Seems to be getting worse. I used to rank Underdog as #1 in the prop betting apps but the past 6 months things seem to be going downhill. It can take quite a while for some lines to be settled(30 min-12+ hours) it was explained that they “manually” grade some lines but I’ve never had to wait on a loss to turn red. Also, support seems to be programmed to drive customers toward automated answers instead of an actual human. If ur in a champions state, that sucks…champions state run like a large “group” contest. iE: if u have a chance you 5 pick and you get em all right, you might not get paid for that entry until days later. It depends on which lines other bettors in the “group” have chose. So if your entry is Monday night Football and someone has a line that’s not until Sunday, you won’t get paid until the Sunday line is settled. Also UD has removed several lines from various sports such as DBL fault lines in tennis and Turnovers in NBA.

Do not trust this company.. I made a pick em that consisted of 3 picks. It said 2 out of 3 would pay 128. After the bet disappeared to be “ settled” i then got a notification that I won 38 dollars instead of 128. Went from around 12x to 4x in a matter of minutes. I won’t deposit another dollar and I’m going to make some calls to get this looked into. I can’t imagine how many people they do this to. Again I repeat, do not give this company your money. They do not honor your bets and are clearly using misleading information to dupe you into placing bets that don’t pay as high as they advertise. You’re representative “ Austin” is really good at pushing your slimy business tactics. Underdog owes me $90 and they are giving me this big of a problem. Imagine hitting for 5000. You think they are going to hand over the money so easily like they are supposed to? Nope. They put your bet slip under a microscope and tweak with it while it’s being “ settled.” If a lawyer sees this, please get this looked into and file a class action lawsuit when you do some digging on this company and their payouts.

Great app. Don’t expect your winnings quickly though. I’ve had underdog since the app came out. Love the pick’em and have done very well as far as winnings. My ONE complaint about this app is the payouts. Like most apps they have many ways to quickly and conveniently upload your funds to place a bet. unlike most apps underdog is a complete hassle when you win anything and try to withdraw it, which kinda takes the fun out of betting. You took my money in 2 seconds but when I win I’m expected to wait ? The app Only allows you to withdraw though PayPal or check. Which is really inconvenient. Apps says payout in 2-3 days but if you win on a Friday you won’t see your money until the following Friday. I just feel there should be a better way to get me my money in 2024. Many other apps offer a better method, most even have an instant option. I’ve gone to other apps just because I know lll get my money faster. I hope underdog fixes this.

Use caution when using this app. I have been using Underdog for a few years now and have placed hundreds of bets amounting to tens of thousands of dollars. Over all of these bets they have all been using the standard pick’em format and not flex. I placed a 3 player bet yesterday as per usual and realized after winning the bet had not paid the standard amount. After talking to customer service they claimed it was placed as a flex bet. Never have I placed a flex bet and I would not have started on a 3 player bet with 2 players from the same team which would void the bet if the third player had not covered. Underdog lost a long time customer over an error on their end amounting to less than a $100 difference in payout. I would recommend using alternative options when placing bets, if it happened to me it can certainly happen to somebody that does not use the app as often.

Can’t use while connected to wifi !. I have been dealing with this issue since I downloaded the app. While I LOVE the app , there is one HUGE annoyance that I have .. if I’m connected to WiFi, which I’m almost ALWAYS connected… I can’t use the app. I have to disconnect from WiFi in order to use it and then of course by nature, the app is sluggish. This is the only app I’ve ever had to do this with. I have tried SO many different tips and tricks to fix this including chatting with support (they were not only no help, but also didn’t seem to care) but also developer website no longer exists according to the support website listed here, and reporting an issue for Underdog is unavailable through Apple . WHO HAS ANSWERS ??? PLEASE & THANK YOU!

It’s a good app. I like the app overall. Gives a discount almost every day. This app also gives up to a 6x multiplier for a 3 pick parlay compared to other apps which are usually 5x or less. The only problem is the costumer service. My girlfriend’s account got restricted because we use my phone for both of our accounts. We were not aware that this was prohibited. It states that you can’t be “multi-accounting” which it doesn’t really explain what it is. But I’m guessing it means that we can’t have multiple accounts on one device which it doesn’t specifically say that. My girlfriend and I would just log in to our accounts on one device and out of no where she got restricted on her account. So I’m just assuming multi accounting means you can’t share accounts on one device. She had to email them that she understand what she did wrong and that she won’t do it anymore which she did. Anyways she has been waiting for almost a week for a reply. She emailed them about 3 times and still no response. Every other app we use, we get a reply within a day.

Horrible. Arguably the worst app off all time. They trick you thinking it’s good with these promos, don’t be dumb and fall for it. I got 50 people to switch apps and they all agree chalkboard and sleeper are way better. After I signed up, put in my information somehow my account gets locked 4 days later, they claim it is normal and happends to most accounts. By looking at the reviews it happend to almost everyone. They asked for the exact same information that was verified when I signed up. Exact information, even though when I signed up I was verified and my information was correct and I was all good. Next up they started asking for weird information which is completely uncalled for. I try to contact there help team, they respond in 24 hours, I’ll respond back in 10 mins and have to wait another 24 hours. You have to use your bonus money quickly and mine is going to get taken away because my account is locked and they are allergic to responding to legit people. After you open up a case, they take forever to reply and the help agents are never active. I provided them all information possible, everything they need and my account is still locked, insane. $700 down the drain and my friend got scammed by them for 4k. It won’t let me request a withdrawal and my account is locked so I can’t bet. Extremely frustrated, a lawsuit might be filed. This is ridiculous, can’t believe I fell for this scam

Best Fantasy App I’ve ever used. First of all wanna give a shout-out to Andre from customer support, extremely quick and very kind. Excellent customer service all around. Secondly, the app is very good and very well made. Other sports betting apps can be somewhat cluttered/extremely overwhelming like they just put everything together in some scrambled mess but this one makes everything very easy to find and very simple to use. If you’ve never sports betted before, use this app. Trust me. There’s no rigged competition and every game makes it possible for anyone to win, even the battle royales (unlike fanduel & draft kings who has professional app users making money off others) this app doesn’t have that. Withdrawals do take a bit longer however they do all withdrawals manually and you get to communicate with real people so it’s way more worth it. You guys are fantastic - Harrison

Horrible worst thing I ever used. I should’ve stuck to prize pics. This place is horrible. They let. Deposit money in there use my Woodforest account. Use my Venmo account. Everything worked great gave me my free $75. I won 3000 wouldn’t be able to withdraw my money same way I deposited the money I wasn’t able to redraw tried to use a debit card wouldn’t let me used a bank account didn’t work just a waste of time then they have this weird thing on the app. Well, if you don’t make a deposit, you can’t withdraw with the same thing you made a deposit with it. I don’t understand that I should be able to withdraw my money anyway I need to if I won my money. You didn’t have a problem when I was depositing underdog.

Not on the same level as many other Parlay apps.. I wanted to give this platform a shot as I’ve seen lots of advertisements on it. I want to be clear I am not and would never leave a review out of simply not winning etc. My honest opinion is the app lacks a ton of features other fantasy apps provide. The biggest issue is not being able to see the stats for each player which puts u at a major disadvantage and makes it a pain to have to flip back and forth fr a diff platform. The app DOES show last game minimal stats but unlike the other apps doesn’t show u for instance PRA%, 3pt made, NFL same way. Also players will be questionable or even out and they have the players available for draft without giving any “Q” tags etc. this is only a very small downsides to this app compared to many others. With all that I wanted to give a honest shot, deposited got that 50% deposit match so that was nice but other then that my overall opinion is this is a 2/10. Soooo many better options out there! Best new daily fantasy option!. I just started playing on Underdog and it is the best new daily fantasy option out. DraftKings and fanduel have become so overloaded with the professionals that enter thousands of lineups with computer algorithms that make it almost impossible to win as a casual fantasy player. The small group snake drafts are awesome to level the playing field and they even have a safety measure to ID and remove any collusion between players on drafts. That way one team doesn’t get loaded up with all the best players! I would recommend everyone that wants a fun way to get back into daily fantasy without having to worry about beating computer algorithms! They even offer best ball and season long options to fit whatever you are looking for and I haven’t even begun to talk about the over/under pickem section they have to give you yet another option to make every game in every sport worth watching!

