Baby Tracker - Newborn Log Comments & Reviews 2026

Great app to track baby details. Simple to use and great for tracking diaper changes, feeding, sleeping and more! I love that multiple people can access and log information this has made it so much easier for both parents to add details and easily tell when was the last feeding or the amount of food/diapers per day to inform the doctor. This app has been a great helper for us as new parents. It is also great that you can add more details on notes if you desire or track other things like medicine and growth. The integrated timers and alarms are very handy to track how long a feeding session lasts, how much time baby spent on each breast or even tummy time. Would be great if the app allowed to mark baby is now awake when you’re registering another activity like a diaper change or feeding and an option to know the last side of feeding even if there was a pumping session in between.

Had to purchase…. I sent them a complaint way back, about how everything lagged, which was extremely frustrating when you’re trying to breastfeed while pressing the timer start button, and it would freeze and close… They got back to me quickly and explained that the free version had ads that sometimes caused a lag. So, I bought the full version because I absolutely depend on this app, and have no regrets! My son is a year old this month now, but as a busy Mom, it is a lifesaver of helping me figure out what he needs. I also have it on Dads phone, and I’ve heard him as I was dozing off for a nap, freak out and start preparing a bottle when he checked the app and realized baby was hungry. I can answer pediatrician questions, like how many wet/dirty diapers, how much sleep is he getting, how much is he eating, etc. When he’s teething, I can also look at his last dose of Tylenol or Motrin to make sure I am not giving him too much too often. I tried several other apps, and this by far is the most user friendly and all inclusive of them all! Get it, buy it, it’s so worth it!

Best baby tracker out there (and I've tried them all)!. An absolutely amazing app! Coming from primarily using the Glow Baby app, this is an absolute breath of fresh air! Ads aren't intrusive, I'm constantly bombarded to upgrade to paid, the app doesn't display useless information that can only be accessed if I pay. I can't believe I hadn't found this app sooner!! The interface is so clean and intuitive! I keep finding special little functionality that makes me say "Oh wow" all over again. E.g., being able to create a "started sleeping" entry that syncs to my wife's phone, who can then complete the entry and mark awake. It shows the true attention to detail the developers put into this. I normally try to avoid paying for apps like the plague, but it's so rare that I come across such a well developed application, and not one that wants to charge monthly fees! I don't need any of the paid functionality, but I'm upgrading nonetheless to continue to support the develops, and ensure they don't get tempted to add bloat to the application in a poor attempt to generate more income (looking at you Glow Baby 😡)!

Love the app but recent update has a bug. Recent update is causing the time to disappear when I push sleep to end my child’s sleep. It becomes blank. I push it and let it sit for a sec to see if my kid actually is awake or not and then when i look again, blank. Didn’t do this the last 2 years i’ve used it, just after the last update Great app. Makes it easy to not have to write down everything. I used iBabyLog and the developer stopped updating so i lost all of my older kid’s stuff I marked as it doesn’t work with the new iOS which is awful and was afraid i wouldn’t find a good one like that, and this def is. I wasn’t finding another app that could combine it on mult devices like the other app until this one! I really like that you can mark something and set it up for someone else to have access to doing that on their phone too. So convenient and that’s the main reason I went with this one over every other one.

Love it. I think they have thought of everything when developing this app. You can tell parents developed this and that they really considered every last bit of information new parents might want. Especially helpful is the fact that my husband and any other caretakers can also download the app and be on the same account. This way, while I'm at work I can see the baby's activities including when and how much she took her bottle, when diaper changes occurred and their condition, when she napped, and really anything else the caretaker wishes to log. It's really helpful in discovering patterns in baby's eating, sleep, and other behaviors. Also helpful when trying to remember when something last happened (say the doctor wants to know when the last dirty diaper was), you don't have to remember because you can look. One suggestion I would make is to add a feature for tracking and reminding mom's medications. Having had a c-section, aside from having to keep track of everything to do with baby, I also had to keep track of my own pain management meds. It would have been nice to just track them in the same app where I tracked baby. Perhaps it could be a feature you turn on in settings to use while needed and then turn off once it's no longer needed so it's not bogging down the main entry page once mom is healed. However, this critique isn't enough to lessen my love for this app- it would just be an amazing above-and-beyond feature. Thank you for this app!

Good app that's almost perfect.. Baby Tracker is truly a lifesaver for keeping up with how long it's been and how much baby is eating, with a host of things you can log quite simply (i.e. Sleep, medications, diaper changes, weight, etc, etc). Logging is fast, intuitive and you can log common things (sleep, diapers, feeds, breast pumping) from the Apple Watch app which is really nice when baby is falling asleep on you and the phone is just out of reach. Syncing with other phones works really well so both mom and dad can easily see where things are at when taking over for each other (or other family members that help care for baby). However, I've deducted a star because the app does not seem to sync data in the background. This causes two problems: the widget doesn't update until you open the app, defeating the purpose of a widget. Secondly, the Apple Watch information is not updated until the app is opened on the phone. This is a shame because the Apple Watch app is very well designed and highly functional otherwise (this is probably the most useful non-workout app I've used on Watch). If they could fix the app to sync data in the background and trigger a sync when you open the app on Watch, this would definitely be a 5-star app.

Would use it again!. I really enjoy using this app for keeping track of my exclusively pumping journey and my baby’s feeds/routine. I think there are only a few things I’d change or recommend to make it even better - when you export data I’d love for it to give me an output for the total in a day option and not just a long list of every session. This kinda stems from my other issue regarding how the data is represented - the graph scales with the data. It’s great because it always makes it comparable to your weekly amounts or monthly amounts, but when I screenshot and try to compare different months the scale is completely different and I can’t see my overall progress correctly from a statistical/data standpoint. I mean I love that it makes it look like you’ve filled the bar everyday - but I’d love to see how far I’ve come from the beginning too :)! Maybe it could just be a setting option to scale it based on the highest amount of all time so you can see your whole journeys progression? Otherwise I love it and will definitely come back to use it again in the future!

My first ever app review because it’s THAT GOOD. I’m a pediatrician and have a 9 week old baby. This is why I will now be recommending this app to all of my patients...This app has it all. Just when I think, “I wish it tracked this...I wish it had this functionality,” I look it up, and it DOES have that function. I figured out how to sync this between my husband and grandparents, so everyone can track when they feed the baby, when she is sleeping, etc., which makes my life so much easier. As far as tracking and analyzing data, this app really does tell you all of the stats you want to know (how many hours I pump, how many ounces I’ve pumped, how many times (same with feedings), etc.) The pattern feature is so nice. It has allowed me to see when baby’s natural “bedtime” is, and has helped with her now being able to sleep through the night. Instead of me trying to force a 7pm bedtime, I’ve realized that she always wants a 7:30 feeding and will do better if bedtime is at 8pm instead. I wouldn’t have noticed this without the pattern feature. In the beginning, it was also helpful for tracking wet and dirty diapers to make sure her intake was sufficient, which is something I usually ask my patients to track in the beginning. Simply put: This. App. Rocks.

This app is s life saver!. I don’t normally do reviews, but this app is amazing! I’m currently trying to figure out my baby’s sleep and feeding patterns and this app is super helpful! I’m also using it to track our progress with sleep training. I’m the type of person that needs to see it all in writing and this is so much better than writing down on paper, especially if I need to change things. I also like being able to add milestones so that I can later add them to his baby book without forgetting what exactly happened or when. So many great things to say about this app, it would take forever to do so. Only thing that would make it better is it had a feature to add his schedule to see how/if we’re following it. Currently using my notes for that and going back and forth between apps. I’m not sure if that’s in the paid version or not though? If so, definitely be worth buying. I’m just not sure how I figure out what all exactly is included in the paid version!

A newborn necessity. I don't write reviews, but this app is a must have with a newborn. We have only been using it for the past 4 days but it has added some organization and sanity to our lives. Our son had jaundice and we needed to pay attention to what kind of diapers and when/how much he was feeding. Being so exhausted, it is easy to not pay attention to what time the baby ate last or was changed last. I remember at my last appointment I was trying to calculate how often the baby fed and how much etc. I'm ready for our 1 month appointment now. I can literally show his doctor how often he eats, is having wet/dirty diapers, and how much he is sleeping. I tried writing all this down on a log, but we kept forgetting to do it and was guesstimating times. At 4 am in the morning I can just press the plus sign and log how much and it records the time etc. I haven't played with too many features, but have noticed you can log activities like tummy time, the babies weight/ length. I love that there is a chart to see where he is on the charts with growth. I wish I had looked or found an app like this with my last baby. I also love that this app doesn't cater to just breastfed babies or formula fed, but both. This is also great for moms supplementing as they can log both very easy. It gives an option to log pumping sessions as well. You can also add notes with all of your logs.

Amazing app for mommies of newborns!. I'm EBF and this app has been amazing as far as helping me keep track of feedings & diapers. Unlike formula fed babies, it's hard to know if your little one is getting enough. The categories are well organized and the options are easy to select. It is especially convenient in the middle of the night, when you're delirious, to just open the app and press the record button on the left or right, and then pause, stop, and save when baby is finished. Not only that, but in your tired stupor, you may not log the information clearly, so you can always go back. As long as you input the information properly, the app gives you back a clear, concise summary of baby's activities for the day, week, and even month. Amazing app! Highly recommended!! I would recommend though that developers create an “are you still there” alert after 15 mins, just in case Mom feel asleep lol, that would be great.

Used for 1 year!!. I don’t rate apps until I have used them for awhile, unless they are garbage and they get rated ASAP, but this is one app that I will come to in the future (if I have another child). I COMPLETELY recommend this app for any breastfeeding mama!! Pshhh even if you use formula, download this!!! It has been my best friend!! I started using it Sept. 6th 2017- trust me. You know when you go to them doctors visit and they ask you all those questions “how many wet diapers? How many poops? What color? How long are you nursing periods? How many nursing periods a day?...etc!” This was my key to all of it, yes it would be nice if they gave you the averages (that you have to pay 4.99 for) but I understand the money maker part of it. I had no problem doing it on my own every week, when it came time for a dr. Appointment, I was ready for the questions. My son is a year old now and I am weaning him onto whole milk, and I am still going to use this app. I have learned my sons routine on this app, without its help I would’ve most likely been lost! So for timing purposes ( Feedings and naps/sleeping) I am keeping it for now! So all in all, yes this is “THE” app for a new first time mama!! 5 stars!!

New parents, this app is fantastic if you’re trying to remember what you did and when constantly. This app is a game changer for new parents. In the first month of having our newborn home from the NICU, my husband and I were just trying to keep our heads above water. We took turns sleeping and when it was the other’s turn to care for our baby, we couldn’t remember how long it had been since we had last fed her, how long she had been asleep, etc. to tell each other. Relevant info that is really difficult for a sleep deprived person to recall. Documenting and tracking our baby’s feeding was especially important for us as our baby had been in the NICU for difficulties with feeding. This app took out the frustration of a parent trying to do mental math in the middle of the night. When my husband and I switch out, it’s so easy to just walk into our baby’s room and know exactly what’s been going on all day or night. Our only problem with the app (which really has nothing to do with the app itself) is when our family members care for the baby, the app is too confusing for less tech-minded grandparents.

Can’t sync across devices. I want to love this all, it’s intuitive and makes tracking everything really easy. BUT, the whole reason I downloaded it was I need an app where multiple caregivers (two parents and a babysitter) can record data and have it sync. Despite online reviews saying sync is possibly with baby tracker, and despite instructions in the FAQ for how to do this, the option of “create sync group” just isn’t there when I go to the appropriate section of settings. Thinking maybe I needed to upgrade to pro to get the shareability, I stupidly went ahead and paid for the upgrade, despite reading that the only benefit to pro was Siri and Apple Watch capability. That was at least as advertised— upgrading to pro did not unlock the only missing feature I need to use this app successfully. Developers— please fix this!! This app has potential and I like it better than the handful of other baby tracker apps I’ve tried. The export feature in particular is awesome for a data nerd like myself, only I wish the data could be exported in usable .xls or .csv format rather than pdf. The pdf export did convert to google sheets without too much hassle after I ran it through ocr in adobe and saved as a spreadsheet.

Great app! Love everything about it.. I am using the free version of the app. I love it! The different trackers all have good uses. The diaper tracker can be helpful for newborns, but now I use it to track when baby spits up or has a leaky diaper. I can just put in a comment to describe the incident. The feeding tracker is nice because it summarizes the feedings for the day, has options for different kinds of feedings: formula or breast feeding or expressed milk in a bottle. The nursing option keeps track of which side you used last time. Pumping tracker allows for pumping both sides simultaneously, and has a milk storage inventory section. Then the last is the sleep tracker, which you can use to track sleep from when baby falls asleep to wake up. I think the thing I like the most about this app is that you can start tracking an activity and exit out of it. So if baby falls asleep you can start timing the sleep and then do a pumping session (or any other tracker). Then if baby wakes up, you can go back into the sleep option to show that, and the pumping tracker will keep going. You can delete entries too, like if you think baby is sleeping, but he's really not, or wakes up, you can go into the records and delete the entry so that you can see how long since the last nap again.

100 honest review. Love the features on this app. I love that it is free ❤️ So thank you to the designers for giving me all of these features! The main one I wanted was a timing option for when to nurse my baby next based on when I had previously nursed him. It allows you to set intervals for timers and if you get off on your timing (which happens often for us if we are napping or he is hungry sooner rather than at the set intervals) it is super easy to go to the timer, turn it off and then back on again, to reset the timer right with your new schedule! It is really nice easy to use for what I need and has even more options for parents who want to track everything! I don’t write reviews often, being a busy mom of now 5 kids, but I felt as one parent to another that I could help someone spend less time finding a good FREE app, then it would be worth the time! Thanks again to the creators of the Baby Tracker app! You’ve made this part of my life so much easier!

