I’ve been using this app for years with little issues, but I hate it now.. I wrote a lot of notes today and after about 4 hours, I decided to take a break and when I came back to the app, about 2 hours of notes are just gone! On top of needing to get rid of bugs like that, there need to be page jumping and sorting options within a note as well and the ability to make checklist options within a note. If I can somehow return to an old save state of the note, that would be great.

Tracking. I'm a charge nurse. I use it to keep track of my counseling sessions with staff regarding patient care. The only downside is that it doesn't share with other devices.

Perfect!. This app works beautifully and is perfect. I does everything I need it to do and is so easy to use. All my notes are easily accessed. Thank you for a great app.

Good app. Simple to use and intuitive. However, a “save” function would be most helpful. This program will change things and automatically save it upon exit. However, there are times when the keyboard pops up indicating something changed. If you accidentally changed something, there is no way to get out of the note pad without saving; it does it by default. Developers; please consider a save function for future changes!

Great Program. It does more than the other organ that I was using. I love it? I am hoping I can figure a way to transfer all of these notes and pictures when I get a new phone.

Security password. Previously I had a password assigned to this app. but since the update it is gone. Can someone please tell me how to get it back?

Sort by modified time added. Since last update when you open a note it scrolls to the bottom on a iPhone XR. Can you fix that? Also if you click send bug report it closes app or rather send to background.

Handy App. I use it all the time to keep track of things I forget, grocery lists, books to read. Easy to use.

As I Want Needs Improving. This is a great app and I love using it. What I want to see improved is the sorting option for “as I want” I want to be able to drag and drop my notes in the order I want them for easier viewing. The only way I can accomplish this now is to grab older notes and paste them into a new note but then I lose the original creation date. I either want to be able to drag and drop in the order I want them or I was a star or heart option to make it a favorite so I can sort by favorite. Otherwise this app is perfect!

Notes. I’m liking it more then any other app for jotting down thoughts, ideas and notes. The color coding makes it visually appealing and helps with organizing and remembering. I recommend for many different uses from work, personal and more!

Post-It notes on my phone. I don’t survive without reminders so this is the perfect app for me. It is easy to organize my to-dos, shopping lists, and whatever else I need to keep handy or in front of my face. But the best part is that I don’t have a million pieces of paper floating around.

Love using this.. It’s just what I need. I always want to be able to write things down as I think of it or to make a list

Miss My Facial Recognition. I moved from my iPhone XS to the iPhone 13 ProMax and suddenly I’m unable to lock up my notes like I used to be able to under your free plan. It’s to bad to see that go to the way side. For me it was a great way to write down somethings at times that were rather personal. I guess now I’m just going to have to be careful about what I write anymore! A little heads up would have been nice!

Security lock function was removed. I used this app all the time to keep my passwords in order. After the last update, I am no longer able to lock the note. I have searched all settings and tried to make another note to lock and it does not allow. I need the privacy function of locking so no one is able to access my accounts information.

Happy. Although I try other note apps. I keep coming back to this one. It’s nice to be able to organize notes by color.

Work for apple products. I love this app but literally in the last 4-5 days it has stopped working on both my iPhone and I pad. I’m a promoter and I use it for Twitter and it won’t let me tweet on either of my apple devices. I didn’t change anything it just stopped on it’s own. Please fix because I don’t want look for another

PERFECT NOTE PAD!. This is perfect. You can keep unlimited amounts of notes and organize them by color or importance all in one spot. Makes everything from appointments, grocery lists to “ to do “ lists, and more, right at your fingertips! PERECT !!! AND FREE !!

Found exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been searching through the Appstore for days for an app like this one, where you can write notes and sort them out easily with colors. Some other apps do the same as well, but this one is the highest-quality app I’ve seen so far. It lets you adjust small things that make the app much more worthwhile. Plus, there isn’t a limit to how much notes you can have, which is an extremely amazing plus that other apps lack. This app was exactly what I was looking for. If I could rate it higher, I would.

