Message jump. Overall app is easy to use and navigate. One complaint is that when scrolling through previous messages trying to locate info or re read something the messages jump back to the bottom the the page. Frustrating when trying to get back to previous messages. Other than that it’s good.

App is flakey but service via web has been good. I’ve used the Push Health service for a number of years now. Have had two providers assigned to me and very happy with their responsiveness and getting my Rx’s filled (I’m in healthcare myself and provide detailed info which I’m sure helps). However! THIS app is still buggy and at times nearly unusable. Crashing, repeated logins necessary when trying to do anything - login, go to dashboard and asked to login again, send a message and go back to dashboard then (yup) forced to login again. Go to activity and once again… like come on guys! I’d have sacked each and every one of you developers many times over if you were in my company/department. Right now I’ve logged in, and have been on&off over the last two days, but can’t get into the app at all because it’s asking for a PIN. Hmmm 6 digits? I don’t ever recall 6. I’m now locked out of an app I’ve just been using from the exact same device and have not yet been able/offered to reset it. Do ANY of you guys use your own app? I doubt it… I also doubt I’ll get any response here seeing other reviews with nary a peep from anyone.

Welcome to modern day quality affordable healthcare. The creators of push are modern day hero’s. These physicians care about patients and patient outcomes. They truly provide quality affordable care. I am a registered nurse with insurance but due to the pandemic I have had a very difficult time getting seen for simple things. I recently came down with Covid and could not get a doctors appointment or even get a Kaiser doctor to call me back for 8 days. At my wits end with nothing to lose I signed up for push and talked to a doctor in less than an hour from signing up amd got my medications called in to a pharmacy. Dr. Stephan Phan is kind and cured me from Covid. This app has the capability to change the way we have access to knowledgeable doctors. I believe so strongly in this company and it’s team I will be applying as soon as I am finished with my NP.

Terrible app. This app, like the other reviews said, is super frustrating. It crashes so much, you can’t access messages or your profile, and you have to repeatedly log in. Customer service is non existent. They tell you to email if you are having technical issues, and when you do, they respond with a generic pre written response that doesn’t address or reference your original issue in the first place. Terrible. This app has a lot of potential but in 2023 when people need access to their doctors and medication, it’s completely unacceptable. Sad. What’s the point of creating an app when you don’t have tech support, you don’t fix bugs, and you don’t maintain the app to ensure its functionality. Like I said, frustrating.

No issues at all. I paid the $65 listed my symptoms and the prescription I needed spoke with a doctor and had my prescription sent to pharmacy in 15 min total. People complaining that they have to pay the fee for every prescription don’t get it. Why would they fill 8 prescriptions for one fee of $65 they are saving you so much money by not going to the doctors and people like me that do not have insurance it’s a great service. Also someone said they had to repay for a refill and yea of course you do if your prescription said 0 refills or any number of refills and you used them all then you have to pay for a refill. What do people expect the doctor to put unlimited refills and you pay one time. These 1 star complaints are a joke. Great app and great service especially when you need a prescription ASAP.

Scam. They charged me but never gave me the prescription. I already have a prescription for the medicine I need. Which is a topical cream. But I’m running out and my doctor retired. My new doctor has a long wait and I’m gonna run out of my prescription before my appointment. I thought this app would be the answer. The medical professional who contacted me asked me a few questions about the cream but then stopped talking to me. Then I received an e-mail that my request timed out and that I would be refunded. But I never received it. There’s also no way to delete your profile so they keep your information.