Love the app, gave feedback about the updates and they made some adjustments! See EDIT.. This app is easy to use but since it’s most recent update, I do not like that the start stop and pause buttons and the time are smaller. Also, as much as I like seeing my babies face, I don’t like that the rows for what action I’m dong is smaller. I mostly use this app just for nursing and I’d prefer them be the size they were before. I don’t know about you, but most of the time when I use this app, I’m half asleep and the last thing I want to do is to guess where to tap my phone and have to put my glasses on to see what my time is. Please change it back. EDIT: Thank you so much for listening to my concerns! I like that the times are on a different row now and the font is much easier and bigger to see. I’ve also noticed that I don’t have to press just on the icon to select my action and that I can press anywhere on the row AND the rows are bigger again! I don’t really use any other part of the app besides the nursing tracker anymore since my baby is older now so i don’t know if there were or have been other adjustments. Again, I appreciate you listening to my feedback and I’m excited to keep using this app!

Incredible app for all parents!. I’ve been using this app every day since my baby was just a few days old and now he’s 3.5 months. I track every single feed and nap (there are other things you can track, too). It is SO helpful to know when he last ate and napped. As soon as he starts to fuss and I’m not quite sure why, I look to the app to see—oh, it’s been two hours since the last feeding, time to eat soon! Or he yawns—look to the app to see he’s nearing the end of his wake window and it’s time to start calming down for a nap. It takes the guesswork and worry out of keeping track of things in your head (which we know a parents’ mind is often sleep deprived and has a million other things to think about). Also, it’s helpful to track his patterns. After some time tracking you start to see that if you wake up around the same time every day, naps and eating become fairly consistent (at least with mine). This helps me plan outings. I can see that he’s on average awake around the 1 pm mark after his best nap of the day, so that’s when I plan to run errands, meet up for friends for lunch, or just get out. There are just so many great uses for tracking baby. If you’re the caregiver of a baby, you must use this app!

Amazing app for Post-Partum tracking. I downloaded this app 2 weeks before my due date. My son was born a week early (2days ago). I used this app in the hospital to track breastfeeding and diaper changes. The hospital normally has you keep track of these things on a chart with pen and paper -which I had to do with my firstborn 4 Year’s ago. This time around when the nurses would come in and ask about my sons feeding and pooping schedules I was able to read them the numbers right off my phone. The app is so simple to use and has also been super helpful since we brought baby home today. I’ve been able to keep track of which boob I fed from (since I alternate with feedings) and with all the lack of sleep it can be hard to remember which boob I’m supposed to be using. I also used the pumping feature today for the first time and found that the app keeps a running inventory of your pump amounts and adjusts the amounts when u bottlefeed. Love this app.

great app! Before and after buying full version. Edit: Our daughter is now 16 months old and we still use this app around the clock. We've used it since day one and continue to do so. It makes new life with a child one step easier. I don't know what we would have done without it. Everything my daughter does is recorded in Baby Tracker. Some parents may not have kept up with it like we do, but now it's habitual which is good. Original review below. The app is amazing for keeping track of like literally everything for baby and I love it. Our baby is 5 days old and we use it 10 times and hour at least. I purchased the full version for $4.99 just to have the added features after deciding how much I liked the app but also to help support the app because it's not very often I find an app of any kind I think is worth purchasing and when I do, I pay for it because it deserves to be promoted. This one deserves to be promoted! :)

Can’t live without it!. I don’t ever review apps but I had to for this one because it is so awesome! It took me a while to fully appreciate it. I started out only using it to track my pumping and I used other ways to track my baby’s diapers and feeds. But then I began tracking his sleep/wake times so that I could see any natural patterns that he has to help me plan naps. At that time I decided to start using this app for everything. It’s truly amazing to have it all in one place. The app is SO detailed and the creators thought of everything. I love tracking my pumping and seeing the charts that tell me how much my supply is increasing over time. I also love the Pattern graph that lets me see a color-coded picture of my baby’s day and last seven days side by side. It’s brilliant and makes it so easy to see natural patterns that form in your day so you can plan your life around feeds, pumping, and naps. Everything is so organized. I love the icons, the color coding, the detail, just everything! Love this app!

Almost perfect. I have a 5 month old and have used this app daily since she was about 4 weeks old. It's so great to see how long it's been since I've nursed the baby or changed her - let's face it, during the newborn stage it's really hard to remember. And forget about trying to remember which side you started on last time! This app tells you everything. It's very user friendly. When my LO was a newborn she didn't sleep much and it was helpful for me to see just how much sleep she was getting each day! My only complaint that I've had since day 1 is that I'd like the nursing part to "lock" the screen when in use. Near the end of my pregnancy I had an app that would lock while counting contractions, which was so helpful to not have to turn the phone back on constantly. When she is nursing, my phone will go to sleep and when she's done I have to fiddle with my phone, pick up my phone, enter the password, get everything set up just to tell it that she stopped eating. This happens all day every day and gets a little annoying. I've since changed the settings on my phone so it won't go to sleep for a longer period. I don't care for this since I only adjusted the time for this app. Please app, keep my phone on while she's nursing and this will be a 5+ star app!

New update looks awful. Edit: design has been modified again and it still looks ridiculous on my 5s and 6s but at least the font size issue was fixed so I'm happy. I've loved this app for over a year - it seemed to do everything pretty perfectly. Before today, I would've given it 5 stars easy. But this latest update (I guess for iPhone X?) looks terrible. Weird font sizes and arguably the most important text (time since last event: feeding, diaper change, nap, whatever) was made small and much more difficult to read. I don't care as much that my kid's last diaper change was wet/mixed (largest text) versus she was changed over two hours ago (now tiny text), for example. The text size for both of these items was the same previously. Maybe it looks different on newer phones but it looks like garbage on my 5s, and I don't see a preference or option anywhere to change it. Disappointing that the value of this app was reduced so much with one change.

This App has been a staple 2 kids, 2+ years!. We got this app a little over two years ago when my daughter was born- it has been incredibly useful (especially in the early newborn days and time is hard to keep track of) to track feedings, pumping amounts, diapers, etc. Super-intuitive interface, also forgiving if you need to fix something you entered incorrectly or add info. We moved from tracking a lot of items in the beginning (like diapers) to less as time went on and it wasn’t as critical. Towards the end, I was just tracking pumping timing and amounts. For all these things, it was super useful to see overall trends, espec when pediatrician asks how many feeds, how long on average, how many diapers… our (inaccurate)perception of those things did not always match the data. Also super-cool it pulls in WHO percentile data when you enter measurements. Anyway, we just had another baby and are using it again! I forgot how much I loved this app and it was a great reminder. I never write reviews, but this one really deserves kuddos. The developers should be extremely proud!!!

Necessary for a newborn!. Absolutely love this app! I used it with my last and the day my next was born, I went searching for it again. It’s made all of his doctors appointments a breeze— I can tell them when his last weigh was and how much, exactly how many diapers a day, exactly how often he feeds and for how long. It helps me keep track of how long it’s been since my sense of time is off kilter at the moment. I’ll think it’s been an hour since I’ve pumped but it’s been three so it’s nice to have that- for all of logs, not just pumping. This app is incredibly customizable. You can add notes to every log, adjust everything about a log after it’s put in, and even make your own “milestones” which I use to track when I’ve given medication. If you’re pumping and supplementing, it keeps track of how much milk you have in reserve and you can edit this number manually in case of spills, etc. My only critique is that there is no good way to log collected milk, as in using wearable milk collectors throughout the day like my Boons. I’m currently logging that milk as part of the next pumping session but I don’t love that solution as it makes it look like I pump way more than I do. Another option would be to manually adjust my milk store but then that milk wouldn’t get counted in the day’s input statistics.

Great app! So easy to use!. I am very thankful for Baby Tracker! I just had my first baby a couple months ago and this free app has been a life saver in keeping track of feedings and soiled diapers. I’m very glad it is free! That was one of the main things that drew me to it initially. Then after using it a while I realized the many other benefits of the app. I looked a lots of baby tracking apps before my baby came and this one takes the cake! So easy to use and not filled with needless stuff. There are three suggestions I would like to make to the developers. It would be nice to have a calendar built in to track baby we’ll visit appointments and also a place to put any questions for baby’s doctor. I find I am not as apt to write down my questions since there is no option to record them in the app. A second thing that would be EXTREMELY helpful would be to be able to access the timer when nursing even if my phone is locked. For example, on an iPhone if I swiped down my notification screen, or just lit up my phone while locked, it would be so helpful to be able to pause the timer quick. With a squirming or crying baby, I often forget to pause it and then my time is incorrect of how long I nursed. Lastly, it would be very helpful to have the ability to pause the sleep timer.

It’s great but has frequent annoying glitches. I love this app for tracking my 6 week old’s feeding and sleeping habits, but unfortunately my biggest perk for this app is also incredibly buggy - the Lock Screen display. I loved that this app has the ability to pin the widget to my Lock Screen so I don’t have to unlock my phone and open the app to see when I last fed my baby. But after using this app for weeks, I’ve noticed that the Lock Screen widget is incredibly buggy and will not update to the most recent feeds/diaper changes/naps. Sometimes for example it will say I fed my baby 7 hours ago when I know I entered his most recent feed from 1 hour ago. But when you open the app, most of the time the most recent feed is there (most of the time, sometimes the app is bugged entirely and will not update in-app either!). I love the app but the annoying bugs make me want to just go back to using Huckleberry, which I really didn’t enjoy the layout/display of, but did not experience these types of glitches.

The perfect app doesn’t exi-. Wow. This app is a lifesaver. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a third party app that is so well thought through, easy to use/learn, and bug free. As a first time new mama, this app is the only way I’m able to keep track of all of my baby’s feedings (including different types, different lengths, and different breasts), diaper changes (wet, dirty, mixed, dry), and sleeping and pumping schedules. The charts that show the data are also extremely helpful and satisfying to look over if you’re into that, as well as providing well organized and clear data for your pediatrician. One of my favorite features is the ability to sync various devices to the same data, to allow your significant other or any other helpers such as parents to see and contribute to the logs as they assist you in caring for your little one and adapting to parenthood. If I could give this app 10 stars I would, and am already insisting that all of my pregnant friends download it immediately. I would suggest downloading it before actually giving birth, since it would have been useful to use in the hospital as well (instead of getting lectured by the nursery nurses for messing up the written logs in the first few days lol).

My #1 app. I never write app reviews but this is my all time favorite app. My son is 5 months old and I still use this every single day for every single feeding. I have an oversupply so I block feed and I would never remember which side I used last without this. By now I have it so customized to display exactly the stuff I need to track and nothing else, and it’s awesome! When he started teething, I added the medicine button to track his Tylenol. When he went through a sleep regression, I tracked his sleep to figure out the pattern to maximize my rest. I started him on solids recently and I was just saying to my husband how I wish the app had an option to record solids. No joke the next day there was an update with the supplement button! I bought the full version early on but I shouldn’t have. The charts are interesting to look at now and then but unless you’re crazy or have a child with medical issues you won’t be bringing a chart of every single time your child ate, pooped, and slept to all your doctors appointments. I get all of my mom friends to download this app and they all think it’s a lifesaver.

A MUST FOR TWINS and Multiples. I’m the primary caretaker for my twins and do all night feeds on my own and idk how I would do it all without this app. It lets you create separate profiles for each baby and you can even add a photo to each. This is particularly helpful in the middle of the night when all you can see are blurs and so I go by the image rather than reading each twin’s name. This app is so user friendly, and tracks everything from bottle feeds, breast feeds, sleep, pumping times and bowel movements. It makes it super convenient to track patterns as it comes with statistical analysis of the data captured (ie. you can see charts of number of ounces per baby so you can tell if a baby is getting enough or has decreased appetite etc.) this is particularly helpful for doctor’s visits especially if one of the babies is constipated or has any bowel issues. I can’t say enough about this app, it truly has saved my sanity because so often you can’t remember whether one baby pooped and not the other, or how much one baby ate vs another. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone but I’d say it’s a MUST FOR TWINS.

Great for Exclusive Pumping & General Parenting. I exclusively pump for my baby and feed her via bottle. I’m also one of those people that likes to track every little thing and this app is sooo great at doing that. You can customize what specific things you track so you don’t have to scroll through irrelevant items. I track my pumps (duration, and output) so I can see how much I’m making a day. I can see how long I’ve gone between feedings/diapers/naps, which helps setting up somewhat of a routine. You can even add different activities (my baby had a tongue/lip tie revision that I needed to do mouth stretches on her every few hours, so I added that activity so I could keep on top of it.) You can pay to have the ad free version which also gives you the watch app. I haven’t needed the watch app but it’s nice that it’s an option. There are also different graphs and charts for each item you’re tracking and I believe they can be exported, so if you’re into that sort of thing, it’s available. My husband downloaded the app as well so when he does stuff for baby he can log it as well.

Baby Pattern Hunting Galore. I paid for the ability to export the charts to Excel but after using this app religiously for the first 3 months with my baby I realized I didn't need to export data. The charts and look back window (weekly, monthly, last 30 days, last seven days) were sufficient for seeing patterns and reporting to the pediatrician necessary info. I give four stars because I believe this app could be even more accommodating if one more option for feeding was added. Dear app makers, Please add an option for breast milk fed with bottle. I'm sure there are other mothers who would like to track this specific type of feed too. I also suggest building in the ability for multiple guardians, caretakers etc to have access to a particular child's history. Now that I have returned to work full time and rely on other people to care for my child, I cannot update the charts as accurately or consistently. At the moment, I only track the time I spend with her. I appreciate this app but it is proving obsolete to the demands of a working mother life style.

