Very nice!!. To all who are confused about how to do the exercises: The simplicity of the app does not specify anything so it is up to you wether you want to count 2 sides (e.g. Left + Right knee raises) as 1 exercise (1 knee raise) or 1 side as 1 exercise. You can choose based on what you see fit for yourself, or how much your body can handle. If you don't know how to do a certain exercise, there are tips and animations in the app but if you are still confused, literally open safari and search 'how to do ---' like it's not even that hard. That aside, I really enjoy this app as it is simple but very useful and helps build workout habits. :)

One request. Neat app. Uses your own body weight, so you can use it just about anywhere. You can pick the length of workout, which is actually a bit longer to account for time allotted between exercises- so you are actually ‘working out’ for the time chosen. Plenty of exercises which is great, but when you choose random, they can be a little difficult to transition sometimes. Overall, handy little app to get your heart rate up. My one request would be... to be able to do it with a friend and connect devices to have the same workout when choosing random.

Good, but could be better with small improvements. First, I love this app in many ways. Mainly I love that it has a random sequence of exercises and that you can go at your own pace. I use it almost every day and it hasn’t gotten old so far. I’ve also gotten stronger pretty quickly just using this app. It takes the guesswork out. That being said, I have a few critiques: - like another reviewer noted, the times listed for workouts are laughably unrealistic, especially if you are a beginner. Expect to double or even triple the time listed if you are just starting out. If you’re used to rapidly switching between sets and are quick then you might be able to get somewhat near the listed time, but I can’t do the 12 minute workout in less than 20 minutes or so, so far. - related to that, there are some timed exercises, but the app doesn’t give enough time to set up into the hold and make sure I have proper form. This could easily be fixed by adding the option to tap or give a voice command to start the countdown. - also noted by another reviewer, the random sequence is great, until it isn’t. It would be awesome if the developers could keep it from putting two of the same exercises back to back, it happens frequently. Overall I like the app, but these would make it five stars for me.

CHange the counting method for goodness sakes. Please let me enter the count as a way to start the rest period instead of using a timer. A timer to use as a counting method is not useful for anyone doing sets to failure, yet entering the count could be used for failure sets and anyone who prefers not being rushed by a timer and feeling like they can be more in control of entering data. If you can't follow my below example, I'm sorry but I ca'nt do all the work for you. This is my second attempt at posting and I hope it goes through this time. Workout- push up Set, Lat Pulls Set, Pull-Ups Set, Push start to begin... Push-ups Set 1 - Enter rep count to begin rest period of 45 seconds and get ready to start Set 1 Lat Pulls. Lat Pulls Set 1 - Enter count to Rest-45 second countdown... Begin Pull-ups Set 1 in 3... 2... 1... Pull-ups set 1- Enter rep count to begin rest period of 45 seconds and then begin . Push-ups Set 2- "Enter rep count to begin rest period of 45 while getting ready for Lat-pulls Set 2 in 3... 2... 1... ... Push-ups, final Set 3-Enter count to complete workout. and rest 45 seconds. etc. The counts would be like filling in a spread sheet with a row for each workout and moving from one emtpy cell on one row, to the next row and emtpy cell until its forced to go back to the first row. Limit the columns of data by labeling each as a set.

Pretty awful. I downloaded this for Apple TV so I didn’t get to read reviews. It’s really bad and I regret paying for it because I’m not going to use it. It doesn’t teach you at all how to do the exercises and the time length isn’t how long it will actually last. I’m not completely out of shape and the “12 minute” workout still took me 18 minutes. There’s no rest time in between and it’s hard to get from a crunch position into a side lunge. There’s nothing telling you how long you’ve been in a certain exercise so you have to keep checking the screen. I didn’t find this useful and I’m going to stick to the Nike app. I just wasted 4 dollars on this hoping it would actually be helpful for when I only have 10 or so minutes.

Definitely has potential. Saw this app a couple years ago on the App Store. Downloaded it, and the workouts seem OK. It's interesting because it guides you using the iOS voice functionality, but unfortunately voiceover users, still to this day, can't create custom workouts that well. At least I can't figure out how. There are so many unlabeled elements on the build your own custom workout screen, that it's impossible to tell what does what, At least with voiceover. Also, I downloaded the latest update to this app. Anyway, it's weird how voiceover reads to me almost everything else in the app, but not in the custom workouts screen. I just wish it was a little more accessible with the voiceover screen reader on iPhones and on Apple Watchs. Guess for now, I'm just gonna have to use the timers in creative ways until this gets fixed. Like for instance, I can't do planks that well due to my disability, so I'll have to think of something else when it says planks.

Good app. I have managed to keep using this app because it works well with the Apple Watch. I picked it randomly I guess from the AppStore but since it works well I think I’ll keep it until I see an issue. I would like to see kettlebell exercises in there, would be nice. I’m keeping an eye out for an app that does that and if I do find one it might be competing for usage with this app. Workout do take me longer than the stated time though. 😨 I just updated and saw that I could add kettlebells? I don’t know this app may deserve the 5 stars I’ll update my review after I try it.

Be Consistent. This app is intense, in a good way. If you want to lose weight you can, if you want to tone up you can, if you want to just push yourself... this app is for you. I have done all three of these things when I used the app consistently. This app can be used as a beginner app or an advanced app. You get to set the time and you can even pick the exercises you do. There’s even a feature that let’s you add your own exercise and make up your own exercise routine, this app allows you to do so much! I totally love this app!!! As you can see (smile). Try it out, it may become one of your favorite apps too. Either way good luck on your exercise journey.

Providing Great Workout Routines (& Pain). It is actually kind of funny how this one little app motivates me to keep at it. Although I can never complete the Routines in the Recommended Time as indicated by the different workout tiers, the app never scolds me either saying "Hey Buddy, you're a little slow." For that, I am grateful! I do need to give a little warning to those wondering if this app is for you. It is definitely not scared to throw in a few rounds of "Burpees" just for the heck of it or ask the user to do multiple "Low Stance Jacks" in a row. There have been quite a few workouts where I complete a round of "Burpees" just so that the app can ask for another set of "Burpees" right after the other. At that point, I just stare back at the app and think to myself that "I need a breather before I tackle that one buddy." My recommendation is to ease into this app and make it a part of your daily exercise routine. Just be prepared to feel a little beat up afterwards once you get through a set or two.

Good foundation. This app is a good foundation but that’s it. They need to add to it if they expect people to pay money. The workout clipart is extremely limited and kind of random. No clipart for a lat pull down but there’s one for a rabbit. Maybe I’m missing something but why are a bunch of animal clipart included but way too many exercises are not? Hard to create custom workouts without these. The Apple Music feature is nice but why can’t we use our own playlists? The few that you can link to are not the best. If you can link the app to Apple Music you should be able to make custom playlists. Like I said this is a good foundation but it still feels like it’s in beta!

Major flaw makes this app frustrating to use. I got Streaks Workout because I loved Streaks so much, but as soon as I find something better I’ll be moving on. My main problem with his app, as others have said, is that the random workouts often end up with me scrambling to get up, lay down, etc to get ready for the next exercise in time. I have increased the prep time between exercises but it still is a huge momentum breaker for me. To the developers, here is my recommendation: give each exercise an attribute of standing, sitting, kneeling, or laying. Then add a Natural Progression toggle in the settings. When on, it would prevent the app from sandwiching a laying exercise in between two standing exercises etc. standing exercises could only be paired with sitting, sitting could go back to standing or down to kneeling, kneeling back to sitting or down to laying, etc you get it. Otherwise, 5 star app. Great aesthetic.

Love the simplicity but..... I love the simplicity of this app but I’d like a couple more options. For example, I’d like to be able to create a set of exercises that I use one day and another set the next day. Currently, I have to uncheck all, check the one’s I want, then tomorrow, uncheck those and recheck the others. It’s too many steps. Give me 3 customizable routines that I can choose from. There are days I want to do leg work on my runner’s knee. This is are low impact and very little cardio. I may want to do those every day and still want to do an everyday exercise. With all that said... it’s all UI stuff I’m complaining of. The content is there and I love the app. I have been using it a couple weeks and really like that it keeps me on track. I’ll keep using it for a long time to come.

More like burpee streaks. If you don't think you have the best of luck, then this app's probably not for you. The daily draws randomly from a selected pool of exercises, and not only that, the NUMBER in a rep is also randomized. Here's an example: rep 1- 6 burpees. Not bad, right? Rep 2- 8 burpees. Okay... Rep 3- another 8 burpees. You've gotta be kidding me. Did I mention this may happen several days in a row? I don't know about you, but 20 burpees for 4 days in a row is a bit hardcore for someone just starting an exercise routine. People who are new to this may become disillusioned and quit exercising entirely. That said, the app does serve its purpose, so if the random number generator isn't a turnoff, by all means get this app.

