Providence Comments & Reviews 2026

My Experience Following Extensive Back Surgery. I had been experiencing severe and chronic back pain. I am 68 years old and have been told that it comes with age and the moderate arthritis. Working with the medical team from Coastal Health, I received restorative back surgery with hopes of restoring my normal life and activities. After initially meeting with Dr Waller I was scheduled for surgery a short time later. Part of the intake process included agreeing to allow a robotic equipment to be used. It is currently 9 days after my surgery and I’m actually feeling better! A great deal of care was taken to reduce the likelihood of infection. Interestingly enough, the resulting cuts were small and included two small puncture wounds that I assumed was used in conjunction with the robotic, mechanical surgeon. I am up and about with minimal discomfort and I’m using only a small amount of pain relief medication! I plan to continue this journaling as things continue to unfold.

Dr. Ynolde Smith: Leader in The Evolution of Modern Medicine. Having just downloaded this advanced iPhone compatible app which allows me to review the results of images taken yesterday in addition to the lab work done on site as ordered by my long-standing compassionate & authentic caregiver,Dr. Smith, Ynolde,I am able to move forward in a meaningful manner knowing my provider is constantly adapting to the ever-changing world of medicine thank you Saint Judes!! I remain a patient of Dr. Smith’s with my PPO coverage based upon her continuum to Evolve, I know I AM GETTING THE BEST CARE AVAILABLE!!!

The best emergency room. After visiting three hospitals during the week for a tremendous pain and came out worsen , I decided to go to Providence’s I don’t know how to say thank to Dr Orosco , nurse Cassandra and the all team participating in my treatment at emergency room, I came out maybe 85% out 100 % much better than I was, the only recommendation I give is the security and registration personal be more nice with patients specially in emergency, just thinking we get there for an emergency need a little smile and have human being not attitude. Overall thanks for all help was provided from Dr orozco and team.

Easier is good. Anything that makes keeping track of total health care for an 81 year old man is considered a good thing, a positive. I especially like the post visit summary and the description of meds . Sometimes, I have forgotten the exact amount of a new med and the summary helps that forgetfulness. I have always been blessed with a good memory but not anymore. So thanks Providence for the help. Well done! George Smith Mill Creek, WASHINGTON

A bit fragmented. I like having access to my doctor, provider, directory, health, history, appointments, etc. all in one place, but I do find that I have to search around the site to find the item I need, so the layout of the site is a bit confusing. For example, I got an email saying I have a message from my provider. I log into the app to find the message, and the first screen that comes up doesn’t have the message inbox as an option. Maybe this is purposeful, but I have experienced better site layouts.

Grateful. I am so grateful for everyone’s help during my surgery’s and care. Words can not explain just how grateful I truly am . The whole surgical team are gifts from the all mighty, this holds true for all the nurses down to the cleaning staff. The care I was given was simply amazing! I came out of surgery with a whole new understanding! I was not a good patient before my accident. The the understanding I received was knowing my responsibility as a patient! Sound strange maybe however it’s my truth and I felt the results. I opened my heart and understanding of what these professionals go through to care for their patients that alone was enough to share what they felt. My message is more for patients please show your respect try and understand just how hard they work to get us better. They are your team and they care show them this and they will take it from there. You will get amazing results. Try and understand when the can’t respond it’s not because they don’t care because they do we are not there only patient. When I opened my heart and understanding I was blessed ten times over. The pain I was having seem to be more manageable. Dr. Su and his staff are gifts from God. Thank you so much Rick Phelps

Providence Saved Me. I was briefly with another provider and they were a disgrace. I left them after 1 year. I had previously been with Providence and so returned, thankfully. The service they provide, even beginning at the reception desk, and other staff as well, make you feel valued, and 🙏🏼 welcome💜 My doctor is personable, patient, attentive and genuinely intrested in giving me the information I need, so that I can be proactive in following a healthy lifestyle! ❤️❤️

Phlebotomist/nursing/CNA. Dane is the first person to only have to poke me once to get my vein for a blood draw. He was so sweet and put me at ease right away. I can’t thank him enough for his expertise. He is amazing! I’m at the providence hospital in Portland Off of Glisan. Best care ever! Thank you guys so much! I would give more stars if I could. It’s not easy taking care of me. I wouldn’t want to take care of myself. So, thank you again for putting up with me. All of you were awesome! Almost made me want to stay.

