Download functionality does not work. The download capability does not work without being able to access the internet. You can download a video but need to connect to internet to start the video or launch the app. This makes it useless if trying to use on a subway or airplane

Terrible Support and Service. Terrible absolutely tiny brain app requires you to log in with udemy account but most users sign up through their University and do not have a udemy account. You can not access the content from the internet on your phone as it redirects you to an half thought out app. I wish I was not forced to use this stinker of an app. On top of that I was meant with no number or email to easily find help. I was meant to save time not waste it boo Udemy.

Class don’t load. Worst experience ever. Bought a monthly Subscription and haven’t been able to access my class for quite sometimes now and mind you I’m preparing for a certification. Customer service is useless a part giving u discount that don’t help if app is not working. Same issue on the website my class stop loading properly. You guys don’t even deserve one start.

Just opens Safari, not a real app. Don’t understand why it’s on App Store. It just opens the udemy page and if you accidentally click on Done, it closes the browser and you have to sign in again. No any real app features like downloading for offline viewing, landscape mode (not even for videos), it’s actually more convenient to use Safari

Doesn’t work with the Walmart account. At login, it takes me to my company’s single sign on (SSO) website through Safari. After logging in, the app remains in Safari, allowing me to browse my courses. If I were to click “Done” in the browser, it takes me back to the page “Enter the name of your organization’s account” which forces me to log in again through my company’s SSO page. Might as well just use the browser rather than this app. FYI my company account is by Walmart.

Great app. Tough to make time to study sometimes, so having the app makes it easy to just jump into a course for a few minutes when I have time. Waiting at the doctor’s office, sitting on the train. Also easy to pick up where I left off in the course.

Experiencing problems with the app. First, I want to tell that I am using both Udemy and Udemy for business and I have some problems with both. But the problem I have with using Udemy for business is that I cannot adjust the quality of the video to 1080 and it is held automatically by the app not even showing the value. I watch videos with lots of coding and even with my iPad I cannot see anything what is written on the screen because of the low resolution of video. Another problem that I have with this app is that once I enrolled in the course I automatically the same minute received notification into my email with congratulations for completing the course and was issued the certificate. I even did not start the course which is weird. All this makes me sad while trying to get my work done.

Very good app except audio sync problems in 1.5x speed. App was wonderful and does what is required very well until ..... I started to use it at 1.5x speed. It does work good at 1.5x speed too but audio goes out of sync or gets muted very often. This problem gets resolved if I scroll back a few mins/secs of video and gets continuity, but by then I would have lost the time in going back and defeats the purpose of 1.5x speed playback. If this is rectified, it’s a wonderful app.

Videos Play great, doesn’t track completion or hours. I just watched 1/3 of a Javacript course on the compute which was tracked great. I switched over to watching on iPad to finish the last 4 hours of the course. Although I completed the course, none of the “progress” was tracked. Really disappointing.

I love Udemy, App is lacking. I love Udemy and use it often. But the app is seriously lacking in advancement. I mostly use and iPad Pro, and Udemy should AT LEAST offer split screen view so I can take notes on GoodNotes app and watch course content at the same time. They do allow you to pop out the video, but you have to open the app and launch the next video and re-pop out the video player for every course lesson. Very cumbersome and annoying to do this. Please update the app so we can get a better user experience on iPads!

Very unreliable service. This app is significantly slower than the non-business version. At times, the app is not able to even return search results. Very disappointed in the unreliability of this app.

Suffers from many technical issues on iPad. Even when loading downloaded video content, often fails to load videos and app must be restarted multiple times to get videos to function. Apart from this, the app always opens in the vertical screen orientation for iPad rather than the default horizontal orientation iPads are usually used in. Unrelated to iPad issues, it’s worth mentioning that on computer, sped up playback rates for some reason seem to severely mess up the audio making it effectively unintelligible. This for whatever reason does not seem to be a problem on mobile devices.

Super !. American Airlines offers these courses to their employees and I could not be happier . I wanted to attain my Net + certification and this course will make it super easy for me . After Net + I hope to study for Server + and Security + . I am really looking forward to utilizing the courses !

