My photos etc are not backed up!!. Please help me figure this out. I may not use this service.

Doesn’t back up my photos. I downloaded this and it got all my contacts(though I can’t access them in the app) but only 4 photos. They weren’t even the most recent photos either, they were all from random times. I tried to take a new photo and it wouldn’t upload that either. It said all content was uploaded which is not true. I can’t figure it out but I’d like to be able to use it to store my photos especially.

Offer a LITTLE something please?. I’ve been with Straight Talk for a few years now and have never had much of an opinion one way or the other. That is, not until I realized that the cloud is only offered on the more expensive plans. I started using them because they’re one of the less expensive options. If I’m going to pay the higher price for a plan I don’t need just to get void storage that seems to be counterproductive. I’ll be honest, for that price I would prefer a carrier with better and more reliable coverage in my area. Hey Straight Talk, perhaps you could offer your customers that are on the plan that works for them, but doesn’t meet the cloud qualifications; a smaller storage option with the choice of storage add ons maybe?

1st impressions. Im writing a short review as I’m still giving myself some time to get used of the app, and I want to give ST the benefit of the doubt. First things I’ve noticed, it says all of my photos are backed up (their not) and it laggs. Extremely slow process, and it almost looks like I will have to manually upload doc’s. Idk, I’m still giving this app a shot because it’s included into my plan. Needs bug fixes ASAP.

Difficult. Difficult to work

No eligible. It says that I’m not eligible when I have a new phone. It won’t let me sign in. Then when I try to sign in another way, it errors every time. Just a ways of my 100 gigs every month that I have never seen

90 Dollar Plan is not Recognized. Looks like the programers need to fix a bug, very disappointed.

Hotspot data offer. Wow! Impressive! Str8talk service helped me with adding desperately needing hotspot data!

Good app, bad bugs…. It’s great for storing your photos, contacts, documents, and music off site. I consider it an added bonus to OneDrive, iCloud and GoogleOne that I pay for every month. It’s the fact I can’t get past the authentication screen which is driving me crazy. I have backups elsewhere which is fine for me, but others aren’t so lucky. Other bugs are I can’t delete more than 60 photos at a time. If you want to delete a certain photo. You basically have to wipe it clean each time. That’s a really big bug to me. I should be able to delete one photo that I don’t want anymore. That’s how I can’t get past the authentication screen to begin with. I forgot how unfinished this app was and I don’t want to reset for a third time. I pay for this every month. Please fix it. There are other bugs I didn’t mention in this review.

Not a secure connection!!. I have been a Straight Talk customer for a few years now and I just downloaded this app and it opens and starts the steps, but once I put in the verification code, that was sent to my iPhone phone to verify my Apple ID, the very next screen tells me that the connection is not private or secure and then makes me go back immediately and won’t go any further. Also I’m on a private WiFi network at home an it is not public and no one is on there that shouldn’t be on there. Is there any way to fix this problem??

Slow. Takes for ever stopping all the time

Efficient yet slow. It’s been very helpful with opening up storage on my phone but I feel as though it’s to slow & if seems like it’s steady clouding the same photos & videos

Douglas Miner. Been with ST for years so I thought I would download their cloud storage app. I have an iPhone with version 18 iOS which apparently this app doesn’t support? Upgrade your app please!

I’m going to throw this in the lake honestly. The app refuses to backup anything at all and your Help page offers zero help at all and no way to contact anyone. What am I paying y’all for if nothing works?

app does not have access. I bought the 65 dollar plan and I can't access the app, I'm waiting for the text message with the access code and it never arrives, I'm paying for the service and I'm not using it.

Won’t send access code. This app will not send me my access code to receive storage that I’m paying for I’ve talked to straight talk 3 different times and they can’t fix anything and says nothing is wrong but yet I’m paying for cloud storage and can’t use it please fix these bugs so I can is the app.

New Customer—Terrible Apps. This is like the 3rd app that didn’t work for my brand new iPhone 13,and the $65 plan from Straight talk. It keeps saying an “authentication problem”. I have already been to a straight talk agent where I brought my phone and service from in Walmart. Over half of my perks are “not accessible”. I just purchased everything on March 6, 2026. I can’t even use the cloud space. This is terrible.

What a great benefit!. I had no idea I was eligible for this until my boyfriend pointed out to me, wow did I need this app, it’s very easy to use and now I feel good about having all my stuff backed up because Lord knows Apple doesn’t give you much space