False Advertising and Drags feet with refunds.. This site actively and openly advertises that they are usable in nearly every state. In their ad, it includes my state as one in which their app can be used for sports betting. This is a blatant misrepresentation. Not only is the app literally unusable in my state, but they waited until I had placed a deposit and attempted to bet to tell me my state doesn’t support betting on live sports. So I initiated a refund and was assured I would see it within 3-6 hours. It took a month and required ME reaching back out to receive what I was promised. I believe that they intentionally dragged their feet and didn’t fulfill their promise in the hopes that I would forget to look for my refund. Avoid this app like the plague. As if betting isn’t a trap to keep you losing money, they’ll intentionally lie to you. The only reason I did it in the first place was they were giving away a free $100 after your first $5. However, they blatantly misrepresented the truth of this matter.

They’ll make sure you never win. Worst betting app I’ve ever used. And for me, that’s saying something, as both fanduel and draft kings are blocked in my state, so I’ve been banished to the depths of my state sportsbook and even THAT I prefer over underdog. Blatant false claims for the pick-em entries just to make people throw away money. They make it seem like hitting 3 out of 3 picks will get you 6x money and hitting 2 of 3 will give you 3x, but in reality, 2 of 3 only gets you your money back. Selecting insurance states “hit 2 or more picks to win” but in what world do you only get your money back on a “won bet”? They need to phrase this better and say the bet will be voided, not won. Also in the pick-em rules it states “Payouts include entry fee being paid back” which is not the case if you select insurance. This makes it seem like you’ll at least be making +100 on 2 of 3 but in reality you don’t get anything. Despite all of this, I was actually about to give them my business today on another pickem. I had 4 selections picked out, 2 of which were rescinded minutes after I selected. Do not select ANYTHING until you are ready to actually submit the bet. The fact that two of my promising, well-researched picks were rescinded minutes after I selected them, makes me almost positive that they are monitoring your picks before you even make them, and adjusting them accordingly so they’ll always come out on top. If I could rate 0 stars I would, don’t give these grifters your money.

Pinnacle of Best Ball & DFS. I’ve been aN NFL Fantasy Football participant for over 25 years dating back to cardboard draft boards in our college living room. With the explosion of online options, I must say that I am in love with the Best Ball focus Underdog puts forward. The amount of tournaments and the variety of setups makes the NFL offseason feel soooo much shorter. It’s almost dangerous! During the season I love the Pick ‘Em options and the 6 round weekend mini drafts. The opportunity to make money is everywhere and I’ve seen success with multiple zeros attached! As a bonus, their customer service always responds to messages within a few hours. To finish: they also offer a great network of insight with player profiles, videos, and strategy. Can’t speak highly enough of Underdog!

They scam. Never really won anything in this app so I haven’t used the withdraw much, prize picks was my main app for a while, decided to give UD a shot, till I found out they’re literally holding my funds hostage now, I have a bout 40$ unused in this app, I went to go withdraw and they’re saying my bank isn’t used “via trustly 3rd party service”. KEEP IN MIND I have multiple friends and family who bank with the same bank as I do!! How are they able to withdraw instantly but not me ? Interesting right? That’s not all I see the only way I can use the 2nd and last option (PayPal, had to make one just try and cash out). Now they’re saying I can only use PayPal withdrawal if deposit MORE money first!!! I thought other gambling apps were bad but this tops it! Not only do they steal your cents that you can’t ever withdrawal and have countless senseless rules, now they’re keeping ppl from cashing out. SCAMS

Positive review. The site is great on its own. What I'm going to post absolutely blew my mind. Recently in South Florida we experienced Hurricane Milton. The damage is widespread. My home was right in the middle of the eye. I had several telephone poles on my property down with a transtormer on one. My power meter was destroyed. Roof leaks and broken windows. I have a well, so no water, no power. Unlivable basically unless you like hot yoga in the dark. I work and make a living. As soon as these things occur you start incurring expenses. With that being said; who reaches out. My VIP host from Underdog fantasy Gator. This company actually sent me hurricane relief funds. I am still in disbelief from this. The generosity was kind of overwhelming. It also showed Underdogs integrity. They are not just a fantasy sports app. They actually care about their customers. First Betting App Of The Day. It was my first time downloading a betting app and I got this app just trying to use the “Pick Em” mode that they have to make “over/under” bets on players. The app said it would match my first deposit. Me trying to be smart with my money I just wanted to put something small so I put in $20 just for it to not be available in TN. After I seen I couldn’t do that I tried to make some type of money out of it by doing the “draft” mode the app offers and my total went from 40 to 27. Instead of them giving me my money back after I realized I had just wasted my time on this app they say “ I can't do that as you've already began playing with through the funds.” I just don’t understand why the funds merged as whole to make me unable to take out what I originally put in like other better betting apps. Even though it was a small amount I needed every penny💯

Rather refund you than pay you.. Stay away from Underdog, go to DraftKings or Prize Picks. Last Night I had a parlay going with Nembhard, Draymond, Jokic and Aaron Gordon. Nembhard was injured so they voided him, fair enough just like Prize Picks and Draft Kings both did. The rest of my parlay goes on and hits and I’m thrilled! I just made $400 off this bet and then 5 minutes after the game I get a “Nembhard was rescued!” we refunded you $15 for the play. What?! When my friends who made the exact same bet still got paid out just slightly less? I contact their support and they say “It’s in our terms right here “you must have two players from different teams”” okay, but I had Draymond from GSW and Aaron and Jokic from Denver which is more than two players and two different teams? To which they respond no it’s actually in this OTHER terms sheet which basically says we can do whatever we want. STAY AWAY FROM UNDERDOGS.

terrible app. terrible sports betting app if you do a 6 pick flex and everything else you bet hits but you have one player that got injured they decide to do a rescue for you to quote on quote help you out but since it is a flex it is already a 5 win 1 loss and gives you a 2x multiplier and oh yeah btw rescues are not voided they are counted has a lost a prime example of a corporate company try to squeeze there profits so they don’t lose a lot of money i would never use this app and save yourself the headache because even if you plead your case to customer support which does not respond in a timely manor at all yeah i’m talking to you customer representative “Chase” they would just repeat back to you the same thing and say oh i understand i’m sorry like it helps at all moral of the story never use underdog fantasy it is by far the worst sports betting odds to win in your favor and everything

The Best for Player Props, But Needs a Small Fix. Underdog Fantasy is easily the best app for player props right now. The interface is smooth, the lines are competitive, and the experience is seamless. It’s a great platform whether you’re looking to make straight picks or build creative slips. One of the standout features is how easy it is to navigate and place bets. The app runs well, and everything feels intuitive. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that they don’t let you use every last cent in your account when placing bets. It’s a small but frustrating issue—sometimes you’re left with a few cents sitting there instead of being able to go all-in on a pick. If they fix that, this would be a five-star sportsbook. Another improvement would be adding a feature to rewatch games directly within the app, which would make tracking picks even better. Overall, though, if you’re into player props, this is the app to use.

