Simple Way To Create Beautiful Memories. So many of us have our cell phones within our reach at all times. We are very quick to snap photos of everyone and everything. And then those photos sit on our phones or are stored in the cloud. Keepsake Frames is a great way to bring those photos into our homes or gift them to family and friends. Just download the app. I tried it a few weeks ago and sent a photo to my daughter. She was surprised and loved receiving a framed photo of one of her favorite memories. The process was so easy. The gift was received within the specified timeframe. I highly recommend giving them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Poor Customer Service. I ordered three pictures, one of which was a gift, based upon the clear representation on the app that pictures are shipped in 2-3 business days. A week passed. I tried to check the status of my order on the app, but could not. I sent an email. I received a reply the following day saying that the production had slowed to 10-15 days. If I had known this in advance, I would not have ordered the picture as a gift and perhaps I would not have ordered from Keepsake at all. I don’t understand why Keepsake did not share the fact that my order would take FIVE TIMES longer than promised. Keepsake didn’t offer a coupon or discount or an acknowledgement of breaking its promise.

Excellent Framing Job. I’ll open by saying I’m not easily impressed. I saw a commercial for KeepSake and thought it was a great idea, so I downloaded their app. I really loved being able to choose from the picture library on my phone and choosing the perfect frame, with or without matting. You can see exactly what your picture will look like framed. Then you place your order. Doesn’t get any easier than that! And the frames are Made in America 🇺🇸 My frame arrived on time, in a very nice box and well padded. I was so impressed with the job they did on my print! But what really impressed me was the hardware and wire KeepSake uses and they included a nice hanger. This order was a test run. I have many more orders to come! I would highly recommend this great American owned business 🇺🇸

Ordered Two Framed photos. I am very impressed with the quality of my order and customer service of this company! I sent an order of two photos that were originally destroyed in a fire and were not the original files but a photo of the pictures. The customer service team went above and beyond ensuring the pictures printed in best quality. They had great communication and follow up about any questions or concerns about my order. The photo frames are well built and had the hardware included to hang on the wall. I love clicking a button to place an order and receiving the photos all ready to hang! I will definitely be ordering again!

Christmas present. My daughter recently had our grandson and unfortunately, he was in the NICU for the first month. Thankfully, he is home now and in time for Christmas!! She had her picture taken in black and white holding her precious baby. I fell in love with the picture and thought it would be perfect for her for a present. I had seen the Keepsake commercial several times and thought I’d give y’all a try!! I’m so glad I did!! The framing with the mat was perfect!! It was made, packaged and shipped very quickly. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. I will be telling family and friends about this as soon as Christmas is over so my daughter doesn’t find out about her present. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

Bad Customer Service. Update at bottom: I ordered a port frame. It arrived and I loved it so much, I ordered the same photo to be printed in the ballast frame. When the ballast frame arrived there were gaps in the corners of the frame, marring from the tools they used, and the cork on the back was protruding to where you could see it from the front. I sent pictures and they immediately sent me a replacement that was also damaged. There was a dent in the frame, and there was a bubble in the paint of the frame. They said it was not significant enough that they would replace it, because they said I would be unhappy with it as well. If you sent me good product to begin with I wouldn’t be unhappy. How was I completely happy with the port frame and not the ballast frames? It was bad product, bad craftsmanship, and bad quality control. Not to mention bad customer service. I loved my port frame, and looked forward to buying many more framed photos from this company, but the bad customer service, and somehow making it my fault that I’m unhappy with the terrible quality of both ballast frames...you have lost my business. I did received a refund for the ballast frame, only after I asked for it.

Keepsake Frames. I saw a commercial on TV for Keepsake recently and decided to give it a try. I simply downloaded their app onto my iPhone, picked a photo I wanted framed, selected the frame I liked, and submitted it to them using their app on my iPhone. The app was really easy to use, and It only took minutes to place my order. Then, in just a little more than a week, my beautifully boxed, framed photo arrived at my home. I love it! The frame is a very nice quality frame, the price was reasonable, and I can’t get over how easy the ordering/payment process was. I will definitely use Keepsake again, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants any photo they choose put into a beautiful frame for a very reasonable price.

Seamless and fulfilling experience!. My great uncle and great aunt had been asking me for at least a month to place a 5x7 photo in the mail, so that they could see their great niece and how she’s growing. You would think that this is an easy task, right? I get so busy though and it took me about two weeks just to go out and remember to buy the envelope, and then who knew when I was going to find time to get to the post office and get it postmarked. To get to the point for you: I finally remembered my good friend, technology, and searched on my iPhone, but I wanted an experience that was warm and friendly; and I found it in Keepsake. A high-quality gift that didn’t take long but will warm the hearts of my relatives for years! Thank you.

Keepsake - keep being amazing!. We went to Italy this fall and wanted to have reminders of that time beyond looking at our phones or reviewing our social media posts. I think I randomly saw Keepsake on Instagram and it was SO easy to choose the frames and upload my photos. I actually couldn’t believe how simple it was! I got an email from Hannah from Keepsake a couple days later telling me one of my pics had low resolution and she asked if I could send her another choice. I emailed her another picture and she did everything - no worries on my end at all! My 4 pictures were delivered professionally wrapped in bubble wrap shortly after we emailed and they’re really beautiful! Everything about this product is exceptional. I never write reviews but happy to share this one. If you want a great customer service experience, super easy ordering and your memories set in crisp modern frames, definitely try Keepsake! (And visit Tuscany if ever get the chance :)

Memories made easily and beautifully. I needed framed photos for a family function and Keepsake made it all come together perfectly. The quality of the finished products exceeded my expectations. For example, I uploaded to Keepsake photos that were sent to me via a text message. Those photos were taken with a cellphone camera of pictures on someone’s refrigerator. Yet, the quality of the framed finished product looked like an original photograph! I can’t say enough terrific things about Keepsake, or give higher praise to those making and delivering such a fine product at a reasonable price. The photos we chose to frame are important to our family and will be proudly displayed for many more years to come. Thank you “Keepsake family”!

Best way to pull all your pictures into one!!!. This past Feb my family of 16 flew to Jamaica for a week of celebration and a lifetime of memories. Being the photographer of the family, I took A-LOT of pictures. As months went on, I was trying to figure out how to pull them all together, but also properly thank my parents for this amazing opportunity. When I came across Keepsake on Instagram, I knew right away this was it! It was so easy to throw every picture on there, pick my frame and then voila my family vacation came to life again. I also couldn’t believe how quickly it was made and shipped! The packaging was perfect and as my parents opened the beautiful shipping box, tears flooded. Thank you!!!

Customer 4 Life. This was my first purchase. I bought the canvas 16x20 photo for a present and told my friend to FaceTime me so I could see her reaction and see what the canvas looked like. She was surprised and fell in love with the gift! On the day the package was delivered it was raining, but the canvas was still in great shape. The packaging was great and I love how each canvas is made by hand. The other great touch is the card. Make sure to add a picture because the card could be a momento too! Keepsake will send you an email to help you track your package and gives you updated. They made and delivered the canvas in 5-7 business days as promised. The special touch I really appreciated was the follow up email that was sent to me directly to verify my satisfaction. The email wasn't generic (at least it didn't seem like it was) and when I responded, I got another personal reply back. Great customer service is hard to find now-a-days, but Keepsake is everything you need: great quality, selection, prices, and customer service. Keep it up!!!

