William hill. Very smooth betting site. I have been using it for at least 10 years now and it just gets better and better with every update

too many glitches. They did modernize the app, but it still needs lot of work a lot of glitches on the app, including live, score updates being very slow including time as well. Lost so many bets due to this and their customer service will just read you a prepared script when you reach out and don’t help at all. Have to repeatedly close and restart to see what’s going on in real time and their excuse is “ scores in app are provided by 3rd party and we aren’t responsible “ … are u serious?

What it Takes !. Hello, I’ve been with WilliamHill Sports App since the very beginning. I’ve enjoyed the App for what it was at the time, Revolutionary! Better than expected. This totally different version gives you more options to tell you that you don't know anything about sports. Very easy to use

Best Sportsbook App in the Valley. HUGE update. It addressed all of the major concerns + added some additional value with other improvements that I didn’t know it needed. 10/10 would recommend this platform to any serious Live sports bettor. The game tracker is amazing and the amount of games that the app offers is the best in the city. What other book is covering all of the soccer games along with Polish hockey? Bravo William Hill, please don’t change.

Review. Getting easy to navigate and improved customer service also adding better parlay options to keep in line with other online sport books

Progress upgrade. While the down time wasn’t optimal it was short. The new and improved look should be competitive with the more progressive betting sites as well as attractive. Let’s just hope the best odds trend continues with William Hill.

Little Confusing. I have used the William Hill service online Since 2013 I have always liked it but now they don’t have the Parlay Cards and it is not user friendly at first Once you get the just of it it is pretty easy But still waiting for the Parlay cards to be put on

Big change. My respects, the app has finally got that feel. Although it might be too early to tell, I feel that the changes made during the update, give this bookie an actual chance to compete with others in the state.

Could be a really good bet app if they added cash out early. The interface is perfect outside of a few bugs that apps the app down it really is the best sports app just missing a cash out early option but that’s Vegas they don’t care

9/10 Rating. I like the new update but all it needs is the bar that moves showing if your pick has hit or not. Except for just put “W” when you when win, have the in game bar showing how many points the player is short or yards the player is short. Other then that I like it much better.

Great update . Huge difference. I never had many big issues with the William Hill app before but now I’m in awe sitting here scrolling through the app and I just thought to myself “wow , I love this update” so much I had to come to the reviews and to let everyone know this is an app worth being invested in . Great job to William hill on the changes made .

Sports book on the go. I’m an avid better and there were times I couldn’t get a bet in because of the lines at the sportsbook. Now that William Hill has incorporated live bets with the in-play I never miss a betting moment. It is so awesome to be able to bet whenever, wherever with this Sportsbook on the go.

Always a issue happening. This app constantly crashes and when you go to get your money from the sports book their system so happens to have crashed. Horrible betting app

Horrendous Website !!!. In-Play betting is not always available as with most sites. There app doesn’t show you how much you have in undecided and outstanding bets. Very limited action/prop bet options on games/matches. Parlay tickets don’t show how much you win on open tickets. All in all this site is archaic and out of date. MGM Bets will put a hurting on William Hill if they don’t catch up soon.

New App Bugs. Ever since they updated to this new platform. Which they essentially just copied out of state platforms like draftkings without offering the same variety of wagering. The amount of issues it has is absurd. You click on a drop-down menu to view different wagers and it immediately disappears. I can’t even view a whole list because it constantly disappears and I have to go back into it. Incredibly frustrating. Nevada once was the Mecca of sports betting and now we lag behind every other state that offers sports betting. Ridiculous.

Fun Fun Fun. I really enjoy the app. Makes watching the games a lot more exciting. I’ve been a member for four or five years now I’ve had to call customer service. They’ve always been very helpful so great app I recommended.

Love the Updated version!. I love the variety of bets available. My favorite part is that I can load my account with my bank info or debit card, it really makes for a huge convenience. One thing I wish it had still was the 1/2 point Parlay cards & Teaser parlay cards, but I can tease the points to how I want it so it’s like a wash on that.

New user. Extremely fast and efficient to download & make first bet. Lines are the most fair I've seen. Got Spieth at 20 to 1 to win Masters after day 1 vs others at 12-1. In Play betting during games is a real "game changer"

Learning the new process. I’m still in the process of learning how this app works learning how to navigate through the app as I was so a custom to using the old way. That seemed really simple. However, I do understand this new way gives me much more options so it’s a work in progress, but I’ll get there.

#Sliving. Love this sports betting app so much. I can place my bets in the comfort of my own home. I new to this so hopefully I win big. Download this app if you love to sports bet. It’s easy to use and easy to get verified. There are places across the city that can help you get verified if you need it.

William Hill has gotten better.. So happy with the same game parlay options. App can still be clunky and slow 15 minutes - 30 minutes before any given game time. William Hill has become my number 1 used Sportsbook.

So much better. This app is night and day better than the previous. They are going in the right direction. Not as good as DraftKings yet. But infinitely better than the previous. Kudos to the developers UI and UX.

