenever I try to fix the sharpness on my videos in this app, it just comes out really bad rather than fixing the sharpness, even when I use the filters or just try to adjust some things, it just ruins the quality of the video or picture even more. Please fix this! I now have no other choice but to not use this app until these issues are fixed

Love the app. but..... I’ve been using this app. for my food blog for the last 2 months and it was working great until one day....I noticed my phone started to overheat while I was editing a photo. I took it to Apple maybe thinking it was my phone but it wasn’t. I noticed that every time I use the app. the section by the camera lens starts to heat up! When I’m not using the app. my phone is back to normal. Any idea why this is? I would hate to delete the app. because the filters are so great but hopefully it’s some type of glitch that can be fixed.

I used to love it...but ADS.. I’ve had this app for years, and it’s great, BUT. They just added advertisements that pop up before you can take a photo, and end up redirecting you to another website. A serious pain when you were about to take a photo. There isn’t even an option to upgrade (I would), and the ads are a pretty big deal breaker. I hardly use this app anymore. Boo.

Great filters, but when it updates.... Foodie has great filters and I love using them for my Instagram feed. I love the feature that you can save your filter for future use, but whenever the app updates, it doesn’t save the filter from before the app updated. I think it would be an easy fix, but I find it very frustrating especially if you are trying to keep a consistent feed...

Pretty epic 💛. Although it’s not the absolute BEST editing app. It still has pretty good filters and goes straight to your camera without you having to download it. I would like to see some new features like more filters, some adjustments with the editing or some additional options. Other than that the app is pretty awesome & I love it.

BIG DIFFERENCE!!!. I always get jelly that my bf have a FAR BETTER photo quality than my phone did... and we both have an iPhone with the same camera stats!! During the day, his photos look crystal clear! Indoors at night, his photos revealed ALL the COLORS! And my face... it makes me look pretty :) But WHY CAN’T MY PHONE DO THAT *HMPH!* •Why does your photo looks so much better?!” I said this at least 100x, and finally decided to download it myself because my default camera isn’t enough. Even if I focus the camera in every dark to light aspect, it’s no where near what this app can do. I gave up. *Downloading!*

I have loved this app, but.... It’s suddenly stopped working. And I can’t find any means to address the issue, since the support link sends me to a page with nothing on it, except a pop-up box that sends me back to the App Store. New photos no longer have the filter option available. Thought perhaps it was chocking on too many photos, but I tried smaller folders and still no filter option. It’s just grayed our.

Bugs run all around the app.. I often find that Foodie never take photos of good composition even though I intentionally pay great attention on the composition. I don’t know what’s wrong with the app. And sometimes it just doesn’t work when I am tap the start button (to take photos or videos). What’s the worst, is that when I take a long video, it cannot be saved and the app flashes out.

Yet ANOTHER horrible update. EDIT EDIT: They finally fixed the issue! Thanks so much!!! EDIT: Even after this most recent update, my issue was still not fixed (the quality of the photos still come out as soft/frosted). Bummer :( A year ago, Foodie came out with an update that completely changed the quality of the photo after the filter was applied- luckily they fixed it quickly after review complaints (which I greatly appreciated). However, the app faces yet another similar problem to last year with the recent update, as the quality of my pictures are coming out worse once the filter is applied. The images have a soft/frosted focus, and then become strongly pixelated once I zoom out on them. I am very upset at the changes to the filters, as I always use the app for my instagram photos and can no longer do so due to the distorted quality. I really hope that Foodie can fix this with their next update, so that I do not have to seek out another editing app for my photos.

Never mind. Thought foodie lost sound again but found out my phone just recognizes my cable as headphones & that’s why I couldn’t here sound. Every occasionally I’m taking pics of the exact same object but my camera loses light & photo comes out really dark. I don’t know why my foodie started doing this. A bit frustrated as I lose my photo opportunity as a result of trying to re-take the shot.

Why is the geo location tag ALWAYS somewhere random in China??. I live in the United States and for the longest time I was able to take pictures directly through the foodie app and would have the correct geo tag. Why/how did it change to this current setting where it’s just some random highway locations from some random provinces in China? Is this a bug or the developer is not allowed to use my geo location info since i don’t live in China? I LOVE the filters but this renders the picture taking feature unusable!!

