Absolutely amazing!. My card would not work inside the store and I was completely out of gas. I sat in the parking lot downloaded this app and was fueled up within seven minutes! That’s how quick I was able to download link my card and pay at the pump.

Savings!. QUICK AND EASY!! Don’t normally write reviews but with the price of gas I think it’s needed…Signed up in less than 3 minutes and saved on my first purchase!! No hidden agendas just savings and no the original gas price wasn’t any higher than normal

I can always find the cheapest 76 station. I’ve been using the app for over 3 yrs now and love it. Makes it so easy to buy gas and I can look around to see which 76 has the cheapest gas and the get 15¢ more off each gallon. Hopefully it’ll return to 25¢ off again 👍

App. The app was very difficult to use. Took two tries to download it then once got to the gas station, it kept coming up with no Internet errors and all kinds of errors in the gas station said there was no problem on their end so we had to shut it down and do it again and finally it worked.

Still won’t let me back in. I haven’t been able to successfully log back in to the app in at least a year. I was hoping that the switch to Fuel Forward would give me the chance to reset things, but nope…still asks me for my number to verify, and when I enter it, the app tells me that the number is already in use. Can’t create a new account because my number is already in use. And I don’t see an option for deleting an account and starting over. Because of this, I can’t take advantage of the larger fuel savings offered through the app. VERY frustrating.

Login Page Load Error. Unable to login via the app or desktop, the login page won’t even load. Why isn’t account payment possible directly within the app without having to redirect to another webpage and log in a second time? Other major bank apps make it easy to pay off your credit card, but Synchrony doesn’t seem to be addressing the ongoing login issues to pay account balance.

Please Never Change. I am sincerely grateful that Phillips 66 has allowed customers like myself who love this brand to be rewarded by just using this amazing app. I have saved so much money with just the $0.10/gallon savings—it adds up, trust me! The only thing I would change is being able to redeem KickBack points via this app and without needing a physical card either.

Won’t login. I’ve been using the app for months and it was great, now the last 2 weeks it won’t even let me log in and is stuck on the login screen. I’ve closed the app, redownloaded it and it won’t work. I guess that’s the end of the app since I can’t find a way to report a technical issue when I follow the link to contact the app creators.

Can’t remember which gas stations to use this at. On one hand it’s great that they combined three gas stations into one app, but on the other hand there’s no indication in the name of the app nor in the icon itself which gas stations those are. I have 1 million gas apps, and I am never going to remember which gas stations are associated with this app. They really need to put the gas station logos in the icon to make it easier to remember.

1st time!. One of the store associates told me about this app one day when I was having issues with my card. I downloaded it and used it for the first time today. You can pay from the app while sitting in your car. It’s very simple and convenient!

Not too bad!. At first I thought There needs to be more fuel reward options beyond getting a credit card or linking your bank account. Especially if you cannot even link your bank account because it has to go through plaid so if you’re bank doesn’t work with them you’re screwed. But after pumping my first tank I finally saw the 10¢ off a gallon. It doesn’t say that anywhere so I just assumed you had to link or get the credit card but I’m thankful!

App was not working - UPDATE. 'Frustrated' is not a way to feel before writing a review. Now UPDATED, here is what has been happening after further use and gas-fillups. It seems that the Wi-Fi connection between the app and the gas pump can be quite slow at times. Yes, "Patience is a Virtue." Things seem to be working now, although there is still quite a delay with the connection to the pump so you can get the discount that is offered. I'm not sure that this is actually a problem with the app so I will keep using the 'system' and just relax when waiting for the connection through Wi-Fi.

Actually saves you money. Where I live has is 3.69 and it brought it down to 3.24. It’s worth linking direct pay, I have already saved 10$ filling my truck up in the last week

Well worth the effort of getting my card linked to the app.. I had some difficulty adding my new Phillips 66 credit card to the wallet of the app because I got a new cell number and it took a while on the phone with customer service to get that updated. Regardless, I finally figured out how to determine which stations allow payment with the app. The small green wireless icon below the station name showed up after I selected the station from the list of available ones. I got my 25 cents off of my purchase price, right at the pump, instantly. Well worth the time I spent getting my new cc added to the app. Thanks!!

