Terrible Experience (Never Given Confirmation for my Tickets). I went to see a film yesterday and ordered my tickets an hour ahead. I waited for my tickets to come through. It kept saying my ticket order was pending. For an hour up until the time of the showing it never showed up. I tried talking to the theater staff but they couldn’t do anything about it. I cancelled the order and ended up just buying through the theater itself. Horrible service. I even tried to get in touch with customer service, but there was a 15 minute wait just to get in touch with someone. Will never use this app again.

Checking in issue. I really enjoy the Atom App. I’ve made it a point to go to theaters that use the app. It is nice to be able to use different payment methods and assign tickets to people in your contacts. The one big issue is checking in at the theater. Whoever arrives first at the theater and scans the barcode checks in both people. If someone in your party arrives after you and scans their barcode it will read “invalid”. If you have to be together at the same time, then it shouldn’t give you the option to send tickets to friends. It gives the impression that each person is getting their own ticket/barcode.

My Go-To for Effortless Movie Nights 🍿🎟️. Just wanted to share my thoughts on the Atom movie tickets app – it's a game-changer! Honestly, it's super convenient for buying movie tickets; I wouldn't even think of using anything else. Plus, I love that I can use Apple Pay to check out quickly and easily. The app also lets me select which contacts to send tickets to, which is super handy when planning movie nights with friends. The UI is sleek and user-friendly – big thumbs up there! The only thing I wish they'd add is a representation of screen size or photos of the theater's interior, so I can make more informed decisions on which row to pick. But hey, that's just a small nitpick. Overall, I'm sticking with Atom because it's just THAT good. Give it a try if you haven't already!

Update - issue resolved. I had accepted the fact that Atom was not going to do anything about my issue. To my great surprise and pleasure I received an email from Sean in customer service. They did indeed consider my request. I’m grateful that they took the time to reconsider my issue. I thank them for their efforts and will continue to use the app. Old review- Plain and simple, customer service is awful. I bought tickets for a blockbuster premier. Apparently someone else reserved the same seats at the same time. Atom still charged me and didn’t notify me for over an hour that my seats reservation failed. They refunded my tickets but by that time the theater was sold out. I was able to book a different showing the same night directly through the theater and not through Atom. But it was inconvenient and messed up plans for others for the night. I had just signed up for the MegaPass program which has a6 month commitment. It is basically $15/month and gives you two free passes. Not bad if you like to go to the movies. I requested they cancel my membership since I no longer have confidence in their system. They simply quoted company policy and stated that sometimes it happens on busy nights. I asked if they could do anything at all to show they cared about their customer experience and the answer was no. This is my experience, it looks like I’m not alone.

Verry efficient. I like how it has so many offers through the app and especially when you use T-mobil Tuesdays specials. At first it is difficult to understand the works of the app but then wen you find you can do so many things its amazing. I love how you can invite friends and instead of going to each separate movie theater website you can just go to one app pick your( and your friends )seat and decide as a group how it will all be paid honestly i have bought so many tickets since i got this app. Not only that but there is often a separate and shorter line (in many theaters i have gone) to scan your tickets when you buy through atom.

Bugs with ordering seats. I see seats available and then it says it’s taken when I try to purchase. Screen refreshes to show same availability and not the updated “taken” status. Also I see “few seats left” for same showing that shows no seats when entering seat selection screen. Tested multiple times within a 2 minute window to see same results (very misleading).

Protect your money and your wallet, disconnect Atom Tickets account. Atom Tickets app is an efficient way to part you from your money and empty your wallet. Several days ago I was charged twice for unknown tickets, for unknown movies, in unknown theater, in unknown town, not even in my state. My attempts to get back my money and have them rectify their error had no response from Atom Tickets: customer support email is in name only with no response action, telephone support amounts to a recorded message that such support does not really exist. If you want to protect your money and your wallet, I would recommend you to disconnect your Atom Tickets accounts and advise the same to your friends and neighbors. Act now, before it’s too late.

Exceptional service. Let me preface by saying I rarely, if ever, write reviews. But Atom and the app are the exception. From start to finish, this service makes ticket purchase and management painless and incredibly convenient. Their support is equal for regularly scheduled showings and special events (such as Fathom events). What won me over, aside from a well designed and reliable app, is their customer service. Very simply, we bought tickets to a special event months ago and literally at the last minute couldn’t attend. Go to the app, pull up the ticket and click cancel. We had a refund in our account within minutes. Great customer service will always win customer loyalty. Five stars, Atom.

Great app interface but is more expensive than buying directly from the theater. So overall the app interface is really clean and simple to use. You select your theater, showtime, seat and enter your payment details and your done. Really quick. However, right now they only support about 1/3 of the theaters in my area which is compared to Fandango which supports almost 100%. Also, I’ve noticed after taking into account the convenience fee that Atom charges you, alot of times it’s MORE expensive to buy through Atom than buying directly through the theater’s website which could make this app completely useless. Overall 2/5 since its more likely going to cost you more money to use this app than it were if you weren’t going to use it.

Revolutionary. Perfect way to keep up with this new age of watching movies. New Interface is super user friendly. Out of all my purchases through Atom I’ve never had not one complaint nor had to contact customer service about a ticket or money issue. It is SO freaking easy to buy and to CANCEL. You do not know how many times I will buy tickets ahead of time and the group I am with will decide to do something else instead... cancelling with ease. No need to talk to a machine, a human, nothing.. cancel with one button!! Amazing!! Thank you so much Atom. Please look into a monthly subscription service.... where we can go watch any movie as much as we want as long as we’re subscribed!!

Atom took care of problem caused by Fathom Events. I am updating my original review. When Atom saw the review, Brandon at Atom made numerous attempts to contact my wife to rectify the situation. When they reached my wife, Atom had no idea that the show vendor, Fathom Events, had cancelled the special showing of “Big.” Atom corrected the situation and refunded what my wife and daughter paid for the tickets. Brandon at Atom was extremely courteous and did everything possible to resolve the issue. Thank you Atom and thank you Brandon at Atom.

Great App. ATOM Tickets are a great way to make going to the movies simple and easy. A few easy steps, user friendly interface and fast too. I use this app every time I want tickets to the movies in any state I’m in. They constantly have good deals and when I get to the theater. It’s a quick scan of my smart phone and I can get to the movie on time even if I’m running a bit late. But don’t just take my word for it I’m sure there are many others who feel the same way ! Do your research and enjoy.. don’t forget to silence your cell phones 😁

Horrible Customer Service. I placed an order for 3 tickets for the movie Memory. I am an AMC Stubs member and had 50% off of my tickets, and I saw it on the order review, but when I finalized my order I noticed I got charged full price. So I canceled the order and redid it making sure the 50% off applied correctly this time. They refunded my order, excluding the service fees, when issue wasn't even my fault. I have been emailing multiple emails over the span of 2 weeks, with no response. You would think considering this was not my mistake, that Atom would care for their customers and at least include a one time courtesy service fee refund, or at least something to make sure they can keep a customer.