Pretty Terrible. This app seems to be doing well ratings-wise so perhaps I am in the minority here. If you’re new to exercising at home and need guidance, this is not the app for you. There’s actually no coach (despite the claims) no guidance on form, or even how to do the exercises. The actual workouts are random exercises giving you3 or 4 seconds between each one to get in the right position, assuming you even know what it entails. It can sometimes repeat the same exercise due to the random nature and there’s no consideration of what a ‘whole’ workout can be about, so varying the types or difficulty of the workouts. The interface is neat, the calendar view is nice as is the ability to have multiple profiles for different family members, but this app won’t guide or help you with anything. It just blurts out what it wants you to do with no way to feedback, pause, repeat, slow down or even show you how to do what it’s asking.

To-the-point everyday workouts. Very simple, streamlined interface. You just select the amount of time you’d like to work out, and then start doing it. It doesn’t really need to be any more complicated than that. But if you want to customize things, you can do things like exclude certain exercises or create your own custom sets and times. The main thing I can see to improve is just more workouts, and maybe have support for integrating things like dumbbell exercises into routines. Update: It’s gotten better over time. It used to be pretty inconvenient to use the app since you had to constantly tap it to get to the next workout. Now workouts are timed and have a small automatic break between them. This is way better, especially on Apple TV where I can’t hold a remote in my hand and do workouts at the same time. Awesome job improving the app.

Nearly perfect!. I’ve tried nearly every app and this is nearly perfect. There are 6, 12, 18, and 30 min options, and I can remove exercises I don’t want. It’s so simple yet so customizable, and it’s “streak” measurements make me want to do it every day (and with 6 minute body weight options, there’s no excuse not to)! Just one request: please add chin-ups and pull-ups! (Even if they’re not enabled by default.) I know not everyone has a bar, but chin-ups and pull-ups are basic body weight exercises, and a pull-up bar is one of the simplest and most common at home fitness tools.

There’s way more to this app than meets the eye. We’ve come to expect great software from this team, and this definitely is that. But this app also has an incredible amount of thought built into it too. Building on streaks in one component, but there’s also something brilliant about randomizing workout patterns so that the exerciser doesn’t psych themself out of a workout before they start, but is still able to do exercise routines that are within their abilities. That type of mixed workout approach is also better to keep the body guessing which results in greater benefits than just hopping on a treadmill every day. Kudos to the team for a very special app.

Missing basic functions, poor interface. I was really excited about this app, but I have discovered that if I lock my phone, it pauses the workout. This makes the app useless to me. If I want to go for a run, and need to lock my phone and put it in my pocket. I also don’t want my worm out to pause if I open a different app. Another problem with the workouts is that one can’t skip an exercise or mark it completed. Also, the method for creating custom workouts needs a lot of work. The place to create a custom exercise is completely separate from the place to create a custom work out, so one may have to move between multiple screens and dialogues repeatedly. Another problem is that one can’t manually enter the amount of time for an exercise using the keys. Instead, one must press a + sign which adds time to the exercises in intervals of five seconds.

Great app. Latest IOS breaks some cool features.. I’ve been isn’t this app for more than 3yrs. Latest version or iOS breaks a cool feature it used to have: uninterrupted background audio. Now, whatever I play in the background like a podcast pauses when I start a workout. I have to pause the workout, switch to podcast app, resume podcast and then resume workout. Would be great if it can do the following: - add a default 7 minute collection - allow for customizable pauses between the exercises - give a 3 beep warning as a time period is ending so that we don’t keep looking at the screen during the workout.

Great app. Needs some fixes or better instructions. I really enjoy this app and its concept. The quick varying exercises keep my attention. However the heart rate in the Apple Watch seems off, the watch’s native app works fine, but not through this app. Also, why doesn’t it capture as exercise? Should it not capture as exercise when using the Apple Watch app, should it capture exercise and its a big, or am I not using it correctly? Some clarification/fix would be welcomed. Also, I initially selected most of the exercises, but during the actual workout (I’ve done 6 mins through 28) I get the same 5 exercises. Is this by design or is the randomization off? Great app, just some tweaks and I’d use it daily.

Wonderful No Equipment workout!. There is no warm ups or cool downs. It feels like a short “circuit workout”. Press the question mark on the right if you do not know how a workout. The numbers the app tells you per exercise are not sets, so just do as many as it says, for the exercises are repeated. Switch to your left or right side when the exercise is announced again. There is a pause button, so expect to use it a lot when switching between exercises. I would suggest the timed exercises to be paused automatically, and let the user un-pause the timer when they are ready and in place. Overall I am sweating from a 20 minute mini circuit workout. Now time to get ready for work.

Awesome app, needs one thing. This app is great, and keeps me motivated to workout every day to get as many streaks as possible. It uses body weight exercises for you to do at home and picks 6 random exercises for you to do that works out the entire body. It’s an organized and clean app that I’ve loved using so far. The only thing I wish this app had was a 30 second break between each workout so that I can get prepared for the next workout in line. There are times where I am on the floor doing crunches, and the next workout would be a standing workout, and then the workout following would be a sit-down exercise once again. There’s no break in between exercises so I have to pause the app to get ready and then start it again, which can be a bit frustrating when you’re trying to have a smooth workout. Especially when my body is sore, it takes me a moment to switch to the next workout because I have to move slowly from how much I’m hurting (a good hurt!). If there’s any way to add a function like this I would definitely use it! Otherwise, I love this app!

100% worth it. I’ve been through lots of training programs and know loads of exercises but they were spread across different programs and after a while I would get used to the routine and exercises. This App makes the exercise routine different every time and you can add as many exercises as you want to constantly change it up. I wish I had found this App years ago. Workout is my favorite exercise App by far.

OMG!!! Why!!!. Why can the world be this simple!!! I have a problem with myself when working out!! As in I get to distracted I have nooo structure!!! I to start workout, then play on my phone, think of thinks I could invent, wonder if I should ha e played baseball, get jealous of the guy next to me being ripped and why I can’t get that way! And by that time, 30min past and I’ve done 10reps of my first exercise!! I tried other apps but, man I just can’t STAND being charged monthly for everything and anything I need to help me be a better person or feel better about myself completing an activity!! Then here comes STREAKS! I set up my exercises and just gooooo!!!! It felt good to know that I cut down my workout from an 1hr workout 15min! And the best part, I just paid for it and it belongs to me!!! It’s all mine! No monthly plan no bothersome ads! Streaks Workout is literally saying “we giving you world on a plate, if this doesn’t help you then it ain’t the world, it’s YOU”!! Thanks guys I am a true fan!!!

Good for recovery days. Streaks is good for discipline. I understand that this will encourage daily use. But I use this routine app as a fallback when I’m too sore, but still would break sweat or just want easy work to recover with. When used sparingly on the odd recovery days is best. When used sparingly I don’t enjoy the display of low percentages of the month. This is discouraging to the user that is loyal regular user but only to fall back on the app when needed. I would prefer emphasis on variety of exercises for one muscle group. My favorite muscle group to work on the app is the abs on my recovery days because I can work up a good sweat in thirty minutes without being on my feet.

Motivating and quick. Good variety of exercises in short and long intervals. It’s nice to be able to choose (and not choose) the exercises that work for you. Only two complaints. 1: sometimes the exercises in a workout are not mixed enough-for example I just did 3 sets of jumping jacks at the end of my 12 min workout and 2 sets of 30sec push ups...too much all at once. 2: the exercises that require sets on both sides (hip raises, donkey kicks, side plank, etc) don’t have any way of making sure the sides are equal. You can switch sides throughout the workout, however some sets are 10sec and some 35sec...too much to think about when I want to have a quick workout. Other than that it’s a great app. The auditory cues are simple and no fuss and the app is easy to navigate.

Great app for someone like me!. I’ve just recently started working out regularly again and I love this app. I have started with the Quick timed workout and it really gets my heart racing. The time between exercises is quick but there’s a pause button if you need to catch your breath or have knee issues and it takes you some extra time to get up off the floor!😊 The best part about the app for me is that you don’t have to keep checking your screen to tell you what’s next. You can hit start and just listen to the voice tell you which exercise to do and then, if you’re on timed mode, listen for the heartbeat to let you know time for the exercise is almost up. Great app! Have recommended it to friends!

