Treat drivers with care. Hi bolt ,there’s being some issues that you don’t understand..how does someone cancelling should affect me ,is very bad .and when a request is being accepted and later I don’t feeling again,hope is not by force right ..sake applies if we get to their destination and they don’t want again how does that one affect me ..or you guys thinks you’re doing us a favor big no okay ..

You need to upgrade trip price in Nigeria. Bolt needs to change price for a trip because there won't be any profit left after buying fuel and paying bolt commission it's just like I been wasting my time since I sign up as bolt driver. There should be charges to drive to location before starting trip. I bought fuel of #2000 for the price of #530 per liter I drove to riders place which is about 13 mins away there's no commission on that I'll now start a new trip which can last for 20 mins again bolt brings price of #2300 for the whole trip and after getting payment from rider bolt remove about #500 as commission. You really need to work on this so drivers can make good profit and not loss

Bad app lots of Glitches. First of all i can’t seem to understand the commission taken from drivers ... How to pay commission is a problem Payment of commission does not reflet instant like Yango which looks bad on the part of bolt.. Lower fares to drivers whiles bolt company make huge commission not taking into account the fuel drivers have to buy into their cars and lots of bad road in Ghana making drivers and car owners get problem hence such bad fares by bolt does not help drivers. You give drivers low fare such a 3ghc when driver have wasted fuel to go search for passengers where ever they are and some times you don’t even find where passenger might be standing and even when you get to see passenger too, waiting time does not get paid to you when passengers decides not to go anymore hence drivers loose money used to purchase fuel When you are driving and you get stuck in traffic for long hours you don’t get paid for such time wasted hence marking you waste all your money and fuel you get. In Ghana passengers are very rude to drivers Local taxi has more respect that the modern bolt..

Safety issue. Bolt is not helping drivers at all. Everyone in Ghana is aware about the criminal activities that occur usually at night. Some of this criminals have seen the bolt app as a platform they can exploit. I've been robbed before by a rider which when I reported to bolt, they didn't give me any positive feedback which meant if I was killed they will not show any concern. It is so obvious that they are just using drivers for their own selfish gains. Riders should be verified just like how drivers are verified. That way criminal activities on the platform could be curtailed.

Increase tariff. The only thing I would want is for bolt to increase there tariff because with the price of fuel in Nigeria now, we as drivers hardly see enough money to save after paying our commission, and the most painful part is when you covered a very long distance and they charge the customer small amount, bolt don’t really consider the amount for fuel in Nigeria if not you guys would do something about the price you give to riders.

Bolt is heartless. Bolt company don’t value thier driver and they re after their own commission ..how would bolt be using us like slaves …rider would cancel rides my scores would be affected ..they make decisions without putting us that’s is making the money to the company …this is just unfair other countries make more than we here and parts re very expensive we need to work high just to meet up with the partner payments…

Help from both. Why is my bolt driving app is working despite all the requirements you ask from me and have submitted everything… all you ask me to upload have done that… and I have text you several time no reply what can I do to fix my problems

Hard work really does pays.. The app is been pretty much helpful, it’s my first time on the business. But I can tell bolt is really solving a lot of financial problems and creating a very easy and lucrative means of making money genuinely for the youth. Keep the good work up guys!

Hello. It’s really good driving and earning with bolt but in a country like Ghana with bad roads considering the type of cars used or involved with bolt, I don’t think the commission is favorable at all. Cost of maintenance here is also another problem. What hurts the most driving a distance of about 8km only for the rider to cancel because they feel you’ve kept long or otherwise. Bolt doesn’t compensate drivers with anything. Sometimes you do the math of the commission, calculate the distance and then compare fuel prices and then time, you find out you’re doing nothing and earning nothing. Most drivers here are paying for the car they using , others too have to pay their owners every single day. It’s not favoring us at all. It’s like living hand to mouth kind of . It’s not a good thing to talk of at all... I’m pleading that you review this and make sure we also have enough to live on cos the app doesn’t go off after 12:00am indicating to customers it’s more or less a 24/7 hr service. It’s a risk on most of us our lives here in Ghana as some have been reported killed, others beaten , cars hijacked etc. There’s nothing like risk insurance for drivers and it’s a sad thing cos you have to survive. Bolt should review a lot of things because our lives MATTER!