Thank You!. I have never been more caught up with movies thanks to Atom. The app is so easy to use that it’s the only way I buy movie tickets now. I even have a watchlist so I can actually remember what I want to see and when it’s coming out. On top of all that Atom drops the occasional promotion i.e. buy one get one tickets on a certain film. Thank you Atom for having an awesome app/service and getting me out of the house a little more than I normally have! If you are a movie lover or just want to see more movies I would recommend getting Atom and taking advantage of all they have to offer.

Excellent customer service!. At first I was going to write a bad review for this app. When I bought BTS cinema tickets the order didn’t process, I thought it would take a while to process so I waited until the week of the show but still it didn’t process so I contacted customer service to fix the issue. I expressed to them that the BTS movie is limited and the last day was that day and I didn’t want a refund I wanted my seats to work. They responded well and took care of my issue and I was able to buy my original tickets back can’t be happier!

Worst experience. So I have tried this app twice and it always disappoints me!!! I specifically booked a certain day because I knew I would be off work the app chose another day for me to see my movie!!! When I realized what happened the app was asking me for the review of a movie I didn’t get to see. Call customer service to explain only thing he says is I understand so I asked for a supervisor and he never returned back to the call!! Customer service is horrible and this app has more fees than fandango. I learned about this app thru T-Mobile Tuesday’s and was trying something different!!!

Terrible sign-up and no way to exclude genre or rating. The sign-up process is terrible, very glitchy and frustrating. App took forever to download, nothing else open on my phone and over a 100MB connection. Simply weird. The want your number to send you your tickets?! Why? Just email them to me like everyone else. They probably just want my number to sell later on, not surprisingly they don’t have a phone number themselves. As soon as the app loaded it asked for notification permission, Ad tracking permission, and exact location tracking permission. Ahhhh No, No, and No. I can put the cinema address in myself. The app does not let you turn off all email adverting (receipts and tickets excluded of course), there is no way to select or eliminate movie genres, nor a way to block out certain ratings. Got this app for the T-mobile coupon. It says “zero fees”, only received a discount was still charged fees. Used and done, deleting until they at least add a way to block out genres and ratings.

I absolutely love this app. I first heard of the app through T-mobile Tuesday when they gave us free tickets to see a movie. I absolutely love this app. It’s really convenient and gives you multiple ways to earn free tickets. It’s fast. Every time I go to the theater and go to my app it right away pulls up my ticket before I go searching through it and I love it when I find promos to use to save more money on new movies or even get free stuff. As a regular movie goer this app is perfect and I can count on the app to get me through without major lines and I can enjoy my movie with less hassles along the way. Truly would recommend this app to everyone and the benefits are great. I also love the fact that I can still earn my points from rewards programs I am a part of in the process. Great for any cinephile.. I just it this app over the weekend after winning free movie tickets on the radio, and I've had no issues with it thus far! I cancelled two movie tickets today after my plans changed, and I had no issue rescheduling in the app and getting another set of free tickets! Only quirk is that Cinemark theaters (which I happen to be the closest to) aren't set up with the Atom ticket app, which means I have to go out of my way to look for a AMC. When almost every theater is compatible with this app, THEN it will get a full five stars. However, it's still a good app, perfect for anyone that likes to plan ahead of time and order tickets for movies are coming out soon.

They deactivate without notice. The worst customer care service! My account as deactivated after over 10 times to purchase tix with my atom cash (a refund without fee penalty that I regret choosing). Now mind you the span of me trying to purchase tix was done in a month. Continuously got error message to update my payment method when I have proof that I had money in my atom account. What was the resolution for the customer care Dept? Deactivate my account, supposedly wait 7-10 days to get part of money back. It’s better not to do third party sellers. 1. Third party are NOT FREE! They need to make money, so there’s fees when purchasing. You canx, they stay with the fee portion altho u didn’t watch the movie. Fair? No! 2. On Atom your are also limited as what you could purchase in the concession stands whereas with AMC it has the full menu. 3. Third party sellers are limited on their customer service. Remember they are more worried on getting themselves money instead of the full experience as they are not the movie company themselves. You will not get what you want not expect them to resolve your issue. They don’t care. Don’t my mistake. I know there could’ve been other options to take care of my issues, gift cards, put in the order for me, etc but don’t just deactivate my account and take my money!! My advice, don’t use atom cash, don’t use or buy gift cards, don’t leave your wallet saved. I don’t feel safe.

Better than Fandango. Fandango does offer “free” movie posters and such when you buy a ticket for certain movies, something that Atom has yet to offer, but you have to pay S&H for those “free” stuff. Atom is better. A few cents cheaper than Fandango (Fandango charges a $2 service fee while Atom charges maybe $1.35 or something) and it gives you the option to also add foods and drinks to your order so you can skip the long lines and go to a special line for Atom customers at the theater and quickly pick up your stuff there. Definitely have to download the app and use it during those times. I used to use Fandango as my primary app for movie ticket purchasing but Atom has just replaced Fandango as #1 in my opinion. Cool Idea, Theaters need to get on board.. Wish this existed when I was a teenager, so perfect. Hopefully this social element will encourage studios and theater chains to embrace dynamic pricing soon, just like every other industry out there already has. In theory, ordering concessions ahead of time is awesome, but when I get to the concessions counter, the people behind the counter seem a little clueless. Occasionally, they don't start making the concessions until I arrive at the counter. It'd be nice if there was actually someone dedicated to incoming atom concessions alerts. Currently, theaters in Portland don't prioritize those alerts. Sometimes they'll serve all the regular customers before coming over to the atom lane to serve me. At the Regal Cinemas Bridgeport Village or Lloyd Center (Portland, OR area), to be specific, they treat the concessions piece of the experience like an after thought... it’s a bummer because in theory this idea is super cool.

Great app ONLY IF theater participates. Purchased popcorn and drinks with tickets for Springfield mall, VA. Prior to movie starting I got text asking if I wanted everything prepared and ready for my arrival. I was in parking lot when I got text so of course I agreed. When I arrived my purchases were not ready. The computer was blinking red with my order and no sound because they lowered the volume. 4 people working the registers and each one saw me. 3 males and 1 female. When the male with glasses finished serving his customers he went to assist his coworker even though he saw me. He walked in front of me to get something. Finally I had to yell “Excuse me. Are you taking care of Atom orders” If I wouldn’t have said that they would’ve continued taking care of others. What’s the point of ordering food purchases if you’re going to ignore the orders and customers ordering from Atom?