Something went wrong. For some reason all of the sudden it won’t save one of my notes. Every time I try to write on my note and save it I come back to it and it’s not there anymore. Very disappointing considering I use it every day and have to have my notes. I had to find another note pad 😔

Outstanding 👌🏻. I'm really falling for this app. I've been searching for a new notepad app that can get me away from the junk that is "the iPhone notepad". I hate that thing!!! So boring and uninteresting. Nothing like Color Note. I love this app because it's fun, whimsical, overall great to use when you wanna just jot some thing's down. I literally spent about three hours the other day, writing things, choosing my mood and what color I wanted the note itself to be. Now, every time I have an idea.. I waste no time and go straight to Color Note! 5 stars. Thank You for such a great app. 🙂

Awesome app just needs word find feature within the notes. This app is soo great, but I was hoping the developers would add a weird find feature that works within the actual notes. I find myself having to scroll through a bunch of texts just to find something specific and it takes up a ton of time.

FANTASTIC!. I haven’t had this app for too long, but I am REALLY ENJOYING IT! I absolutely LOVE the little mood face feature! So fun and very unique! Just makes you smile no matter what!😄! Actually I’m very particular about my “Note” apps and this one is totally perfect for what I’m using it for! You guys have done a fantastic job with it! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t change it by trying to make it “better.” Too many, in fact wayyyy too many once upon a time great apps decided to make theirs “better” and all they did was TOTALLY RUIN THEIR APPS! Upgrading, or whatever you want to call it is usually NOT a good idea when you’re already successful! That old saying of; “You don’t go fixing what’s not broken” is absolutely and completely true! Deleting content. This is a great app to keep notes on your iPhone but to get information by searching for a specific word it only gives you the full page. The confirm delete is on but does not work and I’ve accidentally deleted full sheets of content. 🥺

The best. This is the absolute best note system I’ve ever used. You can keep everything straight and organized with this.

New Note Presentation Format. I felt that your new Notes presentation format change was somewhat unannounced and unanticipated by average users. As an accomplished Senior Technical Writer and a studied Naval Historian, I keep all of my extensive manuscript development notes on this platform in a conveniently color-coded format for ease of access and good organization. Sadly, whatever you recently did to “enhance” our Notes experience has now only served to move all of these notes helter-skelter and invert my color-based filing scheme, indeed with folder entries I used to have on top to now be shown on the bottom, and causing me to have to once again reorder all of the folders. Wow, what a chore. It would have been nice if you had maybe given us a quick heads-up to let us know what you proposed to do to upgrade the platform. Not angry, just a little put off by the extra work that I felt was otherwise unnecessary. Also, can someone tell me how I can apply “Bold” and “Italics” properties to any of my text entries? I think the provisioning of a minor HELP sub-app to assist users in understanding how to do various things on the app could go a long way to maybe resolving a lot of these otherwise minor issues. I thank you for the opportunity to at least express my opinion and provide this review.

Love it. You can choose colors for your notes you can change the font you can bring in pictures and it’s all password-protected love it

Super cool !!. I love it!! Just learning some new things I didn’t know about!! Where can I see other new ideas ?? How to group messages and change titles of groups?

Having problems lately. I used to love this app when it had the ability to make your note either a note or a checklist but then that went away. But I still kept it because I love the colors . But recently it seems like something is wrong because when I try to search for a note, I start to type in the search bar and then the app closes unexpectedly. Not good!

I love this app but.... I don’t like the new update because it keeps on moving by itself and sometimes it would change its color to a different one. It gets me annoyed and can you maybe bring the old version back? because I didn’t have any problems before.

Great app. This is a great app, however, it does have a couple of flaws. 1) When I first open the app, the order of my saved data changes. What was suppose to on the top, suddenly jumps to the bottom. But, the next time I open up the app, it is back on the top. 2) There is no way (that I know of) to manually change the order of your saved data within a specified color grouping. It would be great if that was possible. Your last entry is always going to be on the top of the list.

Great app. I really like this app, it makes it so easy to write my thoughts down. The different colors and the little thing asking for the feeling make it more fun for me. I love it, but it’d be nice if people could sign it to their notes using their passcodes, in case they lose their phone or something.

