Amazing app. If you’re looking for an app with great variety of filter, that you can use on photos and videos. It’s here. An excellent face app. I am not a young girl. I am in my 60s. I usually use this app first before I go to another one( it is not easy to hide every wrinkle!) because it improves my face subtly but effectively. The face softener, the brightener and several others do not distort my face, look natural and I do look a bit younger. Quite a bit. I love this app.

Nice filters, can be improved. The filters are very nice and the colors are beautiful. The layout is also very straightforward. I also like how we can change whether we want to include the watermark of the app or not. What can be improved is that it should also have the video recording feature.

Literally perfect. I’m obsessed with this app to say the very least. There are so many options, that all look gorgeous and natural. It’s user friendly and isn’t extreme like some other apps, seriously my go-to app for selfies. There are tons of adorable filters and both skin refinement and makeup options. The only problem, and I mean literally everything else is perfect, the quality is a bit bad. For photos, it’s amazing. There’s a tiny bit of graininess that I can’t figure out how to get rid of, but thats not really an issue. Pretty unnoticeable if not a good thing in my opinion. The problem is the videos, they have a pretty low frame rate. If the videos had higher quality, the app would actually be perfect. I wouldn’t mind paying monthly for premium or paying for the app itself if there was better video quality. If they fixed the frame rate and made it even $10 a month I’d probably pay it.

!. I used to record video while listening to the music on the iphone!! Unfortunately, it's not possible to do so in the new update!!😓😓😓😓😓😓😓 wish u could fix it!

Update 3.2 too bad. The update removed one-touch customize. The Update makes photos to become much more fake. Too many steps to adjust filter and face shape , too complicated than before update that I just needed to choose the kind of filter and use one-touch to set as desire. It looks easier than now. Please bring back one-touch option at least. Thanks

Is awesome!!. I had been looking for something like it bc I’m not a huge fan in the filters that take away all your grand you do t even look like yourself. Has a cool feature where you can control the filter hue and makeup and customize it to your preferences!! I like it a lot!! :)

great, except the update ruined it. the burst shot setting doesn’t work as quickly anymore — i used to always use the burst shot to take quick consecutive pictures in a couple of seconds but now there’s a really slow countdown between every single picture. i can’t hold poses for three seconds, that’s not natural. and it’s not as efficient either. between every shot the app freezes. bad update for a feature that worked perfectly fine.

Not sure why the makeup is now stuck with a certain filter with the new update. Not sure as to what happened with the new update but now the Makeup is stuck with certain filters so it’s less customizable. Before you got to change the filter you were using and the makeup. But now they are together and when you try to change the filter it takes the makeup off. I have been using this app for a long time so when I opened it and saw they took off what I specifically use, I got super sad :(

Best app ever!!. I only exclusively use this app to take or edit pictures! It is so easy to use, has so many different options, and makes everything look seamless!

Soda dislikes and likes. I loveee the Soda app! You can talk lots of beautiful pictures. I am so obsessed!! But, I wish we could pay things on it and also create our own filters and stuff…. lol. I still like Soda tho!!

Great!. Hours of fun. So many great looks and ways to use. From taking a picture of an actual photo to taking live photos and your phones photo album. Still discovering more to do. LOVE IT!!

The perfect app except….. This app is literally almost perfect, there’s more effects to choose from than you can ever imagine. The only bad part is it seems to record videos at a very low frame rate, maybe 30fps. Please bump up the video fps to 60fps & this app will be perfection. I would give it 4.5/5 stars but apple doesn’t let me give 4.5 stars so I gave it a 4 stars Edit: For some reason after I set my presets, I can’t change it. I’m trying to add eyeshadow but nothing happens when I click on the different eyeshadows, the eyeshadow doesn’t apply on my face. Please fix in a future update

Great natural boost to pictures. Love the filter settings on this app. The way they are set when you first download the app is a little much for me, but after turning them down a bit, I get a subtle improved touch to my photos. My only complaint is the geo tags are wrong. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and any photos I take with Soda will say Henan, China.

Remove watermark please!. Love the filters but I never use this app after using it for the first time is because I don’t like the Soda logo watermark. I take pics mostly to post on Instagram and I don’t want any watermark on my posts. I know free versions of very few in-app purchase “editing” apps do that, but I’ve never seen a camera app that puts watermark on the pics. Not aesthetically pleasing at all. I’m sure people will quickly stop using this app because everyone will get so sick of this logo. 소다 로고 좀 빼주세요. 인플루언서들한테 소다로 찍은 사진 올려달라고 해서 그 로고 덕분에 앱 홍보가 많이 된 건 사실이지만, 장기적으로 보면 그 누구도 사진에 워터마크 찍혀있는 거 계속 쓰고싶지 않을거예요. 이제 로고 안 찍히게 해야 할 시기가 왔다고 생각해요. 앱내에서 결재하는 극소수 “편집” 앱들 제외하고는 소다같은 카메라 어플이 워터마크 찍혀 나오게 하는 건 본적이 없어요. 진지하게 고려해보세요.