Kickback. So, I have a kickback and at some pumps I will get to use it but at my local gas station the app does not. I am missing out on points which equal dollars. When I added my kickback card the 66 app says it will apply kickback which is a lie. I have several receipts that kickback did not apply to. Not very happy about this or the change to just saving $0.05 a gallon. It is not with the headache anymore.

Always has connection issues. This app is trash. The Phillips App always worked perfectly fine. Ever since it changed, the app always has connection issues and I have to use my card. I think it does it on purpose so they don’t have to give the 5 cents off, which btw, used to be 10 cents. So, overall, crappy app and crappy service. Give people a break and do at least 10 cents again.

Sporadic and unreliable. The app does not work every time. I click pay at pump, then it sometimes works and sometimes cancels transaction or says some other error. Usually resulting in me going through the same steps several times for it to work. Also, since I have switched to using my debit card as proffered payment it sometimes times will say try again in 24hrs forcing me to use the 76 card which I stopped using because the limit is so low it’s a joke.

Friendly. We really enjoy our local Conoco station here. The manager is such a nice guy and we use the app today which was very easy to do and he was very helpful we saved. Thank you.

Guessing Game. Works great…once is a while! You may get the advertised discount per gallon or you may not. Could be an issue at the station I guess but none the less very frustrating. Also, since switching over to Synchrony looking up your current balance is way to difficult.

Buggy app. I was told by Conoco to switch the company’s My Conoco app to Fuel Forward. It has proven to be a buggy mess. It rarely works to pay at the pump with the app and the company has tied up a $125 pending charge for almost a week when the actual amount of one single gas transaction was less than $50. Fuel Forward also promised fuel discounts that are non-existent. Will be dumping this app and Phillips/Conoco credit card as soon as the pending charge gets resolved. Not worth the hassle!!

So easy. What’s not to like about this app? You can pull up to the pump sit in your car go through a few motions on the app and next thing you know you’re filling your gas tank at a discounted rate it’s so easy!

App is horrible!. I am unable to use pay at the pump. I use my card. I paid off my balance 9 days ago and it is still not showing on my available to use total. I tried to use the chat feature but it does not bring up the area where I am able to chat back.

App doesn't work. This application doesn't work. I find the gas station, enter the pump number, select my credit card, the pump makes noises like it received the communication, and then the application says it failed. Every time. I end up using the same credit card at the pump without receiving the discount. Customer service is also inadequate. It was suggested that I email them. I did with no response. This seems like a scam to me. They have my information, don't deliver, and don't respond.

Save with the Fuel Forward app. I downloaded the Fuel Forward app today to use at the 76 gas station and save myself a few dollars. It was quick and easy to download and who doesn’t want to save a little bit of cash these days. I highly recommend it check it out.

Excellence in an App!. Very well written app, extremely convenient functions, stable and well implemented. If you live in an area with Phillips 66 at every corner as I do this is a must have. To top it off, you get a great discount in fuel purchases when you link your bank account, your debit card or your Phillips 66 card.

Charge delays to get fees. So was looking for an app to better track my gas spending. Decided to go with this, and connected my card. Got gas which was great utilizing this app, however, the charge didn’t hit my account for almost a week. By then, the funds were no longer there and I was assessed a fee. Now I receive an email they will be attempting to charge both and if they aren’t successful it will go to a collections agency.

Too Irritating. I loved this app before when it was just Phillips 66 fuel app. Then it changed over to Fuel Forward. And it logs me out constantly. I have to make sure it’s logged in every single time I want to use it. Many times it decides it doesn’t recognize my password and makes me reset it. Completely over it at this point. The .05$ per gallon is saves me isn’t worth the amount of aggravation it causes me. And that’s saying something as I fuel up my car 2 times a week.

