Love it!!. As a senior I find this medical portal extremely convenient. I’m also challenged as I continue learning how to maneuver through this program. Thank you Kadlec. Some times I just don’t feel like making a call, only to be placed on hold, or fight the inclement weather.

My go to for urgent needs. This facility in apple valley will always be my go to for all urgent needs. My kids and myself have been seen there multiple times and have had a great experience and not so long of a waiting time

My Chart Test Results. This is a great tool for patients to have, to be able to know their test results as soon as they are available. There might be a time a doctor doesn’t get back to a patient when they wanted to, and the patient now has results and can ask further questions if needed.

Review. Was able to access information to schedule a pacemaker status evaluation since I cannot locate the transponder having moved here 8 weeks ago. I have the dates that are open and the person to contact to schedule.

Poor unavailable service. We live rurally in Oregon and wanted to use a virtual visit to avoid the long drive to an urgent care clinic. It’s Sunday so maybe that has an affect on it? The Providence app for virtual appointments said that we needed to download another app, directed us to a national providence virtual app which told us that there was no service in our state yet, but check back because there ever expanding 🙄. When you finally find a virtual appointment phone number, it says that they are too busy to answer the phone and hangs up….what service?

Providence Saved Me. I was briefly with another provider and they were a disgrace. I left them after 1 year. I had previously been with Providence and so returned, thankfully. The service they provide, even beginning at the reception desk, and other staff as well, make you feel valued, and 🙏🏼 welcome💜 My doctor is personable, patient, attentive and genuinely intrested in giving me the information I need, so that I can be proactive in following a healthy lifestyle! ❤️❤️

Always fast, professional and accurate. Have had to reach out to a doctor for Covid symptoms about 4 times in the last year. Using the app is super easy, convenient, and straightforward. Making a virtual visit is easy and the doctors and nurses are pleasant, very helpful and keeping me up to date on latest covid quarantine regulations to help keep me and my coworkers safe. I tell many people about this app and how great it is. Providence is doing a fantastic job of keeping me safe while getting me the care I need to be well even during a pandemic.

Very comprehensive with fast results. I’m very impressed with the Providence organization. All the people I have dealt with are top notch professionals and all are very courteous. The test results are posted very fast. Often within hours. The facilities are clean and parking is easy.

Get over it. I’ve been reading the reviews below, and the one thing that struck me was the people offended by a cross. I’m a long time employee of Providence, and at the same time Agnostic. It’s a Catholic based organization, and if you are offended by that, then good luck. I’ve never been made to feel uncomfortable at work, but if a cross offends you that much, good luck.

Great app!. It’s great to find all of your information in one place very easily including test results, and being able to message your providers who get back to you promptly. You don’t have to sit in the queue on hold waiting to speak to someone who is busy helping others. Love it.

App accessibility. The app itself is very blind, user friendly. However, there needs to be some improvement on how to navigate to various portions of my chart to get better feedback especially when a doctor inserts comment on a particular procedure. Overall, the app is very usable.

This app needs a lot of work. If you are like me and you usually see doctors outside of a primary care dr ( like gynecology, dermatology) this app is very frustrating to book appointments trough. The search function doesn’t work when you are searching by name. Even if you’ve seen them before they don’t show up on the main appointment page to book an appt with, only your primary dr does. It’s also very frustrating for same day care. There’s a button that leads u to believe you can schedule virtual urgent care, but I tried multiple times and the app said “sorry we’re closed” even though I was well within the hours it showed in that message. It also provides a number if u need assistance, when u call it its a voicemail box that hangs up on you…every time. I ended up going through CVS Minute Clinic as a result. Do better Providence!

Review for Providence Health care. I Mary Hansen, otherwise known as Molly Hansen I am writing to say that I have had the best care at Providence. Everyone is kind and considerate and patient whenever I have come in. Every call has been returned and I have been well-informed on any questions that I’ve had. The facilities are clean. Thanks for the great Care!