Great app, would be nice if it could do sets. The app overall is fantastic. Not gonna go into detail about that since it does what the description does and it does it well. Highly recommend. One bit of feedback I would suggest is to have it possible to do a workout for multiple sets. As it is now if you want to go through multiple times you need to either do the workout multiple times or have the workout set with exercises multiple times. It’d be awesome to be able to do a workout with multiples sets but other than that no complaints or wishes.

Great app, but still room to grow. This is a great app especially since the change to timed workouts (though it’s odd that a 12min workout is always like 13+ but whatever) I like this app because it’s quick and encourages me to “do something” everyday even if it’s not the most complete training program, and that’s where I’m at in my journey. There is a propensity for random workouts to have back to back of the same exercise, which I hate, but have also come to value as it shows me I usually have more to give than I thought. Things I would like to improve. -Allow me to hard press (or another method) on exercises and let me remove them from randomization. After an injury you might need to avoid some movements. -Allow me to add a custom exercise to the mix. For instance add pull ups or rows, since I have the equipment. I know there won’t be a cute pictograph with it but that’s ok, I like the audio queues. -Allow me to keep my streak alive when I do another workout (like run, swim)

Highly recommend. I just bought an Apple Watch for weight loss and strength training purposes and I was looking for a legit app to help me along my journey. This app allows you to choose from different workouts (i.e push ups, squats, jumping jacks, etc.) that you prefer and when you’re ready to do your workout, it generates 6 of the workouts you chose. Siri will say, “Jumping jacks 20 seconds” then she counts down from, “3...2...1 start!” You then do that workout for 20 seconds and rest for a few seconds then you go on to the next. I choose the “everyday” option which is about 14 minutes and I am sweating by the end of it. This app is $3.99 I believe and it is completely worth it. OH! and it automatically logs your workout into MyFitnessPal if you’re using that to track your calories/fitness. Highly recommend people!

Almost perfect. This app was worth the money and I use it consistently. I love that you don’t need equipment or too much space and it takes all the thinking out of working out. The 6 minute option really ensures I do SOME sort of movement every day. I love it. HOWEVER I am taking off a star because it doesn’t work as nicely with the Apple Watch as advertised... the watch doesn’t record calories when I use Streaks like it would if I had started a workout through the watch. All my Streaks workouts (labeled Functional Training by Apple Watch) say I burned 0 calories. It’s infuriating!!!

Mostly good, just a few minor tweaks could help.. I’ve been using this app for a week now, and it has most certainly helped me get back into the habit of a daily workout. The one main thing I would like to change is for exercises that NEED to be balanced, such as side planks, force you to give both sides equal attention. As it is now, the app just tells you that side planks are next, and how long you’ll be holding them. It would be better if they always did them to one side, then the other for the same amount of time. Or, at least telling you specifically which side to do them on, and making sure that as you progress through the workout, that it evens out how many you do on each side.

Inconsistent experience. I think this is a nice app, with potential , but I'm having issues with the watch app. - the music volume doesn't return to normal. It lowers for siri to announce the exercise, but it will not return to the original set volume. I have to quit the app on my watch se, and restart. I sent an email - the watch app sometimes doesn't announce or notify the start/end of the exercise. There are times the app just stays silent until I lift my wrist and then it will continue. - creating custom exercise routines is not intuitive. I would like to make one exercise set and configure the number of reps for this set, and make a second set. Right now I have to select the exercise X number of times with the rests in between repeatedly. For example, in one set, I want to do 4 bench presses with rests in between. Instead of setting one bench press with rest, and tell the system to do it four times, I ha e to duplicate the exercise four times with rests in between. - no stats. Like I can see which days I did the exercises, but there are no stats except for what apple fitness tracks. I sent a couple emails, but nobody got back to me...sooo I'll leave a review instead.

Love this! It’s mini HIT workouts!. I am so happy I found this app! I get easily distracted and bored with repetitive exercising. This keeps me moving and motivated. The randomness on the length of the exercises, and the type of exercise is awesome!! I do wish that all the exercises that the app has an icon for, was input into the app already. Outside of the basic exercises, you need to add the additional exercises on the back end. If you have e the icons, you know the exercises. Please add these and make them available for custom exercises.

Would like two more features!. Hi, I think this is a good app but I would really appreciate two more features to get my money out of this app. # 1. I would like the ability to have a switch that turns on and off whether a custom workout counts in the health app as a workout or not because I sometimes like to just stretch and not have it count as a workout in the other streaks app. # 2. I would also like to be able to add my own exercises in the same tab when I’m building a custom workout because it’s kind of a pain to close out of the custom workout tab and go create an exercise and then come back in to the custom workout tab. Thank you

Simple and Effective, Lacking Variety. I love the simplicity. I get right into my warm up and workout without having to subscribe to a program filled with ads and cheesy motivational trainers. However, I wish there were more exercises to choose from. There are plenty of exercises that don't require equipment that are not in the seemingly small selection. Also, if I wanted to workout a specific area of my body, like my belly for instance, I can’t sort through which exercises would help with that goal. There could be filters like: legs, arms, belly, etc. I do like the random exercises from time to time, but I would mostly like to use it for the custom workouts. One last note: on the Apple TV version, I cannot name my custom workout easily. If I name a workout “Arms” it will save it as “Custom1Custom1” or “ArmsArms”. The only workaround is to rename the workout in the iPhone version. Other than those things, the app is excellent.

Good start would love a few additions. I use the design your own workout function on this app & I find it easier to use than other similar applications and I like the interface overall. I find it motivating to get certain things done daily and even make progressively harder workouts. However I would like to see more variety of exercises able to be added to the workouts. Or variations (ex narrow squats vs wide squats, front lunge vs back lunge or walking lunge). It would be nice if maybe we could have some yoga or stretching add it in as well. And it would be nice to be able to have pauses or transitions (standing to floor, etc) added into the custom workout so you have a moment to get in position for the next movement without rushing and compromising form.

This has made me healthier. After using this app a few months now, I can honestly say that it has made me a healthier, stronger person. Use it and the same will happen for you. I love that it documents every exercise I do so I can look back and pat myself on the back! I also love the faceless icons used. Makes it less like an annoying workout video. My wishlist for the developer: -MORE EXERCISES PLEASE!! As long as it’s customizable, why not add some more exercises? I wish I could work pull-ups into my daily workout. I’m sure others feel the same way about exercises that aren’t on there. I understand and appreciate the simplicity of not including any workout that requires equipment. But there are a lot of bodyweight exercises out there that use basic equipment. Why not add it? People who don’t have access to that equipment (or low hanging tree branches) can simply leave them out of their routine. -Please allow me to erase my progress. I was hoping to start 2018 with a clean slate so I could have specific goals for the year. I couldn’t do that, even after pressing the “erase all data” button. Unless I’m missing something. -Do a yoga app please! That faceless little guy beats any of the annoying yogis that you have to follow in the yoga apps! I’d buy it! Other than that, thanks for making a great app!

Really enjoying it. Since I can’t get to the gym, my exercising has been walking the dog and using this app. I like how I can program in the exact workout I used to do at the gym, but I mostly use the random workouts. I really like being able to customize the exercise menu and add other ones that I already know I like doing. Now when the random workout picks six exercises I’m always happy with the mix. I don’t even like working out normally, but with this app, I like keeping my streak going. Give it a try.

Works great as a casual daily workout. Currently I have it set to only exercises where I’m laying on my back/sides or sitting down. I do the 6 minute workout everyday, which is generally somewhere between 6-7 minutes. I’m planning on increasing the duration between exercises to 10 seconds and adding more, but right now it’s great to just use as a basic exercise app. I also got this for free a while back. It’s not going to make you a bodybuilder, but this in combination with a daily walk/run is a great way to stay in shape.

Good but needs some serious tweaks. I like this app because it has relatively “short” workouts and motivates you to do it everyday. Having said that, I have quite a few problems with the app. First up, it lists the different workouts by the length of the time it’ll take. It would be much better to list the workouts by the amount of exercises you’ll do. The first time I used this app, I thought I could sneak in a 12 minute workout before going to work, and quickly realized that I wasn’t going to actually complete the workout within these 12 minutes. The workout actually takes me between 15 to 18 minutes to complete. Secondly, the app randomizes the sequence of exercises which, in some cases, is not good. For instance, I can’t do a 20 second plank followed by a 25 second plank. I also don’t like having to do situps followed by squats followed by situps...all this getting up and laying back down is frustrating. Lastly, for the exercises like planks and wall-sits, the app gives you about 2 seconds to get in position before it starts the countdown, and that’s just not enough time especially if the precious exercise had me in a completely different position. So, while the app is helpful in getting me moving everyday, it also frustrates me quite often.