Latest update. The latest update ruined the app. Videos in a learning series are skipped over. The video audio is muted and the app has to be restarted over and over. The player in player function disappears after every video in a series. Unusable as an app for any sort of productivity.

Offline Viewing never has worked. The ability to view videos that has been downloaded never has worked. I have downloaded videos but the app never lets me past the “Enter your organization” screen. If I have no internet connectivity, there is no way to get past that screen and thus no way to view my downloaded content! Please fix!

Can’t login on the mobile app. My employer uses federation login, when transferred to that page iOS says it can’t login because the phone is not connected to the internet, which is incorrect.

Signing into Gale is virtually impossible. Signing in for some libraries don't work at all. Once you are able to sign in for the first time, after your session expires, it only redirects you to an error page stating "We're unable to find a SaaS application for the SAML response received." It doesn't give you ANY options at that point. The only solution is to delete and reinstall the app every single time. Ridiculous.

It’s ok. Wish UI was less intrusive.. Update: lowered my rating to a one due to the copy pasted developer response. How would reinstalling fix your UI? It plays the lectures from Udemy, so I guess it works ok. The only thing that bothers me is that the UI elements will often cover the content, especially the down arrow at the top left of the screen.

Really good content. I really like udmey and this app. The only reason for a 4 star is because the casting functionality is not as good as it should be and in comparison to other apps like LinkedIn learning. Please improve this as it is very buggy. Thanks

Issues fast tracking. Sometimes when I fast forward or jump around in the videos, the video will freeze but the audio will continue to play. There is no clear way to get the video to work again. I am having the same issues on iPad and iPhone. I’ve been through a few iOS updates and Udemy app updates but the issue remains. Very frustrating.

Udemy Business is Great for Business. This app has been a great benefit during this covid19 time. I have been able to learn new skills. Thank you for a great app please continue to make it an awesome experience

Great content, needs UX work. I love the app overall. I am fortunate to have access through my library. But the login process every time I use the app is a pain. I’m not sure why I have to enter so much information every time. Other than that I love the content.

Improved App! Thanks for fixing my suggestions. The autoplay used to keep the UI on on the next video. Now after update the UI auto hides on playing the next video. Finally I do not need to retap the screen on autoplay! Thank you dev team!

Authentication issues make this app useless. Each time I use the app I’m forced to sign in, a process that I do successfully, but which then takes me to a browser inside the app instead of the native app itself. Usually the third time I log in I’m able to access the full app itself. This happens every single day, or multiple times a day if I switch to a different app for long enough.

Constantly logs out. After using the app and I go to put the app in the background, when the video is done playing, it will log me out. I don’t have to go through the whole process of logging back in which is a pain.

One thing. I love this app, its very intuitive to navigate. Though, I am unable to view videos fit-to-screen on my iPad Pro 12.9. Edit. Lol never mind found it

Apple TV app?. Good courses and app but why no Apple TV app like your consumer app? Would be ideal for those of us that work all day and want to learn at night. Most of my courses are technical and need to use my laptop for labs and would be great to see content on my TV. Streaming is okay (thanks for adding that capability) but a dedicated app preferred.

Perfect for commuters like me. This makes my hour-long train ride much more productive. I can even keep listening with the phone in my pocket and the screen off while I walk to and from the station, or when the train is so packed that there’s no room for me to hold up the phone to watch it.

Latest updates are a huge improvement!. Just updated the Udemy for Business app today, and it works much more smoothly, loads faster, feels less buggy in general. Feels like a totally new app.

Neverending Webview interface. It keeps opening a Webview and making me authenticate there but never reverts back to the native mobile app interface, it’s just a Webview nonstop. It evens suggests downloading the app - from inside the webview, IN THE APP. And after authenticating, if I close the app it loses the webview session again and I have to star from square one, over and over and over. It’s borderline unusable.

