I love this app I don’t know why the bad reviews never had one problem with them cashout is fast and easy I love the live dealer games but the only thing I wish they didn’t do is when they give you a bonus play even as little as 5$ you cant convert that to cash until you took that 5$ bonus and win 125$ off of 5$ you have to literally when 15x your bonus is crazy to me

Great App - Great experience. So let me just begin by saying that i have used pretty much all the casino apps legal in MI and have time and again returned to the Caesars app because it works consistently (provided your internet signal is sufficiently strong), i win routinely (i also lose routinely but that's par for the course and should b expected), the deposit process is sone and efficient and the withdrawal process is similarly simple and efficient. Should any issues aroze (which is uncommon), my casino host, Paige is quick to respond and and to help resolve. Caesar's also provides rewards based on volume of play and offers occasional casino bonus' and promotionals which are always a welcome and appreciated surprise. I also just received an Uber Eats gift card for $200 from Caesars which is very generous If you gave an interest in an app based gambling app, i can whole heartedly recommend Caesar's as a front runner. What about my favorites!?!?. The app itself is pretty decent. However, with the new update the favorites aren’t listed in a separate tab. They are all in a horizontal line which makes it hard to scroll through and most times you end up unfavoriting them by accident. Have the favorites in its own tab was so much better, unless I am missing something ?!

Fun site with plenty of games. You win some, you lose some. I like the format and I’ve enjoyed playing on this site. I appreciate the large assortment of slots and that my money tends to last on here. The withdrawal process is lightening fast, which is a big plus for me. Please please please please please HELP with Konami Games!!. Months ago with the assistance of live chat, a ticket was opened because of an error message while playing wicked winnings II, and have been unable to play since. Biggest scam. This is the biggest scam. It took me two minutes to deposit money. Now I’m trying to withdraw it’s taking for every it keep giving me error I called customer service. They told me I have to wait. 72 hours to try again. and I asked him how come it’s easy to deposit, but it’s impossible to withdraw. They said we’ve been having this issue for a long time. Horrible/zero stars. I have no idea how they have a high rating , fake reviews. Most of the reviews especially recent ones are horrible, because they are the legit reviews, Caesars is horrible, rigged isn’t even the word, you may get a win or 2, not a whole lot, but that’s it, it’s absolutely horrible!! You can play like 30 games and lose every single one. I’ve given them quite a few chances and they have proven they are a horrible casino ! Go somewhere else!. DON’t waste your money!!! I’ve played on DraftKings, Caesar's, FanDuel, MGM and Bet Rivers. For example, If you participate in a deposit promotion, you will very likely start winning a little, however, because you have a “play through” you have to meet, you’re forced to keep playing until that’s met. Can’t log on. Tried to contact the casino why I was kicked off after I hit I tried to log on about ten times they said I have to up grade iOS then said it was the app doing it but it won’t let me get past phone verification. Steal your money. Do not download this app, they always steal your money. I was supposed to win and when I wanted to withdraw my money and transfer it to my account it wouldn't let me and I got an error. I spoke to an agent and he told me that I have to wait for the page to work, and I've already waited three days and nothing has happened yet. I contacted them again and they told me that I have to uninstall the app or make another deposit to add another account and see if that works. It is definitely a total rip-off.