Review for My Chart. It is wonderful to have my medical information available to me in real time. I am able to share my lab work with the very few providers that are outside of the Kadlec network. Yet at the same time my many Kadlec providers have immediate access to all my medical information. I like that for continuity.

Happy Lady!! 😁. I’m new to this option but so far, I like what I have experienced so far!! I never thought that all my medical records, billing options, prescription needs, and so much more to explore is at my fingertips!! This is an awesome way to get and stay in touch with my awesome provider and my amazing care team!! Thank you for getting me on board!! There’s so much more to explore and even though it may take me some time to really learn my way around, I’m sure if I get stuck MyChart self help or other assistance options will be a great way to get to explore more!! Thanks again!! You guys made my day!!

Convenient App for Healthcare Management. I appreciate having the app to be able to message our pediatrician and check up on the status of things for our baby/toddler. It’s easy to use and work for the most part. I did have trouble using it at the beginning, but once I got it to work it was a breeze from there. Definitely recommend it to parents or for yourself to manage healthcare messages and updates with ease.

Test results. My husband was in the ED, then admitted it was nice to see the reports as soon as they were read, especially during the night, it was a comfort to see how well his issues were being resulted. Also then when the Dr came the next day if there was something I didnot understand I could as questions and he (Dr ) explained then to me.

bravo. My second visit to Providence Seaside my husband attended with me this time and couldn’t say enough good things about the staff all the way around while he was waiting for me to come out of my MRI thank you so much. it’s nice to have a Hospital treat you like family and I’m not afraid to speak to you even though you might be wearing a mask or not. I appreciate everything you’ve done.

Swedish orthopedic institute patient. Recently visited both the emergency department and orthopedic institute at Swedish Hospital where I stayed for a few days . From the moment I arrived to the emergency department, I was impressed by professional staff being attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and provide me timely assistance, their compassion and expertise were evident, making stressful situations making more manageable . After my visit to the emergency department ,I transitioned to the orthopedic institute ,where I received further specialized care .the orthopedic team was outstanding ,demonstrating a deep knowledge of their field while also prioritizing my health. I recommend Swedish Hospital to anyone in need of medical assistance. Thank you to the entire team for your great service. Laura Linares

Care. I feel doctor care has been very good all these years. One of my complaints is how long it takes to get a referral. This current referral has taken a month. Being a patient, with an issue, this is not acceptable. I’m sure there are some more urgent than others and many submitted as routine, so maybe that is the doctor’s decision. In addition, once the referral is issued, it can take a month or more to see a specialist. That is also very frustrating.

Jeeeesh absolutely horrible. If there’s an award for the greatest time waster app ever, this is it. Many times tried leaving messages for doctor keep getting error messages, like this: “ No recipients available You do not have any available recipients for messages at this time. Please call your clinic for assistance, or call 911 for emergencies.” Extremely frustrating, they should pull this from the App Store till it’s fixed

It is nice. It’s nice to have access to my info and appointments. Also, after a learning curve, to be able to message my care team and receive feedback without having to sit on hold for hours. However, there is some user friendly terminology that needs to be changed in the menu system to make it easier for the average person to find stuff.

Some degree of bias. App review probably has some degree of bias, as I really appreciate the care and attention I receive from my doctor and staff. Could be that I’m getting older (57) and just pay closer attention or it could be they are really great, perhaps both. With that out of the way, app is very intuitive, I never find myself feeling lost or looking around for some icon or drop down box. I need to schedule an appointment, easily found and set up, receive notifications immediately. Test results, get a notification and they are there. Actually even more thorough, I get notification I have taken a test (bloodwork for example) and get a notification that it is awaiting review from my care team. Going out of the country, need to make sure you have enough meds? Yep easily navigated through the app. Great job Providence!

