Great app. Easy to use!! So simple to navigate quickly to read along or just independently. I like that page “turning” is just a swipe either forward or back. Will let you mark passages as well.

Good bible tool. I like using this app in church because the books are quick and easy to navigate. This helps me keep up with our pastor during his sermons. There are multiple versions in one app so whether I am in a bible study with friends or reading NASB with my congregation, I always have the right one. You can highlight and review passages for memorization too! This is a good app!

NASB Bible 300 App - Fantastic. Yes, this is the great NASB Bible (1995 edition) in all its glory. This digital Bible is the complete text and is so easy to use. Getting to the desired Book, chapter, and verse is a snap and the search function is exactly what you would expect. Is doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a digital study Bible — I use those too — but this is my go to digital Bible when I want quick reading, verse confirmation, and a quick search. I use it almost every day.

Great Bible app. I like all the options on the app and enjoy especially the different plans for reading through the entire Bible. I would pay for this app if it was available because the ad at the bottom is very bright and annoying and I would enjoy reading without ads distracting me.

So good!. I was very excited When the NIV came out but the NASB remains one of the most Accurate translations out there, I used it until the NIV was out. One could ask John MacArthur why he uses it for his Study Bible! (the NASB) to this day is one of the most reliable to the Original that one can get! DA Carson is still very happy to create a study Bible with the NIV, but I use them all! If you are solidly Reformed, you are a ESV Christian. Use what Version you get the most out of.

Read Outloud Bible App. I didn’t have it play because of phone settings. Once that was solved, it worked. To have read the Bible, you tap the circle on the page. A computer sounding voice reads it. Easy navigation. Listening for short periods is engaging, but when listening for longer periods, a person can zone out due to a monotonous voice. Great for Bible memorization.

Love this app!. I truly enjoy this app of NASB because I can read my Bible anytime and it provides for easier access.... in the dark I can still see Gods word because my phone provides the light to read it. May you be blessed as I have!

Simple but no red letters. I love the simple interface and ease of use. The fonts are great for whichever you prefer. I like that it's not junked up with daily devotions and reading plans. It's very pleasant to scroll through. I didn't notice when I first downloaded it but it does not have Christ's words in red letters and there is nothing in the settings for this feature. I hope the app is upgraded to have this option soon.

Improvement needed!. The app itself is great. However, I enjoy doing a reading plan and the plans offered are good. However, after selecting a reading plan, I have to go back to the plan page every time to select where to start next rather than continuing to unit to page through. So if the plan has a daily reading in different books and chapters that aren’t sequential, I have to leave the reading, go back to the plan page and select where to jump to next. Not a big deal at all but would be nice if it just went where you are to go next in the plan you are on. Also would be great if it showed at the top what each day’s reading was so you know when to switch books or chapters.

This is a great app. I just started using this two days ago and at first I was a little frustrated with it I decided to email the developer of the app and she was kind enough to email me back. For those of you who cannot find the play button for it to read the Bible to you it is on the bottom right it is a very small arrow just above the scrolling advertisement. The top left where do you see the three dash lines if you tap on that you can see the table of contents. In the top right there is a magnifying glass that you can use to search specific books of the Bible. I have not used the feature that allows you to take notes so I don't know how well that works. The sound quality is OK it's a little bit staticky but it's also a free app. I wanted something like this so that I could listen to it when I'm trying to sleep or I could read a long while it reads to me.

Daily reader. This is my third time reading through this Bible. The app mixes it up at times like 1Samuel will go through some chapters, then skip to a few psalms that are relevant for the scripture. I have not missed a day of reading and the ongoing daily counter tell the days, but twice I had problems logging on and had to restart the counter, however you can choose the day of the calendar then get back where you were.

The God who speaks though His Word. Thank you for this app. The devotional December 4 was spot on with what God confirmed a few days later. God is faithful to answer our prayers, and especially those where we are seeking for the knowledge of His Will. Thank so so much. The Bible at my fingers 24/7 is so appreciated!!!

Easy to use. I use this now instead of carrying my page worn Bible. It's very easy to change font size, style and to mark passages with different colors for remembering. This is the version we use at church. The biggest drawback (and it's a small one) is the time it takes to go from book to book. Chapter to chapter is ok, flip pages and there you are but to change books is going to contents then the book. I definitely recommend this app. I just wish the contents search was easier.

