.. Thought the app had some really cool features, as I’m pregnant and would like to track my health during the rest of my pregnancy. It won’t give me the option to be anywhere but Montana, California, or Oregon. I’m quite obviously not in any of those places. Deleted immediately. 😒

Malfunctioning breastfeeding tracker. The breastfeeding tracker loses data nearly daily.

A well thought out app housing health info in need. I love the circle app. It’s easy to use. Only displays useful information that pertains to me and it’s a 1 stop shop to answer questions about appointments and locations. It helps make understanding health care stuff easier and more clear.

App doesn’t work. Most of the time app doesn’t open and gets stuck on the main Circle with Providence page. I had to uninstall and reinstall to make it work more than couple of times.

Never works. I try to sign up it says I’m already signed in. I ask for a reset of password code and one never comes. So, I can’t use this app even though my OB wants me to use this...

Keeps crashing. I can’t even get on the app. It keeps crashing.

Annoying glitches. The breastfeeding tracker was the main reason I valued this app, but lately the recordings have simply vanished. This is especially frustrating when it’s 2am and you’re exhausted and you just want the app to do it’s job correctly.

Need much work. After we study and making all the choices about my birth plan for my baby with my OB, the information was not accessible to the nurse at the hospital. The process was great if it was implemented. The circle birth-plan is not integrated with the hospital where we have birth.

Not reliable. This app is really starting to upset me! It freezes a lot and my feedings and diaper trackings are constantly disappearing. It’s very annoying when I lose all the data

Erases my data. I loved this app before the update. Now it erases my feeding and diaper change data. I lost days worth of info and is not saving the info anymore :(

Entries in trackers disappear. Helpful app, but my entries keep disappearing in my breast-feeding and diaper tracker.

so much potential, but needs work. this app should really be worth 5+ stars due to all of the resources it has, diaper/breastfeeding trackers and more. however i’ve been using this app for 2 weeks now and it is very inconsistent with saving my diaper and feeding records. i had to switch to another app for tracking because of how unreliable it is. really disappointed because this app really does have it all if it functioned properly.

Doesn’t work with iOS 14. The app is great but currently it isn’t working with iOS 14. I’m hoping it gets fix soon!

Deleted Tracking. This app was great! It has a lot of very useful information. But I primarily used it for tracking feedings and diaper changes, but one morning I woke up to half my tracking for my newborn deleted… I thought to myself that maybe it was a one time thing, but then I went to log a breastfeeding session and noticed half the feedings of the day are gone along with the diaper tracking. I’m so disappointed, and now need to find another way or app to track.

Seems great but actually infuriating. The hospital pushed hard for me to download this. Seemed the perfect tool to track in real time all the newborn baby items you need to track. ONLY if freezes up for many hours at a time every 3rd or 4th time you go to input data. Very annoying if you’re relying on this all (on very little sleep) to track everything!! If it actually worked reliably seems like a great tool but now downloading a new app to replace this.

Deleted entries. As much as I want to love this app, there’s nothing more frustrating that saving a bunch of feeding entries to track breast feeding only for them to disappear completely. I added a new entry and then suddenly all the others were gone and this was the only one for the day! Very annoying and makes the app completely useless if it doesn’t actually track.

Convenient but loses data. So nice to have all the trackers, but there’s an issue in the app where it sometimes does not sync the tracker entries. This has happened for me in kick count and diaper trackers. It does not happen all the time, but periodically there will be new entries that do not appear on my other device. There is no indication of an issue after saving the new entries, but on subsequent app launch on the device that saved the entry, 1 or more entries will be gone. Overall so nice to have everything together. But ultimately, if it’s not reliable then it’s worth using something else for the trackers

Comforting and Informative. Love the simplicity of this app. The information is clear and not overwhelming like the wide open internet. So far, anything I’ve had questions about the Circle app has been able to answer or steer me in the right direction. Love it so much.

Great app to help with baby's development!. I love Providence and all of the ways they offer for you to keep up on you and your baby's health through their MyChart and Circle apps. The only thing I've noticed that needs fixed is the the week-by-week and month-by-month articles that pop up at the top of the app do not correspond to my baby's actual age; for instance, it will say "Your baby is 5 months!" but when I click to read the article, it opens the article for 6 months so I've missed all the information for how old my son actually is. Please fix this and I'd happily rate 5 stars!

Keeps logging me out. The app is fine but it’s incredibly annoying to have to log in almost every time despite me having the “keep me logged in” option toggled on.

Breast feeding tracker. The breast feeding tracker and diaper tracker are so useful! There is a vast amount of information and resources made available throughout the app which is very reassuring for this first time mom. However I have noticed that after I save a feeding and close the app it looses the most current feeding. Hopefully this glitch will get fixed with the next update because I really do love being able to track my newborns input and output.

Breastfeeding tracker. This app doesn’t give itself enough credit in its description. It also includes a breastfeeding/feeding tracker (by side or oz) so if your little one doesn’t wake up to eat you can track that they’re getting enough. Also has a potty tracker to make sure they’re going frequently enough. Similar to most apps like this it gives weekly updates about what to expect in development and reminders of when vaccines are due (would be cool if it synced with patient charts but I’m sure there’s some HIPAA reasons that it doesn’t). Now that my baby’s almost one, I’m finding the various articles helpful since I can search by topic.

Bad advertising. This app was brought up in a meeting with the portrayal that it was going to be accessible to anyone with health care related needs. This app is ONLY for pregnant women, there is no option to edit to let the app know you are NOT pregnant. Deleted it right away.

doesn’t save diaper tracker stats sometimes and breast feeding stats. extremely upset because it randomly deletes what i have already tracked and it’s done this multiple times! i am heavily relying on this information so i will have to use a different app

Data Deletes. Love this app, but the feedings get deleted often or don’t get saved. I have double checked and pressed save and all the info will be there, but then when I open the app later, the data will be lost.

Won’t let me set my child’s birthday. No matter how many times I rolled the date to her birthday, it would autocorrect to September 20, 2000 for some weird reason. I didn’t even get a chance to try it out! So frustrating!!

So helpful.. Genuine and easy to use. Legitimate site for good solid, and timely info.

Data Doesn’t Store. The features of the app to track diaper changes and feedings are great. However, multiple of the feedings and diaper changes disappear from the log randomly. Most of the time it’s permanently gone, and rarely it shows back up. This bug makes reporting to the pediatrician difficult.

Feeding tracker entries. The entries I save in the feeding tracker keep disappearing. Sometimes an entire day’s worth of entries get deleted. So inconvenient!
