Awesome Entertainment. Certainly there’s real money at stake here and there are of course sharks lurking all around these contests waiting to strike. Seriously, what blows me away as a “semi experienced” player at this point is how often you see same names at or near the top of these contests. The amount of work and dedication these folks put forth, Is clearly evident and certainly why they are genuinely pros...Still am amateur (in my mind) albeit having tasted victory a few times, once or twice with pots in excess of $10k, I am amazed at the pros and their seemingly always being “in it” Anyways, like I said, still being an amateur and doing this mostly for entertainment purposes only, I only wish that my state of NY, didn’t still possess some of the restrictions over eligibility to certain sports, contests, up to and inclusive of the ability to utilize the FanDuel Sports-book services offered in my neighboring state of NJ. Lots of spam. They spam the hell out of your inbox even if you unsubscribe from all emails, which is actually a violation of the Can Spam Act for which they should be paying massive fines. Lucky for them, big business lobbies have destroyed our regulatory agencies so they will never be held accountable unless consumers stop doing business with them. Response: Yes I already went through this process over a 6 month period. The “Unsubscribe” button always takes you to an “expired link”. Support made assurances that never resulted in being removed from Fanduel’s email list. It wasn’t until I filed a complaint with the FTC that I was finally removed. This is a WARNING to anyone who doesn’t want to endure a months long battle to stop receiving SPAM from Fanduel.

I’ll take what is customer service for 400. If you run into any issues have no fear customer service ain’t here. First you’ll be redirected to the same webpage over and over with little to no instructions on how to fix issues. Then if you do try to find direct help it gets even better, you can only email!! Don’t worry only 3-5 *or more* (their exact verbiage) days until you get your first reply! If you don’t want to do that try out the live chat, where you can wait for 2 hours in a fake number queue then once finally directed I got a reply asking what’s wrong, upon telling the person they say “let me look up your account”. No more than 10 seconds later she disconnected the chat room and got sent right back to the queue! Don’t get me wrong I love sports betting, especially parlays, so it’s a fun app but there is no customer service nor any care for the customer base. So here I am unable to access my account not knowing if my bets are actually through that I already placed and no access to any money I had invested into my account. Thanks, a lot!!

Sticky games and Restart from home plate. I love the games and new additions. It’s my second time rating and I’m still have issues with games being in my active box from 4 and 5 days ago. What’s up with that? Also the baseball MLB does not like if you’re searching for players too long. The App will force you out if you’re taking too long to pick players. I go down the list of players and boom get down to looking through the OF and the app blacks out and I can’t go back to picking. I have to figure out from scratch who was next. For the love of Games fix this issue already.

Action every week, lots of fun. I've been playing fantasy football for a long time, and started with the old AFFL league when it was dial in and phone props for a salary cap league. And I always spent $150/ year, so you can have weekly action and budget yourself for a season of fun. There are games for as little as pennies and double up, to quintuple up for $2 or $5 dollars, which keeps your bankroll alive. I do it every week, maybe spread $20-$50 put for the week and have some small double ups or triple ups for $2 or $5. And the big pools have prizes far down enough, that if you're in the top thousand, even top ten thousand you win something. Highly recommend!

Beginner. I started using FanDuel probably 5yrs ago and never played any fantasy football before that. It gives you a fair chance by starting you in beginner bets, and explains well how each type of betting works. I’ve won money from playing pretty consistently and it has made watching the games even more fun. I don’t feel intimidated at all because you get professional insight when you click on players to see what their standings are. It’s very easy to pull your money out and I usually have it within 2business days because I get it sent to my paypal. Love the app. Couldn’t recommend it enough(I like it more than draft kings too btw)

Convenient and Easy to Play & Win!. I used to only use Draftkings but lately i been only using Fanduel, In the past month i’ve hit $150 off of $10 that i put into my account when i first started my Fanduel account last month. Always something to play within any price range and the prizes are good for the price that you are putting in. If you need assistance with lineups they let you pick with guru and it singles out players and gives you little tips to maximize your chances. I literally cannot wait for Sportsbook to open on mobile in Maryland (Praying that its soon). Bottom line is the app runs great and easy to understand and ofcourse you will lose some of your bets but thats the chances your willing to take but I guarantee i have found more success on here than any other sports betting apps. I have definitely won more than i have lost. Just please remember to play responsibly and goodluck!

Help me see winning players on my lineups. I would like to recommend that the app developers add an indicator to the ‘all scores’ tab of the ‘scores’ section of the app. The improvement I’d like is to have an indicator to flag all of the active players in MY contest lineups. This way I can see the top players during a time slot (1pm for ex) and I have 20 lineups across many games and I don’t remember every player i chose for my rosters. If there were a little star or something next to the player’s name, I would easily be able to see who I’ve chosen for all rosters amongst a list of all players.

Easy w/ lots of options. Great for people new to this activity as they have specific contest just for beginners. Can earn free plays (who doesn’t like free) and even create hard to head or small year long fantasy leagues. We did a baseball on and picked a new team every weekend and played all season (very low key). Many options w/ the huge player pools with the big payouts to a pool of 100 players or head to head. Even games that pay if you beat 50% of the field. You can even start with like $5 or something and play games for a quarter to get the hang of everything. PayPal, credit cards, or a checking account make it easy for deposits (although you may want to consider a checking account to withdraw your winnings). Playing 3 years now 😀

Hot potato. Somehow they let me open two accounts under one email address with two different screen names/handles. On the second screen name/handle I made a small deposit. Fast forward to when I got a new phone, the NBA season went in the lockdown because of Covid etc I no longer used the app and the money sat on the second account. Fast forward to the start of this nba season and I download the app on my most recent device. I realize I have money on said second screen name which I only know to be my only account. After about two weeks I am getting different stories from different people. I am told they’re going to make my first account/screen name my primary account, but I have no way to get my money back from my second account that I deposited. Mind you their system let me make two different accounts under one email, that’s not my fault. From my point of view, as a consumer, it just looks like they just took my money. Yes, they did offer to send a check, however they can only send the check to the address on file. I can’t change to my new address or to my most recent bank account.

It’s fun but no back up plan when things aren’t working. Recently this app was experiencing technical difficulties with their stat provider, according to their customer service. That’s fine. Things happen. However, they didn’t do right by their customers. We couldn’t access out stats, progress, or lackthereof. The whole premise of this app is to have fun with live updates on yards, completions, scoring, etc. This went on for three days. To make matters worse, they only compensated players that bet under a certain amount with a lousy voucher. Now, on my app, it freezes when I try to look at the prizes for the games I may want to play. I’ve deleted the app and restated my phone and it still does it. FanDuel has a lot they need to work out but most of all, in my opinion, they owe their customers more than what they’ve given. Fun app when it’s working though!