Change of location by rider after booking. When riders change location after booking a ride the driver should be updated to avoid waist of time and resources to the driver. Thanks.

Good app, but…. We have, and I’m sure there’s a lot more of people that have some red zones in their city. So, I would be really helpful that we can see the destination when we recibe the ride, at least the red dot. Sometimes it’s not enough the name of the street, or the neighborhood. Please!

COMMISSION AND BAD UPGRADED APP. Bolt app as been fair at the beginning but now so many bad deeds from riders affect the drivers in a negative way and the App developer are not doing anything about it. The country is hard and car maintenance is not friendly yet bolt keeps imposing high commission on driver forgotten the fact that they need to fix and maintain their cars, no security on the job where riders will want to snatch drivers car. Please bolt kindly look deep into all what will benefit both parties. Thanks.

Driving with bolt. Obviously, Driving bolt is honestly one in a million kind of opportunity to earn good cash. I have been a bolt driver for a little while now, before my account got suspended because I charged above the displayed amount. I got to know it was an offence late. please i want to apologize, i am a new driver, still learning the rules. I have learnt my lesson already. Destination Change & Fare issues. I’ve been using Bolt for quite sometime now, at certain time an update was introduced which it has remove changing destination on driver app and after completing trip you cannot ask for fare review nor complaints about the fare. Also why is it if you want to change your mobile phone number you have to write email which is wasted of time and after writing email and be accepted to change a phone number you cannot go back to use you previously phone number I will recommend to return this futures with your next updates and make it easy to change phone number. 1. Bring back destination change to driver app 2. Bring back fare review 3. Make it possible to change number within the app

Question. Hello Am from Ghana the fuel prices here is too much that we can’t even buy ! But bolt gives a lot discount to customers which is very bad to us the drivers my questions is when will they adjust their price system cus the fuel price in Ghana is very high now

My opinion about Bolt in Georgia. Bolt app is workin better then other apps in Georgia , just fee is the very high 23,6 %, while other companies have less. But anyway I am using Bolt always

Difficulty in logging in. I sometimes be on trips and when I’m to end,it doesn’t,I then restart my phone so if it’s the network it might definitely get better once I restart it,but immediately I restart the phone,I get logged out of the account and if I try logging in,I don’t get the pass but if I login on a different phone it comes,why is it so?

Complaints. Hi I’m Alidu, a bolt driver from Ghana, it’s sad but have to write this, we bolt drivers are having a lot of problems driving with bolt especially with pricing, we can drive people around for hours only to get change which dordnt even tally the amount of fuel and time wasted on one client along side the risk involved please review this and sort it out so that we drivers will have a convienient driving experience thank you

Unfavorable nature of bolt rides. While the app is good and effective, using the app for bolt driving has not really contributed to the drivers pocket as expected …Here in Nigeria we re faced with multiple problems and bolt have not deem it necessary to help ameliorate this problem like having insurance cover and other benefits that can caution this problems We re faced with very bad roads and cost of repairs and maintenance is skyrocketing everyday in Nigeria.. which also impact on the cost of living.. Security is an issues some areas u can’t go at certain time of the night u re faced with armed robbers, kidnappers and hoodlums and when u cancel such rides driver scores re negatively affected Spate of cancellation also do impact negatively on drivers score which should be looked into drivers should also have rights to cancel riders even after arriving at pick up locations with reasons In general the app has not been driver friendly policies re made and changed with the driver partner input it contributions this doesn’t show we re partners at all Bolt must improve on their working relationship with their drivers is not been the best of time for them at all… Thanks

Too much disrespect. I wants to know what you tell your riders that they disrespect drivers soo badly. And bolt has soo much disrespect for as as drivers? You drive to a pickup point and the ride canceled the request then bolt will reduce your driver rating, how is this possible? After I waste fuel to drive there; what punishment do u give to riders and what compensation do u give to the driver who drove all the way there for wasting fuel and time? U have to get serious. If this continues I will wake up one day and there will not be driver online.

