Fix please!!. I really enjoy this game, but I’ve noticed that in challenges it sometimes does count what I do and sometimes it doesn’t. One thing that it really doesn’t count is the fruit juices I’ve done apple, strawberry and grape and none of them count!! Please fix that, thank you!!

Line bingo crashes. Line bingo on 24 and 20 crashes the game. How to complete if we don’t know the missions?

Events won’t show. What makes this game so addicting are the events. Yet some train ranking events and gachas don’t appear in my app. Customer service said they’re sometimes restricted by country. Can’t there be an equivalent event then? It’s unfair for some users can rack up gems and gain tools but we just have nothing. Also, the trading system is too slow and too competitive. Wish game users can be separated into groups of some sort so that users have a better shot at purchasing. Played a few years ago and stopped due to the above reasons. Disappointed to come back with none of these being fixed.

Crash. You think a game that’s three years old now would stop crashing. Fix the bug issue and it’s a 5 star game

Poor customer service. Terrible and almost non-existent.

Don’t waste your time. Don’t bother with the game. One day an event is available and the next day it’s gone. All the effort made thinking you are reaching the goal and poof the event isn’t available anymore. Really frustrated with it.

Wish to give it 5 stars. I really like the game. Yes it almost copy of hay day but still it nice. And I really would give it 5 starts but am facing 2 things. Hope it will be fixed in future. First the loading is really long to move to another farm. Or even from ur farm to ur room. It takes so long. Which I have no idea why. Really guys u have to work on the loading time. Second. Buying from board. Why we can’t just buy from board we have to go to the farm it self. Which with the nice loading time. 90% of the times. The items is just gone. And u will spend almost 1 min just to go there seeing it gone. And come back >.<

“Connection Terminated”. I really enjoy this app, but since the last update (six days ago as of writing their review), I haven’t been able to receive gems (like leveling up) at all without the game crashing and saying “Connection terminated. Please check your network and try again.” My phone is fine, everything is up to date, but the app isn’t working. :(

Some problems. The game I love to play but some bugs have no one to take care. Even I sent the email, the problem still haven’t solve. (The gacha doesn’t work in the room issue) I hope they can improve it, because this game is so cute to play.

Never played. Just constantly loading...never been able to play. My friend tells me how fun and cute it is, but I’ve never been able to experience it for myself. On 5G and WiFi. Tried 5 times now. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times.

Mixed emotions. This game is so much fun... enough so that i hv actually put money into it, and would give it 5 stars....my problem with it is that after buying gems to expand my storage sheds almost instantly its wanting me yo buy more gems to expand them AGAIN literally less than 5 minutes after i just spent (my own) money to expand them... that is RIDICULOUS... and its next to impossible to enjoy playing without expanding them... that alone takes at least two stars off my review.☹️

I love this game and brown but customer service nonexistent. After I linked my line account to this game, my gem balance has gone to zero. Guys please beware of this. There’s no turning back. There’s no warning to tell you this is going to happen. All your gems will be gone. I’ve contacted customer service twice. First time the feedback looks like an auto reply which was telling me to restart my phone and update the game wth. Second time they told me they are working on it with no specific time frame provided. I don’t think I’m ever going to get my gems back sob* Nonetheless, I’ve been playing this game as a guest for a little over a month now. This game is especially good for those who doesn’t have a stable schedule. You can leave it off and pick it up again with no trouble playing it because it isn’t really about competing with other players. At level 30 you can start fishing which is like a new game embedded in it. You can earn lots of gems from there. Just don’t cheap out on your fishing gears. I liked this game and hated the customer service. Hence, the two star. One star is for brown. The other star is for this game being fun and not laggy.

Love it !!. The game is so cute and fun. It’s not too hard to earn coins and the collecting parts of it are awesome! I love it, and it is easily becoming one of my favorite games.

not enough time to read instructions. I’m new to this game because I just downloaded it. I don’t really know how to play because the instructions that everyone in the game gives disappears by itself very quickly (after like 2 seconds) and not everyone can read THAT fast! Please change it so that whenever anyone in the game talks to Brown, players can take their time to read what they have to say.

The game is fun but greedy. Whenever I get to a new level almost immediately the game wants me to buy something new or expand storage. Even if you spent money on this game is just wants more from you.

Cute but. Of all the possible farming games that we can pick this is by far the most money grabbing, greedy game... halfway into the game, you begin to realise that it’s impossible to get certain items required to expand the farm & storage. If you want to continue, you’ll have to pay lots of money to expand. It’s cute but really too expensive to continue. The gacha game to get special characters has terribly low odds. You may actually win the lottery than getting the character that has been advertised. Unless you want to pay lots of money, don’t bother with the game...

It’s ok so far. The one thing is that it’s hard to find friends, I think I would like to see a search bottom for other users because some of my friends who do this game does not have line. Well that’s the only feedback I have so far, I hope to see improvements!

Impossible to expand farms without real money. There are too many hackers out there playing with bots that automatically farm and snipe items from shops. Fun at first but after a few weeks you realize it's an uphill battle against hackers.