App functional but icon is uncomfortable. I like the functionality this app offers in contacting medical professionals, managing appointment and prescriptions. I am not happy though that Providence—which my employer selected—uses Christian symbols in their logo and in this app’s icon. I’m not Christian and feel very uncomfortable having to see a cross on my iPhone screen daily just to use my health insurer’s app to manage my health. Please consider your insurance customers’ varied faiths when choosing what symbols you use with your organization. We don’t all have a choice to have a Christian-first insurer.

Test Results Rapidly!. I find it so convenient to be able to get test and procedure results so quickly, oftentimes more rapidly than my providers, within 10-15 minutes When you have a serious disease and go thru a lot of hospital admissions, procedures and lab draws, it's comforting to know that you can often get results so quickly. There's nothing better than that!!

Still learning. Still learning the new way you doing it I like the fact shows letter in there also when you digonised someone often there big letters you saying in the test results come confusing I would like to see more explains in much easier way so people can understand what the test results mean that help a lot rather than just leaving doctoral test words that people would not understand it this helps us come prepared to dr visit and talk about it saves dr from long explantation less patient question to doctors .

Urine test. I was there all but 15 mins in the lab first floor. I guess I dropped my parking ticket putting on my visitors sticker because I didn’t have it when I left. Couldn’t find it in the short distance that I had walked to the lab from check in. I was disappointed that I had to Pay $18. The parking attendant even remembered me. 🧐

Comfortable. My chart provides such comfort to me as I am going through chemotherapy after cancer surgery. I can’t express how impressed I am with this process and how responsive everyone at Providence. Queen of the Valley has been. You’re all the best and you make this experience much easier with MyChart & the great medical teams. Thank you.

Emergency room visit. I was admitted to emergency room because I turned very weak suddenly. Doctor ordered exactly correct tests and found out I was positive for Covid. In few minutes they discharged me and I was recovered in 3 days. Kind nurse walked with my nephew to show the way to bring his car near ER room. I’m 85 years old and I have been admitted to ER so many times. This is the best experience in a ER. My doctor, nurses and all other employees are so kind and professional.

Learning to arrive on time!. The charts give specific information for the appointment. Time to check-in and time for the appointment to start. That way people arrive on time and the Providence Providers are seeing patients in a timely manner. If a patient has questions this format works best for on-time appointments.

Express Care. Thank you for providing the express care options, Taline G. Garabedian, provided a great service and was professional and attentive… it was a great experience overall… the prescription was ready at the pharmacy on time and I hope it will work so I can feel better and get back to normal as soon as possible… Thank You Taline :-)

Dr Jose Carrillo and Medical Team. I see Dr Carrillo and his medical team every three months for my brain tumor. I started with Dr Carrillo when I was first diagnosed with my brain tumor. During this entire time Dr Carrillo and his medical team have been professional, knowledgeable and attentive providing excellent patient care. Dr and his team are exceptional! They are open, understanding and supportive. I have been given the best care every time I meet with him and his team. Betty Camarillo

Life is busy!. Providence My Chart portal is the best, easy to navigate for past office visits diagnosis, meds, tests records, and most importantly to drop our Dr team member to my parents a note of f/u or minor issues and questions….like a mini office on my iPhone…very confident wherever I’m at in the day. I’m my parents caregiver for their quality of all life management.

Colonoscopy frustration. I was planning to schedule this procedure at the Oregon Clinic this summer, but then I was informed that Medicare won’t cover it at the Clinic!! So now I have to go to the hospital! The Clinic SPECIALIZES in the procedure, which would seem to me to be more efficient & economical, as I’m assuming it all comes down to money., regardless of what the patient/customer wants. The surgical scheduler was supposed to call me, but I haven’t heard a thing yet. Still waiting! I was also told that the doctor I wanted at the Clinic should be able to do it at the hospital, which seems a bit problematic to me. Then you switched your lab from in house to Labcorp. I didn’t like the necessity of scheduling on line, so I just walked in & waited my turn. The complete results don’t seem to have come in yet; maybe those will be available at my appointment tomorrow? Just seems like you’re getting more & more removed from your patients & that everything is now computerized & automated. Guess I’m just getting crankier the older I get.