Love the update. Fantastic job on the update. Format is amazing and clean. I’m a huge soccer fan. I appreciate the new leagues I can bet on. Furthermore, my only request would be the opening lines. Would it be possible to see where the soccer spread opened? Having the option of seeing where it opened and closed would be such a game changer. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take this into consideration. Thank you and keep up the good work

Don’t use them. Absolute trash. It’s been well over A MONTH I’ve been trying to get my account set up. 14 emails sent only 2 emails they responded to, I’ve asked for updates, I’ve sent question marks since they’ve gone unrespinded to, and nobody replies. I have called customer service 7 times and they just can’t get it right, my account still isn’t set up, they say they “will escalate the matter to rush my account to be set up.” And still nothing. What’s so hard to reply to an email? What’s so hard to get my account set up?!

Love it. One of the first time I’ve probably said this but the update to this app is actually great! Way better everything you need is in the app don’t have to leave it to check scores or anything!

Finally!!!. Live in NV and have been jealous of all the other states playing FanDuel and DraftKings. A very much improved from the old outdated app. Still some improvements need to be made (like early cash out) but overall, very nice!!

The app. The app has improved 10 times better like the fact that you can use your atm card on the app to place bets just need to put more players for player points on the app

Good Customer Service. The new system is great. It lets you pick your spread and offers in-game nearly all the time. Best of all, I had a password problem during the Super Bowl once. I figured there’s no way they can help me right away. They sure did. Top level service.

Finally a good app. The newest update is incredible. Lots of choices, visually pleasing. Hopefully it holds up when it matters, as crashing has plagued this app in the past during high demand. Quick update, the app has held up SO WELL!!!! It’s amazing. I had been craving DK but it’s not available in my state. Now, I don’t feel like I need it!!!! Great job!!

By FAR the best app for Nevada. YOU WILL NOT REGRET GOING FOR THIS SPORTSBOOK COMPARED TO THE OTHERS. Options are very limited here in Nevada and out of the few that do work, this is BY FAR the best Sportsbook to use. Lines are fair and the SGP's are perfect. Betmgm(Nevada) and other Sportsbooks here in the state don't even allow for SGP's. My only wish is that they had more Alt's for the NBA like they do for the NFL, but as I've stated before, this minor complaint compared to the other Sportsbook is like a grain of salt. THIS AND CAESAR's ARE THE APP's TO USE.

Legit. Great legit sportsbook. If you a first timer you can make some safe bets. If you want to bet professionally and make this a career you are going to need a data optimizer or analytics tool. Amazing betting platform 10/10 highly recommended

New Update Same Old App. This App has been antiquated forever. Shocking that the largest sports betting company would allow themselves to hold on to such a terrible and ancient programmed app for so long. Well here comes the update with all its bells and whistles. New look, new platform, what could go wrong! App is definitely a step above what came before but just don’t expect to be able to use any of the services without running into a litany of technical issues. I seriously doubt they had many users test and then troubleshoot any user issues they had. And don’t try to withdraw any money from the application because you will be approached by a message of “please enter valid credentials for us to verify” over and over and over again. App is an upgrade on the surface but at the heart of it, its the same old application and effort put forth by William Hill. Sad for such a prestigious company.

William Hill doesn’t care about its customers. I have been trying to change my phone number for 2 weeks since they started that send a verification to your number to your account. I send email after email & they keep saying they haven’t received it. I HATE the new William Hill app & soon as my preseason bets are all done I’m done with William hill & I’m going to MGM from here on out. I’m mass because I’ve been ONLY William Hill for Years now they treat me like I don’t exist so I’m done

My favorite mobile Betting app. I am so glad that I ever signed up for the mobile wagering program. It has been so convenient to be able to place a net from the comfort of my home or work. I took a break from betting for a few seasons and now I’m only having a little bit of trouble learning how to navigate the new updated system from the one I was previously used to. It’s a small issue compared to not being able to get any wagers in due to my location or transportation situations.

The gold standard. I’ve been a William Hill fan for years, and I really liked their previous app. The new is excellent, and it has the look of the actual sports book. It took some getting used to, but it is very user friendly. Also, William Hill customer service is second to none.

Great betting app for LV locals. There’s a few bugs and glitches here and there but nothing too unbearable. I’m pleased with the app nonetheless and gives you a lot of different parlays to build. Y’all will love the app as long as you’re winning something sometimes lol

Love Williams hill. It still has allot of things to work out. The app continue to re boot while betting…during live betting the score isn’t updated with the live…it would be nice to be able to bet all the half games in one location for half time betting…Love the app…THANK YOU.

Great Improvement!. I used William for years, then left last year during football playoffs because the app was horrible. Heard about the upgrade and now can parlay props! Easily the best book in NV!!

New Year New Bets. I find the app enjoyable, but I wish it offered more features similar to other popular sports betting apps. Unfortunately, due to Nevada's strict gambling regulations, there are limitations that should be lifted or re-evaluated, but it's still a great option for local use.