Give the option for the wheel in our settings so we can choose the one we like to use.... The old version was perfect with the wheel. And why would you change showing the price for the show? Now I don’t know what the show costs until I’m about to pay!! Horrible App. I used this app a few times in the past and my transactions were successful. Tried purchasing a movie ticket this weekend and I kept getting a pop up screen telling me couldn’t process payment try another card which I did. Funny thing is I encountered this problem a few years back and called Atom they claimed the account was reset and I wouldn’t encounter the issue anymore... lies! Called them again this weekend and I’m still waiting for a resolution. If you happen to have more than one credit card on the account it gets tagged as fraud which is ridiculous. Because the name on the account and cards are the same, at least thats what I was told by the customer service representative.

Very Disappointed. Was looking to use this app because I always buy tickets for a group of friends and have them all pay me later and I liked the feature where you can send them all their tickets using FB or their phone numbers. However, I was immediately turned off by the difficulty in navigating the app to find a theater near me with showtimes (that I know are at said theaters) but the app kept saying the closest theaters to me were about 2-3 towns over. I couldn’t find one of the 3 theaters in my city and when that happened I just uninstalled the app. Looks like I’ll stick to the traditional buy tickets on fandango and have my friends Venmo me and give me cash. I was looking for convenience and navigating the app alone was very inconvenient and frustrating.

Great app with ATOMICALLY splendid customer service!. Love this movie app for buying tickets! Recently their servers were down and I wrote them about the issue and hoping for a free ticket when servers came back up (a promotion they were doing) and they wrote me back via twitter quite promptly and told them they were working on it to get it back up as quick as possible, not to mention they kept their customers informed of the technical issue via Twitter, when they replied back to me, they even made light and friendly convo directly in reply to what I wrote them! I love more than anything else when a business is more than just a frigid entity but actually appeals to its customers with friendliness and a commitment to concern about their product and the customer’s satisfaction! Thumbs up! 👍🏻😃

Use Fandango. My friend group used to use this app all the time. We have probably purchased 30+ tickets through it. We needed to cancel one ticket due to one of us getting COVID. There is no option to just cancel one ticket. I would have had to cancel the entire order and hope I could get the other three seats together again (this was for a Marvel movie, on opening weekend). Additionally, this was explained to me in an email AFTER the showtime, when I no longer had an option to cancel anything. I raised this point in my email reply and never got a response. Go download Fandango instead. Don’t waste your time here.

In love with it already!. Atom makes it so easy to find a theater, but tickets, and even pay for food and drinks and snacks in advance. This app is very user-friendly, that is understandable to all ages. If you want to look at what’s out there, they’ll have it, and you can even buy tickets on the app itself. By ordering seats in advance, you can ensure you will get a good seat in the theaters. Although they have a pricey convenience fee, you can often minimize that by using the T-mobile Tuesday’s app (if you’re a T-mobile user) and there are deals on $5 off and they wipe out the $1.50 convenience fee that is set on each ticket. I’m so in love with this app already, I got tickets from AMC for $7.74 a ticket without any hassle! Before they would sell “gold” tickets that are $8 each but to be honest, these are just a bit better. You also get to look at upcoming movies and pay for concession meals in advance and that’s a huge advantage of using this app. It’s living up to its hype!

Wish they’d bring back Rewards. When I first joined Atom, I loved that they had a Rewards Program where every 4 tickets earned a free one. The smooth transactions and use of my AMC Stubs was an added bonus. However, I am sad that they have not brought back some form of Rewards program. I have been ordering most of my tickets through Fandango as they do a “Buy 4, get $5”. I do appreciate when Atom does run specials such as the recent “Get $7 off when using Chase Pay” but having a dedicated rewards would bring me back.

Need a Rewards Program. After recently bolting from Moviepass I used Atom to book my ticket to see Endgame. The app itself is great, very easy to use and my theater has a special line just for Atom food pickup which is nice. I took off a star because going forward I will probably use Fandango only because of their rewards program for booking tickets. The cost is about the same so having a Rewards program makes Fandango the better choice. I know Atom had a Rewards program last year and they need to bring it back permanently if they hope to compete with Fandango.

Failure!!!!!. So I had planned a trip for my boys and husband to attend a movie night before our daughter arrived. The baby came earlier than she was supposed to by a few days and they were unable to attend the movie, obviously. I reached out to get the same tickets just a different day for them I got an automated response and nothing, after a week still nothing so I responded to the automated message and still nothing it has been over a month without a single attempt to help! Zero (negative 5) for customer service alone. Even if someone reached out said sorry we can’t t refund for xyz or supply a new date fine! But not replying at all thats unprofessional.

Terrible experience. I gave this app a try for the first and possibly the last time. I purchased confirmed tickets and even was able to load them in my Apple wallet. So far so good. However, once at the theater they could not find the reservation, the worst part it isn’t clear how to contact Atom. I was told by the manager on duty at AMC that this happens with 3rd party apps. Kinda sounds like the scam Priceline. Anyway, the manager allowed us in the theater but the previews were nearly over. Yes I’m one that loves the previews for upcoming movies. So I hope that others read this and just stick to the theater apps as I still have not heard from atom. So kudos to AMC for the assist.

I Love Atom!!!. I absolutely love using atom to buy all of my movie tickets and/or any concessions ahead of time. I can literally be in the car in the way to the theater and buy my tickets through Atom at the last minute and make it right on time for the previews, avoiding every single line! I only go to theaters that use atom and if they don’t have the app service, I request that they get it and head to an atom supported theater! Best movie theater/ticket app ever!!!!!

I mean I guess. It’s an ok app unless you make a mistake or select the wrong theater because that’s easy to do when they all have the same name. AMC 18 or AMC 24 I mean it’s easy to do and Atom can literally do nothing but transfer you to the theater who will then Make you come to the theater (remember it’s not the one you might currently be at) and refund your ticket. It would be much easier to simply walk up to the theater and by the ticket at least then it removes the potential for mistake. Unless you buy tickets days in advance and can adjust Incase of a mistake, I probably won’t use Atom unless buying group tickets days I. Advance. It’s not good for anything else

Convenient, Easy-to-Use, & Good Deals!. I got the Atom Tickets app after seeing a T-Mobile Tuesday’s campaign in which downloading the app would give you a movie ticket for only $5 (I ended up seeing some new release, forgot what it was). I’ve been using it ever since. The app is pretty streamlined so it’s never hard to find movie suggestions, local theaters, or seats. Occasional deals pop up too, like $5 off a movie ticket or other discounts. Highly recommended!