Pushhealth is real deal!. I have never once left a review for an ap and ive had all sorts over time. But this ap is truly a lifesaver. The telehealth model, the whole thing. I live in a rural area and got a horrible toothache i have limited medical insurance and zero dental coverage,and no regular dentist, i was panicing. I found push health, downloaded it and gave it a try. I was connected with Anne Blanchette a PAC as i requested either a Doctor or a PA, in my opinion my experience has shown me that PAs are as knowledgeable as Doctors but they generally have an amazing bedside manner and are more informative. i was not disappointed. I explained exactly what was going on, she responded within minutes and i had a prescription at the pharmacy within an hour. After two days i had a couple iof concerns, i messaged again and within minutes my questions were answered in full. All from the comfort of my home for around 60 dollars. I wasnt forced to go to just any dentist and have the opportunity now to research and go somewhere i believe is a good fit for my needs in addition to having the peace of mind knowing that there is a medical professional available to me with a few taps on my cellphone, which is amazing to someone like myself living in a rural area, limited health insurance, etc. as for the ap itself, its simple, no frills, to the point,does what it says. Ill never be without it.

Good telehealth Service. I appreciate the fast response from the providers on PUSH more than anything. I felt I was screened well and my provider addressed my concerns in a prompt and professional manner. I was able to provide my own current vitals therefore it was nearly like a normal in person appt. I’ll continue to use until price outweighs the convenience.

Review. It would be nice if you could choose a doctor or request a new Dr without going through the current Dr. If you don’t mesh with your current Dr it would be nice to be able to ask for another, or choose from a friends recommendation. It also would be nice if your Dr had to alert you to any policy change and you could choose to stay or get a new Dr. I don’t like that they can change policy to one that is different than you signed up for and not alert you until after you have paid a consult fee.

Great company. I will say I read the reviews but also listened to my friends that have used the company. I am VERY happy with the companies service and the doctor that matched with me. I used the online service for the initial set up and request the. Used the app for communication. Once I received the email that I was matched I had a response in 5 minutes from that doctor. Was able to get a script and filled and picked up same day. I hope this is the same outcome for you that read this comment / rating.

This just liked online doctors and savings time. So I am always busy to go to my skin doctor.. I saws this app on google and I give a try because iI takes PayPal , after day I answer few questions then the doctor send my request description to one of my houses locations pharmacy pick up medicine… I got 2 refill too … so I piad 65 $ fee chager and paid my medicines … I think it saves my time and worth the money… is legit …

Non-responsive. I submitted my information well over a month ago for the e-prescribing and was told verification “typically takes ten days”. I found out that they are not currently verifying providers and they do not know when verification will take place again. Meanwhile I’ve submitted all my personal information and spent hours trying to get verification completed only to continually hit a wall of information that isn’t accurate. Just do what you say you will! Deliver value is all I’m asking one way or the other.

Providers Steal Your Money. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Providers give you the runaround and outright scam you out of money only to not prescribe you anything. I was scammed out of over $100. No response from support. When confronted, the doctor told me I was “rude” and then erased all my messages (which I had already screenshot all of) and declined to help further. Regardless of if you get a good provider, prices are at their whims and they can up charge whenever. Need a refill? That’ll be $500 this month instead of the $20 you paid last month. I’m fairly certain this app and providers on it are breaking all kinds of telemedicine laws and this whole thing will be investigated and shut down soon. RUN, don’t walk, away from this sketchy app and platform. You’ve been warned.

The best Medical Application you ever need!. I was looking for another doctor to help me with some issues I have that my primary doctor was not addressing as important “TO HIM”, but to me, it was important. I found this Medical App and it has been WONDERFUL, to find a doctor that will listen to you and help you with your health!!! And what’s even crazy, I have never met this person, never been to their office, and yet she is the best!!! Everything you need done over your phone. She will order what ever test needs to be done, order your prescriptions, all at YOUR CONVENIENCE!!!!! You never have to set aside a time to go to the doctor’s office, and go waste your time on someone that does not care!!

Great Health Provider. I have had a medical issue for a very long time and have seen numerous doctors. One phone call with a health professional and I am back on my way to a normal healthy life. The health care professional took the time to listen to me and asked questions no other doctors had and we were able to work out a plan that works for me and my life. I have never had such an experience at any of heath care provider. I have always felt like a number, hurry and get you out and move on to the next one. Push healthcare providers actually care and take the time with you and listen. If there were more than 5 stars believe they would get it from me. Thank you once again.