Sooooo happy to record more than 1min!! But ..... Thank you for the improving of all the functions that i always really wanted it. Foodie was my favorite app and i always used but the only one min video and the bugs was bothering alot. Finally you fixed it. Txtxtx!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 But one thing still want to fix it is when someone call me or phone alerts such as “low battery”..etc came, all the recording is gone. 😭😢😩😫🥺 I’m a mom and i always take videos with Foodie but also always loose my video too. Even 5min ago too 😓 it is really painful. So! Plz solve the problem and i’ll spread more and more about this lovely Foodie!! Still, thank you for making this app! *^^*

Legit my FAVORITE photo app. This app has replaced my normal camera. It actually does what the ads say it does. I’ve downloaded so many camera apps that fall flat and don’t even make it one day on my main menu. This camera takes stunning photos with smoothing and soft saturation built into the filters. I’ve been telling everyone to download it!

I love this app but somehow it keeps saying I am in Xinjiang.... I love this app as the amount and the quality of their filters! Haven’t found anything that has more filters or easy and fast. However I think there is a bug as I am living in North Carolina but the photo location is always Xinjiang. Could anyone fix the bug? Thank you! It used to be fine but just started to do this recently.

Used to be the best. I’ve been using this app for food pictures for well over a year (maybe 2) and it used to be the best. Because it worked well I even used it for non-food pictures. Recently though the quality of facial pics is extremely disappointing. Additionally, the filters seem to mess the pictures up more. I used to be able to take a pic using one filter and change the filter later without it impacting quality, its simply not the case anymore. Also recently sound does not record in video mode. I’ve checked the settings and can’t find anything, nor did I make any changes so I don’t know what’s up but I really wish the app worked the way it did in the beginning. It’s simply not reliable like it once was. I no longer recommend it to people.

Weird glitches 12/5. I absolutely love the filters and edits I can make in this app, but as of Thanksgiving the app has been draining my battery (10% in a few minutes of being open). It’s also been closing the app any time I try to save an edited photo, or closing before I even get to edit. Hope they fix this soon...

NOT a foodie cam app!. This app should not be allowed to be called “foodie”, the developers don’t seem to understand the most basic concept of foodie photography. I am an experienced food photographer and my friend is one of the best in the world. For studio work we use real cameras and controlled lighting. A more casual foodie (AND us when we are in a restaurant) use our smartphones and our mission is to be fast, stealthy, unobtrusive and work with low ambient light and mixed color temperatures and expect our app to be smart enough to magically capture an awesome image. This app is ridiculously fussy, requiring the user to choose from all kinds of filters and effects which 90% of people don’t even understand. To take a decent food pic in a restaurant would take 5 minutes of playing with its control settings. It has no smarts at all, it’s just a camera app with filters. Big whoop. So far my favorite choice for on-site foodie pics is NeuralCam but I’m still searching.

I love this app so so much!!. I literally use this camera for almost everything. It makes both food and people look good! I’m always taking flash photos with it and it comes out crystal clear and completely natural and smooth unlike snaps or insta filters!! I really hope the company adds a front camera flash for selfie-accessible! ‼️ I can’t wait to see how far this app will go. In all honesty, you have to try this app and you’ll literally never use any other app for insta-worthy pictures again 😚🫶🏼

Location/metadata messed up. If your location is turned on for this app, the photos you take will have the messed up location. For me it shows Kashgar no matter where I am. This happened after I updated my app to the most recent one, it never happened before. If I use my phone camera, the photo has the correct metadata, hence the location is also correct! It’s really disappointing the developers haven’t caught this bug yet. It’s been a while. Please fix that! Thank you!

