Ruined by update. Used to love this app. Updated it, and now it’s useless. It’s like navigating a poorly-made pirated PDF version of a huge text. It’s very hard to navigate. If I’m looking up delirium for example, it brings me to a page resembling the text version of the DSM-5 somewhere in the neurocognitive chapter and NOT anywhere near the delirium section (ironically, completely disorienting). Then I have to scroll through pages and pages, using my not-so-photographic memory of where the delirium criteria are located in the chapter. Until I finally give up and resort to Google. But now I see other people’s reviews, and I see I’m not the only one struggling. Please please please change it back to how it was before! It was amazing and so useful. I am actually having a very hard time imagining how the decision and planning around changing the app occurred! All that come to mind is the show, The Office!

Update ruined the App. I referenced this constantly as a professional in the psychiatric industry and it was incredibly easy to navigate and was an extremely useful resource. When I opened it one day it had been updated and was incredibly hard to navigate and no longer intuitive. This is my first time ever writing an App review and I am writing this because I truly feel this App is ruined. I will no longer be using this as a routine reference unless it is updated again or reverted to its previous version which I am really hoping for :(

I want a refund. Any one know if I can get my money back? This app was previously so helpful and I used it frequently... but with the update it is useless. I’ve been hoping that they will change it back since this version is so awful, unfortunately it seems our feedback has not been heard.

What a Disappointment!. I am astounded how the recent update could so quickly destroy such an excellent app. Who designed this thinking it was an improvement? I paid a considerable price for the app when it first came out and felt it was worth it. Currently, it is useless to me. It was originally a fast useful resource, now it is none of these terms. Please, whoever is in charge of this project, restore its original functionality. Keep the ease of finding and being able to go to a desired diagnosis. Also, lose the new search function, again not helpful Perhaps the redesign was done by a developer rather than a professional who needs to use it it feels like that. I am hoping an old copy of the original is inside my mobile apps folder in my Mac.

Absolutely horrible. Update to say I STILL HATE THIS APP MORE THAN ALMOST ANYTHING IN THE WORLD. IT WOULD BE LESS PAINFUL TO HAVE A NON-HEALING HEMORRHOID THAN TO DEAL WITH THIS POORLY-DESIGNED, IMPOSSIBLE-TO-NAVIGATE APP. MY SIX YEAR OLD COULD REALISTICALLY DEVELOP A MORE FUNCTIONAL APP THAN THIS. AGAIN, WHY DID I PAY SO MUCH FOR THIS PIECE OF CRAP?!?!?!?!? I am incredibly frustrated with this app - it used to be very helpful and easy to quickly navigate diagnoses. With this update is is clunky, hard to read, and utterly a waste of my time and money. I have heard from many other psychiatrists who feel the exact same way.

Horrible. I echo many of the other reviews.. I couldn’t even see giving this app 1 star but I had to. Please return the app back to it’s initial format. It was amazing and extremely user friendly. I can’t even begin to understand how someone would think this app is useful to clinicians now. Clearly, the designer who updated this app was not a clinician. It’s a waste of money to buy this app as It has been updated. If you’re a clinician, just grab your DSM-5 hardcopy to diagnose yourself patients. You’ll spend less time and have less stress just using the book.

Wish I could be as terrible at my job as the developer is at theirs. In 2020, it is difficult to understand how a developer could take such an important manual and port it to such a terrible app. Bookmarks and searching are unusable. Searches navigate to the wrong diagnosis. Bookmarks don’t save in specific places. This new updated version is essentially one gigantic run on sentence with no clear delineations, which is strange since the manual itself has so many concrete starting points for each diagnosis. The people responsible for this version should not out of jobs and there should be a scramble to get a usable updated published immediately, because this version is an embarrassment.

Ruined By Update. This used to be an excellent app which I referenced on a regular basis. It was very user friendly in all aspects. Since the update, this app has turned into a big annoying document with terrible search features. I am baffled at how the update could be such a disappointing loss of quality. I see that other reviews share my opinion. Please change it back to when it was actually useful. The new search feature fails to yield much more than in-text terms. Again, please change it back to how it was. This was my go to app before the update, now I cannot use it. If I could I would give less than 1 star. You have to manually scroll through a whole Document to somehow find the category or disorder you are looking for (if you find it in time). Before it would take no more than 5 Seconds to find what I was looking for. I am not exagerating.