Was great until the latest update.. The pictures of the players are too big. Do I really need to be looking at their huge mugshots when all I'm looking for are their names and stats? Too much blank space. Because of this, it takes way too long to scroll down to find a player. While watching my stats, I want to see my players in one glance, not have to scroll because the pictures are too big. It takes away from the experience and it’s frustrating. I want to all my players stats change at once when I check how my team is doing. Are we in out 80’s that we need to see these big players faces? It’s horrible too look at, frustrating when trying to build a lineup, especially on a big slate because you have to scroll so much. Not as fun to follow your team when you have to scroll down to see your teams stats. I’m probably going to avoid playing until this is resolved. It’s that bad.

Can’t even play anymore because I can’t deposit funds. Hello Fanduel, I love playing DFS on this platform, but I’ve run into an issue on you’re platform. First of all I was not able to play for roughly the entire week because the app/website says you are unable to deposit bug. I have tried everything to fix it by clearing my cache, logging out and back in, resetting my devices, and even trying to log in a separate device. Nothing worked. I can deposit on the Sportsbook account but it won’t allow me to deposit for Fanduel fantasy. I tried contacting the support team on the app and website and that was completely useless. One of them was trying to tell me that I’m not in a legalized area , and the other one was trying to tell me that I’m using a VPN. I already have verified my location in 2020 and never used a VPN yet even have the money to even afford a VPN at the moment. The experience I have had to try to resolve this bug on your behalf I can’t fix on my own I have tried everything I can possibly do and nothing worked. Please help asap.

Verification Lag. I was using this app for fantasy’s basketball with no problems for about a week. Suddenly it asked me to verify my identification by uploading by driver’s license. I could not play any other matches until I verified my identity. Once I uploaded it it took about 2 hours for FD to get back to me. They said that it failed and sent me a link to upload it again. Once again it failed. They sent me another link. This happens around 10 times. At the same time their responses took longer and longer. At one point it took them 5 days to get back to me just to give me another link to try and upload it again. Finally after contacting them through their live chat they said there is something wrong with there verification provider and they are trying to figure it out right now. They still have not gotten back to me. This process has been very time consuming and frustrating.

Usually use DKs. I’ve been using DraftKings for the last two years this is a bit different especially the NBA with no triple double or anything like that but I actually like it it’s user-friendly and I do like some of the things that they’ve changed when I first started using FanDuel years ago the reason I change because they wouldn’t let you change players wants the actual contest started now you can enter contest where you can change your flyers up until their game actually starts

Fanduel DFS Rocks. I have been playing Fanduel DFS since it was very first invented many many moons ago !! The App works great , I have never had to much of a problem with it at all !! Once in awhile the App will have some trouble opening , but not to often at all . The one major problem i have with Fanduel DFS is making more Featured Games with Big Money Prizes for the less skilled players . They cater to the Professional DFS Players IMO anyway which would be literally the only huge gripe I have with Fanduel DFS . Also I would like to see more Pick 'Em Pools like Draftkings has on their Apps . I give Fanduel DFS App 5 Stars no doubt .... I highly recommend it to any new Players looking for Daily Fantasy Fun ,and some great competition as well !!!

Wave of Emotions 😁😮. Have been playing Fantasy DFS for a couple of years now and really enjoy it. However, frustrations arise with the FanDuel site due to its technical difficulties via their agreement with third party companies and etc. (ex. the inability to edit your lineups before the start of a contest due to a server going down, inaccurate scoring during live contests, etc.). Now, they will refund you your entry fees and as a consultation they may give you a voucher for a free entry into an upcoming contest. Preface on “May”…. It’s not guaranteed. So, all in all it’s fun and enjoyable especially when you win 🏆 but be mindful that things do happen that’s out of your control. Exercise patience and enjoy the ride.

FanDuel Fun!. Since I’ve been playing FanDuel I found an interest more in player stats and how games are put together when it comes to winning and in the process have fun doing so. Basketball and football are my favorites I try from time to time golf but don’t do much good with my picks. More research on my part but o well I’ll stick with what I’m good at. In the meanwhile it’s just an awesome and good to challenge myself with the games provided by the FanDuel team. Thanks for the opportunity to test my skills in your competitive sports games. Thanks FanDuel team😁

Customer service. Granted, although a member, i do not play much; therefore, I am not one of the high profile customers. Nevertheless, I don’t believe the treatment should be significantly tilted. A week ago, I got a promotional email from RotoPass (partners with fan duel) that by just visiting their site and pressing on the fan duel “redeem” $10 would be added to my account. Fan duel did not recognize that and in a series of emails refrained payment. Finally, I told them that at this point I wish I had not deleted the email so I could have provided it as proof, yet rejecting the free money. I did not wake up one morning scheming, I added, for a measly $10. When I told them that I will redeem my chump change out of the account and play exclusively at”Draft Kings” and write the summary of the incident, I received one final email telling me that they will issue a credit of $5 to the account!!!! as a one time courtesy at that. Miserable cheap skates.

Usually have no issues and have my fun with my picks.. The Key word here is, “usually”. Most of the time I make my picks and have decently successful outcomes. However, I’m looking into seeing if anyone else is having that really unfortunate glitch or removal of completed line ups which should have no issue for the reason funds are more than sufficient balance wise. For example, I made numerous line ups today for the wild card games. The last game of the day was Steelers vs Chiefs. Didn’t do too well so I decided to make an entry for the fourth Qtr only. Had plenty of time with about 8 min left in the 3rd. Submitted my entry and was extremely confident in my 25$ fee so was hoping for a great prize! .......I look back after the first score of the Qtr and my entry was gone. Of course I had the player who scored and would been almost top 5 in points if not removed mysteriously.... very up set cuz we all know the feeling of making a rewarding line up. Sorry for the story just would’ve been sitting here with about 1k wealthier instead 😞

Verification Process is Horrible. Won’t be using this daily fantasy service ever again. I’ve been going on 4 weeks waiting for my identity to be verified. I’ve practically missed half of the season my colleagues put together because they can’t seem to verified accounts. I’ve sent a copy of my ID to multiple departments, yet still unable to withdraw from my account or enter any contests. I’ve submitted multiple Support Tickets and it seems as though they are severely understaffed. Not sure why I was allowed to deposit money into my account upon creation of my account, which required no verification of identify, but now that money is in the account I can’t access it with a verification. Worst account creation process for fantasy sports I’ve ever been apart of.

Stay away from this rigged site!!!. These guys are 100% rigged!!! One big example- Many of their contests include athletes/players as being available & active in their respective games for that day’s games, including many of the highest profile players like Leonard, Harden, & L.James. Their site will show them as being active & playing on game day, and they purposely don’t update their site with those player’s status until after lineups are locked & no changes can be made. Betters who include those particular players aren’t allowed to switch them out even though the actual games for said players is hours away from game time. They’re basically allowing for bad info to hamper and derail people/contestants who don’t have insider info. Stay away from this place & wager your hard earned money elsewhere where you’ll have a fair chance at winning. WebDelvoper- pls save your BS response! Your methods don’t make for “challenging” gaming, it makes for corrupting many contests so that most of us who don’t have insider contacts/info are F’d and basically just ponds to fill your contests with money we won’t have a chance at winning. This is me leaving to wager at DraftKings, where “challenging” doesn’t actually mean the brains behind your lock out rules.

