Great service great value. I have used net10 for years and they just keep getting better. I have iPhone 6 Plus and never have any call or data issues. Easy to reload and I only pay 35/mo highly recommend to this company to everyone!!

Great App, Love the new update GUI. Been a loyal customer for almost 10 years now, use the app everyday. Love how I can redeem reward points, look at how much data Ive used and see exactly when my monthly payment will be deducted from my bank account. Only question I have is it possible to transfer my number to a new sim card using the app? (I already have a new nano-sim card, the only reason I need to transfer my number to the new one is because my current sim card is the older large sized card and doesn't fit in newer phones sim card slot). I'm using the BYOP program, and don't need to make any changes to my account, except for making sure my number is still on my account but using the new sim card I purchased.

Great app!. Very easy to use and helpful when buying or adding airtime to my phone. I always just buy airtime so I don’t have to actually go buy a card from the store, it’s great! The app even gives you the autopay options and gives a discount on the bill every month if you set it up. All in all great app, thanks!

App needs improving. Left straight talk & went with net10 couple weeks ago and I downloaded the app, but when I try and create an account-it says- “my number is not associated with no net10 or can’t create account at this time!! I love their service & prices but the app needs serious updating!

Doesn’t save Primary Card. I input my credit as my main payment system but it charged my debit still. I checked the payments again today and my credit was marked as default. Please charge the correct cards especially when you can mark them default.

Great app, amazing service. App works great and makes account management easier than the website by far. I have been using Net10 for 3 years now and I am extremely satisfied. Paying $34 a month for unlimited talk, text, and 2gb of data. You cannot find a better deal anywhere.

Nice when it works. Loved it at first but now it messes up every time I open it. The app is very convenient when it comes to auto pay and data usage but it never works anymore. First it just wouldn’t ever refresh my data so I could see how much I’ve used and now it just flat out won’t let me log in. It also doesn’t tell you when your money will be taken out of your bank account or when your next bill will be due. The app also logged me out and it’s telling me that there’s no account associated with my phone number when I try to log in. Like I said it’s very convenient when it’s actually working but it definitely needs some work.

Nice app. Makes paying convenient.. I don’t use this app to much but when I need to make a payment or check info it’s always there and fairly easy to navigate.

Widget needs some fixes. On my iPhone 13Pro Net10 app widget truncates usage bar on the right edge. Widget doesn’t adjust for iPhone dark mode. On the other hand the app (which has improved in the recent 2 updates, I.e. seems to actually work now) draws usage bar correctly.. Only minor “quirk” in the app now is login question about using FaceID prompts for fingerprint instead. It’s only the wording of the setting though since FaceID works just fine.

Won’t let me log in. It was convenient when it worked but after the recent update it logged me out & keeps telling me my password is wrong. Tried resetting it & it still tells me my password is wrong.

Hot spot. I had one before and it was really nice to have when you’re not at home with your Wi-Fi it works really good and wet tell my friends and about it more

Great service, cruddy app!. The app worked great up until maybe two or three updates ago. It never lets me log in. I always get a “Cannot connect to servers at this time” Warning and I have to use the website. So tell me what is the point of having the app on my phone? That, and I get notifications for promotions I can never take advantage of because the app never works. When you log on to the website the promotion is nowhere to be found. Extremely frustrating! I have a notification on the app at this very moment I cannot clear because it will not let me log in. Please fix this app!

App needs update. The app worked great when I first downloaded it about three months ago. Now it never loads my current data usage info. The rest of the app is basic and functional.

I’ve been using this for years. So far so good! I filled out multiple surveys and it seems as though they’re listening. All of the things I requested are now available through the app ie extra gigs (added data)

App not working. When I open the app I just get a blank screen with the net 10 logo. None of my dashboard information will come up.

Needs a update. This app used to work before but in the pass month it won’t event load to tell me how much data/minutes I have left....... Thinking of switching if they don’t fix the problem.

Worst customer service ever. First I was disconnected during a transfer 8, yes 8 times. No one speaks clear English and every call each of the 8 people had different answers for my issues.

Data. Love net 10 but the data runs out too fast!! Other than that I have had no problems with this plan!

DISHONEST, RUDE. I was promised my 8 GB of data to carryover to the next plan, and when I paid it didn’t work, I asked to speak to a manager and he was just rude to me and said that “he can’t break the ‘law’ of the company” (NET10). I was surprised that the even the supervisor’s English was extremely poor, not to sound racist but it made communication almost impossible. DISHONESTY when selling a product is means for a charge back, so I’ll be calling my bank and asking for the money back. Bad move NET10! You should treat new customers better. Goodbye.