Do not deposit. Scam artists!!!. Just woke up today with 2 $25 retry payment fees from Caesar’s casino and Sportsbook. Every deposit I made went through no issues. So when I wake up to find they’re just charging me retry payments, I was very confused and contacted their support vi live chat. Verified all info can’t withdraw 200$. Deposited $20 got up to 300$ from the bonuses and then met the wager requirement to withdraw, withdrew to my bank and it said approved, been 2 weeks contacted support they said everything should have gone through and there’s nothing they can do on their end to fix the issue, contacted bank and there is 0 transactions except my paycheck. Beware Worst App even worse customer service. I am extremely disappointed with this casino app. The bonus buys are absolutely absurd as they categorize the amount you deposit and your winnings as casino promos. This means you CANNOT WITHDRAW!!!! When I reached out to their customer support for assistance, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their only solution was for me to uninstall and reinstall the app, which did not resolve the issue. Furthermore, there is no transaction history available, making it impossible to track my activity. I have screenshots of these problems, and yet their support team simply brushed off my concerns, claiming that my account is functioning properly. This level of frustration is beyond words. Avoid Blackjack unless you want to lose all of your money!!. I played their blackjack game for a couple of weeks. Lost more than I won but it was fun until they decided one day to steal all of my money by winning 10 plus hands in a row multiple times. Any time I raised my bet it was an automatic loss. How are these casinos getting away with stealing all of your money. Blackjack is supposed to be your best chance to actually win occasionally by giving the casino only a slight advantage. Obviously when you win 10 plus hands in a row multiple times there is cheating involved. 4 hands in a row was the most I win and that’s playing several hours. Thieves. I have been playing live blackjack using this app and spent over $20k with them. I had an issue where at one point my balance didn’t update after a win and I complained to the dealer right away. After a few minutes a chat box popped up and I was talking to support. As I’m typing, the box closes by itself and makes me hit on 18 which made me lose the hand. I complained to the dealer again, and support told me to contact Caesars because a third party runs their live dealer games. I contacted Caesar and they requested a time stamp of when it happened, I gave them the approx because I don’t remember and I though saying something in the chat is enough but it wasn’t. In the end, I lost $500 and nobody was able to help me resolve this matter. Treated very poorly, it’s easy for them to take money from you but when there’s an issue on their end you get screwed.

Bonus. So I deposit $40 to get a $20 bonus which expired in 3 hours and they took all of the money I had in my account. They said your bonus expired and we also take the $40 cash you put in. And you can’t do anything about it. Make sure you read the fine print on these rip off artists. My suggestion would be to not play here as I’m sure I’m not the only one who this has happened too. I contacted the Pa gaming commission also.

Be aware of promotion resquirements. I didn’t read all of the terms and conditions carefully enough as I thought they would be similar to other promotions I’ve participated in. I signed up for the deposit match bonus. I started with $1000 restricted cash and $1000 casino bonus funds from the match. I didn’t realize the play through requirement was 15X the initial deposit plus the match so basically a $30,000 wager requirement. This isn’t the biggest problem though. If I can’t meet the requirement I would at least expect my initial deposit back or what’s left of it if I lost gambling. However, the way it works is that as you bet the restricted cash gets converted to the casino bonus. I played $1,000 and broke even. My account became $0 cash and $2,000 casino bonus. Now if I don’t play another $29,000 I forfeit the entire $2,000 casino bonus and get nothing back even though I didn’t lose any money playing slots. I contacted customer service through the live chat feature and Philip confirmed this is the way it works. I guess I lose at gambling even when I don’t.

Thieves!. When you sign up, it automatically signs you up for a bonus of which they match your deposit. I didn’t know this, and the bonus has a “wagering requirement”. I deposited 50, and they matched it. So I turned that 100 dollars into 180 dollars and couldn’t withdraw ANY of it not even my 50. The wagering requirement was 1500 dollars… so I lost all that money. then just today, I played 2 hands of black jack with 25 dollar bets, I won BOTH hands and got compensated ZERO of my winnings. Deposited Money Becomes Bonus Credit. This app seems to be very similar to other apps aside from a few key differences. 1: This app requires a 15 times play through on the money you deposit + recieve in bonus credit. Example: If you deposits $100 and recieve $100 bonus you need to wager a total of $3000 dollars. 2: if you deposit money, both the bonus and your money become bonus bets which are unable to be withdrawn. 3: if you do not play through your money 15 times within one week of opting into this offer, you will lose all of your casino credit ( bonus money and all of the money you have deposited ). Save your money and do not put a dime into this app.

Auto bonus expired within an hour. I referred my friend a little over a week ago for the new refer a friend bonus. Her account was automatically restricted until they confirmed her identity, and she had to upload her documents 3 separate times to get her account unlocked. She finally got it unlocked and had time to play and deposited the $50 required to participate in the refer a friend bonus, and as soon as all but 8¢ of her money was played through her automatic welcome bonus expired. The money that they took for each wager came out of her real money before it came out of her bonus money and all of her winnings went into her bonus money account. So she lost all of it within an hour of depositing when she was actually winning on the slots. Customer service just kept telling her she didn’t meet the wagering requirements in time, but that’s not her fault! This is the third time a bonus expired on me when I had no control over the circumstances. Every time customer service will just send you the terms and conditions and even when you met all of their requirements they won’t do anything to remedy it. If you do download this app make sure you read the terms and conditions on everything carefully before every deposit, because the customer service reps don’t even know what’s going on!