Young money. I give it 5***** Because they’re really trying, but I have a complain 🥲 I don’t like they fact that they value riders complain more than drivers, My friend has been driving with bolt for some years, but he was permanently blocked because of a rider complain about something he wasn’t guilty of, which he was supposed to be contacted before being blocked, but they was no messages from you guys, he just got blocked without being contacted, that’s like assuming his guilty, at least you guys should always try to hear from a driver before blocking 🙏 Thank you 😊 you guys remain my number one ☝️

No profiling and modern slavery. Bolt should focus on profiling of riders to ensure the safety of drivers . All riders should be required to verify his/her account with a valid I.D for safety purpose. Also, most times; after receiving a request of about 3km distance to pickup, rider cancels when driver is almost there without no compensation to d driver. This is modern slavery and should be addressed ASAP. Don’t make us downrate the app here on IOS as being done now on the google play store. Thanks

Bolt is enslaving drivers. How can one derive 10mins to passenger doorstep and take them to their destination, bolt should give the drivers right to negotiate with the passenger concerning any trip how can one be driving without knowing the amount he will be paid unless the trip ends . You think people like bolt people are only there because of the low price you fix for them cause no taxi drivers will take such amount for the same trip. My prayer is a better app to come up and you will no long have drivers to drive your cheap price just to get customers, almost every drivers is complaining and yet you are not doing anything about it or are you not reading the bolt drivers review. For you to be so quite despite all the complaints shows you are selfish and you don’t care if the drivers are making from it or not. I just pit those drivers who are still using bolt despite the price of fuel , pray you doesn’t breakdow. Cause you will understand the cost maintenance is wey higher than the cost of fuel.

Show Final destination as the client request. Need to know where the client/customer is going not only where the person is ,after then the app now shows you where you taking the client, you may drive 7 minutes just to meet the client and drive 5 minutes to the destination request. Also can’t see the price cost of the destination till I reach ,need to work on that also .

Inconsiderate in driver’s welfare and High commission charges.. Over the years bolt have been rendering a quality service to both drivers and passengers but all of a sudden it was discovered the welfare of drivers are not being considered and high commission charged on drivers. In Nigeria there has been an increase on price of Fuel which so many drivers keep complaining and expecting an automatic increase in the prices of trips but it’s so unfortunate that the company never see to this. Making profit as a driver is so difficult after commission has been deducted.

Hello team bolt. Bolt has been really good when it comes to earnings I have enjoyed most of bolt policies but it’s saddens my heart to know bolt is soo inconsistent of their bonus programs they run you just don’t know what to expect and it’s like they do what ever they like at any time and also the assurance of being protected by some policies that are effective enough is not seen with their insurance cover , if they even do for us the drivers is another thing for us to think about. And recently bolt hit us all with a Big Bang slap on the face with a 25% commission like we haven’t seen enough yet most drivers like my self pays for the car every week on sales basics whiles bolt know that high cost of fuel lately and not to talk about our bad roads which most clients are being dropped at sometimes after a trip all you hear beneath the car is only noises . I think bolt should start thinking about the driver more to first reduce it service fees from the 25% commission cause we always out there day and night to give better service and even more but yet our our voices are not heard . Report. There have been reports of car snatching in Owerri recently. Bolt company should help drivers to stop losing their hard earned cars in the hands of these criminals that disguise as Riders. There should be a provision for security in situations like car snatching .