Best baby app.. I have used this from day one (and newly 1yo now). Being able to anticipate reds and identify patterns is unmatched. Ultra easy to use and they've thought of everything- even extra dim setting! I compulsively log EVERYTHING still! - My husband keeps asking when I might stop - but even he sees the benefit of "Oh, he's slept nearly 3 hrs less than normal!" Or "He is fussy - I feel like he just pooped but really has been 48 hrs!" One of the best features is the medicine/fever section. When you're 3-4days deep into a sleep deprived coma - tracking fevers at 2 am and also not only logging how long since last Tylenol but also having a place to prompt you with the correct dose is awesome! You barely can spell your name at this point and certainly don't want to accidentally overdose or underdose your child! I can't say enough about this app. I rarely write reviews but have found this so useful. Part of it for me is the need to control. Whether with a crying newborn or with a walking toddler - I don't get much control. So tracking the chaos brings just that to me. 😊

This is the BEST app for tracking!. Oh my goodness I love this app. I was trying to use the Medela app to track my little one’s diapers, nursing, pumping, and bottles but the app was so glitchy and Medela wasn’t doing anything to fix the glitches (I read reviews of that app after I had gotten so frustrated with it and was about to leave a nasty review, ha!) and so I was in search of another free tracking app. I found a couple of other apps and tried them for a few moments only to realize that in order to use all the functions I desired, it would cost money. So, I kept searching for an app that met my needs and found this one. And it is FREE for all the functions I needed and it is GLORIOUS! I dunno if I just love it so much because I came from using a very glitchy app or if I just love it because it is a naturally AWESOME app that the developers really did think the functions through and made sure they actually worked and worked accurately! I am so thankful for this app, so thank you to the developers. I truly appreciate your work and thank you for making a free version! Y’all rock!

Classic version better, bring it back or fix the new one!. I would rate the classic version 5 stars but this new updated version 4.0 is so flawed. Aside from the new look, they changed the functions and it’s just not as practical. I’d say the only improvement I like is changing the word of “pumped” feed to “expressed.” But that’s where the improvements stop. My biggest problem with the new update is they removed the toggle feature of knowing what time a feed/sleep/pump was and how long ago it was. Now you can’t toggle on the front menu screen and I have to look at the time of sleep and do the math in my head of how long ago baby’s nap was. Seriously?? I’d like to know how long my baby’s been awake so I know when she should take a nap. Same with feeding her. (Edit: just saw from another review this is a settings feature you have to turn on to see “time lapse”. I swear I saw that but didn’t even understand what it was to turn on). I used this app for my first child and it was great. Now using it for my second baby and this update is all sorts of impractical. Ugh, and the ads are now on top of the screen which obstructs baby’s picture and is super distracting. I’m reading lots of user reviews complain of all the same things. I hope the developers are paying attention and fix these problems soon.

Terrible on the iPad. It works fine on the iPhone, no issues, but when we use this app at home on my iPad, it’s terrible. Its constantly glitching and freezing up and resetting. It’s a pain when breastfeeding and I start the timer and come back to the app a few minutes later to stop the timer and see it’s frozen and then reset itself and of course, I don’t know how long I fed because I wasn’t watching the time since I’m using this app. Or even simple as I hit the change diaper button, change the diaper and come back to mark the diaper type and it’s frozen again and then crashes. Or even if I start the timer for breastfeeding and then pause it to switch sides and go to hit the button for the other side and see that the timer never stopped, and yes I’ve checked to make sure I hit the pause button and it has done that numerous times as well. It’s frustrating because this app use to work well on the iPad and when I’m home I use my iPad over my iPhone and it’s a pain to have to use my iPhone over my iPad for this one baby app. If it doesn’t get fixed soon I’ll probably switch to another app so I’m not constantly annoyed, last thing I need while having a newborn and toddler to deal with while being sleep deprived.

Needs two updates to be perfect. I love using this app to track everything for my baby. I’m a nurse and this feels like charting - but in a good way! My husband also has the app which makes updating diapers, naps, bottles, etc. super easy. I really like having the charts to see how the baby’s schedule has changed. I can look back and see how far he’s come with his sleeping habits. It also helps with knowing when to move up sizes in diapers or how many to pack for a trip because we know exactly how many he goes through every day. Even my sleep-deprived, newborn mom brain could use the app and track feedings and diapers without having to rely on memory! It takes seconds to log a diaper or update that the baby woke up, so I don’t feel like I’m constantly on my phone. One update I would really like to see is a wasted breastmilk option. I can update my inventory, but I can’t document why it was wasted. I’d also like to be able to get from the daily review to the charts page without having to go back to the main page first. These are minor issues and I happily paid for no ads after a few days using it because it works so well for me.

My Dream App. After trying out a few others and being less than impressed, my husband and I are super happy with Baby Tracker. It lets us see everything we need easily and makes inputting times as easy as can be. We've been trying to get an idea of our two-month-old's natural rhythms (eating, sleeping, diapering) from day to day, and BT's chart view is perfect for this. I'm also pumping, and BT keeps track of which sides I've pumped and when and how much, and makes it just so easy to see how much breastmilk versus formula she's taking in on any given day. This is 1000x better than when I was jotting down times and amounts in my Notes app and adding the totals by hand... This app has features I didn't even know I wanted. It has truly simplified our parenting. As a bonus, when we had a technical question, they got back to us right away and solved the problem. (Free tip: if you decide you like this enough to upgrade to full functionality, then, to take advantage of family sharing of iPhone apps, download the Pro version, rather than upgrading from the free version. The iTunes Store doesn't let you share in-app purchases.)

Useful but sleep tracking needs improvement.... This app is great for tracking most things. Sleep on the other hand is frustrating. There are two options for how sleep is added up and neither fits real life. Split at midnight automatically breaks the overnight sleep into two days, otherwise the sleep remains on the day that it began. In real life, I want to know how much my child slept the night before. When there are wake-ups in the middle of the night, this messes up tracking because the first half of the night stays on the day before and the second half goes on the next day. Middle of the night wake-ups are reality for anyone who has an infant and most likely all users of this app. You can set daytime and night time hours, but this doesn’t seem to change the breakdown of sleep totals. Pretty frustrating when trying to look back patterns. It would also be nice to be able to record how well the child went down for the night and crying in the night that doesn’t result in a wake up. I like the nursing tracking, but would be great to add an end time since nursing may start and stop. I have just been putting it in notes, but it would be so nice if time would auto set for when you stop the session, but be modifiable after that.

Equal parts Inconsistent, helpful, and annoying. While the title may seem weird, let me explain. We bought this app originally for my wife so we could enable usability on the Apple Watch. The Apple Watch feature is kinda handy in sticky situations. however, the Apple Watch app is not reliable or a full fledged Apple watch app. Full fledged meaning, the watch must have the phone nearby and connected in order to update the app. This seems to be lazy and ignorant programming for the watch app given it costs extra to even get this watch feature. The creator of the app tried to tell me we didn’t need to purchase the app again in order for me to utilize my wife’s purchase and also enable watch feature; this of course wasn’t true. Even after signing in to the previously upgraded account, I was NOT able to go ”ad free” until I purchased premium AGAIN. Capitalism… Lastly the app syncs between our two devices normally for a while, until it doesn’t. This is the third time in 8 months where the app on my device will not sync up with my wife’s device/account. Which is very frustrating and essentially breaks the app making it useless on my device and pointless in general. I’ve tried everything from restarting my phone to to reinstalling the app. The app still refuses to refresh with the current, up to date information. The updated picture will not even sync with the my device. The servers for this app seem to be very basic and not reliable.

TERRIBLE update to this app. This is a 5 start app but...The update is TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE!!! The ad placement now covers your baby's picture which means that when you go to the settings menu, x out of a screen, or tap the check mark you're more than likely going to hit the ad by mistake. Now I'm not being cheap the only reason we don't have the full version is because we don't need the extras the paid version gives. But now it's just one big cash grab! The worst???? They took away how long it's been since last feed/change/sleep. Why would you do that??? Stupid move...The daily summary screen now includes the previous day as well. They should have left it the way it was where you clicked on the day you wanted instead of throwing it all on one long scrolling screen. And the new change of selecting the day you want from a rotary is also lame. The plus is the nice charts and averages they give you. it's still the best app for tracking your baby they just should have been a bit more thoughtful about the ad placement...hence 2 stars instead of 5... Edit: they placed the time lapse in the settings. You have to select it to 'on' to utilize it. Lame.

This has been an absolutely wonderful helpmate. Highly recommended. It functions so well free. But we paid to upgrade in order to use shortcuts. And, of course, no ads is a nice bonus. Really appreciate this app for being affordable, no absurd subscriptions, and efficient and even visually clean and attractive. Good UI! I do wish for a few improvements: I wish the timer and time logs functioned the same way universally. I need to see the end time for nursing AS WELL AS the amount of time spent nursing. Since I can pause nursing, there’s no way of knowing when exactly we finished unless I make note of the time and that’s sadly easier said than done. Even if I do catch the end time, having to do this math in my head is tiring and irksome (mom brain) and hard to accurately keep track of...I mean that’s the whole reason for this app right?? So I don’t have yo use my brain. Lol... I wish there was a iOS shortcut for Tummy Time. It’s in the others category and it takes quite a few steps to get the timer running. Honestly I wish they just gave all those Milestones categories their own slots. Growth, Milestones, Activity (Others), etc...just all separate. I don’t mind scrolling to get to them, it’d be much faster. Also, it’d be awesome if I could just start the timer even if I haven’t selected the activity yet. At any rate, awesome app. Has really helped me keep track and manage my babies, growth, patterns, schedules, and health. Thank you! 🙏🏾♥️

Download and USE!! You won’t regret it!. I literally cannot say enough good things about this app!! I never write reviews but, felt compelled to do so for this application. I am a very detailed person and like to keep track of every moment to make sure that I’m doing everything right as a new mother. I was writing things down, making my own spreadsheets etc. This took the place of me doing that. They really have thought of everything that you need to help keep you and your baby on schedule. Because at 2 o’clock in the morning you can’t remember when you last changed your baby’s diaper; if it was a mixed or just a wet diaper; how many ounces you fed him or her and, just how many ounces you pumped……. just for example. It’s also great because you can share your progress with your pediatrician as you have all of the information at your fingertips. Also, if you have a caregiver and/or your partner can download the app and keep up with the schedule so you don’t miss a beat! Download and USE this app!! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

First review I’ve written-best app I’ve used!. My husband and i have used this app since day one for our first little guy (we’re about four months in currently) and have never complained about this app once! As a first-time mom, I use this tracker hourly and I truly believe it has helped me keep my sanity and figure out my son’s cries and needs easier. All the data is so easy to enter and even fix/remove if you make a mistake. It exports as well, if you’re into data analyzing and want to do that. I love adding fun things like sweet moments and milestones so we can look back at all the changes he’s already made this far. My only suggestion for an improvement would be if we could add a video under the Joy moment as well as maybe the option to save more than one photo. All in all-I absolutely recommend this app to all my friends and to any parents out there (especially first-time). You will not be disappointed!

Love the app, could use some updates. I use this app for my mom brain 24/7. This makes my mind at ease tracking feedings, pump and inventory of milk, how many diapers he typically is using in a day. And especially for his medications, bath, tummy time, etc. it really helps put my mind to ease so I’m not forgetting. There are a few things I believe would be helpful to add!! Allow notes and nickname on alarms for ‘medication’ and ‘other’ (to make it easier on which alarm is for “exactly” what). Also for these alarms have an option to mark “completed” or “snooze”! And giving the option for a notification sound would make it even better! A feature for the alarm on pumping or nursing to be set at chosen interval based on “beginning of last (pump or feed)” or “end of last (pump or feed). Then the choice of this being continuous throughout day! (There is another baby tracking app that has this feature, and I loved that feature!)

Clean interface, lacks symptom tracking. This is by far the most user-friendly app I’ve found, and has a beautiful interface with clean lines. It’s easy for my spouse and I to edit separately, and we find it simple to correct previous entries. Selecting medication and dosage is so easy once added to the list! A serious flaw in this app, however, is the lack of support for broader health tracking. We have to add each non-temperature symptom to the “other” category if we want to select it in the future, but then it gets lumped in with notes for bath time or tummy time, and so forth. I’m rounding up to 4 stars, but there really needs to be a simple way to log spit up, gas cramps, skin tone, vomiting, etc. - anything you’d want to make an immediate note about so that it’s clearly recorded for the pediatrician. I’m disappointed that this area has been so completely neglected. *Please note this review is for the full paid version, which needs to be purchased by each parent for co-editing*

Extremely useful!. Was introduced to this app by our night nanny. It is very useful to be able to have multiple people update the same log and have multiple people be able to keep track at the same time. I also love how you can add your own notes to each event. I do wish some features could be tweaked more though. For example I wish pumping could have its own separate column in the overview page instead of it being lumped under the feeding column. I also wish the last added item could be shown with both the time and the "__ hours __ minutes ago" comments. I also wish it was possible to attach pictures to events for record keeping, as in if a stool change is noted, associate a picture snapped on the phone with it. I have encountered some bugs when entering events on occasion--it shows up on the wrong date so that it looks like it was never entered. I hope they keep improving on this fantastic app.

Great app!. This app has the capability to track many details about your newborn. It came to be a life saver for me as I struggled with milk production; the app helped to make sure I knew exactly when I had last pumped or my baby had fed and to appreciate trends during the day that could help me decide when I could feasibly plan a pumping session. My favorite aspects are: 1. Capability to have the same account uploaded on several devices. My family and I can log from either my phone, spouse phone or our iPad. The latter becomes helpful when Family is in town and helping to change dirty diapers and feed. 2. Ease of use! All the functions are clearly labeled - if this overtired Mom can figure it out at 1am while holding a baby well you can too! 3. Versatility in appearance. Initially we were using all the logging g functions ( diapers, feeding, weight checks, medications) however as we got into a groove we used the app exclusively to track feeding and pumping. It was nice that we could personalize the appearance to remove the diaper buttons!!

Not happy with updates. I wrote a review right after the update came out but apparently they didn’t approve it or something because there’s only 1 review showing: 5 stars of course. I really like this app better than several others I tried. I’ve been using it for 11 months. It’s simple and tracks everything I need. It’s been very helpful to be able to check the app when baby’s fussy and see “ok, it’s been about 2 hours, she’s probably getting hungry.” I especially like that you can choose what you want to track and hide the rest as I was only interested in breastfeeding and diaper changes at first. Then when I got the hang of it and needed to track her sleep, medication, and supplemental feedings later on I was able to add those. However, the new design is a lot smaller and very hard to read at night when I wake up to feed her. Also, the nursing section is the only one that doesn’t say “X hours ago” for how long it’s been since the last feeding. It says the time but it was so much easier with the “hours ago” reading. The other thing I don’t like is the chart. It’s very hard to read with all the lines and blocks of color. Seems like they could have used a simpler style of chart. I wish I could have seen it before paying for that.