Good app. Does not play well with others.. This app is great! I love the simple design, you can customize your workouts. But when connected to other apps it doesn’t seem to function properly? I will do a very hard work out that leaves me sweaty and breathless and it will say I only burned one calorie. I really wish it would actually track how many calories I burn. According to my health app, a normal office work day burns more calories than a 20 min vigorous workout with weights. That just doesn’t seem right to me 🤷‍♀️

Randomize and Volume Control could be better. This app does exactly what it claims to do. Relatively simple controls for quick workouts and helpful tips and animations to make sure you’re doing each exercise correctly but the randomization isn’t very good. Leading to exercises repeating each other or doing little of one until the end. Now I could just be noticing the times it doesn’t work but it is annoying. Also the chime that plays when you finish an exercise needs to be louder because when there’s a timed exercise I can barely hear when I should be done and move onto the next one. Otherwise great app though!

Good App. I like using this app to get in a short workout for the day. The app allows you to choose exercise moves to create a 6-30 minute workout. These alternate at random after about 15 seconds with about 5 seconds break in between. This is good for me who likes change and can follow the pictures pretty easily but not the best for someone who wants to follow a live person or go hard for a few minutes with little break. No exercises require equiment and streaks encourage you to stay consistent. I only wish they had more exercises (even though you can add you own) divided into categories so it’s easier to find, that exercises that do one side (ex: side plank) would do the other side equally in that routine, and that the voice would say “continue” before saying the exercise name and seconds when repeating the same exercise twice in a row.

Really good but needs a couple things. Love the app. Needs a few for customization options. First thing that comes to mind is it will unnecessarily break up an exercise into unreasonably small sections. For instance if I’m doing a workout that consists of 20 exercises doing each for 20 seconds. It splits them in half so I’m doing something for 10 seconds and then again for 10 seconds later on. I don’t want to do an exercise for a measly 10 seconds and then do it again later for another 10 seconds if I can just do each for 20 seconds. This is possible if I completely customize the workout and set the time intervals for each but in that case I can’t randomize the order in which the exercises appear during the workout.

Changed my life. The fact that this app doesn’t allow you to put every little thing you do during a day is what makes it such a roaring success. It’s for creating new habits, not for maintaining current ones. And it works. Habits you need to inject into your life will if you use this app faithfully. The developer really targeted habit formation (instead of maintenance), and that makes all the difference in the world. Five highly enthusiastic stars. And much gratitude to the dev.

Not worth $4.00. The app interface was so glitchy. I found that it took a while to get used to the layout and function of the app. The one good thing that I’ll say is that the app did get me working out everyday; However, the workouts were not pleasant. I mostly tried the everyday workout, and I found that almost 75% of the workout I was on the floor and essentially doing a plank for almost the entire time. On top of that, the app kept “randomly selecting” the same workouts over and over. The app made me do extended planks, mountain climbers, and jumping jacks for 5 workouts in a row. Overall, I feel like the app was a huge waste of money and that money would be better spend on a task managing app to remind you to work out.

Almost perfect but currently unusable. If you’re wanting a very limited set of common exercises, the app is near perfect. If you need to do something outside of the very limited list, say stuff your physical therapist or trainer wants you to do, you’re out of luck. So close yet so far. Suggestion — let me type the exercise same and pick one of you icons. I would add exercises such as: Single leg balancing, single leg squats, Bulgarian split squats, alternating later hips and many more exercises require for ski training. Hope to see this soon! And, i’d pay more $ for Workout Pro :)

Can’t complain cause it’s free. But I’ll complain anyways lol. I use this on Apple TV and every time the app updates it like deletes my custom workouts, and I have to rebuild them all again with the exercises I want I to be included in the randomized pool it pulls from. Also, adding exercises to custom workouts on Apple TV is a PAIN! I mean “rebuild workouts after updating the app” should be included in the exercise list because it’s a workout in itself! The exercise list is a long-form list on Apple TV, so you’re scrolling aaaaaaaaaall the way down to select exercises to add. You click to add the exercise to the workout, and then the navigation goes aaaaall the way back to the top? This is way adding exercises is like: 1) Scroll scroll scroll scroll scroll scroll scroll 2) Tap remote to add exercise 3) * Navigation jumps aaaaaallll the way back to the top* 4) repeat 1-3 a hundred times to build your workout

Hard to get motivated by a robotic voice. I love the design and simplicity of the app, but there are a couple tweaks that could be made for me to take this app seriously. As described by other reviewers, the randomness of the exercises doesn’t factor in the possibility of having two rounds of the same excruciating exercise in a row, (Burpees! Now burpees again!) throwing the whole idea and practicality of the workout out of whack. And two seconds between exercises is often not enough time to get into position for the next one, making it difficult for things to flow. But even worse for me is trying to feel motivated by the horrible robotic voice that seems pulled right out of the Apple stock audio library from 1995. And there’s a whole selection of different nationalities, each as lifeless as the next. Whose idea was that?! Really tough to get the muscles moving and the sweat flowing when I’m being pushed by a slightly bored voicemail answering machine. HIRE A VOICE ARTIST!!! There’s great potential here! Get this stuff worked out and I’ll use this app every day!

An almost perfect workout app. The UI is simplistic, contrasting and beautiful. Just wish it had the ability to add weights to my workouts. For now I use for my stretches and pairs perfectly to my apple watch

needs improvement. the idea of this app is fantastic but I would like the ability to share 'active energy' data with the health app as most workout apps allows this and it is very beneficial to most people.

Flexible and intuitive. This is the perfect application for my needs. I am working on special programmes with my exercise physiologist, and here is a product almost infinitely flexi ble to allow me to load my custom routines. As a side benefit i get the motivational elements of the streaks philosophy. Fantastic.

Good integration with Apple TV. like the customised exercises and mixing up the exercises easy to use with apple remote like it!

Awesome App - looking forward to more exercises!. The recent update with more exercises brought me back to the app as the constant same exercises for an app you are supposed to be using everyday gets a bit boring. Hoping that there continues to be more exercises, including hopefully some hand weight ones - even if people don’t have them they would be great as an extra option. Something as simple as bicep curls would be great!

Just started using it and it’s looking good. Very simple and hard to find and excuse to avoid it, especially when the shortest exercises take only “6 minutes”. Would be nice if timed exercises gave you a setup time because it just launches straight into them and you miss the first few seconds

Great app to take and exercise anywhere. This app makes incorporating exercise into my busy day and allows me to do something anywhere I am. Is love to see stretching range of exercises covering all areas of the body incorporated so just a stretch and release session could also be incorporated into my daily regiment to loosen up this ageing body.

Nice UX, but few contents. • Please add the calf raise • Please add more exercise for sitting on a chair, because i don't have enough space when i do workout. • Please add customisable workout then i can add my special workouts.

Needs more exercises. I was expecting more than 30 exercises, or at least the ability to create a new exercise to incorporate into my workouts. This really limits the usability of the app.

Just as I like it. Great work out, you decide how hard you go at it for, high intensity, lots of different exercises to do, sweat it out.

Love this app. It doesn’t make me pay for anything I have to, and it is great to get a few minutes of exercise in everyday just to maintain my fitness.

Abs routint. I did for one year and now I am quite satisfied with the results. This program provides routine for daily workouts. I recommend it to busy people.

Amazing!. Absolutely brilliant app

It good. 👍👍👍

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Such a good simple app. The simplicity of the app and the exercises adds to the ease and innate want to continue exercising. The daunting notion of having to exercise daily is put in your head without the immense pressure of doing a full work out routine or doing things with perfect technique. Feeling so good about myself and it’s such a good way to get those happy endorphins pumping in the morning.

Better sequencing required. Same exercise came up 4 times in 5 minutes, better sequencing required to rate this any higher than 3 stars

BEST APP. This app is amazing! I really helps if your that kind of person that goes to the gym and doesn't know what to do! I tells you in the most basic way how to do the type of exercise it should have a video showing how to do the exercise correctly but great app and so good that it's free. Enjoying the gym more with this app x

Great!. Awesome interface and exercises!! I feel like it can really suit everyone's lifestyle. Would recommend if you're looking for a workout app that is quick and easy to use and contains various exercises, all requiring zero equipment!

