If you have the book.... If you have the book then I think the full app should be included in the purchase...at the very least, it should be DEEPLY discounted. It’s ridiculous to have to pay for the book/class AND pay so much for the app. What I was able to use in the free part of the app was helpful and convenient just terrible that the app costs so much.

Amazing. I found myself unable to focus on studying. The material for the exam is so dry. This app has been a great help allowing me to study everywhere and I get to take a break away from my books!

Great resource!!. I just recently passed my PA Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Exam, on the first try!! This app is an incredible tool. The week prior to my test I went through every group of units one day at a time. I answered all of the questions, marked the ones I didn’t know and returned to them afterwards to study which parts I was 100% sure of! I have recommended this app to multiple friends who are also getting ready to take their exam! It is a little pricey, but in my min worth every penny.

Excellent application for quick studying and explanations.. Practice Study Prepare Excellent resource I recommend this app for my students as a reinforcement of what they are learning or for a quick quiz when they have a break at work, waiting to pick up children, sitting at an appointment. Anywhere they have a few minutes to study.

Worth every penny. This app undoubtedly helped me pass the exam. It’s got all the questions from the Dearborn book so after studying the chapter I’d just take the exam on my phone. Also, the app is a really great tool for finding out your weak areas. Good luck!

All you need to pass the PSI. I passed the PSI exam in my first try, thanks to this app! The quizzes are straight from the Dearborn textbook. It was so convenient to pull out my phone and take a quiz when I had a spare moment throughout the day. Bought a “pass the PSI” study guide and never used it. This is all you need.

Great people to work with. I am so thankful for this app. Not only did it help to prepare me for the real estate exam, they were very easy to work with. Also, reaching a live person by phone was so easy even a caveman could do it. 😂

Awesome program!. I recently took, and passed, the real estate exam in New Hampshire!!! The program I went to used the 20th edition (big yellow book) and inside the yellow book was a green tear away card for the app. I was never one to purchase a subscription, but I opted to give this app a try, as a fellow classmate had raved about it. I’d did the one month subscription, and boy it paid off!!! The questions were worded in a way very similar to the actual exam I took (in regards to the national questions). I took quizzes daily on top of reading the book cover to cover twice and preparing over 700 hand written flash cards. Like anything, you will get out what you put into it, so study hard, read the book, and this app might be a great tool to help you prepare for your exam, it sure was helpful for me!

Extremely Effective Tool. Passed my real estate exam on my first attempt. Without question this app played an important role in my exam prep. If you use all the resources this app gives you along with a complete studying process, you’ll be successful. Don’t focus only on the correct answers for questions, but why the answers are correct. Awesome app and extremely happy with the results.

Question might be wrong... Release deed A document, also known as a deed of reconveyance, that transfers all rights given a trustee under a deed of trust loan back to the grantor after the loan has been fully repaid. You mean back to the grantee not grantor?

Decent and real review from a real customer. I got this app through the book I got in my real estate school this app is perfect for refreshing memory and the basics of things all though I would like to point out that I have taken the state exam 4 times and have not come into any questions that are even similar to the questions asked on this app I do not recommend this app for the state exam I recommend you find harder questions cause that’s what I was asked in the state exam this is a very good app for keeping your mind fresh but not good at all for the state exam

Amazing worked!. I failed twice on my exam and was so depressed I almost gave up! I went to checked around apps and found this one and bought it due to the reviews. So glad I did! After studying all the questions thoroughly, I thought to myself, will this app even help me!? I took my exam again today and passed it with flying colors AND with confidence! Third times a charm! If only I found this app sooner, I would’ve passed my first try! Thank you Dearborn for your tremendous help!!!

Passed the first time!. This tool was instrumental in getting me comfortable with the types of questions on the test. The additional help provided was key and the ability to bookmark those stinking questions that I needed to spend more time on was essential. I do wish there was more variety in the questions (less duplicate questions), but overall I recommend this tool.

It didn’t prepare me near enough. The 3 stars are because I enjoyed using the app and some of the study material was helpful. I used it every way possible. I took all the quizzes in all the categories, created custom quizzes, and went back over and studied the things I wasn’t getting right until I was getting 100% on everything. Then I went to take my test and thought, “Where is all the material I studied?” I don’t have test anxiety, and I have strong reading comprehension and writing skills. I just barely passed the exam. I’m reading reviews by people who are thrilled to have gotten an 85%. Everyone knows real estate exams are extremely difficult, but why can’t a study tool be designed to match that standard; and for those of us who study it the hardest be better rewarded for our efforts? Is it satisfactory to have a country full of realtors who only know 75 to 85% of the agreed-upon standard? I’ve been thinking about writing this review since I tested in June. I’m left with this thought: If it’s not uncommon for people to have to take the test multiple times (more $$$ to the real estate commission) which requires more learning or keeping a subscription another month (more $$$ to the education businesses…) could the system be designed for more money to be made before the mark is finally hit?