Using for medically complex child!. This app was amazing at helping with my medically complex baby. And, even now, it is amazing at helping me track my 3 yr old & 2 yr old feeds, sleep, and potty, meds, vaccines, & more! There are probably a specialized apps out there to help with medically complex tracking, but I love that this one has been the one helping from the start. I would love to see an option for milk/fluid tracking other than formula option, or perhaps the option to custom the label formula as something else?Currently, I track milk intake in the formula section for 1 child & nutritional formula intake in the formula section for my other child. I track the milk in the formula section because I like how it gives me a summary on fluid ounces for the day rather than just looking at the supplement log & doing math. I use the supplement section to keep track of all food - I have basic categories I created and check such as dairy, juice, fruit, vegetables. I check 1 for unit of serving and give a detail of the feed and how much was eaten in the notes. It’s very helpful at noticing trends. The app is great! And I simply ask for some upgrades for longer term use for all typical & non typical toddlers. Such as fluid intake tracker other than listed formula option! LOVE THE APP. Tell parents about it a lot!

Love it except... I’m really not enjoying the new stats section. It’s fine that it’s there but why does it have to have a little red dot on it every time I change 50 nappies? It’s not an achievement. If anything it reminds me that I have changed far too many nappies already and still have many more to go. Also the count at the top does not include nappies that are just dirty but the count lower down does? Other than that I have loved this app for almost 6 years now and will likely be using it for a good while longer just please ditch the red dot!

Really powerful app. This is an incredible tool and enables you to easily track feeding, changes and sleep, and analyze patterns over time. I really value being able to see the graphs and trends in my baby’s progress without having to pour over data, it’s always there at my fingertips! I recommend this app to all my expecting and mum friends.

Fantastic!. This app is incredible to track how long the baby is sleeping and how long they nursed for and on which side. You also start to see a pattern in how long they sleep for and when. If a midwife asks me a question I can just turn to this app to answer. What would be great is if we could track tummy time. If there was a section for “other” and you could track whatever you wanted that would be great.

Perfect app for the job. This is the app to have for keeping track. Love the way you can see a summary at a glance for things like total feedings and ml so far and total diapers (wet and dirty breakdown). I love the count down timers, makes it very easy to keep track of what needs doing next. Also great that you can add your own events we used this to keep track of pain meds for the mother. Best of all being able to sync between mother and father's phone was super easy to setup and allows us to keep track together easily. Highly recommend.

Most used app. I found the app very useful to track my baby’s feed times/ nappy / sleep times for the last 6 months. The alert to alarm is handy to know when next feed time is especially if busy day running errands and forget. The milestones is handy for quick overall view to see how baby weight / length has changed and the last vaccinations. Can I give a suggestion though, is that I want to see if the developer can add the feature to track reactions to solids food? Now my baby has started at 6months. Similar to the Cara app for adults , so you can track baby stool type / digestion/symptoms /mood /skin condition (dry /eczema/ itchy/ allergy..etc). So if visiting the doctor, the parents can quickly pull out the info and say my babies reacted to so&so.. etc.. )? My baby got the allergy to milk in the formula and then also had eczema so it can come up before starting solids. Adults these days have an increasing allergy to so many stuff, if we don’t get it right when starting our baby on solids it can really hurt their long term gut health. Thank you for giving the app as free trial it has been the best!

Best App for establishing routine. I used a few other (more well known brands) apps before trying this one. This is the best by far. Really user friendly. Has 2 main screens to use. The main screen clearly shows the time since (and the results of) the last nappy change/feed/sleep/pumping. This is great to quickly read and work out what baby needs when women in the middle of the night and I am half asleep. You can download a csv file of all the data too. I’ll be using that later to work out if my baby’s routine needs adjusting.

Great App for parents of newborns and toddlers alike. We have used this App for our kids from birth. It was easy to use and vital in those first bleary months - and we still use it to track pain relief and medications for our 3 year old. It’s easy to switch between multiple kids and to have multiple users (even the grandparents can use it).

Saved my brain. This app has saved my brain and I’ve been using it 5 months so far. You can make a profile and link it with your partner so they can see when the last nappy change or feeding was etc. Simplifies communication a lot! I really can’t express enough how much this app has helped me because of my postpartum memory issues. It also helped me recognise patterns of behaviour in my baby. This app was also very helpful for baby checkups because you get asked a ton of times how many nappies or feedings the baby has and this app breaks it all down for you. I love the nursing/pumping timers, nappy categories, nap timers, medication log, and everything about it. I don’t know what I would have done without this app and I wish it would perhaps have a starting solids feature in the future. Would be really cool to also track introducing foods when my baby is old enough. Best app 💖

A great support. I am not one to actually write reviews for apps but this one definitely deserves one. This app has been invaluable over this past first week home with our first baby. Coming home and struggling with breastfeeding, having to express then top up with formula and keep an eye on how many ml she's taking in, tracking medication for myself and bubs, and keeping an eye on wet nappies - without this app to keep a track of things I would have had bits of paper everywhere and extra mess that would have added more stress. A great resource for any mum!

Very good. But I have a suggestion. The app is extremely helpful to track all sorts of information. However it would be handy to include the time of feed in brackets next to hours and minutes in the feed section. For example 1 hour 3 minutes ago (12:10 PM) would be more helpful to know the exact time at which the feed was done. Because sometimes when I miss logging feeds it’s rather easy to see the time instead of calculating how many hours ago was 12 pm. Simple but definitely handy! Would appreciate if you could incorporate this in your upcoming app releases.

Reports need improvements. Overall the app is good but when exporting the reports it’s putting them in order of oldest date at the top and most recent date at the bottom when it should just mirror the app. Due to this report it makes reading sleep difficult because the top of one day flows onto the bottom of the next day. Sleep times should also shows same as on the app - being that it shows what time sleep started and finished (same as the app) so that wake windows are easier calculated when looking back

Fantastic easy to use app with Apple Watch app too. I chose this app as it is compatible with Apple Watch and it has been the best thing ever. I can easily record feeds/changes etc without having to step away from the activity or remember to record on my phone when I’m finished. This is a great app to record when you last fed or changed etc as with a new baby time really becomes very distorted and you forget things so easily. Thanks for saving my sanity!

Improvements. I think the app is great but could do with a few improvements. The main one for me being that I am not going to measure how much my baby ate when starting solids. Instead it would be great to select what foods he or she ate and not have to put quantity and for those who want to give quantity have a selection list of grams, ml, cups etc with the exact decimal places if they had 1/4 cup or 1/4 teaspoon which you obviously cannot do as it requires decimal place.

Great on iPhone, Apple Watch needs progress. I absolutely love this app. For someone like myself who needs visual representation of their child and routines this is the way to go! I’ve just recently purchased an Apple Watch and the app is also compatible however it lacks quality like the phone plus is not worth the $8 I paid to use it on the watch. As expected not everything can be the same however I’d like the option to show which utilities I want. For example I don’t express nor do I breastfeed, only formula. So I have to swipe through 3 things before I get to formula. I wish like the app I could remove these tiles. As well as have the option for supplement. Very very basic for Apple Watch, lacks a lot of quality. iPhone/ fantastic!!

I don't know what I would do without this app. This is the most comprehensive app I was able to find! It's really easy to use and the standout feature is tracking pumping! Add in the amount you pumped for that session and it updates the inventory for you and when you log that you have fed your baby your pumped breast milk, it updates your inventory again. Only request would be to add in an alarm to pump, just like you can add alarms for feeding, changing and sleeping.

Fantastic App for Baby’s basic needs. This app is phenomenal for tracking all of baby’s basic needs, and most importantly to help with visualising trends in that data. Really impressed at the ease of use and data trending in built. Only recommendations; The ‘Ask Siri’ for tracking nursing on the right side doesn’t work. When you give Siri the command ‘right’ she hears ‘write’ and won’t track the feed. Extend command to ‘nurse right’? Add ability to track a bath time in ‘other’, easy to loose track of days and when the last bath was 😅

Great but could be better. I love the app so much I paid for the full version. It’s great to be able to track everything I just wish you could share the account with others particularly in the paid version. It would be great if my partner could also log the feeds and nappy changes etc he does, particularly if I’m out or if I’ve gone to bed early. Other than add free and the ability to log things from other smart devices I’m not sure what additional features I’ve got from the paid version that I didn’t already have. Overall a great app and I think there’s a few great opportunities to make it even better!

Great until widget changed. Have used the app for 6 months, loved that you could view all the data on an expanded/larger widget. Made working out what side to feed from in the middle of the night quick and easy. Now, the widget is condensed and only shows expanded information for the most recent event. So if the last thing baby did was SLEEP, all you can see with any detail is that, and you have to open the whole app to view details on NAPPIES or FEEDS, for example. Give us the expanded/detailed widget back...

Such a good app for new mums!. I wish I had had this app right from when my daughter was born, especially as we had so many feeding and sleeping issues from the start. This would have been perfect for me to monitor everything and help me report back to our doctors and lactation consultants. Really simple to use and the review function is so well laid out and easy to see at a glance. I will recommend this for any new mums.

Had potential but let down on the set up page.. Bought this app to monitor feeding and sleeping for our newborn. Couldn’t make it passed the set up pages regarding baby information because the app needs my baby’s gender which we are not disclosing as we are parenting without gender stereotypes! This is disgusting and not at all relevant to monitoring a newborns feeding and sleeping! I would like to see gender removed from this app. It has potential to be a useful app but I cannot use it because of the need for a gender selection, why is this relevant?! Happy to discuss this further with the app developers. Please get in touch.

Fantastic app, but data produced lacks analysis.... Great app to easily track baby's feeds, diaper changes and sleeping habits. Whilst the chart is great to track trends, I think the app can go that one step further with the data. For example, tracking "average time between feeds" is more meaningful than the total length of feeds and the ability to track average length of daytime naps vs average length of sleep at night would be useful for mothers. It's also not obvious within the app if a nursing session is currently being tracked. Please update the next version by showing a symbol, similar to the "sleeping now" symbol, for nursing / feeds.

Issues and unable to get help. (I am making this review as I’m having issues contacting the company) I’ve used this app for work multiple times and have loved it and in the last 10 weeks have had no issues. However, I’m now finding that I’m having problems that have just suddenly appeared. The sleep recorder is not recording the correct time. I stopped it at 2am and restarted it 20 minutes later. It’s saying that my baby has slept for 1.5 hours and on the graph it’s only showing she slept to 1am. I’m also unable to backup to my cloud when it’s got the allowance to do so.

The best App hands down. Thank you for creating such an amazing app, one less thing for me to worry about. I have tried so many baby tracking Apps and this one is the best. Thanks for having a widget feature. It’s so handy to check in a glance. I have to say everything in this app has been thought through and so easy to use without any unnecessary frills like blogs and articles. We are all busy mom and don’t have time for those. Well done guys! Keep up the great work.

The best free baby tracking app!. I tried a number of free baby tracking apps while my son was a new born and this one is well and truly my favourite! It’s so simple and convenient to use and being able to share it with my husband so he’s linked in on his phone was amazing. I’ve found myself using the app in different ways/for different focuses as my baby grows, and it’s great that the app offers the flexibility to do so.

Highly recommended for new mums!. As a first time mum, I wanted to keep track of all the important milestones after leaving hospital. This app is easy to use, and is an effective tool to help monitor feeds, nappy changes, sleep and other milestones! I really love the feature to distinguish nursing, express and bottle feeds. It is great for those early days and keeping track of development when sleep deprived and also very helpful when chatting to doctors and nurses if bub if unwell and requires medication and extra monitoring of feeding and nappy changes. At a time of many unknowns this app helps keep on top of the new newborn way of life!

Awesome tracker. It is easy to use, has everything I could want. Great to track when bub eats, sleeps, nappy changes etc. I used it lots in the early days to make sure bub was having enough input/output and then started it again when I wanted to try and gauge bub’s new patterns. It’s awesome that I can look back at the data summaries to see roughly how long bub is sleeping/eating etc for. Also so handy to know what side I started the last feed on! I love how the app is easy to start/stop timers, edit them on the go for those times I forget to start/stop & I love that I can add notes when I want/need. Thank you to the developers!

Easy to use but update affected notes. This app is very easy to use and very effective for tracking various aspects of caring for a new baby. I have been enjoying using it since my sons birth 3 months ago and it is much easier than writing everything down like I originally planned to do. Since the recent update though I have been experiencing issues with typing notes in each entry. I like to write descriptions of nappies and feeds however I am no longer able to click the predictive text like I previously did and the notes section doesn’t seem to recognise previously typed words and often makes random capitol letters rather than continuing on from the previously typed letters.

Awesome. Easy to use. Helps me keep track of my sons feeding and nap times. I’m no longer second guessing myself on when he is due for a bottle or nap. Love how you can link the app on multiple devices so that either myself you my husband can update the info during the day. My husband loves that while at work he can look at the app to see how the day is going. He says it helps him feel connected while at work.

Such a practical app & open to feedback. I’ve found this app really useful for recording sleep, nappies and breastfeeds as well as milestones, expressing and solid food intake (which I’d added as an activity). It meant I had the information handy when asked by health professionals, to look back on for patterns (eg when to drop a sleep) and keep an eye on my child’s health and development. The graphs are my favourite. I was also really impressed when I gave them feedback after the latest update (quite a few things had bothered me) that I got such a detailed response (most of which just involved me fixing things in preferences).