GoD Is AwEsOmE!!!. I used to have a daily devotional app I’d read everyday that was good. And one day, A ‘AD’ popped across my screen showing this app “NASB Bible”. Downloaded it! Gave it a try, And been using it since! Has my (Daily Devotions; Morning/Evening, Daily Reading, Study Plan, And most of all the Bible) Easy to read! Thank you. -God Is Awesome! *Amen.

Mostly good. Hate to complain about having God’s Word at my fingertips….but the app does have a some annoying glitches. One of them is the fact that the section headers are not separated from the text when the headers are within a chapter. (Headers at the beginning of chapters are fine, and easily identified.) A small issue, yes; but all annoying. Highlighting and note-taking. As well as font and page layout changes are not as intuitive on this app as with ores I have used, a couple of which are unfortunately no longer supported by Apple. Still, thankful to have the NASB available on an iOS device.

To app maker. This is a very good Bible app which has wonderful features to make adjustments in settings. But there is one big flaw. For example… I do a search for the phrase “old man” and over 100 verses come up because of words that have those words in them instead of only searching for that phrase. For example…gold , many, manner , told , molded , manifest, Roman , commander and a lot more. Since there is no choice in the app to communicate with the seller… I went to the App Store to seek to communicate with the owner… and one of the selections is “ report a problem”. I tapped on that and two seconds later I got a message saying “your session has timed out “. Which forces me to use the ability to write a review to get this message to the maker of the app. Other than this very aggravating problem not being able to look things up, I use the NASB app frequently and even take photos to text fellow believers to encourage them in the Lord in these last days

Pretty Good but needs improvement. I like the way it has audio and a program to read in chronically order in 6 months or 1 year Cons: Program needs a way to remove ads and a way for it to keep track of your reading. Also to stop playing audio when you have accomplished your reading plan of the day. Also maybe devotions related to what the reading schedule covered.

Favorite translation. The NASB is my favorite translation so I am grateful for this app. It is easy to use and quickly gets me where I need to go in the Scriptures, especially when it’s not convenient to pull out my actual Bible (which I still prefer). Thank you!

The Bible. I enjoy having the Bible available to me at all times. I keep my nice paper Bible at home and take it to Church with me. All other times I always have my iPhone with me with this Bible app downloaded. So at anytime I need a reference or want to read Gods word it’s there for me.

Excellent Bible Reading App. I really enjoy reading the NASB on my phone. The Underline/Highlight tool works great and is much quicker than underlining a paper Bible by hand. However, there is ONE IMPROVEMENT I would like to see: The paragraph titles are merged with the text. It would be much better if the paragraph titles were double spaced before and after and put in all caps. Other than that small complaint I am very pleased to read my favorite translation on my phone.

Online Bible App. I especially like the way I can highlight verses. Also, I can swipe my screen to go to the next chapter. Plus it’s easier to find the book in the Table of Contents.

Favorite version. I have grown up in Christ since I asked Him into my heart and life at the age of 16. The NASB has always been my favorite to read and memorize scripture from. I really enjoy this app and the fact I can highlight verses and use the quick table of contents. I just celebrated my 66th birthday and pray for so much more to come. Thanks making this app available.

Easy to use. I am very happy with this translation. This app is very easy to get around in. It is very user friendly. I can go from one book and verse to another quickly and easily.

Navigators Ministry memory verse plan 2:7. Colossians 2:7 All 200+ verses in this Scripture Memory Plan, for me, came from this Bible version, NASB. The essential life verses that have guided my steps for almost 50 years (reborn at 31, now 77) are all NASB. The Lord and I both use this version. It is the language He uses, the language that I understand and love.

My review. I had to update my Bible app on my phone. I went through several choices until I found this one. I really like the ability to find the scriptures with ease to do my Bible Study. Thank you for putting this version together!

Great format. I only would’ve appreciated a bar that said New Testament to separate the New Testament from the old. But that’s not a big deal either because I can just look that information up. It’s overall a good bible application of ofc I’m gonna give five stars to anything that’s about my master, lord and savior Jesus Christ.