Don’t buy through atom. I bought tickets through atom for Cinemark, I went to see my movie and I was told I couldn’t go in with my minor at the time of the showing on a Friday night. They were going to refund me my tickets but couldn’t because I had bought them through atom and I had to go through them to get new tickets or a refund. I emailed customer service and they tell me they can’t refund me or give me new tickets because Cinemark doesn't know atoms cancelation policy so there’s nothing they can do I had to cancel 30 min prior to showing I didn’t cancel because I couldn’t make it I wasn’t allowed in. I said well as partners with cinemark I believe you should know each other’s policy that way this doesn't happen again. I lost my tickets and my money 😡

Good service. Been using atom app for 2 years now and it has never let us down. Their customer service is great as well. One time, i had to cancel our movie because something important came up, called their customer service and literally 5 mins after the conversation with the representative, i got a whole refund. That's what customer service is all about. Making it easier for customers. Thanks, Atom! Keep up the good work! :)

Customer service. UPDATE: After the initial issues getting customer support with a bad ticket order, Brandon reached out to me the next day and promptly resolved my issue. OLD REVIEW: Purchased tickets for Mission Impossible, nowhere on the movie description did it say there were Chinese subtitles, and yet there they were. Walked out of the movie and asked for a refund from Atom but they said it’s the theater’s responsibility, not theirs and refused to compensate us in any way. Disappointed in the way they handled this, will be staying away from Atom in the future.

Questions??. 1) Trying to figure out a few things and one is why are there some theatres that the time of this movie, is either lit up which this light sky blue going around each time of this movie and 2-3 theatres have the times all lighted up around each time and 2-3 theatres are not lit up? Does it mean they don’t support the ATOM?? You filled some of my questions. I need this info today please? I have it right there but can’t finish until you tell me? I hope I can still finish this because my friends will freak out once I can finish this. 2) I know it said something about getting your friend(s) tickets so we can sit together. Is it saying they can get their ticket for the same price or just for sitting by each other? If yes then how do I add them on? What if I am paying by cash and her (them) want to pay with a bank card? 3) I take it that once I started to finish this then I will see the finish bottom? I also want to find out if all tickets are $4 like in the 3D theatres that are a little more if they are $4 as well?? If you could answer all the questions please? I am just asking that because anytime I ask more than just 2-3 questions they don’t answer all the questions. Thanks Amy

Great app, annoying privacy requests. Great app. Makes ordering tickets super easy, and allows for pre ordering concessions if the theatre supports it. And supports loyalty cards from a number of theatre chains. Loses one star though as every single time I try to order tickets, the first step in the process after selecting the movie location and time is to “invite friends”, and it asks for access to your contacts. If you decline, it will ask again every single time you place another order. In my case, I was checking seating availability at a number of different theaters and showtimes, as it was a new movie and selling out quick. So I checked at least 15 different location/time combinations, and it asked me 15 times to allow access to my contact. I already said no once. Stop asking me every time time! Remember my choice!

Update review. I ordered tickets and a poster for acengers endgame and took avout 5 weeks to arrive, customer service didnt know where my poster was adter shipped or know when it would arrive, after being frustrated about the length of time since it was suppose to be a gift for my nephew, i refused to use this service again. Now After speaking to someone from the developers team two months ago, i was explained and satisfied how that person helped me after my issue. I planned not to use atom again but i am. I was given tickets to see any movie and my nephew choose lion king. Honestly great full with the service the lady gave me and so is my nephew. We will be happy customers using Atom.

Great app, very convenient and easy to use!. It’s easy to use and good for a quick buy when wanting to go see a movie. Whenever I had a bad day at work and just wanna go home and have a nice date with my sweetheart, it’s perfect to look through and choose what movie, where and what time at the drop of a hat. Some places you can go ahead and order your food, I haven’t done that yet! I’m sure it’s just as easy. Anyways, great app, easy to use and very convenient

Awesome Overall Experience. I love this app. The fact that you can reserve your seats at your fingertips is awesome. But the best thing is when the agent scans your ticket at the entrance, the concession stand workers is alerted (somehow) and starts prepping your online order as you’re walking to the concession stand. You stand in a separate, special line from the general public line which is way quicker. That is so cool. But you can also cancel your tickets too as long as you cancel 30 minutes before the movie start time. Talk about absolute convenience at its best. Awesomeness!!!

Great with One Caveat. I love the app, but I really wish there were a way to view which screen/auditorium corresponds to each showtime before purchasing tickets. At some theaters, not all auditoriums are created equal, so if a particular film is showing on multiple screens, it would be nice to be able to see this information when making a decision of which showing to go to. This is information which Atom clearly has, as (again) it is shown, after purchasing. Just this one little enhancement would make me feel like the convenience fees charged by Atom are fully justified!

Decent app. If you want to just scan in and go to the counter with the goods ready for pick up this is your app! (Note -turn on location services your gps thingy it acts as a beacon alerting the concession stand worker you have entered and for them to prep everything for you pretty snazzy ) draw backs atom developers and the corporate side fail to insert conditions for service as in all theaters that participate MUST include allowing the customer the choice to buy the food in advance of entering Regal is the problem some refuse to participate only tickets only and if all things they exclude from the food menu if they do allow it are hotdogs they absolutely refuse to sell the hotdogs via the atom app. This is a regal branding situation sort of there is NO uniform conformity each theater operates independently not good Cinemark refuses to partner with atom and they should! Atom’s app charges less than the Regal app !

Cyber security very lacking. I love the ease with which this app works. Unfortunately it also seems to be very easy for hackers as well. I had a Megaplex Theatres Megapass, which must be used through this app. In the past 6 months I have had fraudulent tickets bought 5 times. I’ve changed my passwords every time, but it happens again. I have been able to cancel the tickets, but Atoms only refunds them in the form of “Atoms Cash.” You must contact there customer service to get it refunded to your credit card, and it takes 7-10 days. Pretty messed up that it takes seconds for them to take my money and days to give it back. It’s really a hassle and frustrating. It should not be this easy to hack. If you trust a company with your credit card info, you hope they will protect it. I’ve finally canceled my account rather than continuing to risk my information.

Will stick with Regal app. Tried this app today with my son. Purchased 2 tickets with it. It did not apply a Regal gift card even though the app showed a picture of a Regal gift card. I have an Apple 7 plus phone and it gave me the option to put my tickets in the Apple wallet app… which I did. This presented the next issue. In the wallet the Atom ticket did not tell me what row my seats were… just the seat numbers in the row. I had to go back into the Atom app and actually count the rows. I was excited to try the concession ordering thinking this could help me get to my seats quicker… wrong again. Once we checked in with our movie tickets I asked where do I go to get my concessions ordered with the Atom app. I was told to get in line with everyone else getting concessions. I was expecting a dedicated line for Atom preorders. So basically I got to stand in line and get my concessions like I have been doing prior to using Atom. There was no advantage to ordering my concessions in advance. Long story short, Regal app works better and does anything this app does but better.

