Best EMS app. 5 stars for sure.. Paramedic here, love the app. Great refresher. VeryConcise. I love the section for prehospital care. Over all, I would buy this app even if was double the price .

Fabulous App. Like no other! Is the book in an app. Is easy to manipulate through the conditions. The 'need to know' info for the ER.

Current update has a lot of problems. Have used this app for years and love it, but current version has horrible index with many topics missing or mislabeled. I.e. try looking up “eclampsia”. Not there. Look up pre-eclampsia and tap on it and you get PTSD. Needs serious work.

Excellent in all respects. Fast, simple, concise but thorough, fully self-contained app with no sign-in or other silly gimmicks like Onmio/Skyscape. Highly recommended by this busy ER doc!

Changed version for more money.. This is the same app which I bought for $99 on my phone which they removed from the App Store and replaced with a newer version meant to charge you $99 for every device you use this app on. Original version allowed me to use my $99 paid app on my iPhone, iPad mini, and iPad. Now that same setup would cost me $300?!? Lame. Check out 10-second EM ---a great app in comparison. Only $5. And not greedy for your money.

Ok. This review is not for content but the actual app. The design is pretty average, like a good app from 3-4 years ago. If you have an iPhone 6 or 6 plus it looks bad because it's just a huge blown up version of what it looks like on an iPhone 4 or something. I would recommend the app developers check out apps like evernote or good apps that have already made adjustments for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. This app looks terrible on those. If you have an iPhone 4 or 5 then this is great for a small screen.

ALMOST bought this. .... until I noticed on one of the app preview screenshots that the index listed "perforated viscous" rather than perforated viscus. If the editors can't spell then I'm reluctant to trust this app for advice on how to treat my patients.

Not subdivided into topics despite tab for it. For $100, this should at least be divided into organ systems instead of A-Z.... otherwise great content

Very good reference. I really liked my previous hardcopy version but wanted a version that I could carry with me at all times. The app seems to be pretty user-friendly and the content is always concise and to the point. No fluff. No complaints.

Do not use unbound. I have had many of their products in last few years at about 60 an app. iOS 11 comes along and they are the ONLY app publisher that didn’t update their product to work in iOS 11. Their solution - rebuy every app to the updated iOS app. I bought the standalone non subscription app to prevent downstream costs with a huge upfront cost. Egg on my face huh. Unbound had 2 years to update all their apps but chose to gouge their customer base!