Easy and Fast. I read a lot about RetinA online and was excited to try it, but didn’t want the hassle and wait of going to see my doctor. I thought I’d give the app a try. It was so easy to sign up and literally within about 15 minutes of doing so I had a RX being filled at my pharmacy. The provider included some tips on using it and was quick to answer my follow up question. I am very pleased and will use this app again for any RX I need a quick refill on or to try something new that doesn’t require an in depth evaluation.

Excellent adjunct healthcare resource. Push health is more responsive in a timely manner as opposed to me going to my regular primary care physician. This is an excellent resource to obtaining valuable healthcare assistance that is not overly burdened with time restriction, and I appreciate being able to have access to this valuable timely & responsive medical assistance. Not every healthcare concern I have necessarily requires that I see my primary care physician at great cost and delay. Having Push healthcare available for these exceptions in pursuing my best healthcare options is a great resource to have.

It’s awesome. It saved me scheduling an appointment and a lot of wasted time to get a refill. I signed up and literally within 5 minutes i was matched with a doctor who approved my refill request, i called my pharmacy right after to verify, and they actually received the order. 30 minutes later I picked the prescriptions up.

Review. I’ve been using Push since last year and have to say it’s the easiest. I always hear back within a couple hours. I’m notified when my medication has been sent and if I have any issues regarding my prescriptions, they reply with a couple hours. Couldn’t recommend Push more!!

Wonderful App. Its saviour. I was worried how to get medicine from India. Due to Covid crisis it happened to be very worrysome and difficult, I used this app and it worked like magic. I couldn’t believe I recieved medicine next day. Yes, very next day at the Pharmecy of my choice. I want to give 7 stars to this app and huge thanks to its developer and people behind it. Best ever!!!. I cannot speak enough about this app. The communication is fantastic, quick and thorough. It’s almost instant for them to respond. This saves me so much time and hassle of having to make appointments and would normally have to take off work to make but with this app it’s convenient and easy!! I am thankful I came across it when researching.

Spend hundreds and waste your time. Idek where to begin. The first Dr I spoke with literally left 2 short sentences before she told me she was busy and would get back to me the next day. The next day came and she informed me she had family coming in and wouldn’t be able to help for 3 more days due to family being in town. Finally got another Dr (had to pay $75 MORE dollars for the next Dr) she was informative but it took another couple of days to get all questions answered and finally came to an agreement. It’s been 11 days since she sent my medication to compounding pharmacy and after I asked her if she’d heard anything she just messaged me back saying my medication was shipped to her office in a different state, but she’s out of town and if it’s too expensive to overnight whenever she gets back to her office we will have to do the whole thing all over. I’m well over $500 out of pocket with nothing but wasted time to show for it. Don’t be a dummy like me!

Honestly, Thank You For Existing. I appreciate this app and the doctors on it so so much. I have had a horrible ringworm infection in my beard for 2 years - I had pleaded with doctors to give me oral anti fungals or at least take culture. They refuse dismissing it as in my head. I spoke with Dr. Fitch and since there weren’t any contraindications she provided me with an oral anti fungal therapy and weeks later… I’m healed!!!!!

Incredible.. I have never reviewed an app before. This one deserves a 10 star. In a world where I can not even get therapeutics that are proven to save lives with early treatment from my family doctor due to political crap, I was able to get exactly what I needed from a doctor with this app. So easy. So cheap. So thankful. God speed to whomever created this app and all the doctors working around the clock to help save lives verse suppressing treatments 🙏🏻🇺🇸💕 cheap and timely. Bravo 👏

Yeah, NOPE. At first I though this platform would be great. Unfortunately no matter how well delivered the technology- you can’t make up for the lack of professional care by the medical professional. I found my physician to be highly unreliable and unresponsive. Often times I felt like I was trying to chase down my prescriptions like I was demanding to know where my food was on a food delivery app rather then having a conversation with a professional medical provider. I don’t think I will be using any “digital doctors” moving forward. My experience with Push has been that they are too unreliable and unresponsive. Not worth the time or resources and they have lost my trust. Not ok, especially when dealing with the delivery of medical services. P.S. Push- not interested in your blanket response to this post.