Cheaper Than Fandango, but concessions is a joke. Yes, you will save money on the ticket fees which are cheaper in this app than Fandango. But the "fabulous" concierge-like features for concession ordering are a joke. I have tried it twice now, both times a complete fail. In the theaters I have tried, not only is there absolutely no "express line" as promised, but they also DO NOT get your order ready ahead of time. You have to stand in the regular lines like everyone else, and then you have to wait for your order to be gathered up like everyone else. So basically all you get is a prepay benefit. The money savings is OK. But given the fail of the promise of the rest of the app, it's not enough for me to keep using it.

A Security Nightmare. My account was hacked and Atom showed no initiative to help. Their only form of support is an email hotline, which I emailed 3 times without receiving a single response. During this time unauthorized purchases were being made. I had my Apple Pay linked to my account and there is no option to remove your saved payment method. I had to completely disable Apple Pay from my phone to remove access to Atom. I had changed my password 3 times, none of which kicked the hacker off. As long as you have a logged in session, it seems you can stay active as long as you’d like. There is no 2 factor authentication. This is a security nightmare and I can’t imagine how this is remotely passable for a technology company in the modern era. Use Fandango, buy direct from theater, anything but this.

Charges waaaay too much. If you buy tickets at Landmark website you will be buying tickets anywhere between $4-$6 cheaper. That’s per ticket. The app is a scam. Just check the price here and on the cinema website and you’ll see the difference. I stopped using the app after having paid them enough since I was lazy not to compare.

Garbage app. Horrible interface, extremely confusing. Can’t choose my theatre. My only options are theatres that are in a different country 1000s of Kms away.

NEEDS UPDATE. I tried to sign up because of the pandemic but it’s a huge disappointment because this app doesn’t want my cellphone number. It only recognizes BC’s area codes 604, 236, 778, 250 but the new area code 672 which has been in Vancouver that is almost 2 years, this app recognize it as VOIP. I think the developer of this app needs a MASSIVE UPDATE. This 672 is a LEGIT CELLPHONE NUMBER that was given to me by TELUS for almost 2 years now. I emailed and complained to Atom customer service twice already but all I got are just infos that didn’t help the situation. TO THE DEVELOPER, PLEASE SEARCH IT ON THE INTERNET BEFORE YOU RECOGNIZE MY CELLPHONE NUMBER AS VOIP.

Almost there. I wish there was a way to save a gift card to your profile. It’s rather cumbersome to keep typing in the number. Otherwise it’s a great app.

Says I already have an account but I don't. In 4-5 years, i have never been able to sign up to this app. When I sign up a new account, it says my phone number is already associated but I've never had an account before and when I use the Forgot my Password feature, it says there is no such phone number in their system. So make up your mind!!

Location useless. I live in Toronto Canada. It told me my nearest theatre was in Hollywood. Completely useless. Why did google Canada maps give me a discount code for a U.S. app?? Stupid

Fix the age rating. I ordered tickets to zombie land since it said not rated but when I went to scan they said it’s rated 18A and they wouldn’t let me in after I bought the tickets online.

New user. So I just got the app and I’m not sure how or if I can het food when I’ve already purchase my tickets. I’m watching Endgame tomorrow so an early response would be appreciated.

It won’t let me purchase. Error message “check payment method” every time and would not work.

Awful experience. I have some credit on my account and I can’t even use it because this app won’t process any payment. I’ve tried credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Customer service is the worst and nobody would help me. Thanks for stealing my money.

Order and pay for tickets in under a minute. This app is perfect and I have to say that the ease of picking seats and paying has brought me back to going to theatres. Ui sometimes changes with version updates and some are better than others but they don’t seem to screw it up.

Account Stolen. My account was stolen and replaced by a different user who had access to all of my information. This took a week to resolve, while fraudulent purchases were being made. Little effort was made by Atom to resolve this issue and I ended up demanding they delete my account and any information they have of me. I won’t be using Atom again and their security is awful. I recommend if you have the app to keep a close eye on it.

Can you get better movie descriptions please. The movie synopses on this app are so vague they are beyond useless. For example, Tadap: a remake of the 2018 South Indian film RX 100 Ok, awesome! Everyone I know loved that movie, I can’t wait to see this one.

Doesn’t work. You can’t even sign up through email because the verification doesn’t work. This happened to me and a friend. Don’t waste your time I guess...

Okay for Showtimes. The app is good for looking at local showtimes, and purchasing tickets. However, if you have any promo cards - like the ones bought at Costco - you cannot redeem them, though you can go through all of the motions and get frustrated when it tells you that the tickets are invalid. You have to go to the actual website to redeem coupons.

Atom does not work. I have an account and tried to contact atom, its a waste of time. I have a card on file it used to work great now all it says is sorry we are having an issue right now and cannot accessing anything. This has been going on for well over a year! Even the staff says we have heard that from others too nothing they can do!!!

Amazing app for a movie lover. I’ve been using this app for years now and really makes it easy to buy a ticket, choosing your seat and even what you’d like for snacks. Would highly recommend ATOM if you’re a frequent movie theatre goer.

Great. Simple and easy

A great app for movies. I’ve been using ATOM since the beginning. I got a free movie just to try it. It is very helpful as it lists all the theatres and movies in your area, not just ones that support ATOM. Here in Canada, Landmark Theatres uses ATOM Cineplex does not. Some of the perks of the app is that you can pre purchase your tickets, pick your seats and in many theatres, pre order your food and drinks all at once. You also have your own ATOM VIP line up to pick up your food and drink order. The app keeps track of the movies you have seen and can also keep track of up coming movies that you want to see. For me, the best feature of the ATOM app is that you can cancel your order at anytime right up to a few minutes before it starts. That is helpful if you change your mind about going to the movie. You can also edit your food order as well, these features are not available with the Cineplex app, Once you purchase your tickets, you can’t change them. With ATOM you can save your payment method, you can use credit and it accepts PayPal. This is a great convenience, not having to enter your payment method manually every time. It also allows you to leave a reviews of the movies you have seen, information on upcoming new releases and you can pre purchase tickets for certain movies not yet released. What more could you ask for?!

Still useless. Where are the Costco coupon codes ? Till it’s added this app is useless....feb 2020 and still not added....

Not all it’s cracked up to be. I prepurchased tickets to expedite entry to a movie. Well, that turned out to be a mistake. Not only was it not possible to “skip the lines” to check in with atom I wound up waiting in line forever and by the time I was in the part of the line that was actually indoors the movie had already started and the line was going to take another 20 minutes. Atom refused to refund my money. App deleted. This is garbage.

