Spectacular!. This is a neat little app. I'm going to show it to my ten-year-old.

Not worth 99 cents. So I found this looked very interesting I’m zooming out and I have to pay to see past earth yea no thanks

Beautiful. I wish it cost 5 bucks so I could support the work. Nicely done.

Be aware. This app charges .99 to download but you still have to purchase upgrades to zoom all the way out or all the way in. Misleading. Cozmic zoom app lets you do all that for only .99 cents. You are basically paying for a lite version with cosmic eye.

There are 23 human chromosomes, not 24.. This is an important detail!

Very poorly implemented. This is a great idea (not due to this app developer), which has been around for many years, and has been previously implemented brilliantly in books and films. All the potential to implement it well again using the iOS platform is here, but this app is terrible. First, there's the minor matter of false advertising: the screen shots for the app don't show the actual app's layout, which include a banner ad (usually animated) at the bottom of every page. I am familiar with the idea of free versus ad-supported versions of apps, but to give me the second while showing me the first is simple lying. Second, the images are very poor. At almost all scales, they are pixilated and coarse. At some scales, there is virtually no usable information - a single fuzzy white dot in the center of the screen, for instance, or a fuzzy tangle of colored globs at another. Screen resolution is poor whether the image source is graphic, or it is photographic. Planetary orbits are stair-stepped; air photos are crude mosaics. The potential beauty and wonder of the experience is uniformly turned into disappointment, as one image after another looks like garbage. Go to your library, and get the book. Search on the web, and find the film. Ignore this; it will make you unhappy.

ability to zoom in on any part of the planet and solar system and body. i think it'll be cool to be able to zoom in on any part of the planet, system or human/buildings just a suggestion

Cosmic I (don't like it)!. Would not load with anything but low res graphics. Says my memory is too low... Also, only loaded in portrait mode, no landscape. Come on! Really!!

If I had known…. So I snagged the app at ¢99 Zoomed in, I was asked to upgrade. No thanks. Zoomed out, I was asked to upgrade. I don’t think the frustration is worth asking for the ¢99 back but I don’t think an additional ¢99 is worth the upgrade.

I need help. I have the latest iPod and every time I try to load this app, it crashes on me, I also have the amount of memory and the operating system that this app required, if anyone have any ideas of what is going on, please let me know

Interactive micro and macroverse browsing. The reviews of this have been rather odd. It's a simple but elegant way to browse scales with some useful annotations. The Demo mode is the video basis for a recently "viral" video -- usually zillions of views. Worth it just to use the Demo mode (no musical soundtrack though). I bought it for $1. It's supposed to have ads that are removed for $1 but I haven't run into them so far. Bought it so I can force the kids to watch it and get unwanted education. Also good way to say thanks to dev for a quixotic effort that has languished for years.

Leaves me breathless. I used a web version of this concept (a leaf rather than an eye was the entry point to the subatomic world) for many years. So glad "there's an app for that" now.

Endlessly Fascinating. I still have my flip book of stills from the video POWERS OF TEN as well as the VHS tape. This takes the concept to the next level. Now with this app we have the 3D experience to enjoy! It’s a great gift for everyone from children in school, to deeply religious adults of all ages. It gives you a concept of scale from large to small. Each person can interpret the story their own way. You can be a part of a greater whole, or a special part made especially for this time and place. No matter how many times you look at it you’ll learn something new.

To The Power Of 10. This reminds me of an exact video I saw in the Smithstoneon in Wash DC 15 years ago entitled the Power of Ten. I fully enjoyed both . When we think we are something take a minute and look at this. We are much, much more than insignificant.

It’s Ok. I like the app but I don’t like how you have to by an upgrade. I waited for 2 hours for this to work and I can barely use it because I would have to buy an upgrade.

Nice app, just a couple things. I love this app is it alike Cozmic Zoom. Here is why I rated it 3 stars. One thing is that it is very difficult to zoom out and in without it doing it itself. Can you make a setting where you can zoom without it also zooming? Another thing is that it resets you every time you get to the end. Can you also make a setting to turn that off too please? Another thing is that the thing still goes to fast in my opinion even on the slowest. Can you make an option to make it slower in the settings? Otherwise, this app is great if you fix these problems I would rate 5 stars