Best baby tracking app!. Worth the spend in this one. Forget the free apps. Been using this app from day one. Say handy Efron your sleep deprived to keep track of feeds and sleep. Really easy to use, which us also handy when your brain is functioning at half speed. Particularly useful for nurse visits. I love the pattern feature, I'm more of a visual person, so the graphs really help. Of course this depends on how much true data you put in to get a worthwhile output. But when it's so easy to use, this takes out the guess work. I use it for everything, its my go to app for anything bub related. Even vaccinations, medicines, moods, milestones, the list goes on. Only limited by your imagination. Highly recommend for all parents who like to keep a good eye on their babies. Even if you just use it for the feeding alone.

Most used app on my phone. This is the most use app that I use habitually through big day and night (that has nothing to do with communicating with others). It keep the records that my brain can’t keep up with day to day. Worth paying the full price for. I’m pretty impartial to the colour scheme and it’s fine during the day. My only suggestion is to make this app “night” aware, either automatically or with a mode that the user can switch on. Because like it or not, mothers are using this app in the wee hours of the night/morning when the rest of the house is dark and we rise (half asleep) for our unsettled/hungry babies. Because most of the app is light coloured, it is screamingly bright on the eyes and the brain at a time when it is not preferred. If you would make a night mode I would hands down rate this 5 stars.

Must have for newborns. As a first time parent I can barely keep track of what day it is, let alone how many nappies I've changed. If you want to track your baby's health however, it's all in the numbers. Every health care provider you encounter from GP to midwives will ask how many wet/dirty nappies, how many times fed etc to determine how well your child is doing. Having everything in the one app that also syncs with my partner so he can update nappy changes and naps makes this so much easier!! Awesome app for parents.

This is an awesome baby tracking app for first time parent. I love this app! It reduced so much stress from me. It can track everything you want to understand your baby’s temperament, including feeding frequency, amount, nappies change, sleep pattern and even your milk express amount. It has comprehensive functionality but simply to use. The statistics and charts are quick indicator of how well your baby is tracking. For improvement, allowing auto word pop-up in the express note for iPhone. When I type word there and selecting words that pop-up, the app doesn’t accept it. Also, the chart can be a bit more clear for what message it tries to deliver. Lastly, chart colour can be a bit more distinguishable.

Best App for sleep deprived parents!. I don’t usually do reviews. However, this app has been amazing! I mostly use it to track feeds and medication (my baby has allergies and terrible reflux). It was very handy for my last visit to the paediatrician who wanted to know how many feeds we do each day and how long they last for etc. The nappy and sleep functions are great too, it has so many options so you can use what you want and leave the rest. For example we don’t feel the need to track nappies but there was a period where baby didn’t poo in quite a while so we tracked it for a couple of weeks and then stopped once we felt confidant all was well. In the beginning we used the medications section to track my own medications after my c section which was excellent as I just couldn’t keep track without logging it somewhere. I tired a couple of other tracking apps (especially for feeds) but this one was just the easiest and most practical of them all by far! I have it on my phone as well as on an ipad. The way it displays all the information on my ipad is fantastic. In a glance I can see exactly where I am up to and what’s going on. Obviously I follow baby’s lead but this just gives me so much peace of mind.

Loving this baby tracker. I wanted to try an app tracker and this one has been brilliant to use. I do agree with another reviewer who said it would be great if we could have the day split between 7pm-7am on the chart so we can see the day to night easier for patterns. Also, is love a core activity that is plotted being "settling". I wanted the app to track how long it takes baby to fall asleep before I log the "sleep" activity and even if I use this as an additional activity it won't chart it for me against the other core activities so would love this improvement but otherwise really happy with it!

Really like this app.. I am a first time mum and when my baby wasn’t putting on weight I was really worried and didn’t know how to manage things. When I started using this app it gave me the ability to enter the info and see the trends of his eating and the quantities. This was really reassuring. Now that he is putting weight on and is doing really well I use the app to organise my day as I can tell by the trends when he is likely to sleep, wake and eat. It’s great.

Best Baby App Ever- Life Saver!. Got this app initially after reading great reviews. Started using it the day we got home from hospital and now 3 weeks on, this app has been my life saver! Through the chaos, sleep deprivation and crying, who can remember when bubs last fed, which side, when you last expressed and when his last nappy change was! This app helps to keep track of everything and even has growth charts to see if bubs is on track for his age. Now this is basically the only app that I use since having my baby! Thank you so much! Can add milestones as well- I have put in "bath" as an extra, perhaps something to put in as a standard part of the record keeping. Definitely get this app- it will keep you organised!

Great, but can be a triggering when using the Apple Watch app. Amazing app. Does exactly what it says, perfectly. When you are extremely tired with a newborn you literally can’t do without it. It’s also come and handy when midwives ask about patterns for your newborn during appointments. My only request is that the preference to hide information fields on the iPhone app is mirrored on the watch. I am unable to breastfeed, even though I really wanted to. The iPhone app allows me to hide nursing and expression, which has been great for my mental health. Unfortunately, the Apple Watch still shows these information fields and I have to scroll past them both each time I add formula information using the Apple Watch app. It would be fantastic if the Apple Watch companion app mirrored the preferences on the iPhone. Otherwise, this app is brilliant, and you won’t regret purchasing it.

Lifesaver. An absolute lifesaver for new parents! This baby tracking monitor made our lives so much easier, especially during the first few weeks. It allows us to effortlessly keep track of everything—feeds, nappy changes, and sleep patterns—all in one place. The best part is how easy it is to share updates with my partner, ensuring we’re always on the same page. It’s user-friendly, well-designed, and has truly helped us stay organized and less stressed. Highly recommend for any new parents

Has everything you need. Been using this app for my newborn for the last three weeks. Incredibly easy to use and has everything I need-feeding, changes, sleep etc. Particularly found the ability to track medications and temperature useful. Free version works fine, but so good I bought the full version to reward the developers for making such a good app. Highly recommend.

Best app for newborns. I just had my little man on the 13th May and with all the excitement and adrenaline and still preg brain. You sometimes forget what time the last feed or change was. This app solves all those problems. Especially with a more accurate timer when bubs stops or delatches from you, you can pause and start when bubs is back on. I’ve even shown midwives and they are beyond shocked at how amazing this app is!

Great app. Thank you for this app. It’s easy to use and easy to access from multiple devices. We used only this app for tracking and it covered all the basics needs. Highly recommended! We used free version and it was great. Then we purchased a paid version to be compatible with Apple Watch and unfortunately it doesn’t really work if your phone not with you, issues with synchronisation. But, anyway, the app is amazing.

Very helpful and useful!. I never write reviews but I love this app so much that I had to! My first bub is almost 6 months old and I've been using this app every day since we came home from hospital! It is so handy to have a record of all of bub's feeds and nappy changes. I even add little notes in if I notice anything that changes or worries me and then I can look back for patterns or to let the Paediatrician or GP know. I always forget when I last fed bub or how long ago it was or when I last changed his nappy and all I have to do is check the app and it will tell me exactly how long ago it was! It even helps me time how long bub feeds from each breast and has been amazing in reminding me which breast he last fed from to keep up with that too! I even add bub's solid feeds in, what he ate and how much and if he had any reactions to new foods. I also record when he had water and how much! I love it and would recommend it to any mum! There is just so much more you can do with this app that I haven't used as well!

Sleep deprived life saver. We tried so many other apps, they were complicated, too blingy, too many features. This is the ‘Apple’ of the baby tracking apps, simple, easy to use, sync works perfectly across users and especially good for users with different technical abilities. This app has been a life saver when on a feeding schedule and sleep deprived.

Great app👍. It’s been awhile since I’m using this app and seriously it made my life so easy... well coming to the point I have started a blog on instagram and uploaded my first video in which I have prompted baby tracker it was so helpful for me so thought to share with more mommies out there, I hope the developer don’t mind the copyrights.. I just did it for a good purpose nothing else and got to know that in Canada or somewhere else they blocked my video..

Great free app. I downloaded this app not knowing if it would be helpful. I now rely on it! With a baby all days mould into one so it’s great that I can track feeding, nappies and sleep without having to look at the clock all the time. I can’t see myself functioning with it now. The only thing it’s missing is the ability to log when baby has bathed. Could be implemented in the additional tab that includes milestones and important events etc.

I can’t live without this app I rely on it so much !!!. Fantastic app - i have recommended it to so many other pregnant ladies It has helped me so much and I rely on it heavily for everything from my baby’s feeding times, his meals and when he slept last !! Time flies when you have children and this has been my life saver because there is no way I can remember every thing !! Thank you !!!

Good app overall. This app has been helpful tracking my baby’s feeding, diaper changers, sleep and how much I’ve pumped breast milk. I’ve used it to be able to find patterns in baby’s sleep times and provides an overview of the stats for the day (e.g. how many wet, dirty diapers). The only thing I would say that could improve this app is while you are tracking feeding or sleep, it should allow you to view the stats and information on the main page or be able to log sleep times if you happen to forget to start the sleep timer. But overall very good app. Would recommend it.

Really helpful. Really helpful, especially in the beginning, to see how your baby is tracking. Health care people would ask us questions and rather than rely on sleep deprived memory, we could just look up the answer. Helped us see the emergence of some patterns and keep track of how she was eating/growing. Plus feels good to see the visual of the blocks of sleep getting longer. Only thing I didn't find clear was recording the "store" of expressed milk, but we just turned that off.

Great App !. The app has been and still is a great tool to track everything for the baby. It has been the only app that we used and has been quite easy - no complaints. It follows through with the chart that you get in hospital so you can track nappies, sleeps, feeds and pumping. It has it all! The chart feature is also a highlight if your a numbers/data type person. It lets you see if your baby has some kind of routine and helps you plan a whole lot better. Also, it really helps when baby brain kicks in and you can’t remember which side you fed on last.

Bring back edit feature. I’ve been using this app for three years and up until yesterday I would have given it five stars because I could go back into a previous entry and edit it, which was really handy. But all of a sudden this morning I can’t edit anything and that immediately makes me want to stop using the app. Bring back the ability to edit what I’ve entered!!!!!!!

Improvements?. I love the app! However, is there anyway it could be updated to calculate average wake window, average nap time, average time between feeding?

Indispensable. J’ai essayé 3 applications avant celle-ci et c’est clairement ma préférée. Compatibilité avec l’apple watch, siri et widget sur l’écran d’accueil qui me facilitent la vie. Application en français en plus! Je ne m’en passerais plus.

This app is getting worse. The app was great, but then they start removing existing features and put them to the full version and ask users to pay for them from now. This move is nasty really disappointed

Baby Tracker, Now with Intrusive Ads!. I used to love this app. It had everything I needed and was so easy to use. This morning I opened it and there are giant ads taking up a third of the screen. No thanks. I’m moving on. There are plenty of other baby tracking apps that don’t have ads at all.

Not an app, a masterpiece. Better than I could have asked for. AND FREE. Just perfect.

Essential Parenting App. Recently upgraded to Pro. This app is invaluable.

不如別更新. 更新的UI有夠難看,一堆廣告在上面,棄用來去找別的app了

Good app. Found this app after my wife and I wanted to have a shared tracker for our first born. It has worked exceptionally well for a free app. Would definitely recommend for spouses that want to have a shared tracker that updates more than once device.

Review. Love this app. It's the only way I can keep track of what's going on with my baby. I love the timing feature for breast feeding, and how it keeps track of which side I last started on. Being able to keep track of diaper changes is really helpful in knowing if my baby is getting enough to eat and if he is feeling unwell. The sleep tracking feature is also helpful. I really like the graph and patterns they helped me figure out what his natural schedule is so that I can make a more concrete schedule based on what he was capable of. Great app!

Great app overall, couple suggestions, one bigish issue. Great app overall, used it for both kids but could be better. The dark version removes the colors, wish you could have both as the colors make it easier to use the app. The alarm function should work more as a timer function you can start after a sleep or feeding finishes. So I can turn it on after a nap ends and in 1.5hrs it’ll go off. The widget counter times frequently shows a blurred incorrect time before fixing to show correct which makes it easy to misread.

Part of our life. Baby Tracker has been with us since the first week of our baby’s life, 2 years so far and counting. Tracking everything with this app has completely changed our routine in the best way. It made my breastfeeding journey so much easier by showing all the amazing work I’ve done as a mom so far. It also helped us keep track of diapers, understand our baby’s biological clock, and create a better sleep and nap schedule. I definitely recommend this app 🤍

Really worked well for us. As a new mother, this app really came handy. Would recommend this to all new parents.

Doesn’t work on Apple Watch. It never properly synched on Apple Watch. As a busy new mom I don’t always have my phone close by so I was hoping the app would work on my watch as advertised. Unfortunately it never has, even after trying a variety of solutions such as creating a synched group, removing the app and reinstalling etc, nothing worked! Very frustrating

Love it so far, but it’s missing one thing. I love this app, it’s simple and easy to use, but it’s missing the option to show informations directly on Apple watch faces

Very Useful. Love this app however the latest update 5 gave it a total facelift. It doesn’t look as good as its previous minimalist design. I wish they would change it back

Loooovvveeeee🔥🔥🔥🔥. Used this app for first baby and it was the best now using it for second baby

5 Stars. A really straight forward and useful app. I appreciate the simplicity and it helps me keep track of feeding through the day and night.

Good app. I like the app, it would be nice if in the widgets on the lock screen if it showed what side baby last fed on.

Incroyable. Nous cherchions quelque chose pour suivre les boires, mais quand nous avons trouvé cette application, nous avons été très impressionné de la facilité d’utilisation et de l’historique. C’est un outil très intéressant. Merci aux concepteurs.

Exactly what I needed. Whereas other apps like instagram or bloated with too many features, this is exactly what is needed, no distraction just tracking 4 main things. Although free version had all the features, I still bought app to support the developers. Thank you

Annoyed. I have been using this app with my newborn to track her naps, feedings, dirty diapers, etc. I was impressed and being able to use it with my watch was convenient. However, I am now super annoyed that I am being forced to pay for the full version in order to be able to use it with my watch. I can’t even read the summaries anymore. The whole reason I downloaded this app was because of the functionality that I had from my watch. I realize that the fee is not super expensive, but I’m disappointed by it for sure.