Others pay out much better. DraftKings and FanDuel Casino still pay out significantly better than Caesar’s Palace. I play many of the same slots across all the major platforms and this one is average at best. For example I played $50 on two different slots at $1/spin and had 0 big wins, bonuses, or even decent line hits…that same investment on better apps will typically yield at least half your money back or several big hits and/or a bonus. I did get a few average hits on some other slots, but not enough to keep me coming back. Same games, but Caesar’s Palace just doesn’t pay out nearly as well as other platforms.

Fair gameplay App is awful though... Compared to other casino apps I do feel that Caesars is the best in fair gameplay. Obviously you will have ups and downs, but seems like it’s regulated well. The problem with this app is it crashes SO much that it’s so annoying to want to continue to play anything. If they would fix the app and put more time into developing it, I would probably play more.

Lot of broken games. There are many games that don’t load on iOS, iPhone or iPad. Customer support claims it’s an iPhone issue but all me stuff is always up to date and have the newest version of the app yep when I go to open china shores it says I need to update to the newest version of the app, which I’m already on. Bunch of other games will start to load and then just go to a black screen. Customer support says my phone isn’t up to date but I’m on newest version of IOS. It’s def an issue with the app now working with iOS as I have seen others with same problems. Overall I like the app as I like being able to build my tier points

Not a good casino app at all!. I’m sorry to write a review like this! But I deposited 100$ and got an extra 100 for a bonus, was great but.. more then half of the games did not work, and I really thought that the odds were very very low to win! Love & Hate. Really enjoy the games for the most part, nice layout, but wow do they have some serious issues they won’t get around to resolving. On multiple occasions I’ve received notices that I won a promo or got credit for my loyalty, only to get an email hours later basically saying “oops our mistake, sorry not for you,” or just recently that I won tickets to a concert event, and later saying “sorry that’s for another state” — how is that even possible. The most withdrawals!!. I've never won a jackpot, but I have one quite a bit and most of my withdrawals have been just as much as jackpots! Terrible Company. I deposited $20 as a new player with a welcome bonus of $10. I won $60 which is great! However I was unable to withdrawal the money to my debit card after several attempts I was blocked from doing so in the app. I contacted support who advised me someone will email me in 2-3 hours. I waited 4 hours and no response, called customer service back and explained the dire need of the funds. The agent was rude and started sighing very loudly as I expressed my issue (this was my 3rd call so I was frustrated however not yelling-yet) she explained there’s nothing she can do so I requested her supervisor or another agent to which she replied no one is above me. I know that’s a lie I’ve worked many customer service phone jobs. After going back and fourth I had had it with her and started being angry and mean. This is online casino is HORRIBLE!!!!!. I use many different online casinos. This one is HORRIBLE. The sign on bonus is confusing. It makes it appear that you only have to wager 1x through your deposit match. Apparently if you deposit $40 you have to wager $1200 in order to cash out any money….even your original $40. Terrible Customer Service. I too have been one of the many customers to receive an email telling me that I’ve won two concert tickets to Madison Square Garden-which was exciting-until later that day I received a generic apology email stating it was a mistake…with no offer of compensation in any form which is unacceptable and really terrible business etiquette. When I reached out to customer service regarding their “mistake” I was told there was not anything they were able to do for me and to check their promotions page. Why would I do that? Deceitful, even for this industry. If you left the bonus, upon depositing cash, your account will be credited perhaps 2X deposit amount. Very typical for all the apps. The bonus will expire at an unknown time. Your cash balance will reflect the total balance inclusive of the bonus and then without warning the bonus will expire, drawing down the total balance. You can receive “customer support” whereby they relay that all bonuses expire and some obscure way to redeem the bonus (75x the deposit amount). None of thr answers will be bespoke to your situation rather general guidelines.