Need assistance to find my notes after last update. This was my go to notes app until the latest update. I still have my profile but my notes are no longer on my iPhone. I have reached out for assistance but nothing in return yet accept for... (“The volume of inquiries we receive prevents us from responding to all requests. To resolve your problem, please first visit the FAQ section”). I have tried everything on their FAQ’s but no success. I am still hopeful this can be rectified if their support would reach back out to me. I’d have given it 5+ stars up until this issue.

No print option. There’s no option to print or convert to pdf file. Exporting only transfers text and not images. It’s useless for archiving purposes. If you just want to keep notes and images on your phone, I guess it does that pretty well.

Great App. I love this app. I love that you can change the fonts and color of the pad. I give it five stars. Jus wish we had more colors/and use the emojis for the faces. Really DNT like the faces.

Please add a checklist!. I like this app because I can add pictures to my lists. However, I wish I could cross things out. That would make the app just a little easier to use so that I can check things off with a single click rather than going in and editing.

Love this. Love this app., I can do anything on it. I'd really really love it, if you could pick and chose the background as a picture, a selected picture of your choosing But overall, it's really nice

Color Notes. I use colored groups to list major projects. Within each group I list smaller tasks to be done. I love the app for this. Simple & easy to rearrange. However, I wish I could use a check mark to check tasks within a group rather than be forced to use random symbols. I can only check each color group with a check mark.

Good Free App. Color note does everything you would want it to do in a note app. There are lots of preferences you can set. You can change the note color, the font style, and the font size. Also you can add photos to your notes. That is pretty cool. The one thing I wish it did offer is the ability to add aList, like a shopping list or a to do list, Something with bullet points or check boxes or whatever. This is not a dealbreaker for me but it is something I wish it had. As for free apps, this really is a good deal.

Needs one more feature. This is fantastic but it needs to have a feature where you can also change the color of the fonts so that it will be more fun

Love this App. Now having this app I never have to bring a journal, pens, etc...love that I can write in different fonts and color backgrounds✨Also love being able to include photos with my travels🐘I highly recommend it👍

Outstanding app. Not only is this my favorite way of keeping track of a host of subjects, but the app support is outstanding. They actually respond to inquiries and fix any problems!

Better than notes on iPhone. I’m super organized and write a lot of lists. This app lets me organize them by color or emotion or time. It’s very helpful. I am a visual person, so being able to color-code my lists is super helpful. I’ve gone thru 3 iPhones in 5 years and still have all the notes I’ve made. It transfers easily from one phone to the next. AND it double checks with me when I try to delete a list to make sure I really want to delete it— which is a nice safety feature. Love it.

Previously my fav app. I used this app daily. I logged in earlier this week and my data was gone. Only two entries remained. I tried to reach support by using the link and it took me to an unsolvable Google page. Where is my data? Can anyone suggest how I recover it? Did this have anything to do with the upgrade? Thanks.

Handy Dandy. I really like this app it's quick and easy also Color coded easy to use. One of my favorite go to apps.... would love if linked with Apple Watch

Nifty app. Great app. I use it to keep track of when my bills are due and when I am expecting money in. I do not use the calendar as I use Outlook which is more robust. My phone deleted the app by mistake due to the touch screen. I easily reloaded the program but lost my data. It will take some work to put it back in. When I reloaded the program I found that it is possible to backup the data. Good to know for the future.

Not enough color and font options.. Also should be able to number or bullet automatically instead of manualy Not enough colors can’t underline or bold

I’m devastated. I have been using this app for at least 5 years and accumulated so much health and personal information such as blood pressure readings, English lessons , spiritual songs, life events that I wanted to remember and so so much more. For some reason all was deleted. I backed out of the application like I have done for years then all was gone. Now I cannot keep this app because it reminds me of my history that is now gone 😭😭 The owner told me how to retrieve everything and I’m very happy now. All should learn from my mistake

Nice App. Would be the most awesome app if All my notes could be automatically or selected to share between all my devices, i.e. iphone and ipad.