Courses and videos are great but app is terrible. The app is terrible You have to go through a lengthy log in process each time where you find the corporation or library you are logging in through, type in their identification to login, then login again to your udemy account. This is all done through a redirection via your phone browser and over half the time the app still won’t work after

LOVE Udemy. Don’t Like The App. First and foremost, I swear by Udemy courses and I’m appreciative that I’m able to obtain free courses through my city library. With that being said, this app is SEVERELY lacking. Below are the issues I experience on a daily basis: 1. I’m CONSTANTLY having to login multiple times throughout the day. Having to manually search for my library, enter my ID, then login to my actual Udemy account. This works one the first time about 70% of the time. 2. I’m unable to rotate my phone sideways and view videos in landscape mode on my iPhone. Makes it hard to see when I want to be hands free while working out. 3. On my iPad, I can view in landscape mode but there’s no AirPlay option lol. I would love to have some resemblance of uniformity/consistency across my Apple devices!!

Good content, but technical issues with Airplay. I'm experiencing serious issues attempting to Airplay content from my phone to the TV. Given how small the iPhone screen is, that makes the app almost unusable for my learning. As stated in the review title, the Udemy content is great and not what I have an issue with. Skip the app and just use Udemy on your laptop or tablet.

AirPlay not working. AirPlay is not working from the iPad. It just spins. If I try screen mirroring instead and play the video from there, I can hear the audio, but the video only says it's playing on AirPlay, which isn't correct because the video isn't playing (it only displays the course's title image). If this isn't supported, at least show an error message rather than have it spin indefinitely. To compare, the regular Udemy app (non-Business) is working fine on AirPlay.

Very unstable application. The app randomly crashes and closes the course you were doing. It’s especially annoying when the phone is in your pocket and your hands are busy or when you analyze the test results and after the crash have to start over. The mentioned crashes appear quite often.

Missing multitasking features. Great app, one minor inconvenience though. I take notes in another app on my iPad and being able to open Udemy and my notes app side by side would be a GODSEND. For real if you add that it would change the game, edX has it ;) Otherwise solid app, displays all of my courses and picks up where I left off on my desktop.

Misses watched Mark BTW. Well, It’s surprisingly Great. As I am learning from multiple screens, I’m amazed to see it’s synchronous maintainability. Well the Only Issue I faced is after watching continuous lessons from a playlist, sometimes it misses watched mark (Tic Icon) on some videos. Well reopen the app fixes the issues BTW.

iOS lesson transition. While the content is great, the interface is very disappointing. When selecting a course on iPad the initial video will play without any interaction. When the video lesson is over and transitioning to the next lesson, it hangs with a loading icon for several minutes and might eventually play after several minutes, but not guaranteed. The only way to quickly advance from one lesson to the next is immediately after the current lesson is over, you must close out of Udemy, closing the app from background apps, relaunch Udemy, and the video starts immediately. This happens on both wi-fi and cellular, using an iPad Pro, running iOS 14.3. The issue remains the same if Udemy is among several apps running in the background, or after closing all apps, doing a soft reset and loading only Udemy. I have also removed Udemy and selected all the content, then re-downloaded Udemy And the symptoms are identical. I want the video lessons to smoothly transition from one lesson to the next without having to fiddle with my iPad between each lesson.

403 access error. The app was running fine for the longest time but now I am receiving a 403 access error. It doesn’t make any sense to me and I did reach out to support for some help. I did some pretty good troubleshooting steps, but I’m receiving the same result so I can’t recommend this app and I can’t give it a good rating at the moment.

Suggesting a Feature. It would be better if there was an option to create folders. This will help us group our courses

Love the app. It makes it easy to take courses while traveling. I’d like to see an automatic login link that would take you to the website. The app doesn’t have all of the same capabilities as the website.

Issue with video rendering. Very recently, I began experiencing some video render issues. When I begin a course the play button in the middle of the screen disappears and then reappears and the video seems to start in the background without any sound. This only happens on my iphone.

The lectures don’t auto start. Love the app. However in the latest update there is a bug which does not load the next lecture automatically. Have to restart the app every time. Gives an error message ‘Sorry! We cannot load the lecture’ error. Thanks, Vijay

Good content, but.... Content available through the app is great, but app has regularly crashed while switching between course modules and I found a bug where it plays two streams of the video on top of each other, so you essentially hear a huge echo.

Good app but not great. Decent amount of content but struggles when it comes to keeping audio synced, and it’s 50/50 chance when I lock my phone and try to play audio. If a new Bluetooth device connects the app loses its mind and takes a phone restart to work properly again. Also it’s quite common it replays the last video if I exit the app even if I’ve completed it!