Do NOT use Underdog. On Underdog sports, the user is truly an Underdog. If you are going to use this app, make sure you read the fine print on everything. A couple of lowlights I experienced are as follows. It started with the 50% deposit “bonus” which made it so the entire deposit (including the cash portion that you made) must be bet before it can be withdrawn. The “bonus” portion had to be used within 2 weeks or else it is voided. Following that, the types of bets you place with your bonus funds are limited to only select parlays. Next, the “Gimme picks” are paid out nearly entirely in additional bonus funds that can’t be withdrawn, so you end up having to bet your winnings in order to withdraw those earnings. Additionally, while the “rescue bet” feature is a reasonable solution to if a player gets hurt, if you only bet a 2-legged parlay, the entire bet is voided rather than just removing the injured player from the parlay. Overall, please do not use this app, there are plenty of other betting apps that offer better bonuses, free play, and that are more user-friendly.

Deception. Look people, I’m all about gambling! The wife can’t stop me from betting on games at the sports desk at casinos every week. But this style they have on underdog? Your soooo much more likely to lose your money then at a BJ or Roulette table. Here, you are forced to pick at least 2 players per bet, and not just 1 player as a straight bet! 1 player is a 50/50 shot right? But the odds of you picking correctly on 2 players is 25%. 3 players 12.5% and so on. They are cheating us with their style of gambling ONLY parlays, also ONLY being able to pick player props and NOT the actual game/team itself. Because that’d be more fun. With all this said, it is fun to put $10 on a 20/1 shot and see if I get super lucky. But that’s why their business is Booming!! Underdog needs to let us bet straight bets! And bet on games themselves!! Covering spreads and over/unders….

This App is a Scam. I placed a bet and I know for a fact I chose the “Higher” category. When I looked later, it was altered to “Lower”. Now, I understand this claim was only for $10, but when I contacted customer service and spoke with Austin. I was told that the system is incapable of having glitches/making errors. I, however, happen to work in the coding/programming industry and glitches/bugs in systems occur more regularly than one would think. I was told that he was “very confident this was just a mistake”, but why would I place a “Lower” bet on a player that I’ve placed “Higher” on EVERY other betting app (PrizePicks, Sleeper, etc). I told Austin that I wanted to speak with a supervisor/manager and never received a response. The lack of customer service here absolutely disgusts me. I was screwed out of my money and will happily take my money to their competitors instead. Great job Austin, you gained $10 for your company and saved a $200 win. But you also would have gained more in the long run had you done one of the following: 1. Change my pick back to “Lower”, the way it was originally set and altered. 2. Cancel my entry entirely. 3. Refund my money. Austin, you are pennywise, pound foolish.

A total joke. Was excited to try after seeing the TV ads and being an avid DK user over the years but feeling play options lacked a bit. Signed up and spent hours making picks for a Sunday’s big game since the play though for the bonus is such a small window I needed to pretty much play all initial funds and bonus immediately… only to get a “we’re parting ways” email telling me I’d abused bonus credit which I most certainly did not. First off, if this is a thing, then why don’t they just disallow a bust by blocking select picks once initial entires are placed. Regardless, I placed consistent bets in various mixed lineups with a select game outcome in mind. In no way was it abuse or even making bonus funds likely to net a small profit. It was legit lineups with a game outcome fully in alignment across them all. Clearly they didn’t like their odds to lose money to me since I usually know how to bet a game, and so after luring me in with free credits to play they copped out and blocked me entirely. Who’s the one playing who at that point? Never ever had any betting or pick’em act this way other than a scam site I once fell for. Underdog gives totally non-trustworthy vibes to me after seeing this is they way to “protect” themselves. They had no issue with me loosing money, but since they saw my odds as good they just ban me. Real classy. The lack of clarity and instant kick when they think they are on the loosing side is tell tale sign this is a company about fleecing users for funds, not making fair odds and letting the slips and games play out. If odds are set correctly they win. Clearly they are only trying to fleece users, not payout if they win. Stay clear and save yourself the time and headache.

Great App. I’ve had a great experience using Underdog Sports because the app works smoothly and is extremely simple to use. The layout is clean, easy to navigate, and everything you need is clearly labeled, which makes placing picks fast and stress-free. Even for someone new, the app explains things well without feeling overwhelming. Loading times are quick, picks submit without issues, and I haven’t experienced glitches or crashes. I also like how straightforward the pick selection process is—no unnecessary steps or confusing menus. Overall, Underdog Sports does exactly what it’s supposed to do and does it well. It’s a reliable app that focuses on usability, making it enjoyable for both beginners and experienced users.

BANNED FOR NO REASON. i just spent 10 minutes typing out an entire review and it just got deleted but im so mad with this app that i am going to do it all over again. recently i just deposited money into my account but instead of me using it, they decided to just suspend my account for the 4th time for absolutely no reason and then PROCEEDED TO PERMANENTLY BAN ME. on top of that, its been 4 days since they deleted my account and supposedly “refunded” my money to my bank but my bank isnt even showing the charges as pending. this app is constantly lying to their customers with the referral bonuses when you only receive $10 instead of the $25-50 that they advertise every single day. i will never in my life suggest that anybody downloads any sports betting app but MOST DEFINITELY NOT THIS APP. keep your money and your space on your phone because this app will never see me and my money again after ive been using this app for around 4 consistent years now.

Live bestball needs improvement. App is great. Clean and user friendly. There are so many things here to like. However, in season bestball really needs improvement. First time playing was last year and I was disappointed that there was no live scoring updates. I figured this would be improved this year but literally no updates were made. Weekly winners takes literal days to see where you rank. Part of the fun is following along and knowing what you should be rooting for in any particular week. For such a well designed app, it’s surprising this isn’t a default feature. I end up following along to games in DraftKings because they actually have live scoring (and therefor am more likely to place additional bets there). Please add live scoring. Value of the app is diminished without this.

Updated review again. Andre is still great I recommend they promote him. However the company is not. Played a few contests and it’s a cool system. However, did multiple drafts for the conference championship games and most of them I was the 3rd out of 3 picks. The one I was first I took Lamar and loaded up on ravens and niners as I thought that’s who was going to win the game. Then they day of the games when the competition I entered was gone they emailed me saying my entry was canceled due to security reasons. Which is nonsense, it’s not a conspiracy to pick players from the teams you think will win. I then entered two more drafts and was given 3rd out of 3 both times and had no chance to grab Lamar. Cancelling contests in general is a ridiculous practice. But this all comes after they basically told me to kick rocks because of a one letter typo(until Andre stepped up and made it right). As far as I’m concerned he’s the only good employee and I don’t see myself using the app after this week.

Bad experience. I won a parlay last night. They sent me an email saying that my withdrawal request has been processed and sent to my PayPal account the check my PayPal account for almost 30 hours. No payment went on the app left a chat. It’s been 10 hours. Nobody responding so until you have a problem is not a problem, but they are very horrible communicating it’s ridiculous. It’s ridiculous. It’s been actually 10 hours since my first chat they told me it would take about two hours for the team to get back. It’s been 10 hours. Still nothing in my PayPal account. I wouldn’t trust them and I don’t trust them at this point. There’s too many other apps that’s doing the same exact thing that underdog fantasy is doing you have to be going through this so be very carefulbe very careful. They do have some faults and this is one of them cause I know somebody else went through this so this is not new. This is not new. They won’t reply to you. They don’t reply. And I’m still waiting on my money so I think this is a bad app. This is a very non-trustworthy app and I think the customer service department is horrible

Misleading and deceptive Payouts for Cashed Bets USE FANDUEL. I investigated my transactions and noticed a pickem boost payout for a portion of one of my cashed bets. This is a portion of your winnings that is determined based off the multiplier you used and the funds go into a “bonus” cash section of your account balance that you are unable to withdraw from. This is quite deceiving to any new bettors to this platform as it is not CLEARLY stated that the use of any multiplier or “gimme pick” if won will result in a portion of the winnings to go into a “bonus cash” section of your account balance. I’m sure that this is “covered” buried in the terms and conditions on page 106, subsection C-106b but regardless, as a user of this platform I feel as if I were mislead when placing “pick em” bets. Although this is a makeshift sports-book, fair odds and transparency are something that are non negotiables in my opinion. Going forward I will take my business to other transparent platforms such as FanDuel

READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING: Dictatorship. I played back when this developer came up with playdraft. I had over $20 grand in winnings on this app that no longer exists because the sell outs gave it to FanDuel. Originally I thought: hey, good for them! Then flash forward here and I had over 85 season long entries for NFL 2021. Was happy to include my girlfriend for one single draft the night before kickoff so we could try it out together. These jerks freezed both our accounts the morning after, then I was livid. I have done drafts with others that used my referral links before (so yeah, I’m such a sucker I even brought them business). They mentioned that I drafted with someone using my referral link as justification for my frozen account. It was a $5 qualifier draft this time. Her trying it out did not benefit me in any sense of the imagination more than it did the other 10 in the QUALIFYING contest with us. Be careful, they could turn on you too. I was shocked myself. Run away from this developer before his team’s egregious handling of a small and innocent situation causes termination of your entire account, despite your reaching out with the best intentions. What is the point of playing fantasy football without being able to enjoy experiences with friends? To be treated like dirt? That’s what underdog exemplifies given their email exchanges with me.

As crooked as the major sports books they denounce. The CEO Jeremy Levine has been on many podcasts talking about the corruption and monopolies that DK and FD have especially when it comes to their harsh limits on winning. He claims that underdog will only limit players on rare occasions and if they do it will be in the $200-$500 range unlike other major sportsbooks. In NFL I bet some lines soon after they posted that ended up moving a lot as the week went on. Because of this over the course of the season my account went from a $1000 max bet all the way down to $50 and I WAS LOSING MONEY. They limited me as a losing gambler. In NBA I was winning but I made an effort to only bet right before games started to make sure I wasn’t getting positive line value. They still limited me from 2k max bet to $100. They are just as corrupt as the sportsbooks they preach against, they won’t take your money if they think it has a chance to possibly beat them. I really thought this company was different, but they aren’t. I think the only good pickem app left is Vivid Picks, that’s where I’d spend my money.

Shady interface and bad customer service. I rarely use this app, but after today. I can guarantee I will be taking my business to another sports book and you probably should to. I don’t live in a state where underdog is under scrutiny. Yet they will only let me do the pool play with parleys. Which means after hitting my parleys at 10-3pm. I gotta wait tell the next day. Now this isn’t my biggest issue, when I went to place. The bets they didn’t notify me that I was switched over to this format of betting or what it was. They still won’t let me switch off of it. And my state allows all the apps functions. This mode also lets them fluctuate how much you win after hey already showed a number depending on who else wins apparently. Customer service is a joke and has no idea how to help anyone. I bet they get confused about there left from there right. All they do is relay what your problem is back to you, without answering the question. Then going on to not reply for hours or go ghost mode all together. By far the worse experience I’ve ever had with a betting app. Take your money and run!

Falls short. As much as I would like to rate this app a 5 star, with its app appearance, friendly user experience, and easy payments both in and out; it falls short every time there’s an issue with what you agreed to risk. I’ve had multiple pick ems ( after doing hours of research on my picks ) put me in corner where I’m forced to play the way they want. I chose a safe bet where if 1 out of 3 picks don’t make it I get my money back, well one of my picks was voided due to a player not playing and it downgraded ( forced ) me to playing a non safe route. They should at least cancel the whole entry, give you credit for what you put in or give you an option to pick a player that will be playing in 24 hours.

Great app and website !. I started drafting on underdog two years ago when I jumped into multiple espn/yahoo mock drafts to prep for my paid leagues, and people were drafting 14th rounders in the 2nd… underdog fixes that issue. In fantasy, I know my downfalls, and that is that I’m a terrible GM. I never pick the right people up off waivers and I never play the right match ups. But with underdog, I’m able to do my favorite part of fantasy (draft), you get an extended bench, and the system automatically plays your best players. Perfect for a bad GM like myself! The only thing I wish the website or app had was a chat feature. I would love to roast people for some of their picks but, you can’t have it all. Download and make some money!

Horrible. I downloaded this app believing I’d be able to place bets and use it as a betting platform. After depositing money and trying to place a wager I was told I was not in a state which allowed me to place a bet. I deposited money into the account to get a deposit match, which then locked any withdrawals until the amount was played through. So I looked at other options and realized I could only do fantasy drafts. So I decided to play some fantasy football and drafted a team. I get an email basically telling my team was too good and raised flags. So, they had to delete my team and refund my money. I emailed and asked to have my account closed and all money refunded. They said they could only refund the amount which hadn’t been played (which was required by them). So I only received 2/3 of my money back. Closed my account and will never use again. Use at your own risk.

Underdog NFL and NBA BestBall. Hi, I love fantasy but find myself homicidal when it comes to re draft leagues or as I refer to them…”waiver wire” leagues. I also worry in best ball bigger $ tournaments allow for ppl to try and collude, leave talent for one team to advance, from what I’ve seen underdog does a better job at weeding these fools out to make for fair play. Using the matching bonus allowed me to draft 4 teams for NFL best ball mania and I pray the investment pays! NBA has just started and it’s also fun. My two main criticisms are the limited amount of rounds drafting and no small 1-2$ drafts. In nfl 18 rds is just not enough w injury. I think it also allows less talented drafters a better opportunity because taking flyers on sleeper players is a huge gamble. The NBA 16 rd format seems more appropriate for the format. Thanks.

No longer what it once was. I’ve used UD since the start and everything was naturally great, from functionality to game selection. Unfortunately, this company has been completely consumed by big money and it’s clear, as their resources are now poured into strange celebrity cameos rather than the users that support them. Their entire commitment is to their pick em book, which barely even has half of the lines most people are looking for at any given time. The mobile app barely works at this point, as it is riddled with ineptitude, constant freezing, and an interface that no longer even looks good. The cherry on top is the atrocity that is their customer service- you can email support and get a response from a real person but it may as well be a robot. If you want a generic useless response, these are your go to guys. For those that may read this review and think I’m just bitter about losses, that couldn’t be further from the case. I literally just want to draft on their app, but the never ending technical issues have seemingly eliminated that possibility for who knows how long? I plan on finishing out this best ball season before closing out my account for good, a real shame having to give up the original red badge I regretfully earned so many years ago. What a disgrace this company has become in such a short time span.

Can I please get help. So I’ve been betting on underdogs since January 13th of 2024 and everything’s been smooth up until now. So this nba season start and I’m not having the best of luck and i finally start hitting a little, then I end up losing 50 dollars on one night. So the next day I lock in and bet 12 dollars on 5 picks and turn it into 118 dollars and I’m happy as anyone would because I just scored a decent amount especially since I been losing. So I go to withdrawal to my papal account that’s set up with the app like I always do and I check back in the morning and my account is suddenly under review. I’ve been betting on the app almost a year now and never had any funny business or needed a review for anything but now that I win something my account gets suspended. So I’m like whatever let me take care of this and I email underdogs fantasy and they take me to someone for support. I’m going back and forth with the person who’s name I won’t mention and where both replying to each others emails fairly fast. So they ask for my ID and my papal statements and I send everything in. They then ask why the papal account I’m using isn’t under my name and under someone else, I tell them I use my sons because I never had a papal account and he suggested that I just use his he’s also 18*. So they say they just need verification that my son allowed me to use the cash app and that they just need my sons ID. I have my son send me his ID and I email it back to the person and since then I haven’t heard from them since. I tried 2 times to talk to the bot and have them send me a support person and I’ve emailed underdogs fantasy again to see if I could get through to somebody and i havnt been through to anybody since and it has been days. The communication needs to be worked on as I just want to withdrawal the money that I won so I can have it for Christmas shopping and use it to bet more. Please somebody get back to me in this.