Customizable Makeup. I enjoyed the new update to a certain degree. I enjoyed the categorization of the filters however what I don’t enjoys is that the customizable makeup is gone being able to pick out any filter with also picking out what kind of makeup you choose was better than it is now. There is less creativity by that I mean freedom to choose what you want. Please change it back☹️☹️ overall the app is nice

Get it now 😡. Guys get it because it actually makes me feel really beautiful even though I tuned up my face a bit. Honestly this is an amazing filter app and let me say you can make funny faces on here too. It’s pretty wonderful how filters can do this to your body, LOL! Maybe this is why we get catfished. 😂

I Feel Special and pretty🥰🤩. This app is overall better than effects and snap chat. This app has good quality face features. Also, EVERY SINGLE PEICE OF THE APP IS FREE, and it doesn’t ask you for a trial. There are live 200 something different ones and it’s super cool. You can put it on portrait mode🤩. Overall, this app has a nice feature we’re you can go back and edit things that weren’t edited in the first place. So anyway, I absouloutly ❤️ how you can edit videos with filters and makeup 💄 because it’s cool and it sound natural because normally you have to only do it with a photo but no, it lets it have on video which makes it look like your real look😗

This is the #1 BEST app for selfies (even just the free version). I cannot say enough good things about this app. The free version lets you do so much — it’s absolutely mind blowing because other apps would definitely try to charge you for what Soda let’s you do for FREE. You can remove the water mark from your photo, it has LIVE filters as well as live skin perfecting & skin blurring & teeth whitening & face reshaping — this app is A M A Z I N G! Love the app, but wish it had one more feature!. I had a photo editor app I really liked that was better than the rest, but after finding this one it was even better so I switched the other one out for this one. The one thing that would make this app better is if there was an option to pick one face to edit rather than the touch ups going to everybody in my opinion.

Weird blur effect after taking a photo?. This breaks my heart because I love this app..but after I take a picture (especially when it’s darker lighting) the final result turns into an “ai generated” looking selfie. My hair looks like a painting if that makes sense, and there is this weird blur effect. I left snow because of this, but it is the same way on this app. Is there a way to turn it off?? If not, please fix. I’ve been a vip member for both apps, I’d hate to have to leave :(

Portrait mode. It would be really nice if portrait mode could be fixed. I have problems with it and it makes my pictures blurry.. please try to make it improved more...

Was ok. Was great until they changed the editing features.. when editing a video back then you could cancel out the sound.. now you can not.. I also feel like you should be able to crop and zoom in on video editing as well.. I love this app but please bring that feature back..

You can't change your face wider it's only thiner .. Hi guys, thanks for all the hard working and for this amazing app I just wanted to mention that some of us would like our faces to be wider and by that i mean fat face😂 . Great but.... -Wish you can record/film videos hands-free, without having to constantly push down on the shoot button like other apps like pitu and beautyplus. -wish it would continue recording videos on its own like snapchat n ig story when time is up instead of having to stop n repush the shoot button. -I like how you can remove the soda watermark and a timer for taking pictures and has gorgeous filters and beautifying tools!

Need IOS13 support. New iPhone11pro has increased the wide angle this makes it not so conducive for close by selfie. The native camera apps has a feature to zoom in for front camera to make it look like the angle in old iPhone. But there is no such feature with SODA. Hope you can add this. Thanks

Very user friendly!. This app is so easy to use. Click on what you want to fix such as remove blemishes or smooth skin (my favorite) and you have flawless skin even without makeup. I can’t believe there are so many options in the free version and no annoying ads. I feel like I should pay for this app it’s so good. I would buy Soda Pro if offered even though I’m very happy with the free version. Thank you so much developers!

Really Good and Fun 🤠. I like how easy it is to use, and I like all the different filters in this app, the only thing I don’t like about it is that you can’t edit a photo you took on a different camera on this app.

They sell everything to 3rd party businesses. It's right there in the privacy policy. "In the preceding 12 months, we have sold or disclosed to one or more third parties the following categories of personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer:....[including] User Content (e.g., photos, facial scans, comments, or other materials) that you post to the Application." So they're selling scans of your face to facial recognition software companies. Just fyi in case you're not comfortable with that.

Best app thats free. Tbh i was looking for an app like this but either it was very “ad” based or you had to pay. And well ya girl aint got money so this app came and saved the day! I can look cute and have fun taking pictures!!!

Beautiful makeup. I have been using this app and it is wonderful. The nude makeup and ability to choose your choices is great! Anyone can use it! I highly recommend this app and I am hoping there is an option to FaceTime while using the makeup app. Very amazing and I love the style! 💕

Fabulous and it is free. Look around long enough and BINGO you can find something wonderful and easy to use. As an artist and designer, I find you AP wonderful and easy to use. I like the results because all I want is to do a little bit of tweaking - nothing grand or serious. Just to even out tones and enhance a feature, here and there on days there is no time to use makeup. I have just recently started a video venture, great stories from a well lived life through the decades. I was born in the late 40’s and I am here to entertain. Love the app but.... I really love the filters and the new makeup feature but I would think it’d be ALOT better if you could add different tabs for the eyes and lips or at least a toggle bar for each one on your makeup filters because I would like my eyes to pop BUT my lips are too big for the preset lip color filter that is being applied. Meaning I can’t set the makeup filters at max because it’ll mess up the entire pic. 😔 otherwise the app would be a perfect 5 stars for me.