Sinking Ship. I’ve won 155k in the last 3 years. Almost all with DraftKings. Fanduel customer service is a joke. They won’t honor promos they send that they’re employees don’t know about. Until I show them. Then I get the runaround. It’s a company that compete with any of the dfs sites I’ve used as far as customer service. Rewards. Loyalty programs. It’s got more sharks. I just wasted 2 days trying to receive the promo I was supposed to get. It’s a frustrating experience. Then compare it to my experience with DraftKings in similar circumstances and it’s like.. why would I get frustrated and treated this way as a customer when i don’t have to. I can name a dozen bad experiences. I wish I didn’t have to write this but figured if it helps someone avoid the difficulty’s I’ve encountered, it’s a good thing. Update After getting rudely treated again after seeing fanduel responded to my review and contacting support, after Brian cut me off… I reached out again. Finally after several hours I was told I’d be receiving the $5. Haven’t received it yet, but the issue with not being able to use my loyalty vouchers, I can confirm I can now, which means all the ones I missed out on and even brought to fanduels attention several times before in the past… I just missed out on and it was no fault of my own. Do I want to get treated like a bum and spend hours again like I had to when I was simply trying to get my promo bonus ?? Probably not

Friends mode needs upgrade. I only use for football at this point and it’s great overall. Started using friends mode last year and it’s got quirks that I think should be ironed out. Had a 3 person league playing winner take all. Went to add 3 additional people and had to terminate one league and start another, forcing everyone to rejoin. Now at 6, and a winner take all league, your league will default to $0 if 1 person doesn’t join in time. Who cares? It’s our league and if only 5 play, so be it. Not the end of the world but certainly 1 of many things that should be a setting option for leagues. Room to grow, I suppose.

Horrible support system. My account got suspended on Monday after I won and now I have no access to my money that I won not has anyone reached back to me with a solution and an explanation. I did nothing wrong. I put $125 in the app and played some lineups. I did not take any money or do anything else wrong. However, after I win I get kicked out of my account with no solutions. After contacting support multiple times they continue to tell me that they put a ticket in for the account team to get back to me yet I have still not received an response. Want to know if I got my money for my win and what I put into the app? Yeah, well the answer is no! What happens when you ask the support team when you will get your money? They tell you that only the account team can help you with that. Go figure! Very angry and upset about this, otherwise this would be a 5 star review. This is getting out of hand…

App failures.. The app seems to have issues week in and week out with in game scoring updates. This week it was the football tournaments. The app would not load the live updates again after trying to delete the app and update the app and still after the following day of the tournament it is still stuck in line lock with 0 points and updates. I thought FanDuel was working on fixing these issues. I understand there are millions of people using this app and that bugs and crashes are expected from time to time but I have been playing with FanDuel for years now and using the phone app and this year it is the worst it has ever been. C’ Mon FanDuel get it together.!

LAST MINUTE PLAYER UPDATES. I’m at work and can’t check my phone and my contests have started and I can’t change any players because that game has started for the night. You guys made the lineup changeable after being submitted but if I’m not staying by my phone constantly and I miss an update to see a player has just been sat out 2 minutes before, it’s pointless. The SIMPLE and EASY fix for this is to allow members to have a standby player in the case not everyone can see those last minute notifications to see if a player is out or not. It’s a 100 percent fair on both sides as long as the backup player is only counted in the case that a player has been ruled out In a short amount of time and as long as that player is still within the standard fan duel rules.

Not very intuitive UX. I’m entered into an NFL contest and want to see an in depth view of the roster. I can do that by going to Quick Player Replace and then picking the contest. Any other way to do that? Any reason clicking on all the face icons or player list couldn’t expand to show more details? Really makes me wanna go back and see how DraftKings works or others. I’m probably missing something obvious but seems like seeing who’s playing and who each player is playing against is critical... Updated: was 2 now 1 star: I opened the app and there was a modal offer to join a contest with no clear close button, so I clicked yes then navigated to where I wanted to go. I think I’m gonna cash out. But to get a free season at Fantasy Pros for depositing $10 was worth it — I’ve completely ruled FanDuel out.

For the MVP, the Journeyman & the Rookie.. As an avid, “seasoned,” Daily Fantasy player/participant.. I’ve found FanDuel to be top notch in all categories. Analysis, predictions, rankings, salaries, all spot on. It is both informative and entertaining. I love the variety of play styles and entry formats.. as well as the free pools. But I think my favorite thing about FD is the Opponent Rankings, the breakdown of the 3 categories.. Pass/Rush/Overall. This has been significantly beneficial tool to utilize while making lineups and comparing/considering players/stacks/etc. Bottom line.. for me.. is the platform set up (easily navigated, basic format but detailed and streamlined “necessary info”) provided info/stats/predictions/rankings, plethora of play styles/formats, both paid and free… all in all… IF ever my lineups don’t hit (sarcasm)… it can’t be blamed in their info. The NFL is crazy and unpredictable and somehow you guys still cover the bases and provide top notch platform for DFS. TOP TIER, MVP for DFS. I only play NFL and occasionally NBA.. but they’ve got all sports… and a little something for anyone. The freebies are a great way to go if just getting into fantasy sports. Well Done, FanDuel.. for keeping a seasoned, MVP, Journeyman DFS player like me enjoying game and world of fantasy sports.. even when I make some pretty poor picks🤣THANK YOU!! Starting to question it. So I play the Field Goal challenge and even though i have won my fair share of games I’ve definitely lost more. I can play 5 games in a row and lose by 500 which isn’t a lot. I’m starting to think the app is setting it up on purpose since I’m so close I can do it the next game. Think so? Nope! Lose by another 1000 which is only 1 kick then lose again the next game by 100. App is getting pretty ridiculous and I’m starting to question it. Don’t understand the algorithm on it and they’ll never let us know either. I recommend not playing this app. We don’t know how they control it or if these are even real players I’m playing against. I’m playing against the same people over and over and I’m starting to think it’s actually company players. Unless I’m proven otherwise I’m sticking to what I think and I’m sure I’m not the only person.

ONE OF MY TOP FAV SPORTS GAMBLING APPS. The entire app design and layout is perf and easy to understand for new users and navigation is step by step just about. There has only been one issue that I’ve noticed every time when I go to view the PAYOUT STRUCTURE FOR ANY CONTEST that it gets stuck on the loading screen and never comes up with anything so I’ve never been able to view the payout structures for contests befor choosing to enter them. But it hasn’t always been down like this I’d say prob this past summer it was working fine and I was able to view them. So “ATTENTION FANDUEL APP MANAGEMENT”!!! CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THE OPTION TO VEIW THE PAYOUT STRUCTURES FOR CONTESTS!!!??? Thank you!!!