We were skeptical. To be honest, we were skeptical about using this app/service. We’ve seen the commercial for years but never tried it. We wanted to send a picture from one of our phones as a gift to a relative who lives on the west coast. To print the picture, find a frame, pack and ship it seemed like a hassle, and costly. So, we decided to try Keepsake Frames. We found a frame we liked, uploaded the picture and submitted our request/purchase. The framed picture arrived on time and our relative loved it! We were especially impressed that the picture could be hung on the wall or displayed on a counter with the supplied hardware. We will definitely be using this app in the future.

Super app. I recently received my first framing job from this company and was extremely pleased. Custom framing can be very expensive especially with matting. I decided to try framing something a bit small to start with since I wanted to see the quality of work before I used them for something larger. I myself worked in custom framing for many years so I know what goes into framing a photo, and also all the smaller details of well done work. They managed to do everything really well, from the mounting of the photo to the placement within the mat, along with the smaller touches like putting a wire on for hanging rather than just a sawtooth hanger. The quality of the photo print was really good as well. Using the app itself was really easy and intuitive which helped as well. I’ll absolutely be using their services again!

Excellent customer service, on time delivery, high quality. I recently purchased a collage of photos for my son’s wedding and their customer service exceeded my expectations. One aspect that stood out to me was their attention to detail, the quality of the collage was exceptional. The photos were printed with sharpness and clarity, really bringing out the memories captured in each image. The attention to detail in the arrangement and composition of the collage was also evident, making it a beautiful piece to display. Amazing!. The frames are high quality as well as the prints. I received them very quickly and well packed to prevent them from damage. I thought the price was a little high when I ordered them, but once I received them I felt it was completely reasonable. The frames are much higher quality then ones you would by at a box store or craft store. Very solidly built and beautiful textures and colors. After I ordered them, I realized I had forgotten to check that I wanted a stand for one of them. I wouldn’t have said anything, as it was my own fault. However, when I was asked how I liked my order and I mentioned my mistake, they immediately offered to send me the stand free of charge! I will definite be using them in the future! It made getting a picture from my phone photo album to my wall one of the easiest and professional ways possible. Step 1. Sit in bed and order from my iPhone. Step 2. Wait a couple days. Step 3. Arrives ready to be hung or set on a shelf. These would be amazing gifts for parents or grandparents. Personal and high quality.

Simply The Best!. I’ve been using Keepsake for a few years now and I’ve filled my home and office with pictures from them and I can honestly say I’ve never ever been disappointed. Keepsake is professional and their work is second to none. What I really like is the customer service once I sent a photo to be framed in a large frame and I got an email from them saying that the photo would “work” but that it would be a little bit pixelated they suggested that a medium frame would look better but it’s up to me, I really appreciated that they could have just taken my money for the more expensive frame but they cared about the finished product more, that is why Keepsake is “Simply The Best” Jill SC

Great experience. A few years ago I decided to print and frame some photos. I did not do a lot of research on services, and ultimately ended up printing multiple versions of a picture to get just the right size and crop, and spent over $150 on a handful of frames. All in I probably spent over $200 and several hours framing a few pictures. I share this to compare to my experience with Keepsake. I recently placed an order from the app on my phone. The order shipped within a week. My mom received 2 photos of her granddaughter which promptly got hung on her wall. The whole experience cost me significantly less than a couple of years, the pictures look beautiful, and I spent a whopping 10 minutes making my photo selection. Grandma is also super happy to see her granddaughter every day. My wife has used Keepsake as well. She needed to update her order to expedited shipping after placing the order so it would arrive before she caught a flight. The team was attentive and rushed the order to her without any trouble. My experience with the customer service team has also been very pleasant. I strongly recommend this app to anyone who needs a quick gift idea, wants to share memories w family, or simply wants to spruce up their home. Great company.

Beautiful frames Made in the USA!. I had seen commercials on tv for Keepsake and was charmed by the owner, who seems so sincere. When my dog passed away unexpectedly, I started printing off photos of her from my iPhone, and they all looked terrible. I decided to try Keepsake and chose two special photos to frame, not knowing whether the photos would have any quality to them or not once enlarged. I don’t know how they did it, but the photos are beautiful, very crisp and clear. The frames are so nice. You can choose whether you want standing or hanging hardware on the back. Personally, I try to buy as much Made in the USA as possible, and it’s not easy to find companies who value this. I will order more from Keepsake in the future. It was a great experience, which came from a personal tragedy. I will treasure my new framed photos.

Great Customer Service!. I had read about Keepsake in a business article about the top 10 framing companies and Keepsake was listed as one of them. I had an old photograph of my Mom with her parents (who passed away) that I wanted to give to her for Mother’s Day. Every framing company online where I tried to upload the old photo could not frame it, because they said the quality was too poor. Keepsake came to the rescue and was able to frame the photograph and the photo did not look blurry upon receipt. Because of all the new policies, due to the pandemic, I started getting worried because of the shipping. I did not want to be empty handed for Mother’s Day. In a panic, I reached out to customer service and Hannah (from Keepsake) was able to explain the shipping policy and within another week, I received the frame. It came in a cute yellow shipping box. I was super excited and my Mom cried when she received the photo/frame!! Thank you Keepsake! And thank you Hannah for your quick customer support and patience with me (as a panicky customer).

Don’t waste your money!. I was excited to use their product. I sent in two pictures as a test run. I’m glad I did. Of the two pictures, one came back as my photo in a frame that anyone could find in a local discount store for $1.99 and this was the better of the two. The second picture looked great in the email they sent me of what the finished product would look like, but that is certainly not what I received. What came in the mail was a picture that looked like it had been enlarged to fit the side of a house. Then placed on that house. Then they took a picture of that to frame, and before you ask, it was for a 5x7 picture taken with an I-phone 11 so there would have been no issue with pixels. It was blurry and out of focused and to top it off, the picture that was eventually framed cut off half of the head of one of the two subjects in the picture as well as being framed in the $1.99 special, hand crafted frame.

Great App. This app produces an excellent product for a great price. Framing can add tens to hundreds of dollars to your images when you decide to frame your photography. This app makes it easy to produce quality frame images that you have from your phone. This holiday season, my wife and I decided to give out framed pictures that I took of our families this last year and we where well pleased at the quality of the product, the response of delivery. Our families loved that we gave them unique framed images. We loved the fact that we had many choices in frames and print options. We will use this app again and not just in the holiday season.

