Poor experience. Tried to join in with another Sportsbook for the Super Bowl, and hasn’t gone very well with Caesar’s. The app is buggy, every time I log in, the app spins and freezes on me. Usually have to restart and then able to get in. The. Even if you leave the app for 2 seconds, have to log in again ( yes I clicked remember me). Good luck to then anyone who needs to get their to Support line. Live Chat is available, but no one is there. Spent 3 sessions waiting over an hour for someone, but nothing. So I did the alternative, send an email. 3 Days later, no response. Currently on 2.5 hours of waiting for another chat, and debating if it’s even worth it now. Too bad that this book has a lot better props and bet options, but the other major book will get support responses via email within 4 minutes. Casears won’t have my time if they don’t have time to support me.

Trap Bonuses. The app kept applying $5 bonus cash to my account which, according to their terms and conditions, could only be applied when other cash was depleted. Additionally, this bonus cash was locked until $100 was wagered on slots. As I am attempting to complete this requirement, I was randomly given another $5 useless bonus cash with a separate $100 wager, with them taking that bonus cash out of my total balance. Thus, I lost $10 of my own money. I could remove these bonus but when I did so in the past it eliminated all other bonus including ones I had completed, including one I had been working for over a month whereby I make $100 worth of NBA bets in a specific time period in order to earn a $150 NBA Store Gift card. This is not their only trash bonus as most require high wagers in order actually receive bonus cash. FanDuel is a far superior app, and I even enjoyed MGM more by the end. This app’s existence on my phone met the same fate as its namesake Roman dictator.

App Refuses to Withdraw my Money. Only had the app 3 days as of writing this and this app has a lot of issues. For starters it refuses to allow me to withdraw my winnings. I try the ACH transfer way and it refuses to work after entering in my routing/account number several times. I try to transfer the money via logging into my bank and the app uses this 3rd party called Trustly to do that and each time i log into my account successfully it takes me to a trustly page in the app asking for my work email to set up a demo of their services. There is no way to go back or proceed forward and I refuse to give my work email….and why they would think that was okay to ask is beyond me. Lastly their live support is terrible. I explained my issue and the person kept giving their scripted responses. I was being polite given the circumstance of not being able to get my money and the person just kept giving canned responses must have got upset because thats all they are likely trained to say and do the bare minimum and they just disconnected. So here I am now on Monday still trying to get my money out since Saturday. I will never use this app again after receiving my money.

Underdeveloped. Do not use this app. It is not fully developed and their servers are not as robust as DraftKings. I enjoy live betting and boy I’ll tell ya, their systems cannot keep up when you try to load up a parlay of live games. DraftKings does this effortlessly. Caesars also chooses to suspend bets for the slightest reason. Ie: runner gets on base, pitcher behind in count, team up at halftime or intermission. It’s obvious they are waiting for the game to “settle” to a more predictable moment before adjusting odds. DraftKings software adjusts in the moment and will not freeze your parlay card. Customer support is extremely rude and condescending and tries to get you to reboot your system to end the chat. It’s clear that Caesar’s themselves do not oversee the quality or functionality of the app as all customer service reps seem to be from the Middle East. When I call Caesars to book a room, this isn’t the case and I sure am treated better. Besides functionality, DraftKings offers tons more ways to bet. Instead of just an over or under for points, you’ll have multiplen tiers you can choose from, some more or less aggressive. Daily rewards and profit boosts are much more robust as well. It’s clear Caesars just wanted to fatten their pockets a little more without doing the work that the other apps do. Nice try tho.

The worst gambling app I have ever used. This app is horrendous and Caesar’s is terrible too. They take weeks to pay you. They run promos and then tell you that you don’t qualify for it or you can’t use it. There are so many other options that you would be foolish to ever use this horrendous book. I’d recommend DraftKings, FanDuel, bet mgm, fox bet, and even barstool over this trash. Their customer support having a phone number is probably the only good thing about this Sportsbook. Their customer support can do very little for you and pretty much just tell you sorry it is what it is. I really could go on for days about how pathetic Caesar’s is. Even funnier I’ve waited longer to get layouts from Caesar’s than I have to deposit money, gamble, and withdraw money on other books. Really this one is terrible and you’d be crazy to bother with it. If you wanna chase your money around and have nothing but problems I highly recommend you use Caesar’s but for everyone else save yourself the time and hassle.

Love this book for most part but very buggy. Love winning money on this book as for some reason I have the best luck with all my bets placed here so maybe that’s why I’m bias in giving 4 stars…I use every book u can name in nys lol as far as I know at least and this is one of the more buggy ones! Constantly reloading and going back to main screen having to log back in sometimes unusable for hours at a time which doesn’t happen often but has happened multiple times. If this app would run more smooth without crashing and all the other little bugs it would be almost flawless. Also maybe take a page out of fan duel and draft kings book as far as markets go. Need more markets more things to bet on for each game… also love the addition of some of the leagues for hockey, basketball, soccer etc i know nys is behind the ball when it comes to gambling on certain foreign leagues and what not but it’s getting better and Caesar’s is one of the books that’s keeping up to date as far as this goes. Cmon Caesar’s a little tweaking here and there and we good!!!

Poor customer support. I’m currently working through a technical error with William Hills withdrawal/deposit system. On my first withdrawal there was a technical error on their side which caused the withdrawal to decline. Not a big deal. However, William Hills stance is that they put the fund’s back into my account. They didn’t, the funds were never put back into my account. My transactions list shows every deposit, bet, and my first attempted withdrawal; but no deposits from William Hill. I’ve been working with customer service for 3 weeks and have had no luck. They will not give me my money back. The most recent rep Danny Edwards is completely ignoring me at this point. All I’ve asked for is a screen shot or some sort of proof that the funds were put back into my account. They will not provide proof because they didn’t deposit the funds. All this for $100 dollars, it’s ridiculous. If you choose William Hill then good luck to you because their customer support is atrocious. There are plenty of other options such as Draft Kings or FanDuel Sportsbook. They have more betting options as well.

Serious questions about honesty. I live in Las Vegas and part time sports bet for a living. There’s too many glitches and odd timing with how they update live scores. You should be very very careful using it. I’d say it’s suspicious at best and more likely purposefully manipulated on their end to encourage betting using outdated information. For instance if you’re betting a live game, it may go extended periods of time without updating, then suddenly there’s a massive point swing - normally I’d say that’s the risk you take gambling, however these periods of time where it’s not updated are 100% in their favor. Considering I wager $200k or more annually, over thousands and thousands of bets you’d expect the outages to be evenly distributed, some in your favor, others not. Then there’s also the glitches. From time to time when I log into my account it shows someone else’s information altogether!!! I can cash out their existing balance, and cash out their existing bets!!!! Of course I do not because it’s illegal. But understand that does happen and I have screenshots to prove it.

Use a Different Sportsbook App. I have found this app to continuously give me issues when placing a same game parlay where the bet cannot be placed for some phantom reason all of the sudden. Usually if one of the legs is suspended the individual leg will say so and you can remove it, or if the odds change you can accept the change and place the bet. Far too often you are just told the bet can’t be made because some selections cannot be combined, without any further explanation and when the bets are clearly ok to be combined (not picking one player to do 4 different things or something). It is hard enough to hit a parlay, but when you cook one up and this happens just before a contest starts so you’re unable to get it in, and then come to find out the parlay would have actually hit, it is incredibly frustrating. This issue was clearly a bug in their app as the app itself even crashed and booted me out. I definitely am using the most updated version of the app and my internet connection is both strong and secure. Customer service wouldn’t help me, instead they told me I should have deleted and redownloaded the app. Caesar’s does offer some nice NBA bet types that others don’t, but the bugs in the app are not worth the frustration. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app for your sports betting.

So-so…... Some bets not defined clearly enough and the layout of the app is to keep you in the blind as far as any type of information on the game/match. I have to constantly switch between windows to get ANY type of info on the game. I see other sites that have live scores on each game on the page with all the games on it rather than having to click on each individual game. Still very very frustrated with how they word a bet in SGP with how they determine QB touchdowns and not. I bet that a qb would score a touchdown in a game which is exactly how it’s worded in the bet, “A player to score a touchdown,” and I lost my bet because he threw for it and didn’t rush for it and in the same game they made a Boost bet for the same qb to have a ‘rushing’ touchdown. Which that tells me if it’s rushing then they say rushing. I mean you mean to tell me that Tom Brady doesn’t have any of those touchdowns because he threw for them and didn’t run them in….. horse pucky! I got told to just deal with it and that’s it. No follow up and no reach out to see if a problem was resolved. Not looking for free handouts but some better explanation of bets would be nice.

