I can’t register. I’m in Vegas looking at the NFL draft stage and the app won’t even let me create an account.

Horrible Fan experience App. The player schedule is not updated in its app and it’s useless in helping in planning for the event. Fan experiences is a joke for Las Vegas, only 3rd tier stars show up for the events. Stars don’t keep their schedule. Wait 2 hours in line only have you turn away, named Montana and Rice. Bad crowd control during the exit at Mandalay and almost get people killed. Won’t attend and use it again

Horrible app. Doesn't send you any useful information. Slow, lags, works as hard as Kapearnick. Useless.

Won’t work. Keeps saying network error when trying to log in to fan pass. I know I am using correct info as I can log in to all other nfl stuff online and apps.

Failure. App doesn’t work. Just a white screen at all times. Nothing will load.

One star is still too much. App either won’t connect or when it does it crashes. Supposed to use it to listen to the players on the podiums during Super Bowl opening night, but the app was useless!

Terrible. Why can I not log out? I had to delete the app altogether and reinstall. Absolute garbage.

Fan Experience Registration?. The latest update included details on the Fan Experience schedule but still says you need to register for the individual days with no way to do so either on the app or on the website.

Update doesn’t work at all. The “help” robot they have doesn’t work. Doesn’t answer and the link it pops up with to reserve tickets doesn’t even work. And supposedly there are new times released for experiences to reserve and it’s not showing.... please fix this Quick! If this is the “exclusive” way to reserve and handle the event... please make sure it’s in working order

Zero stars - absolute garbage. This app doesn’t work. NFL should do better. Created account online even though I have like 5 other NFL accounts, apparently this one is different from the others. Can’t login on the app. Continuously saying there is a connection issue. Just a garbage app that doesn’t work.

Terrible app. With all the money the NFL has, you would think they could produce an app that works and is easy to navigate. Guess they’re spending their money on improving officiating.

App still shows its for Super Bowl. Downloaded the app as I read its required to attend the 2022 Draft next month. When it loads however all of the data is for this past Super Bowl, including giving you a chance to win tickets?!? I fear that I will miss out on trying to get tickets to events since all of the data on the app is invalid.

Worst app experience. How does the NFL that makes billions of dollars in revenue not have an app that is decent. Embarrassing that they would put this kind of product on the market.

App crashes. The app is good for storing your tickets but it crashes when trying to listen to the interview audio on Opening Night. Epic fail

Just downloaded. This app is not helpful. Just did the update and still a blank screen. How is this app going to be useful if it does not load.

Unable to Register. Website doesn’t allow you to register with no reason or guidance to get the registration complete just a message saying we are unable to register you.

Does not link properly. Absolutely Horrible. Continues to ask you to log in to your NFL account but refuses to recognize that you ARE logged in and places you into a continuous loop asking you to reset your password. Garbage. Probably blocking people from getting specific market-only perks as the NFL mafia does. Only way to beat them is to create accounts in each market with area-code and IP specific numbers. Such a shame!

Opening ceremony for the SUPER BOWL.. Was excited to take my family to opening ceremony for the introduction of the Philadelphia Eagles and Chiefs. None of the audio worked for the for the interviews…. Still cool experience, but the app didn’t work and ultimately diminished the experience.

Forced promotion. The App forces you to add your email and phone number without opting out for promotional correspondence and texts.

App freezes after registration. Won’t display barcode

Can’t Sign In!!! Awful... So many horrible reviews ..cannot log in. Continuous loop even though my account has been linked and recognizes I gave an account. Hope this is not really needed for the Super Bowl Experience in Phoenix. My son will be bummed if we are missing out on something. Looks like this has been an issue for years. Why has it not been addressed?

App is trash. QR codes don’t scan to get my badges consistently. Flag football registration won’t load after all instructions were followed

Bad directions. The interactive map told us where the emergency exit was, not a normal exit. Very disappointed.

Useless App. It will not let me register for a ticket to the combine. Isn’t that what this app is for? I feel like a corporation as big as the NFL would invest more in this. Development firm should be embarrassed

Horrible Functioning. I downloaded and got my QR for the draft. Now it’s frozen and won’t allow access so I am screwed. My poor kids will miss out. You would think the NFL would have a better functioning app. Shame on the NFL! Terrible product!

Lack of iPad Support. This app could really use an iPad-compatible version. It also freezes a lot on launch.

Waste of time. It’s basically just the schedules for certain events (like the draft). Just look it up on their website. What’s the point in having an app for it?

Schedule doesn’t match at all... Says “autograph signing” wait in line over an hour then the say “no autographs” players don’t show up, show up late, leave early.. really disappointing for my 2 sons.. 👎🏼

Absolute garbage. Echoing what so many others have already stated. How does the NFL and their unlimited resources allow a product like this to hit the open market? Much less when it’s integral to the fan experience and actual adherence to the necessary safety protocols in place?

Terrible App. Gives no details for events and the audio doesn’t load for the combine. When reported they just repeat what the app already tells you. Offers no support.