Really great app esp in food biz social media. Came across this app almost a year ago didn't start using it right away - what a dummy. it's invaluable I have to snap a lot of pictures very quickly before service during service whenever I can lighting can be brutal if at all - try it out I promise you'll like it ✅🙌👍#thankmelater 😁

App not working. I was using Foodie all the time, as it can definitely fix and filter food photos so much better than instagram filters. I can make so many dark and crappy photos look bright and clean again. However, suddenly when I select a photo from my library to edit, it zooms in and I can’t zoom out to truly edit the picture. This, it’s rendering the app completely useless for the moment. Can’t find any app support or help contact anywhere so no way to report an issue. How are bugs determined if there’s no way to interact or report with/to the app? Please fix soon!

Wish there was a setting. I wish there was a setting where I could a default filter I want so that I wouldn’t have to change filters every time I use it. For example, if I like filter A and set the A for my default filter, it stays on that even after I close the app and open it again. Overall, I love this app. Thanks. ;)

I pretty much love it but. But lately it’s been freezing up. It won’t take pictures or change filters and I know it’s not my phone because every other app is working fine! I hope the make an update that fixes this bug because truly without that glitch this is the best camera app I’ve had so far! To the point I don’t even use the phone native camera anymore (unless it glitches then I have to switch) please fix this!!

Good app, but..... I cannot say this is a bad app because it’s a very good filter photo app. However it does take a lot of time when you’re new to the app to play with the filters before you finally find some your okay with. Once you FINALLY do find the filters you prefer for certain food subjects and favorite them, or any subjects for that matter, it’s super simple to snap shots quickly. However my reason for 2 stars is that it’s been well over a year now and there still has been NO FIX for the “Location Info” bug. Every photo ever taken always shows the location in some mountain side in southwest China. Literally a mountainside. Seriously....why can’t it get that right? The purpose of me taking food pics for me is to always be able go back and recall the location, otherwise why bother. That’s my opinion. All in all though, great app with tons of filters that have relevant thumbnails to choose one semi-quickly on the fly. I will change rating once location bug is resolved.

Overall cool.. I’ve been using Foodie over a year now. The changes have mostly been great but as of a few months ago the images no longer save in their own album like they used to. Didn’t change settings - it just happened out of no where. Maybe by an update without my knowledge. It’s a shame considering I loved that simple organization. Uninstalling did not help either. Satisfied with it for the most part but don’t expect superb quality. It’s just more convenient than editing after taking photos.

The photo’s color is not true. I’ve been using this app for years. It was so good. But recently, when the app updated new filters, there is something wrong with these filters. I chose any filters or original cam, in the screen, it looked nice and good. But when I checked my album the picture looks pale and dark. I thought it was because of my camera so I did some check in my camera and other apps, they were all fine. Tried to find support but there is no support function in the app. Will delete it today. But so regretful for the app which used to be good.

Picture quality. I’ve been using this app for a few years for all my pictures and I love it but the recent update have made the picture quality worse. Please fix this team!

So many options, yet not overwhelming. Although I tend to use the same few filters, I love how you could customize the degree of the filter. Photos taken with iPhone 6. Given decent level of lighting, I'm usually able to produce high quality photos that look like they have been taken using a DSLR. Great app! Probably wouldn't be needing another photo app for a while..

A lot of bugs. This used to be my favourite photo and editing app for years but since I’ve upgraded to the iPhone 14 pro it keeps lagging or freezing.. I hope the issues can be fixed soon 😢

Loading lag. Gorgeous preset filters and easy to use . however it takes too long to load images from photo gallery . It lags most of time

Wow 👍🏻👍🏼👍🏽👍🏾👍🏿. It is such a great app for editing your food photos. There is a large range of filters and lots of adjustments to add to your photos. Me and my sisters love this app so I would definitely recommend this app.

Selfie quality gotten worse.... this app is amazing! However the recent update has made the selfie quality considerably worse especially under artificial light when in the past it never used to be like that. Always delivering high quality non patchy photos. I really hope the selfie quality returns back to how it was before the update. Also the lag between taking each photo is getting more inconvenient as with the new update you cannot tell whether the previous photo you took has finished processing and ready for you to take another one. It’s just a guessing game now.

Love It But There’s a Glitch.... Love this app! I use it to edit all of my photos now as it’s filters are great. However recently a new glitch has come out, where if I go to edit a photo, it zooms in to the corner of the photo so I’m unable to see the whole photo while editing. No pinching or tapping can un-zoom it so I can’t do the editing. Please fix!