Driver. I worked with Bolt for 6 months as a driver. I think this is the most ridiculous application available to drivers. It does not give the driver the slightest right and treats the driver like a slave. If you are delayed for 20 minutes for the passenger and the passenger does not show up, he will not pay you any amount. If the passenger does not pay, not even 1 cent of the plan will compensate. If the passenger steals from you, the program still does not give any warning to the passenger. But if the passenger says the driver received an extra 1 cent from me, he will immediately block your account. All this has happened to me. The most ridiculous taxi app with the highest possible commission. It's really nonsense and ridiculous.😡😡😡

Message to riders on the app. Bolt should at least do update whereby drivers can message riders because I can accept a ride and the number on the app is a foreign number how do u contact the rider and if the rider didn’t think fast dat he or she is using a foreign number so he or she should call with another number or message you,if not that how can driver communicate with a rider and we hv been complaining this issue for a very long time and you guys are jot doing anything about it

Is a very weak and cheat app. Bolt is one of the weak app I have ever seen ....u can get request and u can’t...Fuel has been increase 7 time within a year in Ghana but bolt has not reviewed it prices....bolt operator in Ghana don’t respect drivers...They don’t have time for their drivers they only have time and listen to their riders.....

Upgrade. Please work on the Destination is not showing anymore and lately when i sent my destination towards my home request comes from a location out of my destination

Stupid discounts. Can y’all hear the plea of we drivers?? The discounts are too much ahhhh… you started that because you wanted more passengers on board and now you have… I can see you think about your customers more than we the drivers… very soon those office personnel’s are gonna move from the office to drive nonsense. You pick a rider and he/she is to pay Gh1 bolt will add 40 who does this how do u expert him to buy fuel nonsense app

Please Review prices or reduce Bolt 20% commission.. Thank you Bolt for the privilege to earn while driving on your platform. Please look into moderate and balanced fare rate between Driver and Rider. Also, some riders cancel rides irresponsibly. I’m speaking for myself. Because I do my best to deliver a first class customer care service to my riders. By working with their mood… Many Thanks Bolt Team! We can do better!

Driver. It is honestly a good experience to drive with bolt. I also experienced riders exercise more relevance over the drivers who go a long way to maintain their cars at high cost, manage their mental health to be safe on highways, pay commissions, pay government regulators, manage driver scores and many others. Way too much for drivers. Please management should add more relevance to drivers in every possible way and increase the fair price serious customers are willing to pay. Modern day slavery. Till date two customers got free rides from me amounting to 8,000 which I reported to the customer care. To my surprise instead of getting a refund with compensation I was blocked under the guise of low rating. Rating that I found out was affected by those same customers who fled with my money. Partners my foot! The company is only after profit and they do not believe in the African dream. The African dream is not to be rich but to be successful and balanced. The company listens to no one, neither driver nor rider, they listen to stocks and profits. I have no problem with their modus operandi but please do not lie to unsuspecting people that you have partners because you don’t! A driver who likes this app is probably just done with idleness. Same idleness fueled by greed and a lack of consideration. Right from the training and car inspection there is a stale hostility and even from the customer care, they also do not care! I drove hundreds of km for BOLT and they rewarded me with owing me 8,000 naira and kicking me out of the app. I am okay today Glory to God but if you are just about to start this at least use UBER

The 25% commission fee you charge us Ghanaians is too much. Hi I’m writing this from Ghana Please bolt the commission fee you charge us here is too much you take 25% for service just the purpose of the app meanwhile the driver that get 75% is buying fuel, insurance fit himself, insurance for the car, buying internet data bundle, buying talk time, doing maintenance all of that from the money Now, you buy fuel and go to work after you close your earnings is not up to the money you even used in buying the fuel Please do something about it

Security Measures. I’m giving bolt a 1 star rating cos as a driver bolt was also supposed to ensure the safety of their drivers not only clients/Passengers, I’ve seen situations where the vehicles or driver doesn’t matches with what the client/passenger ordered, the ride is canceled and a report is made to bolt, but what about passengers who order rides and driver don’t know the person there are carrying and after starting a ride the client attacks you in the car in order to get away with the car, please safety measures should be put in place and also bolt should have an updated app where u will be shown how many passengers the driver will be expecting to carry so the driver knows what he is up against

Useless app. This is one of the most useless platform to work on, at first I thought bolt was reliable until I got to discover it’s just a platform to enslave the world, the builders of this platform is worth being sued for citizens enslavement...... I’ll rate it 5 stars when it’s worth it. How can you support a passenger to rate a driver with less than 3star? And when it’s comes to a driver rating a clients you’ll fill the rate bar with 5star and expect the drivers to just confirm. If a driver should rate a rider less than 4stars you’ll question the driver, but if a rider should rate a driver 1 star the rider is good to go. Nonsense

Bolt Turning Drivers Into Employees. Bolt used to be sweet. You get to drive when you want and go where you want while earning. But these days, bolt no longer allows the driver a choice. Now, you must go to places where you don’t want just so that your ratings are not affected. The commissions are at an all time low despite the harsh realities of increased cost of maintenance. Support is terrible to drivers. Guess in a bit to stay in business, bolt lost it.