Had this app for a long time, never faulted. every new update has always been to improve and let’s it be a better experience working out each time using the app. 5 stars

Awesome for tracking habits. So good for habit tracking. And paired with their other app, it makes a great start to the year.

5 star. I think it's really good for fitness.

Please add more workouts!. The concept of the app is very helpful and easy though it needs more workouts in order for a more personalised & improved experience.

A couple of things. I like this app but there are 2 issues I'm suffering 1- Apple Watch app is really buggy. Verbal instructions work perfect but the display always come from behind. (Tried it with custom workout) 2- If you want to use it for traditional weight lifting in the gym, you have very limited icon options.

Good App. This app is amazing, I Was Email By Apple saying that this is the 2019 fitness app so I downloaded it and now I’m using it and it’s really good!

Easy to improve this app. Firstly: it needs to prevent the same exercise coming up twice in a row. At the end of a set of triceps dips, I don't want to (and can't) complete another, longer set of triceps dips. Secondly: there needs to be a pause between exercises. At the easy level I'm prompted to so a 10-second plank, but by the time I've started it four seconds have gone by. A few easy fixes of these design flaws would make this a four-star app. Adding lots more exercises would make it five-star.

Mix it up. 3 different types of push ups in 1 loadout is too many

Nice but improvements needed. App is very well designed. It would be nice if they were more detailed exercise explanations. As the whole app revolves around you streaks, it would be nice to be able to turn on notifications.

Great. It’s great, worth downloading

Fantastic app. This is a awesome app that is simple and intuitive. It also works great in the Apple ecosystem. Some more exercises would be welcome tho. All in all 11/10

No pause to get into next activity. It would be better if there was a 3 second pause between each exercise to enable you to re-set rather than just go straight from one to the next so it means you never quite do the full time on each activity as you’re always starting a few seconds after the change. I have the “10 minute stretch” app that does this really well, with a ‘3,2,1’ countdown between each pose.

There’s just one thing. I have been using this app for a while & I really like the simplicity of it and way you can customise the workouts. The only thing I don’t like is the exercises that are timed like plank & wall sit don’t give you a chance to get into position for the exercise. I have opted out of timed exercises but there are a few that have to be timed. If there could be just one more step to start the timer that would be great

Incredible Design. Wow. One of, if not THE best workout apps I've used. Only thing I would like to see is a greater variety of exercises, such as tricep dips, pull-ups, chin-ups, etc. Great App.

Great app to keep active. I love streaks workout and have been using it for a while now. It’s a great way to keep up the habit of exercising regularly all while keeping it level with your goals and abilities. I just wish the music had more controls. After the last few updates music seems to automatically start and the only way I can control it (even skip a song) is to pause my workout. Otherwise 5 stars

Such a great tool. I find this app just really easy to use and use it regularly during the work day. Highly recommend.

MORE EXERCISES PLEASE!!!!. I honestly love this app so much the only major downside is that the app doesn’t have enough exercises. I barely use this app because more than half of the exercises in my everyday workout are not on this app. PLEASE ADD A TON MORE EXERCISES

Great help for workouts. Have had the app for a little over a week and absolutely loving it. Can see some areas for improvement particularly in relation to custom workouts. Have contacted dev and they replied promptly. Having told a number of people about it would be great to be able to share a custom workout with them. 10/10!!!

Literally the worst app I have ever purchased.. They have listed exercises for you to do. Great. Just a list. Do the exercise, then tap the screen and the next exercise comes up. No explanation. No description. No help. No customisation. No talking you through it. No idea why it comes with such a high price tag. Absolute waste of money. I feel like there would be a thousand better work out apps out there. Please don’t waste your time or money.

Good supplement for the gym. Would be great if the developers could add water breaks

Dab. Dab

Well thought app. Well thought out app. Love using this as an addition to my workout. Trying to get in shape and feel this is really helping.

Too limited. The exercise chooses are very limited, I’d only use a few that’s on there.

Fun & cheaper than a GYM. Pump it!

Would be a great app if it didn't have sync issues. I have had problems with losing my streaks when switching between devices. I would lose my streaks doing so, have complained a few times. Otherwise would be a great app. Don't but till fixed.

One thing.... I really like the idea and concept of this app but please consider adding more detailed animations for those who don't understand the exercise. Possibly a tutorial for each activity is recommended with videos or like I mentioned before, detailed animations instead of the usual 2D one. Thank you 👍🏽

Simple app that is useless. It will just repeat the same exercises one after another, it doesn’t shuffle them at all!!. I have done 10 plus work outs, every time it will just repeat the same exercise over and over. Very frustrating and a waste of money.

Not behd, good soize. More customisation of logging reps and exercises would be good, but overall a pretty good app

Could use other features but otherwise great.. I love the app but it could use other features such as oxygen measurement for Apple Watch Series 7 or later users, calorie tracking, time tracking, step counting, and distance tracking for outdoor workouts. Other than that, A great app for tracking my workouts.

Good apps. This apps is useful especially under this pandemic. However, it should have a pc version or more other platform.

Great but room for improvement. I do love using this app however it does have a couple of frustrating quirks that should be easy to fix. Left/right exercises such as side plank need to be evened out. Sometimes one side will sum to over 20 seconds of extra exercise, and as I understand it, they should be symmetrical. Perhaps it could say “Left side plank”, “right side plank” and factor in the symmetry. Timed exercises do really need a little more time to prepare for. For example, I I always find myself starting a wall sit 4 or 5 seconds late and so have to count the extra seconds at the end. These are definitely not huge issues but would be so great if they were ironed out. Thanks!

More exercise please!. We need to see more cute exercises gifs

Great but latest iOS broke the Apple Watch version. I love this app and use it all the time. I mostly use it from my Apple Watch which is why I am somewhat disappointed. This happened when I upgraded to the latest iOS 13 and watchOS 6. The exercise count does not update, the voice instructions stop working and the image disappears randomly through the workout. Finding it hard to do a workout without constant handling of my watch. If you could fix these Apple Watch issues, I would rate it 5 stars!

Get back into it, and never was. I can actually get into it with this app. The quick is the best 1 time experience, I was out of it. Than the next day jumping into 12.... perfect for my 10am break. I’m literally in my office on the floor resting after writing this! Amazing it works!

Great App!. Great app! Only suggestion is add more body weight exercises. I’d pay a one time fee (in app purchase) for more exercises.

Stellar!. Such an amazing app, especially used with Streaks. I cannot say enough good things about both apps - truly fantastic and aside from music, a browser and a notes app, these two apps are essential to my phone (and watch!)

Needs more activities. The app is good and I enjoy it, but I find myself straying from the routine of things and not wanting to keep my streaks. The quantity of activities are limited and there needs to be more difficult or challenging workouts. Over all, great app.

First Workout Review. I love the setup of the app, I let it randomly pick several exercises and it gave me a random order with random amounts. Only complaint: The 18min workout isn’t really 18 minutes, it’s 40 sets of the various exercises and took me almost a half hour (but I’m out of shape and was focusing on form). I’ll do the “Everyday” 12min one tomorrow instead and likely hit 18min.

Perfectly approachable. After the minimalist brilliance of Streaks, anyone looking to onboard to a fitness regimen won't think twice. One must inquire: Streaks, in a stroke of genius, appears in the macOS appstore as well as the iOS store after purchase - a phone app on the computer - amazing! 24 more tasks! So why then when Streaks Workout is purchased, does the same not happen? Would be wonderful to have Streaks Workout on a laptop in larger print format. This is the second note: both apps will be lifesavers for the elderly, possibly literally: the default text flow on both apps are not legible and too small for anyone but those with spry, young eyeballs. A font size slider in aid of larger would be helpful. All the voices are great! If they could read the exercise tips as a settings selection that would also allow less looking and more concentrating on the body.

Well formatted and an excellent way to get started. I’m just starting to work out again and this thing helps start you off!

I like it. My son and I are training for a trail run race next month and wanted to ad some exercises to the running. My son is 11 and is adamant that we don't break the streak. It's doing its intended job well.

Useless exercises. They force you to have super short exercises. Push up for a few seconds, then switch to with ups for another few seconds. I spend more time and get more work out from changing positions than actually working the intended muscles. I talked to the devs, they think that’s how people usually excercises.

Seriously no sit-up!?. By a bad app for the price but hey! No sit-up!!?? And no reminder or plan? Please add... People would pay extra for a plan that’s from easy to more intense.

The Watch version doesn’t work. The Watch version just get stuck, doesn’t do anything. Doesn’t allow to click or select anything. It just shows the list of workouts and then nothing. The iPhone version works great; fantastic app. I wish it allowed for a day of rest; I’m not sure a workout EVERY day is actually beneficial. UPDATE: I had to reinstall the app on my Watch to make it work.