Excellent App. I just scored an 86 on my State exam! Dearborn made the difference. The teaching technique of repetition was excellent. Having a variety of information at you finger tips like audio, video teaching, flash cards, etc. made studying extremely effective and easy. I would highly recommend this app to all that are preparing for their Real Estate Exam.

Good, just frustrating :(. I downloaded this a month prior to my 2 week class. The preparation was great. I loved the app. I wasn’t in a hurry and when something didn’t work correctly I would move on to another area. Great for casual studying. Day 1 of class, the app crashed and would only let me take quizzes over the last 3 units of the book. (22 units in book) that was rather frustrating. So I e mailed dear born. They said “Hey Meagan we will fix the bug in a couple days.” I’m a guy that isn’t named Meagan...13 days later....after I had taken my test, it was up and running. When I take the quizzes now, they will randomly say that I had questions answered incorrectly when I did not. THAT can hurt what you’re memorizing. I basically had to go back to the book to make sure my answers were correct. The app will freeze during a quiz, which makes you have to start over and not know whether or not you passed the quiz(when taking a quiz over 25 problems that can really make you frustrated) I am not happy with the app. I had paid for this app, and whenever I pay a substantial amount of money I want the app to work correctly. The info in the app is great! But unfortunately my job as the app user was to find the issues for the future for other downloaders to benefit from.

Very helpful. My only complaint is it freezes constantly which means I have to start over what I was in the middle of. I take quizzes until they are all answered. I go to the yellow then the red. Once I have moved everything to green I retake repeatedly until I can answer every question correct. It’s very frustrating to have to start over my sequence!

Great Resource. This app is really easy to use. The questions are great for studying for the exam. Videos and other features are very helpful for continued studying and learning about real estate. The videos are created well.

Great And Convenient Study App. This app is awesome. I shared it with 6 classmates who all didn't pass our first exam by only 1-2 points. This is gonna be a game changer. I'm gonna Ace this next exam. The instructor didn't even know about this app. Glad I googled it and helping myself and classmates pass. I can't study any time, place, day, etc. thanks for this app. I will write another review when I pass! WooHoo!!

Useful app. This app is useful and easy to use. I appreciate the explanations with each answered question. Another useful feature allows the user to mark questions for review at a later time. Worth the $30.

Annoying pop up’s. Multiple times during a single study session I was bombarded with requests to review the app and questions in the actual study session hidden as study questions asking me about my use of the app. I get asking for reviews, but how about when you first open the app and not when you’re trying to study.

Has potential but far too pricy for what it is. This could be a great product, but $99 for three month subscription is way too much money. It’s very buggy, crashes often, the videos often won’t play (on strong Wi-Fi or with full data signal) and the customer service is horrible. IF they could fix all of these problems and cut the price considerably it might be worth using.

Excellent review. Course was great help- condensed information & gave me opportunity to keep reviewing questions & marking those I was unsure of to review over again. So easy to bring along on phone & eliminate reams of paper. The company was very nice & rep(Blake) most helpful. Hardest part was my remembering to cancel when I passed the test but cancelling very easy.

It’s pretty good. I bought the year subscription and I’ve been studying from both the app and the book. The app is good to study with and do quizzes but it glitches from time to time and the videos won’t work all the time, but when they do work they’re really helpful and useful. I just wish it worked all the time.

Learning. I like the app a lot so far, I wish I’d be able to click on a word and they’d tell me what the specific word means, or allow me to search them through my iPhone instead of having to google every word I don’t know.

Great app for studying for exam. This app was great to use in studying for the real estate exam. For me it mainly worked on my quick memory recall on real estate terms, analyzing situations and doing math problems. The ability to label the questions so you can answer it again later was a big help as well. I just kept retaking the questions until I knew the answers to all. I also reset all the questions and answered them again. I passed the exam on the first try! The exam is not easy at all! The questions are worded very different than the Dearborn app and book. I wished the questions in the app were not the same as the book (only some seemed different). Also wish they had a state version to study, although the state version of the exam was much easier than the general portion. I would 100% recommend this app for studying for the exam. Very easy to use and you can practice anywhere from your phone.

This helped so much!. I just passed my exam yesterday and this was such a great resource in helping me! The way they set up the questions, allowing users to decide if they know it or not is a great study tool. Definitely worth the couple of months I paid to help boost my studies.