App glitches They will never help you or give you the benefit. This app glitches and crashes all the time, just now I made a tennis bet for $275 to win $500. The app started showing double my bet that I had made 2 bets. I tried refreshing and closing it and then both were gone and my account was credited $300 right before the match ended and my bet won. I reach out and they gaslight you and don’t even respond correctly “Carlos” keeps saying. There was only 1 bet made. Not two. Then he tells me I cashed out there’s nothing they can do. And disconnects. I never cashed out. Their platform is buggy and they don’t take any responsibility they tell you that it’s your connection causing their software problems So they have a software malfunction and this is how they TELL you after their trash platform screws up. There is nothing you can do about it this is an actual response to this situation “Carlos: Thank you for holding I apologize for the delay, It seems that it was a cashout they confimied this to me, sorry. I understand your point trader look this up and it seems there was a cashout request by you, nothing we can do, Is there anything else I can assist you with? How sickening is that? They just wipe their hands clean of it and blame it on you

Forget about earning the bonuses on video poker. I recently started playing on this app. I’m a video poker player, so I tend to play a lot to earn Caesar’s tier credits. Over the last two days I made deposits to get bonus cash to play with. So I got a $25 bonus, a $10 bonus, and another $25 bonus. So on the “black and gold” Caesar app this means I have to play each bonus 15x over to earn them in my balance. I just realized playing video poker on this app, I have to play the bonuses 50x over to earn them! That means for the $60 to count towards my balance I have to play $3,000 of wagers! Additionally, the bonuses gang up on you. So I can’t earn each one of them individually as I play (like earned the first 25, now work on the next 10), I have to play the full $3,000 for any of them to count. Ouch! I recommend finding other apps. UPDATE: Caesar’s recognized the situation and remedied it with cash back into my account based on a play structure. Very glad they did, upgrading to 4 stars.

Don’t use this app. Caesar will suspended your account if you win on beta and then hold your money. They will say they are going to mail a check but you will never receive your money. Customer service will provide no answer on why they suspended your account. They suspended my account with over $2900 and are refusing to give me my money back to my payment source. There is a group in NC that is now collecting evidence against Caesar for suspending people accounts and not sending their money by check. Even if you deposit through your bank or PayPal. Instead of just refunding your money back to the source you deposit funds. They know the checks will never arrive. I found 3 other people that have had this had to them and some been waiting for 4 months to get their checks. They’re starting to seek legal action against Caesar. They’re chat groups letting ppl know which apps to use. I would advise trying a different sports book app. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 definitely should even get a star.

Rip off artists buyer beware. First I deposited a certain amount of money asking if their promotion for a first wager was legitimate. They said yes you could bet up to $2021 at no cost on your first bet and they would replenish your account. I wagered $100 and lost but then they informed me after the fact that the hundred dollars would only be good as bets when they never ever said that in the beginning and the money still hasnt been credited to my account after days!!!! Then today I mistakenly somehow made the same bet twice… Don’t know how that happened considering I know how to bet a d feel the app just did it themselves. It took almost 30 minutes to reach customer service and by that time they said the game had already started and they were unable to reverse my duplicate bet even though it was only $30! 😂 I bet on fan duel and draft kings often and their customer service is A+. I would rank William Hills customer service as a D-They care nothing about their customers. I would beware betting with them.

Love the book but the app is glitchy. I can’t tell you how many time when I’m trying to out in a bet the app has to restart. It happen on my phone or iPad so I know it’s not my device. I have deleted the app and redownload it to see if that would help and it didn’t. I do like betting with Caesar’s and I love the rewards program they offer. But I honestly can’t do any research on games outside of the app without having to come back, log back in and re-add bets into the beta lip that disappeared. I don’t have this problem with fanduel, draftkings or any other betting app I’ve used but it almost seems as if I’m not aloud to leave the Caesars app and come back without having to login again and that is a problem. I would understand if it were many minutes outside the app but it happens if I go to another app for even 5 seconds than come back. It happens even while I’m still in the app trying to add bets to the betslip. It’s very annoying. Please make it to where I can use multiple apps at the same time with the Caesar app!!!! PLEASE MAKE THIS APP MORE STABLE!!!!!! It would make my betting experience so much better!!!! Pretty good app overall though. 3 stars until this issue gets resolved

The worst of the big sportsbooks. It’s honestly shocking how much Caesar’s advertises their sportsbook given that it doesn’t hold up at all compared to DraftKings and Fanduel. Significantly worse UI, fewer promos, significantly fewer options for SGPs, and worst of all, it’s riddled with bugs. I haven’t been able to place a bet for the last 24 hours now because they are experiencing technical issues. I also recently discovered a bug where adding additional legs to a parlay can sometimes *lowers* the total odds. And sometimes while creating a parlay, the app will just give you an error and wipe everything you had so you have to start over. Wait at least another year before even touching this sportsbook. Edit: I followed the advice of the developer response and filled out the online form, but when I clicked submit it took me to an error page that said: “We can't seem to find the page you're looking for. The page you requested could not be found. The link you followed may be broken or the page may have been removed.” So not only is the app broken but the form to tell them the app is broken is ALSO broken.

The worst sportsbook in history. Just plain out awful! 20x play through on bonus funds? Get out of here! Deposit funds and supposed to receive a bonus with it and didn’t get it? Good luck getting ahold of support! That is because there is no support to help you at all! I’ve called 10 different numbers all to get told nothing useful what so ever! Called their corporate number that was given to me after many failed attempts at any help. Guess what? No help at all, only more bad news. There is no customer support in wv so why even have a live chat option? It is said your support is available 7 days a week? Lies!! Emails were sent and none were answered or replied too. I tried picking another state on the live support to see if I could get any help that way and screenshotted the convo which basically was 3 responses and the customer service rep leaving the chat and not answering any of my questions. I waited 6 hours on live chat just to talk to this support only to get shut down instantly! You don’t accept my PayPal, or the 6 credit/debit cards I’ve tried. You are the worst sportsbook I have ever had to deal with. I will not return to your poor excuse for a sportsbook/casino!

Do NOT Download!!. I made a basketball bet using this app. When I made the bet it told me the game was at the end of the 3rd quarter. Shortly after making the bet, I found out the game was in fact NOT at the end of the 3rd quarter but the BEGINNING, Despite the app telling me otherwise. This lead to my bet losing and me losing all the money I placed on it that I work hard for because of a mistake on Ceasars’ behalf. When I reached out to their customer service chat (twice) I was told that their live time clocks are run by a 3rd party and due to their “house rules” I would not be refunded. When I asked where in the app I could find these “house rules” I was disconnected from the chat on BOTH OCCASIONS. I then called the customer service number, the guy put me on hold for 20 minutes to find there supposed rules and said he had emailed them to me (which I never received). When I asked to escalate the situation and speak to a manager, he said “they’re just gonna tell you the same thing I did.” The customer service is absolutely atrocious and I will NEVER use this app again and STRONGLY suggest none of you do either!!!!! RED FLAGS!!

Didn’t give me my risk free bet.. Don’t waste your time or money. The risk free bet on this app is a scam. Its been 3 days still haven’t gotten anything. Download draftkings, FanDuel or betmgm. They will actually give you a risk free bet if you lose your first bet. I tried contacting Caesar’s sportsbook the past couple days still haven’t gotten a response back. I don’t know why I haven’t received my risk free bet. I bet $500 my first bet after going to my promos clicking register now on the risk free bet up to $1250 and still haven’t heard or received anything. I made this bet the 21st it’s now the 24th. I very rarely write reviews but this is very unfair and I don’t want to see anyone scammed the way I was. Rosemarie Bautista is the person that is suppose to help me through all of this but is very hard to reach. I am very unhappy with the customer service and that I will probably never see that $500 from my risk free bet. If i do actually receive it I will change my review but very unlikely at this point.

Terrible service, places duplicate bets, customer support doesn’t care. I got this app because a rep approached me at a casino bar. I placed 2 bets and later tried to view them and it was either showing “no open bets” or the same bet was showing twice. Clearly I (or any sane person) would not have placed the SAME bet for the SAME amount minutes apart from each other. When I tried to live chat with support, two different people basically said “great, thanks for telling us. No refunds. anything else we can help with?” They also suggested I use a Chrome browser. I have no interest in using a browser when I’m sitting at a bar and there’s an app available. That should tell you right there that they know the app has issues. I am a developer. In my opinion, they put too much effort into the eye candy features and not enough into the actual betting part. Ask yourself if you’d rather have pretty live score updates or reliable betting when you’re spending your money. Top it off with live chat support that’s worse than an AI chat bot and you’ve got an experience that actually inspired me to write my very first app review. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Worst live betting option period.. Last update makes live betting a lose-lose situation no matter what you do no live scores update and you’re routinely allowed to bet on options that have already lost. I have the best possible internet available, it’s not a connection issue, it’s a Caesars side issue. I have asked other bettors and they say the same thing. Steer clear of this app for live betting. Sports betting is a form of income for me. I pay extreme attention to each and every bet, their graders are constantly wrong with live bets, I always call when I have a dispute and they stand by their grade, even when they are WRONG. I spent almost 300k on sports bets last year with BETMGM and moved to Caesars for the rewards and variety of bets… it comes down to what you make money with, if you like the prop bets and live bets, Caesars has you covered as long as they get it right. I never had any incorrect grades at BETMGM or William Hill. However they never had detailed bets that allowed me to win with detailed knowledge. Ultimately I gave Caesars a one star review after they claimed they followed the final ruling according to the NFL, I found the final ruling from the NFL and they DID NOT HONOR THE NFL FINAL RULING.