Online appointment confirmation. Twice in the last few months, I have done my appointment confirmation with the providence my chart app. But it wouldn’t go past a certain point. It just kept acting like it was processing - but wouldn’t go onto the next question. So they had to call me to confirm my appointment. More work for them…

Can’t make a virtual appointment. I’ve been trying for months on and off to schedule a virtual appointment. No matter what I do, when it asks me to verify myself before moving forward it says user error saving. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it. Tried calling providence, they transferred me to their IT department who never got back to me. I miss the old virtual option, it actually worked. Would love utilize it again someday, but no one can seem to help me.

Fast & Accurate. I had a great experience with Virtual Doctor. Not only did I speak to a doctor face to face (using my phone) within 20 minutes, she was very informative & fast. I went to get my labs done & I was done within 10 min. She called me & got my prescription ready within 2 hours of my labs. Such an easy & great experience.

So Helpful. I love having this app I have it on face recognition so I don’t have to mess with passwords which is super convenient. I get all my tests and can look back on any of them. My favorite is being able to message my primary. Sometimes I just want to say thank you, and I can do that. I’ve sent pictures and she was able to tell me what it was and what to do, all on My Chart. Communication is so important and this enables that to happen easily.

Urine test. I was there all but 15 mins in the lab first floor. I guess I dropped my parking ticket putting on my visitors sticker because I didn’t have it when I left. Couldn’t find it in the short distance that I had walked to the lab from check in. I was disappointed that I had to Pay $18. The parking attendant even remembered me. 🧐

Don’t know yet. I just unloaded and linked Providence My Chart to another My Chart, and Providence already wants a review. I’m sure I’ll like it just fine, though it tells me that several screenings are overdue.. But they are not. I’m all up to date on everything, so it would be nice if my info were synced.

SOS. I am getting very frustrated ! Every time I open the app it say’s ,”Pay your bill.” I have called twice and it was determined they never billed my secondary insurance. It was months ago that I was assured they would take care of it! Secondly, don’t you think $345 is a bit excessive for a 15 min zoom call? Thirdly, When I was having some medical issues Dr. Batty responded immediately to my text . He followed up with phone calls and even called me to determine if I had gone to the emergency room as directed. I had several episodes of passing out! Not only did he assure that I was properly diagnosed, he researched the medication being prescribed by the neurologist and determined that it was the culprit! Very few doctors are invested in their patients lime the “Good Ole Days.” Thank- you Dr Batty! PS All of the Nicknames are taken! This… no reviews

The nurses and nurse aids were absolutely lovely. I had to be there almost 5 days and couldn’t have done it without my nurses n nurses aids caring for me they were all very beautiful people and each played a very special role in my completion of my seizure studies if anyone is looking into having their seizures studied and researched to know more about the kind they are where they are happening and what is causing them if you qualify for implants or surgeries dont hesitate to choose this medical facility to do the work on you very successful at what they do and you will have wished you done it a lot sooner ! These people are awesome and very knowledgeable in this field I cried when I had to leave them I got so connected to them

Dr. Payom. This is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. He takes his time while treating you like a human being and not a number. He listens and is extremely compassionate. So easy to speak and relate to. I feel extremely grateful to have found such a caring doctor.

Express Care. Thank you for providing the express care options, Taline G. Garabedian, provided a great service and was professional and attentive… it was a great experience overall… the prescription was ready at the pharmacy on time and I hope it will work so I can feel better and get back to normal as soon as possible… Thank You Taline :-)

To all the staff. In do enjoy coming to in see Dr Eaglefeather very much! She’s the most understanding Dr I’ve ever had. I believe we work well together in getting the things done that are very important. The nurse is always kind & also understanding. She asks me questions that I don’t mind answering. It’s always been hard for me to do this w/others and the same goes for my Dr which I know she believes me in every aspect. Can’t say how much this means to me when it comes to my health issues, & especially for my mental well being. Thank you so much for all you you do! Christine

Experience with My Chart. Although I am an infrequent user of My Chart. I can make the following comments on the convenience of nevagazing through the system. However, I do recognize the value of becoming a more frequent user for verifying appointments, medication, and progress reports on testing. Vernon

Still learning. Still learning the new way you doing it I like the fact shows letter in there also when you digonised someone often there big letters you saying in the test results come confusing I would like to see more explains in much easier way so people can understand what the test results mean that help a lot rather than just leaving doctoral test words that people would not understand it this helps us come prepared to dr visit and talk about it saves dr from long explantation less patient question to doctors .