Please add more free features and questions. I really enjoy the app. I will probably be taking my RE agent test in UT and have been using the free version. I wish there would be more questions available and from different units as well.

So much help!. I never write reviews but I felt I really needed to for this. I struggled to get through my course so once I finally passed I started using this app. I answered the recommended number of questions a day until right before my exam then I did a quick cram over a 3 day period where I went through as many questions as I possibly could. I passed the exam on the first try! I definitely recommend this app especially if you feel like you need more help!

Was great. I enjoyed the app very much. I liked it enough to pay for the whole app. Until a recent update in which all the questions have some cartoon with super small font and you have to zoom in to read this comic strip and answer the question. I like to go on and answer random questions as a quick refresh but now with this it takes up way more time and I answer less questions than before. Please provide an option to just have general questions please. unless I'm missing something and this can be removed. Flash cards would also be nice to have In the app.

A True Blessing. After purchasing a state specific course elsewhere and completing it, I failed the state portion of my exam. I literally felt like I studied science for a geometry test once I started reading the questions. Luckily, I came across your program, studied the actual state specific material, and passed it easily. I cannot tell you how grateful I am! Thank You!!!

Kinda disappointed. I purchased the entire year it worked perfectly than it kept shutting down on me I took my exam and failed the app is great! But I wish it worked more for me and especially at this time is hard to pay the $99 again

Great App. Every single thing I learned in class is on this app and even the examples given in class. The study guide in the book was too hard because when you get it wrong there is nothing to explain the write answer. That’s why I think this app is great! Plus you can revisit the questions that you need practice on over and over.

THIS APP IS THE ONE. Let me just tell y’all that I had to take my test seven or eight times and I passed on the eight times because this app really helped me dig deep into each unit and figure out what I was lacking on and struggling on The explanations and even people‘s comments about the questions helped out so much I highly recommend this app Even if you cannot afford the full plan or subscription because I sure couldn’t at least get the trial make sure you cancel it but use that trial to your advantage it’s going to benefit you so much I promise and also a little tip some of those questions that I practice on the app weren’t actually on my test Word for Word even answer choices so get on it!!

A must have for real estate licensing. I didn’t get this until the second week of my 2 week program. I wish I had used it from the beginning. It makes it easy to keep reviewing concepts or terminology you’re struggling to remember and when you don’t know an answer the explanation given is very good. I was one of the better students in class and 5 days after my program ended passed my test very easily. You are only going to get out of this app what you put in but if used well it’s a game changer!

Worth purchasing.. I was seriously skeptical of paying this much for the subscription. But it was worth it. I listened and watched their videos. Then completed all the questions before practicing in my book. The questions are not the same as the states. Hopefully in the future you can select a state to give you more specific questions to your states and broker/associate exam. But some were on the exam. Very good for brokers exam. It covered more than was needed to pass Associate exam. But I can say I PASSED ON MY FIRST TRY. Thank you.

Great App!!!. I failed my first attempt at the licensing exam, so I decided to download this app to help me answer questions everyday. This app is awesome!!! I passed my second attempt at the exam and I could feel how well the app prepared me. I love the videos and audio in the library because it really helps to bring the material to life!! Thank you!!!

Practice questions. i have the hard copybook for my real estate class, but i thought the app would be a smart way to get some extra studying in between my busy schedule. Kind of disappointed the unit quizzes are the same on the app and in the book. Sure it’s more convenient to have the app, but i thought it would give me extra content instead of the exact same thing that’s in the book.

Don’t Fall For The after Trial!!. I heard about this app from a You Tube video and decided to take a look at it. It offered a 3-day free trial and charged $30 afterwards; I accepted. After using it for about an hour, I knew that this isn’t the best way for me to study. I planned to try it again the next day but forgot. Luckily, I sat an alarm to remind me to cancel in case I didn’t like it. There were no clear cancellation instructions, so I emailed customer service. I kept received response emails stating that I emailed them outside of their normal business hours. I double-checked and saw that my original email was well within their business hours and the second email was one I was hoping they would see the next day. After emailing a third time, I received a really rude email from a supposed to be manager, Blake D., stating, “I’m not sure that you have seen our replies. Our business hours are from 9 am to 6 pm CDT Monday - Friday.” It was obvious that I had seen their replies and I’m in the same time zone, so there wasn’t an issue with that. He goes on to say that I would have to cancel and request a refund through Apple, not them. Really wish they would have just replied to my FIRST email so I wouldn’t have been charged in the first place! Horrible customer service! I'm not sure that you have seen our replies. Our business hours are from 9 am to 6 pm CDT Monday – Friday.