Awesome. A perfect app for workout!👍

Fantastic. Thank you for the free workout app and the customizability. Motivates me a lot

Music. Cant play music on ipad mini when program running !

12 min Workout. A great workout to make you sweat and it’s always fun to try and finish exercise under the 12 minute mark.

Please don't get this app. Do not get this app. Basically what this app does is you pick a few basic activities (but only like 15 are given) and it puts them all together every day you work out. By this I mean it's not consistent, it's like up for 5 squats and then down for 3 planks then up for 10 jumps squats and 4 lunges and down for 12 leg raises. It's so not consistent. I'm so sad I got the bundle.

Option avec équipement aussi?. App formidable! Mais est-ce possible de rajouter des exercices avec option d’équipement aussi comme un ballon, des poids ou exercices band ?

Great app!. Easy to use! Really like that I can choose from a list - would like stretching exercices or more low impact exercices. Even better, I’d like to have access to custom workouts created by others (with a share button).

Poor install instruction. I cannot seem to install this on my watch and there are no instructions on how to do so.

Nice and simple. Really easy to use. You can choose what you like best or what you prefer concentrate on.

Not working 100%. Few issues: —iPhone app: Settings are not the same as the “Streaks” app.. the streaks one has a ton more options like change background colour inverted, change icon.. etc.. the workout app doesn’t ?? —Apple watch: starting a workout does not save to your health app even though all the options are selected. Did a 6 minute workout and it still shows “no data” in the heath app. So it’s not showing as if I did this workout . —Apple watch: Screen constantly going dark so I have to keep pressing it to see what’s the next workout. (Not sure if this app has the ability to even keep the watch awake but it’s kind of annoying) —There’s no rest timer .. it’s basically do burpees then immediately do push-ups then lunges. By the time I have the chance to look at my watch to see what’s next and get ready for it , I’ve waisted half the timer or it’s basically done and on to the next one .. the 6 minute workout is insane when it keeps going from burpee to lunges to push ups every second switch.. should be an option to add a 10-20 second rest between workouts or like after every 2-3 workouts to get a little break. —Watch app: in the middle of a workout and pressed “End” , the little vibrations to let you know your timer sill continues . Even after pressing the crown to go back home and then going back into the app, it will continue to vibrate . — Maybe adding in the custom workouts a way to custom the amount of time you want the workout to last. If I want to do a 6minute workout but do each workout for 1 minute straight and not 10 seconds each over and over

Helped me get a routine. Wasn't really sure if this was gonna be helpful not not when I downloaded it but literally in the first 6 minutes of the workout I knew it was simple and great tbh. I did two 6 minute workouts in the morning and at night for a week and I feel great. This is really helpful to get in the mood for changing your lifestyle.

Amazing app for fitness. Very good app for fitness, love the different workout and I also love that you can create your own workout. On top of that, no excuse of “I don’t have the equipment to workou, because you don’t need any” Thak you developers, you rock!

Great app but less repeat sets please!. Love the workouts and how you don’t need any equipment but sometimes exercises are repeated consecutively without a different exercise set in between

Perfect for me. I like HIIT training. These workouts are already familiar but lots I’m learning that’s new. Love it. Use it 3 times a week-ish.

Great Ap for getting back in Shape. Just had a baby and it is very hard to become motivated when your exhausted. The options the app gives you for the amount of time you want to workout is great and the visuals for the exercises really help anyone figure out what they are suppose to be doing. It also is great that it gives you random exercises that you probably wouldn't choose to do. It educates you on other exercises that would be good for you and gets you to try knew things. I really like the format/ structure of the app.

Disappointed. This and steaks proper are fluffy apps designed for children or teens. Took someone’s word for its usefulness and actually spent money on these. There’s much better things to spend your money on that’s for sure.

Needs more activities. It’s a great app. Very motivating and slows me to work at least a little bit of physical activity into my day. It just needs some more activities because after awhile it gets a bit repetitive.

Very nice! Some improvements would be nice!. Love this no-nonsense, intuitive and visually beautiful app that synchronizes with AppleTV, iWatch and iPhone 👍🏻 I would love to see new exercises (Pilates, Yoga and other regular exercises) and also be able to tweak some of the existing symbols we new « names » so I can integrate variations to some routines. Finally, when we accidentally hit a button before actually completing the exercise, we can’t undo that mistake 🙁. Thumbs up 👍🏻 bring it on!!

Great, but needs more exercises. This is an amazing app, but needs more workouts. Like ones with dumbbells

Hate it. You choose up to six exercises and then you just do them 32 times. I wish it was more like the seven minute workout style where every exercise is 30 seconds and then you get a quick 10 second break to reposition for the next exercise. The time on the exercises is so random.

Great app for quick at home workouts. Love the look and simplicity of the app. Plays on a competitive nature to encourage you to beat your own streak. Would love to see a version come to the Wear OS watches.

Amazing App. This is the best workout app that exists!!! It's amazing

I feel like jelly. Which means I'll just have to keep up my streak until it's easier! The customization and tips make this app worthwhile, although the Quick set is still a little tedious with 120 needed motions.

Simple. J’adore!

I never regret paying for his app. It changed my morning routine and now I am more active... thank you so much for making this brilliant app honestly totally worth it

Easy and flexible, but room for improvement. Quite a user friendly interface, with flexibility to customise and randomize quick workouts. But after adding several custom exercises, the exercise list gets messy. Could benefit greatly from a search and/or sort function. Although there are many icons to choose from when making custom workouts, unfortunately many are not exercise themed. It would also be great to have the option of using the same icons from the pre-populated exercises (for custom-named variations)

Great work out App! Specially for a new year!. I've been using this app for four days now and it's great and super easy to use! I've been able to do short workouts and longer workouts when I have the time. I feel like I'm actually getting off to a good start this year. Please add different types of chin-ups to the custom menu please and thank you.

Arms. Not too much for arm workout?

Good but could be better. App has a good concept, would love it if there were more options for custom exercises as well as the changing the timing and duration of exercises in workouts (i.e doing a 10 second plank and then switching to doing 5 jumping jacks is... not the best)

Sur la watch. Très bonne application, simple et motivante. Si seulement la montre pouvait rester allumée tout le temps de l’entraînement sans avoir à jouer du poignet pour voir ce qui est affiché.

Best workout app. This is the best workout app ever in the App Store even tho I'm 11 and I only came here because free app of the week I still use this amazing app

Not Worth!!. Looking for fitness apps for Apple Watch but I think its not worth it. 7 fitness app is way better. That let you know (whistle) start and stop, rest time. Audio-able instructions like coach. For Developer: Please add voice instructions start stop rest etc or more motivating voices(good job, you can do it).

Super simple but perfect. Love the way it push me mini-series of exercices with a "?" mistery-box-kind of feeling ;) well done. It would be nice if you ensure that your random doesnt pick the same exercice twice in a row tho, it breaks the flow a little for me.

Needs more work. You should include video of an instructor for some exercises animation is not enough, not everyone is born with innate understanding of it should be done. Plus variety is really limited.

Legit best workout app I've used. Love using this app. Love the way it shuffles my workouts, keeps me on my toes. Would love this on the play store as well.

i love it. this is the best workout app i've ever used!!

Not flexible enough. It would be nice when we could customize our own exercises rather than just those presets.

simple but powerful. this app is very useful. easy to use, beautiful and simple experience. i have been use it 1 week. so far so good

Great app for custom workouts!. Was looking for an app to enter my workout routines from physical therapy and this one is by far the best. Custom workouts, custom playlists, counted or timed, custom pictures, easy playlist building, stellar Apple Watch integration. I could not find another app that even came close to this one!

Great App. The randomization of exercises mixed with a selectable time duration keeps the workout interesting while being able to fit it in every day. Adding a streak counter keeps the app motivating. Apple Watch connectivity is great! I’m a big fan of this one. Well worth a couple bucks.

Love this app!. I am usually super skeptical on workout apps. This looked too easy to be true. I thought I’d try it and found that it’s definitely not easy! It’s absolutely perfect for someone like me with no time and hates to exercise! Who can’t find at least 6 minutes in their day?

Need to be able to enter how many reps I did.. I need to be able to, during a workout, select or enter how many reps I did real time. If it says do 30 lunges and I feel like doing 40 that day, isn’t that an improvement that should be logged? Shouldn’t I be able to rise to more challenges? See if I improve over the months? If this app could do that, I would give it 5 stars. I have to use JEFit instead, which is smart enough to have that feature. If this app added it, I would be using it gladly. Please!!!!!!