Terrible update. When I got this app it was not the complete dsm which is why I bought it. I bought it over the physical pocket guide and paid the same amount. I’m upset that I now have a clunky entire dsm on my phone. It is not a fast reference and is rather useless. I don’t want to try and read the dsm on my phone I have that on my desk. I don’t have the pocket guide because I bought this app which was fantastic. I would like my old app back or a free copy of the pocket guide since it was stolen from me in the update!

Hate the recent update. Now we have a complete DSM-5 in an app but it jumps from one diagnosis to another and doesn’t stay on one page at a time rather than the older versions where it allowed you to have a quick reference guide with tabs as an app is supposed to be. I don’t have time to read all of this, give me the app back that I paid for several years ago!

Please fix the search function or return to the previous version. The search feature has been updated but still not useful, you have to click around randomly hoping what you click will bring you to the actual criteria rather than a page with table of contents or something completely unhelpful.

Update broke the app. The app I paid almost $70 for is now almost unusable. The search function doesn’t work, there is no way to go back one step. There is no menu to access eg the 5th diagnosis in a chapter. It’s easier to go find a copy of the book and flip through it. It’s been weeks and no fix. How is this possible? How is it even legal?

Awful Update. This app used to be great! It was extremely user friendly and quick to use. However, the most recent update completely changed it around and made it much, much more difficult to navigate and manage. They absolutely ruined what was a great app. I used this every day for diagnostic codes or a quick look at some of the diagnostic criteria for certain disorders. I can’t see myself using this at all in the future. Using the actual book may be just as quick. Please bring back the old design and fire whoever gave the go ahead for this significantly inferior new one!!

Cannot navigate. The previous version of the DSM app was perhaps acceptable. But this version is absolutely unusable. We paid a lot of money for this app, I expect it to actually provide an interface that lets you easily navigate to a specific diagnosis by typing in the name of he diagnosis. Do that here and it takes a long time to come up with “hits” and even finding the hit associated with the actual diagnostic criteria is challenging rather than some differential diagnosis mention for some other diagnosis or some table of contents entry. Speaking of the table of contents, it should be hotlinked so you can tap the page or diagnosis name in the table of contents and you should be taken to that page and the list of diagnostic criteria. This app is horrible now and I wish I could go back to the previous clunky version that would at least get me the diagnostic criteria.

Awful update. I paid $70 some years ago for this app and it was initially great. Easy clinically to find things. Since the update it’s now completely worthless to me as a clinician. It’s like trying to scroll through a 500 page pdf and very cumbersome. I’d like to get my money back or get the old app. Not at all helpful and needs to be changed. I completely stopped using it, took it off my phone, and went back to the textbook. So disappointed.

The update downgraded this excelent app. This used to be a great app,I’ve been using it for a long time and it felt and acted like a really well developed tool for clinicians. This upgrade made the search unappealing and slow, it feels like scrolling a low quality product. I hope they return it to its initial interface so it feels like an app again and less like a kindle book.

What happened with the update?. I was using this app daily on my iPad and found it very helpful and functional. When I updated it the new version has turned into a seemingly long searchable document that requires excessive scrolling. You can use the down carrot on the right in the table of contents to go right to that section or diagnosis. I still feel the older version had a nice split screen with a list of diagnoses that could be selected and expanded on with the details (text) on the right panel. It was so much more functional. This one is honestly a mess now. Diagnoses are missing from the table of contents. The first diagnosis under each major section is not listed so if you are searching for it just in the table of contents it won’t be found. I.e. Intellectual disability or Reactive attachment disorder aren’t listed.

Awful update, took away all usefulness. I used to absolutely love this app and thought it was well worth the money I paid for it... until the update happened. It used to take me seconds to find all that I needed and I stopped using the book completely. It was highly user-friendly. Now it functions like the book, except it’s worse. Unless you have made a bunch of bookmarks (which, I am not sure help that much), this app is as useful as a DSM PDF! I have now reverted to using the book again, which makes me really annoyed. Whoever thought this update was better, probably did not consult the users. It’s absolutely awful and not useful one bit. Only giving it 2 stars because I used to love this app. Please, just change it back!

Review of the new DSM5 layout. Very poor quality on upgrade.. I hate it. I liked the previous version much better. The split screen with outline on the left and text on the right was much more functional. It took me 10 minutes to find what I was looking for because it took me to the beginning of the category not the actual diagnosis. I had to scroll and scroll until I found it. Also the upgrade talks about color and fonts. The previous version was much more readable and color and fonts were excellent. I don’t know if you can change it back but I wish you could. I use this app for my practice many times per week.