GET THIS APP and pay for the full thing.. I used this app for 90% of my studying besides the state specific material and passed on the first try. I literally paid no attention in class and I have adhd. This was the absolute best decision I've ever made.

I 100% love this app. Seriously and honestly the best app I've had for studying the General Portion of the exam! I'd highly HIGHLY recommend purchasing the premium version of this program if your truly trying to obtain your real estate license.

Will this help me pass my real estate brokers test?. Just wondering if I should pass on it ….. I used this before to get my real estate license and it worked the first time but now I’m wondering will it be enough for my brokers?

Wish the app was broken down per state. Bought the app, It’s ok, some good info, but there are many things missing that are state specific, like in Florida questions about the DBPR, homestead and etc and the app has a lot of terms that aren’t used in Florida. My class used the Dearborn book (only 19 units) vs this app that has (21 units). I looked up a number of terms that are in the app in my book and they weren’t there. Also the units aren’t set up anything like the units in my book, which is the latest edition from Dearborn. Maybe I missed something that said if in Florida don’t use.

Get the subscription!. I had major issues getting this app to work, but once it did it was amazing!! I took my exam today and easily passed, having used this app as my only means of review. Covers all the essentials and provides various methods of material presentation, making it easy to use no matter your lifestyle. Definitely worth the small investment.

Great study tool. Quickly gets you through a large amount of material. Study a chapter at a time or build your own tests. Vocabulary flash cards are super helpful.

No cancellation option. The app works fine however there is not a way to cancel the subscription and they only have a voicemail to leave a message. Hiding the cancellation option shouldn’t be part of the business.

App Doesn’t work. I paid $30 for a month subscription to get access to all the material. The app won’t let me use anything and when I try to click on the subscription it says I already am a subscriber... the app has stolen my money and won’t give me access to the material... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP

Stole $40 from me. Purchased the subscription but the app did not allow me to use pod features. Money was taken out of my account and was not refunded. No one in customer service knew how to fix this. Get this app if your ok with losing $40.

Doesn’t include NC info!. Would be spectacular if it actually helped me with the state portion of the exam… which is said to be more difficult than the national portion.

Expensive +missing chapter. This is a very expensive app. But I told myself it was worth it. I am rethinking that as it’s missing three out of the first 8 chapters

Stopped working. I paid for this app to access all the material and it stopped working about a month ago. Regardless if I pull it up on my iPhone or IPad, the screen just remains white. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again and it didn’t help. Don’t waste your money.

Real Estate Dearborn App. Awesome app, helps in preparation for the NC Real Estate exam along with other resources and classes you will have no problem passing your real estate exam. The app is worth it in every way.

Was charged to no refund. I clicked to cancel the trial, but somehow I was anyways charged, and the monthly subscription is $54, which is a lot. And now I’m trying to talk to anyone there, in support center I called I was told to talk with Apple about it. Apple has nothing to do with it…

Great. The sample videos are great, I will be purchasing the full version to watch them all. The sample questions also all coincide with my RE course (in FL) so they are very relevant.

Good. Has a good amount of free questions the rest you pay for but it helps cause in the test they are all mostly scenarios

Subscription doesn’t work. I paid for the 3 month subscription and could not access it. I even clicked “restore purchases,” and it didn’t help. I still only have limited access. Very frustrating, especially since my real estate exam is in a little over a week.

Exam Success. This app helped reinforce the subject matter in the 60 hour licensing class. I passed the Maryland exam on the third try.

Balling on a budget. The app itself is expensive but they do consider a student that does not have the funds by offering some study questions and scenarios.

Scam “72 hour” free trial. The 72 hour free trial is a scam. I canceled within the timeframe and was still charged for a 1 month subscription. Other than that I didn’t really find the questions to be helpful - they repeated even though the trial was supposed to be full access.

Need to cancel and am unable. I’ve been trying to cancel this app for the past 2 months. I selected the one time charge - very consciously! Great study aid. I use the app for my real estate exam prep. Like the ability of being able to access all the questions for practice test and the easy access glossary.

Errors. I've come across three errors in the content verbalization. I'm on the fence as to whether I'll pay for this app as it makes me nervous that I could be sabotaging my studies. I have sent you an email, at that address. No response.

Would be great if it worked. I paid for a subscription and everything is still locked as if I hadn’t. Was a major letdown since it happened over the weekend and there’s no customer service. I needed to study for a test as was not able to with the app.

Needs to have state specificity.. I am taking the NC Real Estate exam and it would be worth the money if the app had a state specific option. Especially since NC Real Estate is harder than most.
