This app is awful. It never works. It’s written in Engrish and half the functions don’t work. It’s so bad I’m selling the robot vacuum and buying a real one

Can’t submit service ticket. This app is bad most of the time, but now it’s absolutely hopeless. I’m having problems with my robot vacuum and I try to create a service ticket like it keeps reminding me to every time an app update happens. I have internet connection and all other apps connect fine. When I try to submit my ticket, it tells me I don’t have a network connection, which is complete bull dust. I’ve quit and restarted the app but it doesn’t help.

New maps. They have added ads to the app after the last update which is very annoying. Why???? Also, I cannot save new maps it keeps trying to save loaded map even after resetting the map.

Connection issue. Just used a week and now robot is always showing charging. I cannot control it with my phone and wifi light on the robot blinking

Garbage. I can no longer login or reset my password. Before that happened it had also stopped being able to figure out how much power it has. Mapping routinely ignores boundaries.

Connectivity issues. Unable to connect to my WiFi thru this app because my WiFi password contains a character not present on their given keyboard 🙄 would have been nice to know before expecting app control for the product I purchased

Very poor App. Tried several times to couple the sweeper robot to my phone. Every time I hit a dead wall. Keeps taking me back to Settings.

Please update.. I still can’t connect my third robot. Connects fine to WiFi but get stuck at “registering to smart cloud” PLEASE FIX!!

So many errors. I constantly have to redownload the app to get it to work. This time it won’t let me login to my account even after downloading again. Now I am locked out from the app all together.

App does not find WiFi networks. The app says it needs location services turned on to find Wifi networks (location services are on btw). The App is unusable so I am returning the air filter.

What A. Waste. The app doesn’t reflect the path the vacuum has traveled. Half the time the app doesn’t work. I’ve deleted the app and will just use the remote that came with the vacuum. I reinstalled the app to see it its been fixed. It has not AND YOU’VE ADDED ADVERTISEMENTS???

Ads !!!. Ads in the application !! That is a new low . You even have to wait to watch an ad before be able to use the app and even then there is ads inside .

Not t working in iOS 14. This app has not worked since the update. I have emailed and texted with support and still nothing. It’s connected to WiFi and I can set and change options but it will not let me start or control the robot. It works fine on my wife’s phone.

Map keeps disappearing. Apps works great the only thing is the map keeps going away. So I can not spot clean or set boundaries.

Not working. Ever since did update in app 2 days ago now battery life stays in 100% even if cleaning for hours and cleaning definitely it’s not the same it’s worst .

Please fix. New software update is lacking my vacuum clean in circles and shows that the battery is low

The spinning brushes stopped working. It really picks up lots of dirt but I noticed the brushes are not spinning anymore I wish I could fix it!

The App is Trash.. When trying to register on iOS, they provide verification codes/captcha’s that cannot even be entered. It only allows 4 characters to be inputted. However, all of the captcha’s are 5 characters. Therefor, you cannot even use the app.

Ads for Purchased Product. They make you watch an unskippable ad to use the device you paid for.

Can’t even get it to connect to my phone or my Wi-Fi. I have tried many times to get the Wi-Fi from the robot to get in my settings but it never shows up not good might have to return

Many parts don’t work.. It doesn’t show the weather or temperature like the app design says it does. It doesn’t remember nicknames.

No Mapping Function For Tesvor S7. App mapping function no longer shows a map since Update to 6.0.3 for my Tesvor S7. Prior to that update the app worked great, map saved and I was able to restrict areas and rooms.—Now, no map at all.

Wifi not connecting. Cannot get this app to connect to wifi. Really disappointing. When I try it just says No Wifi Connection and when I click the drop down menu it takes me to the settings app. Such a waste for the vacuum I purchased to use with it.

Ads???. This app recently implemented ads. Such a shady thing to do when you have to buy expensive hardware. Now they clutter the app with dozens of ads. SMH

App stinks. This app asks for for your WiFi but when selected takes you to an unrelated section of the iPhone. So cannot provide the correct Wifi connection. At this point cannot finish setting up the app and robot vacuum.

Unable to register an account. This app is buggy. I can’t even create an account. I tap register and put in my email or phone number and it tells me to “input correct email/phone number” no matter what I type in.

Needs to save map. I’m trying to make a virtual line where my vacuum doesn’t go, so that way I can set a schedule for my vacuum but it seems once it goes on the charging base and then back off it forgets the map.

Update. While this may not be the apps fault, it’s causing me problems. Every since the newest Apple update this app is glitchy and intermittently works. It is becoming very frustrating.

I don’t like. Very bad. In less than 8 months, the control has been stopped from the phone, and it also does not charge

App has been discontinued and abandoned. First they put in ads a couple months ago and now it appears the app is completely non functional. So the vacuum still works ok with the remote, but app functionality is completely gone now.

They started putting in ads. I could have lived with all the other problems, but I just found out that they started putting in ads into the app, to milk a few fractions of a cent out of their users. Incredible.

Ads everywhere. They put ads everywhere, making this a trash app. Shame

Fake Phony. The app is useless and the vacuum has to be the dumbest of all smart vacs. Feels like I brought a machine that was delivered on the short bus. Nothing works. The app never finds the network and on the chance occasion that it does it never connects with the vacuum.

Can’t log in. It logged me out and now it won’t accept my username/password to log back in. When I click on “forgot password?” It asks for my password.

The app can not access my Wi-Fi anymore.. After the first time using the app can not access my network anymore always shows the network is unreachable . But the first time was OK… so now i can only use the Remote controller to control the robot. And there is noway to fix the network connection…

No way to rotate map. The vacuum is good, the app is terrible. No way to manually rotate the map it creates so that you can create restricted zones. Sometimes the app rotates the map a few degrees and makes it impossible to create the zones

Needs work. App frequently deletes my house map even though I have it set to save the map. It is inconvenient when it deletes it because I have to redo all of my no go areas each time.

No longer works. After a month, vacuum stopped working. Sits and spins for 1 minute then tries to return to charge Then cannot find charging dock so it freezes and stops working Vacuum and app are useless

Won’t load server error. The App won’t log in, gets some kind of server error. Now I have to control the robot vacuum manually.

I regret buying this made in … garbage. The app has completely stopped working, doesn’t add the device and there is stupid ads for a device I paid for … such a garbage

Does Not Connect. Does not allow me to connect my device to WiFi. Customer service has not responded yet through the app or email which is frustrating.

From bad to worse. This app was never great but now it’s useless. It will no longer show the location or time used of my vacuum. It has ads but lost its functionality. Doesn’t seem like the developer is going to fix it .

App and robot need work. Just pay more for a better product.

Server is down. Their server is down again. Cant control the vacuum without it. So what happens when this company decides to stop supporting their servers? Your new vacuum becomes useless. No thank you!

App is junk. Wish I could use a different app to connect to my vacuum robot, as this one is junk. It can’t connect to the robot at all. Completely useless.

The other 1-stars were correct. This app just will not let you connect to the device. After connecting the to the "ROBOT-XXX" network and showing 100% complete, it fails over some compatability mode issue. This function was a selling point for me so I'm pretty disapointed that it doesn't work.

Map not showing more than a month. My robot is not showing map more than a month and you guys dont fix it.. please fix .. thank you

Trouble connecting the device. Same issues as listed as the other except i never got mines to connect, im not going the extra mile to remove security settings either. Part of the reason i got this model to edit via app control.

Maps don’t populate. The robot no longer populated maps at all. Previous, this app would lose maps and would need to be uninstalled and reinstalled but you could make it work. Now, app and robot are useless.