Great sharing and tracking. Great app for tracking everything with baby. It’s easy to share the app with my partner so we can both track, especially helpful if one person is asleep or out and you need to know last feeding.

solid food is not in daily summary. 1) solid food is not in daily summary, please fix it 2) when show the solid food in chart, can you please show the name and amount too?

Look no further. This app is intuitive, has every tracking feature you’ll need, and the trial period is long enough to sell you on the full version. Also while the trial is in place the ads (which allow the app to be free) are discrete and non disruptive. 5-stars awesome for new parents

Interface change. I started using this when my little one was born in November. It was super quick and easy to log everything. Not to mention, the interface was cute! The was an update a month or two ago where the interface was changed. It no where as cute or easy to use as the previous one, but I’m already using this to app, so whatever. With this recent update, however, the home bar to access daily reports and other options has been moved from the bottom to the middle. PLEASE change this back. Sometimes I input feedings wrong, and to try to fix this in the middle of the night while half asleep is now difficult. I can no longer do it on auto pilot, and I imagine lots of parents are in the same boat if they use the home bar lots. It being moved from the bottom makes this app no longer as user friendly

I used to love this app.. But last update changed it all on. The ads and new design are making this app unusable. Thanks for the few months of good job.

💕. I love baby tracker and use it every day! Highly recommended!

Update sucks. Colours changed. Brutal to look at in the night so bright

Exceptionally good. For a free app, I’m very impressed. It is helping me so much with my newborn as I have to track her feed and diaper changes for medical reasons.

Very Impressed. I've been using this app for over a month now, after failing to keep track of how often little one fed, was changed, napped, etc. ("new mom brain" has still set in after 4-months). This app is great, the nursing timer and info telling me which side was nursed from last are extremely handy, as is the data and charts showing habits over longer time periods. Love it! I have the free version but plan to upgrade for the extras.

Recent Update. I absolutely hate the recent update. I have no idea why the format was changed on the home page. I feel like I’m playing a kids game now and the adds are even more distracting and slows the app down. It was fine the way it was. Disappointed. Looking for something else to use now.

Amazing. Amazing really helpful when you have twins or even a singleton

Why change something that works?. Really don’t like the new updates… it keeps bugging and not logging my feeds even though I make sure to save them. Also when I want to ajust the time of feeding the app keeps going up like i’m swiping up the app when i’m just trying to change the time. Lastly I can’t see all my feeds, diaper change and others for a full day in the review section… really disappointed I used to love the app and now I’m looking for a different one..

Features lost with recent update. Loved this app but why did you remove some features?! Now I can’t see the difference between nap hours slept and night sleep. They’re all merged together. Super annoying

Was good but just lately doesn’t work for past few months. Was good now useless, I try to track my babies naps and it keeps glitching out putting the wrong information in or changing information after I close the app and now I can’t keep track of anything tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still doesn’t work

Saving a first time mom. I came home from the hospital and downloaded this app immediately, I had no idea what I needed from the app or what I needed to do with a newborn except keep her fed and watch her diaper changes. This app has saved me and gone above and beyond, without it I would be so lost. Its helped me keep track of my babies health and habits with the tracking and notes I can write into it. Its great for home nurse or doctor visits since my memory is not great with my adhd and mom brain. I didnt need the full version but I purchased it just to support the creators. Thank you so much for this app 🙏🏽🙏🏽

There’s better apps out there. I think this is the first App Store review I’ve ever written, but felt the need because of the absolute horrible UX. When you have a fussy newborn, the last thing you want to do is continuously fuss with an unintuitive interface. The app does what it needs to do, but it feels very clunky, unresponsive at times and generally hard to use. There’s waaaay better apps out there that are also free!

Blows all other apps out of the water. Best baby log app EVER. Forget huckleberry, download this one! It’s extremely user friendly, it has widgets to keep track of naps or adjust your feeding session on the fly. You can start, pause and stop any booby anytime to be precise with your feedings. The interface is slick, free of clutter, and gives you a clear representation of how much sleep, feedings, diaper changes you’ve done today. BY FAR the best app for new moms.

Simple. I’ve been using this app daily for a few months. First it was to keep record of feeds, and now it’s to keep track of his sleep. Our partner and I now have a synched group so we’re on the same page.

Update 5, nothing but problems.. I absolutely hate everything about the new update. The new design is way too cluttered, there are ads, and last but not least, there are bugs. When I start the breastfeeding timer, the time on my locked screen doesn't match the actual breastfeeding time at all. How is that possible? AND my entire phone freezes and overheats when a timer is running. Whether it's the breastfeeding timer or the nap timer. I'm done with this, I'm switching apps!

Allow custom start time for Timers. I’d like to suggest a small but significant improvement for the Timer feature (Feeding/Sleep/etc.). Currently, the timer only allows for a "real-time" start. However, as a parent, I often find myself in situations where: 1. I start the activity (like breastfeeding) but forget to hit the button immediately. 2. I need to log an activity that happened 10 or 15 minutes ago with an accurate start time. It would be incredibly helpful if we could manually edit or specify the start time when using the timer, rather than it just defaulting to the current moment.

Tracking things with just a few touches. I love how I don’t need to put a lot of information, type or touch the screen to track the main daily things I do with my baby. Just a few touches and I add the record for feeding, diaper or sleeping trend. The app also remember the last quantity he was fed last time which is amazing when the baby is taking the same quantity every time. I created on page on my iPhone menu just for the widgets and now I have like a dashboard telling me how long since the last time I fed, changed diaper or had him sleeping. I also put a widget summarizing it in the Lock Screen: one look and I have all the info I need to plan myself with my baby schedule!

Good for a free app. Wish it had bathing time and baby mood to also keep track.

Nap time calculation. How do you calculate nap time out of total sleep time?

Helped with baby 1 and now with baby 2. This app was a lifesaver for me when I was a first time mom, so simple to use and easy to track everything. I love that I can have it as a widget on my lock screen, it was so easy to know when I needed to pump and how long it’s been since my baby’s nap. Now I have baby 2 on the way and I’m excited to use this app again 10/10

where's the widget?. the widget has gone after last update. Please fix it!

Now had ads. I used to love this app for the simplicity and ease of use. There are now ads which heavily take away from the visual appeal and if you accidentally click it you are redirected out of the app which is not convenient when you are holding a baby and trying to log something.

Great everything baby tracking app!. I’ve been using this app since our baby was four days old (she’s now four months). It is great! I recently set up the sync with our new nanny and I love being able to check on the baby throughout the day. She can even post photos for me through the app! It makes it much easier to communicate how well she’s been sleeping, eating, etc. Since I pump and bottle feed, the one suggestion I have is to be able to put in how much was in the bottle (deduct from inventory) vs how much the baby actually drank (to include in averages). My inventory is horribly off because I always log what she actually drank but not what I end up pouring down the sink. I could manually adjust but I only get the option to do that when adding a new pumping session, and I rarely remember to then (not to mention, the nanny would not be entering that data).

Simple, Complete & Easy to use on Multiple Devices. This App is simply amazing! I don’t write reviews but I had to say that the developers of this app are really thoughtful of all the features they included in their app and left out all clutter. Is easy to enter data from the past or do it live. It includes nursing sides and times, bottle feedings, diaper changes, pumping, sleeping patterns and medications. I’ve use pretty much 85% of the features and they are easy to navigate. The best part is that my husband can sync in his phone too so he can track and enter his activities and it registers right away. I started using the alarms to help no go over the feeding lapses and is a saver, I can nap knowing I will get an alarm when is time to wake up and feed. Thank you so much for creating this app and providing for free, God bless you guys!!! 🙏

Great for baby tracking. After my son was born, I’d read about the importance of getting him on a schedule. So I was looking for a way to easily track his eating, sleeping & bathroom stuff and saw this app. It had great reviews so I decided to try it. My son is now a one-year old and I’m still using it for tracking. It’s been a great help. It doesn’t just track basic stuff, but I can add different medicines & track when I give something to him & how much so I k ow when I can give more. I can track his well visits & measurements; also when he has a temperature. I like to add fun pictures from daycare or artwork or make a note when daycare needs more supplies. I know the time will come that I don’t need the app as much, but it’s been a tremendous help during his first year & I would recommend this app to all new parents!!

Does all the things. This has all the functionality I couldn't find in a single app five years ago when I had my fist baby. With Baby Tracker, you can add feedings after the fact, start the timer when the feeding starts or start the timer after it's begun and adjust the start time accordingly. It also logs bottles, pumping, diapers and "milestones," essentially an "other" category that I use for keeping track of baths. For an extra $5 you can view charts of all your data, but it looks like you can also export the data to a spreadsheet for free. So if you want to calculate the standard deviation of the average number of times your child pees each day, you could do that. This is what technology has given us. Behold. The user experience is clean, it hasn't crashed once, and I have no complaints at all. Just praise. Great app.

Love this baby tracker app!!. I had a novel written about how much I love this app, then left the review page to go use the app and it all got deleted. Woops! Here's the basics: You can track everything you need for baby with this app and review and edit as need. It makes charts and graphs with all the data for you! It integrates with Apple watch which is the best for nighttime nursing sessions, using theater mode on the watch to keep lights low! We've found the app to be very worth the $5! Using it again for baby #2 now and there's been some nice improvements. It tracks feeding, pumping, diapering and sleep. Along with "milestones", and you can make notes for everything! We recommend this to all our friends! I believe they added a temperature tracker since we used this for our first baby. Recommended improvements: Watch only works well with nursing babies. Watch can't edit times started (this may make sense for the application on the watch). We had a little trouble linking the account on both our devices - but paid on both devices and it works, and we were ok supporting the developers since we found this app to be wicked helpful! Consider adding a medications given tracker. [both of our babies have/had reflux and needed medicine- this would be helpful to track and have a timer like the other trackers]

Favorite Daily App. I started using this app when my son was born and absolutely loved it and still do after 4 years! I still use it to track his sleep and his growth. I also love that everyone that watches him has it and puts in information for me, in fact if I miss putting a sleep or wake up time in they’ll reach out and ask me. We’re pregnant now with our second and I’m so excited to be able to put in a second child and be able to use it for everything again. The ONLY thing that has ever disappointed me with this app is that when viewing the charts and graphs you can only go back 30 days. I would love if when in the 30 day mode you could swipe through all the 30 day periods since birth. As I was tracking and reviewing patterns it would have been helpful to see over a longer period of time.

12 months and counting. I love this tracker. It has given me a sense of control when I talk to my baby’s pediatrician by being able to track diapers, nursing sessions, and sleep. Before every wellness check, I have to fill out long forms about wet and dirty diapers, night wakings, etc, and first few times I felt I was being a bad mom (cue in mom guilt) for not remembering or not knowing this data that seemed so crucial for my kid’s wellbeing. So I downloaded the app and it just gave me that sense of control. While I don’t use it religiously to track every little detail, I like being able to look at the historical charts and see how the nap patterns and times shifted from no pattern to three naps a day to two. I also appreciate being able to log which breast I nursed from last (the hair band method did not work for me at all). One feature I discovered some six months in was the ability to share an account. My husband can start the nap timer or add the diapers and my app will sync. I like it because it is a good way to share the mental load of parenting a small child and keeping all this data between us. All in all, I have found it very useful and if you are data-driven or interested in garnering the power of an app to combat brain fog, then this one might be a good fit.

Free version has all I need. I’ve been using the free version of this app for 2 weeks. I’m able to track feedings (breast, pumped milk, formula), diaper changes, and breast pumping output. The app calculates my pumped milk inventory and subtracts when I log a pumped milk feeding. I’m able to track his growth, milestones, and activities. Medications can be tracked too (I’ve used for my own medications and just add a comment that it was for me). It’s really easy to go back and correct entries and review previous day’s’ statistics. I can easily see how my breast pumping output has increased daily, as well as how much breast milk versus formula my baby has had. (I’ve chosen to exclusively pump and supplement, as he lost too much weight breast feeding). I would definitely recommend the free version of this app and perhaps the paid version is more useful if one would want to share data among other devices/caregivers and use the many other features it boasts.

Amazing AND free!!. I absolutely love this app, and the fact that it is free is even better. It is so easy to track feedings. You can use built-in timer or go back and enter a feeding and time/length manually. I LOVE that you can leave the app and the feeding timer will still be running. You can also document other things within the app and the timer continues until you stop it! It is so great. The other part I love is how you can view 7 or 30 day graphs showing you feedings, diapers, etc. I really only use this to look for feeding patterns, which is sooooo helpful and way to see! It will also show you at a glance the average number of feedings and diapers which I have found helpful. You can document a lot of other things, too! Definitely check it out - you won’t be disappointed! Oh, you can also share the app with others. So my husband and I can both document in it!!

Awesome for Us. We just had our first baby. While in hospital we were writing down feedings and diaper changes for the first few days of life. It wasn’t until I got home and wanted to continue tracking these statistics that I said “ I bet there’s an app for that”. This was one of the last apps that I tried, but they saying goes you save the best for last. The other apps all provide the same functions but this does it in a way that it easiest for us to enter / record data. I tried 3 other apps and I found myself not keeping up with logging as frequently. This just takes minimal effort and the flow of entering data feels like what I was doing with pen and paper. HIGHLY recommend. The group feature is also key because now I can get my wife to use it 🤪

Does everything you need. We’ve been using Baby Tracker since our little one was 3 days old. Family Sharing means you only have to buy it once and then my wife was able to download on her phone. Baby Tracker stays sync’d between me and my wife, on both our phones and watches. It has Siri shortcut hooks built in, so we can mark feedings, changing, and sleep by just talking to Siri. The Watch app also lets you mark everything importing without opening your phone. We love the weekly charts showing out LOs progress, and also enjoy that we can track height, weight, and other growth milestones. I wish there were Watch complications for “last feeding” and “last diaper”. Our LO likes to sip on his bottles, so I wish that I could long-press or force-press on the feeding entry on the main screen to open for edit instead of logging a new feeding session.