EASY PEASY!. Such an easy app to use! If you’re like me, you have a ton of pictures on your phone. With this app, you can take those special memories and put them into a frame at a very reasonable cost! There are a lot of different options available regarding frame colors and sizes. The shipping time was very quick and the frames are packaged well! The only issue we had was if you have older pictures or pictures that came from an actual camera. The pixels might not be small enough to capture good detail so they won’t print it for you. I totally understand this. They are about quality. Im assuming they don’t want to disappoint you if the picture were to come out blurry.

Exceptional quality product. My expectations were exceeded with the purchase of my first 2 framed pictures. The quality of the printed photo is top quality, the frames are beautiful (they look much better in reality than the pictures on the app), the fitting and mounting is on point, and the extra touches just really make this an outstanding experience. The frames come with a nail and mounting bracket neatly attached in a little plastic packet (such a thoughtful touch - and nobody else does this!), and there are small round corks on the frame edges to prevent sliding. The box and packaging that the frames come in speaks of so much care for the product and your enjoyment of the entire experience. I ordered photos of my dearly beloved dog who had passed recently, and feel that this company takes seriously honoring the beings I hold deep in my heart. App is very easy to use. The whole experience is highly recommended.

Big Keepsake fan!. Like many, I was negligent in keeping up with photos, framing and albums. Yet like many, I have hundreds of photos on my iPhone. Enter Keepsake. I saw a tasteful TV ad with I presume a very affable founder of this brilliant new company. Based on that the ad, I simply downloaded the app and started framing my best family photos which now fill my house with cherished memories. In addition, I purchased early holiday gifts for friends and family. The process could not be easier. You pick a frame, add your photo, edit and your done. In 7-10 days, your perfectly packed framed photo arrives at your door. I’ve now ordered over a dozen and will continue to be a loyal customer. Btw, customer service is outstanding. Hannah reached out to see how I felt about the company and even contacted me to tell me one of my choices was not up to par. As a result, she cancelled that order and I was able to pick one that was of a much higher quality. I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to help a fantastic new company that has excelled in every way. Needless to say, I highly recommend KEEPSAKE!

First time user. I have seen the commercials and all the others that claim the same service. Keepsake was miles cheaper than most and I just now gifted my first order. The frame was very well packaged and it came super fast. I know most can do their own framing but when you are looking for a truly professional piece with pictures from your phone, you cannot go wrong here. I have several other framings waiting in my cart. If I did not need larger frames, I would have all of them on the way. The customer service is absolutely wonderful. I had someone reach out to make sure everything was okay. I guarantee other competitors do not reach out asking about their product. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the price of some of the larger framings, however, I even struggle with my own reasoning. What do you pay for a piece of art work at your local stores? About the same?

Great product, GREAT Customer Service!. I have ordered several framed prints from Keepsake. The process of ordering is incredibly easy and the choice of frames vast. The workmanship is excellent and the frames are high quality. I recently placed an order for several large prints and frames. They arrived in a huge box and were encased in more bubble-wrapped than I could imagine. Despite this, the corners of all three frames were damaged. I took some photos and sent them to Keepsake. Within hours I received an apologetic email (even though it is the shipper’s fault) and an offer to re-do the work and expedite shipping. I expected them to offer a replacement because I know it’s a good company who stands behind its work, but the effort to make me happy was second to none and something Keepsake took VERY seriously. I am more than impressed and give them the highest recommendation possible. I am a customer for life!

My photos actually end up on the wall!. Now that our camera phones are so advanced, I actually take lots of pictures I consider frame worthy. Problem is, using a professional framing store is expensive and framing it yourself requires having the free time to get the photo developed and then picking out a frame. I decided to try keepsake and I’m glad I did. It was super easy to select photos from my phone, decide on what frame I wanted, and then order it. I was skeptical that it would be that good because it wasn’t very expensive (I selected one that was $32). But I was very impressed with the quality. They even have the picture wire on the back. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll be using again and would recommend to others.

Keeping Keepsake. I found the Keepsake app when I was looking for a picture framing service. I downloaded the app and placed an initial order using photos from my phone. The results were really nice! The frames came promptly and were packaged well so everything was intact. The end result looks great in the dining space of my vacation home. I liked the products so much that I placed a second order. If those work, then I will move to trying their canvas options to showcase some of my more artistic photos. I loved the many choices for frames: varied sizes, styles, materials, colors, framing options, and the ability to crop, change the picture orientation, and color tones. All of this for a reasonable price from the comfort and convenience of my couch!! And the customer service follow up was nice as well. Give this app/company a try; you’ll be pleased.

Excellent service.. I used the Keepsake App to print and frame three wildlife photos from my iPhone. Kala with Keepsake emailed to let me know that one of them was going to be pretty grainy using the size frame I chose and sent a “picture” of what it would look like. She subsequently also sent me pics of how the other two would look and suggested that all three would look better in smaller, less expensive frames. I agreed and Keepsake refunded the difference. I received the framed pictures yesterday and they look great. The experience and service was A++ and something I don’t see often enough in service based business. I ordered another framed photo yesterday as a result and look forward to receiving it.

Exceeded Expectations. All I can say is WOW! It arrived a whole two days before his birthday during this pandemic! Thank you so much! The quality of the packaging, the frame and the photo are simply stunning. It FAR exceeded my expectations! This was the first time we used your company. I was skeptical of how you could offer such low prices with high quality. I still don't know how you do it...but you did! Truly beautiful. The ease of the whole process still baffles me. It was just so simple! Your customer service was prompt, informative and polite. We now are looking at several other photos that are deserving of your frames. Thank you for FINALLY providing the world an affordable high quality option to frame loved photos.

Made my day!. I decided to frame a few of my mother’s wedding photos for her 80th bday. So I dug them out of an old album that I snuck out of her house and sent them to be digitized. By the time I got the digital files back, there was only 1 week left to have them framed. I sent them to Keepsake knowing that they would do a superb job because I have had other things framed by them. I then sent them an email saying that I would realllllly appreciate it if they could have them back to me in 6 days because her bday was on the 7th day and they emailed me back and said they’d upgrade my shipping at no cost so that we’d get them in time. And we got them with time to spare! So they clearly care about their customers. Will frame again!

Order the prints already!. I know, you’re saying to yourself, “I can get frames for the photos I have and want to display.” And maybe you believe you can do it more economically. Just order them from Keepsake now and you can check that gals off your to-do list. The Keepsake process couldn’t be easier: choose your photo, choose the size and colore and your frame and add it to your cart. Click purchase. My framed photos arrived individually wrapped (for protection) in the best box! And the frames? Beautiful. Truly. Overall, Keepsake is a great value. And the best part: I only had to click a few things on my phone. You know you want that special photo framed for your wall, so just order it already!

Very Impressed/5 star. I have been framing photographs of my past and present pets for over 30 years. I saw some great reviews for the App “Keepsake”. I decided to give it a try framing two of my dogs photographs that I took on my iPhone 14 Pro. I just received the package today and I must say I am thoroughly impressed! From the ease of using the App, selecting a frame, inserting a photograph, cropping it, the price, to the professionalism of the packaging that it was sent in I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’m a professional dog trainer and just posted on my FB page to let my clients and followers know about my wonderful experience. I just ordered 4 more 11x14 photos/frames!