Microphone not working. Love this app..but don’t know how to get assistance. I really feel that if people charge you for apps, they should provide assistance. My microphone stopped working with the video aspect of this app. I really want to use it and have re downloaded the app, and double checked the mircophone is turned on. I can record videos and sound still on my phone, but no sound from the app. I’d love to fix it. It’s a 5 star app if all features work! Only 3 for now as I can’t use the video function.

Error?. I use “iPad only” filter at the app store, but when I open the app, it’s not compitable with iPad, instead it’s using iPhone format :/

Stopped working. App won't open

16:9 video option and 5 minutes extended record time. It’s cool app that I use to take food moment experience till I try to record video and its stop by the time limited for 1 minute only. It would be great if the developer improved it to 5 minutes or unlimited time recording. And please put 16:9 frame option. 3:4 is so old school hehehehe

It is great!. This app is fantastic, especially for a free app! I love all the effects and how you can change each one to your desire. It works with sooo many photos and lets you enhance the photos to what suits them best! I am extremely impressed with this asp.

New update keeps freezing. Love love love this app I use it over all others for my photos but this new update is butts…it keeps freezing and I have to restart the app after each photo :(((((

Review. The new version resets the food mode after every shot and is slow to change.

Unable to save photo. This app has a high successful rate in “unsuccessful to save the photo”. Not recommended for capturing the moment.

Get rid of notification. I used to love this app but now it keeps asking if I want to use a cartoon filter when opening the app. If you want to capture candid moments, this app is too slow because you have to close the notification to use the cartoon filter. I'll update my rating if this is removed

What happened ?. Used to be a great little app with some awesome presets for shooting different types of food, but now it's for selfies? Don't need yet another selfie app, bring back the old presets.

Bitcoin ad??. The app is keep displaying an Ad to install Bitcoin/Crypto app every time when I open the app.

Missing filters. Where did the old filters go? Eg: RO2, TR3, FR3, etc..?

Location information wrong. This maddening bug has been in the app for ages now and they still haven’t fixed it. All photos in the foodie app are tagged with a location in the middle of the ocean. So so frustrating. Edit: A year later and still not fixed. Edit 2: location info no longer attached at all. Just nothing. Years and years of photos with incorrect location information Edit 3: location info is back, but is still in the middle of the ocean. Almost 3 years now and no fix. Edit 4: another year, another few new versions yet still no location information

Keeps crashing!. App keeps crashing every time I open a photo or try to save the photo. I have an iPhone 7, version 13.3. It’s really frustrating because I really want to use it and the filters are really nice!

Delayed shoot. I really like foodie but I don’t know what happened every time when I open the app it took at least one minute to take the first picture. I have to wait for a long time and it has been like this for half a year. Something must be wrong the the system.

the sound of video turns grey lately. I recorded a video but no sound:( only happened lately:(

What Happened?. This used to be a wonderful app but recently when I want to edit a video clip it severely dilutes the quality and saturation of it when I press “Edit” to get started - essentially ruining the clip entirely. The main reason why I installed this app was for the free video editing feature. Please fix this issue! This is a great app otherwise!

Hate the new update :(. Before the update, the app was my go-to for editing my photos! Now that there’s been a new update, the entire app changed to where there are fewer filters of which most are very obvious/unnatural. I want the previous version back :(

Glitchy. This app would be perfects if it wasn’t so glitchy. My phone heats up instantly after opening the app, and the screen dims within 15 seconds. And then it crashes.

Photo is timing - but here are some ads?. I still love this app, but the ads showing when you open the camera make you lose precious time / timing. I wouldn't say I like this new update.

Love this app for food. Been using this app to take selfie and especially for food. The color is amazing. But lately realized that there’s a bug on the video function. Freezes after taking videos for several seconds. Wish someone can fix it!

A e s t h e t i c. When it isn’t glitching & shutting down it has a HUGE variety of pretty filters, editing options etc. I’ve been obsessed with this app since it came out! But recently, I haven’t been able to even open the app before it starts crashing on me.