Watch while I commute. I love this app. I used to listen to music on my morning commute until I downloaded this app. Now I’m way more productive and i get to learn about new topics. The great thing about the app is that it allows me to download content onto my device so when I’m underground on public transit I’m still able to watch my courses

Still Broken. Got a new 12 Pro Max 512 about 2 weeks and installed U4B. Resuming videos after pausing and putting the app in background for a while still doesn’t work reliably (maybe it works fine 10% of the time). I’ve only gotten the out of memory error once so far. I was hoping that after my last review where I reported these issues, you did some QA and the update I installed yesterday that “fixes video playback issues” would resolve, but it didn’t. If I can “replicate” the issues almost 100% of the time now on 2 devices, I can’t believe it’s limited to me and that your QA can’t replicate.

Last update was a step back. Great app overall, but the last update made the app buggy and killed a few basic elements. Progress is difficult to tell, because there is no longer a consistent indicator for completed videos. Also, a memory error occurs regularly. Not deal breakers, but not as well executed as my original experience.

Very poor performance. The app has poor performance and crashes a lot. Very poor customer experience.

Decent content, very poor app. I love the content on Udemy, but it’s just frustrating that these contents must be served by such a poorly made app. Every time I minimise the player (by swiping down) to keep it playing and come back, the video will be paused! It’s very disruptive. The only way to play these video on Apple TV is actually only playing them on this app through AirPlay, and there is actually a Udemy TV app with just one single page asking you to download the phone app! But the AirPlay feature is just another mess. All the AirPlay videos on other apps have been fine to me, but only on Udemy, those videos which could be loaded on my iPhone won’t load on my Apple TV randomly. It fails 5 times out of 10. There are even more design failures, such subtitles staying on the phone while the video is being played on the TV. It’s so sad that those instructors on Udemy devoted so much effort to make fantastic content, but their audience has to be stuck in this badly made app. They deserves a better platform, and we do as well

Udemy black screen. Hi Team! While studying on Udemy in phone, if the course is idle for couple of minutes, it just times out and then it shows black screen. Hence, I have to go back and refresh the page and start again, this is something which is pretty annoying. I have also checked in 2 different phones(iOS 14.4.2) and it does exactly the same. This issue has recently started, may be this month. Hoping to get some resolution for the same. Thanks, GM.

The in- app udemy course reviews have become worthless. So many pointless reviews for Udemy courses where people are literally saying “seems good so far “ , “pretty good but just started” , “don’t know yet” . Please delete these , they don’t add any value to people looking for their next course. Clearly these instances are people getting review popups who didn’t seek out to leave a review themselves. Its now become impossible now to find good courses from all the rest … Please stop prompting people to review a course , until they are more than 50% through it…. This Apple app review is the only place I could even find to provide this feedback…

Lots of area to improve. Mediocre app, and unstable user experience, especially with screen casting and offline playing.

App review. Udemy for Business is good. The app for Udemy for Business is buggy. Videos (downloaded and streamed) frequently stop and can’t be resumed, regardless of buffering speed. This makes it almost unusable. The rest of the app is user friendly enough, but I have been trying to watch one lecture for months and it keeps stopping so I come back to it a week later etc. etc...

Still crash after March 10 update. This app is annoying. The March 10 update does not fix the problem of crashing when search returns nothing. Can't even use the app now.

Good Content, Bad App Experience. While the courses offered and their quality are great so far, the actual app leaves much to be desired. One major issue is that the app requires users to log in every time it is closed, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the login process opens a browser session within the app, but does not automatically close it after logging in, forcing users to manually close the browser and log in again. Another feature that is missing is the ability to lock the screen and continue listening to the course while on a walk or doing other activities. Finally, it would be helpful to have a feature that allows users to easily save a course without having to add it to a pathway and click multiple times before it's actually saved somewhere.

App broken. Udemy is a good service but the app doesn’t work very well. You can’t change the volume in the app. You have to change to Spotify or similar, change the volume then go back to udemy. The playback speed doesn’t persist when you move to the next video. Additionally, when you open the app and have bad/no connection it seems like it still try’s to connect anyway instead of just showing you your downloaded videos.