Very professional and caring medical staff. I had a great experience today at Swedish hospital highlands branch. Their stuff were so caring and professional. Thanks to Dr. Amir and his colleagues for the great job they did today. I had my colonoscopy and feel so comfortable after the procedure. Thanks again for your exceptional caring.

Easy interface, great video chat!. I’ve used the Providence app several times. Each time, the telehealth nurses were attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The wait times were short (less than 15 min), and I like that I can wait in the app, without waiting for a call back outside of the app. I would definitely recommend the telehealth option here for others who need a simple and quick consultation.

Wow! Super fast and effective. I used the “Virtual visit” portion of this app to have a diagnosis for my red, inflamed eye, and it worked really well. Instead of having to book an appointment or drive to a clinic and wait, I talked to a very friendly knowledgeable NP, and was diagnosed on a video call. Easy and quick and painless. Kudos to Providence for providing this service, keep it up! 👍🏻

Womens check up. The doctor was extremely professional and informative. He took the time to listen and address the issues that he was qualified to do. I would highly recommend this professional for any woman that needs care.

Grateful. I am so grateful for everyone’s help during my surgery’s and care. Words can not explain just how grateful I truly am . The whole surgical team are gifts from the all mighty, this holds true for all the nurses down to the cleaning staff. The care I was given was simply amazing! I came out of surgery with a whole new understanding! I was not a good patient before my accident. The the understanding I received was knowing my responsibility as a patient! Sound strange maybe however it’s my truth and I felt the results. I opened my heart and understanding of what these professionals go through to care for their patients that alone was enough to share what they felt. My message is more for patients please show your respect try and understand just how hard they work to get us better. They are your team and they care show them this and they will take it from there. You will get amazing results. Try and understand when the can’t respond it’s not because they don’t care because they do we are not there only patient. When I opened my heart and understanding I was blessed ten times over. The pain I was having seem to be more manageable. Dr. Su and his staff are gifts from God. Thank you so much Rick Phelps

Keep informed about your Health. This app is amazing! It gives you a comprehensive view of your health care with the Providence Hospital System. You can make appointments, message your doctor, and see treatment and test results. No more being in the dark about your health.

Love is app!. This app is So helpful. You can see all you meds, appointments, upcoming appointment, test results all in one place. Nice to check appointment time and date when needed. Love the early check in! Saves so much time, no more phone calls to check those appointments.

This is wonderful. This makes life so much easier especially when you’re a senior you can check you can get everything that you want in one place and you know what do you need to do thank you

Care. I feel doctor care has been very good all these years. One of my complaints is how long it takes to get a referral. This current referral has taken a month. Being a patient, with an issue, this is not acceptable. I’m sure there are some more urgent than others and many submitted as routine, so maybe that is the doctor’s decision. In addition, once the referral is issued, it can take a month or more to see a specialist. That is also very frustrating.

All in one place.. I like that all my medical records are in one place. I also like that I can send questions to my physician directly. Does have a few bugs with creating a new account, including this review in which the font color is white on white back ground, so I cannot see what I’m typing. And whenever I try to submit this review, I get a dialog window to enter a nickname, and whatever nickname I use is taken, so I’m not sure how I can proceed with submitting this review.

Pointless. This app is pretty much useless for anything other than finding a doctor, and in that regard it is completely useless to me. In order to find a doctor you must first give the name of your insurance. Providence is in my insurance preferred provider network, yet the app doesn’t recognize the name of my insurance. Thus ends my search for a doctor before it even gets started, at least so far as this app is concerned. Everything else is handled by a virtual assistant, which is as much a time consuming waste as any virtual assistant I’ve ever seen. The only useful thing about this app is a link to MyChart, so why not just download the MyChart app and go straight to the source?

A little hard to figure out but good. Once I figured out how to use it, I liked it because I could ask specific questions. And I would call the office I wasn’t always sure if I was getting the correct answer because sometimes I would get different answers to the same question. So this is great.

Doesn’t open in Apple Watch. The health care provider offers connectivity to the watch. The watch and its operating system do match the criteria. However, when I try to switch the connection on, the phone app says install the watch app first. And the Providence watch app is nowhere in sight. Since I use the watch to monitor heart rhythm, such connectivity would be valuable.