Makes maternity so much easier. This is the second time I use the app, with my second baby. With my first I used it to track diapers, breastfeeding sessions and after 2-3 months, night sleep and naps. I still use it for my 2 year old for naps, because she still sleeps bad. I stopped tracking diapers after a couple of weeks of being born, when babies where ok with their weight. I also use it to add the baby’s weight and height on their checkups. I really loose track of time and this app helps me so much to know the reason my baby is fussy or crying: wether is hungry or sleepy. I also love that I can have stats and see patterns. To see how many hours she sleeps in total in a day, how many times she sleeps during the day, etc. The only suggestion I have is if you could put a reminder to sleep but not in a fixed time but following sleep windows. For example: remind me to put baby to sleep after 2 hours she is awake. Right now the app allows you to put reminders on a set period (ie: every weekday at 10 am and 2 pm), but not for wake windows. I follow wake windows and sometimes time flies by and my baby is crying and I realice is because she is over tired, being awake a lot more than she should. So this feature would be great. Everything else is perfect. It is so well thought!

Every new mom should have this 10/10. Where to even begin, this app is AMAZING. As a first time mom I can EASILY AND EFFECTIVELY track multiple things at a time as well as edit them if I can’t get to my phone right away. We have already had 2 doctors appointments and having this app has made them SO MUCH LESS STRESSFUL. When the doctors as about feedings, diapers, sleep and other things along those lines I just whip out the app pull the the stats and let them look. ******The only thing that could make it better is if you could let have another phone linked to the profile so Dad can help keep track is mom is resting or not available at that moment. **** Oh and it’s free to use, having a baby is stressful enough with money for a lot of people. I could continue to go on about how much I love this app but I think you get it by this point

Must have for new parents. I wish I had downloaded this before giving birth, it would’ve made keeping track of feeds/diapers SO MUCH EASIER than the pencil and paper hospitals require parents to fill. When you’re exhausted and probably still on hard meds, keeping track is near impossible with everything going on. Fortunately we found this app in day 3 and with the ability to sync between parents/other users is AMAZING. We can share the mental load of keeping track of diapers, feeds, pumping + inventory, plus NOTES?!? We even really LOVE the customization of measuring units since we use metric and prefer feeds based on last end time versus starting time. Plus there are analytics for day to day performance/%’s/and reporting as if this was a financial planner. This is such a lifesaving app and the fact that it’s free is insane. Love it, definitely a MUST HAVE.

First time parent, outstanding app. I am a first time parent of a now two-week old. It can easily become overwhelming trying to keep track of when my wife needs to pump, when it’s time to wake him, how much he’s taken, how many wet diapers, etc. I downloaded multiple free apps to find one that helped, and this one by far and away is the best and easiest to use I love all the customizable features (like recording output in mL vs. ounces, or having the option to use a timer for breast feeding vs. easily back logging it). It was clearly designed by parents. It’s also incredibly intuitive. The information is presented in an easy to interpret fashion without data overload, while retaining options for graphs or further details I absolutely recommend this app to anyone with a newborn. 5/5

Great, but wish for more report or export options. We love this app and have been using it since the day our baby was born. I like that I can sync across multiple devices so that both my husband and I can’t input data. I also love the reports that it has, especially the schedule one. However, I wish that there were more report options and custom ranges. Also, it would be nice if I could export the data in a format that would easily allow me to run my own reports on it. Such as CSV or JSON format. I would like to be able to answer questions such as “what is the average longest daily stretch between feedings that my child did in her first month”. Update: developer responded with instructions for how to export to CSV. Thank you! The exports include exactly the data I needed!

Updated killed the most useful feature. I have the paid version of the app. Used it for my first daughter, and it was truly the best one. Starting using it for my second, and the update has killed the most useful features. - The pattern chart is now on the bottom. That’s the single best feature, and now it’s buried and annoying to scroll through everything else to get to it. - The other charts are bigger and more beautiful, but less useful. The diaper chart no longer breaks down dirty/wet/mixed. The feeding chart no longer tells you how long in hours/min. (Seriously, why these were all blown out into individual charts instead of the old combined chart is beyond me. It’s just unnecessary and less informative.) - Historical data is no longer accessible. You can’t go back beyond the “view 30 days” tab. So...all my data from my first kid is gone? But it’s not all doom and gloom. The update does make the home screen nicer, the look and feel is more modern, and some UX elements are more intuitive. (Customizing the buttons on the home screen is a huge plus—we’re not ready for pumping, so we just removed it from the screen, for example.) I haven’t experienced any syncing problems as others have (we synchronized across two phones). If it weren’t for the new changes listed above, this would be an easy 5-star review.

This app has saved my brain!. It’s so hard to remember everything with a newborn! This app has been exceptional to help me keep track of everything! It makes it easier to figure out my baby schedule see when she sleeps and eats, for how long, and make out a pattern! I love that it helps you keep track of all the essentials; nursing, sleeping, diapers, and tummy time! My baby has also needed to take certain medicines and it’s helped me keep track of that as well! I already loved this app, then I found out that it has Siri shortcut capabilities!!! Rather than having to remember to put a diaper change in after changing it i can just tell Siri that my daughter has a wet or dirty diaper! Also when my hands are full with nursing I can just say “Nursing on the left” and she’ll start the timer! Love love love this app!

Best app ever but could make some improvements. I’ve been using this app since my daughter was 2 months old and I’m so glad I’ve found it because it is still helpful even though she’s now 14 months old. It keeps my state of mind at ease when I can confidently go to my ped appointments and say how she’s eating or drinking so thank you! With that said, I’ve given this app 4 stars because some improvements could be made. First, in the bottle feeding section, it would be helpful to have a “waste” section that would also deduct from the milk inventory. Babies don’t always drink all of their bottles but the breast milk (BM) also can’t be drank after a certain amount of time, so it’s waste. Without that factor, the mom may think she has a higher inventory than she does. In my case, I still have an inventory of 1000oz of milk in the stats, but my freezer is empty. Secondly, for the supplement section, the “milk” counter should factor into the main specs similarly as formula or breast milk. Its more helpful for moms like myself who are still counting specs after their children are off BM because in most cases, milk becomes the main liquid for children over the 12months minimum age. To have to go to the review tab and add up the milk like the other supplements takes too much time otherwise. I hope this helps and thank you all again for making this wonderful app!!

Love this App!. This app has been so helpful! There's no way I would remember all the feeding times and diaper changes otherwise... especially with as little sleep as I've been getting! It's also super handy to have the graphs especially at the doctors office when they ask about the frequency of poops etc. It is definitely worth getting the paid version. One of the best parts of this app is that my husband can download the app as well and link to the same account, so my husband can see when our son needs his diaper changed etc, without having to even ask me. I do wish this app had is a way to easily compare data between different children.. I would love to see both my children’s growth plotted on the same graph. And maybe like the number of diaper changes per day or something. Just so I can see out of curiosity how they compare when they were at certain ages

Life saver!. Obviously a parent developed app. It has been amazing for me as a first time mom who had no idea what was important and what wasn’t and this app just let me log everything! I felt so much better knowing exactly when and how long he’s last eaten and how long he slept etc. I had accurate data for my post partum visits which allowed me to keep track of questions I had. It was also perfect for my baby brain during those first weeks when it was the hundredth time I’d been up in 24 hours and couldn’t remember my own name much less his last feed! It’s also been fantastic for me now that I’ve gone back to work and my mom is watching him. She has the app too, so I can still check up on him and feel reassured that he’s doing well. Really is such a stress reliever for me. This is hands down 100% my favorite app I’ve ever downloaded!!

MUST HAVE APP - Mom of 3. I'm on my third kid and have tried pretty much every app made for baby tracking since 2013. This app is awesome! I love the feeding "pause" as any mom of a reflux baby knows frequent burping is a must but that doesn't mean baby is done. Love the incorporation of growth measurements, vaccines, supplements, activities...before this I had to use different apps for each thing. This is a one stop shop and as a busy mom who runs a family of 5 plus my own business and has plenty of "off the clock" extras this is a MUST HAVE! My one request would be charting of nursing by both number of times offered and amount of time on the boob. Ive had babies that can drain a boob in 5 minutes and babies who will sit on the boob for 45 minutes or more and still leave leftovers, so having stats on both could be helpful.

Great App for new parents. Although I have not spent time looking into other apps (this was the first one I downloaded), I absolutely love it. It has made being a first time mom so much less stressful. I especially love that my husband and I can share the account so if I’m busy he is able to update when we feed/change/nap. The list of included milestones covers everything I could think of and also allows you to input your own. I also love that you can add pictures to the milestones to look back on. Timers can also be set to remind you at intervals when to check baby diapers, feed, or deliver medication. This was extremely helpful week 1 and 2. The widget on the Lock Screen in the free version is amazing. It allows us to see the time that has passed between feedings, sleeping, changing, nursing, and pumping without unlocking my phone. One click on the widget and it takes you straight to the app to track more. The pattern logs are super helpful as we approach month 1 so we can begin to schedule feedings and naps. I just upgraded to the full version for a ONE TIME charge of $4.99. Well worth it to be able to use the app on my watch 🤗 Definitely download if you are looking for a great way to track your new baby!

Amazing. This app is so incredibly user-friendly. It gives me everything I want to keep track of without a lot of clutter, which helps when I'm trying to record a diaper change at 3am. I love the breastfeeding timers and the reminder alarms I can set for the next feeding. Also extremely handy is the pumping tracker that tells me how much expressed milk I have without me having to root around in the freezer. The medication tracker has made things even easier because I put my pain meds in there so I make sure I'm taking them often enough instead of just trying to remember what time I took them last. My only tiny issue is that when I start the feeding timer I can't do anything else in the app, like enter a diaper change until I'm done nursing. Not a problem by any means, just a minor inconvenience.

Fantastic!. I love this app. I've used it for 5 months now. When my baby was a new born, she wasn't gaining enough weight and this app helped my know exactly how many minutes she was nursing, and exactly how often in the day. Plus, I knew exactly how many diapers each day. Keeping track in such a simple way helps keep stress at a minimum. Now, 5 months later, I still use the app, but only to remember which side to nurse on. It works wonderfully with the Apple Watch. I chose not to upgrade after the trial period. Looking back, I'm kicking myself, I wish I did upgrade right away. I'm thinking to upgrade now because I love the Apple Watch functionality so much. Which means there was 4 months I could have been enjoying it, but didn't because I was too cheap. In sum, great app. Great Apple Watch functionality. Spend the $5 to upgrade, if you're considering it at all.

Wish you could change the date. After using this app for five days I’ve noticed the only thing that could be improved, is not being able to change the date. For example: at 11:49pm I finished baby’s diaper change and at 11:52pm I started nursing however I didn’t immediately log the diaper change as baby was being really fussy for food. So now when I go back to log it in for 11:49pm it’s already past 12am and it logs it for the future instead of 20 minutes ago... I find it crazy that I can log it for the future but not for the previous day. I also forgot to immediately log in a couple naps in the day and wanted to do those both as well but unfortunately the same thing happened I can make a future log for the naps but not for the previous day. I feel like this should be something that could be easily fixed.

Wonderful app!. First off, I love this app. As sleep deprived first time parents to a newborn knowing how long its been since a diaper has been changed and how long ago the little guy ate and took a nap is game changing. The only improvement I can think of is having a lock screen timer going when something is activated. My wife will ask me to start a timer on feeding while her hands (and other things) are occupied. I will start the timer and set my phone down. She will ask me how long he has been feeding on the left. Having to unlock my phone is a major first world problem. I haft to look at it. Let it recognize my face and god forbid I need to actually type in my passcode. All jokes aside I feel like that adjustment would make a wonderful app that much better.

Needs some fine tuning. Love the app! It has been great for helping us track our baby’s feedings, diapers and sleep. I love using the night mode as I am the one who enters all the notes for both myself and SO. The notes section’s font needs to be bigger and a lighter color to be able to see it more easily when I enter notes at night. Also, I appreciate that the app tracks milk inventory, but there should be a way of accounting for spillage. Currently, I’m not seeing a way to do that. When entering breastfeeding nursing time - it would be nice if the L and R for breast used was separate from the stop button. I think having the stop button somewhere below would be better, and maybe in a square instead of a circle so your tired brain can more quickly discern which button is which. Hope to see some great updates in the future! I upgraded to the full version with the charts and find it useful to see the sleep progress. Thanks!

Free version- Love it, minor suggestions. This app helps up be way more organized and makes keeping tracking things way less stressful. I love that I can have our apps synced together and get notifications. My biggest feature request would be to be able to change the units of bottle feedings to mls for early newborn feeding (unless I’m completely missing some setting-I have not found anything in FAQs). Currently it only records as ounces. I just put it in the “notes” under each feeding. Also wish you could “combine” different types of feeding as one session. For example my newborn is very small, having some difficulties nursing at breast. I pump and feed expressed milk first and then finish feeding w formula as needed. I have to remember it shows a couple extra feedings per day, and have to do the math between to show the amount consumed that particular feeding time.

Exactly What We Need to Track Newborn Care. The app is great because everything about taking care of your newborn revolves around how often and how much he eats as well as how many, and of what type, diaper changes he has each day. As new parents working on minimal sleep, all these diapers and feedings blend together so the app is a great way to stay on top of it. It’s also helpful to have this info handy for visits to the pediatrician’s office because you would only be guessing otherwise when you’re asked, “How often is he eating? How many diapers per day?” The app ensures you are accurately tracking your newborn’s care. Finally, Mom has some different meds she has to take on a schedule so we use the app to track that as well. I recommend this to any parents caring for a newborn. We started using this app from day one home from the hospital and have come to rely on it as part of our daily routine.

