Not available in Staten Island ShopRite Stores. Not available in Staten Island ShopRite Stores anymore - they use to one-stop store, very convenient. I would if they still have ShopRite Pharmacy section in the New Jersey stores?

Waste of time. I really get annoyed by apps that waste my time setting up only to find out they don’t work.

Unusable. The app used to be a great help to me. I need to be able to see when the last refill was and what refills are available in a compact format. For anybody with a tricky health condition, this app is now useless. Very hard to navigate.

Doesn't Work on iPad. It doesn't recognize my email/password. I can get in just fine with that info using the web so I'll just stick to that.

Took me just a few minutes to setup. This might be difficult for new customers. But if you have a refill, just enter your refill number, verify your phone number and within a few minutes you can order your refills in seconds.

Awesome!. Easy to use, great feature on viewing RX history and being able to see when prescriptions are ready!

Help. After I did the update for iOS 10 I can not download the app I just have the circle not the download icon

Terrible app after recent update!. This app had nothing wrong with it until it’s last update. Difficult to manage now. I used to be able to see what a prescription was going to cost, if it was ready and if it was pending. I can now see none of this! Why did you change it. Would NOT recommend this app to anyone the way it is now. Very disappointed.

Works well. Helpful and convenient

Absolutely a mess. What 2 year old developed this app? Nothing works. I have better luck using a land line. JUNK!

Don’t even bother. App used to work but now won’t even load and run. Find someone who knows how to write an app or bring back a previous version.

Fast and easy!. Love how I can create an account and see the status of my prescriptions. Ordering refills is much easier through the app then calling it in. Love this app!

Nice update. Being able to fill a lot of rx in a single step is very helpful. And I like the organization in the RX history now that shows ready for pick up

ShopRite Pharmacy. Worst app ever! Tells me no store in my area, been using the store for ten years. Going to change to CVS.

Charged for this app??. Why was I charged to download an app that makes it easier for you- I.e. less phone calls to the pharmacy??

Not done.... I could not add a prescription. The error I got was “could not proceed. There was an error sending the PIN to the patient phone. “ very frustrating! Then I tried to send this feedback and it told me my phone did not support email. - the phone I email from all of the time!! This app needs to go back in the oven. It’s not done.

Why?. This new app is horrible ! Why did you change it? Terrible! Annoying and frustrating !please fix it !

Does not work. Does not work with any of current my Shoprite Rx numbers. And apparently according to recent reviews, they recently redid this app and everyone hates it now. Good job!

Can’t create an account. I have tried 3 different prescription numbers associated with my ShopRite pharmacy location with my personal info to create an account and I keep getting the same message, “cannot verify Rx, name and DOB”. Obviously my name and DOB hasn’t changed but not being able to find 3 current prescriptions is buggy.

Worst pharmacy app I’ve ever used. Very cumbersome, it’s almost impossible to find scripts to fill them (for those that cannot auto refill). There’s no rhyme or reason to how they appear. ShopRite needs to update this app, or create a better one.

A giant leap backwards. Why must web developers try and fix something that’s not broken? The old app for Shoprite Pharmacy was much better. This new app does not allow you to see what prescriptions are in process, have they called the doctor for a refill, what is the status of your prescription refill, etc. Many functions from the old app are missing. I’m reverting back to simply using my cell phone for refills.

Fail!. App updated by a trainee or worse. After updateThe app no longer recognizes my user name or password and even after I update both of them it doesn’t recognize them. SHOPRITE… You can do better than this can’t you?

Doesn’t Remember Account Info. Can’t login after only one use. Initial setup was easy and first use was easy, but now won’t login at all. If I have to go through hoops to use this, it’s not worth it!

Easy Peezy. I was just made aware of this app and immediately downloaded it. It was very easy to set up and link to all the prescriptions I already have in place at ShopRite. It was also very easy to order refills and even change a prescription to auto refill. I think this is going to make a big difference in my ongoing health care maintenance. Loving the app!

Stinks. This app stinks. I can not log in. What go is it. Go back to old one please

What did they do. This app worked perfectly be fore up date now it does not tell you anything my wife’s heart dr chsnged one of her meds yesterday Today I can’t see if it’s ready or was it sent the old app you could why is it when something works they not happy till it’s broke

I cant Refill through the app. For the past 8 prescriptions I have tried to refill in the app it says: The last Name on the Rx does not match the name submitted! (Not Refillable) due to the name not matching, even though quite obviously the name does.

Could use Notes field. I like how easy it is to refill a script using the app. However, it would be even more helpful if I could enter notes for the pharmacist like “Have new insurance.” or “Please use GoodRx discount.”

No price after script is filled.. You don’t have the price anymore of how much the script cost after you refill it. Terrible

It’s worthless. Every single time I try to use this app to fill my prescription it says that it is too soon. In order to get my prescription filled, I have to call the pharmacy.

Pharmacy @ ShopRite Rite no longer there. Why have the pharmacy app when the ShopRite Pharmacy in Staten Island, NY was bought out by Walgreen’s & is no longer there? Take it out of the system, please, IT people, since I use the app & my store is selected (#109). (It was convenient to go there since it was within walking distance from our house). Oh, well.

Can’t delete/archive old prescriptions. It would be really nice if there would be a way to delete or archive old prescriptions that are expired or have no more refills left. These old prescriptions are just taking up room on the app and looking at all of them can get confusing since they aren’t in any kind of order.

Complete trash. Doesn’t work anymore. Shoprite is so far behind with technology and this app is the perfect example. It somehow used to at least function to show you prescription status, history, etc. You know, the things that any pharmacy app would do. Now, it just shows error messages like “This user has no patients associated with it!”. Like hell, it doesn’t. Fix this worthless piece of trash app.

Very confusing app. This is a very poor app. There doesn’t seem to be a way to have a separate icon on the phone for this app. You have to access it via the ShopRite food shopping app. Unless I’m missing something.. Then you cannot set up a pharmacy ID using the same email as the food store login. So you need two email addresses just to separate the pharmacy and the food! I hope they can either clarify this for me or change this.

App not work need to be fixed!. I try to create my account so When I click on create my account a bann announce wrong date of birth I renter many times but same problem I call to the pharmacy and they have the right date on the sistem but the app still not accepting so I can’t use the app

Horrible dreadful awful. It is beyond useless. Plus you can’t use it on a PC which is where I usually renew my prescriptions. Not everyone has an iPhone so anyone with a PC or an android phone is out of luck. Might be a good time to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.