Worst betting odds of any Sportsbook. This was the first Sportsbook that I used when betting became legal in my state and I’ve seen improvements for the app, except in areas that will draw in customers/betters. 1. Outrageously high betting odds. Current bet line OKC vs ORL- SGA 20 pts in Caesar’s is -3000. The same 20 pts line in FD is -1600. I wouldn’t play that bet line on either, however, you only win pennies if you bet the like on Caesar’s. I know they gear it to “the house always wins”, but this is robbery. 2. Limited betting options vs other Sportsbooks, especially once the game has already started. 3. Still missing a lot of basic features. No way to save your bets or preserve them once the app closes any bet that’s still in the breakup is gone. You have to remake it again. No social aspects. This is where I like DK. There you can join the social section and tail bets that you see and like with 1 button press. This app feels so isolated from everyone else. Imagine betting in an empty casino. The only reason why this app is used as much as it is, is because of the location availability.

BE CAREFUL - Apps still bad just like the other app. My experience as a “VIP online member.” (Stopped playing at Caesar’s and switch to Borgata when they stopped the expedite withdrawal, why wait 3 days when I can wait 1 hour) decided to try this app today because I got an email a bit ago from a rep saying this app is better than the Caesar’s app because it’s updated and new but I think it’s because of the bad reviews on the other app because slot games still crash, can’t play a lot of games because it’ll just keep refreshing; kicks you out then refresh again over and over and if you do get in and place a bet it will only allow you to bet a few times then repeat cycle, constant location errors unless you pick the games that do work. Which are old games so it forces you to play old games and there is no issue with it kicking you out, rtp seems but could be because each load in starts a new rtp line, bonus’s I’ve hit no higher than 50x but already down a few hundred so still at a large loss. Hit 4 bonus; payed 2x each, same game, same session, then it ate the remaining balance.

Worst costumer service I ever experienced 😡. They false advertise on the cash out option…I betted on two college games and the moment I placed my bet both games where locked and I ended up getting a error message stating the events are no longer available I went to mgm to see if they had the same problem but no they didn’t I could actually see the game playing..going forward my team was winning for the first half which at that point I should of got gotten a huge cash out…before game started my team was favorite to lose +2500 I betted 50 dollars so me winning the first half if I ended up getting a cash out I would at that point cashed out I knew at some point maybe it would had been a close game so that’s why I decided to try to cash out while I was winning but no cash out at all from the beginning to end😡 I called Costumer service and I spoke with a ladie that didn’t even know what she was doing or know what to do at one point she even told me I don’t what to do and so she try and say that some games don’t have a cash out option when I had asked for my refund so I asked her how would I know that certain games don’t have a cash out option when the dont even tell you….it defeats the purpose I would had never used this app if there’s no cash out option on some games if you ask me this is the worst experience ever please I don’t recommend cause they will Rob you blind smh

Dirtbags. Tried to steal my money from me. Made an account with them and deposited my funds. Couldn’t log in to the account after my money was deposited. I went back and forth with their customer support department (they didn't let me speak to someone so it had to be through email) for weeks before they said i don’t have an account at all even though the money left my account already and went to them. They kept insisting i didn't have an account with them until i gave up and had to find another solution. Had to call my bank and file a claim for the money that apparently just disappeared. Couple weeks late i get a call from TRS recovery services saying i owe caesars money the money they took from me and claimed disappeared. I asked the guy how could i owe them money if according to Caesars i don’t have an account with them in the first place. This whole process lasted for months and all my friends send me news articles now every time Caesars violates another customer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Rigged. Blackjack is rigged so much it’s insane. It doesn’t pay out your winnings almost everytime you win 20 or more. And no lie anytime you get an ace and another card, (not blackjack) say a 6 and you hit it will give you a Jack king queen or 10 so you end up with the same number u had before you hit!! I’m not lying 100% of the over 20+ times I have had the hand of any thing Ace other than blackjack I get the same number dealt with a jack queen king or 10 card given. Not ONCE/ x1 have I received another card other than a ten count. with an Ace and 1-9 card!!!!!!!!! Total rip off and never can I get as many blackjacks as the dealer. If I do the dealer will get a blackjack in the same hand. Blackjack for dealer comes at least x5 in 15min. I complained to casino about my pay out not going thru and they asked for a photo so apparently I need to take photos of every hand I get so I have a before and after which is not appealing to play when you have to cover your winnings by snapshotting the entire time you play!!! Ridiculous. This app has a great review which is prob all sports book bets because idk what else could pay. Slots nothing blackjack rip off and nothing. Anytime ur up u loose it all again until ur back where u started before u won, that’s if u get ur winnings.

Garbage. First off the app constantly either freezes or crashes. The Face ID login even when enabled doesn’t work so you constantly have to input your login credentials (yes every single time) even if the app freezes and you close the app you aren’t still signed in when you open it right back up like most of the other Sportsbook apps. The worst feature though has to be the chat/support. Chat is the only way to get in touch with anyone and good luck there. It takes you out of the app entirely to a sketchy looking site when you’re asked by someone not even formulating correct English sentences to provide your name and last 4 of your SSN. Once you give over that sensitive information good luck getting any help. You can type a message and it’ll sit there for over 10 minutes before you even get a reply. Outside of the new signup bonus I won’t be using this app again until significant changes/improvements are made. There’s plenty of other Sportsbooks with much better apps and service to spend your money with.

Worst app there is no support at all. No customer service or support at all. App is decent but promos work sometimes and end randomly even though they say good until this date. Tried contacting support. Number is out of service. Emailed them, never gotten a response. The chat option has 20 people in line, took an hour and 40 minutes to chat with a guy. The site lags when typing painfully slow so had to exit the site just to type my message and copy and paste them back in the site. Worst customer service ever. Guy was short said promotions can be edited whenever. Asked if management could review or make an exception. He said no they can’t do anything and then sorry I don’t have a better answer. Ignored me asking to have management or someone reach out and just ended the chat. No help at all after an hour and 40 minutes. Once I use my free bets I’m deleting the app. Fanduel and DraftKings service are better have same odds just don’t have the random boost Caesars does but they limit the bet to max of $25 smh. I recommend betting elsewhere

LOVE THE UPDATED APP!!!. I used to envy my family out East that could use FanDuel and DraftKings because their app had so may betting options that I didn’t have, quick bet parlays, etc! Caesar’s updated app now has all this and more! Plus, they seem to have fixed their Location Unknown issue (it would allow me to get my parlay up and ready to bet but when I tried to submit the bet, it error’s out with a location unknown error! I had to restart my phone, sometimes several times, just to put a bet through! This has gone away!!! My biggest complaint is that being in Vegas, I don’t get the Cash out option in my Parlays! My family members in Massachusetts with Caesar’s app do! We can place the exact same parlay and when 2 of 4 games win, they have the cash out option but I do not!!!

Glitchy & crappy chat customer service. When it works, it’s OK. When it doesn’t, forget it. Don’t count on bonuses… You can use them most of the time – but not all. I can still see a small bonus sitting in my account, has not been used, shows the expiration date. Shows ALL transactions. I kept getting more error messages when I tried to use it. Would not let me place any better at all, so obviously the bonus could not be used. It was not used. They are telling me it was. Guaranteed it was not. Still sitting there. I can see the transaction, the amount that was lost lol. The bonus was not included. It’s perfectly fine, there are way too many online betting apps, than to argue and waste time with crappy customer service. I honestly don’t even think that’s legal… Or maybe the rules don’t apply online? Lesson learned, shifting over to another service now. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. Especially if they’re offering free bonuses.

Glitchy. If you are a gambler who places wagers before an event starts and you’re not really into live betting, it’s fine. But if you’re like me making live bets the way a day trader constantly buys and sells stocks, it’s awful. The odds are slow to change based on what’s happening in the game, and sometimes won’t change at all unless you log out and log back in. For example, let’s say the dodgers are up 2-0 and their ML odds show -600. Someone for the opposing team hits a 3 runs homer, dodgers are now down 3-2. The app will briefly show the new odds as dodgers +125 (as an example), however when you click to bet that +125, the app glitches and goes right back to -600. It’s horrible, and I’m starting to think management wants the app to perform this way to screw people. Not only that, but the “open bets” page where you go to view your cash out options is constantly buffering, making it difficult to see what’s going on. Honestly, the only reason I put up with all this is because of the hotel deals tied to my sports wagering. Otherwise, I would have switched to FanDuel a long time ago.

Frequent app crashes. Update: Caesars also makes up its own rules and doesn’t necessarily follow the results of the games it allows you to wager on apparently. The HOF game between the Texans and the Bears was shortened by weather. It was deemed a win for the Bears (who I bet on) by the league. But Caesars voided my bet anyway based on their “house rules.” If you choose to make bets here, be aware that Caesars may decide the outcome, regardless of the actual outcome. The welcome offer is an acquired taste. It’s really good for those who want to make a big first bet. The ongoing promotions are also solid. The main issue, and it’s a big one, is the app is super glitchy. It’s never worked great, but it’s getting worse. Last night I tried to use a parlay promotion but I was unable to get the bet in because the app kept crashing. Bet would have been a winner so it cost me $50. Customer support is also weak. They pretend to have live chat but it’s really a useless bot that can’t respond to specific queries. Disappointing, Caesars. As big a company as you are, you should be better.