Video sometimes pauses for no reason. I’m pretty sure my internet is fast enough because I have no issues streaming 4K content.

What is wrong with the business version?. I use the consumer version of Udemy and it’s a great little app that does the job quite well. The enterprise version (Udemy-for-Business) is ages behind its cousin in the user experience department. It looks like the consumer Udemy app from a year ago. It even looks way more awful on the iPhone X. It’s a shame that despite the ability to develop a decent app, there’s no initiative to update the business version.

Dowloaded videos not showing. As much I liked Udemy for businesses, I got frustrated by the app. I was hoping to download videos been connected to wifi and watch them commuting to the office, but it turned out that any single video saved in app into my IPad could not be played. It’s just dark screen with a rolling circle...

Makes learning a breeze!. The functionality allowing you to download training content for offline use later works a treat!

It’s useless with SSO defaulting to Safari. I’ve opened up a several cases with Udemy business support for this issue. Basically my organisation only supports Edge via its VPN for any SSO. The this app opens up Safari EVERYTIME to login through SSO which my org does not support. Please change your code to pick up the default browser instead of Safari all the time!

Crashes on iPhone 14.4 version. The app crashes every 5 mins and when you reopen the app it is sometimes unresponsive. Kindly fix the app.

Video freezes. When you change the play speed, the video would freeze till the end. Would have to restart the application to get it synced.

Constantly asks for authentication. Almost every time I try to use the app it asks me to sign in. The single sign on experience is awful. App supposedly fails to sign in and when trying to sign in again it somehow works without credentials. App is incredibly slow when loading anything, including videos, resources and quizzes. This makes it incredibly hard to maintain focus while a significant amount of time is spent looking at a blank screen or loading screen, which makes this a poor learning tool.

Won’t find library. When it comes to the part to sign in it won’t find my library.

What happened?. This all used to work fine. Logging in is now buggy, my courses don’t even appear anymore and the courses library loads before crashing and kicking me out of my account. Please fix this!

Offline download issue. Been trying to download a course for offline studies but it’s still downloading for 4 days now Crap

Worst app. I’m unable to log in through SSO or through email. The instructions are unclear and no proper support channel

Bad memory handling. iPhone XR and sit constantly telling me it can play a video on the lowest setting because the device is out of memory. Almost nothing else open and the only app that this happens too even if I have 25 app running. Absolute fail.

Extremely unstable. Lectures have randomly issues loading and sometimes pause for a few seconds, even if downloaded offline. Sometimes a lecture just doesn't load at all, I have to skip it and return to it later. Other apps play online content fine on my phone. Downloads do not go in order of lectures, so I always watch beginning of a course online, while there are some videos downloaded in the middle or end of the course already. Sometimes a notification says download finished, but most of the course is still missing and seems to be selected for download, even if nothing is downloading at the moment. It takes so much time to download something offline, even if a speed test shows tens of Mbps wifi speed. Downloaded content sometimes just disappears, so I stopped using downloading offline completely, as it's unusable. The app sometimes shows nothing in My courses or says No internet connection, even if wifi is connected. I have to kill the app and start it again. Udemy (not for Business) seems to work better, this app really needs a full code review ASAP!

Too slow and going full screen is a nightmare. This app is so slow and I wonder why a company won’t fix it, please ask one of your tutors to write a new app for you. Tutorials are good but app isn’t, such a shame

Offline great, but buggy. I greatly appreciate having an offline mode so I can consume content in the subway. It's a lot easier to manage that in-app on iOS than downloading videos and putting them into iTunes and deleting them later. But I wish it worked better than it does. The app forgets where I am until I sync online, which is very annoying if I've downloaded several hours of lectures which I intend to watch in several sittings, but with no wifi available between.

Sharpen your saw. I enrolled for many courses, some I completed , and many stopped . Every course teach me something and get benefits even I don’t completed. I recommend Udemy for business for each company/college looking to reward their employees/student.

Bad experience with chromecast. Chromecast usage is incredibly annoying. After a selected video is finished, instead of playing the next video, it would show the loading of next video, then immediately skip to next video, repeated for a few. In total it would skip around 5 videos ahead.