Easiest way to needed prescriptions. I have food allergies and need a prescription for meds. I’ve been procrastinating and using expired meds. I finally took care of myself and in the easiest way possible by signing up with a Push Health doctor and then using the app to submit a virtual visit request for meds. Super easy and might end up helping save my life.

Easy, affordable healthcare option. My doctor was responsive and knowledgeable about my condition and medication‘s. She even helped research what my insurance would cover and gave me realistic options before prescribing. I would definitely recommend this to a busy professional, who would rather have a conversation with a doctor rather than make an in person appointment.

Medical care should have been this easy Always!!. The other outstanding review is spot on. I thank the universe I found PUSH and this app. This app is legit. PUSH and Megan Anderson DNP has taken care of my medical needs and concerns. I wish I would of had this type of care years ago. I am in my 50s, I know my body and the different and common issues that can come up as a woman. This site was easy from the beginning to end by picking up my prescriptions in my local pharmacy. Sign up you won’t regret it!!

actual user. This app just worked perfectly for me. Download the app, followed the easy and clear steps, and yes paid a very reasonable 65 bucks. Within 20 minutes a qualified practitioner from one of our local, recognized healthcare facilities messaged me, got some additional medical information, and submitted the prescription. Simple as that.

Literally saved my life.. Doctor Muhammad Imran literally saved my life on this app when all other doctors/urgent cares around me were closed. He was able to diagnose my condition through a combination of pictures of my condition and explaining my symptoms through text messaging (which makes things a lot easier, not only for being able to thoroughly explain your symptoms and condition but also for certain symptoms/details that you might otherwise be too embarrassed to talk about face to face and or on a phone call.)

VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been prescribed the wrong medication for certain issues or made to take more medication than what I could understand or afford! I love this because the doctor looks it over to make sure it’s good for the issues and I can choose what I want to take and if I don’t know what the doctor looks at the symptoms and prescribes it! The staff is very responsive and helpful! I have been using the app for 3 years now and I love it!! Thank you for making this possible for me!!

Push Health. This was my first time with Kathleen, have used push before and will continue to use push, I have no medical insurance and when I describe my symptoms the medication sent always help me to get better. So without push and Kathleen I don’t know/what may have happened without push health . So a great big thank for being around.😃 a great big thank for being around.😃

Push health is ok. My doctor gets back with me asap on this app with any questions or concerns I have! My only issue is they charge for every single thing. Just make sure you have the money if you’re looking for the help lol. I would suggest coming down on price for sure!

Thanks for nothing.. I submitted a request for a short corticosteroid course for an arthritis flare while on vacation out of state. (Push specifically states its providers prescribe corticosteroids.) The provider responded with a follow up question which I replied to promptly. That was it. The provider never followed up or otherwise acted on the prescription request. She just IGNORED me. Finally, I went to urgent care when I got home. I had to cut my vacation short, I’m now out the urgent care copay, AND this company is still holding onto my money at PayPal and ignoring my request for a refund. I will NOT use this service again and will recommend others avoid it too. Updated to add - Push did refund my money with PayPal . The provider never apologized for not responding or ignoring me. I didn’t expect immediate service, but 5 days with no follow up when you have a painful condition that could easily be treated with a non-controlled, non-addictive medication is ridiculous.

Wonderful experiences. I have had great experiences with my doctors through push health! They have supported myself and now four family members! The only I’m not so pleased with is the pricing. It has gone up and the prior auth pricing is a little steep. I know being a doctor comes with a lot of responsibility but my conversations have been a number of minutes at most and I feel the prices will continue going higher.