Absolutely Liars, poor designers and scam artist. I went to order new frames for our pictures and when I checked out, I noticed that there were several pictures that we didn’t want in the in the choices that we wanted to frame. I immediately contacted support. It’s only a few minutes after I placed an order to let them know that these pictures were not to be included in my order. They wrote back and said that it’s impossible to remove those photos from the order because the custom frames already being built, which is a lie how can you strains be built only a few minutes after I order the frames. The pictures that we didn’t want in frames came out terrible they have very small pictures and all of the background white of the frames that looks stupid. These pictures are way too small for the background that they chose to put them in and they refuse to give me a refund I would not use this company again if my life depended upon it and they are 100% liars and it should be removed from Apple because they are terrible liar and Rick

The PERFECT Gift & SO EASY. I saw a commercial on TV for Keepsake and, rarely being able to get out and shop for gifts made trying Keepsake a no brainer. But, would it be a quality gift at a reasonable cost? The answer was yes on all counts. I was extremely glad that their products are MADE IN AMERICA! When my friend got his gift he LOVED it! ( You know they really mean it when they tell you multiple times!) The process was super easy, the variety of gifts is plentiful, the time it took for Keepsake to create the gift was exceptional and the cost was definitely reasonable. I think I’ve found one of those RARE companies with Best in Class Service (and made in America). Thank you, Keepsake, for making me look GREAT to the recipient of my gift! I’ll definitely make purchases from you again!

Love this company’s framed photos!. I am so happy to have found a responsible company that provides beautiful framed photos with such little effort on my part! It could not have been easier for me to download my photo and choose from multiple frame options including ones with mattes. I really love the simplicity of being able to gift someone a beautiful framed matted photograph that will be shipped directly to the person and I know they will receive a keepsake they will treasure! My family and I have placed multiple orders with this company and been very pleased each time. The company is very receptive to any questions and solicits feedback on orders and I feel they offer a very personal approach. Now I have a ‘go to’ gift whenever I need one and I know the recipient will be so pleased!

Outstanding experience. Ordered for the first time a couple weeks ago. I was in the middle of doing several things at once when I submitted my order. As soon as the confirmation email came through I realized I should have been paying closer attention. I shot an email out to customer support right away on a Sunday night. Explaining that I had submitted a photo with an incredibly crooked horizon line. Being a professional photographer, I knew I’d never be able to look at the photo and not be bummed out every time. By 5a.m. Monday morning a totally awesome customer support rep had already emailed back and assured me she was on the job and I could resend an edited file. She kept me up to date on the entire support process. In no time the framed pic had arrived. I was super impressed with the quality right off the bat. I had sent a cellphone file (wasn’t all too sure of what I’d get back). The print and colors looked great! The frame, well constructed and clean. Turned it all over to find a paper backing and quality hanging wire, hardware and wall protector cork had been installed. Between the immediate, involved customer service and the fantastic quality product I ultimately received, I would definitely recommend Keepsake!

Love This Company!. I generally don’t do reviews but I love this company! I literally have wanted to do a picture wall for 20 years, but was overwhelmed with the thought of picking pictures, getting prints, and then framing them in a way that would look good together. Keepsake made it so easy to switch out pictures and frames before ordering. Also the framing preview was very helpful to visualize how the finished product would look. It enabled me to try different sized frames to get the overall look I wanted. Quality of the framing was excellent. And as other posters noted, once I placed my order I had the pictures in less than a week. I did use customer service twice, and both times got Hannah who very friendly and helpful.

Framing easy as 5 stars!. I discovered the Keepsake Framing app through an IG advertisement. Framing pictures was easy. There are a plethora of framing options and size. Once you select your frame and size you can see how your frame and picture will look. The prices are reasonable consistent with other online framing services, including Walgreens. After placing my order, I received a time-limited coupon for additional orders made within two hours. I, too, am pleased to support a small business that frames in California. My only critique, albeit minor, is the only matting option is white. I hope there will be additional matte color options in the future. Finally, Hannah, from KeepSake, personally communicated with me to answer questions and checked to see how I liked my order once delivered. This personal touch was nice especially in a crowded marketplace where online services are often impersonal.

Objects are darker (and browner) than they appear!. The FAQs instruct you to “lower the brightness setting on your device to about half to have a better idea of how the image will appear in print” but that doesn’t really explain how my kids became caramel colored through the magic of Keep Sake’s process (they are not caramel colored, but it’s OK if yours are). The FAQs also indicate they will “do their best to make it right”, but when I showed them a comparison of the image I uploaded vs. a photo of their product (tough to do since taking a picture of a picture puts light back in it), they refused to accommodate my request for a brighter replacement. Maybe it’s just me, but it seems unreasonable to expect customers to “overexpose” their images in hopes that the finished product comes back at the level of brightness they expected. Instead, the framing studio should be capable of adjusting the image so it looks like what the customer put in their shopping cart, but that won’t happen here. Buyer beware!

They get a poor, and this is after I’ve used them three times now. I ordered a photo for a Christmas gift for the family, they messed it up, instead of saying they would fix it, they told me how I should fix it. I would end up taking it to Michael’s and having them fix it after paying the high price for this photo, being matted and framed I will never use them again. I might’ve thought about it because I’ve used them twice prior to this and they did OK but when I showed them what they did wrong on this gift, they turned around and told me how they would go around fixing it and they have me do so after I paid a high price for the photo, the mat and the frame, shame on them, never again!

Sloppy Delivery. I order an 11”x14” framed picture. The final product was nice, but was nearly ruined by the way the Postal Service delivered it. The product would not fit in any standard mailbox. Instead of delivering it to a covered front porch, the Postal Service left it in the driveway during a day-long, steady rain. The packaging was ruined, and it easily could have been run over or stolen while it sat in the rain for over three hours. If you want to take the chance of something like this happening to your pictures, then by all means, use this service. For me, I’ll take a pass. By the way, I sent this company two notes about this issue, but had no response from them either time.

Review of purchase. I saw Keepsake on TV and thought is would be a great idea to have a picture done as a Christmas gift for my wife. Went on the site, selected the frame and inserted my picture. Added my mailing and payment information and submitted my purchase. Process was easy with no technical issues. They promised my picture before Christmas and it arrived a week early. Picture came as I requested. Very happy with the outcome, quality of the framing and communications along the process. Am a 100 percent satisfied customer, who will be a repeat customer. I am a very critical person about good customer service, nothing to be critical about Keepsake. Wife loved the picture of our two great-grand children.

