pointless app. Why can’t I check in and see my passes on the app? Whoever is in charge of the developers is making all of us who use Brussels Air live in 2016.

Kudos. For further improvements see UA. I love your app, pleasant to view, easy to navigate. UA app offers more features/services and is the best I’ve seen by far. Copy that!

No options. Doesn’t bring other options to chose from if the specified flight is not available

Need for update. Designed for Ipad, it did not work just after download...message received " needs an update" . Update non existing!

Bof. J’ai pu acheter un billet avec l’application, j’aurais préféré avoir une option Apple Pay mais il n’y a pas. Au moment du payment l’Application a laggué au point que j’ai appuyé sur fermer, mais encore pire j’ai pas pu voir l’achat dans l’application du coup j’ai que cru ce n’était pas passé et j’ai failli racheter un billet. Il manque des choses : liste des achats effectués, enregistrement automatique du profile , privilège programme de fidélité, demande de remboursement ect… vaut mieux aller sur la page web !

Worse service ever. Misinformation and misleading on purpose

Barely any features, hard to use, minimal value. Can’t you simply copy the function of the Lufthansa app since Brussels Airlines is part of Lufthansa Group and Miles&More? This app is barely useful. It’s too difficult to retrieve timetables. The app doesn’t remember My Bookings that have been entered. There are no useful functions aside from check-in and that is too difficult to do as well.

Can’t get my boarding passes.. What’s the use of an airline app that doesn’t give you access electronic boarding passes. I also couldn’t check in through the app; I had to do it online. The app doesn’t work.

Don’t use this app. Tried logging on with the iPhone app. I used my typical username and password, but it didn’t go through after multiple attempts. Consequently my account has been locked. Can’t get on with the regular browser either.

The worst booking app. Hangs all the time and impossible to do a payment with an international credit card. Too many flaws and unreliable, which is not good enough for a booking tool of a national carrier. Easy jet, BA, KLM, Air France, Qatar, Emirates seem to be able to do it, why not brussels airlines?

Not finished. Spelling errors within the app... flight time doesn't account for time zones... tells me my BRU-JFK flight is 2hr long... I wish!

Search function does not work. Apps does not allow me to search my destination location

Keep getting an error message. At every stage, app throws back an error message: the information you are looking for can’t be found, try again later. And this no matter what I try to do. All the time. Annoying.

Can’t access My Trip. Can’t Access my trip. Hopeless app. I did what the developer said. Still No reply from bmobile. App still not working. No option to give the app Zero stars. App still not working properly. Updates 2.0 and newer seem ineffective. Still no reply after two weeks from developers. Two weeks plus. About to catch plane tomorrow. No answer from developers. No reply from Brussels Airlines. App still not working properly.

App does not work. This app has never worked for me. My boarding passes never appear in the app.

Useless. You select your travel dates and times at some other apps, they show flights availability. But when you try the same dates and times in this app, it doesn’t show any flight!

Good but one flaw. The new app is nice but it no longer states your star alliance gold status on the boarding pass - both in the app and the wallet version. Attendants won’t let you in the lounge or board priority without another form of validation as it’s not visible to them.

Baggages perdus. Depuis déjà 2 jours nous attendons nos bagages. Nous ne savons pas ce qu’ils en ont fait. Nous avons essayé de signaler cela sur l’application mais il nous a été impossible en raison d’un bug. L’assistante nous a laissé savoir qu’il y’avait un autre département dédié aux bagages sans nous référer. L’application ne nous a pas été d’une grande aide sur ce coup

Stupid. At second leg selection stops popup error. Needs more bug removals.