Love the self-pacing. I love that the excercises come in sets and you can complete them in your own timing. I can’t seem to get the Apple Watch app to work, for some reason. And I would like to see a few more exercises to keep things interesting and to work other areas. Overall a solid app that I use regularly.

Keeps me motivated and excited to exercise!. I am usually not a person that can find the motivation to work out, but having pre-determined workouts chosen for me makes it a lot easier, especially since all of the workout can be done in almost any room! I highly recommend this as an app to keep you motivated to exercise daily!

Changing my life.. This is exactly the app I needed to get my health in order. I’m comfortable with the size of the exercises and the varying lengths. However, I’m experiencing some syncing issues between the watch app and the phone app. Additionally, both apps have small issues interfacing completely with the Activity app; heart rate data isn’t complete.

Just what have been longing for. I got this app a week ago today. I have not skipped a day. I have been using similar apps for years, but this one stands out in that it breaks down each activity into many mini ones then randomizes all mini activities. That makes workouts fun.

Great app for non-beginners. I loved this app! Opened it for the first time today and busted out a quick 15 minute workout! I have been working out since a little girl so all of these exercises I knew like the back of my hand, for someone who doesn’t workout as often as I do or is just beginning it might take some time to get used to. Love, love the idea for someone like me. May want to consider a landing page that asks what level of training does one consider themselves. Or maybe a disclaimer that this app is mainly for people that need an extra boost in there already active lifestyle. Will be adding to my daily regiment!!

Crashes on watch. It is incredibly frustrating to be in the middle of a workout and have the Workout app crash on the watch. Then when you try to relaunch the app, it either crashes again or gets stuck in a loading spinner. To add insult to injury, the app crashes on the last exercise of a routine, I managed to get the app to load on the watch again and I finished the last exercise, the app kept no record of it, did not update my activity in Health app and my rings as well as breaking my longest streak. I’ve given up and I will look for another workout app.

Used for years & love it!. I’ve had this app for years and I love it! It’s easy to use on my phone, watch, or iPad. I usually use it on my watch. It’s easy to customize workouts. It can be used at home without weights or at the gym with weights. It’s easy to go at your own pace. Don’t underestimate the intensity! The 12 minute workout easily becomes a hard 14-15 minutes.

Good app, responsive dev. I like this app because I can customize my workout routines and follow them as I like. Would like a bit more customizability on what kinds of exercises can be in what kind of workouts, but out of the 8 or so other workout apps I tried, this one is the one that lets me customize a workout the most. Also very good developer; I ran into a minor bug with a previous version, mailed them, they worked on it and released a fixed version.

Love the simplicity of the app.. The app is great and looks nice. I accidentally bought this app but I’m glad I did. It’s very simple and easy to use. Just too things I wish it would add. Voice commands for workouts on the Apple Watch. Also a voice that may be easier to hear. Lastly, the New Years bundle deal should count streaks workout off since I already bought it on accident and instead of making the bundle $7. It should be $3. Thanks for the great workout app.

Give me credit!!. I like this app, I really do, and I use it after injuries or times when I’m out of shape, but sometimes the workouts are harder than I anticipated and I have to stop part of the way through. And then.....nothing. The only way to do that is pause my workout, so I don’t get credit for the part of it I did or anyway to track my progress working back up.

Started out great but no longer works.. Started using the app on my Apple Watch and really liked it. After about seven workouts, the voice command stopped working. I’ve tried everything to get them to work again, but nothing happens. It used to countdown when you had five seconds left. Announce your next work out but nothing I’ve tried going to the settings I’ve tried going to the screen with the volume and nothing works. Unfortunately, you have to pay for this app so there’s really not much I can do.

This App!!!!. I love this app cause it’s a surprise and it’s “fun”/ exciting to see what workout is next, which really motivates me. You can go from complex to a simple one or two exercises. I also love that you can customize/make your own workout or follow and already made one.

Helped me lose weight and feel better!. A lot of exercise apps usually have a lot of noise that comes with it. This one has none of that. This comes as a welcome relief as I just want something to help me concentrate on getting some exercise and not deal with sign ups or any of the things that could turn some away from exercise apps. I get that motivations are key for any routine, but I recommend this for anyone who is self determined to get better. Otherwise, app continues to receive QOL updates to help people stay in shape and even connects with other apps like Lose It and the health app. Super helpful and lost 40 pounds over the time I’ve used it.

Problem with recent update (now fixed). The recent update (4.1) does not work on my Apple Watch Series 2. The app lags in its response to input and crashes frequently (every exercise to every fourth exercise). This was a great app prior to this update so I’m really hoping it gets fixed. UPDATE Contacted Support. The response was prompt and very helpful. Rebooting my watch did not help but uninstalling the app from my watch and then reinstalling it fixed the problem. This is a great app for establishing a workout routine that does not require any workout equipment.

Fantastic little workout app. I must say. You guys are doing a fantastic job. I’ve been looking for an app like this that gives me a good selection of exercise type I can do, as well as being accessible with apples voiceover, and doing health linking. This has all those things. Keep up the good work.

This app is awesome!. I think this app is amazing! I love the all the features from changing the app icon color and design to making your own workouts. The only think i would suggest is that you add a ton of different exercises. You can add so many more different equipment free exercises as well as equipment exercises such as a treadmill, bike, or bench press. That would be amazing and i would give it more than 5 stars if i could.

Best random workout app. Yes without a doubt this app is awesome as the best custom workout app generator EVER, you can’t go wrong with this and I’ve been using this for some time, and when I thought this app couldn’t get any better I was wrong, with the latest update it’s even more impressive with more customizations…great app crunchy bagel totally loving it

Perfect for mature folks. I’m 61 years old and I believe that if I just did an 18 minute exercise session with this app followed with some jogging, five or six days a week, I will retain my strength and cardio vascular fitness. It’s really simple really fast and it makes a big difference to my balance and strength and general well-being.

Many apps no sync. I just realized after 4 days of using the app on my watch, it doesn't really register steaks. That is, not on the phone. I turned on the Apple TV app to see if it was keeping track, no dice. It has the ability to log in users, but I can't see if it is tracking across devices. If anyone from the company wants to set me straight, feel free, but there are really bad workout apps that actually do sync. This here is a basic workout app that wastes potential in both you and its own app suite.

Excellent Bones for a Revolutionary Workout App, but Needs Refinement. This app is incredibly well-designed and has great UX and UI, but suffers from its simplicity. In my use-case, the number of available exercises is just too small. Personally, I would love to use the app to design my own yoga flows (something that seems like it fits perfectly with the app design/concept), but there are almost no yoga exercises included. At minimum, I would love to see an option to create a custom exercise (even if it just has a title instead of an animation). Also, as others have mentioned, I think the ability to choose the order and duration of exercises is a must, as its very easy for exercises that attack the same muscle group to happen right after each other randomly. Keep up the good work!

Watch App Workouts Don’t Sync with HealthKit or Activity. I do truly enjoy using this app however I’d like to receive credit in the Health and Activity apps for the time I put in. Of course if I run workout from my phone, I do, but then I don’t get the benefit of logging heart rate and calorie data from my watch. I emailed support asking if this was a bug but have not heard back. If this isn’t a supported feature in the Apple Watch app, I hope it is in a future update.

Simple. I like simple format and ease of logging workouts on phone, iPad, tv, and Apple Watch. I also like ability to create custom workouts. Hopefully more animated exercises can be added. I would also love a feature that allows random workouts to have option to target certain areas or goals such as core muscles or cardio.

Needs more variety. All in all, it’s a good workout. I’ve been using the app 5 days a week for 4 weeks now. You are able to customize your workouts with the exercises provided or use the mixed variations that are already provided, but there’s only about 15, maybe 18 different exercises. It’s a very basic workout. I recommend for beginners.

Just two small things.... 1) I'm using this app to try to get back in shape, so I can't quite complete their 12 minute workouts yet. It doesn't give me credit for the attempt, so even though I've worked out 5 days in a row, my "streak" is 0. 2) I often forget to stretch after a workout, so I think it would be helpful if they had a reminder to stretch afterward.