Glitch?. Hello I have been playing on here just over a month. And have used a few time’s Alternative lines or Alternative spread. But just yesterday there is no option anymore to use this feature on the app. I am just wondering if it could be a glitch or did they take out this feature? Other than that the app works pretty good. Has all the features it should and it has been fun playing. New users get 1,000 credits and 1,000 tier credits. So you can use those on hotels, travel etc. which is nice, but you would need a lot of them. Because I believe 1,000 is only $10. Maybe its 100. Deceitful. Customers beware… initially like everyone else, I found the app colors, graphics and choices of games engaging. I love the slots. My favorite is Double Diamond, had lost a few times then last week won after increasing wager to 3.00 a game…won 1900 total, then had problems withdrawing the money. For a few days error message when trying to withdraw, which is my mind is a ploy to get customer to continue playing…eventually had to contact someone in support chat and withdrew money. Last night I decided to go back and play same wager… and I noticed the app changed, now when the it looks like I am going to win the Diamond will jump from the line or respin, making it impossible to win I lost around 700 just trying to test my theory and each time it look like I was going to hit the app would respin or reset causing the items not to be on the same line. This is fraud and unethical practices. I deleted the app and will follow-up with formal complaint to the gaming committee.

Great app but needs more deposit bonus. This app is great for sports betting to casino . Easy to navigate and plenty of ways to bet . It could add more SGP ( same game parlay ) but it does have different types that other sports betting and casino does not have . Withdraw and deposits are quick and easy and customer service is always on call . But like I just said . More types of no sweat bets or match deposit bonuses for existing loyal users . Or new … oh and I forgot to mention that you get points for betting lose or win and can use it for just about anything to buying gifts to placing more bets with the points. So try it out you won’t regret it . It also gives you little pop up warnings of the amount you have been playing so you control your limits . That’s why I gave it 5 stars . Was my favorite sportsbook. I was a loyal customer for for several years. I recently ran into a situation with Caesers. I don’t like keeping a lot of money stashed in my betting account…..you’ll see why shortly. I made a bet that was credited as a win that actually lost. I think it was a player prop. I didn’t know that it lost just assumed that it hit because my account was credited. I then made another bet. Later on in the day I went to login to my account and I was told it was suspended and to contact customer service. At this time I was told about the bet payout that shouldn’t have been paid which resulted in my account becoming 30 dollars in the whole. I informed them that it was no problem and that I would pay it back. Here is where the problem is, Caesars refuses to let me login to my account to pay the bet back. I asked them for a way to pay it back. I was told I need to contact my financial institution??? I asked the customer service representative how exactly this would resolve the issue? Just call my bank and say “hey will you send Caesers 30 bucks.” So I once again asked how I can literally pay the 30 bucks…..literally said I WANT TO PAY YOU 30 DOLLARS, give me 1 way to make this possible!!! I was then told to contact my financial institution. Literally can’t make this up.

Worst app I’ve ever had. If I could give this app zero stars, even that is too high. I’ve had this for a few months, and every time it’s crunch time on a football Sunday, you can almost never sign in. I guess the app can’t handle the heavy traffic. Whatever the reason, it’s a disgrace. This past weekend was the last straw. The app was down Saturday late afternoon and I missed the 4:30 NFL game, and then come Sunday, the app was down ALL DAY. it didn’t come back till some time before the night game. Then you go to Monmouth Park, and they can’t even give you your money to bet with cause the ‘app is down.’ I’ve never been associated with such a Mickey Mouse operation such as this, and I’ve been dealing with sports books for 30 years. You call the customer service agents to complain and find out when the app is gonna be back up, and all they say is ‘they didn’t tell us how long.’ Well one thing I can guarantee is that’s the last time I get shut out by William Hill. And what a shame being that It finally became legal in Jersey. Bye bye William. Not nice knowing ya.

Stay away. I’ve used a number of different Sportsbooks and by far this one stands out as one of the worst. I have never left a review for any app (that I’m aware of) but I felt the need to do so here. The app is glitchy for one and placing a parlay with multiple legs during a live game is the equivalent of just burning money. This however I can live with, what is unacceptable is having your account permanently closed after winning money. No I did not do anything shady, yes I contacted support and was told it “was a business decision” nothing more. Customer service seemed confused and would give me the run around constantly “we will call you back or email you in an hour” just to be ghosted for multiple days and have to start the process over again. Finally when I did get to someone they told me that my account was closed (I asked why) they had no answers besides it was a business decision. I will say they did say I could receive my money in a check form but that it could take 6-8 weeks. If you want a good sports book STAY AWAY. If you think I’m the only one this has happened to or think I’m being unreasonable please do your research, their are countless examples of why this Sportsbook isn’t as popular as the others, look at Reddit, Google, etc. You’ll see them littered with examples as to why you should find another Sportsbook.

Ripoff. Tried to use the new member bonus but they refused to give me credit for the bet. I then contacted them by chat and they told me the bet would be credited within 24 hours. It never showed up so I contacted them again by chat and was told once again it would be credited to my account within 24 hours. Still did not show up so I called then, they then told me the bet was under review but they would send me an email within 24 hours. No email or bet was ever received from them . Finally called them again and spoke with a supervisor who said my bet was under review but they would send me a notice within 6 hours. They then said my bet did not qualify but as a courtesy they would give me a free $2 bet. My bet was for hundreds of dollars. Tried to call them again and left several messages but they will not call me back or contact me. I have withdrawn all the rest of my money. Never had any issues with DraftKings so I would recommend them to everyone. This app and company are trash- customer service is nonexistent- avoid this company like the plague!!!

Terrible app. This is by far the worst Sportsbook site out. It freezes or just randomly reloads and you lose all your picks and have to log back in. When you make your selections you have to pay very close attention before you click submit because not only do they change the odds they change what you picked. I selected the giants at +2.5 and when I went to click submit bet it said I had to accept changes to the odds which I was ok with but when I scrolled down after making my bet and looking it actually changed it to +1.5. If someone was looking for a app to use I would suggest FanDuel or bet mgm. I would not mess around with this app it is mediocre at best. And this is coming from a diamond plus member with Caesar’s. When you try to chat with them or contact them they will simply tell you their is nothing they can do and you’re out of luck and close the chat or hang up on you. Don’t waste your time downloading this app.

Promotions and Customer Service. Overall the app is decent. It offers a wide variety of bets and updates quickly. The withdrawing and depositing occurs quickly. However, the promotions offered are terrible and even when you complete them you will not be given the free bet that is offered unless you contact customer service. I have done 4 promotions and after all of them I had to contact customer service to receive them. When contacting customer service you can choose live chat which will usually take 30 minutes but these people can’t even fix it. They will send an email to marketing that will then give you your promotion a week later. Or you can email customer service directly and this usually takes about 6 emails back and forth with them taking at least 24 hours to respond after each email. So overall this app is fine but there are better options out there if you are looking for simple promotions and good customer service.

Feeling cheated 😔. I’ve been using Ceasars for some time now. There has always been minor glitches like the app restarting in the middle of building bets, but today there was major glitches and customer support was unable or unwilling to help with any sort of resolution. My bet was ongoing with the cash out option, the button wouldn’t work I got a message everytime. One of my legs were suspended 3 finished the cash out went up and the option is still available. I checked and my entire bet has disappeared, it wasn’t in my active or settled bets. I logged in from another device where the bet showed but the cash out button (which was available) still wasn’t working. I’ve contacted support over 6x I was either disconnected or dismissed. I’ve now emailed ceasars so I’ll see if they’ll fix the issue or rectify my bet, I’m hoping they’ll reach back out via email before the bet closes. Totally bummed me out for today

Sportsbook review. I do like this new app and the promos that come with it. I do not like how long it takes for bets to leave the bets especially when you know you’ve lost a parlay they stay in there for multiple days. This makes me spend more time scrolling through them which is time and time is money when betting. Also, for the Free Jersey if you bet more than a hundred dollars for the month I have no idea if it’s calculating or not, I’ve hit the button multiple times and it sends me to another page and it takes forever to load and sometimes doesn’t load for me at all. This is happening to my friends as well who have this app. Otherwise, it’s much better than MGM Sportsbook which is think is the worst and not quite as good as DraftKings. I will continue to use and deposit more if things like these are addressed along with more porous because that’s what keeps people continuing to use it when there are soooo many options out there. Also, you should give people and credit if they spend time to write honest and hopefully useful information because it shouldn’t be for free. My opinion at least.

The good and bad. The Good I’m loving the new promotions and bonuses being given out since you guys merged with Caesars. A lot of options and you don’t have to officially opt in usually to be eligible for the promos. The free bets that you guys hand out are probably the best incentive out there in my opinion. The Bad You guys limit the parlay options way too much especially since you now offer same game parlays. It seems as though maybe 5-10% of parlay options are eligible. There’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to parlay a TD scorer and the first quarter line. Just my opinion but it drives me nuts. The only other thing I really am hoping you guys will eventually include is the 10 point teasers like some of other sites offer. This is not just me a lot of people really enjoy them as well and is a huge pit off from using your site. And would love to see a little quicker payout nowadays when I withdrawal my funds. Otherwise than those I really enjoy how you guys keep on improving your site.