Cheated. I’ve been cheated mutiple times on fanduel situation in particular is I had a 7 leg mlb parlay in witch 6 legs had already won and the only game I was waiting for was ranger vs white Sox fanduel was offering me a cash out in the 8th inning witch on fanduels platform the rangers were up 7-6 so I dint take the cash out the 9th inning started and after the rangers bat the game said it had ended , all of a sudden I refresh to recieve the payment and the score changed from 7-6 rangers way to 6-7 white Sox way ….now if I had know the white Sox were up one I would have taking the cash out amounting in more than I had wagered in the end I lost the entire bet because of poor performance from this play form that’s it for me and fanduel !!! DraftKings where are you

RE: Suggestion. I would love if a player is scratched, especially near the start time of a game or tournament, that another even average player or score is substituted. Even better, if someone goes down during the game, I don’t know. What if you pick a bench player for when that happens? I think you’ll know what I mean. It has to have been suggested before. For as long as Fan Duel has been around I think something like that would be easily incorporated. I don’t know when Justin Rose was a scratch. I picked him last night. Did he pull a muscle on the range this morning?

Micro phone headset cameras. It’s exciting to watch games and have a new team or player to root for . How can you make the experience better . One referee need to focus on the game . If you remember one got blackballed cause he was paying attention to the fan experience! Two Game time Decisions need to be more organized. Some people don’t have high speed internet! Three the most of all find a way to keep bets private ! Unless they are on social media.. like twitter or Facebook or instagram. This can be where winning is just that . Not disappointed cause some is like who you got I already know I got 1000 names means 1000 entries!

Really Fun!. For just the casual fan, you may not enjoy this service. I call it a service since it technically is betting on sports, but just on individual players rather than the whole team. For the die hard fan, $1 can go a long way! If you know your superstar receiver is going up against a 3rd string defender, you have the inside edge and are able to put him in your line up. Very easy to learn, very often have promos for free money, and you can withdraw your money at any time! Keeps you entertained throughout the whole week with every kind of sport you can think of. And constantly adding new ones every year. Very fun service and very easy to use app. Keep it up FanDuel!

The Best of the Best!. FanDuel by far is the best fantasy app you can get. From the way the apps are set up to the look and the style the it’s just a lot easy to maneuver through the site. I’ve been with them from the beginning, had my ups and downs and I always come back to FanDuel. They listen to your complaints and changes things as needed. They will send you free competitions every now and then, I’ve lost more then I have won but it’s all up to me. There are definitely pros on here. But anything can happen and you have an opportunity to win big money. Over the years they have added other apps that I have downloaded as well and dabble in those too. Just know, that you are going against pros, so do your research, and don’t break your bank. These guys on here will bet thousands to your dollars, but you can beat them and you will. Some of the competitions will be like 300 max entry’s and some will be single entries. There’s a few different types like single game or all of the games, whichever you prefer or feel best doing. The cash outs are legit, real money. and besides DraftKings it’s the only one you probably even want to bet on. But I do prefer FanDuel base on the set up and better competitions. If you are going to bet fantasy sports you want to do it on FanDuel. Good Luck, Break a leg!

Fanduel finally got its act together. I come from the poker world and still lament Black Friday if you don’t play poker you have you won’t understand my angle and here is why! Back in the day you get in with any amount of buy in and at any time of the day! You could play online poker with any as little as a dime with any number of players at any time of the day or night! The pokerstars seemed fair and allowed you to level up by playing at your level! Fanduel in my opinion never that treatment to any player until now! DraftKings app lately has made it difficult to find the tournaments I want to play! Because of that experience I flipped over to Fanduel! What was shocked to see 5 cent tournaments with 150 entries allowed! This allows anyone like me who have no business wagering on fantasy sports because they don’t really watch or do their research or take the time to dig deep into the research and try to learn and level up and have the fun of their lives! I am very impressed with the overall layout that they give per game! Fanduel has surprised me in so many way and tried to improve the user experience and dare I say it they now seem better than Draftkings! I will be making a deposit and start using Fanduel everyday as I do Draftkings! Maybe they can get me to switch to their Sportsbook so I downloaded that too! Thank you Fanduel for making Black Friday a thing of past for me! Onward sports gambling!

Why can’t people from Mexico play on my fantasy Fan Duel team in America. The top thing is when I I can have a lot of people in one lead but I can’t invite them through my phone I have to go through the app and then give them the email and all that good stuff why can’t I just buy somebody from my contact list and if they accept then of course they have to go through young Fan Duel just suggestion I think it would get a lot more people involved if you give them a free fat free five dollars when they sign up and just give me 10 that would make it more intriguing and two people are getting chances to win money and make money this is all I can tell you I’m not in sales I should be the best customer is a repeat customer he’ll come back to your door jeep you’ve lost a bet here for quite some time Carlton Welch crap or get off the pot League Who Dat’

Go to draft kings!!!. I put $25 in to play only to find out I can’t play it because I live in a state where I’m not able too. They don’t allow it I guess. Okay that’s fine I’ll just get my money back and move on. NOPE!!! They are making it so difficult to refund me My Money!! After asking the support team why I can’t receive my money they suspend my account!! For whatever reason I don’t understand. I have literally done nothing with the account for them to even consider suspending it. It’s $25. Are they so broke they feel the need to keep it and for me to just not care? Just give me my money back that’s all I ask. Idk if they are owned by the same company or not but I would definitely go to Draft Kings rather than deal with this #RobYouBlind of a company!

If I could give it 0 Stars, I would. Back in 2020, I tried to access my account and it had been locked. My grandfather had tried to type in his Social to remove the money we had won together (Since We created the account together) and he had entered his social wrong due to him being technologically challenged. Thought it would be an easy fix to get it unlocked, but boy was I wrong. We had over $120 of winnings locked in that account and as of March 2022 It is still locked in there. Have contacted support over 9+ times and still have no access to my account. My experience using Fanduel the app was amazing, but the support team and their attitudes toward my grandfather and I have ruined it. I sadly do not suggest this app, you would be much better off using Draftkings for you fantasy plays.

Completely unhappy. So my boyfriend and I have use this app for a very long time it’s something we do together not only did they suspend my account in the middle of a game it is now been a month and I still have not been able to access my account or get any information back on why this happened. I’ve wrote them several emails over the last month trying to send in everything that they needed from me and they keep just sending me the same automated email. I will no longer be using this app and make sure anybody I know does not use this app due to the problems I’ve been having they want to just make their money and it’s a joke to them with any issues it has. Also their telephone customer service line is not currently accessible due to Covid and anytime you email them with an issue it’s an automated email back. I am very unsatisfied with the little bit of information that I have gotten and still my account is suspended and I have no access to any of the funds that I had.