Add a back button and make sure I can see the heading. Updated 2 weeks ago and has improved, but still junk. Add a back button and make sure I can see the heading...can’t believe I have to ask for thing the old app had and every other app....who made this and thought changing it was a good idea....please fire them....only took 7month to get to this point....so glad the app is a priority for you to fix.. Bring back the old app or get this fixed fast. This just shows me how horrible the APA is and that I will likely not be renewing my membership with this organization.

Useful before recent update. Before the recent update I used this app frequently to quickly find codes and double-check diagnostic criteria. It was quick and clear, making it a useful resource. Now, after the update this month, it’s a confusing, inconvenient jumble. What happened? How could anyone imagine this is an improvement?

The text is there but one cannot see names of disorders in a category together. This would be a fine reference if tapping a category would show a list of all the disorders within that category and which themselves could be tapped to jump to the diagnostic criteria for that disorder. This is an extraordinarily easy thing to do; please add this functionality!

Agreeing with the review on the update!!. Echoing another review which said that the update ruined this app. Now it is practically useless as a reference tool. I had the app as I am on the go frequently (inpatient consults for instance), and found it useful to reference the criteria, in place of carrying around the manual which stays at the office. The update makes the app difficult to maneuver and takes out the diagnostic criteria, or I can’t seem to access it any longer. I hope they send another update bringing back the features and user-friendliness of the old app.

Unhappy with update. Poor update, now reads like a book or pdf instead of having a quick search for easy navigation to diagnostic criteria for diagnosis or diagnostic group. It used to take seconds to to get to needed info and now you have to scroll through too much material. I have sent multiple comments and requests through website and Facebook with no response. My feeling is that they care more about profit than patient care and providing useful tools for clinicians.

Terrible Update. Please consider going back to the previous format. I cannot find even one part of this update to be positive about. Previously, I was able to easily navigate and find what I needed. If you are unable to rerun to the previous format or make a drastic improvement to this one, I would like to respectfully ask for at least a partial refund, this is an extremely expensive app to all of the sudden have such poor functionality. Thank you

Deeply disappointed. I agree with other reviewers. I have used this app for a few years. The recent update has made it virtually unusable. If there was a way to get a refund on this pricey app, I would do it. Unfortunately, I will probably have to purchase a hard copy version. I will not recommend this app in its current form. I would suggest that the developers revert the previous version. However, I appreciate the effort to make things better.

I expected better. The app functions very well and is easy to use. I expected from the price for it to be very useful. But despite its easy function, an appalling lack of diagnosis limits its use. I keep having to use other apps to locate diagnostic criteria for psych ICD-10 codes. It is simply not complete. What it does have is helpful enough to make accurate diagnosis, but once you are done with common ones, and need a little help with less common, this often falls short. Bottom line? Functional but not worth it.

Outdated. The app works but there is no support yet for bigger screen iPhones ( iPhone X, Xs or Xs Max) it is handy as you don't have to carry the book and practical because of the search and bookmark features. For its cost you would expect for it to be updated more frequently with optimizations. (It has not been updated for over a year)

What happened?. This update made the app completely unusable. I used this for coding daily. Now you cannot search for a dx, it’s stuck on a section, disorganized. Is there a way to get the previous version back? I’ll update my review when the app is updated. I used to recommend this app to everyone in the field & my students, now it doesn’t work at all.

Awful since update. I agree with other reviews. Prior to the update this was an outstanding resource, invaluable in my practice both for looking up criteria and for finding diagnostic codes quickly and easily. It is now almost unusable. The top banner cuts off text, it often doesn’t respond to searches at all, and visually it is not as appealing. I am SO frustrated that I spent so much money to have the resource ruined like this by a forced update and no way of reverting back. Please revert back to previous version until new version is fixed. Or better yet, just scrap this new version altogether and don’t mess with a good thing.

Please revert to previous version!!!. Oh my goodness!!!! Please change back to previous version STAT! This app functions TERRIBLY after the update. Search function does not work. It’s now a chore to scroll through the text. I can’t easily click on a specific disorder any longer. You know, things are supposed to IMPROVE after an update and not the other way around. This app is essentially unusable in it’s current state and I have since reverted to using the full text DSM-5 which is a hassle if I don’t have one on hand at the myriad of clinical sites I work at. Please fix/revert ASAP!