Cute but.... It takes way to long to load... from one farm to another, from own farm to own room. And it’s almost impossible to purchase anything from the board. Need to spend a lot of money to be able to play “comfortably.” I spend money on games, but not gonna spend a ton in the first weeks. Only able to expand by purchasing gems...wanted to love this game because it’s so cute, but I found myself playing it less and less, because storage always full and not enough farm space.

Well gee, I’d love to review the game, but.... It’s been 40 minutes and I still haven’t been able to download the game. Still downloading “new resource content”. I’ve been promised this will only happen once, but when we’re gaining on an hour+ without being able to do anything else on my phone, well.... And for the record, this is on home WiFi. Not 3G, 4G, cell data of any kind. Plugged in, next to the router WiFi. Still waiting for that cute brown bear to do ANYTHING.

US is ugly stepchild. Not surprised the game is like it is, I have similar complaints for all of Line games and apps. Very little care or thought is given to all of us outside of Asia. We don’t get access to most of the good apps and games, we don’t get the free stickers that Asia gets - there are so many free packs Linked to company promotions for instance but we aren’t allowed to download them for some reason because we aren’t allowed to friend any of these official accounts so we don’t get their free Stickers. That’s just an example, but there are so many cool games I want to try but can’t because they aren’t available in our region. You’ve taken away games that I’ve played for years and years, discontinued utility apps that were cool, and same complaint with this game but in reference to the in app features. The app is greedy, for one.

It’s not working. For the past couple of days I’ve been attempting to launch this came and it keeps giving me a connection termination error. It’s the only game that does this. Help

You can never buy the items you need from the store. It is pretty much impossible to buy the items you need to fill the train. It is also pretty clear that this is done on purpose. Well - this only makes the game less desirable to play. It is frustrating and disappointing to see this is how Line designs the game.

BrownFarm. Their version of service is very poor I paid for a Warehouse Mini from their Gem Store. After confirmation from my account charge the Gem store disappeared. I restarted several times. It days . I tried 3 times to get help and they respond with the same form stating to restarted and gem store should have a confirmation. No confirmation since it was no longer offered.

Won’t Login. I can’t even login to play the game. I don’t like his at all. The terms won’t load. So I can’t agree to terms I can’t see. I want to give this game zero stars. But you know I can’t do that.

great game but years to update. Every time the app asks me to update, get some new resources data, I cannot log in to play.

Do not waste your time in this dumb game. This game is cute and fun for first 15 levels. After that you pretty much have to use your money to expand your land and get certain items to level up faster. The game is rigged (difficult to get the items you NEED) to make you level up harder by not showing items you actually need. Don’t waste your item unless you got no job and got nothing to do except go through other people’s shop to find the items you need to level up.

Bugs and errors. Always loooooove this game but there seems to have many bugs lately. I was supposed to get the "Circus Lamp" from the mixed gacha (I even have the screenshot of it) but I did not find it from the inventory, it's just not there. Strange, please fix this!

Cute and fun. Cute collectables. Can easily earn gems w/o paying. Fun way to pass time

Wish I could give a 5 star. Like someone mentioned below, the loading takes soooo long. By the time you get to the other farm, the items you want to buy is gone. It even takes couple seconds to buy the item so even if you click on it first, the other person can still grab it away. Second, the developer of this game is sooo greedy. They want you to buy gems because the money you get from selling is soo little thaf you can’t afford to purchase new stands or decors. What’s the point of leveling up if you don’t have enough of money to buy a new stand or decora for your farm? The only good thing about this game is cute characters, but they are far worse than Hayday. I can easily buy new standa and decors with the stuff that I sell in Hayday.

“Build Your Own Farm- At OUR Pace, not yours”. I cannot believe you would limit upgrades to storage facilities by only allowing three purchases of items needed for said upgrades once a day! It’s so greedy. I don’t know what you could gain by doing something like that- I’m deleting the app. Shameful

Jennifer. I found the game quite fun and I have been playing this game for half a year now. I have been growing and harvesting vegetables nearly everyday and try hitting the challenges for gems, up until just now everything had been ok. One bad thing about the game is the tie-up gatcha, I had been saving up gems for such a long time and even purchased gems just now for playing the tie-up gatcha. There are 6 characters in the gatcha but all the 4 times I played I got the same character. There is 1/6 chance for each character and it is a 1/1296 probability for me to get the same character in each gatcha. I am very disappointed with this as I was so looking forward to having a new character in the gatcha. However all in all the game is quite fun and I prefer this game than any other farming games that I had played before.

Cute but bad. The game overall has a cute design and concept but there are so many flaws. Ever since I downloaded the game, so many of the items within the game were basically invincible which was so impractical. There are also so many updates that don’t seem to improve the quality of the game. Recently I updated it and it crashed so many times and when I redownloaded it, it still carried through. Gacha odds are darn low. You will never get any new cute buddies which you want from Gacha. The odds are that you only get the same old ones with the so called upgrades.