Worst app I’ve ever seen!. This is one of the worst apps I have ever tried to use, it might work 50% of the time! I have never in the history of apps on my phone have so much trouble with any other app that I have had with this one, never works when you need it to, very poorly made and unreliable!!!!

Customer service sucks. Lost $60 on tickets. So I have been using this app on and off for almost 4 years. I would get a new phone and download it instead of just going on the landmark website because of the cancellation policy. I bought 4 tickets a week before and found out I had to work overtime that day. As the time for movies approached I realized it wouldn’t be possible to make the showtime and tried to cancel it. The app would not let me do so. After working a 12 hour shift I wasted another hour driving to the theatre and getting a refund. The manager there said I needed to deal with the app. She used my phone to send the email through the app. The thing was when she used my phone she send it with my personal email that was not linked to the app. So no this place has my personal info which I was trying to avoid. I have been going back at forth for a week with some associate named Carlos about getting the refund to no avail. I sent him the screenshot of the time when I tried to cancel it and still just getting emails back about why I should deserve a refund. Funny I don’t have to spend this much time going back and forth when buying my tickets. The tickets were not scanned and I obviously did not use them so why do I not get my money back? Honestly it’s a piss off that after years of using this app, the first refund is not being processed. I hate this company because they were quick to take my money and now when a refund is required I am just getting a run around by some outsourced tech that doesn’t even live in Canada.

No benefit to the theater. You have made a fantastic app. But when I used it, I was to by a theater manager that they don’t get any of the profits of items purchased through the Atom App. If the theater would get more profits from the app, then I’d give a higher rating.

Forced save of card info. The app will save whatever credit/debit card info you use instead of allowing one time use and makes it a hassle to clear the info it saved without your consent. Real scummy behavior. *Update: my card info was finally allowed to be removed after the movie. Due to the poor way this app is set up I wanted to delete my account. Turns out this takes up to 15 days and requires all sorts of verification. No amount of dev responses or support emails make up for poor design or anti-consumer choices like this. Let users decide how their info is used and what is saved. Plain and simple.

Gets the job done!. This app works for me 100% of the time. I have tried numerous movie ticket apps in the best and they were all buggy and full of problems. This one has everything you need, including basic functionality such as purchasing tickets to a movie(you wouldn’t think that would be such a big deal, but it sadly is)

Makes going to the movies so easy. Atom has really changed everything about buying movie tickets. It has the most user friendly interface, makes it so easy to collaborate with a big group, and sends your tickets to your phone. It’s one of those apps that I can’t believe never existed before recently, and I would not want to be without it!

Convenient and wonderful. I’ve had this app for a while now and used it for the firstime in preordering Grease...wasn’t sure if I’d have to search for my online receipt...it sent me a notification prior to the movie and I even checked on the app itself to find it...wow so ez makes going to the show a breeze and no lines... If U wanna add food and drink U can preorder that too...ty for making the show an even more wonderful experience

Major developer issue .. App was working fine until it did the update a month ago. Ever since I haven’t been able to log in to the app, despite the fact that I know the password. I tried resetting it and it says “ Sorry, we couldn't find an account with that information. If your account is connected to a 3rd party login, try using the corresponding button, otherwise reset your password by using Forgot Password.” I tried making a new account and says that an account is already existing . So I even tried to make a new one logging in with another email and it says “ We're sorry, there was an issue just now. Please try again.” I’ve tried emailing regarding the issue and no one has replied or fixed the problem. I get addition discount promos from work and I can’t use them because the app doesn’t work. I’m upset on how much they don’t care. I’m very disappointed on the app.

Good but my location doesn’t support concessions. My family and I loved using atom app when going to the movies because we could order food and have it delivered to our seats. Sadly, I’ve discovered that all movie locations in Hawaii no longer support this feature. This helped out greatly because we have several young kids and carrying food/drinks for everyone is not easy. The app is still cheaper than others when ordering tickets so we will continue to use it.

Cool app bad customer service. Wow, just wow. It turned out my theater was reserved seating but atom app bugged out by not asking me for a seat, so I didn’t get a seat. I did pay for my ticket though. I called atom and they offered me a “courtesy” discount for my next ticket and didn’t find a solution for me to watch the movie time that I paid for. Just wow.... did I mentioned when I asked guest services about available seats, they had 75 seats available! And how is it a courtesy discount if I paid for the ticket!!! imagine waiting all week for a movie, then not being able to watch it the time you set time aside for it. Evening ruined, I’ve never had this issue with fandango though ✌️

Terrible. We walked out of a movie 30 mins into it because It was Nothing that the previews showed. After talking to the regal manager that was very nice he told us he would give us a refund but because we bought it through atom he couldn’t but he said to call atom and we will be able to get it. So we called atom, he basically said he couldn’t help us because we called after the movie started. When we said ok that’s fine, we won’t be using atom again, he did not care. I’m sorry I’ve been using atom for a while. Customers like me and my family help them stay in business. So I will not recommend them at all and never use them again.

Best Movie App. This app is amazing ! I’ve been using it for quite some time and seriously will never buy a movie ticket at the theaters again. Very easy to navigate through this app, access various locations and cinemas. Even allows you to pre order tickets for movies months ahead !! You can also invite friends and send them their own tickets. Definitely an amazing app

Not happy with their app design or customer support. First of all if you search in an area where they don’t service that movie theatre, they won’t tell you that they will just make the one nearest your home the result. Yes I should have double checked, but come on make it more obvious that I can’t get tickets through this app. Then to get any money back they want to charge me some fee and won’t make an exception, so if they want to lose me as a customer over $1.79 I am here to stand up against them on principle and say me being a customer is worth more than $2 and they flat out disagree which is shocking. Deleting the app.

Quick Refund. The main reason I’m giving Atom 5 stars is for their quick refund processing. I bought tickets for a small indie film and when the day came to see it the theater received the wrong film and it was canceled. I was dreading the thought of having to prove to Atom that I never saw the film but after I sent the email they were quick in response and I had the money back within a couple of days.

Works for me. I have used this app only to buy tickets for the Met Opera Live in HD performances. Simple, intuitive UI, although I was taken aback that nowhere was I asked if I wished to use this or that method of payment on this most recent purchase. Never mind; I am certainly not in the target demographic of this app! Edited 2/7/19 this purchase I was taken directly to my paymen methods. May have been a phone iOS update. Anyway, still works just as well as ever!

Good option. The app is great for securing tickets early for opening weekend movies, however depending on your local theater’s functionality, it may not be any different than buying tickets out right at the counter. I bought 3 tickets using the app, but still had to go to the counter to get my tickets printed out. To me, that defeated the purpose of buying early if I can’t skip the line. If your e-ticket can’t be scanned by the ticket taker, save your money and avoid the convenience fee.

