Terrible. Even though deposit out of checking. Wont allow you to withdraw for 10 days. Way better apps out there for horse racing.

Great app. Does the job

Absolutely Horrible. Do yourself a favor and please listen to all the other bad reviews. First off, the promo was extremely deceptive, boasting a 200 deposit match which was not the case. You have to spend the 200 to receive the bonus. Even as a casual sports bettor I know that is called a wager match, not a deposit match. Next, I couldn’t take my money out of my account as I needed to successfully deposit from the same bank account. So I did. My withdrawal was still unsuccessful and now 220 dollars of mine are being held up within the app. Never again will I gamble with Caesars and hopefully I get my money back.

Get the bonus then use another app. It’s hard to believe that this app is related to Caesar’s. Very primitive and does not allow you to withdraw for 5 business days after you make a deposit. Completely different experience than using Caesars sportsbook.

Do Not Download. First the promotional code was a scam and didn’t work. Most importantly if you want to get your money off - they make it as hard as possible for you to. Don’t give them business

Terrible interface & impossible to withdraw. They purposefully make it extremely difficult to withdraw your funds. Looks like it will take about a month to get my winnings from the Kentucky Derby. I expected better because I use the Cesar’s Sportsbook & it is typically pretty good. I will definitely be switching to a different Sportsbook & Racebook after this experience

Scam. This app is a complete scam. They make it impossible to withdraw your money. Beware, any other app is better than this one, guaranteed.

Not recommended and don’t waste your time and money. This is the worse experience I had. It has fast options to deposit and very slow options to withdraw. Please make fast withdrawal available as well and I revise this review.

Don’t Honor Promos. Would pass on this racebook they don’t honor signup promos and the support is useless.

Going on week 4 of waiting on my withdrawal.. Week after week they promise they’re mailing the check and I call back to find out it’s not even been sent out yet! First they lost my withdrawal slip, then they had “technical difficulties”. And the managers almost seem to have some smug satisfaction in telling you there’s absolutely nothing they can do, you’ll just have to wait another week. They now tell me the check has been sent out on the Friday of the the third week of calling, and there’s no tracking number. Just wait another 14 days! SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Scum. Absolute worst sportsbook I’ve ever used. Did not redeem deposit promo, now they will not give me my deposit back. Use TwinSpires or literally anything else instead.

Garbage App & Fraudulent. Wouldn’t let me withdraw my balance. App stopped loading. The day I was betting instead of showing minutes to post they were all 99 MTP and none of the streams worked. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE APP.

Utterly ridiculous residential rule. I have multiple Caesar’s Sportsbook app, and now that they have a Racebook app that requires you to live in a state makes absolutely no sense, when most of my time I am in a legal state to wager.

Everyone’s Basically Right. Yeah I mean… some of the most negative replies go a little far. But at the end of the day, this is still a pretty terrible app. I had to have Support credit things every step of the way. Still waiting on my EFT deposit to clear even though it’s been 5 days. Yikes! Many better alternatives out there, but you can still farm the promo if you have a week (or probably longer) to get your funds back.

I’m pretty sure this app is fake. Do yourself a favor and do not download this app. It took all my information to sign up which i thought was weird since i already have a caesar’s sportsbook account and then when i reached the account, It said my information was inaccurate and my account couldn’t be created at this time. This is after they take your social security/Address/Birthday and everything you could think of without listing a privacy statement and telling you whether your info is protected.

Richest Casino Company in the world, worst app imaginable. I won a bet during the Kentucky derby and wanted to withdraw my winnings, but even though you can deposit multiple ways you can only withdraw via Electronic Funds Transfer. And you can’t withdraw your money until you’ve successfully deposited money via EFT. So I tried to deposit the minimum amount, and it says it’s going to take a full week for the deposit to complete. And then when that goes through, I’d bet the house it takes forever for me to withdraw my winnings as well. Ceasers apps can’t even compete with their competitors. I guarantee that I will not be using this app again.

Worst horse betting app ever. Horrible app, withdrawal is biggest problem ever takes forever, as well as match bonus also takes forever. Use FanDuel horse betting app so much better!!!!

I would pass on this one. Not an easy place to do business with. Didn’t get the deposit bonus. Lots of headaches. Long waits for funds to clear but they claim it’s a banking issue.

Poor Customer Service and Bad App. Poor customer service, sends you to a bot then you have to wait for a live agent (takes hours) Can’t see your bets on the same screen as the races (competitors do) Initial deposit match does not occur (why I reached out to customer service which is poor)

Terrible app. By far the worst app I’ve used for any kind of betting. Made a deposit by giving them my bank account number and routing number and it still won’t let me withdraw my money. Doesn’t show you projected winnings when placing a bet. Too many problems with this app to even list. Closing my account as soon as I can withdraw my money

Don’t do it!!!!!. Horrible,,,got a email to sign up with $200 bonus,so deposit the $200 and used it,called for my bonus and they said we can’t give you the bonus and are going to close my account!! Straight robbed me for $200…call many times and said we cant give you bonus and still closed account….fraud don’t do it

Can’t withdraw my money. Deposited 100 with my debit card. Tried making a withdrawal and they won’t let you. Have to make another deposit with your checking account and it’s 3 days later and still waiting for it to clear. Said they will match the deposit in 24 to 48 hours. It’s almost 72 hours later and still nothing

By far the worst horse racing app. First off the deposit match promo is falsely advertised. You don’t get your “match” for 72 hours. Then they have a lot of different options to deposit your money, but the only way to withdraw your funds are 2 methods ACH deposit transfer which takes days and you can only use if you have deposited with that method. So if you use your card, you will have to then make another deposit (minimum of $25) plus the $5 fee they add on to every single deposit u make. Basically this app will take your money and make you have to jump thru hoops to get it back. Very sketchy and the app itself if trash and designed horribly. If you’re looking for a race betting app stay far away from this one, fanduel/Tvg are the way to go in my opinion

Bad technology, worse support. I’m seeing several post the same issue. Was able to deposit with a card but unable to withdraw my funds unless I direct deposit from my bank. Ok, did that. Now, after 40 hours it’s still saying I need to make a successful EFT deposit. Emailed to find out how long that takes, no response. Called the number to find out how long it takes. On hold for such a long time I just hung up. Never had this much of an issue withdrawing winnings. Almost seems shady but I’m sure it’s just terrible technology and awful support.

Can’t review active bets. I like using this app, but if you’re betting multiple tracks at the same time I can’t figure out how to look at what bets I’ve made on what tracks. Sometimes I forget what horse I have in what race, so it would be nice if there was a “my bets” option. If there is one I haven’t figured it out yet.

Pathetic. Used this app for Kentucky derby for the “deposit match” not only did I not recent the the match I won some money and when going to withdrawal its literally impossible. Says can’t withdrawal with electronic transfer because I have made a deposit with it (I did) and only other option is printing a paper form out and faxing it in to request a check (who on earth has a fax machine anymore ) I truly can’t believe Caesar’s put their name on this . The sportsbook is fine this is the worst gambling app of all time