It’s a scam. Save your money. Go to yahoo. The app and layout of it in itself is great same as scoring and the contest offered. That’s it for the good. Unless you wanna win 3 dollars you won’t be happy. The site is completely overran by sharks entering in 100s of lineups at a time. They literally enter every possible lineup in the big money contest. And don’t reply “we suggest research Etc etc” no they suggest entering the max amount of lineups and combinations at a click of a button while regular players like me are screwed. Oh enter the single entry contest? Yeah that’s fine but there aren’t many of them. And what’s worse they just bought out Draft I turned 25 dollars into 1700 over 2 years of bestball drafts and it was fun and not insanely time consuming loved the format. Now that’s over. All in all unless you wanna fill up sharks and fanduel pocketbook with their unfair advantages stay far away. They have the worst win pct and won’t change anything about it. Until the 300 entry’s per person in a contest is addressed don’t use it. Oh and if you do win money have fun getting it off there! Thanks for ruining Dfs in general for the regular players. And no I’m not playing your BS 1 dollar contest where I would have a chance cause the sharks don’t overrun them as much

“Login to place bets”. The app is loaded with bugs and never works. They have great promotions, such as “spread the love” which I always try to be a part of, however I get in an endless loop of logging in, the being told to login to place a bet, then logging in, and being told to login. There is no end to it. I have deposited money into my fanduel account, but can never actually place bets because I can never be officially “logged in” - even though I get emails every single time saying that I have successfully logged into my account. This needs fixed or I need my money back. DraftKings Sportsbook is much better and doesn’t have bugs. It’s a shame because I love how you guys support Pat McAfee too, and would like to actually use this sportsbook at some point.

No late swap is stupid. *Update* Another night, another big star sitting out and 1st word is a half hour before the game. Of course this is 4 hours after the contest started and no ability to make a late swap due to FDs idea of “challenging”. Challenging is competing against thousands of players where fractions of a point are the difference between pennies and hundreds, so make it dumber by having everyone guess whose actually going to be playing and hope a last minute coach/player decision doesn’t cost you a win. FanDuel is often late with updating availability information. I just don’t understand the no late swap policy change for NBA. In so many contests I’m unable to replace sick or hurt players an hour or more before tip-off because the contest already started with other games. Makes no sense to not be able to replace players up until 5 minutes before the tip. This policy change is ridiculous and not the way things are done on other DFS sites. Tired of giving money away on last minute updates especially when there sometimes is not even a questionable tag on a player who ends up sitting out. Don’t understand why this policy exists.

No contest/tournament details!!!. Started playing a year ago, was fun up until NFL season starts and FanDuel had App update, ever since I try n look at the contest details or payouts/ literally anything about the contest is unavailable besides how many entries and entry fee, you click info button and get the 3 dots loading and loading and loading and loading and loading and crash! boom! Reset app! FanDuel doesn’t care to fix it because I’ve complained multiple times and have seen numerous complaints on the twitosphere from other iPhone users but here we are week 17 in NFL and still no fix!Fanduel tells me they don’t care, they rather customers enter contest blindly with no details that way they legally don’t have to payout winnings at the end of the day. Thanx guys keep up the great scam!

FUNDuel !. Never thought winning a whole penny in a fantasy horse race would be so satisfying. But this is 2020 and who knew all the happy tappy things we used to do would be taken away. In all seriousness, my very first FanDuel was a $10 win on an NFL roster. Believe me, it was all picks made based on players names. But I was hooked. Got my son hooked, and now we make nickel bets on NASCAR, NBA, PGA, and NFL. I continue to amaze friends and strangers alike with my profound knowledge of pro athletes, and being a female senior citizen that even impresses my hot shot nephews. And shout out to the crews behind the scenes. On the two occasions in the past two years something glitchy went on with my account, I had an answer and a fix almost before I could even finish asking. If they ever change their name FUNDuel would be a good choice!

Loved the app, hate the update. The larger format allows you to see less on the screen. I don’t like the new version at all. It’s common to not like updates and changes to apps, but it’s annoying losing the ability to see more players. The format itself is fine, but increasing the size of the photos and blocks for each player decreases the amount of players that you can see at once on the iPhone X and it takes more time to scroll and pick players. Please decrease the size of the blocks/photos and increase the amount of data/players on the screen. You could see 8 per page prior to the update and now you can only see 6. When you play a lot and put money into multiple games starting at the same time, you want to be able to access and swap players quickly. Used to be 5 stars...now a 3 teetering on a 2 if I don’t get used to it soon. Thanks

Use to be good, now not so much. First off, I use to use this a lot in the past then for some reason I stopped using it. No real reason, just stopped using it. Recently wanted to start using it again for this upcoming NFL season but with all the issues, it appears I may have to go back to using a strong competitor that rhymes with “Raft Rings”. The app I can’t even accurately rate anymore seeing how it’s completely useless since it doesn’t even open and isn’t usable at all. Secondly I recently received an email that apparently due to too many failed login attempts my account has been temporarily locked. Which is fine and I understand security. What I don’t understand is the complete confusion when I reach out to support and I get about 4 different explanations and how to fix it. I can’t understand why if my account is locked because of a failed login issue, why am I not even able to reset my own password after verifying my identity. So now NFL season is just days away and I can’t even access my account by no doing of my own, with no ETA as to when/if I’ll ever regain access to my own account. Time to move to another platform if this is how things run.

Scam. Beware of this company. Lucky for them, it’s only a few fantasy companies out there. So I convinced my STEP DAD, who didn’t want to join this fantasy thing but always show interest in my bets. He finally accepted my referral, joined, deposited. Two minutes later, FanDuel suspended my account and his without a notice or violating any rules. I contacted them on my behalf. I was told my location showed I was in Georgia and it was done to protect me, meanwhile I never been there before, I have always been in Texas and still in Texas. Besides they could have send me an email to verify. My step Dad also contacted them, and he was told they need to verify if he’s the one, meanwhile, this man have already verified with his social, DOB, and a bank card in his name and address. FanDuel have the worse customer service and they care less about their customers. It’s unfortunate customers keeps going back to them because it’s few fantasy companies out there. This made me look so bad to my step dad, who had so much respect for me. He felt I scammed him since FanDuel refuse to refund his deposited money and kept playing games with and and he as well. I have no trust for this company after that. Beware if you’re new to this... They have done such to a lot of customers no careless. They fell we need them instead we make them money and treat customers like ...... Be warned!

When first rolled out they had 10 & 12 team $5.00 & $10.00 which was awesome but then all of a sudden they dropped them! Cherry on top they haven’t replied to single request via email, Twitter (both dm & tweet) Instagram for 5 days!! Draft kings offers $10.00 & $5.00 (plus big money $500 and above) leagues. I suggest everyone pull their money and jump to DraftKings! If I could give this app a -5 star rating I would.

Crappy software, worse customer service. Done with this joke of a site. Their software breaks down, you cannot access your lineups, they rob you of your entry fee. When it breaks they give u a free ticket to a contest where you get eaten alive by multi entries. Last straw for me. I earned my rewards voucher for free tournys exclusive to rewards players. Well during their latest software meltdown they took my voucher and it was the last one of the month. Oh ya worst of all they charge 20% VIG I give up on FanDuel. I’m done.

Fantasy. I only like playing the single game format head to head usually, would like to play a lot more but the limited team selections to play are very disappointing. As a Blue Jays fan there may be 1 single game put on per 1-2 weeks.

No Longer in Ontario and Not Mentioned in Online Support. I kept getting a restricted location notification, but when I went into their online support everything I read said it should work in Ontario. I went through their troubleshooting steps to no avail. Then I connected with an online agent, had to be transferred to a Canada trained agent, and was finally told that fantasy sports are no longer offered in Ontario.