Formatting errors, navigation pretty good.. One of the most annoying aspects of this app is the fact that the section headings are all mistakenly stuck at the end of the previous verse, which makes for awkward reading. There are also funny characters in them for punctuation (like a backslash where an apostrophe should be). I like the navigation for the most part. You turn pages to advance chapters and scroll down through the chapter (the same version on the Kindle requires multiple page turns to get through one chapter). I like being able to flip through chapters easily. I do wish this app had a”back” feature that would take you back to your last location, similar to using a web browser. I’d like to be able to look up a cross reference and then return to where I was reading with a simple “back” button. The banner ads can be a little distracting, but not too bad. If the problems were fixed, I would pay for the app and then there wouldn’t be ads. I do like the choices of fonts, sizes spacing, etc. I can make it very comfortable to read.

Love this app. So easy to read from the Bible app on my iPad where I can make the font as large as I like. Also, searching the scriptures for is a real convenience. Highly recommend.

From Church Service. I like this Bible app because I can use it in church services and not have to pull out my own Bible and I can use the note as a way of writing notes on the scriptures, go back to the notes and see what I had written and study on the verses and notes. It really is a great app to use

All i need. The heading tags have been ignored. (Transform the XML tags around them into an H3 html tag or whatever format is used!) To get to a chapter, one has to tap the table of contents, find the book, and then the chapter, OR swipe right or left to turn one page at a time. It would be nice to be able to tap the book title at the top and get the TOC to appear showing the book in the ordered list. That would be helpful if, for example, I’m only reading the gospels. That would be closer to an actual book experience. The search function is (aside from the translation) what I find to be of value. And that’s enough for me. Though an added bonus would be if the app had a button the user could tap to bring up a random book/chapter or random verse and be encouraged. The Spirit DOES work through tech. Glad the app does not have too many bells and whistles nor popups. I wish though that i could buy it. I prefer a clean appearance without the ad bar at the bottom.

Top Bible app, Easy to use, great reading options. I love that you can style your reading schedule and get alerts. It also great that I can set my own pace(90 days, 180 days, 1year) and choose the order in which I read the Bible (chronological, historical, or canonical). I enjoy the night time reading lighting option as well.

NASB Bible. I like the presentation very much. My only complaint is the advertising on the bottom. In the past I have seen other applications where you can purchase an advertisement feee version. If I can find a version that I can purchase the advertisement free version, I will move on to a different company.

Review. I enjoy this app because I have it on my phone and I’m busy days it’s an easy access just spend time with the Lord before my day gets started. Specially if I have appointments in the morning I can sit in my car and do my devotions and then go in for my appointment. It also helps me to read through the Bible in a year which is always been my goal. Thank you for putting all this together to make it easier for me and others to spend time with the Lord when we have super busy schedules!

Nice to have, BUT.... I am happy I have this app, as it is the version we use at church, but it is difficult to use because of the steps you have to go thru to change books of the bible:( My last app let you change by just holding down on the books name ( James, etc) and then you'd automatically be taken to the index to choose the next book. I find this cumbersome to use when my Pastor is changing books rapidly. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

Bible Companion. I am SO glad to have found this app! I’ve seen others over the years for other versions of the Bible, but none that included the NASB! Technically, it’s a five star app for me! However, I’m having trouble being able to easily change the settings of the voices and the speeds at which they speak! I like being able to listen to a specific passage or book but for some reason am struggling with making that happen consistently! The settings aren’t difficult to change but there is no “support” to reach out to when you have problems! I’m not expecting telephone support, but it seems to me that some type of knowledge base of commonly encountered questions would be a great way to support users! If something like that could be set up for some of us non-tech people, the app could quickly elevate to 5-Stars!

Rating of Bible. It is irritating that when I am trying to move to a different book, that I must start with Genesis every time. Why can I not have two or three different versions on the same page for comparison purposes. Why can I not highlight only a part of a verse? Do you have a Greek interlinier?