Watch ad but cannot close!!!. Watch ad in attempt to get to open two mystery boxes, but most times after ad is played, pressing on the X and the ad will not close! Have to restart the game, however just lost the mystery boxes altogether as when app is restarted, the mystery boxes are gone! Truly frustrating!!! Latest game restricts building material purchases to 3 items a day is very frustrating, it takes up storage space and takes longer to expand storage. Game is supposed to be fun but this is definitely degrading the player experience.

Brown Farm. The game itself is EXTREMELY cute! It's like a classic farm game and very similar to the app Hay Day. It's a fun game worth the get. It can run slowly at times as well :(. If your into adorable farming games this is for you!

Cute but .... I really enjoy this game but it has a few issues. Recently when I drag an item to "make it" my items get taken but the item doesn't get made. Some of these items take a long time to make or build up. Next how often the items MOST needed pop up. There are several items you need to expand your lot, cut down trees, mine, grow your larders. I get some of these items but usually not as much as the others. I am usually hunting to purchase these items which brings me to my next issue. Trying to purchase these items is near impossible! The items I need are seldom on sale because everyone needs them but when they are, i am lucky if I get to them. By the time my page loads it is all sold out. In the beginning the game was fun. But as you get higher levels you need the above mentioned things to continue to grow. I can't store much. I can't place many items and I have a hard time cutting down dead trees. Please resolve this issue.

You need to pay to play. This game is so cute and addicting. I could never get into hay day but I got into this on the first day. I gave it 2 stars for cuteness and concept. After 6 months of playing I'm deleting the app and this is why: It was fun until I started running out of space on my farm and the game never told me how to get the items to expand. It's extremely hard to get expansion items without paying a ton of money. I've had the game for half a year and more than half of my farm still needs to be expanded. Because of this and the fact that the stores for your farm are extremely expensive, I've lost interest in the game. I'd play for hours everyday and made no progress because everything is a rip off. I've noticed a lot of people stop playing around levels 30-60 because this is when shops start costing 130,000 to half a million for your farm. Also because they can't get expansion items and run out of room on their farms. There's also cheaters in game who hack items and coins which is frustrating. Most of the people in the high levels with expensive items most likely wiped out their credit card for their stuff or hacked. The ranking events are also unfair because of cheaters and it's also pay to win. You can also only follow up to 50 farms and can't see everyone who follows you The biggest thing that made me not want to play is that Americans are not included in many events. I have friends from japan and Korea that play and they have events every week. In America there's only like one event a month. They're getting free items while we still have to pay. Events are a big part of playing these types of games, and we aren't included in them.

Brown farm review. This game implement reward and timing systems well. Every minute of gameplay feels like something is accomplished. Haven't reach end game yet or a plateau in the time invest to reward yet will update when I have. Only gripe is being unable to place purchase orders for other players to fill or finding something specific for sale with such a small bulletin board.

Hard to expand. I can't seem to get any permission papers every time I'm shopping it's like a second too late or nothing available at all. It's hard to put my dead trees anywhere when I don't have open land. I need to use the gems to cut down the trees if I need keep growing fruits. I can't save enough gems to buy land. The axes and permission forms or other things should be more available to purchase with coins or when we deliver so much we should get permission slips instead of tickets. I use my coins a lot to purchase already made food because I can't buy the restaurants or the kiosk to cook or make things. The fishing game is fun but now it's difficult to catch the big fishes because I can't buy the expensive bait 25 gems for only one bait. The fishing rods are expensive too especially when you need to upgrade n fix. Otherwise, the game is cute and somewhat addicting. Maybe I don't have a good strategy.

Had potential. This was a really good game but the app has begun crashing and kicking me out after only playing for 5-10min. And the worst part is, every time it kicks me out, it doesn't save what I did during the last session and I have to redo everything and this happens EVERY TIME so I have redone the same exact actions like 5 times now and it's starting to not become worth playing the game.. it was very fun and addictive but now it's just a nuisance if it's not letting me play continuously

A fun time waster. This is a fun game to occupy a commute or pass some time in a waiting room. The graphics are cute but the sound is a little repetitive. That's fine though because it's a good compliment to podcasts or audiobooks. I wish the store system was a little better- often when you click on something you want to buy from the bulletin board, it's sold out by the time the store loads, even if it's only a couple seconds. Other than that, there's a ton of stuff to do and I never feel forced to spend real money. I haven't spend a dime on the game and I'm progressing I smoothly.l

Love this game. You would think it's a game similar to FarmVille right? But no, this is so addicting. The game outlook and theme are really cute. It doesn't lag and runs efficiently. I've spent a few hours everyday playing it for the past 3 days and gotta say, it's a really entertaining way to kill some time :)

A Fun Time. Will tempt you to spend actual money...but still playable and somewhat rewarding if you're patient enough to not spend real money on a fake farm.

Good Game. ...If it actually worked. Loading screens take a long time, stay loading most of the time and I had to exit and re-open it many times to no avail. The app just was not having it and couldn't load user info. I shouldn't have to fight with my phone to play a game. Deleted it.

Very cute !. I actually had been waiting for a LINE farming game for awhile! It is cute and I feel blessed playing this game.

Should have more ways to earn gems. Fun and cute game. But hard to expand the farm or storages without the gems.