Does not pay when u cash out! Do not deposit here. I made a deposit and played on their sports book then cashed out to my checking account and it never showed up, I contacted support and they kept saying they would look into it, 2 weeks and multiple calls later I contacted gaming control and opened a claim then finally got a call back and they said we sent it nothing we can do, contact your bank, which I did they checked all transactions and there wasn’t a single deposit made by William hill. Do not deposit on here your money will be “stolen” when u try and cash out. Thankfully it was only a couple hundred dollars, now I’m filling a fraud report with my bank

Big teaser parley. Please bring this feature back to your app. Not sure why you removed it. If I have to go to a casino to get a parley card then there is no reason to use the mobile app. Just saying. Thanks

Huge improvements. WH may have cloned Caesars with its updated version of the app, but that’s a good thing — tons more betting options and everything seems to be running smoothly so far. A fantastic and much-needed upgrade with loads of prop bet options for everybody in virtually every sport.

William Hill Sports Book brand new look.. I’ve been using the brand new William Hill app. I don’t know what to say about it. I liked the old William Hill just because it was easy to use and easy to do betting. I still have it a Five Stars. Not too sure if the other agree with me but it has slot of new betting options and people might see it confusing. It’s not that complicated but it isn’t that simple either. I mean it’s straight forward in betting and all. I’m still giving it a Five Stars. I liked the old William Hill why not that’s why I’m still giving it a Five Star review. I don’t know what the other think of it. It’s still William Hill Sports Book.

App functionality. This was a good change up, went to put money into the kiosk and realized the app had changed. Using it today made me realize how much better it is now 👌🏻

The New App. The new app is really nice. A lot more selections, I really love how they've added SGP (Same Game Parlays) to their app. Withdraw and Deposit is a lot smoother. You're able to connect your bank account right to the app which is super easy and convenient. Great job William Hill, this is exactly what we needed!

Still can’t make any bets or even see any sports or odds. Fixed within 24 hours so the review was changed from 1 star to 4. If you do the update expect to go through this. No over or unders in the ufc once you update or sub props.

There is an issue with new updated. I like the feature face ID automatic login from the previous version. With the new update I have to type in to log in every time. This is so annoying!!

Where did the pleaser go?. Been betting the pleaser for over 50 years and it’s gone. That was the major reason I went to William Hill.

New update. The new update makes this the best betting app available. So many more options for betting and the functionality is on point.

Switching Bet Locations to Trick Users. Sometime in the last month William Hill switched the location of the main match bet for tennis. So now instead when you enter a match in the app it offers 2nd Set bet as the main bet? What the heck? They hid Match Bet under “Other”. Why? The only reason would be to get users to bet by mistake on something that has no chance.

Terrible. This is probably the most glitchy app I’ve seen. Now the games don’t update in real time, so scores are incorrect. It refreshes while you’re making an in play bet so then your bet and odds change. Sometimes it glitches in the middle of payment cause me to duplicate a bet. They have yet to put in a patch to fix the issues

New App, New Perspective. I like the new design of the the app; however, it could be streamlined a bit and simplified in order to make the betting experience easier and more enjoyable.

Phenomenal update to this app!. William Hill now offers same game parlays!! Other great features include boosts, cool downs and even quick picks. I’m really enjoying this new look for sports betting with William Hill.

User friendly. At first I was like “slap me silly and call me sushi” but once’s you start using the app OMG it has all the info you need. Just like being in a sport book!!! And you see the scores!!

Quick and Easy. Go to the the match up or game, look at the multiple betting options, pick one, wager and submit bet.

Latest update. Instead of organizing boxing by weight class & featured. I suggest going back to organizing boxing bouts by date/time. The search option (magnifier) is great for finding the fights. Thanks for FINALLY adding props as well.

Live betting. This weekend I expierenced the scoreboard not updating in real time for live betting which caused a headache to bet live. Missed out on a few. Other than that I like where WH went with many options on parlays and props.

Good app. It’s a good app overall but lately it has been glitchy. It will not refresh the scores when games are already in progress

App review. Only suggestion is to make ui exploring load faster and I don’t like that for some games you can’t see the live score. Everything else is great!

The Slowest App Experience. If you’re someone who enjoys the thrill of waiting, waiting, and waiting some more, then this app is a dream come true. From the moment you open the app, you’ll be greeted by a loading screen that seems to stretch into eternity. Navigating through this new app is like wading through molasses. Please fix this issue WH, be the app that I know you can be.

Terrible app. Do not use. They blocked my account for no reason. I contacted them and they said it was a business decision and would get back to me in 24 hours. They did not get back to me. I contacted them again and they said they needed a picture of myself with my ID. I had already provided this to open my account. Their service is terrible. Use another sports betting service.

From a True Gambler. Best app out right now. Competes w/Fan Duel and Draftkings. Offers the widest selection of bets in Vegas. Only thing they don’t have is Early Cash Out… I’m waiting patiently..