Why I don’t like foodie anymore. I really LOVED foodie but I recently just downloaded it again and when I make a video and go to watch it you can hear anything there is not sound, even though I have turned on the microphone and my ringer and my volume is up all the way you still can hear when I’m saying.

GPS location is wrong!. Love the filters but please fix the GPS location data. I took the picture in Long Island New York. And the GPS saved info is showing Osh, Kyrgyzstan. Time stamp is also 10h ahead of my actual time. This will mess up my photo collection.

Please fix camera zoom problem. I love the app, it was my to go camera app for all the photos I took but ever since I switched to the iPhone 13 pro (coming from the 11 pro) I could no longer use it because the camera zooms too wide out and makes my photos so zoomed out and stretched when I try to take pictures and I don’t know how to fix it… I tried zooming in but zooming in on the screen to fix the size of the photo ends up making the photo look blurry and unclear… please fix this as foodie is my absolute favorite app to use for photos of all times 😢😢😢

Why no cartoon filter?. Some people have the cartoon filters, and some don’t. Please fix this, really want to try the new cartoon filters

I love it. Sounds cheesy but I love this app. Whenever I’m editing, these filters really help make my edits pop out more.

Drains battery. this app drains the battery so fast, almost 5% per minute so you can’t really use much. A shame since the filters are nice

poor quality videos. I love the filters and i use this all the time for photos, but whenever i use the app to take videos (i wanted the filter and 16:9 aspect ratio), the app would film for a bit and crash, or they would just film with a bad lag. it’s not every single time, but it happens a lot and is quite frustrating.

Great filters, but location tag is always wrong. The filters are fantastic, but when I use the app to take photos, the location is alway Almaty, Kazakhstan, even though I have location enabled in the app.

Terrible bug in the latest version!. Hate the latest version, photos’ resolution and quality goes extremely low after updated Please improve on the resolution in the future development! Old version’s resolution was pretty good!

Omg this app is what I’ve been looking for. Don’t change anything about this app, it’s beautiful the way it is. Not only can I make my food look pretty but I can edit other things like nature or pictures of myself. All the filters are so beautiful. So many to select from. I love the app but the bugs and lags really need to be fixed. I love this app and use it a lot! However it gets slower and slower and it often fails to save the photos It got better at one point but it’s getting worse again...please if you can fix them it would be great!

Shutter sound. It’s been my most favorite camera app, but it’s been making a shutter sound since about a month ago (on the Japanese iPhone). It gets silent with standard resolution, but makes noise with high resolution even when the iPhone is on a silent mode. I would be so glad if you could fix this problem!

Please let me modify original photo. I love the app and the filters, however, if I use the app to edit a photo taken with iPhone camera, it will save a completely new photo to my library. Then, I have to go back and delete original. It’s a pain when I want to edit multiple photos and then delete all the originals. Please add a button saying “do you want to modify original?” like Snapseed does so I can just add the filter to original photo. Additionally, it would be great to add a batch editing feature to apply the same filter to multiple photos. Thanks Foodie!! Great app!

PLEASE FIX BUGS :(. I love love LOVE this app for editing not just photos but videos with a lot of precision, the option to save sets of edits to apply across different photos/videos also is so helpful! BUT, none of this is ultimately of any use if there is a bug that causes the generated saved product to look different from your final edits. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!! :(

app opens up to a filter setting & not “original” filter. every since i updated every time i open the app it automatically opens up to a YU4 filter and not the original filter. I know i can just swipe to the original filter but it gets REALLY annoying every time i open the app,, please fix this

Wish the app knew how to autorotate pics. The food takes good good pictures but most filters are useless. Regardless it takes much better pictures than the regular iPhone app. I just wish it knew how to rotate pictures when you take landscape photos. As of now you have to edit photo. Hit crop. Then hit rotate 90 degrees 3 times. It's painful

Can't remove ads like before.. I don't know why ads keep showing up lately i remember bought this app long time ago. So annoying every time you took a picture an ad showing at the bottom.

By far one of the slowest apps. Love the idea and the filter that it has and I have had kept it on my phone for a long time. However I barely use it because of how long it takes to load. I had the same issue on multiple devices.