Permanently blocking accounts. So I've been on Underdog for over a year now and I've never had any issues up until I had a few tennis matches that were canceled so Underdog refunded me my money so I withdrew well over half the money and the money I had left on there I made some basketball tickets with so I tried to deposit some more money on my underdog account to do halftime bets and all of sudden I had a deposit limit. I've never set a deposit limit on my Underdog account. So I couldn't make a deposit for 90 days, 3 months!! That's a little harsh if you ask me and my thing is we can't make another account to or they will block your Underdog account permanently. Seriously? If we are depositing money and we don't always win and Underdog is making money off of us why does Underdog permanently blocks people accounts for making a new account to gamble on?? That doesn't make any sense to me at all. It's really harsh. I love Underdog and like the anticipation of it but some of the rules are a bit immature.

Had to figure out the app for myself. Most apps when you first sign up give you a tutorial to teach you how to use the app and what each section of the app is for and where to find things you might need. This app does not do that. So immediately as someone new to this app and new to sports betting I was a little disappointed that you had nothing in place to show me the ropes. I’m also confused as to why there are two sections for NBA, what is the 2H for? I clicked on that section expecting a title or something to pop up explaining what 2H means but it only say pick ‘em. I found where the rules were which took me a minute but I didn’t find anything that told me what the 2H meant. For someone brand new to this kind of thing your app is not very user friendly. I’m not sure I’ll even bother with this app for sports betting. Draft kings was also recommended to me as well, I might try them first before giving this app a shot.

The Pick ‘Em functionality is really solid. I haven’t used the fantasy draft feature much so skip this if you’re curious about that. Here are the pros: 1. I have made a few withdrawals and never had an issue. It usually takes 3-5 business days to receive funds. 2. They have been running a lot of promos as of late 3. They may not offer the most projections but they still do offer quite a bit 4. Their fixed payouts are equal or better than the main competition 5. Their in-game projections are the most active in the field, they are always offering quite a bit of lines at any point in the game (minus the last few minutes of course) 6. They release projections before or at the same time as sportsbooks release player props, especially for NFL 7. They have a pretty significant amount of E-Sports projections Cons: Their payout structure is fixed, if you are a value hunter you can typically find better value on DFS apps that have a variable payout structure

Data Gathering Scam. This thing is a farm for personal information, I’ve been a PP user for a year or two and I remember the set up process being very simply and reasonable. Do not sign up even if the monetary incentive is crazy. (took a year or two but the got me). They will let you deposit money instantly and easily… but the second you try and use it for the reason you downloaded the app… They want Front and back of your ID in real time picture, last four of SS which might be normal…… but then…… Full real time pictures of your face, that they make you sign something to give them full access to it and make them safe from class action lawsuit. I went through the “chat only process” with some random person named “Mau” and he would not help me unless I told this random stranger the last 4 digits of my Social security number… OVER CHAT! After he knows my full name! No wonder they are giving people 75$ worth of credit to refer a friend. I feel shame and guilt for giving them all the data I did. Screw the 10$

Bans you for no reason and won’t reply when you email them for a reason. I’m extremely disappointed with Underdog Fantasy. I recently experienced a situation where my account was permanently blocked with the message, "Access denied - Underdog Fantasy has made the business decision to end our relationship and your account has been blocked permanently." After reaching out to customer support, I received nothing but a generic response stating that this decision is final, without any clear explanation. It appears I am not the only one facing this issue, as many other users have reported similar experiences. It seems that after winning, they find a reason to restrict and permanently ban accounts without justification. Additionally, they are incredibly slow with withdrawals. I requested a withdrawal 5 days ago, which was successful before my account was banned, yet I still haven't received my money. This situation is deeply concerning as I need the funds to help cover my grandma's cancer treatment. The lack of transparency and the inability to provide a reason for the ban is very troubling. I hope Underdog Fantasy addresses this issue promptly and fairly for all its users.

Thieves and Unfair. I usually don’t do reviews but this one is crazy I had a 5 pick in which a tennis player did a walkover before winning the leg they were supposed to void this and make it a 4 pick but they want to not pay you anything back so they counted it like a loss so I can loose my parlay completely because that’s exactly what happened and they stoled money from my account the other day I’ve never won anything good on here a couple of dollars back that’s it this app is unfair and they would make sure to never win when it comes down to walkovers and injuries that’s how they get there money up we loose they win no matter what do not waist your money in this app your never going to win and there make sure you don’t and there steal your money also let me be clear I know my sports but there always that unfairness you loose one leg you lost any hope on your payout goes from getting 150 $ to 1.19 like seriously they need to be investigated

Disappointed. I’ve been told by now 4 employees of underdog that i did win a ticket last Friday. Each of them has also informed me it won’t be paid out as they had an initial error getting information from their feed so it won’t be corrected. Nba has this stat listed as accurate 3min after the game and the ticket was pending for 24 hours. If there’s one thing a sport book needs to stand behind is its accuracy of grading a ticket. When I lose I keep it moving but when Underdog sees something needs to be corrected they won’t. This specific market has been corrected by two other sport books and I have seen that with my own eyes. I don’t understand why I’m punished in the amount of $3,100 because Underdog ADMITTED to making a mistake. The customer service is what made it worse as it was copy and paste answers including the house rule which actually gives more fact that I’m right and then tells me I won’t be paid. It gets worse. Each time I politely asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on the chat and disregarded. The fourth time I finally got a supervisor who then hung up on me when I asked them to explain why I’ve had a ticket corrected due to an Underdog error in the past but not this time. Seems highly illegal. I’ve had no other resource then to file a complaint with the gaming commission because it’s absurd.

Greedy. I think it’s bull crap how they don’t let you pick duplicates in golf. You can do it in every other sport but not golf. If you want a fair platform put it back. Also my last night betting I was going to use the last of the money in my account to place a bet because earlier in the day I had placed a couple. When I went to place it I got a message reading “account suspended.” I didn’t know why and I tried again after a few more tries I tried to withdraw the money and it wouldn’t let me do that. I got in contact with support and they said I had to show my face with my ID, bank statements, pay statements, and my license again. I didn’t want to because I think that’s too much to ask for when I already proved it once. But if I didn’t they wouldn’t take off my suspension. While I’m trying to figure out how to take my money out. My bets had hit and I had even more money so I couldn’t just leave it like that. They ignored a couple emails from me. Till I tried again and a friendly person by the name “Max” said I wouldn’t be able to bet or withdraw again for 90 days. Since I wanted to already quit gambling I asked if it’s possible to receive the money without using the app. Which he did send to me yet if that was possible without him needing to see my information why couldn’t the others do it? I’ve used the app for a year or close to it and it’s a very easy fun app. But over time it’s gotten greedy and ruined itself. They added so much more since I first used it but you can’t add a bunch without fixing it up and expect it to be better. Not to mention I accidentally started a tournament where I drafted players and would see how they turned out in their next games but they took my money and I never saw the results or saw how they did during the games. I had a bad experience with it but it is a very good betting app with easy to use tools. I would recommend it to others but would suggest you never gamble.