Easy interface, great video chat!. I’ve used the Providence app several times. Each time, the telehealth nurses were attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The wait times were short (less than 15 min), and I like that I can wait in the app, without waiting for a call back outside of the app. I would definitely recommend the telehealth option here for others who need a simple and quick consultation.

Horrible Hospital. This place is the absolute worst. Had to go the Er yesterday and the bathrooms were so disgusting I couldn’t even use them. After four hours of sitting in an empty waiting room I’m taken back and not even given a gown, I laid there with extreme back pain for another two hours for the doc to come in. He ordered an mri and pain meds however the nurse didn’t want to give the pain meds till after the mri which made no sense. She also charted I was “resting comfortable with eyes closed” which was complete bologna at no point ever the whole 7 hours I was there was I comfortable nor were my eyes ever closed. The gave me two shots of dilaudid they only charted one. I could go on and on but it’s pointless because I see they only post a few bad ones and try to keep the positive ones. I worked there and I would be totally embarrassed to say that now.

The beginnings of my experience with Providence doctor and staff. My new Primary Care doctor has been great so far. Great first visit and with my not so great HMO insurance (not the providers and staffs fault at Providence—solely our awful, broken healthcare system so far) she has been working with me to get the numerous referrals as I have a variety of ailments and I am new to the city I reside in. I only happened to find her because staff got out of their way to see if they take my insurance when I gave them a brief reason as to why I was looking for an allergist out of pocket. So far, so good.

Love the automated waitlist. It’s really hard to get a PT appointment these days w Providence. That said, you can get on a waitlist for when appointments are canceled. In the past, this would involve phone tag — with is tough when one is working. However, they have this feature where they send you a text message when an appointment opens up, and you can respond yay or nay in the app. This is one area where not having humans involved id so much more efficient. (and I’m sure the schedulers prefer it too!)

The nurses and nurse aids were absolutely lovely. I had to be there almost 5 days and couldn’t have done it without my nurses n nurses aids caring for me they were all very beautiful people and each played a very special role in my completion of my seizure studies if anyone is looking into having their seizures studied and researched to know more about the kind they are where they are happening and what is causing them if you qualify for implants or surgeries dont hesitate to choose this medical facility to do the work on you very successful at what they do and you will have wished you done it a lot sooner ! These people are awesome and very knowledgeable in this field I cried when I had to leave them I got so connected to them

Good Appointment. After a year, time I had another appointment with Dr. Chow. Ms Melinda, the doctor’s assistant was very nice as always. Dr. Chow, always professional, caring and thorough with everything. He explained my past and on going health issue, and what to do to improve them. I look forward to see Dr. Chow not only for my annual we’ll check up but also to enjoy our short and enjoyable conversation. Thank you for having him and Ms Melinda in your team. I love Providence - Everett and I will recommend it anyone who will need a good healthcare facility.

LOVE Providence. I LOVE Everything about Providence. My Doctors, Nurses, and ALL the support teams. The only complaint I have is the call center wait time and the receptionist. Some, not all, are rude, question why I’m making a request, like my labs, which my doctor and I have setup for me. It’s nunya their business. So now, I try to use my MyChart as much as possible because of this. Just my input.

This app needs a lot of work. If you are like me and you usually see doctors outside of a primary care dr ( like gynecology, dermatology) this app is very frustrating to book appointments trough. The search function doesn’t work when you are searching by name. Even if you’ve seen them before they don’t show up on the main appointment page to book an appt with, only your primary dr does. It’s also very frustrating for same day care. There’s a button that leads u to believe you can schedule virtual urgent care, but I tried multiple times and the app said “sorry we’re closed” even though I was well within the hours it showed in that message. It also provides a number if u need assistance, when u call it its a voicemail box that hangs up on you…every time. I ended up going through CVS Minute Clinic as a result. Do better Providence!

Great app!. It’s great to find all of your information in one place very easily including test results, and being able to message your providers who get back to you promptly. You don’t have to sit in the queue on hold waiting to speak to someone who is busy helping others. Love it.