Providence Review. I have much better results finding good doctors/surgeons at Providence than with any other health care offices in Spokane. I have experienced horrible doctors at all 5 ENT “specialists” at non-Providence associated clinics. Many other doctors and counselors were horrid at helping with depression, anxiety, and digestive condition, etc. I do not want referrals to any other clinics or hospitals in the Spokane area.

Love the new app!. So much easier than going to the website and logging in then searching through the menu to find what you’re looking for. On the app. I have access in one second and everything I’m looking for is right in front of me. Great job, Providence! ❤️

Love the my Chart Portal. It is fabulous ap. I send in request for refills. If you wonder about you weight, verify what your weight was on last visit. If in go to new Doctor, not in providence group I can go to my chart and show them my Meds. Other conditions I have. All in one place.

Dr. Daniel Kelly. I live in the Orange County area. I was referred to Dr. Kelly by my daughter-in-law, Lisa Pettit Rios (St. John’s ER nurse), for a pituitary tumor. I called Dr. Kelly’s office and received a return call from his PA, Amy the same day. I was able to provide Amy my medical records. An appointment was scheduled for me the next day. After reviewing my records, it was determined surgery would be the best option. The surgery was scheduled within 6 days. All pre-op was done then same day of my initial visit. Everything was explained to me very well and there were no hiccups. From start to finish Dr. Kelly and his office are top notch! 10 out of 10!!

App functional but icon is uncomfortable. I like the functionality this app offers in contacting medical professionals, managing appointment and prescriptions. I am not happy though that Providence—which my employer selected—uses Christian symbols in their logo and in this app’s icon. I’m not Christian and feel very uncomfortable having to see a cross on my iPhone screen daily just to use my health insurer’s app to manage my health. Please consider your insurance customers’ varied faiths when choosing what symbols you use with your organization. We don’t all have a choice to have a Christian-first insurer.

Very poor. I agree with the other comments that this is a total loss to iPad users. The developers reply that it is designed for phone use. That is noted, but perhaps they should reevaluate their market. Most apps of substance are developed with the flexibility to be of use on either platform. I have an iPhone, but prefer to get this kind of info on my tablet. So, I’ll go back to myChart which has a few issues of its own, but its user interface is far superior and I don’t think I’ll miss any of the features on this poorly considered product.

Satisfied. I turned 65 last July. I am on a Providence Advantage Medicare Plan. I have been very pleased with the care I have received from all of the physicians and staff who I have encountered. I am very pleased with the My Chart feature. Results and reports are readily available. I appreciate being able to communicate with caregivers on line.

Very happy patient…. I’d just like to say that Dr. Graham, is the most talented doctor I have ever met, it is a privilege to be under his care. His knowledge is incredible. I knew when I first met him that he was incredibly smart. And it is truly a privilege to be his patient. The keeps a close eye on everything about my health and body. I would also say , Providence is lucky to have him as a physician. His staff are also true professionals in their fields. All very personable and professional. I would like to see all of them, recognized by Providence, for all of them to receive an increase of pay 50 K each for all staff members, and 100 K plus for Dr. Graham. Out patient surgery. What a terrific staff there is at Providence. In my experience today everyone from checkin to discharge was incredibly professional, gracious, supportive, and kind in every way. Highly recommend. Beautiful, clean and comfortable facility. The staff are all pleasant and knowledgeable. I liked that I did not have to wait for my appointments. Dr. Settle provided excellent care and spoke to me in a way that I could understand everything.

Patient. Everyone at Providence has been amazing. Thorough and friendly. They take time to listen and follow up. So different than my primary care. Appointment are always available.

MyCharts. Having this available to the patient has become second nature. Easy to use and helpful when communicating with the staff. Two big thumbs up from me.

Team works. Everyone at providence is so nice even while busily doing their job. And a great job they do. I have been in many hospitals here in the Spokane area and must say I feel that I get the best care at sacred heart and their affiliated grandma Kristi

My chart. It’s certainly secure. There are at least 1/2 dozen links to assist in connecting to my chart on line. Yes, appreciate it’s still pandemic time. However, after 90 minutes and waiting on line extensively for some help to try to access lab results in my chart...gave up... The fact that there are so many help links says something. Thus should be cleaned up and all patients given a sheet with contact information if needed to assist in access.