Infuriating when it doesn’t work, great when it does. Developers, please figure out syncing!! This is such a pain pint for me. I have purchased the app for several babysitters and family members so the could help out with my kids but syncing is so frustrating. Support gives me the same canned answers that do not help and tells me the issue is with my network. It’s infuriating to deal with. Search for food entries with quick access instead of scrolling through hundreds of foods. Another option could be an option to sort by recent foods in addition to the alphabetical list. Sort pictures ascending or descending Select photos to export by batch Provide original date on exported photos (when I downloaded a backup, the photos had the date of the backup and were all jumbled up - not in chronological order or with original date). Since the caregiver adds many of the photos, it is challenging to sort through them. Apple Watch ability to adjust time of diaper change Ability to adjust time of sleep and wake times Ability to adjust time of feed Visibility of last meal (currently can only see last breast/bottle feeding…my child has been weaned for almost a year) Pull down to refresh. If I haven’t made an entry on my watch in a while, it doesn’t update even when I know there has been an entry logged from my phone.

Can’t edit. I downloaded this app because it’s compatible with an Apple Watch and it has great reviews. The problem for me is that sometimes I click the wrong breast or I forget to turn the timer off and there’s nothing you can do about it. You can’t edit entries once they’ve been saved. You are also not given a list of times that baby ate and for how long. The chart isn’t reliable data if the entries are incorrect. Sure, you could say “well then get it right the first time” to avoid this problem but I’m going to give myself grace on little mistakes when it’s 3:30am and I’ve been up 4 times with a newborn baby and I’m tired. I do not recommend the app. It should be user friendly in that I can correct any errors in data after entries have been saved. I should also be able to see every time that I’ve fed my baby and the duration of those entries without digging too far into the app. At 330am when I realize I’ve clicked right side instead of left and I’d like to fix that problem I should just be able to edit the entry and go to sleep. Not with this app.

Completely Worth the Money. I’ve been using this since I brought my first son home from the hospital 11 weeks ago. Remembering when he had his last feeding can tend to be difficult. Especially since my days seem to go by three times as fast since having a baby. Naturally, I will gladly try anything that will help me stay on top of everything, even a little bit. I’m so glad that I downloaded this and paid for the upgraded version. My husband and mother downloaded it as well so, when I’m working, I can easily check on the baby’s progress without having to call either of them. It tracks literally everything. Needless to say, anyone out there with a newborn baby should save themselves from the constant second guessing, and download this app immediately. I promise you that it won’t disappoint!

The BEST. I searched for an app to help me track my pumping and breastfeeding while my baby was in NICU for 4 days. Little did I realize how much I would love this app once we left the hospital! I bought the pro because I wanted to share this with my husband. I don’t know that I needed to purchase, but I would have spent well over the $5 price tag! Since we have a preemie and this is our first, we use it to track food intake, diapers, my pumping, medication, and a daily medical procedure. We both figured it out right away, which for two sleep deprived parents is a feat! The only thing I made a mistake on was using the free version while in the hospital, and then I switched to pro after. It didn’t transfer over the data, and although support gave me instructions on how to do that, I ended up manually transferring. If you plan on using an app like this, just get the pro off the bat!

Great App!. I never purchase apps cause I can usually find everything I need for free, but this app was so intuitive that I went ahead and just purchased the full version with the charts. Some of my favorite features of this app are: when logging breastfeeding it tells you at the top of the log what side you last started on so I don't have to look it up in the summary (like other apps). Something so small but so helpful and comes in handy when you have a screaming baby in your arms. Also, the dashboard gives you two options to view activities: the time an event last happened, or how long ago it was. Both come in handy and I'm really happy it displays both when you simply click on the activity. You can use all these features in the free version, but this app was so handy it was well worth the upgrade!

So easy to use and keeps track of EVERYTHING. I’ve used this app with 2 of my 4 babies. This app is the best one I’ve tried by far. It tracks nursing, feeding pumped milk, bottles and solids. It also tracks your pumping inventory so you always know how much milk you have on hand and subtracts what you input that you’ve fed. You can track sleep and diapers as well as growth, milestones with photos optional, medications, temperature and more! Everything will continue to time even with the app closed. It’s very easy to edit entries as well as look at the tracked data. You can even filter by type to see only feeding data or only sleep data etc… which makes it easy to identify trends and babies natural schedule. You can also export this data which is a nice feature. I recommend this app to all my mom friends

Loveee this app so efficient, however one small request. Great app. Only one downside I hate - that could easily be fixed. When keeping inventory track of breast milk there should be a section for milk that has expired or the baby did not drink so that way it can be subtracted from the pumping inventory. Other then that it’s veryyy easy and simple when it comes to early am feedings to start the counter for breastfeeding and also pauses for as long as needed without ending the feeding automatically for you Bc sometimes it takes my baby a while to burp before switching sides so this feature is really nice. The medication is very simple to add in as well. Also I love the fact it tells me hours since last feeding, pump, medicine, etc. such a nice feature for a busy mom who doesn’t want to figure out how long it’s been by looking at the actual time it’s readily available for you in the app with how many hours and minutes it’s been. It’s SUCH a lifesaver for me!

Great app. A must have for new families. My wife and I have been using this app for the last week since the birth of our first child. It’s super handy to use to track feedings, pumping, etc. The only thing we really haven’t used is the sleep tracking since a newborn is basically sleeping when he or she isn’t eating! It’s great that we can synchronize the log between our phones. I wish we could use iCloud to track things more privately together. You can do this, but only if one iCloud account is used to sync data between one individual’s devices. It would be great if multiple people in one family with different iCloud accounts could do this, but I assume this is more a limitation of Apple’s cloud service than something Baby Tracker overlooked. I think there’s some way to do this with Dropbox but am not sure. Syncing aside, my biggest desire for this app would be Siri integration. Again Apple should build in more functionality. There’s such a limited number of SiriKit domains. Often, hands are full with nursing and stopping to start the counter in the app can be hard. Wouldn’t “Hey Siri...using Baby Tracker, start recording breastfeeding on the left breast,” be so cool? Lastly, we frequently find ourselves forgetting to start feedings in the app right away; an add [#]-seconds/minutes option in the recording screen would be a useful addition. Overall, this is a wonderful app. Get it if you track your newborn!

Awesome!. This app is the reason why my child is thriving. Being a new mom and dealing with the sleep deprivation, hormones and healing, this app gave me one less thing to worry about. My son is now 2 months old and I still refer to the app to see when it was the last time he ate. The graphing gives a visual of the progress your baby has made and can be easily shared with doctors. It also has the feature of logging in more than one child at different ages. Milestones can be entered along with pictures which is nice to look back on. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to enter information on different devices. When I leave my son with someone else, it would be great if they could enter in his activity so that there is seamless data entry. I still love it and plan to use it until he is about a year old or on a solid schedule.

Redesign is Truly Abysmal. Ever enjoy something totally great and then it’s “updated” and it’s the worst ever? Yes, they unlocked the charts, but at what cost? They smushed all the categories down and now the top of your screen is an ad (instead of the bottom.) Even worse if while you’re trying to log something (like a nursing baby at 4am) the app forces your Apps app open AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN. It kept opening the download page for a ton of apps without me clicking on any ads. You know what’s not cool? When you have the Baby Tracker app on night mode and then it keeps opening your Apps which is SUPER BRIGHT over and over. If I could use curse words, this post would be littered with them. I’m fine with the prominent featuring of an ad at the top. Whatever. I get it. Have to force peoples hand to buy the upgrade to some extent. But forcing open Apps to a download screen repeatedly while you try to log is such a joke. I’m going to give this until another update to be fixed and then I’m out. Plenty of other baby tracking apps out there. This was the perfect app; no more.

Amazing App. As first time parents my wife and I were looking for an app that could help us track what our son was doing. This app gave us so much more than just your everyday tracker. I truly believe that they really took time to think of all of the important things that needs to be tracked when it comes to a parent child relationship. The ease in which you can find items is amazing and they even thought of things you may not have thought of tracking that are as important as feedings, bathroom time, etc. I love that you can track medications, vaccinations, growth, it just makes it easy to keep up with all of the hustle and bustle of having a baby. We can easily pick out items such as vaccinations, medications and even bowel movements when asked by Pediatrician. This app is truly amazing and I would recommend it to all parents with newborns.

Please add an Apple Watch complication!. I love this app, it’s simple and informative. I just upgraded to the pro version, though, and it’s a huge disappointment to pay $5 to use the app with my Apple Watch, but without a complication for it. Having the complication would make tracking through the watch way quicker and easier. Because of this, I don’t recommend the upgrade at the current price ($.99 or $1.99 would be better with the added features). Yes, you do lose the ads, but they are very minimal and not as intrusive as some other apps. I would also like to have a “totals” feature-what is the lifetime total of each category? I want to know how many diapers I have changed ever, or the amount of time spent nursing total (not just a daily total. Otherwise, this is a fabulous app and thank you for the simplicity and not having it be full of gimmicks or unnecessary junk.

Newborn must-have app!. This app has completely saved me in the first two weeks of being a new mom. The hospital has you track nursing times and diapers and I kept forgetting to fill it out or I would start it and forget to note the time. This app was life changing in that you can hit start, pause and stop during feedings and it keeps a running count of number of feedings, and pees and poops. Plus sections for notes was great too - I'd note the color of the diapers (bc apparently that's important, who knew?!?). I also liked that it showed how long had passed since the last feeding or other recorded element so you can stay on schedule. Overall I'd highly recommend this to anyone trying to establish a good nursing routine and diaper monitoring. Or any new mom who doesn't need a piece of paper to keep track of. Best of luck with your newest addition!

Really good , I love it. I love this app!! It helped me so much when my baby was an infant. You submit when the baby eats, changes diaper and sleeps. If you breastfeed it also has for you to put from which breast your baby was fed. This app really saved my life. New parents know how the struggle is to keep up with feeding every 2 hours and keeping count how many wet diapers your baby has had. Ok top of all this what I LOVED the most was the fact that you can sync it with other phones. Which makes it so convenient. My partner has it and so does my mom who takes car of our baby while we are working. I always get an alert when my baby has done any of the activities. I simply couldn’t recommend this app enough. My baby is 15 months and I’m still using it.

Newborn necessity. My baby is now 6 weeks old and I’ve been using this app religiously since about day 4! I use it to track feedings, pumping, and diapers. I’ve been trying to sleep train my baby and this app has been vital in keeping her feedings on track to do so. I also find reassurance in knowing how many diapers she’s had and whether they were wet, dirty, or mixed to know she’s getting enough to eat and not dehydrated. I sent the app support a question and they were very fast to email back and help me with the app. Only change I’d make is to somehow find a way where multiple people could track on the same child from different devices. I make my husband, mom, or anyone else who watches the baby text me when they feed or change her so I can document it. I wish there was a way for them to document on their own and it configure with my app.

Sleep times. I like this app a lot. It helps keep track of a lot that otherwise I would forget or have to write down. I knocked off one start bc I really wish there was a way to have all the night sleep together instead of having to add it together if they have a break in sleep. The way it is now is he’ll go to bed at 730 and wake up at say, 1:00am. Then the next sleep, say 2-7am, is counted on the next days sleep instead of having it all as one night. So up at the top where it keeps track of how much they slept, it will say something like 5 hrs, instead of the whole 11 hrs of sleep that they actually got at night. That’s my only complaint. I almost forgot, there is one more issue. When I put in end times times for a nap or night time, and say put 8:00, the app will repeatedly change it to 7:59. So instead of seeing they slept a full hour or so, you’ll see 59 minutes. Not a huge deal, but very annoying to go and change it 3 or 4 times.

Great app!. This app is amazing. I love that my husband and I can both download it and log our baby’s activities. Additionally, we have it on our iPad for babysitters as well. One of my favorite features is how it keeps an inventory for your pumped breast milk and deducts it once you log an expressed bottle feed - genius! I also like how when you click to start a nursing timer, it reminds you what side you started on last. Logging milestones is cool too and I like how you can upload photos. My only other suggestion would be to keep a diaper inventory as well. I do this myself counting up the diapers we have and dividing by the average number used per day to see when I need to restock next (keeping in mind sizing up) but it would be cool if you could keep diaper inventory as well. Thanks for a great app!

Last update is garbage. Two stars because I used this app for four and a half months and liked it (and even paid for the chart system - not worth the money IMO, it doesn’t even let you decide when the “start” of a day is, nor compare charts between babies for those of us with multiples), but the most recent UI update made the whole app totally unreadable. Please change it back or at least allow users to revert in preferences. Whitespace isn’t useful. Having to decode icons isn’t a good user experience. Put the information back on the main screen! Update: Developer reached out to condescendingly suggest I use the legend buried in the settings menu. The problem I’m criticizing in my review IS that you buried the meanings in a settings menu, guys. Tiny icons (even at the largest font settings) with a few pixels’ worth of difference between them is an unhelpful way of expressing information users want to take in at a glance. Good UX would mean nobody has to go looking for definitions. Lose the pride and listen to your users; there are dozens of reviews saying the same thing about this UI overhaul.

Great app. I’ve used this app for both of my kids. On a day to day basis it helps me remember when things have happened (“why is the baby so fussy? Oh, shoot, it’s been two hours since she woke up. Time for a nap”). It has a dark screen option for night nursing. You can sync across multiple devices so different caregivers can see the same thing, I can see changes in sleep/eat patterns (usually eating more means sleeping less and vice versus). And on a grander scheme, see how far we’ve comes. My kids month 1 looks chaotic while her month 3 data is showing signs of organizing. I can also check my older kid’s data for comparison’s sake (when did he start dropping naps?) I’m a data junkie so I definitely felt like the paid version was worth it. My only request/ change would be a data entry point for longest and average nighttime sleep/day time naps. It would be fun to (hopefully) watch that number grow.

Almost perfect. This app has been great. I love using it because it’s a good streamlined app that allows me to track everything I need. I only have one suggestion for developers that would make it better: there are too many steps to get to what you want to track if you are nursing. I use this app mostly to track feedings but that means I need to go to the app, select “nursing” then select “nursing” again then select left or right. With a fussy baby this can be a lot of phone balancing. Maybe you could list nursing separately from bottle forms of feeding since it is the only one that must be tracked in the moment in order to time it accurately while the others are measurements that could be entered before or after the actual feeding. That would at least eliminate one step so we could just select nursing and then select the side. Just a thought I really do love the app overall.