Fuss-free. I’ve been putting off printing and framing our wedding photo bec I didn’t want to just order a frame online - a lot of the times I get disappointed when I see the actual frame when it gets delivered. It either looks cheap, or the color is off. I just stumbled upon Keepsake when I was googling a printing and framing service. They were the first to come up and I saw a lot of good reviews. I checked out the competition too but Keepsake’s was the easiest to use. When my order arrived, it came in a really nice packaging and will leave you no doubt that the frame inside will not be damaged bec of a generous heaping of bubblewrap. So happy I chose the option of including a special picture with note and sent it directly to my mom-in-law, she was delighted with the gift. 😊 Would definitely use Keepsake again! 😊

Go Elsewhere!. I saw commercials for keepsake and figured I’d give it a shot—big mistake. First, the picture quality was extremely poor. I wanted to get a medium sized frame but was essentially told that in order to get good picture quality I would need to order a small. Okay, no big deal, right? Wrong! The picture quality on the small sized canvas was atrocious. The photo was blurry and splotchy. If keepsake just informed that my photo could not be produced at a good quality, I would have had no qualms. However, they gave the impression that my photo (on a small canvas) would be high quality. Unfortunately, it was not. Second, I ordered a walnut frame. Well, upon delivery the frame had a sliver wood half hanging off on one of the edges. Additionally, the wood felt hollow and very cheap. For $50 and a very small frame, this was very disappointing as well. Will not be using this app again. If your standards are remotely high, I suggest finding an alternative place.

Wow!. Our son sent us a picture with his friends while on vacation in the mountains. One photo was so incredibly beautiful that we wanted to frame it for the four of them to have as a special memory of their time together. Decided to try Keepsake framing because we’d heard positive comments. It was easy to pick a frame, matting (don’t have to mat but we decided to do so), and then see what the finished framed picture would look like. It was easy to use the app, and the framed pictures were beautiful. Pictures came with appliances to hang or sit on a flat surface, so that additional step was already done. From a service standpoint, we were notified of every step of the process AND the pictures arrived by the time they arrived home. Highly recommend!

High Quality and Exceptional Customer Service!. I have a newborn and wanted to frame some pictures of her for the family as gifts for Christmas. Clearly that’s tough when you have a little one, and I found Keepsake on Instagram and thought I would give them a try. Not only is the framing and craftsmanship beautiful but their customer service is top notch! I saw that there was a Holiday Discount AFTER I purchased the frames, so I emailed customer service and Hannah got back to me right away and honored it for me! It’s also a small business so who doesn’t want to support the entrepreneurial spirit! I would just make sure to look at the dimensions of the frames as they vary under the small, medium and large categories.

Love my picture!!!. The Keepsake app is SO easy to use and there’s such a wide variety of options that expand depending on the picture size you select; anything from a basic canvas piece to an ornate gold frame for the eclectic folks out there (hi! 👋 haha). The pricing is really reasonable, but when that happens, obviously I become slightly concerned about the quality of the product I’ll receive. However, in this case I gambled- threw that pic in the cart then kept my fingers crossed hoping that whatever showed up didn’t look like something my nephew printed off and hammered together in the garage. So the day it arrived, I was so excited to open that box, but was equally as nervous and I must say......I was shocked. It was SO well put-together and the photograph looked really professional- way better than what I submitted. These guys know what they’re doing- that’s for sure! And oddly enough I came across Keepsake right when I was starting to put together a framed picture collage wall so now.......I have 6 more in the cart. Not even joking. Lol. Oh! Big Smiley Face Emoji!. A Keepsake ad popped up on my Facebook and, on a whim, I downloaded the app. It looked good so I decided to give it a go with one photo. It was easy to use and the options were easy to follow. I chose a picture from my iPhone not really expecting it to come out so well on a large print. Well, I am so pleased with the result! The print is great and the frame itself is also better than I expected. It feels like it’s handmade with care rather than mass produced like so many of the other photo companies online. I’m also please to discover that Keepsake is a small company with real people that seem to care about having a happy customer. I definitely be will be ordering more frames.

Love Keep sake. I ordered some photo and frames only a week before Father’s Day, I was amazed that they arrive in time. The quality of the frame is beautiful and the photos did not pixelate when blown up which was fantastic. It is well packaged so limit to no risk of damage. Great idea!. Such an easy way to keep a snapshot of memories all in one place. I’ve been using Keepsake to document all our major family holidays and the photos keep the memories alive. Only downside - editing text on collage frames once done seems to be impossible - had to create from beginning in order to change the caption. But apart from that - love it!

Fantastic customer service!. I have to say I am so impressed with keepsake as a business. I ordered prints last Xmas from them, and I was very happy with the outcome. I down loaded the app and I decided to order some more, this time for me and my newly built home. It took me a long time to decide which photos I wanted, but once I did I placed the order. So easy! With my busy life I missed the email saying your order has been delivered, ( this was about a week after I placed my order)….about a month later I realised my order hadn’t arrived. I looked back on my emails and realised I had put down the wrong address. Doing some chasing around I found out that my order had been returned back to keepsake. I contact keepsake and told them of my mistake and they found my delivery. They quickly sent my prints to me, taking only a week. I am so thankful to them and it was my stupid mistake… I would give keepsake 10 out of 10 if I could…. They were so helpful and most of all, l love my photos!

Keepsake is fantastic. I love pictures on my wall, they warm a room and present good memories. But, finding the time to go and print photos then find the right frame is difficult. Solution is a great service called Keepsake. Quick, easy and very efficient is the Keepsake app. Just click on the photo you want framed and choose the right frame then a high quality framed photo arrives at your door a few days later. Quality is excellent, price is a bit more than doing it yourself but is compensated by the convenience. 10 out of 10 from me.

Huge order delivered fast!. We recently ordered 37 prints ranging in sizes of our trip around the country, it was a bit daunting entrusting this company with our memories and our money, but we had constant updates about processing times and shipments and the boxes were delivered in a very short amount of time! After opening the first box, all anxiety was gone! Beautifully made and packed with such care, recommended to all our family and friends and what a great idea for gifts delivered to your loved ones doors! Incredible app. I’ve tried buying cheap frames and even pricey frames and self framing. I’ve ordered a couple of times from this app and the quality couldn’t be better. There’s a free personalised card with each order and little dots that stop the corners marking the wall and their customer support is unmatched. And you’re supporting Australian business. I couldn’t recommend this app more highly.

Keepsake Australia thumbs down - 3weeks+ and still waiting. The app is easy to use and quality of print has been good however I have used their service two times with below average results. First time they printed one of my 4 prints the wrong way around (though once I let them know of issue they handled it professionally and sent me out a correct version very quickly). My main issue is with my next order however as it has been a dismal experience... it has been over three weeks since ordered and I have yet to get a notice it has been printed despite faq saying this happens within 4 business days. I have followed up twice and have been told it is holiday season and their employees are on break... I can understand but where is the notification or communication? Really poor and won’t be using them again and won’t be recommending them after this bad experience.

Too Easy. This app is great, especially for busy people that never find the time to actually go and develop digital phone photos. Then frame the photos in a quality frame with a back wrap and wire hanger. There profits cannot be too high because to do all this on your own, with quality stuff would cost damn near as much as you’re paying Keepsake. And they’re Canadian 🇨🇦

Great App. Easy to use.. I took a chance on this app and it didn’t disappoint. I input the photos I wanted, chose the frames and in 3 days I had the finished product. The frames were very good quality as was the production of the photos. I have recommended it to many friends who have also used it and have been as happy as I was.