Keeps ME on MY toes. It’s great, but it is A.I. (computer generated) and its pronunciation is off regularly causing ME a chuckle . . . and see what word is mistranslated, if I do not happen to be following along. The downside is in that the “the train of thought” the verse (or verses) is trying to get across, is disrupted, at best, if not lost altogether, at worst. YOU either forget it, or start over again depending upon how far YOU have to go back. Oh well, that’s more time in the WORD, if YOU want to look at it that way.

AI should not be used for holy scripture. My iPad is not cooperating so I will just list the problem to cut review short. The verse of the day should not be done completely by AI. Verse of the day should be meaningful. Todays verse as an example is one from Chronicles that just has a partial list of a Geneology. There is not anything edifying from that when reading lines of scripture like this and similar. App is great other than that from what I have seen so far. Came back to add another problem I just found. The AI reader can read the whole contents of a line of scripture but part of some of the sentence is missing when you are reading. Scripture is holy so to me this is not right. Not everyone listens to a bible,so there should never be anything added or taken away. I have learned from this experience.

-2 stars. Possibility related to the creator of the bilingual Bible...same situation. Same thing; Where the hell are you Apple?! This developer has people writing pathetic un-founded positive reviews! Shouldn’t you be putting a stop to that crap?! This is an embarrassment to the App Store. Can’t change from one book to another without scrolling through the whole Bible each time. And, WORSE, it’s a sacred book, and this developer has the audacity to place ads and ask for upgrades to remove ads. Hmmm, cursed be those who use The Word Of God for profit!! App blacklisted and deleted!

Bible app. I really appreciate being able to find my font size. The ease in going from one book to another is awesome. The only problem I have is the voices which read it for me, they mispronounce various words. Everything else is just great!

More useful than other apps. I’m extremely disappointed that I can’t find a Bible app that was as good as I use to have. Unfortunately when I updated my device my old app was unusable. I had to find a new one. This is the most user friendly I found but a sad replacement for what I lost.

Revealing. This app makes the King James Version simplified for the common man. I so value it. I am so thankful to have it now for such an evil time that we live in. I need all the clear understanding that I may receive. God bless you all!

A Very Good Bible App and Daily Devotional.. I used this app for awhile before I decided to rate it. It seems to be just what I need in the daily devotions and of course the NASB version is the one I have used for years and is the best in my opinion. If you are reading the Bible through, this app gives you different ways of doing that. At present I’m reading through chronologically. It helps b me keep the time frames in order. The app also has other abilities like saving Scripture to Bookmarks or notes while you’re reading them. I would recommend anyone trying this app to make a decision before passing it over.

Really love this app my wife and I use it everyday. I love the highlighting feature where you can highlight diverse you’re on and mark where are you and and then when you could pick it up the next day go to that highlighter drop-down tab and it goes right to your highlighted area really works great

NASB. I enjoy reading the NASB because it is written in words easy to understand and upon checking I find it is a very literal translation. It corresponds to the words and definitions I look up in the Strongs Concordance. It’s also great to have this Bible and translation on my phone so I can read it wherever and whenever I like.

Passage Perusal. I’ve used this app for about 5 months. It was important for me to have the opportunity to choose the translation I prefer. Each day, in the “Daily Verse” section are 2 verses in various combinations from the Old and New Testaments and a verse from the book of Psalms. I have exhaustive Bible commentaries I use for study. My study has allowed me to dig deeper into important passages from all over the Bible. The best part is the app gave me the tools for adding notes to the verses and to color coordinate and title them according to the headings in my commentaries. Sent from my iPhone

Useful Bible app. I find this app very useful. I have used the New American Standard translation of the Bible for years and find it easier to understand than some other translations. This app is easy to use. Typeface and type size easy to adjust. More functions available than I use.

Voice. Need a mans voice to read the bible. More authoritative

Words missing. The bible has sentences and words missing eg Joel 3:1 and Amos 1:1.

Content good, but.... I’m glad for the modern translation, but the headings are annoying and the app jumps around on the screen and we can’t do anything about that. It needs a remake.

Bible Review. This Bible is so easy to use even for someone unfamiliar with the word of God. It is very easy to find passages, even if you are only able to remember certain words. It will do the rest.

Convenient. It’s nice having an app to read Scripture instead of having to Google everything or go through the internet!