Wrong geotag information. Good filters, but it shows wrong geotag info for all of my photos taken through this app. Photos were taken in various cities in california, but geotag shows some random locations in china. Please fix this bug.. Edit: Just checked some of the locations and compared them to correct location and seems like longitude is flipped. For example when it should say 118 W, it shows 118 E.

Good app!. I like the simplicity of this app. You don't have a bunch of sliders to adjust, just tap on the color adjustment to see how it looks. Having a slider for exposure adjustment is critical, so I'm happy to see that feature.

Completely unreliable!. This app does have some good filters... however, there have been so many incidences I record/photograph something and it shows me a message saying the video/photo wasn’t saved. There goes something I can’t bring back. I’d rather use other camera apps and not have to worry about the video/photo not being saved. I’ve given this app so many chances over 2-3 years and I am finally giving up on it.

Simple easy good...but. Save doesn’t work. I can upload to social media etc, but not to Photos!? I checked to see if I didn’t unlock (pay for )the save option, but didn’t see any evidence of that. Otherwise for food pics it’s great.

Best photo+video app ever!. I have been using this app for years and it keeps getting better with the updates. I deleted all my other camera apps and just shoot everything with this one! Minor glitches sometimes though.

A great app. I’ve been using this app for the last couple of weeks, and I am absolutely in love with all these photos. However, for some reason, when I’m looking at the photos taken in the app, it says that I’m in Inner Mongolia. It’s not a big deal, but I’m genuinely curious.

It would be five stars, except for one thing. The nonstop ads are ridiculous! After each edit they make you sit and watch a 32nd ad followed by a five second ad. If I don’t figure out how to make it stop, I will be deleting this app all together.

Love it!. I've been using this camera for a while and I would never switch to another one. The quality of the pictures is amazing and the filters are beautiful.

So many bugs. When I try to save some pictures, the app will automatically crash. On top of that when I try to access older, saved pictures it’ll zoom all the way in and won’t let me zoom out and if I press save then the zoomed in corner will be the only thing I can see. The filters are cute but the few pictures I can actually manage to save end up being poor quality ones. Please fix soon or I will just have to uninstall.

Loved until recent issues. I always loved using this app to edit my pics- food related or not. User friendly and super easy. Although the past month or two every video I edit with it (without a filter) it is saved as a super bright washed-out version which it didn’t look like when I was editing and previewing. I’m disappointed this hasn’t been fixed yet. It makes the app not usable for video editing

It was great but then it’s not usable.... It was a great app for taking food pictures, but after the newest update, it’s not usable. When I open the app it gave two options “view/end”. unable to save photos/videos. I love this app and it’s the only one i use most of the times but sometimes it says it’s unable to save photos/videos i have taken ): just today it kept doing that three times already so i lost video recordings of my baby

Screenshots no longer editable?. I love this app. I use it to take/edit images all the time. For the past week or so, it will no longer allow edits to be made to any photos that are actually screenshots. Example: take a screenshot from a friend’s Snapchat - that image cannot be edited in the foodie app. I’ll apply a filter, and when I go to save the image, it will say “unable to save photo.” This error message ONLY reads when I attempt to make edits to a screenshot, no other types of images. Please help! I love this app!

My Photo always shows up Blurry. So I just got this app yesterday and wanted to try to out today. I heard a lot of good things abt it so I was excited. Well when I tried to edit some of my photos, they came out rlly blurry, but they aren’t in my camera roll. Then, when I try to edit them it’s just a blank screen. Does anyone have an idea what’s happening?

Good filters, issues finding airdrop photos. Great filters, but seems to not be able to see recently added photos via AirDrop. Other apps like Instagram and Photoshop had no issues with this.

Uh...it crashes my phone. So far it’s still good. But recent update must have had a unforeseen bug? Every time I try to use it, it crashes my phone. I’m always ready to give it a 5 star once that part is fixed!!! And when I mean crashes my phone, it turns it off!