Fast & Easy!. We are frequent to AMC and Marcus. I can’t believe there is such an app like Atom that can work as a 3rd party but still able to retrieve all the offers, even including giving back my reward points to AMC! Since AMC started their $5 Tuesday offers I have been using Atom app more often. The ease of cancellation on the app is god sent and giving me the peace of mind when buying tickets ahead. Love it!

Ok. Yes the advertising ads are bigger then the regular show times ads I can see that now it is a little more distinct and user friendly and with repetition I will clearly see your method of presentation even more even though I do not approve of your presentation of designs,,gotten used to your design though now,, good thing I did not sign into a account with you in reading your reviews though,, your trailers are not viewable, say oops or what ?,,or why ??, I guess my I phone is not good enough to download your speedy format or just to much crap to try to down load to view your trailer, one option is to delete the crap, which I did fandangoly appt I can view the trailer view yours I can not

I’ve become a movie junkie thanks to atom!!. I’ve been using this app off and on for 3years. This app makes the whole movie going experience streamlined and easy. I went from seeing a movie maybe two to three times a year, to going weekly. The notifications are helpful because they let me know about movie events in my area that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. This app also connects to the amc app which I like a lot! Thanks Atom!

App is useless, existing account and re-apply info leaves tix buy in limbo.. Tried to purchase tix from app but when signing on with google account, I get existing account message. Transition doesn’t go forward to purchase a ticket to force me to re-apply my name, email, address, etc. info I’m not going to when I already have an existing account on Atom, the app isn’t automatically using, left it closed or locked off and ticket purchase in limbo. The app is useless for me from signing back on my existing account. Now I’m back to buying movie tickets at the theater.

Exceptional customer service. I mistakingly ordered tickets today that were intended to be for tomorrow. Even though it’s been clearly outlined in it’s policy that refunds are only applicable 30 mins BEFORE a movie, Atom was gracious enough to offer me a one time refund 2 hours AFTER the movie. This leniency and hospitality has turned me into a loyal customer for life :) and don’t even get me started on the T-Mobile deals!!!

Good with a few tweaks. Like the app, I like the $4 deals you get through TMobile and that I can share with friends when and where I’m going to a particular movie. I don’t like the service fees and twice I’ve arrived right after posted movie start time and my tickets are gone. Thankfully I have an emailed receipt and my theater is generous to accept. Screenshot your tickets if you like to get there after the posted start time!

Where to begin. I will never use this app again I have never had so much trouble with a movie app in my life I placed an order the theater decide to cancel so instead of getting a refund they switched the movie and so I had to switch theaters but I had to take the atom cash because they would not refund the connivence fee on there fault because they switch the wrong movie now I’m out 15 with useless atom cash because I’m never going to use it again and they can’t get me a refund with out the law TLDR changed the movie I purchased not a refund can’t get refund because you lose fund unless want credit

Easy, Fast, & Reliable. The app is super easy to use. I like that if you want you can use Apple Pay. I like that once you’re done the app text you the movie ticket(s). If you delete the text by accident, you can always go back to the app and pull up the ticket(s). I like that if you can’t make the showtime, they will refund your money hours ... heck... minutes before the movie start with NO problems! Thanks Atom!

Awesome app. This so beats the old fashioned way of going to a movie. I can get ahead of the line for purchasing my tickets and even getting my snacks at the concession counter. I feel like a VIP with Atom ticket app. What I love even more about Atom ticket App is I can cancel all the way up to the show time if my plans change for whatever reason. Thanks Atom. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who loves going to movies.

Great App. The Atom app is super easy to use and very convenient especially for ordering tickets and reserving your seats ahead of the movie show time/date. Also love that the fees are lower than other movie apps, you can use gift cards, input your theater loyalty card to still earn loyalty points, and invite/send friends info on the movie you will be seeing along with your seat number so they can purchase a seat right next to you. Awesome!

Problems at every turn. In theory, this is an amazing app. I love the rally which allows friends to vote on which movie and when works for everybody, but it won’t let one person select seats and everybody pay separately. When I invite friends to get seats next me, it only opens the web browser and not the app which does not allow certain promo codes. Once we finally got it all figured out how to get the seats together on many different phones, it for some reason won’t let one person pay (even after trying 4 different payment methods that should have worked).

Fashion movie lover. I always like that I can but my ticket in advance and get special offers on top . The major bonus I can cancel upto 30 minutes of showtime if something comes ups. It’s makes feel less stressful cause life happens and I’m able to enjoy the features with little stress as well ! I’m always going to movies these days for inspiration and film/cinema has gotten so much betters !

Pick seats together without paying together. Great app. Keeps track of all your loyalty cards. Earn free movies for buying through them or referring friends. You can change seats even after tickets are purchased. So far haven’t found the prepay for concessions worth it but this is due to the theater not the app. Great way to see a movie with friends and skip the lines.

Pretty Great App. New to the app here, already love the processes within the app and the ease of booking tickets. The friends option is also a game changer for those who are always indecisive when it comes to going to the movies together. One thing I wish for, and the reason I couldn’t give 5 stars, is the ability to add booked tickets to your calendar app. I always forget what movies I have booked far ahead and depend on my calendar to let me know what’s next. Overall, a great app and great service.

Atom awesomeness. No need to wait in line and hope you find a ticket for the hour that you want to watch the movie. With the app you are able to select when you want to watch it and do it before the movie even comes out which gives you a head start ahead of everyone who goes to the theater to wait in line when the movie comes out.

Disappointed. We got an atom gift card we had issues redeeming. Contacted customer service, who was nice, but not super helpful. Couldn’t get it worked out before the movie started, so we ended up purchasing through fandango. Tried to use the gift card again a week later only to find out they no longer support Regal, so if we want to redeem the gift card (which still wasn’t working) we have to go to a theater an hour away. Not worth my time. We’ve tried three separate occasions to use this app, and we’ve given our money to fandango instead every time.

Great Service. A while ago. I had to call the company for A problem taking advantage of at two different T-Mobil rewards Tuesday movie deals. They were awesome. They have me future credits to enjoy movies. Software issues were the problem twice. In addition. Both times, the two different reps called and did a follow up call. That is rare in a company.

Wasn’t sold at first until.... At first I wasn’t completely sold on this app. I tend to use fandango but when I found that their advertised promotions weren’t always clear I stopped using it. Atom has become my go to movie ticket application. I had purchased tickets and found that I couldn’t make the show. Atom is a one click ticket calculation/ refund app. Lifesaver. Thanks Atom.