Buggy, laggy, bad design. Videos that I download will simply refuse to play. No error message just endless loading. Forced to watch in mobile browser. Plus app is slow and hard to navigate. Quite disappointing.

Horrible UI. It’s so bad that even the play button doesn’t work more than half of the time.

Chromecast. Chromecast streaming is very buggy

Needs work. It’s disappointing that the app has to stay open when trying to play a video casted to AppleTV. And I agree with others about the offline download feature being finicky. Just in general, the app feels half baked! (It’s actually funny that I’m taking courses in app development from an app that sucks so much lol.)

The app crash every time when I try to open any lesson. The classes works fine when I see it directly on website but this app crashes every time I open lesson and after second crash it stops showing any lesson. This version does not fix the problem

Usually a great app but REALLY buggy right now. Regardless of what I do the app won’t allow me to actually use my account. It keeps logging me out and not allowing me to go to the actual app interface (as opposed to the web interface) when I log in. It won’t allow me to enrol in any courses either. Please fix whatever is going on.

Garbage. How can this company be 10 years producing this platform and their iPad app is still garbage? I click on a lecture and half the time it’ll change the lecture after a very long delay and the other half of the time it won’t switch at all and this is after opening and closing it several times on an iPad Pro. Their videos load very slowly. They limit what comes up in my searches on the iPad. Just total frustration. I really hope someone makes a competitor soon! Please this can’t be the market leader forever.

Equal functionality. This application needs to be brought up to the same level as the personal version of Udemy, including the AppleTV application support.

Sign in not working. Its giving error organization name is incorrect for the correct name as well. Buggy useless app not able to get into application. I am able to use account on website but application is not useful. Please correct sign in flow

It won’t stop begging. It keeps begging for permission to send notifications. I’ve declined 4 times now, and the nags continue. Sure, I could accept and then disable them in iOS, but why can’t it just accept no and let me continue my course? This is a paid business service, not TikTok, right? But Dave, I hear you say, notifications are useful? Maybe. Probably not. But just in case I already enabled them on my phone. Literally nothing gets to nag me on my iPad, this includes you Udemy.

Bad App!!!. This app does no work! Anytime that I try to watch a class, the app crashes, and after a while the application stop completely to work, and I am unable to search for courses.

Unable to enroll in courses. I have to use PC to enroll then everything works within expectations.

Sloppy UI/UX. One of my biggest issue is that when we go to full screen it's really hard to go back to normal. Because the area is little to capture the click in the bottom right corner and screen UI just blinks away. Downloading and deleting courses is little buggy. Can't download courses in the background. And app stalls when we delete the offline course. App is ok if you can adjust to some inconvenience

Courses are good, app not so much. For some time now the video playback has been super buggy and it finally drove me nuts enough to leave a review. The majority of the time if you go into the app the play button doesn’t work. The only way I can get it to work is to tap on another course video and then come back to it, sometimes several times. If I leave the app for a moment and come back, same thing. Given that the majority of time spent in the app revolves around video, the video playback should be the most refined feature but it is not.

AirPlay/tvOS. They don’t let you browse videos from the Apple TV app. Have to AirPlay which has so much lag and stutters. Maybe a cast option instead of streaming?

GOOD BUT WONT ALLOW AIR SCREEN CAST. Now I am mirroring my phone to the tv. Every app works. Even Udemy, BUT if I start a video… NOTHING. Screen becomes black.

Signing. Why is it that I always have to sign in every single time I use the app, the same issue with the web app.

Great app but need split screen. I wished split screen works on iPad to make viewing video and taking notes easy at the same time.

Annoying. Stop asking me to turn on notifications. Store my preference and respect it.

Scam. Signed up for a week trial, canceled it an hour late and was charged $200. Offered to pay for one month and begged for a refund, they said “no exceptions”. Beware of a very hard to reach company with no customer service values!

Chromecast not working. When I choose device to cast to, app is no longer responsive but audio still plays. Have to force quit.

Easy to search and download. Really amazed at how easy this app is to use. I can download courses for when I’m driving in bad WiFi areas

Logs Out everytime. Like Udemy and they have great courses but it logs me out everytime and takes 2-3 times logging in to actually get into the app.