Fraudulent App & A Scam. I wish I could give this app negative stars. The representatives for this app lied when signing me up and insisted I’d have to only play 10 hands to be able to withdrawal my balance. Upon betting $10, my winnings went to a nonrefundable balance where I had to play 600 hands of blackjack before I could withdrawal my money. Hours later, I not only gained extremely valuable insight into blackjack but also a deep disdain for this app and the customer service surrounding it. When I called a rep to try to just withdrawal my initial deposit, she asked “did you read the terms and conditions?” She then offered to read them to me which I happily accepted just because I wanted to waste her time while I watched football. After 20 minutes, she got to the part where it says you have to play a ridiculous amount of blackjack to withdraw your funds. You will lose all your money if you play the balance on the slots. The first promo rep clearly was a scam artist. Do not attempt this promo because I cannot tell you how many times the dealer got 21 on 5 cards. Did I make some money? Sure. Was it worth it? Might not seem like a big deal but I need to trust the apps I utilize to bet my money on and knowing employees are not providing correct information is the worse pet peeve. Since the initial review I decided to give it another go because I love this casino in person and if possible even worse experience. Was playing cleopatra and combinations in bonus that should pay out wasn’t I recorded the whole thing and reached out to customer support and they gave me some bogus excuse that had nothing to do with my issue and I have a video still no help. Terrible customer service. Zero stars if I could.. The casino isn’t the worst but by far not the best. I have won a little bit here but I’ve lost way more. Don’t fix problems. I love this site . I win often but when you win they lock you out of the game . I have now been locked out of two games. Withholding my money. I tried this app a few days ago all was going well. Withdrawal worked fine lots of games, but when it came to time to withdraw it was impossible every time I click on the withdraw it freezes the app and I need to close it. I have tried deleting the app clearing cookies tried on different phones. I’ve been in contact with customer support twice now every time they tell me, I’m going to receive an email with options on how to resolve this issue it never happens. It even came to the point where I asked to speak with somebody with maybe a little bit more authority that could handle my withdrawal manually and they told me it is impossible for them to manually withdraw the money for me. One of the better apps. I use all the major casino apps available in PA and this is one of the overall better ones. Withdrawals using my bank card show up normally within an hour but always within 24 hours. Good potential. I really enjoy Caesars they are generous with their rewards and I have had some good pay outs using their application. However recently the app has been slow, glitchy, and buggy. Slot games are rendered almost unplayable because they lag so much. I thought maybe it was a specific developer but I’ve tried multiple slot games from different developers and I have the same issue. Glitches Glitches!!!. Been playing this game for a while now. I thought they would fix all the glitches. The games shuts down in the middle of playing. After loading a slot you might get a spin or two and then it shuts down. It makes my entire phone glitch every time I open this app and things start to freeze and I have to restart my phone to stop it from happening. I tried taking the game off and putting it back on but same thing keeps happening. If not fixed soon I’m deleting for good. Please stop the game from freezing up and shutting down constantly.

Biggest rip off. I have seven or eight online casino accounts and this by far is the worst. If I could read it -10, I would. Constantly crashes on sphinx coin boost. Used to play regularly and everything worked great but the last month or so has been so crashy and impossible to play that. I don’t even bother much rather be on golden nugget or mgm or FanDuel never experienced a game so impossible to play I’ve logged in 5 times trying to just play 15 bonus spins and every single time I spin it starts to glitch’s and crashes I never get to see my spin and know what landed but if I go on to live dealer baccarat it works fine all the sudden very frustrating and it’s likely to get the boot from me unless they can fix the issue I’ve tried everything I can on my end all up to date

DONT USE!!. Much better options that pay faster!. This place has fallen behind all the online competition. They pay so slow compared to every other online casino I’ve dealt with. They all are making withdrawal payments pretty instant thanks to the newcomers like fan duel and fanatics. SCAM. I wrote a review yesterday noting how horrible this app is. I’ve put so much money into it just for them to take it right back. The games don’t load, the app randomly closes and they make you wager 10x, 20x, 50x, 100x on your winnings. They won’t show your review if it’s bad yall! that should tell you everything you need to know. They are hiding the truth so people keep WASTING their money.