Decent, but not up to date with Covid seating algorithm. I had a mini panic attack today thinking the app glitched. It showed available seats, but kept telling me they were taken. I went to the theater’s website and realized those seats were supposed to be X’d out for social distancing. Very thankful I figured it out, but was not happy I needed to go to the theater’s website to learn this instead of being able to simply order on my app without an issue. Outside of this problem the app is streamlined and easy to use.

Easy peasy. I was able to walk into the theater, grab my already made concessions after a quick phone scan, then walk over to the ticket collector, scan my phone again, and go on into my movie. No waiting in line. I had someone stop me on my way to the ticket collector to find out how I was able to just grab my stuff without a long wait. I do believe that this app is AMAZING!

Atom’s better than any other movie buying experience out there.. My experience when going to watch a movie doesn’t start when the lights dim, it starts when I’m buying my tickets and Atom does a great job ensuring that my experience is amazing from the start. This is way better than standing in a long line only to be told there’s no more seats available. Highly recommend this app.

Overcharging customers!. Don’t waste your time with this terrible app! They overcharged me for movie tickets and the staff had no clue how to use the services from this app. I will just keep it simple and purchase tickets in person from now on. The App Customer Support did nothing to help out. They pawned us off on the theater. The theater couldn’t do anything since we used this useless app. So App Developers, own your business! If you sell it, and you don’t show the appropriate prices based on age, you should be able to refund. Either way, I’m done using this ridiculous app. It doesn’t save me time and cost me more money!

Could easily be the best around if.... The app is great in all aspects besides the cost. I use cinemark the most and a member of their rewards, atom doesn't let me use my credits and there is a convenience fee that is waived on cinemarks app. I know they have their own thing going and thats why I give 3 stars instead of 1 because I understand they need to make money too. Just be wary as this app is really only useful if you aren't a member of any movie chains rewards or you are going in a group and need to plan accordingly.

Impeccable customer service !!!. I originally downloaded this app last year through a t-mobile promotion. The app is easy to use and convenient. Recently, there was a glitch within the promo codes that t-mobile offered customers and I reached out to Atom via Twitter. The issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Kimberly!

Wish it supported amc entourage. I love this app, clean and easy to use. However being an AMC A-List member, I often use the entourage feature to also book tickets for my friends that also have A-List, so we can make sure we sit next to each other and it just makes the process easier. Without this feature, each of us would have to book separately and choose seats separately.

Love it!!!. The colab between T-mobile Tuesday and Atom is great! I love the convenience and ease of using the app. The feature movies are new and movies I already wanted to see. Our theatre has days that I could see them for less $ but that’s only on certain days however with Atom I can go any day the movie is showing for the discount rate and that’s what I love 🥰

Real human support even at night!. I'll keep it short. Easy to use app. Social features. Helpful support team. I made a mistake while booking the tickets. But Atom support helped me with the matter even though I called them up late night. Not only does Atom have a contact number, they have real people to help you out with your issues even at night. Good job, Atom!

Not That Great..... First of all, there is currently only ONE movie theatre in my city that participates with Atom. Secondly, it gives you an option to “tell a theatre” you want it to participate with Atom, but it doesn’t give you the option to choose a movie theatre. Instead, it only gives me ONE movie theatre, which is the one that’s actually the farthest away from me. Why isn’t it picking up all the other theaters, nearby? Or why doesn’t it let me put in the information of another theatre myself? So basically, right now this app is completely useless to me. Maybe when it picks up a little bit, and more movie theaters start participating with it, it will be worth it to re-install.

Lack of account security. Someone was able to get into my account and make multiple purchases with my card on file. Customer service was good once I was able to reach them but quickly realized there was no customer service number to call or at least not one that I could find. All I was able to reach was a customer service email that took a couple days to hear back from. I actually liked the app until going thru this experience.

Love it but one wish. Overall amazing app that i use all the time, i just wish there was a way to “import” a ticket i bought elsewhere into the app. If i bought a ticket on the theater site i’d love to be able to import it to the app so it thinks i used the app. that way i could use the “add to calendar” feature and have it in my order history. maybe one day.

Good App but issues loading gift card. I am unable to load multiple gift cards purchased from Costco into the account. This used to work fine before the updated app. Now I need to remember which gift card was used and what is the current balance before using for the ticket purchase.. Would not purchase Atom gift cards if the feature to load multiple gift cards is not available.

I absolutely love this app and atom. I dont usually write app review but Atom is truly outstanding. Not only the app but also their customer service is on point. I was compelled to write this because I saw some insane negative review which isnt fair at all. after using atom for a least a year virtually every week, i can tell you this is an amazing app, at least in my experience... and the worry free refund is everything!

Better organization please!. This app is such a great idea and can be a huge help if it’s a small group going or if everyone is next to each other. With large groups it’s confusing when everyone is trying to purchase the same tickets. It would be a great help if you could reserve it per person and know those tickets are kept for a limited amount of time so we’re not worried someone will buy the ticket before we do.

Good. Aside from an initial snafu, were I purchased reserved seating tickets and to my surprise there was someone in our seats, customer service reached out and tired to make it right and explained what likely happened with the theater being the culprit. There front line customer service call center needs some improvements but it’s nice to see how committed they are to making it right when I got a call back from advanced support person. My review was upgraded given the final resolution, will be using them again soon.

HACKED!!!. Just an hour ago I’ve been scammed. I first downloaded the app to get tickets to Avengers Endgame a while back and haven’t used the app since. Today I got a text and email confirming an order I didn’t place and across the nation for $97!!! I got hacked and someone used my money. Maybe there needs to be better security or something. App was fine until a scammer hacked and abused my account. I swear I better get a refund. Edit: customer service was helpful and refunded me. Should be all good now but not sure how I was hacked.

The Best Way to Buy Movie Tickets!. Been using Atom Tickets for almost two years now, and I’ve never been more satisfied with online ticket purchasing. While the competitors are good, this service is more easy, affective, and just works better than the others you could use. I’ve never had an issue, and look forward to hopefully many more years using this service.

Good, unless you are a AMC Stubs subscriber. This is a nice all in one movie app for movie info, tickets, and even concessions. No more having to bounce around between apps. However, I hate paying an extra $2-3 per ticket just so I can buy my tickets in an app. So I signed up for AMC's Stub subscription where you get 3 movies per month included and no online booking fees. Atom integrates with AMC Stubs for earning points, but not the subscriptions. So it wants to charge me every time rather than knowing I get 3 movies per month included with no booking fees. So I am forced to leave the Atom app to book my tickets in the AMC app every time. So I can only use Atom if a movie I want is not playing at any AMC theaters. (which is rare) But perhaps AMC is blocking Atom from integrating with their subscription service, so it may not be Atom's fault.