Not Great. It was a bit expensive, the frame is plastic and the mat was cut and installed crooked. If it was cheap I wouldn’t have complained.

Perfect Framing. We recently had two photographs enlarged and framed by Keepsake. The pictures came out spectacular and so tidy looking. The glass is perfect too. No glare just clear! I also like that they added a section where you can put a title or name underneath picture. We did this with one of our pics and it looks sharp.

Spectacular quality!. I found the app through an Instagram ad, and saw all the great reviews so I decided to take the plunge with three large framed photos. I’m SO glad I did. The quality is AMAZING, both the frames and the photo prints. They even included a little picture hanger with each frame: what a lovely touch. The cost is a fraction of what I’d have paid for traditional custom framing. Between the quality, the ease and the convenience, I’m a total convert. I’m pretty sure I’ll be going to Keepsake for 100% of my photo-framing from now on.

Treasured travel photos. I recently had 3 photos framed and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Recent picture experience. I recently ordered two framed pictures after the loss of our family dog. As many know, losing a pet is a horrible experience and the period of emptiness after the loss is awkward and difficult. I ordered my pictures the day after our loss and in less than a week had the most amazing framed pictures on my door step. The speed and ease of the process was amazing. Lovely Frame & Swift Delivery. First, I must say the website is super easy and convenient to use as you can try different frames out and see how it looks with the different prices. Ordered it as a gift for a friend and they called to say how much they loved it and how their baby sees the family portrait frame and smiles. Keepsake is perfect. I’ve often wondered why I can’t order regular picture prints straight from my Photos app until I stumbled upon Keepsake’s well placed Instagram ad and it all came together. While I couldn’t order regular prints, I could order framed photos, which make an amazing gift to commemorate friendship, a thank-you, celebration and everything in between. The app downloaded without a hitch, the frames arrived within a mere few days from being ordered, and the price is right. Order a few at a time to cut down on shipping costs...and the customer service is very friendly and responsive. Basically, Keepsake is awesome.

Very streamlined and easy to use. For a lazy guy like me these were a great investment. I wanted a change of scenery and always liked the scattered picture look so randomly ordered 13 of varying sizes. FYI, the resolution of the photo you want to frame impacts the size. A lot of my pictures that I wanted were taken years ago on lower quality cameras so most fell into the “small” category which ultimately turned out fine as the matted frames gives the picture more “gravitas” since it takes up more real estate on the wall. My large scenery photos were done on a Go Pro so those were the only ones I ordered as “large”. I was very pleased with the results.

Amazing! Soooo Happy!!. After listening to the ads on Sirius XM radio for quite some time, I finally pulled the trigger. My daughter sent me an absolutely gorgeous photograph, a candid, one that cried out to be framed at once. I knew that if I waited, I would never get to the store to download the photograph, to print it out, to find the frame, and to mail it to her. So the perfect time to try to keep sick! And they’re not kidding, literally 3 to 7 minutes later, I was done. Found the perfect frame, entered the address, and within the week my daughter was surprised frame of this great photograph. Wonderful way to display photos. I wanted a large picture display for over my sofa, but dreaded going through all of the work. Finally decided to give Keepsake a try. And what a good decision that was! The whole process is so easy. They had design templates that really helped, so I didn’t have to figure out what would work best. Ordered a 10 picture display of various size photos. Each pic was printed and beautifully framed. Received all of the carefully packed pictures in about a week. I will definitely use Keepsake again!!

Amazing Quality. I ordered the small canvas as a “test”. Shipping was awesome and I had it within a week. When it arrived, I was blown away by the quality. Canvas was wrapped perfectly around the frame. They even put two rubber dots on the bottom rear, so when you have it, it hangs even on the wall. The picture quality is unbelievable, the colors were vibrant and looked just like it did on my phone. One thing I really love is that the app will tell you if the picture you want to use won’t work, whether it be size or quality. By far the best service like this I have ever used. Would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Professional Photos. Creating beautiful photos from my iPhone was easy. The app allows you to edit the pictures in order to find the product perfect for the look you are trying to achieve. My framed photos arrived quickly. The frames were good quality and no one will ever be able to tell I took the photos from my phone. I was shocked when the company reached out to me to make sure I was pleased with my order. You do not get that kind of attention anymore and it was lovely! Memories. I was skeptical at first but order two pictures of my husband and granddaughters when they were born. Well they were matted and framed beautifully. So easy!. I (probably like lots of people) have a ton of pictures on my phone and some of them aren’t half bad. I always had intentions of taking some of these great memories and putting them up on the wall, but getting these framed especially always seemed to be a hassle. This app is awesome. I picked two of my favorites as a trial and picked the small frame. They came in about a week the checkout buying process is super simple and the prints, framing, and mounting were high quality. Very happy and if you’re lazy but like pictures / photos as gifts or even to capture memories this is a great app / service.

Keepsake is GREAT!!. I highly recommend having your photos framed at Keepsake! They do a perfect job and make the process so easy to complete. Just a few clicks and you are done. They also have a lot of frames to choose from, a style for everyone. I had a question during the process and was promptly replied to by a very nice person, not a robot. The photo I had framed was a gift for my sister and she loved it! Such a great way to send a present when you don’t want to leave your house (even if you do!). SO pleasantly surprised!. The process was so simple that I had really low expectations. I was sure it would be a low quality print in a cheap frame poorly assembled. Was I ever wrong! Rarely have I ever been so pleased with the workmanship from an online vendor. The prints made my photos look wonderful. The framing was high quality, and the little details! The frames were wired and ready to hang and a high quality picture hook and nail were included! The day after my first two prints arrived I ordered a third. Simple and beautiful. I’ve been needing to get some pictures framed for a while, and it’s been one of those things that never made it to the top of my to do list. This app advertised to me and I wondered what the quality would be like, but I thought I would give it a try. I ordered six framed photos. There were enough frame choices that I felt like I could choose frames to match the pictures, but not so many options that I felt lost. Just about right. Prices were reasonable. They were around $39-79 each, for good sized framed and matted prints. It could probably be done cheaper if I wanted to do it myself, but I felt like they saved me enough time and driving and hassle and shopping and the quality was nice enough that I feel like it was worth what I paid. The app itself is really easy to use. They have some nice preset filters you can use if you want. I contacted their customer support about something and they were quick to respond and helpful. I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future!

I finally turned a phone pic into a wall picture!. This was so fun and easy that I finally turned a phone pic into a wall picture that has become a conversation piece above our mantle. I’m hooked. So far I’ve ordered twice, but I will order collages for my sisters to remember our recent vacation together. I love how the app only allows me to choose the sizes that make my picture look great based on my original picture quality. I would like more color choices for matting and a non-glare glass choice but the ease of use for this App, speedy delivery and high quality of the finished products have sold me.