It’s okay. First version was easy to navigate but had typos they didn’t care to fix. This version has fixed typos, but it’s just basically a PDF of the desk reference and harder to navigate. You only have the option of jumping to main sections, not sub-sections. It takes you to the first page of the section and you have to scroll down the the specific disorder you want. Very cumbersome. You can also search and add bookmarks. I wish I hadn’t updated.

helpful for quick reference on the go. Once I figured out how to navigate the app, this has been so helpful for documentation and quick referencing for differential diagnoses in a clinical setting when it’s not always practical to pull out the giant full text. Looking forward to DSM-5-TR version.

The app broke with last update.... Running iOS 13.2 and the app crashes immediately. This is an expensive app as far as apps go, and this one has not been updated in over 2 years. Please fix the app so I can use it, or please refund my money so I can just get a paper copy. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it, and it simply no longer works. You really can’t just make an app and walk away, especially for what the app costs. It was good for what it was, I use it, or used to use it, frequently. But it no longer works. At all.

What happened?. Used to be very helpful, now is completely unusable. This is really inexcusable for an app that was fairly expensive when first purchased, especially an app used for healthcare; this is not Candy Crush. Certainly hope and expect the developers to fix this or I will be looking into getting my original fee back.

New Update. I am a social worker and use this for reference. With the new update I can’t find criteria, the words are aligned to the right of my screen, and many times I have to close the app and restart it as navigating is more difficult than the last. This new version is much less helpful to me and now I rarely use it whereas in the past it was something I referenced often.

This app was helpful. This app was like carrying the DSM5 in your pocket before the last updates. But, they’ve stripped out all the criteria and left just the root trees. What was worth the money now isn’t worth the space on your iPhone. I used it for quick reference while in the field where I can’t carry the mammoth book. I’m deeply disappointed and I want my money back.

Poor update. The last update unfortunately ruined the app. It is a nightmare to navigate, and often impossible to find what you’re looking for. For example, try locating the criteria for Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and you’ll see what I mean. If there is any way to revert to the last version of the app, that would be much appreciated by those who use this.

New update not better. The old app was wonderful and user-friendly. In Dec. of 2019, they made significant changes and completely reconstructed the app. New app is very difficult to navigate and it’s been challenging finding terms and disorders. The search engine needs work as it won’t identify common mental health disorder acronyms such as ADHD, but you have to type “attention” so it could come up. Search also does not suggest any words when you search. There are also many parts of the sections in need of hyperlinks so you don’t have to spend so much time finding the criteria. TIP: Be sure to delete the old app, turn off your phone, and reinstall the app. I couldn’t have access to the criteria until I did this.

Unusable. I used to use this daily in an outpatient clinic. Since the recent overhaul, it simply doesn’t work. Previously, it was extremely responsive, easy to search, something I depended on. Now, searching pulls up a simple keyword search instead of the diagnoses I’m looking for. When the diagnosis is high in the list, clicking it rarely takes me to that link - but perhaps whatever page I was on previously, or some random page completely unrelated to the criteria I need. It’s easier to search google in a web browser on my work computer than use this very expensive app - whose sole purpose is to help me function as a provider more accurately and efficiently. Just awful.

Horrible update. The new update turned this app from my most clinically used app to actually worse than just searching for the criteria online. It is now essentially a scrollable pdf with a search function that doesn’t work and frequently takes you to the wrong area of the pdf. Absolutely ruined this great app and useful clinical tool.

Absolutely awful, worst app update. They updated the format and it’s impossible to navigate, it makes me so angry every time I use it, because it was pricey, and now it’s completely useless. It doesn’t just bring you to what you’re looking for, it brings you to every possible mention of the word when all you want is to find criteria for Bipolar 1, you get a list of every mention of it and it never actually takes you to the criteria.

Update ruined a good app. I just opened the app today to find that the navigation is now virtually useless. You can no longer easily go back from a criterion set to the category table of contents, need to renavigate from the “front” each time. Plus, when you get to the end of a criterion set, the text scrolls directly to the next listed disorder instead of clearly stopping, which is confusing in an app format.

What a nightmare. Restored my purchase for this app and it is nothing like it’s previous, useful, version. It’s a crappy pdf file and good luck searching for anything. The format itself is ghastly as the letters are disconnected and the only way for the words to flow together is to view w your phone horizontally. Uninstalling and will come back to it if there’s an appropriate update. Til then, would give 0/5 stars, but was forced to chose at least one.

I use this every day in clinic. This app is great. I think the update was a little confusing at first but once I figured it out it was no big deal. If you would like to have the DSM-5 criteria available to you for quick access this is the app. I’ve owned it for years and am really surprised by all the poor reviews.