Consumer beware. I was happy to find a way to get in a sport that does not allow sports betting yet. But underdog is a disaster of an app and company. Practices are predatory, customer service offers you nothing but leaves your pockets empty. When you win with a “bonus” the overwhelming majority of your “winnings” go back into bonus money. It does not matter if part of that money was your “real money.” This is also never explained to consumers and leaves you scratching your head when you finally do win. Not to mention the insane chances of hitting two parlays. If you have another option besides underdog PLEASE use that option. I really wonder why people still choose to use underdog. It is so incredibly unlikely to hit two parlays AND THEN underdog makes it more difficult when you can’t bet two props from the same player or same team. If you’re reading this…please bet your money elsewhere. Go to a casino or give it to a friend, do not give it to this predatory company. Also when a prop becomes popular in vegas underdog will change the odds in their favor and force you to bet something higher bc it is popular in vegas. This company does not care one iota about their consumer. Please put your money to other uses. Do not support this company, they should be ashamed of themselves. This is coming from a bettor who has actually profited from betting on underdog (not a salty consumer who lost with them, just a concerned one telling other ppl there are BETTER ways to bet and better customer service-also better apps with more transparency).

Decent platform. Underdog has restricted things like taking the same side of a strokes bet in golf more than once. Very quick to move lines and they don’t offer much for promos compared to other sites. It’s a decent platform but will have to adapt as more books are legalized in Canada.

DO NOT USE. They will know a player is out before you do they will let you bet on the player. Knowing he is out. So when your other plays hit then they put a phony message apparently we told you that player was out an hour before the game. Trust me they make a lot of Money this way used. And yes it has happened almost 3 times. Phoney company shots on target are considered goalkeeper saves in soccer. You ask so what if it hits the bar or a defender clears it off the line. It’s still a shot on Target. No because goalie didn’t make the save. Once they steal all my money will never deposit on it again or ever use it. This will sound ridiculous until you sign up and it happens to you. GAMING commission needs to investigate.

Terrible Support Team. I’ve been loving this app for a while, but then out of nowhere I had trouble withdrawing my money for about 3 weeks. I did the next thing that came to mind which was obviously to contacts the support team. Next thing I know my account was restricted. Not the best, but decent. Fanduel is so much better, more clear with the directions, pre fair, cheaper, better winnings, better quality. This app is organized well but the instructions aren’t clear at all. If you’re new to online sports betting, I’d try others first. A lot of the stuff on underdog is misleading and confusing. This app I’m particularly, you can tell their priority is for them to profit, not us. You have to bet a arm and a leg, to even get a chance at a decent winning. Other than that, it’s pretty cool. But Fanduel, MGM, and etc., are ones to play before this one. I would only play this if this was the only one allowed in my state (which currently is since I moved to Atlanta)

Great App So Far. It’s centered around best ball from what I can tell (Fantasy Football at least) but it offers great best ball lobbies and good payout structures. It’s a fun way to do multiple drafts but not worry about having to set lineups every week. This is the first App Store review I’ve left, I’m leaving it because I am happy with the app so far. There are little UI improvements they could make, but I’m sure they’ll come with time. For now, it functions really well for what it’s supposed to be. 5/5!

Terrible Customer Support and Broken Streaks Feature. I’m extremely disappointed with Underdog. They disabled streaks because of a mistake on their end when they failed to remove a bet after a game started early. It’s been FOUR days now, and I still can’t use streaks, which is one of the main reasons I use the app. To make matters worse, customer support has been incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout this entire situation. Instead of addressing the issue and providing a solution, they’ve brushed me off and left me waiting with no clear resolution in sight. If you’re considering using Underdog, be warned—they don’t take accountability for their mistakes and their customer service is seriously lacking.

Draft times. Ridiculousness!. Your draft time periods are absolutely ridiculous both ways. Thirty seconds is way too fast. When you are competing against 10 or 12 people. Your trying to get who you want and doing research, all while trying to keep an eye on your competitors and who they are picking. A realistic time would be three or five minutes. Now we can talk about the eight hour draft which turns out is actually ten hours. That is the absolute worst amount of time in general. Now what I can’t figure out is why someone takes the whole ten hours to pick, the real NFL draft only gives you ten minutes in the first round then changes it to less time as it goes on. When someone uses auto pilot, do you pick in the beginning or after the full ten hours. If it is the later then you are really just punishing the next player, who probably already knows who they want or are pretty close to knowing. With that being said I WILL NEVER DO AN EIGHT HOUR DRAFT AGAIN! I will just have to practice the 30 seconds ones, but you should change it too. -jpf341

Worst fantasy pick app. Don’t waste your money here like I’ve done numerous amounts of times. They DO NOT have any void, injury and suspension policy. If they have any scores and they don’t go over and someone how the player your betting on has a cancel, injury, game suspension, or even put on the bench. They do not support any of which voids named. This app is the big waste of money don’t use app. I recommend PrizePicks over this shoddy of a app they app underdog. Never again doing service with this app.

Faster bet settlement. I just started using this app about a week and a half ago somewhere around there and I must say I have one more on there recently than I have using Fanduel. This app is really great. I like the odds the payout odds are good as well but the only downside is when you win, it takes the whole entire day for the bet to settle which is pretty wild because if you lose the bet will settle faster than one that you have won. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars because no one wants wait to all day or the next day for the bet settle

Beware!!!. As others have stated, there is some shady things going on at Underdog. You definitely want to screenshot every lineup you make. I recently had my entry adjusted after placed. I had chosen a lower rushing total and when I went back to check my winnings it said I lost after they adjusted my entry to higher numbers. They claim it isn’t possible but if you read other reviews it has happened to them as well. They have the ability to change an entry after the game has started and the entry “should” be locked. Stay away from this shady app. - Update. I emailed reviews and they gave me a 15$ bonus bet on a 500$ bet. Was suppose to payout 5,000$ +. I replied with “this is a joke right.” They stopped replying. I guess they thought 15$ should cover it.

Poor service. Customer service is terrible. They take forever to answer and when they do they blindly point you to the house rules which did not contain any info that pertained to my issue. When called out on it I received no response. I then recontacted them a day later and have yet to hear back. They don't put their customer first. They answer like robots, disingenuous. They don't have the decency to admit they are wrong and will stop answering when you point out they are wrong. Horrible experience. Pass on this one

Nice for player props unable to play on books. My only positive review for this schemy app is that they offer player props that I’m unable to play on my state’s sports books. Otherwise, it’s horrible. Apps like underdog and prizepicks only care about tricking younger adults into wasting $$$ and using verbiage to confuse players into thinking they’re winning more than they actually are (winnings from a bet always include the initial wager). Their customer service is horrible and their rules about eligible and ineligible bets are atrocious. Currently trying to get ahold of anyone on their app so I can withdraw and never come back lol stay far away from this app, it’s simply not worth it.

Very high quality daily fantasy. Competetive lines and high quality user interface with a good welcome bonus. Also have many specials on prime time games like over 0.5 YDS so it’s basically a guaranteed win for the first leg and just need your second pick to hit for the payout. Speaking of payout they payout practically instantly via PayPal which is extremely high quality as far as daily fantasy goes. Usually it’s only real sports books that have some sort of instant bank payout option. Nothing but praise for underdog fantasy !

Can’t use while connected to wifi !. I have been dealing with this issue since I downloaded the app. While I LOVE the app , there is one HUGE annoyance that I have .. if I’m connected to WiFi, which I’m almost ALWAYS connected… I can’t use the app. I have to disconnect from WiFi in order to use it and then of course by nature, the app is sluggish. This is the only app I’ve ever had to do this with. I have tried SO many different tips and tricks to fix this including chatting with support (they were not only no help, but also didn’t seem to care) but also developer website no longer exists according to the support website listed here, and reporting an issue for Underdog is unavailable through Apple . WHO HAS ANSWERS ??? PLEASE & THANK YOU!

Keyboard.. EVERYTIME I type on it, it lowers, and makes searching for a specific player prop so dreadfully annoying. It used to not do this, then it started doing it every few characters, now it does it EVERY SINGLE LETTER. So annoyingly frustrating opening the keyboard, typing a letter 4 times then accidentally erasing it all because it decides now it wants to highlight the 3 weirdly ordered letters because it’s not familiar with it, just to do it all over again for each and every prop. I don’t know what caused it but PLEASE fix it. I have no issues with any other app on my phone in this way.