Constant Airplay Issues. Why won’t you fix this app so AirPlay works as it should? It is literally impossible to AirPlay to an Apple TV 4K. AirPlay works fine with all of my other apps. Only Udemy seems to have this chronic issue. Seriously, how hard could this be to fix?

Why blocking screenshots?. Screenshots are critical to bookmark content when watching from mobile devices. Maybe try limiting number of screenshots taken instead of completely blocking?

Great for mobile learning. Great APP with a lot of content. It’s very useful for mobile learning.

Error loading lectures. I keep receiving “An error has occurred while loading this lecture” on all lectures I play. The first couple lectures played fine. Not anymore :/

The downloaded is lost again. Okay you guys maybe fix a bug - there is another one that will ask you to login again and all downloads are gone.

Few courses are not available. Need more courses to be available which are in usual Udemy

Doesn’t work, waste of time. The app says my device is jailbroken, even though it’s not. So it’s pretty useless for me since it won’t let you do anything.

Bug - can’t move forward with sign on. Tried multiple times to sign on. Application assays my email is configured for single sign on and to go to organization selection to select the SSO option. Problem is? There is no SSO option on the org selection screen, thus I’m stuck.

Can’t login with my corporate account. The same account name & password combination can work on the desktop version, but it does not work on my iPad app.

SSO Not Working. SSO still not working with Gale (using a oublic library card) with Udemy. Signs me in and doesn’t pass the SSO token to the app, so I’m only signed into the web browser and not the actual app. No point in even using the app.

No Side By Side Support. The app is so-so. It would be so much better if there was side by side support, like the normal version of the app has.

Crashes frequently. Crashes as soon as I open any course. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that doesn’t help. I ended up using the Udemy website on my iPhone.

DRM Overkill. Can't use with a second monitor because DRM. Can't use Bluetooth audio because DRM. Can't take screenshots because DRM. I would never pay for this out of my own pocket suffice to say.

Couldn’t watch downloaded course offline. Pre-downloaded a course to watch on plane. Unfortunately the app kept logging me out. When I was not able to get on WiFi I was not able to view my downloaded course at all. Please fix this login bug.

Needs AirPlay ability. Not able to connect to my Roku tv

Doesn't work with SSO. Tried this with the Intuit business account. It does not return to the app after the SSO authentication and just drops you into the mobile web version..

Would be great if it connected. Doesn’t connect. Takes me to edge to connect then fails. Then when I login on edge and click to open in app, takes me to login screen on app, which then takes me to the same failure point.

This app is useless. It requires me to sign in, and doesn’t do anything different than the browser. I’ll just use the browser, thanks.

Buggy. As a user, I want the app to keep my place in the course I am taking so that I don’t have to retake sections I have already taken.

Problem with Loading Video Content. After the iOS 14 update, the app has constantly failed to load all of course content. I am forced to use a web browser on a PC in order access the course. The app is totally unusable. The app was stable under iOS 13.

Video player is BUGGY. Downgrading to 1 star. When watching videos, I get out of memory errors; or is becomes laggy or unresponsive to screen taps. Makes it frustrating to try to skip back or pause. Happens on iPad mini 4 and iPhone X.

Impossible to sign in. The app wouldn’t work with the corporate account. Out of a dozen time I tried to use it, twice it worked, the rest of my attempts led me to being locked out. Ridiculous.

Forced log out after app inactivity. Like previous comments note, app forces log out after I haven’t used it for a short period of time. And I just downloaded the app. Please fix

White screen, nothing else. What happened guys? Can’t even get to a login. Straight plain white screen, no interface, nothing. Fix your app. Restarted iPad and iPhone, same behavior.

Lots of bugs. Lots of bugs. The two most irritating ones 1. Every time you logon it will ask your organization name again and again! Why simple can’t take the previous value? Or let me store as profile ? 2. Offline videos downloaded by app- at least 90% of them are useless. They get corrupt in downloading. Some of them needed to be downloaded 3-4 times

Full screen. Please create a ticket to enable full screen for videos in landscape mode ASAP. This feature is needed urgently.

Slow n sluggish app behavior. Videos take time to play, unnecessary pause between playing videos. Slow downloading courses and sometimes doesn’t even download properly.