Annoying. Wanted a gas card for each of my kids to use. That only works at gas stations. Found this one. Got a ridiculously low credit limit. The app constantly messes up. When I look at transactions and then go out of it to look at something else. I try to look again and it won’t let me. Acts like I need to log back in, but when I hit log in, it says you’re already logged in… very odd. Then I get text messages from synchrony bank saying I’m about $60 close to my credit limit. I look at the balance and there’s $35 on it. I would use a different company but unfortunately this is the only one I know of. Wish they would improve.

It’s okay but could be better. Can’t combine gift card or kickback with your credit card. I asked the cashier to apply my kickback rewards & use my credit card to cover the rest. Would be nice to use multiple payments in the app since the cashier didn’t fully understand my request. At the pump it will ask if you want to redeem your kickback but doesn’t apply. Have to go inside to redeem it which sometimes the workers don’t understand your requests. Plus cashier had an issue with printing up a receipt because it was raining?

Good app. This app is pretty easy to use and very convenient. I like that I can log into my account also. My one major suggestion would be to add the ability to set a prepaid amount so that you don’t need to stand at the pump and watch when you don’t want to completely fill up.

Kickback causes problems. I tried to enter my kickback on the app but it asked for a PIN which I’ve never had or had to use... so I could t add it. I thought I would then simply enter my kickback at the pump but if you do then the app thinks the pump is occupied. So. Ow I have to call to get credit for my purchase. Once I get my kickback set up, this is easy enough to use.. but until then a big hassle

Meh…. Download the app…want to use it??? Create an account first…want use a credit card…yeah…please create another account…want to register for Kickback points from our app that you already registered for…yeah go ahead and register again. Other than clueless registration, the app is ok! Don’t GET me started on their crappy Phillips 66 credit card bank…I canceled my cards after registering THERE as well.

Downgrade from the old My Conoco app. My Conoco worked generally as well as an app of this type could work. In years of use it only glitched out to the point I couldn’t use it to pay and get a discount a couple times. Since being forced to switch to Fuel Forward it’s about 50/50 if the app will work. First, it takes forever to load. I’ve given up and swiped my card, pumped a full tank of gas (and I have a 36 gallon tank) and the app has still not loaded. Then if it does load half the time I get a connection error and can’t use it anyway. My Conoco and the associated discount kept me a loyal Conoco customer for years—I’d drive by other stations to find a Conoco—but if this app doesn’t get better soon I’m going back to looking for Costcos to gas up.

Super easy. Where I live you have to pre pay before getting fuel. I always hated using my card at the pump. This app makes it easy without going thru the 200,500 questions they ask at the pump.

Superb. I am a plumbing contractor, this app and it’s savings makes it a no brained. Saves you 15 cents a gallon when using the app and using the Phillips 66 card as payment. I would have given it a 5 star rating but there are quite a few Phillips 66 stations or convenient stores that don’t take this app for making a purchase at the pump. One C- Store had all the advertisements for this app and didn’t take it. That is a real head ache. Corporate should mandate all Phillips 66 stations and etc should take this app. That being said I really love the ap.

App not working! I can’t use pump! Plz fix this problem. I luv the app cuz it’s connected through my bank and I been going Philips 66 for 1yr now since I found it but I like it more cuz the app it charges me 2-3days some days I don’t have money yet but I need gas asap and I can still get gas cuz the app but today I tried to get gas and I pay at pump like I always do put in pump number it tells me sorry this pump is not active or something I tried another pump tells me sane thing so basically I can’t pay thru the app! I go inside the store and tell the cashier the problem and he’s saying it’s not on there end they don’t control that or something so I guess it’s the developer problem. Well till this problem is fixed I won’t put gas at Phillips 66 cuz that’s just bogus

App needs refined.. To the developers. In the credit card portion of the app, please work out the flow and bugs in the app. Just use it, you can’t miss them. Buttons hidden behind borders, flow is clunky, making payments is a pain. Maybe study the chase app. It’s hands down easier to use. Using the app to fill up is perfect. Zero issues! I love that part. The account portion needs work though.

Easy peasy. As a single busy momma I love anything that makes my life more simple. With this app I don’t have to get my kids out of the car to pay for gas and if I do and of course they need snacks and a drink I don’t mind because I earn points that turn into cash!