This app is a scam. I downloaded this app Monday. I was requesting Ozempic, due to insulin resistance, and metformin not working for me. Tuesday, I was told the prescription was sent in, and I paid the $63 for the medical “consult.” I was told by a staff member they submitted a prior authorization to my insurance, and it should take 3-5 days. I check back in Thursday, as I hadn’t heard anything new. The Ozempic prescription was in my pharmacy ready for me, but it was still uncovered by insurance, making the med cost $1,023 for a month’s worth of medication. Today, I hear the “medical staff” changed their minds, and that the prior authorization was never actually sent. So I paid $63 for a prescription I can’t afford to pick up, that I desperately need due to insulin resistant PCOS. I’m a graduate student with chronic health conditions and I was trying to lower my blood sugar. Absolutely unethical for a company to lie about an authorization being sent to insurance, and then ignore a patient in need. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and no answer. Seems as if you can’t even speak to anyone in real time at this “company.” My health worsens every day, and Push is denying me care I need, that they previously approved, despite me fitting criteria. A complete sham.

Game Changer!!. This is my first time using this and I’m in complete shock of how brilliant this idea was to create something like this and how awesome it is! Less than 10 minutes after I submitted my request, a Doctor had already messaged me back. I explained my situation to him and within 30 minutes, he had sent the RX to the Pharmacy. He was so kind and helpful. I am currently uninsured and I paid $80-$85 less than what 2 urgent care offices quoted me. I’ll continue using this for minor issues and illnesses. It’s great.

Waste of time and money. Dr Sylvia Udokoro sent a prescription after virtual consultation, except that prescription was not received by my pharmacy. She recommended I change pharmacies thru their portal but that led nowhere as there was a error message everytime I tried to do that, Dr Sylvia then recommended I transfer prescription to new pharmacy that was linked to their prescribing app, however, I could not transfer a non-existent prescription. Needless to say, this was a very expensive lesson via texts for I wasted the consultation fee and got nothing in return. See a real doctor to get real prescriptions

GAME CHANGER. I was back home for the holidays and became ill and the last thing i wanted to do was go to an urgent care and wait. I Knew it was strep as soon as I became unable to swallow. Used the app and within 30 minutes, I had been connected to a doctor, consulted with what was going on with me, and the doctor sent the antibiotic to my local pharmacy. I’m in shock how easy and fast this was. Absolutely amazed with the quick response time and customer service! Will use this again and again. Thank you so much!

Great for Zofran and Phenergan. My boyfriend woke up at 2:30 am with TERRIBLE vertigo and nausea/vomiting. After finding this app through a Google search and filling out a short request, reason, and abbreviated medical history, I was on my way to pick up his zofran prescription within an hour. Probably not good for controlled substances or patients with extensive histories, but phenomenal for non-controlled meds that need a prescription. They even wrote for three refills! I’m an RN and would absolutely use again and highly recommend to others.

Rad. This is a great app. I really needed the Medrol pack because I was wheezing with this heat. They simply went to Plush Health and put the down payment of $70. If nobody helps you will get your money back. Suffice to say a nurse petitioner helped me. Very simple. It was very smooth and I was very happy with the service. Within three hours I had my Medrol pack.

Very satisfied. I was in need of my HBP meds and my insurance does not take effect until July. We’ll after some back and forth I decided to try it. I submitted all my info about 2:00am and I had a response from Mrs. Amanda around 4:30am and by 10:00am my prescription was ready. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Mrs. Amanda and push health. I am definitely going to go back for any of my health needs.

Free e-prescribing capabilities*. I heard about PH from other physicians. If you’re using it provide no-cost e-prescribing services (i.e., simple acute issues like AOM, Rx topicals, etc), this is a great platform that enables you to document the encounter as well. Some mobile app features could be streamlined a bit more or auto populate (i.e., don’t have to manually enter certain patient info for each prescription). Otherwise, I’ve been happy with the it for my intended uses.