Bonus. So I deposit $40 to get a $20 bonus which expired in 3 hours and they took all of the money I had in my account. They said your bonus expired and we also take the $40 cash you put in. And you can’t do anything about it. Make sure you read the fine print on these rip off artists. My suggestion would be to not play here as I’m sure I’m not the only one who this has happened too. Wack app.. Every deposit match is 20x wager requirement ethether it’s 5$ bonus or 500$ bonus. Completely ridiculous. I’ve been with them for years and lost so much money on here there is no bonuses or special promos for vip’s don’t even bother trying to ask for a bonus either. What you’d expect. The customer service has gotten a lot better, but the app puts strain on your device (overheating) and the odds just aren’t all that great. Very annoyed. I swear this app has given me the most trouble.. Love & Hate. Really enjoy the games for the most part, nice layout, but wow do they have some serious issues they won’t get around to resolving. Worst bonuses in PA. By far Caesar’s has the absolute worst bonuses in any casino in PA. And that’s pretty sad to say. Got 50% bonus match with, 8x plaything mind you, and lost over half without ever winning anything. Nothing. Not even a penny. What kind of casino offers a bonus and then takes everything before you even have a chance to play? Sounds like a TERTIBLE business model of you ask me. Avoid at all costs!. There are much better gambling apps - including Caesar’s Sportsbook which has a phenomenal welcome offer. On the other hand, this app has a mediocre welcome offer. It gets even worse when you look at it closely. A 15x wager requirement is fairly typical. But what isn’t typical is the terrible RTPs on the slots that can be played toward meeting the requirement. Instead of the 97-98% on many other sites, 94% is the norm here. After the 15x wager requirement, that’s the difference between keeping most of your bonus and barely breaking even! If you are loyal to Caesar’s stick to their Sportsbook. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

5 star average? More suspect than the payout rate….. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star ratings. I promise this app is anything but. The Only Online Casino Worth It. I have gamed on 7 of the major casino apps for Michigan. This seems to be the only one I really enjoy. With fair to generous slot payouts, great support when issues have popped up, and a large variety of all the latest and global games. Base level reward on daily reward game is not great. It’s a bet and get, but the higher tiers that I get periodically have been fair to me. I highly recommend Caesars.

Fun. When you can’t get to the casino and you wanna enjoy your time playing some slots having a drink you can do it at home online. It keeps you home. App update. My app is doing a mandatory update but has been stuck in the update mode for about a half hour now. My WiFi connection is good and so my other apps are working perfectly fine. It won’t let me stop the update or go into the app, it’s just spinning like it does when it’s installed the update. Anyone else’s having an issue and does anyone have a suggestion on how to get back on the app?

Others pay out much better. DraftKings and FanDuel Casino still pay out significantly better than Caesar’s Palace. I play many of the same slots across all the major platforms and this one is average at best. For example I played $50 on two different slots at $1/spin and had 0 big wins, bonuses, or even decent line hits…that same investment on better apps will typically yield at least half your money back or several big hits and/or a bonus. I did get a few average hits on some other slots, but not enough to keep me coming back. Same games, but Caesar’s Palace just doesn’t pay out nearly as well as other platforms.

Horrible app. If I could give a 0 star I would. This app has the most bs promotion I’ve ever seen for a gambling app. Apon signing up it seems all nice that it matches your deposit up to 1k but it doesn’t tell you that you can’t withdraw any money at all until you’ve spent over 15x the amount you deposited or until you’ve lost it all. Withdrawing money is difficult!. I have tried every betting app there is. Caesars by far has the worst interface for letting you withdraw your own money. I used my debt card to put money in, it took 10 seconds for them to take it out of my account. I win with the money I put in… when it comes to withdrawing, app tells me I can’t withdraw to the SAME card I used to deposit. Okay fine… I try connecting to my bank. The window on their app that opens bank doesn’t work. I was FORCED to withdraw via wire transfer. Here is the kicker, I can’t withdraw via wire unless I have them my drivers license number. This should be illegal. Soon as the wire goes through, I’m deleting this app and closing my account with them. Only god knows if that will mean they delete my information. So sketchy!!

Initial promotion to sign up is a SCAM. Today I started an account at Caesars, I was interested in utilizing the promotion and seeing how the online platform is. The promotion they offer to new customers is a scam, you’re constrained on what you can do with your initial deposit and can’t liquidate it even after playing what you deposited. You have to play 15 times what you deposit, and only on slots which are not favorable to the customer. When you sign up those terms and conditions are not presented, and when you try to cancel the promotion and the account your given some dialogue from these thieves that it’s in the terms and conditions SCAM

Make sure you read.. I seen the offer for 100% deposit match and thought okay for sure! Deposited 200 bucks. Sure enough deposit match plus 10 dollar new user bonus. Then it wouldn’t let me play any games. You have to bet $3000 on select games so basically you have to get extremely lucky and hit nonstop to even do anything. I’m gonna bet the ten dollar bonus and withdraw my 200. Plus I noticed majority of these games and even the fancy Caesar’s pick and win literally doesn’t even work. If you got duped into the deposit match you can opt out and make sure you do before you bet, or your funds will be locked until $3000 is wagered.
