App now broken. Does not work anymore

First of its kind- great idea. So versatile for training or pros. Runs your tennis ball machine from your IPhone as a remote. You can use the drills or customize your own. Love it.

Update the app. Hi, you should make a update for this app bc in my iPhone 13 and my iPad the app does fit and look terribly and some time I try to make a new drill and the shoots and the directions does appear

Can't use Pro mode. I cant see any text in the scroll wheels for Pro mode. Even a document highlighting what the specific sequences mean would be helpful (ie. 1010A)

Doesn’t accept .me email. Paid 99 cents. Tried to validate my email from the app and got nothing from them. Checked my .me email it was working fine. But when I went to their website to submit a contact mail (which REQUIRES my phone number) found they considered any .me email I have invalid. Clicked on the Twitter and Facebook links on their website playmatetennis dot com - they don’t work. The support link here for this app doesn’t offer support.

What happened!!! Constant crashing!. Used to work great for my entire workout, now the app crashes regularly!

Does not work. They Never sent a confirmation email so this app is a dollar wasted

Recommendation. Can you please modify your app to use the shutter (same button call as taking a picture) to do start/stop? Reasoning is there are lots of little, cheap Bluetooth buttons for snapping a picture when your phone is on the tripod. We could use one of those instead of having to keep your phone in your pocket.

Basics work but Watch app doesn’t.. Generally a useful app for controlling the ball machine. But starting ball feeding from the Watch results in the phone app crashing, so that piece of functionality is basically broken.

Can't evwn Register. Error Code when I try & Register, another when I email them... REFUND!

Not usable. App doesn’t let you control direction. UI broken with the newest iOS. It’s unusable.

Great App. I created many drills and can adjust them from the app. Works on my iPhone and iPad without any problems. It really makes playing ball machine fan. Unfortunately apple watch app is unresponsive after recent apple watch update.

Hard to use and was impossible to know which device to connect. If you have multiple ball machines in a vicinity, there is no way to know chic one to pick. If you then pick the wrong one, there is no easy way to pick the right one. As a tech founder, I’m pretty tech savvy so this was pretty bad.

no emails to confirm. I checked both regular and spam email, but no emails. I tried with different email accounts, but no luck! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Great App!. The Easy as 1,2,3, method here eliminates ball machine knobs, switches or remotes. The Playmate Drills folder in the Friends portion of the App allows you to watch FBT60 Tennis/Fitness drills before performing them. It is like having your own personal trainer in the app!

Having trouble switching drill. Don’t know what happened but I have to kick out of the app each time I need to change drills

Support for iwatch. Great app with the iphone, cannot get it started with my new Iwatch..the App appears but cannot turn the feed on or off Am I doing something wrong or do I have the wrong version of the App?...

Grand slam ball machine. It is a ok

Good app. Please add a configurable delay after you to start - so you have time to put your phone away and get ready.

Teaching professional. For the most part a great app. Occasionally loses blue tooth connection. Would be off the charts great if there was a Apple Watch app. To be able to pause or do more without pulling out my phone would be a god send. This would seem to be a no brainer. Makes my job so much easier. And makes me a much better professional. Prefect for players who can't yet sustain a rally.

Needs more drills. Was expecting a lot of drills especially for singles from simple to complex 6/12/18 shot drills but what they have are pretty generic and a number of group/2 line drills. Okay but not great.

Very impressive!. As a mobile app developer, i am very impressed with the functionality and quality of this app. Bravo, Playmate!

Want more preset drills. It would be nice to have more pre-made drills to choose from. I find making my own drills a little difficult in the app.

Text in app doesn’t show. When trying to set up custom locations the location text does not show. The text in the location dials are blank. Paid .99 and app doesn’t work.

Doesn’t work. After adding user name and password, screen says to finish registration after receiving email. Email never comes despite repeated attempts. Clicking password lookup also does not work. iOS up to date.

No customer service. App doesn’t work on watch at all. Tuning of the ball machine is difficult because shots are impacted if they follow each other too quickly. IE moon after a backspin and the ball flies more than moon after topspin. Ugh

Cannot validate my new free account. I’ve tried for several days to validate my new free account but I never receive an email to do so. So at this point this app is useless.