Accessible and convenient healthcare!. I’m actually in awe. I never take the time to leave a review but this was just so easy and convenient to use. I have no insurance and got a nasty and painful ear infection over the weekend. No time or energy to go to urgent care for what I knew was an ear infection. $65 and 10 min later I have a prescription for antibiotics and pain relievers. So easy and convenient. Combined with Walgreens window pick up, I’ve made an otherwise several day appointment wait, expensive and lengthy urgent care visit into a 10 min ordeal from my bed with a warm compress on my ear. This is how easy healthcare should be. Price is reasonable as well! I used an HSA card.

BEWARE!. Be very careful using this app. I was given a doctor to help me with a weight loss medication. They were VERY unprofessional! I spent most of my time reading through generic messages that were sent to AL of their clients. It was all cut and paste generic messages and their only concern was making money. It was the worst online ever I have ever had. They are now trying to sue me for a prescription I received 2 days late that was supposed to be on ice but came warm and I was told it would be replaced. Mind you this was many months after I was no longer using their services. I highly recommend going to a doctor in person because push health does not monitor their medical professionals.

Top Notch Service. My daughter recently tested positive for COVID and has a hx of asthma. I wanted her placed on Paxlovid which reduces the replication of the virus in your body. I had reached out to Med Express, but they could not guarantee it would be prescribed, as “it was at each physicians discretion as to if they wanted to prescribe it or not”. For this medication to be effective, it is recommended to start within 24hours of a positive test. Unfortunately, I had never heard of this company and was skeptical paying the $65 charge up front which I did via PayPal. Surprisingly, within secs, I immediately received a receipt including physicians name and confirmation text that the script had been approved and sent to my pharmacy. We were able to pick it up from CVS within and hour. This company is 100% legit, amazing and worth every single penny. My daughter never had to leave the house, nor wait in any lines at a medical clinic for a med that she may not have been given. I would most certainly give more stars if they were possible and cannot thank them enough! Thank you immensely!!!!! I’m a RN and will def be passing this on to all of my patients/staff and promoting this company any chance I get. ❤️ Y’all really are the best and offer top notch professional expedient service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5/22 My experience- Push helped me. I only write reviews when I feel like there have been such varying results by others. I actually started the Push virtual visit via the websites, and downloaded the app subsequently . I submitted the request at the system advised to allow time to match to a provider. (I was expecting 2 hours). In less than 15 min , I was matched. (I have been sick before and explained in detail). The provider asked a few follow-ups and the prescription was at the pharmacy in an hour. I would use them again and left the app on my phone .

Fast and convenient. This app is legit and so very helpful when you can’t make it to a doctor’s office. I tested positive with Covid and was having terrible symptoms and wanted to get a prescription for paxlovid. With Covid being so contagious and me feeling horrible this app was a life saver, I had my medication within hours and was very happy with the service provided.

Needed something routine. I was skeptical about this app… and a little hesitant at first to shell out 65$ But I did, and I’m so pleased! Cost less than my local dr, got exactly what I wanted, pharmacy had it filled. All in all less than an hour! Of course, I was asking for a not very fun prescription (gentamicin sulfate for pink eye). I’m sure other types of medicines may take longer or need an actual evaluation. But I’m extremely pleased with my result

I’m not a bot.. Hey guys. This app is legit. I paid my fee with a VISA gift card, just in case this was a scam. Then I went to Walmart pharmacy to see if my prescription had been filled. Surprisingly, it was!! HOWEVER, only use this app for medicine that you don’t need refilled.

Great service. Fantastic service by my assigned provider,StacyJones,DNP,AGACNP-BC. The service while a little pricey is so easy and quick I don’t mind. I think the ease and quick response is an outstanding asset for things which would take hours in a walk-in. Great app, great service, thank you.

SO Thankful!. I had the WORST sinus infection and I will do just about anything to avoid physically going to a doctor. I happened upon this app and in less than an hour, I was matched with a FNP & had my prescription. I am now cured and absolutely had to come write this review. This is the best thing I’ve discovered this year.