Best betting app. I have seven different betting apps and would say the Caesars app is by far the best. The reason I say that is because the Caesars reward program treats you, like an Emperor! I have earned 5 free nights so far, received free dinners, been treated like a VIP (I am Diamond Plus tier) and the app is easy to use. What I enjoy is that there is NO betting limits! I am a heavy bettor and wager on average $15,000 per bet and I have NEVER been denied the wager! The odds are very fair also. The live betting is awesome and is one of the better ones out there. FanDuel is my second choice because of the wide spreads that they allow, but if you don’t care about that, then stick to Caesars and build up your points and go enjoy yourself at any of their locations…..even Paradise Island or Abu Dhabi. This is my preferred betting app….trust me, it’s what I do for a living.

Be careful with promotions. I was on Bally’s before where they offered promotions like deposit at least $20 and get $10 in bonus cash. So, when I deposit I always take “advantage” of their promos. Well, they do the same thing here except they will expire the casino bonus cash. I try reading as much as possible about the promos but had no idea they expire and just take the money away. I had $278 in my account one night, the next morning I had $20, and trust me, I’ve deposited a lot of MY money into the app. I was shocked because the other online casinos do not do this. Even though I used the promo I did win a good bit, but that was all gone. So, if you want to get fair promotions to start, this isn’t the app. I’d try Bally’s, have never had an issue. I really like this is app it’s just a shame $250 can get wiped away like that. Lastly, keep in mind, I have put a good amount of money in during my time, it’s not like I deposited $50 and got $300 in promotions.

Shady Site- Unethical Gambling Practices. Looking for a site that allows you to lose a bet before it begin? Look no further. I made a simple in game wager on a player reaching base. Within a minute, my player had been pulled and would never receive an at bat. Disgusting part was- PLAYER still listed as option for a base. SITE REFUSED - to let a wager be placed on player not getting a base. (I tried to play there game at this point). Yet, wagers for a base functioned as normal. Contacted customer service, while going through this. They could have cared less. Customer service with Cesar’s is a whole other subject. -Agents have 0 power to do anything or won’t without a supervisor. -Supervisor (who have power)- give a window of 72 hours (I’ve experienced - over 150 hours) - small issue regarding promo -I ended up called for follow up on 150 hour mark. Agent, simply said your request was denied by supervisor. I didn’t believe them reached out to another agent and found out- no notes indicated superior noted on my request at all. In conclusion, if your going to gamble- I highly suggested you look at other sites. Feel free to test my experience by contacting customer service with any action that requires assistance on a bet or promo erroring. I typically, don’t take the time to write reviews. I truly felt others needed to be warned about practice’s Cesar’s implements. My scenario was a small wager of $15. I’d hate to see someone lose more, in a similar event.

Not good, get DraftKings. This app is so terrible it has forced me to leave an app review for the first time in my life, after being an iPhone user for over 10 years. I consistently get “connection error - try again” when trying to place bets whether on Wi-Fi or cellular connection. This has been an issue for weeks. So today I give up after trying 15+ times to place a bet on an NFL game. I decide to go to withdraw my funds and move to another app. Now it won’t let me withdraw and says my banking info or debit card info is incorrect. Tried 5+ times today and triple checked the numbers every time. It’s actually embarrassing that a company like Caesar’s could release an app that is so poorly optimized it cannot complete its main function, to accepts bets and bring revenue into the company. Is that not your main goal Caesar’s? Back to DraftKings I go, at least that app is easily remedied when it has net connection or location services issues. I’m sure I’ll end up on hold with Caesars customer service for hours in an attempt to get my funds withdrawn, wish me luck.

The algorithm works poorly and clearly to your disadvantage. Compared to other sports betting apps this is much slower. That’s mainly why I used it cause they were too stuck in the Stone Age to be able to update live bets on time so you could lock in a bet on an obscure sport before they could update it appropriately. I don’t argue the house should be able to update in live time, I do however hate their new solution for this. Now when I’m trying to build a live spread parlay the app continually crashes or just gives me nonsense error messages and I have to clear my entire parlay and start remaking it, which can be very tedious with this app’s early 2000’s looking UI. Now it’s set up such that if the odds aren’t accurate (for example when you, the player, see a good bet) the app locks it down to adjust it over the course of multiple minutes (something that can be critical when trying to live bet on sports) and they therefore crash your parlays and more often than not the whole app. It essentially makes it so that when a big play happens or odds are miscalculated, they block you from capitalizing on that. Plus they don’t give any free perks, use draft kings lol or bet 365, either one is substantially better than these cheats. And look we all know these betting apps are scams, I’m just saying this one is more poorly made and has now abused its power to overcome the obstacle rather than just building a good application.

Worst site. Horrible customer experience. I placed a bet on an over and the lines changed after I entered the bet. I received a call from an agent telling me the next time it happens to screenshot and send it to him. (I said it okay it could be from my phone). After two days I played again, I bid $5.88-$8.88 and spent over $800 playing slot. After an hour of saving coins in the bucket to fill and get a bounce again, the app takes me out of the game before getting the bounce, and to back play again to the game, it has to start over and bucked empty. empties Never trust this kind of app, and everyone should stay away cause they are scamming money from people.

Best Sportsbook available. I was on DraftKings for quite awhile but I never seem to be able to get my bet in several times while they constantly changed odds. They have also not honored a couple of insurance bet’s for a one leg loss on parlay bet’s even after sending screenshots to prove I had opted in. Caesar’s has not only honored all their promos but have surprised me with a few I wasn’t expecting. By far the better of the two I have tried and I am new at this but have made a nice little hit with Caesar’s already and barely missed a few very nice wins. Easy to mavigate and use!

Had some trouble with technical difficulties. I had problems with the app and I deleted it submitted again only to have the same screen pop up so I deleted the app and then I applied for one more time and I still had problems. Not sure it might be my phone or something that I did wrong on my end. Either way I’ve got it back now and it’s a whole Lotta fun. It makes the games even more exciting to watch and it’s really easy to use. Like I said, the technical difficulties may have been my fault . I’m not a genius in that area or any area whatsoever, but I could’ve very well done something wrong. Horrendous shady tactics to not pay referrals. I live in Mass where several sports books have opened up. I deposited over $1000 to Caesars. I referred 3 of my friends to do the same, all made 4 figure deposits and successfully bet. I’ve waited 2 weeks for my referrals, I have spoken to customer service 3 times and each time they tell me, “wait till next Wednesday” this morning (Wednesday) I ask and they tell me “sometime today” now it’s midnight and customer service says “another week”. I sent them screenshots of 2 previous reps (Kenneth, Reuben) confirming I’d get the referrals by 4/5. Ironically enough I almost instantly got refera bonuses with DraftKings and BarStool. Stay away from this site!!!! Update: Caesars did NOTHING TO FIX THE SITUATION. Ultimately I had to get that MA gaming commission involved, only THEN did I finally get my money! Again stay away from this site!

NO star! The robbed me! Lots of great sport apps.. Stay away from this one!. I made a -4.5 bet, it opened at -9.5 for some bizarre reason… I contacted chat support while active and agent told me there is nothing they will do and even though it was an obvious error on Caesar’s part, they don’t support fair gaming. Horrible service… you have been warned! I was a customer for a long time and never contacted them before. Being a small bet, I figured they would cancel it right away or do a bet credit but they literally said too bad they won’t do anything. I have lots of free time so will make sure I leave reviews on every available area so other betters can chose a better sport app Review my last bet and you will see, I selected -4.5 and gave me -9.5. It was only a $89 bet but the fact I contacted instantly after the error and they wouldn’t even give a credit makes me distrust the service

No bonus bets. So here’s the thing. I like the app, I think it’s a good app. With that being said what upsets me is the fact that I’ve spent a lot of money on this app. I started using another new app to try things out,long story short my +/- is about the same on both book now. Let me tell ya I’ve received WAY more bonus bets from the other book. I’m not a snob for bonus bets, but it’s like come on. I’ve gotten 0 from this app and I’ve gotten probably 10/15 from BetMGM. Especially during NBA playoffs. Crazy how this app doesn’t give any at all. I even brought it up to customer service and told them I like the app but this issue was a disappointment. The lady basically said she didn’t really care and she will take “note” of it 😂. So all in all,you get more for your money on other apps.

Bugs + Bad Service. Logged in to place a parlay that I needed to hit in order to keep the account playable. Caesar’s had let me place another bet just before this, but when I went to place this one it decided to tell me I was no longer in an “allowed area”. I was in the dead center of a legal state (VA) and hadn’t moved a muscle since placing the one prior. Wifi was on, location enabled, and no VPNs to speak of. This bet ultimately hit and now my account needs a deposit yet again because I couldn’t collect the proceeds from this one. Customer service was ABSOLUTELY no help even though I presented them with a time-stamped screenshot of the wager and a full explanation of the settings I had in place. If the app was so confident that it knew where I was, surely they can verify the location and recognize this was their error too. Account near $0, only Caesar’s to blame. Not cool!