Get it together NFL. Really need to register for the draft in a few days but somehow this app is still having technical difficulties year in and year out. When do you guys do some thing about this?

Unable to access NFL draft ticket. Terribly unresponsive app. No response when I emailed them either. Trying to secure ticket to attend NFL Draft in Vegas

Doesn’t work. Unable to log in. Error message say incorrect login credentials but I know it’s correct because I have no problem logging into NFL site & app. I’ve emailed for assistance and haven’t received any response.

Doesn’t Work. At Opening Night for Superbowl and the app won’t load any of the audios for anyone. It completely crashed. Ruined my whole experience.

Cannot register. I cannot register for the use of this app. This needs to be fixed ASAP. You won’t be able to experience anything at the Super Bowl until they get the app fixed. Wake up NFL.

Disappointed. Everything is smoke and mirrors. Ten screens later and you still don’t even know the cost of what you have selected. Be more honest and upfront, it shouldn’t take me 10 minutes to find a price. You shouldn’t need my email, new account and dna sample to just know how much something costs. I already deleted the app.

White screen/can’t register. What a waste of time of an app, I’ve been trying register and look at the Super Bowl info and I just get a white screen and nothing else

App Does Not Work. I’ve tried to create an account for over a hour. No matter how many times you submit your account info the app doesn’t allow you to submit and just loops at the account submission page. Not sure how many one star reviews need to be submitted before the NFL does something. Either the web team doesn’t care or doesn’t have a clue what their doing.

2021 draft. Says nothing about that you can only get tickets for one day I’ve downloaded this app over a month and a half ago waited waited waited then it comes times to get tickets everything sold out for the draft was able to get one Friday evening for the fan experience went back in to try to reserve something for Saturday it will not let me do anything now this is the worst app in the NFL they have dropped the ball big-time

This is bull crap, no where, does it show where you can cancel your free subscription. Can’t find unsubscribe area.

Terrible app. Who made this app? It is such a hassle to register for draft experience reservations.

Doesn’t Work. Bought tickets from the Super Bowl opening night. The app continued to crash when trying to hear the Eagles interviews then that feature was disabled for the Chiefs!

Garbage. Multi billion dollar league makes absolute trash app!!!!!!!!!!’ Can’t register because it says that the emails don’t match and get stuck in an endless loop. Straight up garbage

Terrible experience do not go to combine. As title states. Not worth your time, money or experience. Better to stay home and do something else. No parking, nearby. Most areas blocked off. Should just be media only as that was my experience. Do not waste your time as I found out.

Remove this requirement. This requirement of having a phone and app to enter an event shuns poor people and people that don't like carrying a phone with them all the time. Also, stop asking for my location (let me disable asking for my location).

Bug. Have downloaded it deleted and re-downloaded it 4 times now. Still just get a blank screen with no information or ability to use the app.

Garbage.. The entire app is garbage and the entire “nfl Super Bowl event” is garbage. Thumbs down. If I could give it no stars I would.

App not working as intended. I’ve used this app fine for the Kansas City draft, but trying to login and get QR code for the Detroit draft and it’s not working. As soon as log in getting error “404 page not found”. Let’s go Roger, draft is approaching…

2024 ProBowl info. 12/17/23 Worthless app, takes you around in circles, with no details abt what events are when, and what a ticket admits you to see, in this “multi-day” competition. No way to “register for updates” as promoted on nfl dot com. NFL do better!

Horrible. Trying to buy tickets for Friday night draft, says I need an access code and the app constantly crashes. Just an absolutely awful way to buy tickets to an event

App is garbage. I’m in Miami right now and trying to find out where all the festivities are and the app will not load on my Android phone or my iPad! Terrible app, the NFL should be ashamed!

Password issues. Just reset password and app keeps telling me credentials aren’t valid.

Incorrect Super Bowl LIX date on NFL one pass App. Hello, I downloaded the NFL one pass app and while reading through, noticed that the Super Bowl LIX date is Feb 9 2024 instead of 2025. Please look into it.

Useless for 2024 Draft in Detroit. Downloaded this to get a QR code to get into the draft, AND THAT’S ALL ITS GOOD FOR! No info about the event except the hours. Want to know when the draft is actually happening? Look elsewhere. Want a map of the draft site, exhibits etc.? Look elsewhere. Want to know if there are any public viewing areas? Look elsewhere. Thought you might want tickets to the part of the draft you see on TV? You might stumble on it, good luck. It’s sold out anyway. Thinking the Detroit Lions would be doing anything special for season ticket holders? Fat chance.

No QR Code Available. Down loaded app for Drafting Sin City. Now that I needed it for the Super Bowl Experience to participate in activities, no luck. Tried to update rest ect. No luck. And no one around to be able to help.

Terrible. I just want tickets to a free event. This is so complicated and awful and the app is horrible. I registered online, got a QR code, but the app couldn’t read it? Why?