Beware. This service is a hoax! Do not use it! They charged almost $150 to send a prescription the pharmacy and then my insurance needed them to provide them explanation for my need of the prescription and then he wanted to charge again to answer their question. Ultimately I spent $150 to get nothing! Wasted money I really didn’t have! What a joke! These people should be shut down and not allowed to practice and should refund all of people’s mi ey they’ve taken

User Friendly. Very easy to use - so far no issues. Waiting on completion of service request now from a provider/pharmacy. So that will decide on whether I continue with the app.

Didn’t think it could be that easy and legitimate.. I have had two online visits with Dr. Muhammad Imran and both experiences were excellent. He was attentive and thorough, and my prescriptions were ready for pickup within an hour. Highly recommended for his efficient and quality medical care.

Terrible experience. The provider that I got assigned to was too busy to help me with my prescription and was absolutely horrible to chat with. She was never available and would set her chat to unavailable for 4 to 6 hours without completing our conversation. I think the providers need to only take on the workload they can handle to properly take care of the patients. I paid the enrollment plus $15 and got absolutely nothing out of the experience except a headache!

Very efficient and fast service.. Happy to have found Push Health. The process from signing up to getting matched with a provider and receiving my prescription was seamless with no hiccups.

PushHealth App pushing me into the future. Tele-Medicine is truly the future quick easy medical appointments. This app makes it easy to communicate with your provider almost instantly. Who could ask for more.

Feedback. The company: Love!! Would give more than 5 stars if possible. The app: needs a lot of work from a UX/UI perspective. I know there will always be elevated API response times when dealing with the encryption of PII but the interface as a whole is not the most user friendly and causes a ton of frustration when trying to fulfill the simplest task. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the service you provide but it would benefit to invest in a UX/UI redesign.

Notifications Badge Stuck. I can’t get the red notification badge to go away. I read the message from the doctor, which is what prompted the notification. The badge still shows 1 in red circle.

So convenient. I love the ease and convenience being able to take care of this stuff right from my home without having to take time off and arrange transportation just to spend hours in a doctors office.

This is the BEST. I love being able to do the small stuff through text. Super convenient for people who work. I don’t have to leave work and sit in a waiting room forever only to sit even longer once in the treatment room. Thank you for doing appts this way.

So needed. This app is awesome! A doc got right back to me within minutes. I had to go through a private pharmacy to get the Covid medicine I asked for and was prescribed. Common place medicine is a mess! Thank God for these amazing private companies. Use it- it’s great. Worth every penny. Thank you!!

Awesome. I don’t usually write these reviews, but this was the easiest experience I’ve had getting a prescription in a long time! I actually felt like the NP I had listened to my needs and what works for me. There are so many providers that don’t listen and don’t individualize their care, but not so with this app!

Great app. This is an awesome app. The Dr I had was really good and the service was great! Filled out the form and answered the questions and the Dr got back to me and my prescription was filled. I would recommend this app to others! Thank you!

Disappointed. I was so excited to get my Munjaro prescription filled through this app. It started off very well with my provider but she was nowhere to be found once the prior authorization was required. I’ve waited for two days and the Push Health people are asking me to wait longer. This whole process has taken almost a whole week. I would not recommend this takes longer than my regular general practice doctor.

Better help than any local doctor!. Push Health is where it’s at! I received quick, efficient care for a lower fee than my local doctor’s office. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy while on the phone with the doctor. Everything went so well I HIGHLY recommend.

DOWNLOAD NOW.. I’ve never written a real review on an app before but i just had to when i realized how easy it was to get my prescriptions. it took 30 minutes from the comfort of my home and it was very easy and smooth. I love this app!

Fast and professional. App has been a great time saver. My provider is quick to respond and has always been professional. Her bio explains what to expect and so there were no unrealistic expectations.

Push health. Dr Patel is fantastic! I have been very busy the last few months and getting in to see a PCP for a annual physical can take forever. I did labs with her and she provided excellent feedback.

Convenient and time saving. I must admit this app is very cool. I can schedule a appointment and wait for a second or two and then a doctor is meeting with me and asking all the of the appropriate questions. Then my prescription is sent in. Thanks

More transparency on fees!. It would be great if we could see each doctor and their fees. I don’t understand how I’m matched with doctor’s who have different fees. Maybe allow users to select their own doctors. Otherwise great company.