Easy and convenient. It’s hard to wait hours in urgent care when you’re sick and not feeling good. It was so much more comfortable to get an appointment from home.

Works well. Limited connection to Apple products.. The app itself works great. However, there does not seem to be an Apple Watch app that you can link to nor does it link with my Health app to keep all of my stats in one place.

New Patient. I'm a new patient at this clinic and I appreciate the kindness and care I experienced from walking in the front door to seeing my new Doctor! Thank you so much!!

A Review. It’s nice to be apprised of test data so quickly, even when the results are less than favorable. In the future, however, please tweak the numbers so that I appear healthier than I actually am. 😃

Dr Review. I can always trust that my doctor will give me the proper medical needs every time I go in… She’s upfront and honest and tells me what I need to do which is very appreciative to me because my time is valuable as well as hers I would not recommend anyone to my family besides Dr. Bumstead

Express care virtual is so easy and thorough. I am recovering from COVID and needed to receive care for a skin rash. It was easy to connect through my phone and talk directly to a provider who provided a topical treatment that I can have my pharmacy deliver. Simple, easy quick and me need to potentially expose others.

Convenient. The Patient Portal is convenient and helpful to send and receive messages. It easy to track all appointments and keep up on what’s needed for my care.

Comment. Dr. Joe Nguyen has been my doctor for several years. He is always so genuinely kind and compassionate. You can see he really cares about his patients. He is so knowledgeable and he is an amazing doctor!! I feel very blessed that he is my Doctor. Thank you Dr. Nguyen.

Test Results. The app actually works better for getting test results than accessing the Providence website on my computer. The website lists my bone marrow test but contains none of results info. The app actually provides the test results.

Virtual visit. I had the pleasure of meeting with Selin Cronkrite. She was very professional, kind, informative and knowledgeable. What a delightful experience I had talking with her, feeling someone was interested in my chronic pain. She is truly an asset to Providence!! Thank you Selin!!

Love the app. Super easy to use and has almost everything you might need to do…appointment scheduling, appointment notes, messaging your doc, paying bills, etc

Quality of Care. Wow! I’ve had other medical plans over the years but, Providence in my book I would definately rate the Waterridge Team of Doctors, Staff and Nurse Practitioner especially Hyun Lee. Thank you so much

Family Member. This is a great way to communicate with our 95 year old mother’s medical team after hours and check her lab work/test results without bothering her busy hospital medical team.

Easy to use. I like being able to access my test results before I see my doctor. It makes it easier to discuss the results with him.

Fast Results. Keeps you informed so your better able to ask your Doctor more informed questions

Dermatologist. I keep receiving information for my dermatologist appointment without the exact address. Until I accessed my chart. Still I do not have the number of the office.

Very easy to understand. I generally don’t like these types of electronic forms, but this was very easy to understand and fill in information. Finally an easy way to check in.

Efficient app. I just recently began using the app, but live that my results are at my fingertip It is also nice to send my provider messages and hear back from them.

Fantastic would recommend to everyone. I have just joined this group and I love it every single thing about this group is amazing I wish I would have joined sooner Thank You to everyone

Love it!. This new system is 100% better than the old one! It is user friendly (even for a 74 year old), thorough and incudes all of my providers. Thank you!

Connect easily. I can easily log in and either message someone, make an appointment, or see my results with details.

Easy to My Chart. I like having my health info at my fingertips and this app provides most of the info I’m looking for. It’s app is easy to navigate and I have found that it’s improved over time. I wish it opened to full screen on my iPad but it only displays the size of an iPhone screen.

Terrible App, Terrible Idea. App is constantly malfunctioning, but it’s the only way Providence will contact you now. Been unable to access my messages for a couple weeks now, about a serious medical issue I’m having. Wish they’d just e-mail me, or leave a phone message, but now they have this app they absolutely won’t. If you’re gonna make a medical services app, it needs to WORK.