Verification was impossible. Trying to make an account wasn’t possible for me. Terrible system. Don’t recommend. The verification process is one that I had to go through 5 times and in the end I still wasn’t logged in. On top of that the customer service system logged me out every time I went to try to fix something.

Ontario. Bring back DFS to Ontario let us play within Ontario.

Ineligible location error constantly. 95% of the time I get this error in Ontario Canada. Tried all of the solutions and still doesn’t work (location services and exact location on, cleared cache, turned off wifi, etc etc). Doesn’t make sense. Very frustrating. Funny thing is, they can take your money in an “ineligible location” but you can use that money. Fix this!

Hockey DFS going downhill.. This year hockey DFS has gone downhill. Only one decent slate per night now (where last year there were multiple ones with good contests like multipliers). Also lineups locks sometimes before goalie is known.

This app is an absolute scam. They took my money without question but when it comes to withdrawing they make it extremely hard. It keeps saying unable to verify, contact a customer support agent but the agent did nothing to help me at all after multiple attempts. It never let me manually verify my account. Better than DraftKings!. The customer service of DK was horrible after using the app for 3 years straight. After switching to FD the line up lookup method highlights players that are either out or questionable at all times. The contest are cheaper and have better payouts than the low cost DK contests. I am overall impressed by how the transition was. And don’t for getting the bonus when you deposit money. Just did a $100 to try it out and received an extra $20. Love this app!

Love FanDuel. I have been playing on FanDuel for 5 years now. Originally started with football and have been getting more experience with other sports like baseball and basketball. What I love most is all the different varieties of contests you can join, big tourney’s with a shot at getting rich or easy cash contests to make a profit! FanDuel is way better than DraftKings!

They bully there winner’s. FanDuel will take your money. I was winning on the app and started noticing they change scores sometimes hours after contest. I called them out on it they fixed the issue. Now my account gets suspended I’ve been waiting over a month for a explanation only answer I get is there was suspicious activity and someone will call me. I have year long contest I can’t check them or get a refund and nobody cares but me. I feel like I’ve been robbed.

Updates. I’ve been a consistent user of the app. But I do not like the latest update where they have the new placement of the Show Contests/Hide Contests. Change it back to the original placement, please! Now, I’m adding on and downgraded from 4-stars to 2-stars - the latest update for iPad Pro, you click on live match and the lineup doesn’t pop up on the right side. What happened with this latest update! Terrible!

Fan duel my experience. I never have done anything like this and it’s fun. I’ve had some players out of games when I selected them. I learned to pay attention to line ups until play time starts in case I need to replace a player or two. It’s annoying they wait so long to let you know. I’ve lost more than I have won and decided to use the guru feature to help with picks. I’m still learning but it’s really fun.

Stay away from the casino. Fan duel for sports 5 stars. Casino I liked until a few times things seemed fishy. 6 months ago hit a large bet on live roulette but said there was an error. Took a break and saw $25 in my account so played. Down to $3 I put $1 on 3 numbers, wheel spins ball drops and the error comes up. Open the live roulette back up a my number came up and no win. Not taking the risk with bigger money anymore.

FanDuel is stealing money. For the past week, Fanduel has been stealing money from me. I created an account last week, won money off of NFL week one, and then tried to place more bets. However, Fanduel froze my account in order to verify me. For the past week I have been inserting my information, all of it correct, and it saying that there is an error and to contact customer support. I then contact them by phone and email, and they don’t answer. I used my drivers license to show that I am who I claim I am, and even after it says that it was successful, it still says that I need to verify myself. I have money in my account stuck in there. If Fanduel didn’t have such a stupid customer service, it would be fine, but I need my money.

This app is a scam!. I downloaded this app and thought about placing a bet. I transferred $1,000 from my bank to the app but did not make any bet. I then changed my mind and wanted to withdraw my deposits. To my surprise they did not allow me to at first! After some back-and-forth they finally refunded me my money. (Note: I never made any bet!) But that’s not the end of the story. Several days later, I received a mail from some debt collector, claiming I own FanDuel money, and threatens to cut me off a list of financial services. I contacted FanDuel and was told I have to deal with this myself. What a ridiculous company! Stay away!

It's ok. This app is OK, the main thing I don't like is once a game starts u can't change any players from any team, meaning if the first game starts at 7pm and u have a player for a 8pm whose status changed to out before the game u can't change the player bcuz they're locked in. I wrote to fanduel about this and was told the lowest player would get dropped and the points not counted but I think that's stupid bcuz there can be a good player u can replace them with but since the game is locked after the first game whether ur out is in that game or not ur still stuck with a player that u now know isn't going to play.

TERRIBLE - PLEASE READ. At first everything seemed fine because I deposited my money and was then allowed to pick line-ups and enter them into contests. However, about a week after I entered these line-ups I was asked to verify my ID by sending a picture of a drivers license. I did as I was told ( I have a completely valid and legal drivers license so there should be no complications) But when I hit “accept” to enter my license, the page just refreshes and acts as if I never sent anything. I have a iPhone X so it’s not a phone problem either. I am not allowed to withdraw any money now either. So now I have money stuck in FanDuel and no way to use it or get it out. Worst money making idea ever.

Love it.. Great app. One thing I’d like to see, probably not likely but after an event starts you can’t control a player that’s a late scratch .. like I said unlikely but why not give said player the avg. that that player gets. Especially when I player is seemingly healthy. The healthy scratch is irritating. Losing by what said player could have gotten. Other than that I love daily fantasy.

Love this app!. fanduel is amazing! it keeps me interesting doing so much research and always checking to see if i’ve won money. however, though out the head to head matchups i would love to see the percentage you have of winning or even after you build your lineup it gives you your teams overall points projections for that night. other than that great app!!

Fan Duel has so many opportunities to compete for, whatever your sport, you will enjoy going up against others just like you. Frustrating. I understand the server being down, but when you have 14 entries in play with no idea what has happened with scoring....... Also, I have a buddy that has won over 20K and was offered a 200$ deposit and FanDuel put in $100. I deposit 200$ ever time I deposit, and have never been offered that. Very frustrating, therefore the rating.

Fanduel is a MUST for the casual sports fan. This app is well worth the investment for the sole fact that it makes sports more entertaining. I just won $2 on a Justin Bour Two-run HR in the B8, and while that hit didn’t affect the outcome of the game, I felt like I just won the World Series. On a Monday night. In April. Watching baseball. And the best part? Your “investment” can be whatever you want it to be. Play the Free games. Get credits for referring friends. Or throw $1 on Monday Night Baseball. It will be well worth it.