Push Telehealth. Would highly recommend. Very happy with service and the caring manner of the prescriber. Very convenient and fast messaging back and fourth for a quick but thorough experience.

Don’t bother. Submitted for some help. Doctor got back to me quickly and asked for more information. Uploaded information. Didn’t hear back for 4 days and they just up and closed my case without any any explanation. Gave it 2 stars just because at least they didn’t charge me for it. So that’s a plus. But I’ve gotten better help with other online health providers.

App Needs Fixing. My experience with services has been great, but what’s the point of logging in to the app if it won’t display anything in your activity feed, then makes you log in again on a mobile browser page to actually get to your messages and information?

Fast and great service. Very simple to get in contact with a doctor after a few minutes of chatting with a doctor, I had my prescription sent to my pharmacy. This is a very good service.

Amazing. The medical professionals are so patient, responsive diligent and thorough. I have used Push Health several times. I am able to get prescriptions in the same day, and they have really saved my life.

Log in troubles. I made an account, with email & password. I try to log in using that email & password & it “doesn’t recognize log in info”. So I make another account, with a different email & password, just in case something was wrong with my email/password combination. Nope. So I tried a third time. Still nope. Send an email to the “help” desk, but never heard back from them. Oh, well. It’s a good idea, if only it worked.

Sketchy ———. Regrettably, my experience with Push Health was not satisfactory. The process of obtaining medical care involved multiple fees and hurdles, which left me feeling frustrated. Additionally, the response time to my inquiries was not prompt, as it took approximately 10 hours to receive a reply, regardless of the nature or urgency of my question. I wrote for help on this matter and never recieved a reply. As a result, I would recommend exploring alternative options for medical care.

Great service, bad app. The app hasn’t been updated in 3 years and is barely functional. However, the service itself is great. I was interested in trying out a new medication I saw on a tv commercial. So I found this app and after chatting with the provider back and forth a few times, he sent me in the prescription! Thank you. Please fix your app though.

Cannot view prior messages. When trying to review prior messages the app will not allow you to stay and view/read , it automatically takes you to the current message sent/received. Very frustrating.

Cannot read older messages. Cannot read older messages on the app. When you try to scroll up, the app is auto scrolling down to the more recent message. I have to log into the browser website read a the message I am looking for.

Impressed. I was a little apprehensive about this service, being online and not physically seeing a doctor. But it was honestly the best decision ever. I had a script ready for me at my local pharmacy within an hour. No more time wasted sitting in waiting rooms!

Push App. App is great, very efficient, great doctor and communication, had antibiotics in less than 2 hours and didn’t have to sit in waiting room for hours. Would recommend to anyone!

3 month default payment. I have a problem every time I use the app because there are three options to pay, 1, 2 or 3 months, but you aren’t offered these choices. It defaults to three months. Each time, my provider has to go in and change it to one month for me. So every month I have a $233 charge that then has to be credited. Then I am charge my one month fee. Get it together, this is ridiculous!

Got a very good price on the prescription I needed. I was asked to pay more than I was used to recently from my normal doctor so I looked elsewhere online and found push health. The Dr. I was paired up with got me the same prescription for half the cost. That alone is worth the recommendation

I love this service. I have used this service twice and both times I got the script I needed sent in within an hour. I cannot say enough good things about Push, highly recommend!!

Excellent. I recently moved 5 hours away from a doctor who has prescribed a necessary medication for several years and I wasn’t sure how I would find a specialist etc. this app saved me so much time and money, the NP was even able to fill out a required pre auth form for my insurance and it was so quick and easy. THANK YOU

Good resource high price. Overall, I’m satisfied with being able to get my prescriptions filled for the service. It’s timely accurate and the doctor appears to listen and understand needs! One downside there’s huge fees to be able to obtain a subscription which offsets expensive cost of the prescription. It’s not an option that I can maintain!