Scam likely. You know how when your getting calls and it comes up as scam likely? I wish this App Store did something like that! I made a bet through the app and won! Then while I’m excited about winning I go to Twitter and see an add from them so I clicked on it then see ppl are complaining they won’t let the withdrawal the money! So I go to try and withdrawal mine! I’ve now waited 72 hours ( by the way it says it might take UP TO 72 hours BUT LIKELY BE QUICKER). I’ve been trying to chat with a live agent 3 days now and I’ll sit in the room for 7+ hours then be disconnected! I’ve tried to reach out thru Twitter seeing some ppl having some luck with that! Well I’m not one of those ppl. Not sure what kind of operation they got running here but don’t see them being able to operate in NY much longer with the amount of scam claims coming from its users!

DO NOT PLAY ON THIS APP!!!. Deposited $25 for the $15 bonus money bank statement shows that it posted and took the money from my account but my account balance on the app shows $0.00 was told that on their end the deposit was still pending. Two days later it still not on my account and still shows a $0.00 balance. Promotion ends tonight at 10pm was told that if doesn’t show in my account by then it would be a lost since the promotion would be over. Long story short I basically gave them 25 for nothing because it never showed up in account and I can’t get it back. Sports. Fanduel has way more options with sports betting. There is not many alternate bets like fanduel. And sometimes i have to clear my whole ticket because the app doesn’t increase and decrease the odds and the ticket wont go through… Also it aould be nice to see the progrof the ticket when its live. For example of i have a player to fet 25 points it should keep me updated with there points as the game goes along… I would take note from fanduel they have the best spotts betting app, change to the way fanduel runs and I bet youll get way more customers. Ceasar is not bad… also i am a silver member and get no free comps… but when i bet in casino i get free rooms, i bet about 100k or better on this and cant even get free rooms. Whats up with that

More promotions. Caesars has by far the least amount of free bets or promotions to incline betting. Only reason I use it more then others is because I won a big bet and have money available. It is very user friendly and has comparable bet lines but doesn’t give much to the user compared to other sports books. Will continue using until I cash out or run out of money and switch to another. Only for the fact of better available bets with other books. Should have daily and weekly giveaways to loyal users and tiers for usage to promote more winnings to serious customers. Overall not bad but very basic minus the easy to use app. Nothing special in the way of promotions or bonus’s tho. Better off trying FanDuel or betmgm for the bonus’ and daily/weekly promotions and free bets.

Broken 6 ways from Sunday. I have no idea how there could be any legitimate positive reviews of this app. It fails in one of a half dozen different ways 95% of the time. From navigation menus disappearing preventing you from viewing available bets (about 40% of the time), to your personal lists of pending and settled bets being blank (80% of the time) to lines continuing to move even after you’ve placed a bet (YOUR lines — screenshot your odds, people), to the entire app just locking up, it’s an absolute catastrophe. Best of all, these problems never resolve themselves if you just close the app for a while — the only fix is rebooting your phone, which needs to be done almost every time you use the app. These are “first 90 days” issues — if your app has existed longer than that, and still has these kinds of issues, then you don’t have a tech problem, you have a customer service problem. You’re not trying.

Misleading bets. I recently had an unfortunate experience with Caesar Sport Betting. I was tricked into placing a bet on the Super Bowl without being informed of the year, leading me to believe I was betting on the current year's event. This deceptive practice caused me significant frustration and financial loss. The representative at Caesar Sport Betting was not clear in specifying the year of the bet, leading to confusion and a misunderstanding on my part. This lack of transparency and honesty is unacceptable for a business that relies on customer trust. I would not recommend Caesar Sport Betting to others due to their deceptive practices. It is important for businesses to provide clear and accurate information to their customers, and Caesar Sport Betting failed to do so in my case. Overall, I had a negative experience with Caesar Sport Betting and would advise others to choose a more trustworthy and transparent betting platform.

Sports betting no joke.. Been great thus far. Wish your odds were on your side more than they are at the moment. Sad as it sounds then lost almost $4,000 since starting to sportsbet. So definitely profitable business. and is addicting being the fact sports are awesome and stakingly knowing you could win money doing so is that more intising. When going to sportsbet just know the limit and risk that go along with it. Actually kind of stupid due to the fact going in professionals that do it say in day out verbatim say go in knowing you are going to lose. Great fun though when doing it responsibly and hope to all happy winnings.

Great promotions - Slow withdrawals. At the moment the promotions with Caesar’s are second to none. They have creative fun and profitable promotions of you use your head. That’s the best thing I can say about the book and truthfully it’s enough that I won’t close my account. That’s the good, the bad is the app and the withdrawals. The app is buggy, one minute you are looking at odds the next your location verification won’t work and you need to close the app and start over. I’ve also never quite understood the ability to sell your ticket early. I have a futures bet that I’m not going to sell but 1 night I can sell it, the next no option. I’d just like to know when I can and can not cash out early if I think I need to do so. Lastly the cash puts compared to the competitors are glacially slow. They’ve held every cash out I’ve attempted for over 72 hours in pending status where I can cancel. Once moving past That stage they take several more to actually send the money. I don’t necessarily mind the wait but when their competitors process the withdrawals 3-5x faster it seems inadequate. The bottom line is hammer the free money, pull out and do your major betting with Fan Duel

Best promotions, app needs a little work. If you consider yourself a serious or even casual sports bettor this is a must-have app. Caesars definitely offers the most and best promotions. Almost daily they have an odds-boost promotion that is very favorable, and they also have other daily and weekly promotions to earn free bets. They also offer boost tokens which are great as well. They definitely have a lot of great offers to take advantage of. My only critique, more of a personal preference, is the app icon. Someone who was visiting me went to download the app on my recommendation and couldn’t believe that it was the Caesars app because of the “cheap looking icon” on the app. I’d have to agree, it’s just a golden cup. It doesn’t look professional or like something I’d expect from Caesars.

My experience with W.H.. Very happy with the all the betting options and the convenience of betting from my mobile phone. Although I’ve had some technical difficulties where the application wouldn’t open on my phone then I got locked out of my account because one of my passwords was incorrect then I had to go to my bank twice to email my information so I wasn’t pleased with all the headache due to that ! I am glad to be back on although I was on a very very hot streak at the time and I’m hoping that it continue now that I’m back on ! All said I’m happy with the service and appreciate the safety they took with my account I understand sometimes things are an inconvenience that it’s for the best regardless of the missed bets and my hot streak I was on . Just happy to be back on !!!

No customer service what so ever.. I don't really understand why you offer half-broken product? You come to NYC, you have all these stupid commercial with these celebrites, menawhile you have one of the worst customer secrvise on the planet. Try emailing no one responded back, try live chat waited for 45 minutes before I got disconnected. You offer a free $300 bonus and ask your customer to verify that you are a resident of NY, I submitted my documents on your app and nothing happened, 2 weeks later and still no response from you and you won't let me place a bet. Don't waste your time with these losers, they spend more money on their advertisement then on the actual product itself. Go with Fandule or BetMGM, both are amazing apps and if you have any issues you can resolve it with their customer service within 15 minutes.

They will take your money but won’t give it back.. Ive accumulated $195 on this app. It has all been earned and none of it are free credits. It’s been a week of me constantly talking to customer service and they still will not let me withdraw my money. Every time I ask, they say to wait. First it was 72 hours, then another 72 hours, and now 3 more hours. Do not waste your money on this as whatever problems you do have, they will not assist you at all with those problems. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Constantly asks “is there anything else I can assist you with?” And not one of the 4 people I’ve talked to have assisted with anything. Not sure why your app can accept my money, but has a problem giving me my money, using the same card. I’ll be copying this to put in a review, continue to fight for my money, and eventually move to FanDuel where I don't have these problems.

Never thought that I’d miss the Nevada version app. On 1/30 they made the Nevada specific version of the app obsolete. While I thought it was peculiar to have a Nevada only one, I thought maybe it was for some geolocation issue or law forcing this. Anyhow, if you used the Nevada version, you’d feel like the interface, functions and layout feel like a step back from that version. It’s annoying to have to expand all leagues when you are scrolling though live games. With in game betting, time and speed are of the essence and one or 2 added swipes can make you miss live odds. The tennis section has way less information that the aforementioned Nevada app. You could see rankings, court type performance and other data. Live betting lags and does not refresh odds in a timely manner. For example soccer, it went from -125 to -1000. Only saw it when it was added to the betting slip. The live bet tab will give you seizures with how fast it shakes when you try to scroll though bets and parlays. The good: No more stupid WSOP link on the top links. Seems to have gotten rid of the location checking issues. Main screen does not freeze as much as the Nevada version.

Worst Sportsbook. Friend convinced me to join. Not bad at first, had some cool promos. Then my account was suspended randomly from promotions. Contacted support and they were very unhelpful. All they could tell me was that I couldn’t be reinstated for 90 days…. And they couldn’t even tell me why this happened. I read through pretty much every rule and regulation they had out there, still couldn’t figure out what went wrong. Said there’s nothing that can be done about it for the next 90 days. Only thing I can think of is they have random suspensions for users, not really sure. Anyway, would recommend draftkings or Barstool, fanduel is good from what I’ve heard too. Caesars also forces you to make a brand new account if you go to another state. Other sportsbooks just allow you to use the same account. A lot going wrong here, I’d stay away with all the other options out there.