Would be fantastic if it said how many calories you’ve burned!. I first want to say that I got this app when it was the “Free App of the Week” (RIP to that little tradition), but I think it would have been worth the money had I paid. I enjoy the workout options and find it to be motivating. However, as another reviewer mentioned, the workouts tend to take longer than the allotted time. For instance, if I do the 12 minute “Everyday” workout, I plan for it to take 16-18 minutes. So, two suggestions for the developers: 1) On the main menu, list how many exercise in addition to the approximate workout time 2) please add something in the app that tells you approximately how many calories you’ve burned from the sets! Other than that, I would recommend this app as an easy way to get in a home workout.

Latest update removed “Continue Existing” function. Great app, been using it for years. Would have given 4 stars but latest update removed a key feature that I used daily. When stopping - NOT PAUSING - a current workout, it would give you the option to “Continue Existing” workout when resuming. It now no longer does that. I’ve restarted my workout 4 times this morning because I habitually hit the X button instead of the pause button.

Awesome. I really like it so far! It's a quick and fun way for me to get some excersize in, vs just following some odd Pinterest workout. What I especially like is it scatters the workouts so I'm forced to get up, down, up, down. I would like Notifications reminding me my streak's about to end (although I just sent a phone reminder for this), and Being able to add custom excersizes (ie: plank, upper toe raises, arm circles, etc) but they're not necessary. I highly recommend it. Probably the best iPhone fitness app I've used.

Fat burner!. This app is perfect for one who wants to burn fat fast and tone up but can’t afford a gym membership. It’s all body weight with good, quick cardio. If you do it like it’s meant to be done with no breaks, you will see fast results. I lost 10 pounds in one month!

Start of Day. Unlike the Streaks app, you still can’t change the start of day to another time. Also unlike Streaks, you can’t tell the app you worked out yesterday if you didn’t do it through the app, so if you work out after midnight you lose your streak. To me, the motivation of keeping your streak is the whole reason for having this app, which means I still have to save one of my coveted 12 spots in the Streaks app for exercising. If I can’t keep my streak even if I worked out, I might as well use any one of the other thousands of exercise apps out there. Or you know, go to the gym.

Only workout app that works for me. I find 10-15 minutes in the day and start this app, it yells at me for the duration and then I’m done. Can do a workout anywhere with no equipment (a chair and a workout mat are ideal though). Previously rated this 4/5 but since devs finally added extended rests between workouts, I couldn’t be happier. ❤️

Approachable Good Habit Builder. This app has been tremendously helpful for me to build a robust and sustainable morning fitness routine. It only has you do a small number of repetitions of each exercise before moving to a new type. This keeps it from getting overwhelming while still pressing you to getting it all done. Two suggestions for the app: 1) Better randomization (I.e. make it not completely random) to prevent occasional repetition of the same exercise twice in a row in a session. 2) For exercises that include a left and right component (I.e. lunges), force the number of repetitions to be even so those of us who are obsessive/compulsive don’t need to worry about making it even over the course of the session. Great app!

Pretty good, could use some changes. I like the motivational concept of the app and it’s been working for me. Results get the 3 stars! The thing I’m really annoyed with is with the randomization process. You can get the same “random” workout twice in a row. For instance, 30 seconds pushups, followed by... 25 seconds pushups! I wish it would not repeat the same workout. Once that’s corrected, I’ll happily give 5 stars!

Apple Watch app stops in middle of workout. Review for version 4.1.2 I use my Apple Watch to start and keep track and save workouts. Currently I start a workout from the watch and it just stops. No prompts no feedback no nothing. I’ll be doing an exercise and look down and the watch is at the home screen with the app not running. Uninstalled after that that. Willing to try again if it gets fixed. Had been using it for roughly 18 months with only a few hiccups. The last time I had this issue it took a few weeks to fix.

Exceptional Service!!. I bought this app in 2017 and I really like all that it has to offer! I love the updated version that can control colors and exercises. I recently encountered a problem and I reached out to the developer and they were prompt and courteous in getting back to me with my concern! Exceptional service!! Thank you!

Fantastic app to get you warmed up!. This is a wonderful app to get you going for the day, or as a warm up for a more vigorous exercise or sport. It really keeps you on your toes the entire duration of the routine and 99% of the time mixes up the exercises very well. The animations and UI is just perfect for following thru with or without your own music playing. And of course it syncs with your apple watch too! Follow up the “tough or extreme” routine with another 15 or 20 minutes of some cardio exercise and i'm pretty sure you'll be “fitter, healthier and more productive” within 3 weeks. Suggestion to developers: please create an instagram page! This way users can share / tag the app. I’ve been adding screenshots of my workout to my stories and many of my followers are curious about the app. Cheers!

Needs Work. This app has huge potential. The UI is beautiful and intuitive. The draw back is in the workout algorithm and settings. The time between exercises need to pause slightly longer to allow transition to the next exercise. Example: plank for 20sec then to jumping jack for 10 seconds...by the time I’ve leaped to my feet time has ticked away and I can barley complete 2 jumping jacks. Then back to the floor for a crunches, time is wasted. Workout quality is compromised. Other apps in this category are better at this. Additionally, the exercises it selected (at random?) would not vary and sometimes be the same exercise over and over Example: plank for 10 seconds, followed by plank for 30 seconds, then plank again, etc. I believe it just needs more deliberate preset workouts. I’ve selected every exercise in the menu and prefer timed intervals. I have high hopes for this app and look forward to future updates. Aloha.

glitches and loud. when i do a workout on my watch the name of the workout comes blaring from my watch, even though it’s on silent mode. couldn’t find any settings to turn off sound on the watch in the app. so i did a workout on my phone so i wouldn’t have to listen to the robot voice announce the workouts and it recorded it as a workout in my workouts watch app but didn’t actually record my heartbeat at all during the workout, which is incredibly unhelpful. I’m also still getting odd numbers on the side hip raise, unless you’re supposed to do 9 on each leg and then switch to the other leg and do 9. I’ll probably shop around for other short workout apps.

Most motivating fitness app I’ve ever used.. Rediscovered this during quarantine. I find the customizability of the workouts excellent. A perfect balance of machine commanding my human body to get better every day. Each workout difficulty is well executed. I am fitting in about two extreme workouts a week and I wish I could post pictures of how much stronger and better I look. Thanks streaks!

So simple, so great!. One of the best things about this app is the simplicity! There’s not too much to make it confusing, and yet there’s just enough to be extremely useful! It’s little attainable goals like Streaks and Workouts help me to set that push me to go for more!

Awesome Workout App!. I have found this to be an excellent complement to my usual cardio workouts. It’s a nice way to add variety and push muscles that might be neglected with my usual routines. It requires no equipment and will go anywhere you take a device with the app on it. The interface is very clean, but with enough options to make it pleasantly customizable. A great value!

Love it but..... Happily found a workout program that works for me!! Using it on the AppleTV and it works great. Only issues I am having are that the iPhone app doesn’t seem to sync with iCloud correctly to gather the info from the AppleTV. Would like to see it be reliable before I start traveling for work as I travel extended periods and don’t want to lose my tracking!! But other than that it’s been great!

Awesome!!!. Love the flexibility & options of this app! I stay motivated & don’t loose interest because of the variety. I have other exercise apps but I keep coming back to this one & stay motivated to keep my streak active 😄 The developer has continued to update the app with nice features to keep it fresh. Great job!

Awesome. One suggestion. Love it. It’s making customized everyday workouts possible for me, without having to think about it much. I would love to see the developers change how the exercise shuffle works, though. It will often do the same exercise a few times in a row, or ignore a given exercise completely until the second half. Might it be better if the app simply surprised me with the order each time, but then that order just repeated for the duration of the exercise? Not sure. Anyway it’s great except for that one flaw. Two thumbs up

Great app, with a few annoying corks. Great app, with a few annoying corks. Once you fix these pretty intuitive things, you are golden! - App randomly pauses when snitching between exercises. No idea why and when. Totally random. - the countdown is good when you need it. Should be optional. Not all people need countdown, especially when using this for more quiet types of workouts. - the watch app starts with a countdown. If you lower hand the intro stops. - the phone app needs to tu with the the screen off. All I need is audio.

Motivating, great concept, meh execution.. Doesn’t pair exercises well (ex three 20s left planks and no right); sometimes uneven distribution of muscle groups used. Rushes you so form is challenging. Some exercises poorly timed- can’t get many reps in 15 seconds of burpees. BUT I do use it a ton and it’s motivating and gets a good workout in if you occasionally substitute. Best for experienced exercisers who know their form and good substitutions.

Easy and straight forward!. Love this app! Exactly what I want- easy, straight forward. A couple suggestions: - I wish there were more workout choices (like yoga/stretching, etc) - when playing the workout from my apple watch, the audio is more limited and isnt as helpful.