Dr. Daniel Kelly. I live in the Orange County area. I was referred to Dr. Kelly by my daughter-in-law, Lisa Pettit Rios (St. John’s ER nurse), for a pituitary tumor. I called Dr. Kelly’s office and received a return call from his PA, Amy the same day. I was able to provide Amy my medical records. An appointment was scheduled for me the next day. After reviewing my records, it was determined surgery would be the best option. The surgery was scheduled within 6 days. All pre-op was done then same day of my initial visit. Everything was explained to me very well and there were no hiccups. From start to finish Dr. Kelly and his office are top notch! 10 out of 10!!

So Helpful. I love having this app I have it on face recognition so I don’t have to mess with passwords which is super convenient. I get all my tests and can look back on any of them. My favorite is being able to message my primary. Sometimes I just want to say thank you, and I can do that. I’ve sent pictures and she was able to tell me what it was and what to do, all on My Chart. Communication is so important and this enables that to happen easily.

To all the staff. In do enjoy coming to in see Dr Eaglefeather very much! She’s the most understanding Dr I’ve ever had. I believe we work well together in getting the things done that are very important. The nurse is always kind & also understanding. She asks me questions that I don’t mind answering. It’s always been hard for me to do this w/others and the same goes for my Dr which I know she believes me in every aspect. Can’t say how much this means to me when it comes to my health issues, & especially for my mental well being. Thank you so much for all you you do! Christine

Cost Effective, Reliable and Fast Service. I’ve used this app today and has been truly amazed with the convenience. Not only is it cheap, this tool was absolutely helpful! Thank you Providence for embracing technology and for also making this service available to more people that can’t afford doctors visits or any huge medical bills.

Pointless. This app is pretty much useless for anything other than finding a doctor, and in that regard it is completely useless to me. In order to find a doctor you must first give the name of your insurance. Providence is in my insurance preferred provider network, yet the app doesn’t recognize the name of my insurance. Thus ends my search for a doctor before it even gets started, at least so far as this app is concerned. Everything else is handled by a virtual assistant, which is as much a time consuming waste as any virtual assistant I’ve ever seen. The only useful thing about this app is a link to MyChart, so why not just download the MyChart app and go straight to the source?

Always fast, professional and accurate. Have had to reach out to a doctor for Covid symptoms about 4 times in the last year. Using the app is super easy, convenient, and straightforward. Making a virtual visit is easy and the doctors and nurses are pleasant, very helpful and keeping me up to date on latest covid quarantine regulations to help keep me and my coworkers safe. I tell many people about this app and how great it is. Providence is doing a fantastic job of keeping me safe while getting me the care I need to be well even during a pandemic.

Makes Health Convient. Super easy to use app. Message your doctors office for quick questions, great way to stay informed about your labs and visits, easy to request refills. When I go to urgent care, I get my labs back on the app before the doctor comes back in to tell me the results! A must have if you need to be in contact with your doctor for prescriptions.

Please! Answer the phone or in the app!. This is for the Comprehensive Breast Center. I am a breast cancer survivor, and need reassurance that it hasn’t come back. Last Nov, my husband Matt and I both tried calling the breast center several times, and left messages to make an appointment. Zero response. We do not take my health lightly. So he took off work early to drive to the Breast Center itself to make an appointment. It’s very frustrating and is not acceptable. You have multiple options, return a phone message, leave a MyChart message, etc.

SOS. I am getting very frustrated ! Every time I open the app it say’s ,”Pay your bill.” I have called twice and it was determined they never billed my secondary insurance. It was months ago that I was assured they would take care of it! Secondly, don’t you think $345 is a bit excessive for a 15 min zoom call? Thirdly, When I was having some medical issues Dr. Batty responded immediately to my text . He followed up with phone calls and even called me to determine if I had gone to the emergency room as directed. I had several episodes of passing out! Not only did he assure that I was properly diagnosed, he researched the medication being prescribed by the neurologist and determined that it was the culprit! Very few doctors are invested in their patients lime the “Good Ole Days.” Thank- you Dr Batty! PS All of the Nicknames are taken! This… no reviews

ER visit. This visit was by far the best ER visit I have ever had from the time I walked in until the time I left. I was in and out within an hour, with treatment for a broken foot. Dr Heflich, the technician and actually all of the staff were incredible; professional, understanding and quick in doing their part! Wish I could receive all of my medical care in this facility/from this staff Thank you for your great care!!