Not a fan of Direct Pay. The $30 charge hit at 2:54am and my direct deposit hit at 4:50am. So that cost me $25 extra…ok my bad. But instead of just re-running it, they actually immediately sent it to collections. Called and they said sorry that was their policy. So I give them two stars for jumping the gun and weak customer service. Just use the PayPal app instead, you still get $.15 off per gallon and can pay however you want.

Cardinal ticket promotion. Phillips 66 need to provide detailed information on how to use the app so that you may get the cardinal ticket promotion. I have asked three different times for someone at the station to help me. Nobody understands the process. Someone thought they were still handing out theCoupons. I called customer service twice. The last time I called the attendant was rather short with me. And seem to have a hard time understanding that I needed help with this process. So this is the fourth timeMy husband and I have filled up at the station in hopes to get the email so that we can redeem the promotion. We are very frustrated with the level of customer service and support we’ve received. If Phillips 66 and or the Cardinals are not going to make this promotion easy for people to understand it would be better if they didn’t offer it. We can take our business elsewhere. There is a mobile 66 much closer to our house. We purposely come to this Phillips 66 because of the promotion. This is the last time we’re going to try and redeem the promotion. And if it doesn’t work this time we will be calling to cancel our account.

Convenient + Efficient. It’s lacking some ux features, but wondering if that may be why it functions so well. I can’t remember a time when it crashed or took forever to load something. It is normally a fast and smooth experience. However today, while I was parked at the last pump of the row, it wouldn’t recognize my location at the station. I tried restarting my phone and the app, etc. But just kept throwing a window alert about finding a closer station. Ended up moving to a different pump in the middle of row. Problem solved easily enough, but still taking a star.

Terrible. If you have a problem with the app they will not fix it. I have called 7 times just to try and add my card to the payment method to get the 25 cents off and it locked me out for the amount of attempts. Customer service is terrible I even talked to a manager who claimed to have fixed the problem. I tried a whole day later and it still didn’t work. If you get this app I wish you the best of luck because this is just terrible.

Apple CarPlay?. I love the idea of this app. It makes it convenient to pay right from your phone without the worry of having someone steal the information from your card at the pump. However why not make the app available on Apple CarPlay as well? This would make it so much more convenient to just purchase fuel right from your dash. I know other fueling station apps have that capability why not this one?

Rocky transition from old apps. I’ve been using both the Conoco and Phillips 66 apps for several years. They worked great and I have points stored in them. Now, despite all the hype and prep, this app won’t take my credentials from the old apps. I got a message several weeks ago about waiting for the credentials to transfer but I never got a confirmation of that happening before Conoco/Phillips killed the old apps. Result: I’ve been buying gas elsewhere for 2-3 weeks and if I can’t get my discount back I’ll continue to do so.

Excellent service. Nick at the Phillips 66 station in Spring Lake NJ was again so helpful and patient with me since I had trouble using the app. I always liked using that station because they were so friendly and then ever since Nick told me about the app and helped me download it. I go there all the time. Great service station great person working there. He should be commended.

Get used to the process. I have been out of town for a while so my first trip back to the Phillips 66 app I had forgotten my password. When I had reset set the password everything went smooth no more digging out my credit cards and forgetting to get my credits. Stick with it

Onboarding New Customer. The onboard process for a new customer is less than ideal. I have been attempting to create an account for 3+ months now and an error persists at the very end of the process with no reason as to why the account creation failed. So not only am I confused about the error and where to go next, I am still left without an account which leads me to exit the app. I am very surprised to see that this error still persists after 3+ months and I still haven’t been notified as to why I am receiving this error. The app isn’t useless but the ability to build personal points up is your biggest marketing message and me not being able to create an account is keeping me from doing that.

Great when it works. Used the app for a year with no problems. Very quick and easy. Last few months I’ve had nothing but problems. For a while I wasn’t getting the .15 off after it started working again it will not activate the pump. Most days I can’t get the app to open the account activity tab. Luckily I have been able to get it open to pay the bill but it’s stressful each month.