AMEX Ads. What’s up with that!. Buy your app. Free is never free. Even real books have to be maintained but at least they are for now personal property and you don’t have to have ads that are distracting or may even be WOKE at the bottom of your IOS app page. Delete this app and start memorizing so you can replay God’s words in your head when ever or where ever you are.

Favorite edition. Not only is this version of the Bible accurate, it is also extremely easy to understand. This application allows me the freedom to take my Bible with me anytime, anywhere!

Especially love the option to listen to the audio Bible. I turn the audio Bible on first thing in the morning while making breakfast in the kitchen and am encouraged and challenged to make the most of the day for God.

Best translation for me. I really enjoy this translation. I must be old schools but I love that pronouns are capitalized. To me it shows respect which we don’t have too much of today. It reads so nicely also.

Great translation for me personally. I love this translation for its accuracy and similarity to the KJV in writing style. I recommend every Christian read through the NASB at least once.

No greater book. The word of God is living and active and sharper than any two edged sword. I’m so grateful to be able to have the Sword of the Spirit in my pocket everywhere I go.

I love this app BUT. I love this app but the adds need to get out of the way BC when u try to share/send a verse or something through messenger the adds cover the send button and that makes me mad. These adds are annoying.

Use an actual human,. I do like this app. However I think it would make it more like an actual “bible study if the reader were an actual human and not a computer generated voice.

NASB 1995 Edition. More accurate than my long time KJV. Beautifully printed, easier to receive and meditate on. Not bunched together. Thumb index easier to access books. Genuine leather feels good. Love my new NASB 1995

Very good app. I've tried many bible apps. They are generally frustrating. They seem to be afterthoughts, slipshod productions full of flotsam and jetsam. This is the among the first bible apps that has gotten almost everything right. It can be tweaked a bit more but is just fine as it is. Thank you.

Rating your Bible App on the iPhone. When I go places and don’t have my physical Bible with me I love it that I can access God’s Word at anytime. I like the convenience of never being without God’s Word all the time.

NASB. While in seminary the NASB was the scholars and professors choice. I have continued with their choice in 23 of ministry. NASB is what we use on our website and all teaching notes, references, group emails and social media. Thank you for your continued standard of excellence!

Good to turn on when not able to sit and read.. Worth whole app. You can change the speaker’s voice.

Didn’t care for the ads. I thought the app was actually pretty good, but didn’t care for the ads at the bottom. I was willing to pay a little to upgrade and remove the ads but no matter how many times I clicked the upgrade button, it wouldn’t do it. I finally switched to a different app in which the upgrade actually functions.

Easy to use. Excellent Bible tool. The only thing that I would change would be how to access straight from your reading other areas of the Bible.

The Best. I love this app, I haven’t noticed any missing verses or scriptures. You can bookmark, highlight, and share scriptures to other platforms. You can also use the audio tool to listen and it has night mode.

Bible reading. I read my phone Bible every morning when I get to work. It’s so convenient and I love this app too and recommend it to anyone looking for Scripture to read

Can’t turn the audio on!. Just down loaded this & listened to the audio for 5 minutes. Went to settings to change the voice read & when I went back, there’s literally no way to turn the audio back on. The Apple ads on the bottom of the screen (that I can’t get rid of) cover the audio button. Very frustrated.

Clear and Simple Text. It seems to be larger than a lot of online bibles and this is good. You can scroll across from chapter to chapter too.

NASB Bible. This is a new version for me. Very easy to understand the meaning of the verses as we speak today. Also, very easy to navigate. Met a Missouri Synod pastor using it so I downloaded the app and am enjoying it.

Love it!. I really enjoy this app. It allows me to access the Bible at all times and leave highlights and bookmarks for future reference. It’s very easy to read and understand.

NASB Bible. This is a really great app EXCEPT FOR the adds that you can’t get rid of. There are few things more distracting than these ridiculous ads when you are reading/ studying the Bible. I would gladly pay to get rid of these, but don’t find that option. If not for the ads I would give this app five stars, with ads 3 or less.

Easy to use and full of features. When using a bible app, I like for it to b easy to use and have essential options, this app is it! It’s easy to search, highlight, make notes, etc.