HUH?. I liked this except for not syncing across devices. As of today I can’t get a horizontal list of notes which I always had. This is on IPhone 8 Plus. Don’t see any option to get horizontal list back. Utterly stupid. And for whatever reason the font used for the beginning title of the note in the list is not the same as the body of the note and I don’t see any way to change it. It some thin lined squiggly font. If this isn’t fixed immediately I will delete this app.

Needs Improvement. The Notepad is fair but it needs a Title Line added to Notes so a person can name their notes. It would be nice to see created a Checklist for shoppers again with a Title Line so a person could name their shopping checklist ie. by store. The color feature is nice but the Avatar say lose it but that’s simple my opine Separate Notes from the Checklist so the two don’t mingle

Best yet. Fast and easy. Colors make it easy to categorize and search. Add photos and sketches. I also could copy and paste from other sources. I really like it.

Photos saved to notes are not full length anymore. I used to love this app but recently, photos I save with my notes are only about 60% or so of the original which crop out some important information. Guess I have to look for another app to use now!

Consider this. Would be smart to add Archive feature. A way to hide old notes. Just like the way of archive message chat in WhatsApp.

great. one of the better notepads. great variety of fonts and and font sizes, just wish the top and bottom white bars were collapsible when not editing the note. cuz it is a great way for me to read fanfic from online, so i dont have to strain my eyes reading on plain white background.

Lost all the data after recent update. Updated the app recently and have lost all the notes which I had saved from past 4-5 years.

Fine; would enjoy fonts and checklists. Works well so far; it would be nice not to have a baby’s face on all the notes, and it would be great to have the option to make fonts bold underlined or italics. I would also appreciate a checklist function.

Photos are cropped. Been using the app then today noticed that the app will only used a cropped portion of your photo not the whole image

Lost Notes. It’s not backed up under iCloud anymore. They store their own backup and was not notified before I lost 3 years of valuable and memorable notes.

Lost notes. I had a list of 90 note tabs and now I only 26 is showing up and I did not delete them please help!

Erasing notes. Recently the application hasn’t been saving the writing in the notes, I create a new note and I see the color of the new note in my notes list but none of the actual information was saved onto it.

Deletes saved notes. Used to be a great app, but recently it started deleting portions of my saved notes. This defeats the entire purpose of the app, so it’s time to look for another

Overall nice!. I love the little emoji dude. If you could make one with long hair that would be cute, maybe if it’s not too much trouble make it kind of like a customizable avatar. I was in desperate need of organization and wanted my to do’s and other lists to be more exciting than the inotes app as it is pretty boring, so this one works great for that! I’m glad that you can type in different fonts without having to pay so you can customize the look of your lists, and I’m also glad that you can actually type emojis into the text so you can use them as bullets. A few things I would like to see is maybe an option to check things off, or swipe left to add a bullet/check box/ !!! And maybe a swipe right to cross out the bulleted item or check the box of the item. I saw that in another app and thought it was very smart and convenient, but it wasn’t as customizable as this one and any remotely interesting fonts or back grounds were only for premium paying customers. That app also had a lack of variety in the backgrounds, there were like five and that’s it. Something neither this nor that app have currently is an option to change the color of text, which was one of the things I first wanted when I started my search. I would like to see that added to this already great app as well as maybe some generic backgrounds (kind of like iPhone wallpapers that come with the phone, like artsy picture of beaches or cool random shapes) because it’s nice to be able to change the color of the background and you have a good selections of color for that. Very good app and I have been and will continue using it often!

Get back in. I set my password up and face lock and I could not get in. When I first opened it when I downloaded it it was as great loved it very nice. But when I got out of it I couldn’t get back in. My password was correct it kept saying correct. I just deleted it. Not happy

Great App. I was looking for an app that worked like the journal I had on my Kindle. This came closest to having the features I wanted for saving directions to the various craft projects I do.

Sync ability. Like app just wish it was set to sync across devices

Lost Password Protection Ability. Whatever was done recently to this app removed my password protection and I cannot find anyway to get it back. Without the ability to password protect my notes this app is useless to me.

Problem!!!!. I forgot my lock key. What do i do???

Problem. I can no longer search my notes. When i try, it closes the app. I have alot of notes and can't access them. I notice the app looks different. Whatever updates or changes you made are creating a problem.