Good book. I like caesars. Promos are pretty good. Lines are good. App is easy to navigate. Cons: the lines don’t auto update, so I would use a different book if you like looking at live betting while watching a game. Have seen some lines that looked good, the. Went to place a bet and found out the lines had changed. Payout is a a-lot slower than other apps, usually takes a day or two longer. Their same game parley lines are pretty bad. Added a player prop to a parley bet and the payout got worse, which I attribute to high juice going from a normal parley to a SGP. No way the line should get worse adding another leg, even if the leg had short odds (-700 or so if I remember right). Almost at diamond status and have gotten no offer for discounted hotel or anything like that. Doesn’t seem to be very connected to general casino promos. All in all, no major complaints. Other books may suit your needs better depending on how you like to bet. I’m definitely not a sharp better, but I do like to get sone value so I don’t have to pay as much for to feel the sweat.

Awesome app. William Hill is the best! Good payoffs on bet and a ton of different markets to check out, plus they’ve got some great offers for the football. I really like how you can add a bet and see how your parlay odds change as soon as you add a leg without needing to go to the betslip page, it makes it way easier to know what legs to pick. The live betting is great too, it gives you all the info you need in one place and the odds update really fast so I can make my bet exactly when i want to. Placing a bet is fast and easy and I never have any trouble withdrawing my money unlike some of the other places. Definitely my favourite betting app out there right now!

Everything works well enough, app could be a little more stable. I’m able to place bets and I love the promos and bonus bets they provide. I think the app could be a bit more stable, logging in is weird half the time, I have my log in info saved but it doesn’t always pull it up unless I manually click Log in. Deposits are easy, I wasn’t able to withdraw with my discover debit card I had to connect my actual bank account. But other than those things, smooth sailing. Overall I like the app and ability to place bets in North Carolina.

App keeps Crashing. I was a huge fan of the Nevada Only version of the app. It was fast and never crashed on me. Now that they forced all users to come to the main app I’ve been having nothing but problems. Just this morning I had to spend 30 minutes to put in my bets when it should have been 5. The app keeps crashing after I search, pick a category, and when I’m about to place with the swipe feature. The swipe feature to place bets is frustrating as well because it the same motion to switch apps on iPhone . I have to leave the bet screen to make sure I don’t accidentally place anything while switching apps. Caesars Nevada was my favorite sportsbook app but now I’m leaning towards the other Vegas properties simply out of necessity since I can’t place bets anymore on Caesars without the app crashing on me.

Location issues NEVER resolved with POOR customer service. For the last two months I cannot bet because the app “cannot verify your location”. My location services is on for this app. I was told it was because they received logins from other states on my account which is impossible because I only log in in NJ and I get emails every time I do. I have never received an email outside of when I logged in. I’ve contacted “Customer Service” about four times. Each time it took over an hour for someone to respond to a chat request. A couple times my issue was passed up the chain of command and after two weeks I finally got an email saying my situation was fixed; but when I reinstalled the app and logged in I STILL had the same exact issue. I have never seen such a bad app and equally poor service from a sports betting company.

Good app. Now keep in mind that I am reviewing this literally after the first day of the NFL season using this app. So I may have to come back in and change my review. But for now after just one day literally. it’s pretty good I like it. Straightforward. But the only problem is is that it’s a little bit different than the other ones. Mainly that’s because I never used this app before. I’ve been using the other one for a long time so you got into it quicker. There’s always a problem with the banking situation but once I got it covered with them excepting my deposit I was good to go. Payouts are automatic it looks like I haven’t taken any money out. I won a game I lost a game everything looks good so far.

Probably one of the best books in NJ. I initially had an angry review because I had to fight for my free bet from the new user risk free promo, so this book started out as not one of my favorites. Over time I have come to appreciate the very generous promos and unlike most of the competition, the free bets or casino credits are almost always paid instantly within the promised time frame, and the odds are often better on this site than most of the competition. I had one issue with a bonus that they more then made right. This site has risen to one of my top 3 in the same tier as FanDuel and DraftKings.

Better customer service at a broke down McDonald’s.. Need to cancel a bet? Looking for a 2023, modern, and cutting edge betting experience? Skip this garbage app. As a Diamond level Caesar’s member, I truly expected better when I made a small request to their customer service for a bet modification. This apps serves as a no-good betting experience in general and when customer service is called upon compared to other top market all-stars, good luck. The call center is apathetic and lazy. Bets are twice the price on any given example just for daily or big game use. They reason? Their loyalty program is heavy, bad bag of goods and the freight has be to paid somehow. SKIP!

Never received Uber Giftcard. I was intrigued from the promo for $250 Uber Giftcard when you bet $50, I have bet $50+ and never received the email. I have spoke to live chat support agents Brian Flores, and Amie. They both were not able to help resolve my problem, Amie said they sent the email twice. Problem is they are lying and refuse to help you, they said I have blocked their marketing ad and to go to filters and blocked addresses. They just throw you in loops and doesn’t help at all. Total waste of time, Amie said that they won’t help me further and ended chat abruptly. Would not recommend (other people that I know used the same promo and no hitch) it’s a bummer that customer service is beyond terrible.

Best Promos I’ve Ever Had. Some of the reviews I read were pretty bad so I just wanted to set the record straight - I’ve been on a much of different betting apps and been sports betting for many years and the promos that William Hill has are the best I’ve ever seen. Sometimes they’ll have “super boost” bets where you can literally bet 100 bucks even money (+100) that a hockey team scores ONE GOAL in a game (a bet that should be about -700), yes, you read that correctly. Other times they’ll say you have to play at least 100 bucks on a team and, win or lose, you’ll get 100 bucks in free bet - it essentially works out as either a push or a $200 profit, you can’t beat it.

William Hill is GOAT. I’m loving the William Hill app right now! Depositing was really quick and easy and I had my bets done in no time! There’s a ton of different sports to choose from but they make it super easy to find and browse the odds you’re interested in (mostly NFL at this time of year but a couple of fights have been interesting). You get all the stats and game updates you need all in one place and you can make your bet at the same time, and even with the live odds they update really fast so you’re never caught waiting for the app to load. I’ve been watching the Sunday games and using the app to follow the stats and there’s no delay on the app at all. The Welcome promo is pretty good, pretty much the same as the ones you see on other apps but can’t complain. What’s been great is that there’s still some good offers to use after you’ve signed up cus some of the other apps just leave you to it after they’ve got you spending money. These guys are definitely better than the big names like Fanduel/DraftKings, customer service are way more responsive, and the experience is way more slick. Give them a try!

Good so far. Colors provide ease of use..eye navigation wise. LOVE the easily accessible stats while still in betting page. DISLIKE no option for alt player Props. I had to go To another website for that feature. Many missing game points (CBB) during live play. Not conducive for fast betting. I’d be more included to make a bet if I had all of the info. Game points are fairly important in order to Make an O/U decision. I wasn’t able to make a small wager, which was disappointing. “Error” message kept popping up. Frustrating. Was fun at first!. After 3 months of enjoying this app I can’t say that it’s worth it anymore. About a week ago the odds changed for my account. I can no longer win any amount of money on any of the games no matter which game I play, or how much I play, or how little I play, no matter the deposit. It’s completely changed from a fun diversion to something I can no longer justify spending money on. When it turns into you just donating money to a casino and you’ve lost the ability to ever win anything back, it’s obvious that they’ve decided to try and see if you’re one of those people who will keep playing through ridiculous losses. It’s not random. At all. You’ll win a lot of money within your first few deposits. Then less. And less frequent. And then even less. It’s sick.

Customer Support for anything specific is non existent. I have had app for about a year. Three weeks ago I contacted customer support because I want receiving their sms texts and couldn't log in. The rep was obviously off shored and did nothing but cut and paste answers. After a couple painful emails back and forth I was told: “ In this case, I will recommend to wait for the response of our support team since they are still working on your account and once they have updates they will reach you back. Maybe they responde already, I will recommend to check your Junk email just in case.” It has been three weeks and the support team has not reached out to me (I did check my junk mail). I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND CAN Not GET MY MONEY OUT. In turn, 1 star and a warning to anyone that wants to open a sports book account to use another company.

Scam. These people run scams in here. I had a 60$ bonus that is 20% from a 300$ deposit. I made around 2000$ betting in sports and casino . The wagering requirement for getting that 60$ bonus was wagering $600 . I wagered around 3000$ but was not able to get the bonus as well as withdraw my money. I contacted the live support and asked them hey i am not able to withdraw my money but they said you can withdraw your money but i have to forfeit that $60 bonus and all the winnings. They wanted me to forfeit around 1700$ and i will be able to withdraw my $300. I asked the customer support in live chat if i can get a contact number of support so that i can call and talk to a person. But she keep on giving me random number sometimes the number would be a transportation company, sometimes some shop. At last i gave up and let them take the money. This is the reality guys don’t fall for it.