My favorite gambling App. Since joining Underdog fantasy, my gambling success has gone from the occasion victory to almost a nightly occurrence. I have won approximately $15,000 or more in the past 6 months. I spend hours making different lineups and I love the draft process of building a lineup to the best of my ability. I will continue to devote almost all of my gambling to Underdog. The withdrawal process is very quick (within 48 hours). Thank you to the Underdog team for coming up with the nightly slates for every sport.

Still in DEVELOPMENT!!!. Terrible site and terrible customer service. The site barely functions and I had qualified for second round of best ball but inexplicably I could not see my roster that advanced. Contacted the support and a week later, get the email that I don’t have any teams left. Guess I got eliminated without even being able to see my roster. Tried to withdraw and get error message that I have to withdraw minimum of $10 when I’m clearly trying to take all my money out. Do not deposit or play on this site!!

UnderDog. Was trying to change my parlay by a few points more specifically i was setting up a nice 4 leg parlay & thought i had it all locked in till i notice my Damian Lillards pick jumped up from 19.5 points to 25.5 so i was very worried trying to contact UnderDog if they could fix this small problem for me , instead they shut down my whole account with $170 still in it .. beyond disappointed & upset EDIT: was supposed to get a refund of $170 ONLY GOT $50! Customer service just got in contact with me & i hope they can resolve this issue super appreciative for them trying to help me out !

Be wary! Deposits must be played through before withdraw!. Be careful if you are signing up as a new user. By default you will opt into the sign up bonus which means that your entire deposits must be played through before you can withdraw! Not kidding, this is a serious rule in their ToS. It’s like entering a casino and they say you can’t leave until you bet all your money on black. I initially deposited $2k into my account but quickly realized this kind of parlay betting is too degenerate for me. When I went to withdraw what was left (most of it), the app said I couldn’t withdraw until the entire deposit had been played through. Their live assistants told me the same thing. Is it just me or is this an incredibly scammy term to hide in the fine print? Back to FanDuel and DraftKings for me.

Great. Great app, but as a suggestion, could you all make an app that delivers up to the minute fantasy news for fantasy football, fantasy baseball, fantasy basketball? I keep my Twitter notifications on from your Twitter accounts for fantasy baseball, for example, to get immediate news seconds and minutes ahead of my competition regarding lineups, injuries, prospect call ups, although would love if you had an app that mirrored the quick news. Thank you.

Falls short. As much as I would like to rate this app a 5 star, with its app appearance, friendly user experience, and easy payments both in and out; it falls short every time there’s an issue with what you agreed to risk. I’ve had multiple pick ems ( after doing hours of research on my picks ) put me in corner where I’m forced to play the way they want. I chose a safe bet where if 1 out of 3 picks don’t make it I get my money back, well one of my picks was voided due to a player not playing and it downgraded ( forced ) me to playing a non safe route. They should at least cancel the whole entry, give you credit for what you put in or give you an option to pick a player that will be playing in 24 hours.

Deceptive. First time ever trying an app like this. The forced choices are so narrow on how and what you can select. It gives the illusion of having a choice but you really don't. You can't pick individual players performances. It's all about getting the stats right on 2 or MORE players in multiple combinations. Essentially every pick you're in a forced choice for a minimum of 4 actual outcomes. It's like forcing someone to chose: "Tomorrow, at 12:00 noon, will the sun be brighter than yesterday or darker? AND will the ocean be wetter or dryer tomorrow? (you must choose brighter or darker for the AND pick wetter or dryer for the ocean). Based on averages, the sun is about the same brightness every day. But now they have your money and you're stuck.

Best app Alive. Underdog Fantasy is a fantastic platform for sports enthusiasts who love daily fantasy sports and best ball leagues. The user interface is sleek and user-friendly, making it easy to draft teams and follow your players' performances. Great best ball app. Was looking for an app that did best ball like the old app Draft, which was bought out by FanDuel. This apps the one! The user interface is solid - still some room for improvement (for example, in NBA best ball, currently it only shows the points scored for the players who’s scores are counting towards your best ball total, which makes sense, but there’s no way to see how your other players are doing in the app) but overall I’ve enjoyed my experiences thus far. Excited for the season and for the app to continue to improve!

Went downhill. This app went downhill majorly. They seem like they’re always offering discounts except now all discounts pay out promo you have to play through. No one wants to win a bet and then receive NO PROFIT and have to place more bets using promo. None of their competitors do this. They did an entire month of stupid payout boosts that paid out in promo funds. You’re playing yourself if you use this app and their discounts. They also lower payouts for lines more than every other app. They can also change what you receive in your payout AFTER you’ve placed the bet (did this to me twice). All in all if you’re still on Underdog go somewhere else and if you haven’t used it DONT DOWNLOAD

Underdog fantasy!!. Literally the best app for player props. It literally has so many different options and outs out way more then any other app specially when it comes to esports. Constantly giving out promos and prop discounts. No other app is competing with them right now and probably won’t ever. This app is definitely for every one who loves playing fantasy and player props. I am definitely looking forward to the future when it comes to this app and what is has to offer. Thank you for doing what y’all do for us bettors!

Streaks. Very accessible and easy to navigate. I love the adjustments they made and being able to adjust certain props. I absolutely love streaks!! The only thing I wish they would improve is the amount of time it takes for a pick to clear so you can put your next pick in or start a new streak. I feel like sometimes after the game ends, it takes like 15-30 mins for the pick to clear before you can add your next pick. Especially during football Sundays! At times i cant get an afternoon pick in time if my morning pick hits, but doesn’t clear in time!

My Favorite Sports Betting App. I’ve been on probably every sports betting app you can possibly think of and this by far is the best way. Everything is simple and easy to use and navigate. You don’t receive your money right away usually takes 5-7 days but I’ve received a payout once or twice in less than 24 hours. I don’t even write reviews this is probably the first review I have ever written on something but I just felt like I had to write something for this one. THE BEST THING OF ALL ABOUT THIS APP is that I don’t ever feel like I’m being cheated like on FANDUEL and draft kings

Loving it so far. After using prize picks, this app is a huge upgrade. I have not had any issues with being refunded after winning, support is responsive and don’t sound like robots reading a script, and their servers don’t have issues. The app is very smooth and easy to use. I have not tried the withdraw feature as I am waiting to withdraw something larger, but I haven’t heard anything other than the process takes a little longer than other apps. I will update when I try it out. The cons: -not as many players to choose from compared to other DFS apps -not as many props to choose from compared to other DFS apps -not as many sports to choose from compared to other DFS apps - withdraw may take longer The pros: -no sketchy refunds after winning -responsive support -easy to use app -higher potential earnings with the x20

Banned after winning. Right after i won i withdrew then a couple minutes later my account is restricted and the withdrawal was on hold. Went through support just for them to tell me they looked through my info and decided to delete my account with $185 on there and no further responses from them after that. No legit business should act the way their support team does. Good experience but shady business. Same exact sequence happened to my friend as well

Georgia THANKS You!!!. I’ve been living in Arizona for the past 5 years and betting on FanDuel and MGM. Last year I moved to Georgia and all the fun was over, because Georgia still lives in the dark ages when betting was illegal and nobody was aloud to have any fun. FanDuel and MGM was out of the question. But then Underdog rides in on it’s white horse, and saves the day. I haven’t won big, but that doesn’t even matter to me. I have so much fun betting on games that I’ll even throw a few bucks down on tennis here and there. And NOBODY cares about tennis. Thanks Underdog! You’re awesome!