Slots. This site is legally robbing people with the slots. A few coworkers and I will play at least $250 a week on slots and none of us walk away on the positive end at the end of the week. FanDuel gives you a few little wins just to take what you won and more putting you in the negative. The only way you have a chance to actually win money is to bet on the Sportsbook. Slots are rigged for the players to lose

Don't do it. Last review deleted, hmmm why? Cause the truth was told, they cheat. Just watched another cheating session right in front of my eyes. Played in the Monday, Thursday night contest and all of a sudden all the big players were on the top 25 picks. Convenient they all played Thursday night. I have screen shots of the top 100 teams at the end of the 2nd quarter and none of them are the players that are going to win big money. Where did these teams all of a sudden come from? Fanduel of course, they went in and put in lineups to make sure the big payouts go to made up accounts and they make a ton of money doing it. They are not going to pay out 100k to someone, they are GOING TO keep all the money themselves. DON'T DO IT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!

FanDuel actively lies to and deceives their customers by not making certain sections on their app clear about what type of touchdown is needed to be scored. I was asked if a QB “will score a touchdown” yet it never specified that it needed to be a rushing or receiving touchdown. What an absolutely joke this company is acting like a passing touchdown doesn’t even count as a touchdown. Their customer support team is rude, inconsiderate, inflexible, and did not provide anything close to an adequate response. I will never use FanDuel again and have lost all respect for them as a company and organization. FanDuel is a joke and their corporate sins will be remembered eternally and judged fairly.

Need a New Marketing team!!. Giving them a one star because they refuse to add anymore NBA Single Game entries. Some nights if lucky, they offer two games, but most times, it is one with another game only offering half time and 4thqt scoring. Who plays that, only degenerates!! Draft Kings on the same nights may offer four single entry games. That’s just bad marketing by FanDuel, letting your competitor take more market share. Lastly, too many Satellite offerings intermixed with the Money games just leads to clutter!!

High Rake and Short Window for Won Tickets. -Be aware that many contests are for larger contest tickets rather than cash. Many times you will need to win several contests in a row to actually receive a cash payout. Keep in mind that the buy in value kept by FanDuel can be close to 20% for each contest, chipping away at the expected value of your original entrance fee to close to half the full amount you paid if 3 contests are needed to reach a cash payout. -Also in some cases you can compete to win tickets for contests that will take place more than a moth after winning. Then will later get a notification with less then a 12 hour window to enter your line up before the contest starts.

Loving that FanDuel is back in Texas. I was a huge fan of FanDuel and to me it holds the number 1 spot in all of daily fantasy sites. I was upset that everyone in Texas accounts were restricted from playing in money games cause of all the politics that was involved. So we had to settle with DraftKings who is the second best and Yahoo fantasy (3rd). This is the best daily fantasy site going now and I hope bigger and more exciting things is to come!!!!

I hate the new update…. After installing the new update, you can no longer see if adding the last player / swapping the two players will put you over the allowed budget in dailies. Previously it was really easy to see if adding a player would put you over the budget (the player price would be in red or green) - all prices are now in green and you have to remember how much your current player is and how much of your budget you have left - the app is definitely harder to use now. Yes, we all can do the math, but why make it harder on users?!

Fan duel golf. I enjoy betting small amounts. It helps keep me attuned to PGA Tour news and rising stars. It’s extraordinarily difficult to win, however. I build lineups by checking Vegas odds, by reading the various fantasy forecasts, and using my knowledge of history. My teams are almost always in the hunt, but I win about 10 to 15 percent of the time. The randomness is exasperating. I keep thinking one of these days I’ll hit the right lineup combo, but the odds are against it. I plan to quit soon because the payoff just isn’t there for the amount of time I invest.

Fantasy Junkie. Awesome app. You don’t have to be rich or have a lot of money to play. It’s very enjoyable just to know you have a shot at winning as much as anyone else. I personally love the NFL and have played Fantasy Football since 1995. When then we used the Monday and Tuesday morning paper to figure up everyone’s scores. I’m a bit old fashioned but this app does it all for you.

Constant issues. There’s always issues on Fanduel for me and it seems to me like draftkings is a smoother option. Live stats were down for a long time and there was a half hearted effort to repay their customers which shows a lot about what they think about their customers. I’m really slowing down my play on their app for the future until improvements are made.

Pros and Cons. Fan duel is great while watching games. I love the pictures to quickly remember the lineups set. I feel it is a little easier to win compared to draft kings but I don’t like the 50-50 payout. If you say double up. I want to double up. Not 5 dollars to $9.40. And there should also be more bets for just 1pm et games. The only nfl games available for 1pm et are 50/50. Besides these couple issues I would probably stay with just fan duel. But for now I switch back and forth to draft kings for the payouts and more options

Easy to use, best customer service and withdraw process better than anyone. I have been using fanduel for almost 10 years. It is the best sports betting app. They have great process for how to bet and receive your money when you win. Fanduel is way better than DraftKings for how it goes about it’s business and does not rely on bonuses for contest and over the top marketing.

Bots & Shady activity. App is always glitchy while I’m using it. Some games they’ll leave open well after the game is over vs the other ones that are closed. What is happening during this period and live? Seems no matter how much I play the entire sequence of events during my “wager” is the same. Early on I’m shown I’m winning money, then lock clock work by the grace of god between the noon and evening games everyone else (or enough shelll account comically all have the exact players and I tank down to $0 or 1/4 of what I put in. Gambling isn’t fun if you’re not given a legitimate shot. Theirs plenty of information about this and other sports betting sites that are making me delete this app for good.

Please read: dead honest review. This casino is the most unfair and crooked I’ve ever played , I’m tired of donating my hard earned money to FanDuel , other casinos at least provide entertainment and some fairness by letting you win a portion back… this casino is an absolute black hole who doesn’t value its customers, stay away and play anywhere else , I have no problem losing if feel it’s done fairly… it feels so unfair here at FanDuel , I’m being honest , my losses here are exponential compared to any other online casino. It’s beyond bad luck , I’m playing the same slots, it’s theft, its criminal, and I hope more customers switch to a new casino…

No more deals or promotions. So FanDuel was doing well with promotions and offers, but that’s not the case anymore. I have DraftKings and mgm as well and at this point I get boosts and promotions daily. FanDuel nothing. The tipping point was the other day when their app went down for an hour or two right at prime time for games starting. They fixed it, but after back and forth with support, nothing was given in compensation. Unacceptable and customer support is disconnected with helping you, so it doesn’t get you far. If your doing all 3 of the apps, cool, but if your looking to get the best bang for ur bucks, then use DraftKings. Period. Maybe someone will see these reviews and fix these issues.

Disappointed with Fanduel. Zero Stars this apps live support screwed me out of my season. I reached out for an entire month and never got a live person to fix my issues. The issues were caused by fanduel and took over one month to repair , when it could have easily been repaired on one live call. I am completely no longer a fan and will recommend other online vendors in the future due to all my losses because of FANDUEL!

Fanduel locked my account and stole some of my money. I played one game of fantasy golf a few months ago. Recently I got a suspicious activity email and Fan duel locked my account and won't unlock it unless I email them my photo Id, a picture of me holding a newspaper with todays date, and a picture of my bank receipt showing the original deposit. This is such an insecure practice, and they have nothing to reference but an email anyways, so it actually proves nothing. They're insane to think I'm emailing pictures of me and my drivers license. That's an identity theft risk to send that via email, and they have no business trying to collect that kind of information.