Likely Fraud. Looking at my issue and it’s seems that a lot of other reviewers are experiencing the same as me - likely fraud. They’ve taken our money and locked us out so we can’t access it or place bets that qualify us for the ‘free money’ promos. There is no way to reset passwords and there is no customer service to help. I’m currently locked out of the app as it claims my log in info isn’t correct - but it is, as I have it saved on my phone through the facial recognition. Tried to reset the password (not that I should need to), but I’m not getting any password reset emails that I should be. Their Live Chat that is available ‘7 days a week’ is not available and there is no number to call. I can’t access my bets or my money and there is nowhere to turn for help. I’m am beyond angry and am losing money. F-you Caesars.

Good App if you Like Bad Apps. App is manure in so many ways. First of all, the geo-tracking constantly boots you mid-session. And if you leave the app for a second to do something else, this often prompts a re-login. Very annoying. Second of all, it’s probably the worst live-betting app on the market. Do they even test their own platform? You would think the live section shows the scores along with the odds - no, this retarded app doesn’t - so you have to click on a given market to load a separate window that then shows the score. If you hit the back button thereafter, so as to browse the other markets in that given sport, it doesn’t bring you back where you were, but at the MAIN SCREEN where you have to choose LIVE again and then the sport. Forget about live betting tennis or table tennis for this reason. This app is totally for amateurs.

Change the Rules, Good Luck Withdrawing. I liked this sportsbook and casino, but you might encounter a problem on withdrawing more than once. I was told I reached my withdrawal limit, an entire $61! So when I tried to withdraw $80 later in the morning, I was told a reached my withdrawal limit and therefore was not allowed to request a withdrawal, but I was allowed to continue to deposit. Guess what? I’m out, and I recommend you find another sportsbook to gamble with. It looks like they have some serious cash flow issues because I couldn’t withdraw an entire $150 in a day. Embarrassing, pathetic and shameless management running a licensed casino in the State of NJ. Don’t expect much help from customer service either ... you’ll usually be waiting quite awhile for a live person. I will be reporting William Hill to the NJ Gaming Commission.

Not great. Out of all the sports books I’ve tried (BetMGM, DraftKings, FanDuels, and Caesars) I rate Caesars the lowest. It’s not terrible, I just would recommend other sports books over this one for sure. Caesars was the only Sportsbook that didn’t give me any signup promotion. Casino promo for crediting $5 on Saturday and Sunday mysteriously didn’t work. Support was not helpful and never heard back though I was told I would. Not straightforward with promo details, (other sports books are at least a little better at this) so the “catch” is in the fine print. Yes I know you have to read the fine print, it was no skin off my back, but I’ve played on a lot of sports books and in my opinion, Caesars was the least clear about promo details. Again, support was bare minimum. Don’t feel valued here. Support was way better at other sports books.

Not User Friendly At All. Today I made a same game parlay that had Ronald Acuna Jr. scoring a run and the Atlanta Braves winning by at least two runs. Both of those things happened. Yet, because the game was called after a rain delay and considered a Braves win before the top of the 9th could even be finished, Caesars voided the bet. And not only that, they don’t even refund voided bets. I mean, it’s one thing if they wanna void it when it was almost 100% guaranteed the bet was gonna be right if the Braves had not been delayed by rain and just got three more outs without giving up at least 8 runs. But it’s another thing that they don’t even refund voided bets. Plain and simple, that’s just stealing. Yeah, the bet technically wasn’t right, but it also wasn’t wrong. It was scored as void. I definitely don’t recommend using this app. Unless it changes, Caesars is absolutely and unequivocally not worth your time and money.

App ruined by poor customer service.. Sports betting has been in AZ for about 2 months. I’ve tried 6 different apps and all have had their pros and cons but Caesar’s is the only app where I’ve actually had to reach out to their customer service which has been atrocious (because they are horrible with promotions- and even change the terms after bets are placed). Not only is there a long wait to reach them by chat or phone, their chat reps some of the rudest I have ever dealt with, the will abruptly end chats when they decide yet don’t want help you, which also deletes the chat log so you have start all over with a different rep. I’m not sure if this is a William Hill issue or Caesar’s but, as a Caesar’s Rewards member for decades, this is definitely not the experience I would expect. There are plenty of options for Sportsbooks so skip this one and use others that actually do things right and care about their customers.

Easily the worst Sportsbook. Worst customer service!!! They have tons of promos and freebies but don’t be fooled! I signed up a week ago to give a friend a bonus credit. I also used a risk free bet which unfortunately lost. A week later and my friend hasn’t gotten his bonus credit and I still haven’t been refunded my bet. Don’t waste your time with the empty promises of Caesar’s and William Hill! Take your money to PointsBet, FanDuel, or DraftKings!!! They actually follow through on refunds and credits within 24hrs. These books also chat/ respond to emails within a day. I waited to chat Caesar for over an hour and when I finally reached the front of the line the chat failed. Then I emailed…it’s been a week and no response. Why waist time with horrible customer service when there are so many other options with great customer service? I’ll never use Caesar’s again!!!

Stolen Money. Caesar’s Sportsbook is laughably bad. The promotions are very bad. They don’t credit free plays for referrals for months. I would rather sit in a room with a venomous snake than spend another minute talking to their customer support team. The lines are the worst in the industry as well, multiple times 1-2 points off spreads. Finally, they have no issued 5 charges to my checking account without my authorization. Over $200 to be exact and when I ask for help with my dispute they tell me “payment team will review”. I’m a college student and you have stolen $200 from my checking account as work a minimum wage job to help pay for school. This company is criminal and desperately needs to be audited because I’m the only one this have happened to. DO NOT SHARE YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION WITH THEM! Go to Fanduel or draftkings. A company they actually helps customers.

Don’t download. If your reading this, I would definitely recommend downloading another app to bet on. If u bet on basketball parlays, they set peoples scoring on over and under only. then they make the points very high for you to win. Same as the NFL they make yardage very high in order for you to win. Double doubles are negative unless you put more then one with the NBA and so are touchdowns. Every bet you make with the app has to be almost impossible for you win a okay amount of money. They definitely are very hard when it comes to odds, and I highly recommend fanduel or espn bet. Before you think I’m just a bad gambler or a bad sport, I have been a very successful sports bettor for the pass 3 years. I gave this app enough chances before I wrote this review and I truly believe there trying to get over. I haven’t seen one person win a good amount on this app.

Nice app, but app needs major work.. Caesars is a great Sportsbook for starters. They offer excellent promotions (new & existing customers) and never had any issues with them so far. As for the actual app, that is where the issues lie. For one it needs live updating to the odds and to show the scores for all the games without having to click into each game. Odds won’t update unless you go into another page and then return to the game. Needs major fixed to location checks, etc. I’m always getting location errors and getting logged out constantly. The live in game trackers need major work. FD/DK has an excellent in game tracker. Interface for the app if very clean, but needs way more features and way less errors. Please fix/update Caesars.

Live view guessing. I’m calling and guessing because it seems like the points are never the same when I get to the bet nap by time I get to bet and nap in it’s two or three different points often and I have wasted quite a bit of time going back-and-forth back-and-forth I wish the points could be right before I go there if it says two points and then I go there and that’s five within two seconds or you put your bed in and it keeps saying they’re not taking that said that mom which I don’t understand because I’d be like time out there is in scorn going on Renee think so but then they get the game going and you try to get in and they stop in again because now somebody scored other than that I’m happy

Beware of Unauthorized Withdraws. Was loving the app until Caesars performed an unauthorized withdraw from my bank account. I tried working with them before disputing the transaction with my bank. Their solution to the issue was to give me a free bet token equal in value to what was taken from my account. Their solutions to problems are beyond unacceptable. Now I am left disputing the transaction with my bank because Caesar has no history of ever withdrawing from my bank account the amount that they took. What was supposed to be fun and entertaining is now turning into a major headache. I am sure there are better online sportsbooks with less concerning problems than unauthorized transactions that cannot be traced from either Caesars or their payment partner. Save yourself the hassle of disputing charges people and find somebody else!

Caesars app is one of the best. I have been using the Caesars app since sports gambling was legalized in Tennessee last year. First suggestions to the developers: Make the Caesars app work in landscape mode on the iPad please! I also use BetMGM, FanDuel and DraftKings. All of those applications work in both Landscape and Portrait mode. Pros: the biggest pro for me is the ability to earn Caesars Rewards points while betting on sports. I frequent Caesars casinos because there are three within 200 miles of my home. The ability to continue to earn Caesars Rewards with the app is its best selling point. Cons: no Landscape mode on the iPad. Sometimes when I login on the iPhone I have to login two or three times before I am able to place a bet.

Glitchy. I really do love this app because it counts towards your Caesars Rewards so I just use this app to sports bet now because it benefits me at the casinos. However, the app does not stop glitching. It doesn't matter how many updates it has it just continuously glitches. It will restart mid bet, sometimes it doesn't even have my rewards credits or my diamond status and it will say -1 and it just says error occurred if it persists contact support. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and this was also happening on my iPhone 11. I really hope they fix this because it's so aggravating when you're in the middle of a massive parlay and you have to redo it.