Overview. I love how you can go online and see results. If i need to ask a question, I simply write one in. I can look online the medical terms…I’m sure i can ask the Dr. but this is good too. Thank you for the advancement. Keep up the good work.

The app works really well. I have been pleased having all my information in one place. It’s easy to use and efficient. Love how easy it is to add appointments to my calendar and communicate with my Doctors and other providers.

My care team. Dr Samoori and her group. I just wanted to say, that Dr Samoori and her nurse Paula and other members that work for her have taken such great care of my physical needs with compassion and attentiveness for the last 11 years. I so appreciate them. Val Cigler

If you already created an account to the Providence health portal via a web browser, then this app does NOT allow you to SIGN IN, you can only create a NEW account (which makes zero sense). I called Providence tech support and the best they could tell me was NOT to use the app and to use my browser on my phone rather than the app. This is app development 101. If you have an online portal where a user can create an account, then the app should give you the option to SIGN UP OR LOG IN! The whole point of having a mobile app is to make it easy for members to access their heath plan information on the go!

Easy to use. Finally an app that has it all. Life is so complicated in general and Providence is making sure that health members get the best health and providing information all in one app. Thank you Providence!

My Chart. I love the My Chart portal it's so easy to access all of your information. I was hospitalized for 3 months and my information was right there for me to access.

Professional and proficient. Went in for a wellness check up with Dr Kooser and he was very nice and he thorough with his questions. I’m going to keep going to him, he’s honest and seems very sincere. Drew blood for labs and results were posted in my chart that evening. Very easy to understand and no waiting.

Rx Refills. So convenient. In the past, I had to go to my doctors office to submit a request to refill a prescription. Used the MyChart app to make the request and 24-hours later my local pharmacy notified texted me it’s ready for pick-up. Too easy.

Love 🥰 This!!! Soooo Easy!!!. I just Love 🥰 this!!! I can make an Appointment… Leave a Message that My Physician can receive… Her Assistant messages Me back Soooooo Quickly!!! And, I Am NOT a Computer Person At ALL!!! So, to All You 70+ Year Olds… Try this! It’s Sooooo Simple to Do… Thank You!!!☺️

Providence Team is the best!. Through and through they have been there for me. I really appreciate the team of health care providers that have helped me on my journey so far.

Ridiculous. These pop-ups that I must respond to are ridiculous. I’m trying to tend to something else in regards to my health but no, I have to respond to this instead instead of saying perhaps later not now you should fix this.

Using My Chart. I truly appreciate the convenience and clarity of reading my test results, messages, referrals etc on MyChart versus waiting on the phone for information. I’m not tec savvy but this app is easy to use.

What happened on my last visit with Sylvia Alonzo.. I do not want another appt. with Sylvia Alonzo. During my last visit with her, she was rude and made me feel quite uncomfortable and ‘less than’! All I did was congratulate her on having her own office and she reacted very negatively and rudely. I want to see the Dr Bean for all my future visits. Please respond to my request at your earliest convenience.

No longer seems to work with Apple Pay. Other than that, I like it. Being able to view test results/visit summary is handy. It would be nice if it worked with Apple Health, but not a deal breaker. Lack of Apple Pay support (used to work) is annoying.

An easy to use healthcare app? Who would have thought.. I’m honestly impressed. I’ve used a different healthcare app in the past and it was always giving me trouble. This app and these people are seriously awesome and have it together.

Thanks!. One of the ladies at the check-in desk delivered to my front porch, my coffee container that I left in the lobby. I called about it and she said she lived nearby me and would bring it by. Talk about personal attention.

Beyond frustrating. Difficult to set up. Apparently anyone who has a December birthday is ineligible since the app refuses to recognize it as valid. Supposed to be convenient but after 45 minutes trying and tech support holds..until it becomes after hours then cuts you off... it’s obviously not a priority. I guess to see live people and getting the entire family sick from being in a waiting room truly is only option

What a Relief!. I love MyChart because my memory is spotty these days, especially with esoteric medical information. When I go to a specialist, they have information I could not possibly share.

Great services by Dr. Lunar and staff. Loved that all was so efficient with MyChart and on time and all info accessible. Dr. Kumar was wonderful kind, communicative, and helpful along with each staff. Just what you would always hope for.