Enjoying it so far!. Just won $100 on my first ever online sports bet, $5/5 parlay. Ease of use is decent overall. Only complaint is that it wasn’t made clear that I was only able to withdraw a portion of the money after I won. After I hit the parlay, I found out I could only withdraw $50 of the total amount, and the rest was only available to use towards future bets on the app. It may have been specific to promotional terms or something, not sure. Aside from that, no complaints so far. I’ll definitely keep playing, but it would be helpful to have the terms clearer when signing up.

Great app, but needs more stats. I love playing fantasy sports with Underdog. It’s fun, easy, and rewarding. The app is very well-designed and user-friendly. However, I wish it would show more past performances of the players when I view their profiles. There is a lot of wasted space on the screen that could be used to display more stats and trends. This would help me make better decisions and enjoy the game more. Please add this feature in the next update. Thank you.

App is a scam. I been playing underdog for almost a year now my wins are about 1/15 but I enjoyed playing I have won up to 3000 at once almost. here recently I won after a long dry streak I leave the money on the app to play the next day nba games I got to pick em to put my picks in it says account restricted not sure why . So I reach out via email they told me for “ suspicious activity” and ask for further more identification of me my ID and picture of my holding it . This goes on for 2/3 days with little response thinking this would be over turned and my account would be unrestricted I kept looking at the daily nba games then mid me while I’m looking I’m logged out with my money left on there . For no reason little communication it seem like it’s cool when you loosing app is overall a scam

Nice. Easily becoming my favorite app, please add clearances to soccer/fifa, and then today unfortunately one of the players I had in my line up had to leave the game because of an injury, I was excited when i remembered that I saw a promo about “injured players” but unfortunately I figured soccer/FIFA wasn’t eligible for it, so unfortunate, but again I and a good number of others will definitely appreciate it if you guys can put in more effort for soccer and fifa like the other sports, thank you.

Best App By Far. This app is far superior to the competition and it’s not even close. They offer many parlay options for each sport, and are super fast on updates when it comes to guys being game time decisions and taking them off the selection options. Their payout speeds are out of this world fast. Twice I’ve requested payouts in the morning, and received them in my PayPal app by same day in the afternoon. I couldn’t recommend this app enough, and that’s saying a lot since I never review anything 😆

Very user friendly app. Most sweepstakes apps are very stingy about refunds and are not very friendly to new users. Underdog is truly one of the most reliable and safe platforms for new users. Underdog is one of the only platforms that gave me a full refund when I found out promo funds had to meet a playthrough requirement on the account. They also have great deals and overall are just an excellent app with intuitive sweepstakes pick designs.

Deceiving, unfair, bad support. Won a pick yesterday, and was a little confused. My payout was less than shown before I placed the pick. Reached out to support and received this. “Unfortunately, your Champions entry was a part of a contest that ended up having a large number of winners. When this happens, payouts can end up being below the average because the Champions prize was shared amongst a large number of winners.” What made me made is that I never opted in to this so called “contest and was under the impression that my pick would pay what it was shown it would pay. After receiving this message the chat was ended leaving me no chance to ask for further explanation. Take this how you will, however this feels like a way this app can look for a quick cash grab when they have a bad day(lots of people hitting their picks). Really just feels scummy and dishonest at the end of the day given their app is one of the better ones when it comes to layout and user friendliness. Wish I could have gotten a better explanation on why I was entered in to this shady “contest” and sad to say I will never be using this app again.

Ok. The platform could be better. If it was designed better and displayed better I would bet more on underdogs more than scampicks(PrizePicks). PrizePicks has a better layout but them changing lines and alternating lines to the point where they won’t hit is outrageous. Also, they also change stats and close your account for no reason after you win. Plus, their customer service is trash. They’re no help at all. I’m considering of making the move but you guys need to update the layout of the app and make it more modern.

Great variety, awful payouts. The app is pretty cleanly set up, though any time you exit the app, it needs to reload, which is a mild annoyance. They have a great variety of sports. Their odds/payouts are pretty horrendous, compared to other apps. Any “promotions” they have are paid out in “bonus funds,” which cannot be withdrawn and have an expiration (seems like it’s 2 weeks). This is significantly worse than other apps, as it renders even the promotions they have to be pretty disadvantageous. They have some alternative lines, but the odds/payouts on their alternative lines are particularly egregious, especially when compared to other apps. Underdog is useful because it has more sports options than other apps, but in terms of payouts, it’s pretty horrid.

Premiere Fantasy app, would like more features. Obviously the best ball format is a bit different from that of ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper and others, but the format is tremendous. I’ve been using ever since the 2022 NFL season started and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. A couple constructive criticisms: 1. Would like to see the exposure section update in real time, all the time. Sometimes it won’t necessarily show all of the teams I drafted 2. Possibly add some college basketball contests to the mix? Not sure what the rules and regulations are for betting on specific college players but feel like the people would LOVE that

Fast and Easy. Underdog is the perfect app to throw a couple dollars you found laying around on any major sporting event. The drafts are easy to access and very fast paced. Watching my teams go up and down the leaderboards are fun and exciting especially when I’m close to the top. The pick’ems are very expanded and easy to find. I haven’t had much luck on those but they still bring plenty of excitement to the table. I will continue to play the year long best ball drafts and keep the fun times going.

Incredible fantasy app and customer service. This is hands down the best fantasy app I have ever used. The layout is nice, the UI is intuitive, the aesthetics are pleasing to the eye. It’s easy to find every thing I’m looking for on the app, it’s easy to use the queue system during draft and the color coding for the positions of players makes it all easy to digest. I had a question for customer support and they replied within minutes and it was some of the nicest customer support I’ve ever received.

Feels like it might be a scam!!. I’ve tried to cash out of this app 5 times in the last three weeks and it won’t let me! My husband won’t let him cash out either and one of our friends said they are having the same issue. It acts like it’s going to and then shows back up a few days later, as if I never tried to withdraw it. I’m starting to get very irritated and frustrated with it! I’ve emailed support TWICE in two weeks and haven’t heard a word back. If it was just my account doing this I’d think maybe I was doing something wrong...but three people having the same issue... 🤔🤔 Their customers service is definitely lacking big time! What’s the point of using the app, if you can’t even get your money off of it?! I definitely feel like I’ve been scammed at this point.

Read all fine print before placing bets. I signed up during their 50% deposit match 100$ deposit got me 50$, I was un able to withdraw any money until it was bet, not only that but they offer some slightly worse lines than draft kings and FanDuel etc, withdrawing can be a hassle and if you use a profit boost or "gimme pick" your winnings are split between withdrawal able winnings and "bonus payout" so basically if you think your gonna win 50$ from a gimme pick it's more like you won 10$ and 40$ is in bonus bets, personally that was the last straw for me no other sports book will withhold your winnings due to a opt in bonus in play

They will ban you if you win too much. I used Underdog for about a year and a half and towards the end I started doing really well. Then one day out of nowhere my account was permanently banned not stating the reason, not to mention I had $400 on my account I was not able to withdraw since they locked my account. Tried contacting support for weeks and they continuously blew me off and never gave me an answer. I’ve seen this happen to plenty of other people that use Underdog specifically as well. The whole gambling industry is a scam and I highly recommend not using this app if you are going to gamble. Straight up joke of a company they’ll steal your money from you and then never respond to you again.

Took 150$ from my debit card without authorization. I tried putting a debit card of mine to bet 150$ with. For some reason it kept saying declined, over and over and over. I was trying to get it to work emailing back and forth with a representative. After about 8 HOURS I gave up on trying to add my debit card. 2 days later under dog charges my card of 150$, I told the representative and he closed the conversation with me and told me he was no longer responding to my emails. I went and looked at transactions and to see if I had 150$ to play with and to find out, no.. I did not. I had 0$ to play with. I filed a dispute against them with my bank and I hope y’all stop using this app, they are scammers.