Very useful for what it is. This app will not be everything you need to make a correct diagnosis. However, it does what it says it does and I find it useful. As far as the price it is perhaps overpriced, due to the lack of information on Z codes (which does seem like an easy fix), etc. But keep in mind, full access to APA’s DSM-5 online, a complete and very useful tool, is over $500 for an individual 1 year subscription. You likely purchased the book version of the DSM-5 for over $100. Here, you are paying for quick access to criteria for the billable diagnoses. I found all the reviews I read accurate, so read them and decide whether or not the app is worth it for your purposes. If your needs have been identified as missing from the app, then it will be a disappointment.

New Update Rendered App Unusable. I worked in an IOP setting and used the app daily. I consider myself to be pretty tech savvy and the new version of the app is literally unusable. Did anybody do user testing before launching? The search feature is unusable and when you attempt to open a section in the menu, you can’t open another until you go back and close the arrow of the previous section. Until something changes I say don’t waste your money. The book is easier for now.

App is USELESS now! 0 Stars. Why would you think this is a good update?! I loved the old version, it was super easy to find exactly what I was looking for. I use this app frequently for go over diagnostic criteria with clients when making and justifying diagnoses. Guess I gotta go buy another hard copy and go back to thumbing through. This is the first app review I’ve ever written but I felt others shouldn’t waste their money before knowing what they’re really getting.

December 2019 Update. The strongest feature of the app was to quickly reference criteria when on the move; if I needed additional information, that was what the book was for later. With this new update, not only is the ease of finding things drastically reduced, but many diagnoses are missing! Even the ‘help’ section doesn’t work! I am greatly disappointed by these changes, and I couldn’t possibly recommend this app to others.

Horrific Update Change it Back. This was my favorite go to resource. I used it regularly at work and was like having a tiny version of the book. It was great I had all the information without all the weight and hassle. Since the update I can’t seem to find diagnostic criteria, I am always getting lost and it jumps around a lot as I’m scrolling threw. This was an amazing app that I used to recommend all the time. I won’t be recommending anyone to buy this until it either goes back to the way it was or improves.

DSM 5 App. Totally useless since “update”. Waste of time and money. How is this possible in this day and age??

Unable to use. Since this week, i only get a blank page when i open the app. Tried to reinstall the app, still getting the same problem.

Do not waste money on this. Hate this new format - not usable at all on smartphone. Do not waste your money. Used to be very user-friendly.

I'd give the new update 0 stars.... Actually harder on the eyes because new format more like the paper manual, which isn't suitable for being cramped onto screen of a smart phone. Search option actually less useful, less intuitive. Seems much more like the paper manual than an app, which defeats the purpose of creating an app for smart phones! I purchased the app when DSM 5 first came out, so I received the automatic update. I don't recommend purchasing this version.

Ne fonctionne plus. Écran blanc à l’ouverture. Inutilisable...

App no longer works. App no longer works

Do something.... It doesn't work anymore And i have payed for this app, a good price Do something soon

No longer useful after update. The app used to work great before they updated to the new format they are using. Now it’s not very useable and it’s very difficult to search the criteria or any disorder. Very disappointing and frustrating. Please go back to earlier version.

App ruined with updates. I agree with the above review— the app used to be great and now you can’t bring up any search results. It’s useless.

This app does no longer work.. This app does no longer work.

Devastating update. Since the update this app has become unusable on my iPhone XS. Keep the app simple and user friendly like it was. If I need further details I can refer to the DSM 5 manual. Very disappointed

Recent update. The App was amazing, easy to use, and a quick reference. With the new update, I can’t find the criteria for disorders. Sometimes when I click on a disorder, another disorder shows up. I tried the app on two different devices and it kept freezing on both.

Dr MacLean. This updated version is terrible, very difficult to navigate and having to scroll through numerous diagnoses on each section. Please change this ASAP!

This app has been ruined. This used to be such a useful tool before slogging through my full DSM. Now it is unusable. Layout is terrible and search does not work so it would take ages to go through. So disappointed. Please go back to an earlier release.

Inutile. Ne fonctionne plus et donc inutile ... devrait être remboursé à ce prix !

Ruined the APP With update. As others have said, this app used to be great. Then they made it garbage. Reliable word that the app was good enough that the APA’s book sales were suffering, so the app was “updated” to deter forgoing a purchase of the text.

The app doesn’t work on anymore. App doesn’t open up. I can’t read anymore the diagnostic criteria. It’s very annoying and waste of money

Terrible update!!. The new update makes the app totally useless. It’s difficult to navigate and to search. I paid a lot for this app and now it’s barely useable.