Could not set up Direct Pay. I entered all required information to set up Direct Pay and linked my checking account. There was no issue accessing my account through Plaid, yet I still got a message in the app that said I needed to call customer service for additional verification. My name, phone number (which I have had for 5 years), and address (where I have lived for over 6 years) are all correct. Customer service than sent me an email saying I would need to upload additional documents. They wanted a copy of my drivers license, a bank statement and a phone bill. Absolutely ridiculous. I will NOT be sharing any of that information with them. Way too intrusive and absolutely unnecessary given that I had already provided all necessary information to set up the account.

Excellent employee. The cashier Cathy at the Phillips 66 on Main Street in DeSoto was an outstanding employee with helping me with my new Phillips 65 app. A very friendly, courteous employee and I will be visiting this location each time for gas and other items.

Easy to use. Worked great faster than scanning your card at the pump very convenient…

Quality fuel for a discount.. I think the fact that I don’t have to swipe my card. I have gotten it stolen through card readers on several occasions but not anymore.

Malfunctions. I was parked next to the pump, but the app said I was 300 feet away and refused to let me fill up. I had to close it out multiple times before it finally recognized I was at the pump. Before this incident, it worked extremely well. Not sure what the sudden problem is.

The name is dumb. Not sure why they changed the name of the app but now when I’m at a 76 I have a heard time bringing up the app on my phone because I always forget the name of it. So I’m so over this app. Why’d they have to change the name. Now I can’t search for 76 or gas and have the app pop up. Also, I have never got any rewards.

Difficult Setup. I have spent hours trying to get this app to work. Trying to get help from Synchroney is a total waste of time. It takes 10 to 15 minutes just to get through their telephone tree to talk to a representative. My wife was ready to trash the cards... and we both worked for Phillips 66.

Convenient!!!. Why is that? I am able to use my cell phone to pay for my gas and get points and save money for a sofa SR5 awesome!!

15¢ not working but otherwise good. Enjoying the locator and pricing but am only successful in getting 10¢ off despite paying through ap. Also cannot sign up for kickback through ap.

Savings is always great!. These days everything expensive and saving a dime or two always helps plus the application is so convenient to use

No deal. Even when the card linked is a 76 card the app still charges credit card prices (+10 cents) then gives you 15 cent credit for using the app. Link any card you have that pays cash back on gas like Sam’s clubs 5% would have saved me 20 cents over this. Just not worth it when they play games like this.

Convenient. The app is super easy to navigate, and I love to have my cards on the wallet which speeds up the payment.

Doesn’t read location. I’ve tried using this several times and it keeps giving an error message that says mobile pay unavailable and when I look at which location it shows, it shows I’m hundreds of feet from the station and it seems that is why it won’t let me pay

Fueling Up. This was my first time on Fuel Forward and it was so smooth and easy plus the savings were awesome. Can’t wait to Fuel Up again. Thank You

Absolute waste of time. This app barely ever works. So unless you want the feel of what it’s like to own an electric car because you’ll spend an hour on this stupid app trying to get it to work just to save 2$ at the gas pump is not worth the frustration. This app is a literal joke. Better off getting gas at a company that isn’t upcharging until you get their stupid worthless app

Mobile fill up. Super easy to do and no Problems. Would recommend anyone to try this and enjoy the savings. Way to go Philip 66

Just sits and spins. Tried to recover my password because I suddenly have to install a new app while I’m at the pump ready to fuel. It just sits and spins on the terms screen. When I tried to skip the sign in, the payment button is inactive. It took forever to attach my payment method to last app and now this.

Fantastic Lady. What more can I say. The Blonde Hair LADY here was so helpful on using my app as well as working the pump. She was Good enough to come outside and help me totally. Unbelievably Great gas at great prices plus Service Help !!!!

Enjoy the convenience when it works.. It’s nice having slightly lower gas prices, but it’s annoying to have to sign in every single time in the app, also I have been through a couple of locations where it just doesn’t work altogether sometimes.

First Time Used. As a first time user I found the process to be fairly easy. Thankful for the tutorial by the cashier at the convenience store. It was a helpful benefit to save on fuel at the current pump price.