WHAT BEAUTIFUL WORK. I had never ordered framing online before, and initially, was quite hesitant to use an online framing company to handle framing my most treasured photographs. However, being 100% disabled and not being able to go to a framing shop to take care of framing the photographs that I am planning to give to my sisters for Christmas, I thought that I’d give Keepsake one try and if disappointed in the work, I’d never do so again. WHAT A SURPRISE! Their work is exemplary to say the least. I guess the proof is in the pudding! Here I am writing this review after ordering framing for two more of my most treasured photographs.

Best Ever. Recently, had a collage framed, from assorted photos over the last year I have been working for a specific medical clinic. After seeing commercials, on CNN, I downloaded the app, picked out 20 photos and hit send. As the commercial says, you will have it in two days. Mine was scheduled for 5, but received 3 days after. The results were incredible. I will be using Keepsake for holiday gifts, this year. Lots of frame sizes, lots of different frame materials. This company is innovative and puts out a promised, quality product.

Very pleased with framing. I had 3 pictures of my daughter’s engagement pictures framed by Keepsake after seeing their ad on TV. They did a beautiful job and the process couldn’t be easier. I even accidentally ordered the wrong frame on one and after emailing, I received a prompt reply that the frame color had been changed. All 3 looked perfect and they have all the hardware needed to hang the frames. I will be using them again and recommend them highly. It is a perfect way to get those digital pics off your phone, framed and on the wall where you can enjoy them!

I had photographed the most beautiful sunset and used Keepsakes to turn it into a framed picture or “wall art”. The picture came out wonderfully and the frame was of good quality. Excellent quality. I use this app for the first time and sent in a Beach landscape picture I had taken on my iPhone 8 and had it blown up two 11 x 20. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the print and the custom work of the framing. My wife was shocked that it wasn’t more expensive for the product that it was. The picture and the frame looks like something you would’ve bought in an art store in the packaging was very creative and professional as a gift. Would highly recommend and will use again.

An Easy Five Stars!. I had a great first experience with Keepsake! They had many options for frame types, colors sizes and mats, as well as a really quick production turn around and shipping. I ordered Monday morning and the gift was received by Friday afternoon. The frame, print and mounting was beautiful and the option to add a card (with a photo on the card too) was a great extra touch for sending a gift. Their prices were lower than the other framing app service I usually use and they had a better selection of frames (that's initially why I tired them). I will definitely use Keepsake again!

Thankful. I spent a couple hours going through various photo apps trying to put together and updated grouping of my children’s pictures to put on display in my office and living room. So I wanted quality pics as well as frames at a fair and reasonable price. This growing company’s app was super easy to navigate and play around with so that I had good understanding of what I was buying. The process was fantastic after I purchased because I had a real human take the time to email me with some suggestions to make my order look better, as well as gave me heads up as to how the delivery was going. The morning the pictures arrived, I got another email asking how the product came out. Just a refreshing feel from the robotic online purchasing process we all have grown used to... The prices are fair and the product is fantastic. I think you might be able to find less expensive options, however I feel you also might sacrifice quality and experience. Everything you hope it will be!. Keepsake is amazing! I’m a natural skeptic, and I was so delighted and impressed. They showed such a level of attention to detail that is not often seen. I feel like I can’t do them justice in a review. I ordered several framed prints from their “small” options. The wooden frames are real wood. They’re beautiful and quality! The matting is perfectly cut and framed. The hanging hardware is also good quality and neatly wired. They even included a hanging hook and nail for each one! I really just can’t say enough good about the quality. I’m so impressed! I snap most of my photos with my older phone (iPhone 5S), so I wasn’t sure what kind of quality to expect. The prints are great though! They even have good clarity in the larger small sizes I bought (e.g., 11”). I was so delighted, I made a second order right after my first one arrived! And I will definitely continue printing and displaying my photos with Keepsake! If you’re still hesitating...go for it! You won’t be disappointed!

Framed picture. The service I received from Keepsake was outstanding from start to finish. The photo quality of my picture wasn’t great for the large size I ordered, so they contacted me to see if I wanted a refund or to have a smaller size. I chose the smaller size and Hannah put together some options for me to choose, I picked one and they refunded me the difference. She checked in to let me know it shipped and then again to see if I was satisfied with everything. The photo quality, frame and framing was excellent. Highly recommend, Will definitely order from them again.

Responsive/Lovely work. When my mother passed a few years back I wanted pictures of her everywhere. I didn’t have the mindset/energy to go to the store and frame things. So, I placed my first order here. It was so easy in the app and I could actually see what the pics would look like in different frames without the footwork. On delivery everything was neatly packaged and ready to hang. Fast forward to now and my partners mother has passed away due to Covid. We knew who to reach out too! I had some questions about sizing and color. The staff emailed me back immediately and thoughtfully attended to all my concerns. So grateful for this company and this service.

Anniversary Gift. I bought a handmade frame from Keepsake a week ago. I had a picture of my boyfriend and I framed and sent to his office as an anniversary gift. My boyfriend and I have been dating for four years and have overcome numerous obstacles together this past year (pandemic, living together, near-death motorcycle accident, etc.) Therefore, I thought a picture of us would be nice to have a reminder on his desk every day:) Needless to say, he loved the gift! The members at Keepsake were so sweet and helpful when it came to my order! I highly recommend this company when it comes to framing your favorite memories.

Framing done right!. Saw an add on TV for the app Keepsake and decided to try it out. I uploaded 4 pictures and then chose a frame - matting and size. They arrive within 2 weeks of my order(surprisingly) and are beautiful! I am really, really pleased with the quality of both the photos and the frames. It is very professionally done! The price was more than reasonable too - better than I would have gotten at a store. I highly recommend Keepsake. I will definitely use the app again when I want something professionally framed.

Love the canvas wraps especially. My only gripe is that it is much easier to compose photos on a computer than on the phone and your website is limited in that I can only compose photos for canvas replications on your mobile app. I think you could well reconsider introducing your canvas wraps to your Internet website. If we could submit edited photos from a computer website, I believe that the canvas prints would be striking — even more than they already are. Please consider. And I definitely think that once you got that going, you’d bring in more business. Except for that one issue, great stuff!

Happy Mom From NY. My son was recently married and of course soooo many pictures taken with such a joyous event! Oh my goodness!. Where has this been my whole life??? Keepsake was recommended by a magazine article. I was returning home from vacation and thought I would give it a try. I purchased a picture for our friends. I received an email notification that the frame I picked didn’t allow the best clarity of my picture—-and they offered a very similar frame that would make it perfect. (Same price). It looks great—- and what service to boot. It would have been so easy for Keepsake to say ‘good enough’ and not take the extra step to make it perfect. Their prices are fair. LOVE this app! Really pleasantly surprised!!. I loved the premise, so decided to trial run a few of my favorite travel pics off my phone.. ordered different type and size frames.. wasn’t expecting much since prices are so affordable. The results blew me away! Great pictures with great quality frames, totally ready to hang! (Delivered well-packaged in a little over a week.) I’ve now ordered 15 more for our “travel” wall! It’s a very user-friendly app with a great variety of frames. It also has a nice feature that guides me as to the right-size frame and totally prevents me from ordering a size that won’t result well due to resolution of the original picture. Next up.. “family wall!”