No accountability. I’ve been playing exclusively in FanDuel for about 5 years. Makes watching on Sunday a lot more fun. But whatever happened to their stats updating has pretty much made it pretty much impossible to have a clue what’s going on with my entries. I understand that this kind of stuff happens, but I expect them to actually do something about it, especially for those of us who are amateurs and do it because it makes Sunday more fun, rather than trying to make money. Refunding entry fees or adding something to accounts or something. Unless they actually show that they care about their customers I’ll be moving to DraftKings next week.

App works great one minor bug. App works great and there have been a lot of good updates recently. There are still times when I try to refresh my Friends leagues scores and it doesn’t show anything. I have to close app and reopen. Also, would love to see the Friends Championship leagues be able to split the weekly earnings among the top X number of people. Would help keep people more interested if they got a little something even if they didn’t win outright and makes the Sunday night game more intriguing if 8-10 people might have a chance at a few dollars rather than just 2 or 3 at 1st place money.

Nice way to pass a Sunday. It’s very entertaining As long as you bet with in your means Gambling is an addiction but if it’s under control it’s not an addiction it’s an entertaining way to pass your Sunday The ones that play every day there should be some kind of player protection so that if the players get out of hand the app automatically realizes and Red flags that account so that there a net at the bottom of there day so that they can keep being customers that bet with there head not over it When a player plays for necessity they have to lose forever as an obligation Gambling should be an entertainment not A way to make money Some have control some don’t The ones that don’t should be protected by the same people that are ruining there lives so they can wake up smell the coffee and do the right thing for there families That’s my opinion

Fanduel Rules. Since joining fanduel I have been extremely satisfied. They offer fair and legitimate chances to win big $$$ and I have cashed in quite a few times myself. They even offer leagues strictly for beginners, this allows u to play and bet against fellow beginners only without any experienced players allowed to enter the contest. So if you are a sports fan I would advise you to check out fanduel.!!!

Suspended My Account and Will Not Respond. My account was randomly suspended. I sent in the request to have it unlocked 2 weeks ago and have received no update or reason as to why it was suspended. My money is locked in the account. I did talk to their support staff online and they were unable to unlock my account because the accounts team has to do that (the accounts team hasn’t responded to my original request to unlock the account). Not happy with their customer service. Here I am during the Super Bowl, college basketball season and the Daytona 500 locked out of my account. Thanks Fan Duel Team!

Dolla Dolla Bills Y’all. This app is great... you can duel other fans for money. You can win a lot of money. You can also put a second mortgage on your home and lose it all... Then have to explain to your wife why you lost all the money. Then you get divorced and still need to pay child support and Alimony. Also have your wages garnished and eventually move back in with your parents like the loser you are.... great sports app overall!

This whole setup is a bit suspect. I love the app love betting on my games the cheapness of the games and all that. But the NBA draft pretty much confirmed it for me. Youre telling me someone was able to guess every top 10 draft pick player for player their exact position being picked and all no way dude not buying it he had to of cheated somehow nobody’s that lucky guy should be playing the lottery smh there’s a way around this game even when doing nfl you see the same people winning every week that’s not luck

Total sham. Don’t download. Don’t add funds. FD and FD Sportsbook are NOT the same thing. Wanted to place some small sportsbook bets, so I downloaded Fanduel and uploaded $25–it was SO easy to add money using ApplePay. Fanduel DOES NOT allow sportsbook bets. It is only incomprehensible “games” where thousands of people are competing for peanuts. I immediately realized that I did not want anything to do with this, and tried to “withdraw” my funds. YOU CAN ONLY WITHDRAW YOUR WINNINGS. Since I hadn’t placed any bets, I hadn’t won anything, so I had $0 (of $25 balance) available to withdraw. I have reached out to customer support, who sent me an auto-reply email saying that it would be 3-5 business days before they even responded, let alone refunded my money. BUYER BEWARE!! This place is VERY difficult to deal with.

Closed account. So I got locked out of my account. Thought no big get a hold of customer service they will surely let me back in. I can prove it’s me and my account. Not a problem! Nope they email me back saying I had duplicate accounts, I didn’t even remember I had an account already with them or I wouldn't have made a new one. They lock me out of the account that I just used that had a $31 dollar balance. Granted I started with $5 and won the rest and told me to use the account I had prior which of course had nothing in it. I’m pretty sure they could tell I hadn’t used the first account in a very long time but that doesn’t matter

App won’t open. I originally gave this app 5 stars because I really like it. But for the past week the app stopped working. It opens for a half second and then closes. Support has no answers except use the website. I absolutely despise using the website because of how it looks. The app makes it so much better to use.

Fanbulous!!!. I love FanDuel app on Apple, which has not had any glitches, even at game time. Though, it can slow down a bit because everyone is probably trying to edit their lineup at the last second. Of course, it wouldn't come down to the wire if they had to decide a hour before the game if someone is going to play or not. Okay, nothing to do with FanDuel I know, other than to say, I love the games and they are great at handling the load on the system!! 👍

Players Out. I used to like Fanduel but after tonight I think I’ll be switching to Draftkings. This is like the 3rd time this has happened and it’s messed up, I check my line ups when players are GTD all the way up to the start of the contest. Tonight I had Jordan Clarkson in he was GTD at 6:59pm the minute the contest started at 7:00 he’s all of sudden out. I get that’s the chance you take on players who are GTD but you can’t tell me you all of a sudden get information at 7 that hes out.

Don’t download!. Never received my $10 credit when I was referred by a friend or when I referred another friend. They also charged me $9 when I tried to withdraw my money and never was able to give an actual reason as to why or credit me back the money. Basically felt like my money was trapped and I was forced to gamble any money that I put into the app. I was never able to withdraw any money as they make it extremely difficult! Don’t recommend the app what so ever. And trust me this isn’t a angry post because I was losing my money, I was doing just fine and making money, but like I said was unable to withdraw anything when I wanted to.

Guaranteed contest are not guaranteed. I entered a guaranteed contest for a 15 dollar voucher. I was the only one in the contest. They refunded my entry fee because not enough people entered the contest. They sent me an email saying to avoid this in the future to join guaranteed contest. ?????? Not sure they know what guaranteed means. UPDATED WITH ACTUAL EMAIL THEY SENT. “Guaranteed contests (GPS) run no matter how many people join. You can find guaranteed contests in the FanDuel Lobby.” This seems to conflict with according to our rules contest must have at least two entries. So if you win a guaranteed big prize they may try to wiggle out of it. The y did with a 15 dollar prize. Change your email you send out.

Left out. So I was booted from Fanduel because they said I had another account. We I stopped using that account because I lost use of the email. I know longer have access to it. And I told them you can plainly see I haven’t used that account at all since then. They said I have to go in and delete the account. I said I have no way to use that email to do so. They give me nothing! I call and email etc. NOTHING! I want to play and I can’t understand why they don’t want a customer. And even more so why not help a customer??? Can’t get any help to get an account to play. NONE. I LOVE DAILY FF and I don’t want to play on Yahoo etc. But looks like I will have to. Just really bizarre.