Works Great. This app is very handy when it comes time to add minutes. I would recommend for all Net10 users.

The placement of Log out button is bad. I keep hitting the log out button when I open the hamburger menu. Also the data balance never refreshes for annual plan, it should be refreshing per month.

Sign In. I still have to put in my password even after doing FaceID??

Needs To Be Fixed. I don’t know if it’s just me but it always has a connection issue with the app

It’s gone down the tubes. I have always had trouble logging in to see my usage and today is the worst day ever. I contacted support, got transferred to a supervisor, spent 1 hr and 40 min, wherein I got NOWHERE. The bottom line here is, this carrier is NOT Apple friendly so you should not waste your time using it or signing up.

Terrible app. If I could I'd give it zero stars. This app isn't worth the download. It doesn't work properly. I called net 10 to complain and they shrugged me off. Told me to erase and re-download the app. Did that and still has me listed as inactive.

DON'T BOTHER!!!. You will spend your entire time entering and re-entering your password. THEN you WILL have to reset your password and after you DO you WILL HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN!!!! I Really believe that there's somebody at the other end of this crappy application just waiting for you to enter your credit card info so they can go on a shopping spree. Hacker Apps are smoother.

Crappy App. I thought this app was going to solve my problems, but instead gave mi more problems. Trying to use the app i was left without service and had to go buy a card.

You get what you pay for. Useless app, a trained monkey could've coded a better app. Errors for wrong password disappear if you hit enter again. Constant error messages. At least all I pay is $50/mth for 5GB/mth.

Paste. The app won’t let me paste passwords from a password manager. Extremely inconvenient.

Data Problem. I have two phones on the same account and the app shows the same amount of data in each phone which is impossible, data is not accurate at all.

Buggy Application!. Installed the app with great hopes but as soon as I launched the app it showed its real potential.👎🏻 Register UI is poor as an user interface, there is no scrollview, no animation. You enter values into the textfields blindly as they are hidden behind the popped keyboard. After bearing all this, hitting 'Register' button showed 'Account could not be created' alert. This app can be of great use if released with stable version. Hope to see that soon.

How is this an app. -5 stars!!! Don't waste your time the app crashes as soon as you open the darn thing. Who ever developed this should be fired for incompetence. Their website is just a horrible.

Worthless. I've been trying to log in with this app off and on for weeks from several different devices (all iOS). The problem is that where you enter the email address and password the "Ok" button isn't active. Yeah, that's right, you can't press the "Ok" button.

Doesn't work. Since installing last month I stopped getting notifications from Net10 the week prior telling me I was running out of airtime. Didn't discover my Iphone was deactivated until I stopped getting calls. I used to get notifications w/o the app which is backwards. Tried signing in to see if I could set up notifications but was unable to sign in. The app is bothersome and pointless.

Buggy. I have three phones on one account, and it shows that they all have the same amount of data left... So it needs to be fixed quickly!! But it has a lot of potential!!!

It doesn't work!!. I was happy to download the app. But after downloading it I experienced problems signing in even tho I already have an account. It keeps telling me that "an error has occurred". Please fix this,, maybe then I will come back and write a better review. Right now it's just taking space in my phone.

Very Buggy and unstable. The app is loaded with bugs and is very unstable. Most of the time it takes 5 login attempts to access your account. The message "Something went wrong." appears too many times and is now expected. UI is not good. Overall not worth the hassle or time. Functionality is poor.

Doesn't work. Open app, try to create account and it just says "account could not be created" why? It doesn't say. How am I supposed to use the app if I can't even register?

Great service, Good App 📱. I have been with Net10 for 3 years now and I've never been happier with my phone and service. Just purchased an Iphone 7 plus and will continue to use Net10. The App is good is satisfies all my needs, easy to operate, and reliable. The App has been much improved over the last year or so and seems to be working as it should.

Bugs / ccv entry!. Pulled up my card info automatically and asked for ccv to purchase mins. When entered ccv from iPhone 5s, app says blank ccv even though I see the 3 numbers I just entered in the field. Also data tracking is off when account has more than one phone, whether active or inactive. Thank you for the app, now make it work!

App crashes on iPhone 4.. Was real excited to try this one out. I downloaded it and registered a account with no problems but as soon as I log in the app crashes.... 😑. Will be waiting for a working update.

Not bad. App has improved quite a bit during the last several months. Great for tracking usage (though it does lag usage as reported on the website).