FIX VIDEO RECORDING. The app is really great. However, when recording video, it disappears and nowhere to be found when a sudden notification pops up in your phone. I hope you can fix it and save the video from where it is left off so it wont be wasted.

Best food filter app. This is the only filter I use for my food pics! The color is just unreal and beautiful!!! Please just fix crashes/bugs tho that’s the only bad part! But other than that, keep up the good work foodie team!

Working fine before, just stopped. This used to be my favorite food photo filter app but recently, every time I try to use one of the filters, it just switches off. Tried several times and it just doesn’t work. No updates are available for it so what happened?

App is crashing with latest update. I LOVE this app. It gives such a nice look and feel to my content. I excitedly opened it just for that purpose but the app crashes in about 2 seconds. The screen opens as it should with a blank image for the camera section and then completely crashes. Please fix it!

Best filters, little buggy. This is my favorite filter app and I love the ability to make your own filter “recipes” however the app can be buggy and sometimes randomly quits when using. It would have a full five stars if not for that issue

Surveys. I’m really disappointed in a recent survey that appeared on the camera/ video screen. It gives no option asking whether or not the user wants to be a part of the survey and gives no way to opt out. Overall I like to quality of the photos, but have an option of “take survey later” or “no thanks” for your surveys.

I don't want ads. I love this app so much! I understand they need ads to generate income but I dont mind paying to get rid of the ads, that's how much I love and how often I use this app! I want to have the no ads option for this app! Please ✨🤗

Please bring it back. The new updated filters are making the pictures taken seem unnatural and weird in a way...I liked how the old filters made things look beautiful by brightening the natural features of the person, or thing that was taken a picture of. I miss the old days, the old filters🤧

Love this app, except.... This is my go to app for editing pictures on my phone. I love the presets - they are so nice! My only complaint is that there is no way to batch edit multiple photos. I would really love this feature, then it would be the PERFECT app!

Location issue. This app is great I use it for non food pictures because the filters are amazing but the app thinks I’m in china i hope they didn’t hack my pictures, I live in the Midwest not China I did try reinstalling app with knowing my location and not knowing it but same thing, maybe servers are in China.

More options?. This app is great! The only thing I wish it has was the ability to crop, rotate, and add text (with different font options) to the photo. I have to use three different apps to do all these things to my photos. If they had these options I would give it 5 stars and be a lifetime user!

Nice and Easy.. Very easy to use & nice filters. Did not take long to get the hang of this. Update: the overhead shutter button is not working as before I must touch the circle & not just the yellow area. Update:the yellow overhead shutter bar is still not working.

Great camera, terrible ad placement. I used to love this app and it was my go to camera app, but now it shows an annoying add whenever I open this app. Terrible when you're trying to capture something in the moment, which defeats the whole point of its camera functionality. I love the filters though but I won't be using this anymore.

No longer available. When I try to update this app, it popped a window said no longer available. Does anyone know what’s the problem?

Getting Worse!!. Foodie was my #1 app but it’s getting worse day by day. The photo quality bacame too low and noisy. But another annoying bug is mirror mode in main camera! Despite of turning off the mirror mode in setting the photos are saved as mirror and i even turned it on but it doesn’t change. Today i uptaded another time hoping to fix it but it was as ever. Please please fix it dear foodie.

Please fix the latest bug after the update. Really love this app, but after the recent update, it CANNOT BE USED!It always says “it has a more simple filter, view or end.” When I choose the “view”, it shows not on shelf in the US App Store, and when I choose “end”, it just log out of the app completely. Please fix this issue, I really hope I don’t have to delete this app, have recommended to so many people

location/gps error. great app for taking filtered pictures! my only issue is that when location is enabled, any picture I take it says it was taken somewhere in China? hoping for a bug fix, it would be nice to have accurate location saved. other than that, great app! thank you!

iPhone 12 bug! Only using Wide Angle Camera. This app is super fantastic and massively underrated. Shoots the most delicious food pictures! I hope the developer quickly fixes the bug on iPhone 12 which cause it only shoots in Wide Angle Camera, rendering the app unusable.

Filter changes color after you save the picture. I love foodie but now, whenever I apply the filter, it looks different after I save it so please fix this!!