Horrific update. Was very easy to use before update. Now it’s a clunky unresponsive mess that essentially functions like a PDF document. Big mistake. User friendly functionality completely lost! I paid about 80$ for this initially. What they’ve done should be illegal! It’s like if I had bought a book and then they got to burn it!

Does not work. Used to be great but since last update I cannot even open the app.

Ne fonctionne plus. Je n’arrive plus à l’ouvrir. Écran blanc. Marchait super bien avant. Fix it or money back !!!!!

ruined. They ruined the app with the latest update. Totally negated the reason I purchase it in the first place - to quickly access criteria. Now, it's useless.

Doesnt work anymore. Don’t purchase, don’t work

Dysfunctional Statistic Manual. This app no longer works. Get a blank page. Please give us a follow-up on the situation as I am not the only person reporting this problem. Please fix, revert to old version or reimburse. Thanks

Version 2.0 update made the app user unfriendly. This is regarding a bug on DSM 5 app. The new version 2.0 app is much harder to use and less user-friendly than the previous one. In the drop-down menu under cluster B personality the ‘antisocial personality disorder’ is missing however it is present in the body of the text but users have to scroll through all cluster B personality disorders to get to it. Would suggest making the app more user-friendly like it was before.

App. App not working correctly, very frustrating.

Bug in the new version. Impossible to use the new version. Since last update OS 13.3, it is impossible to open this app. Too bad, it was useful before.

Horrible upgrade. The original app was very useful, easy to use to quickly look up criteria and specifiers. However, the update is unuseable. It is slow and the search feature seems to not work at all. I will click on the dx I’m searching for and it bring me something completely unrelated. Further, if I type in a dx (ex Autism) I get 168 results. I just want the criteria...maaaaybe the chapter section. I’ve given up using it and have only not deleted the app because of the high price and in hopes it will be fixed.

Does not work anymore. Very frustrating to find out that you paid for something that does not work anymore....

I cannot use the app since the new update !. I pay to have an app version of the DSM and now I cannot use it, is there some correction that will be done ?

The update makes the app totally unuseable. I am praying that the app goes back to the previous version

App has been ruined. The app used to be great and easy to use. After the update, the app has become almost useless. It seems that they may have intentionally destroyed the app. It’s no longer user friendly And it is very difficult to use. Doesn’t work properly.

Brutal. The last update rendered this app completely useless. If I could get my money returned I would as I won’t be using this app for anything now. Don’t waste your money on this.

Crap update.. App ruined. Don’t purchase.

Terrible update. Also unusable since update. I really liked old version for simplicity and ease of getting diagnostic criteria quickly. I work with students and previously encouraged al to get this app but since update can no longer recommend.

Useless. Completely unable to use app, both on phone and iPad. Only see a blank page. Please fix.

App not working after recent update. Please revert to old version ASAP!!!

Terrible upgrade. This has become entirely unusable.. Pease revert to something akin to the prior version. If I could rate this as a negative, I would give it a negative 5. I cannot recommend this to any of my colleagues.

Update problem. Since last update it doesnt open.... there is only a blank screen. Hope it gets fixed quickly because it was really useful!

Not working. Just bought this 100$! It is not working. All I see is a white page! I want a refund

Downgrade. This new version is awful. Seems like they just uploaded a whole PDF onto an app without optimizing it at all for mobile. Fix this please, APA!!

Inutilisable. Ecran blanc , ne fonctionne plus depuis l’update. Décevant++

Psychiatrist. I loved this app as a useful resource but now find it difficult to use since the update... Is there any way to go back to the original format?

Broken please fix it ASAP. What happened? This was $100 bucks, why isn’t it working anymore? So disappointing.

App not working. Blank screen on opening.

Metamorphosis in a piece of crap. This app turned into a item of betrayal to everyone who paid good money. It’s like a bad copy paste version of the actual DSM5 book but any of the advantages of electronic use works. You have to do better and fix this. Give people a choice to switch back!

Paid app not working. Why this paid app is not working anymore? Very disappointed.

So disappointing.... Since the update, doesn’t work anymore. Please fix it.

New update ruined a great App. The newest update completely reformatted the App and has made it almost completely useless. Previously if was very easy to navigate and had a great interface. Now, when using it on my iphone many of the categories do not even show full text when navigating contents instead cutting it off with a ... overall its clunky and it useless now Please go back to the original formatting, it would be easier to carry around my hard copy DSM with me.

Dsm 5. No longer able to use the App. All I get is a blank page.