First time, long time!. I first used Keepsake a few weeks ago just to see how they performed. The first picture and frame arrived just as advertised! I was so impressed with the ease of their website and the selection of frames, that I doubled down and doubled my next order! Wow! What a great experience! I HIGHLY recommend Keepsake for all of your Family portraits, or like me, just any portraits that you want to display without having to run all over town, printing your memories and then going through the process of picking out the right frames. Great customer service and beautiful product. I was having issues with the photo I wanted to have framed (it was very pixilated to begin with) and Hannah helped me re-size it so the app would allow me to have it framed and she suggested the size frame that would work the best. I’m very happy with how it turned out and would recommend this app. I loved the variety of frames, it was simple to order and my experience with customer service was lovely. Awesome pictures at affordable prices!. It’s now easier than ever to turn your favorite smartphone photos to beautiful framed pictures! My husband and I are really happy with how the pictures turned out. The medium and large hanging picture frames are perfect for your blank walls and the small ones make nice standing frames. The only drawback is that you’ll probably have too much fun going through your photos and turning them to framed pictures! Forget the expensive professional photographers and the even more expensive frames! The pictures you’ll make are even more special because you took them yourself.

Great product!. I ordered a large photo frame in the middle of the Covid shutdowns, but this company kept in contact me the whole time letting me know the status of my order. I appreciated not being left in the dark. Upon its arrival I received email regarding if I was happy or not. That, too, is a nice sign from a company to me. It shows that they appreciate each sale/customer. Along with their customer service, the product itself is wonderful! Couldn’t have asked for a more sturdy, but also beautiful frame. Very much worth the price & wait! Will for sure be ordering more =)

Exceeded my expectations!!!. I ordered 2 large, I medium, and 1 33 picture collage. I saw their ad on tv and wanted to get some of my pictures in my cell phone matted and framed. Very easy app to use. Great display of what they would look like. The collage compiled the pictures automatically. I was so excited to see how professional they were done. Beautiful. Carefully packed. Reasonably priced. I will use them again. Besides the beauty of the photos is having my family get up close to the collage to check out the pictures. Priceless. I’m a customer for life!

Just Do It. We all take hundreds of photos on our phones, but taking the time to print them (not great usually) or have them printed professionally and frame them just doesn’t happen as much as I intend. Keepsake let’s me just get it done in 5 minutes and I have absolutely loved the quality and look of everything I’ve framed. I haven’t analyzed costs, but the benefits of having these beautiful framed photos around the house, has been enormous. These moments get lost in a digital morass, so when you love one, just frame it. You will NEVER regret it.

Wow. I am so delighted with this product! From the very first click the process was so quick and easy. I especially appreciated not having to create an account with by answering 1 million questions before I even got started. I simply clicked on the photos I wanted to preserve, chose the size and matting format, and the frame, I paid with PayPal or Apple Pay, and voilà a few days later I received my stunning framed photos. The quality is superb and very boutique. The frames are gorgeous with a sealed bag beautiful hanging wire and even a picture hanger included. I can’t recommend highly enough check it out!

Great for gifting!!!. I have ordered gifts from keepsake a few times & have been so happy! I was going to order the prints, buy the frames & assemble myself but the quality of the products from keepsake is so much better & the ease of shipping directly to the recipient is so stress free. Additionally I had tried to order a particular print from a drugstore photo dept and the people on the edges off the photo kept getting cut off even tho they were in the photo parameters??? When I tried to re-order with the help of an associate it still cut them off! I ordered the same photo from keepsake it was exactly like the photo I had taken!

Fantastic!!. The wife and I were having margaritas and going through pics we had and she’s like “oh, I want that one framed”..and “oooh, I want that one framed”..we’ve seriously been looking for picture frames for like a month..not to mention having not printed a single one..so we had another drink and said “let’s do that keepsake thing”..we picked out a pic that I snapped of our son in Cocoa Beach..have only seen it on a phone..she picked out a frame..it only took a couple of days..the product is amazing!!..the pic looks beautiful..the frame is top notch well assembled and comes with mounting hardware..great job guys!!!..can’t wait to do another!!!..

I wasn’t sure how good the quality of the frame and picture would be - but I wanted something for father’s da gift so I tried Keepsake (I knew there are other services like mixed tile and framebridge, but I liked Keepsake’s app UI the best), so I gave it a try - it was pricy when you compare to your DIY framing, but oh my, it was so easy to make the frame ordered, and click click click, then it got delivered at the doorstep! Bonus point for giving us the tool to hang on the wall, makes it sooooo easy to put them on! I’m sure I’ll use it again😊

Perfect. This is the most convenient way to purchase quality (handmade) framed prints. I ordered two frames as gifts for family. The ordering process took less than 5 minutes! The frames arrived 4 days after the order was placed. I was extremely pleased with the quick turnaround. The frames are beautiful, practical, built to last but not bulky, and I love that. Big shoutout to the team at keepsake for their exceptional customer service. They reached out personally to see if I was happy with the order. It’s a rarity for other businesses to do the same, but for keepsake it’s a norm. Needless to say, the app will remain on my phone as I will be ordering more in the future. Keep up the great work!

They know what they are doing!. The web page is remarkably easy to review different options and begin the processing. It takes just minutes and the return photo is just what you hoped for. But this part is interesting. I sent in a photo to be placed larger and more expensive frame. They then got backed to me advising that this particular photo would look more appealing in a smaller, less expensive frame. That little episode shows the concern Keepsake has for providing the very best product to its customers.

Even moved my husband!. My husband is impossible to buy for, but Keepsake made it super easy and fast for me to give my husband a quality gift that I know he will cherish for a very long time. My husband is a wonderful, but stoic guy. I was looking for a thoughtful gift for him, so I picked out two special photos to have framed. Unfortunately I did it at the last minute, but they arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. He was so moved he couldn’t speak. It was the best gift I’ve given him in a long time. My son is asking when I’m going to get him some Keepsake photos.

Very Pleased!. I posted a cute photo of my new kitty on Facebook. My talented friend saw the photo and drew it for me. I absolutely loved the picture she drew and the style of it. Without the original drawing but I knew I wanted to frame and hang it in my home. I did a google search for online framing and found Keepsake. I downloaded the app and picked out a flattering black frame. Within no time it arrived at my house. I was very pleased with the quality of the print, matte and frame! And it shipped so quickly. The price was very reasonable. It even came with the hardware to hang it. I will definitely keep the app and will be using it again soon.

Very good and efficient way to frame your pictures. The app is very seamless, you do not need and account, you pick up photo from your phone or other services then select the type of frame. The app will not allow you to print in a size that will produce bad pictures. The printing are in glossy paper very good quality. The frame are great and came in three days in NYC. I recommended this service to my friends. The only drawback is that the glass used for the frame get too much reflects. I’m looking forward this new option they are working on to provide anti-reflect glass! Meantime I enjoy my beautiful pictures every day !