My Chart Test Results. This is a great tool for patients to have, to be able to know their test results as soon as they are available. There might be a time a doctor doesn’t get back to a patient when they wanted to, and the patient now has results and can ask further questions if needed.

Care team. Your nurse Yulia, she works in the recovery room is a asset to your hospital, she is extremely a good nurse very compassionate, down to earth person, she even tied my shoes when I was being released , I was tread very nice by her , another nurse that was very kind that I can remember his name was Michael and the anesthesiologist was also a very kind person I don’t remember his name but he was very nice !

Looking good…. This app is a new release at Providence. They integrated MyChart with the main app which is really good. A single source of truth I can rely on. At first facial recognition for logging on wasn’t turned on. I sent them a message and five minutes later it was there. Excellent response!

Highly recommend. Beautiful, clean and comfortable facility. The staff are all pleasant and knowledgeable. I liked that I did not have to wait for my appointments. Dr. Settle provided excellent care and spoke to me in a way that I could understand everything.

Wow! Super fast and effective. I used the “Virtual visit” portion of this app to have a diagnosis for my red, inflamed eye, and it worked really well. Instead of having to book an appointment or drive to a clinic and wait, I talked to a very friendly knowledgeable NP, and was diagnosed on a video call. Easy and quick and painless. Kudos to Providence for providing this service, keep it up! 👍🏻

Can’t make a virtual appointment. I’ve been trying for months on and off to schedule a virtual appointment. No matter what I do, when it asks me to verify myself before moving forward it says user error saving. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it. Tried calling providence, they transferred me to their IT department who never got back to me. I miss the old virtual option, it actually worked. Would love utilize it again someday, but no one can seem to help me.

Love the my Chart Portal. It is fabulous ap. I send in request for refills. If you wonder about you weight, verify what your weight was on last visit. If in go to new Doctor, not in providence group I can go to my chart and show them my Meds. Other conditions I have. All in one place.

What happened on my last visit with Sylvia Alonzo.. I do not want another appt. with Sylvia Alonzo. During my last visit with her, she was rude and made me feel quite uncomfortable and ‘less than’! All I did was congratulate her on having her own office and she reacted very negatively and rudely. I want to see the Dr Bean for all my future visits. Please respond to my request at your earliest convenience.

Comment. Dr. Joe Nguyen has been my doctor for several years. He is always so genuinely kind and compassionate. You can see he really cares about his patients. He is so knowledgeable and he is an amazing doctor!! I feel very blessed that he is my Doctor. Thank you Dr. Nguyen.

Happy Camper. I love the staff at Dr. Glaspy’s office. In addition, Bernadine D’Eramo, who is highly professional and knowledgeable, and yet very compassionate about my concerns is a great example of how to respectfully treat patients. I have a great amount of trust in her professional opinions and recommendations. If Providence has an employee of the year program, then I cast my vote for Bernadine D’ Eramo.

Overview. I love how you can go online and see results. If i need to ask a question, I simply write one in. I can look online the medical terms…I’m sure i can ask the Dr. but this is good too. Thank you for the advancement. Keep up the good work.

Rx Refills. So convenient. In the past, I had to go to my doctors office to submit a request to refill a prescription. Used the MyChart app to make the request and 24-hours later my local pharmacy notified texted me it’s ready for pick-up. Too easy.

Dr Review. I can always trust that my doctor will give me the proper medical needs every time I go in… She’s upfront and honest and tells me what I need to do which is very appreciative to me because my time is valuable as well as hers I would not recommend anyone to my family besides Dr. Bumstead

Very comprehensive with fast results. I’m very impressed with the Providence organization. All the people I have dealt with are top notch professionals and all are very courteous. The test results are posted very fast. Often within hours. The facilities are clean and parking is easy.

Test Results. The app actually works better for getting test results than accessing the Providence website on my computer. The website lists my bone marrow test but contains none of results info. The app actually provides the test results.