Please add focus lock!. I love this app so much, but I really wish there was a way to lock the focus so it doesn’t change when taking a video/moving for pictures!

You guys gonna make this functional again?. This app used to be great, but hasn’t functioned properly in WEEKS. I paid for an annual pro version of the app, and haven’t been able to record video AT ALL in an inexcusably long amount of time. No one cares about new hair editing features if you can’t even use the built-in camera. PLEASE fix this bug ASAP, I can’t afford to continually lose content like this.

Love this app. I literally love using this app. The filters and stickers are so cute. The only problem before was that it drained my battery pretty quickly but I didn’t really mind that. But recently (like a week ago) everytime I took a picture, it would come out glitched. So instead, I have to take a screenshot every time I take a picture, which is very hard. I don’t know how to fix it, and it’s a similar problem with both SODA and B612.

Fix the Face Tracking Glitch!!!. This was my favorite app to edit my face on videos I have & it would always work without a problem & now whenever i try to edit it does this weird glitch where the edit will come off & on & off & on again , so I cant use it ): Please fix it! Unbelievable. Where’s the catch?. This app is the most incredible app I’ve ever used for photos. I cannot believe it is free! I cannot believe I am not bombarded with garbage ads to use it! Too much Make-up. Before i used to like this apps, the resolution is good and not too much filter and make-up making your pictures perfect. Now it is annoying whenever lights are too bright your face will be much make-up and too much nose up to the point you will even looks like a witch. male will have make-up effects as well even though it is not in make-up mode. The facial features will become different from your natural facial features and turning it like a witchy facial features. Instead you will be happy with the moments ending up not post the pictures anymore because it is already far away from yourself with too much filter, make-up, nose and a witchy image. Your old system is far much better than now.

No participating in Family sharing Subscription. While Apple states that you can share in-app subscriptions it is from participating apps only. However there is no clear way to see what apps are participating without having to buy the Subscription first. My wife liked this app and I thought it would be nice if i got the subscription so she could use it. Only to find out she couldn’t use the pro features without subscribing separately. I miss the days where you could just pay $1.99-$5.99 for apps and you owned them forever, without the blatant money grab from Subscriptions. While I guess this isn’t entirely the fault of the App developers themselves but they do fob you off when you ask for a refund and they push you to apple with a link that doesn’t even work. Luckily I only subbed for 1 month and lost $7.99 but my wife said she is just happy to use the app without subscribing to the “Pro” features.

Green glitch. For some reason whenever I take a picture on this app with my front camera the picture comes out as a green glitched screen, the kind you’d see if you’re tv screen was broken. I have literally no idea how to fix it but it’s definitely the app.

Camera is good but could be better, photo location is weird too. This camera is good when there’s very good lighting, but it looks grainy sometimes. Also when I take photos (whether I use SNOW, B612 or this) it sets the location to Erzinskiy kozhuun and some other cities eve if I’m in Canada

Photo location bug. I love this app. It has all the features that I need and the filters look more natural than the other selfie apps on the market. However, the photo location bug is really really frustrating. The app says I’m in Charyn, Kazakhstan when I’m located in Toronto, Canada. Can you please please fix this bug? Not for free any longer. You have to pay now in order to store the pics you take, making it no longer a free app (downloading and installing it are for free, but everything else is subscription-based that costs either a monthly or annual fee).

Spam. After downloading this app, I immediately started getting spam texts. I have never had a spam text before. I looked it up and found they are the same company as B612, which is known for selling your data. I deleted it but it’s too late.

after I updated this app the selfie video mode has some lag and bug!!. The selfie video mode was very smooth but not anymore after update!! Please fix this issue!!

Used to work but now it lags and kills the video quality. I used to use this on all of my videos but suddenly it makes the video jumpy and lagging. Unfortunate

great at first. i love how natural these filters are but the pictures are different from before saving and after saving and do not match the filter chosen. one filter can change the picture to brighter one but after saving it, the same filter changes the picture to a darker tone if that makes sense. if they could fix that then i would rate it 5/5

Not for anyone, but pale or porcelain skin. If you have anything other than pure white skin then most of these looks are horrible and you’ll look ridiculous. Like a ghost, with wine colored lips.

Why is burst mode gone???. The burst mode is gone, it's one of the most convenient settings in that camera app

Bugs in location. I have been using this app for selfie only for a while and recently all location shows in Osh in Kyrgyzstan where ever I take. ( This bug is in Foodie app now) Please fix this location bug asap. Thanks!