Don’t get the credit if you pay cash. If you pay cash at the register and no points no further discount

Still can’t get the app to work. I have had the 1st app in Oklahoma then honestly forget about it and when Gas went up and now living in CO… the app is down load but keeps telling me to link it a credit cards or theirs and even applied but get so far and it backed me out… ivr loft so much money and still am🥲 Reached out to customer service and nothing helped but we got your email. Love it. This app makes paying for gas so much easier. Especially in the winter. It is so convenient and I use it every time

Phillips app. I can’t access the app to do anything without internet connection. That includes paying at the pump. This is the only app that I have this issue.

Pay on App & Rewards. This app used to be a 5 star with easy payment through the app. Now a person is required to do a bit of a dig to pay down the card balance. Don’t mind the savings, but that also used to be .25 cents on a gallon rather than the now .15 cents on a gallon.

Easy to fuel. Love this app and others like it, where you can pay at the pump. Easy to use. Quick

Review. Easy to use and enjoying the savings but it doesn’t give me the option to purchase a car wash.

Junk. Setting aside the number of ads popping up for your attention signing on is a major challenge. Anything can sign you off and it takes multiple confusing steps to get back on while you are standing there by the pump trying to fill your car. The PIN number should be enough. Other sites have managed it fine. RWF.

A little help. My first time using the app. I didn’t know how to use. A store associate came out to show me. I really appreciated it.

Best app for gas. I had limited ways to pay at the pump until I used this gas app plus I saved money while my gas prices are lowered!!!

Payment. Have a iPhone and I have a credit card that is set up on my phone all I have to do is approve the transaction but it only give me a 10 cent discount per gallon… why is this…. Didn’t want to set up a credit card on the app

Recommend!!. Highly recommend getting the app!! Once you get to any pump at any of the Conoco or phillps 66 you can pay at the pump with your phone! It’s the easiest! You automatically get a paper and non paper receipt!!

Beware. When Phillips changed to the Fuel Forward app, it initially worked fine. Last weekend, it started not recognizing login credentials that previously worked fine. The forgot password link also did not work and there is no phone number listed to call for help. Very frustrating to be standing at pump struggling with it.

Set the sales amount. I would like to set the sales amount on the application, it could be nice

Doesn’t Always work. I would give this app five stars but there’s times that it doesn’t work at my neighborhood Phillips 66 other than that it’s good!

1st time using app.. Everything went well for me. Rated 4/5. The amount of time it took me from start to finish with no mistakes was near 10 minutes. To much information needed to be entered. Cut it in Half and it would be 5/5

Love the App. I used the app correctly for the first time and I love it. Saved myself about $4 a win is a win. I will be using the app more frequently now.

Fuel saver. I was able to use my starfish on here to get back a discount. Never did this before but it was not hard.

Excellent way to save money.. If you are into saving money this app is for you. It’s super easy to use and if you have a Phillips 66 gas station near you it will save you quite a bit of money over the course of a year.

Easy payments and discounts. Love the easy way to pay even when I leave my wallet home and the discounts that come with it!

Phillips 66 App. This app worked great once we got it going… It was just the process of getting it to the point that took a little while.

Annoyed. I downloaded the app as recommended by another customer just to download it and have a notification come up that will not allow me to use my phone at all, even after locking the phone the pop up stayed and I could not unlock or turn off my phone I had to do an entire reset I wish I had never even wasted my time.

With just my phone. Was a little confused when I pulled up to the pump but it worked like a champ. It stepped me through the purchase. Really easy. Thanks Phillips it works great

WOW!. I absolutely love the fact that I can pay @ the pump directly from the palm of my hands! This is such an awesome feature! You guys are rockin this game!

App works but constant updates needed. It is SO annoying having to update all the time. I’ve wasted so much time standing at the gas pump each time while being held hostage by this app that refuses to work without the latest update. This last time was the worst. They migrated over to a whole new app and it kept giving me problems.

Great app,limited cards. Great discounts on fuel purchases but it doesn’t let me add an additional credit card beyond two and I can’t delete one that is expired. Once that’s fixed, it’ll be 5 stars for sure.