Efficient and user friendly. Keeps things organized, transfer appointments to calendar, easy to talk to my care team, make appointments, see results, pay bills, etc. - all in one place!!! Love this app!

MRI. The front desk staff was great on my rush schedule before surgery and was able to work me in with two visits. Maybelyn-MRI Tech did a wonderful job of keeping me comfortable due to all the pain best MRI treatment I have ever had. Her personality was 100% five stars. Thanks to all the staff

Effective and high quality medical care. My husband and I are super happy with the thorough and consistent care we have received at Swedish. We’re new to the PNW and have found our new pcps and specialists to be skilled and have excellent coordination of care.

The app works really well. I have been pleased having all my information in one place. It’s easy to use and efficient. Love how easy it is to add appointments to my calendar and communicate with my Doctors and other providers.

My go to for urgent needs. This facility in apple valley will always be my go to for all urgent needs. My kids and myself have been seen there multiple times and have had a great experience and not so long of a waiting time

Out patient surgery. What a terrific staff there is at Providence. In my experience today everyone from checkin to discharge was incredibly professional, gracious, supportive, and kind in every way. I am most grateful to have been treated by the wonderfully caring and dedicated professionals at Providence. Thank you, thank you!

Easy to My Chart. I like having my health info at my fingertips and this app provides most of the info I’m looking for. It’s app is easy to navigate and I have found that it’s improved over time. I wish it opened to full screen on my iPad but it only displays the size of an iPhone screen.

Can’t access test results or other areas. Can’t access test results , messages, etc because messages with pop up (like “you can now choose how you receive test results!”) that I’m unable to click out of. Clicking “skip” or “got it!” does nothing. Please make this app usable

Doesn’t open in Apple Watch. The health care provider offers connectivity to the watch. The watch and its operating system do match the criteria. However, when I try to switch the connection on, the phone app says install the watch app first. And the Providence watch app is nowhere in sight. Since I use the watch to monitor heart rhythm, such connectivity would be valuable.

Very helpful. Love this app lots of helpful things it give you the appointment the referrals meds doctors thing that you need to do for your heath tells you what you are missing remind you of the thing you need to do very helpful app

Keep informed about your Health. This app is amazing! It gives you a comprehensive view of your health care with the Providence Hospital System. You can make appointments, message your doctor, and see treatment and test results. No more being in the dark about your health.

Game changer. I am so pleased the combined health history at your fingertips and connectivity to all things Providence for everyone. The to check your health history and of checking in for appointments and reminders. It makes the entire process fluid.

Satisfied. I turned 65 last July. I am on a Providence Advantage Medicare Plan. I have been very pleased with the care I have received from all of the physicians and staff who I have encountered. I am very pleased with the My Chart feature. Results and reports are readily available. I appreciate being able to communicate with caregivers on line.

Love it!!. As a senior I find this medical portal extremely convenient. I’m also challenged as I continue learning how to maneuver through this program. Thank you Kadlec. Some times I just don’t feel like making a call, only to be placed on hold, or fight the inclement weather.

Making life easier. No call waiting or being put on hold. What took hours to do takes second to minutes. I give it a 10/10!

My chart. It’s certainly secure. There are at least 1/2 dozen links to assist in connecting to my chart on line. Yes, appreciate it’s still pandemic time. However, after 90 minutes and waiting on line extensively for some help to try to access lab results in my chart...gave up... The fact that there are so many help links says something. Thus should be cleaned up and all patients given a sheet with contact information if needed to assist in access.

Professional and proficient. Went in for a wellness check up with Dr Kooser and he was very nice and he thorough with his questions. I’m going to keep going to him, he’s honest and seems very sincere. Drew blood for labs and results were posted in my chart that evening. Very easy to understand and no waiting.

Providence Review. I have much better results finding good doctors/surgeons at Providence than with any other health care offices in Spokane. I have experienced horrible doctors at all 5 ENT “specialists” at non-Providence associated clinics. Many other doctors and counselors were horrid at helping with depression, anxiety, and digestive condition, etc. I do not want referrals to any other clinics or hospitals in the Spokane area.

Love 🥰 This!!! Soooo Easy!!!. I just Love 🥰 this!!! I can make an Appointment… Leave a Message that My Physician can receive… Her Assistant messages Me back Soooooo Quickly!!! And, I Am NOT a Computer Person At ALL!!! So, to All You 70+ Year Olds… Try this! It’s Sooooo Simple to Do… Thank You!!!☺️

Fantastic would recommend to everyone. I have just joined this group and I love it every single thing about this group is amazing I wish I would have joined sooner Thank You to everyone

Dr. Payom. This is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. He takes his time while treating you like a human being and not a number. He listens and is extremely compassionate. So easy to speak and relate to. I feel extremely grateful to have found such a caring doctor.

An easy to use healthcare app? Who would have thought.. I’m honestly impressed. I’ve used a different healthcare app in the past and it was always giving me trouble. This app and these people are seriously awesome and have it together.

Love is app!. This app is So helpful. You can see all you meds, appointments, upcoming appointment, test results all in one place. Nice to check appointment time and date when needed. Love the early check in! Saves so much time, no more phone calls to check those appointments.

A Review. It’s nice to be apprised of test data so quickly, even when the results are less than favorable. In the future, however, please tweak the numbers so that I appear healthier than I actually am. 😃

Very professional and caring medical staff. I had a great experience today at Swedish hospital highlands branch. Their stuff were so caring and professional. Thanks to Dr. Amir and his colleagues for the great job they did today. I had my colonoscopy and feel so comfortable after the procedure. Thanks again for your exceptional caring.

Best ever. I moved to providence medical in December from Everett clinic. I had been with them for many years and was happy there. There was an insurance change so I moved over to providence. I have been blown away at the quality of care and your staff. First rate. Thanks. Susan

Convenient and timely updates. Super useful. Eliminates the need for after care printouts. I’ve never had an issue accessing the information I need or connecting with my provider.

Medical Team. To all the staff that assisted me with my medical needs, I appreciate everything you did for me. Allison, Chelsea and Christina thank you all so much you really made me feel comfortable and appreciated. Keep up the great work and thanks again. Sincerely, Mr. Ernest Cordova

Can’t sign in to my account. The app does NOT allow you to SIGN IN to your account. If you already created an account to the Providence health portal via a web browser, then this app does NOT allow you to SIGN IN, you can only create a NEW account (which makes zero sense). I called Providence tech support and the best they could tell me was NOT to use the app and to use my browser on my phone rather than the app. This is app development 101. If you have an online portal where a user can create an account, then the app should give you the option to SIGN UP OR LOG IN! The whole point of having a mobile app is to make it easy for members to access their heath plan information on the go!

Wonderful Care!. From check-in to post-op and check-out, the staff is amazing! They all are kind, caring, optimistic, and happy. There wasn’t a single moment when I felt stressed. I can’t say enough about the quality of care I received!!!👍👍👍

Ridiculous. These pop-ups that I must respond to are ridiculous. I’m trying to tend to something else in regards to my health but no, I have to respond to this instead instead of saying perhaps later not now you should fix this.

Express care virtual is so easy and thorough. I am recovering from COVID and needed to receive care for a skin rash. It was easy to connect through my phone and talk directly to a provider who provided a topical treatment that I can have my pharmacy deliver. Simple, easy quick and me need to potentially expose others.

Review for Providence Health care. I Mary Hansen, otherwise known as Molly Hansen I am writing to say that I have had the best care at Providence. Everyone is kind and considerate and patient whenever I have come in. Every call has been returned and I have been well-informed on any questions that I’ve had. The facilities are clean. Thanks for the great Care!

Regarding Dr Dellily and Staff. Hi this is Amy I am very satisfied and happy that I have the best female Dr. I know I had a male one years ago. However, I felt as if it is better for me to consult with a female Dr. I have so many female issues. I am greatful to the professional and friendly staff and great service here. This will be my lifetime medical place.

Very easy to understand. I generally don’t like these types of electronic forms, but this was very easy to understand and fill in information. Finally an easy way to check in.

This is wonderful. This makes life so much easier especially when you’re a senior you can check you can get everything that you want in one place and you know what do you need to do thank you