Good. I want to tell who’s in charge of Nigeria bolt. If u don’t do something to fix all the drivers wishes a day will come when bolt will no longer be in the market and you know what drivers will always move to the better platform and still make their leaving. Other driving apps are coming up and I see people had started trying them their commission is as low as 114naira per trip of N1500 u take so if you don’t fix this ur driver request 1. Rider cancelling ride and it decreases drivers driving score 2.blocking drivers when their score drops to 74% 3.commission of 25% Basically these are not too big for bolt to work on but as a brother did say it’s ur own way of modern slavery So if you don’t fix it well. It won’t last for too long when u start afresh looking for drivers then it may be too bad

Bolt. Please review the price and commissions attached to each trip. We can’t even save up, we can’t even eat good, it’s hard to even make up with the daily money we have to give those who owns the car, car maintenance and even the risks and customer canceling ride when they’ve agreed you should come pick them up, fuel price here in Nigeria, bad roads, customers putting destination that’s not the real place, I think they’re also paying for comfort, and others, the price a taxi man won’t agree to is what bolt gives riders, maybe you boast their own app, name and gain more customers, not minding frustrating drivers to stop working. You’ll drive to door step to pick a customer drop them at door step, and after costing fuel to n fro, you’ve only been paid for fuel n nothing else, a times the price doesn’t even measure up, when you run into hold up go slow, bad road n customer waiting n wasting your time. I’m typing with pain In my heart. This only favors the name of Bolt here in Akure Nigeria. I don’t know of other states. It’s frustrating. The same place a bike man will charge customer for #1500, bolt charges #800 n customer will still demand AC. Bolt please please please please ahhh please review this.

Georgia. App works fine. The only downside I’ve found so far is that when you have the radar on 1 km and you get order from 1,7 or 2 km or more and you refuse it, it lowers your activity points! Sometimes it doesn’t so this on the same distance, and sometimes it does! Is it a bug or?

Bolt-direction App.... I think in the near future Bolt should work on intergrate or implement their Bolt-Waze App which is quite accurate with directions to avoid clients short-paying us due to Waze/Google-Map’s errors but beside that”Excellent job guys...👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Lovely App. The app is great but some recommendations should in the area of Driver been able see the price 2. The App should be able run with distance and not fixed price because some customers will take you on a route and longer distance with same fixed price. 3. There should be cash back for customers also that way we can maintain more customers. 4. The Developer should make place for customer image.

Inconsiderate bolt. Bolt started off well in Abuja Nigeria, practically begging and doing all sorts of convincing to get drivers, their price was okay and commission was 15% , drivers were happy to abandon Uber whose percentage was 25, Uber was literally chased out of business. Not it’s so unfortunate that bolt feel they’ve arrived, bolt has now become so arrogant and inconsiderate of their drivers who are supposed to be partners, they have now increased their percentage to 25, prices of of things are going up everyday in Nigeria but it’s only bolt prices that is being reduced without consultations, bolt conveniently block and suspends driver without proper investigation when a rider reports, bolt should please review their price because drivers here in Abuja are suffering, most drivers here are paying their partners #30,000 every week, with that price rate, drivers stay on the road 24/7 hence exposing themselves to dangers and accidents just because they want to meet up with their payment, bolt makes money on commission and makes money while the apps are running, this is modern day slavery, something has to be done

Drivers score. I enjoyed driving with bolt but the only problem is that they have refused to make the drivers app flexing for drivers that are in partnership with them in nigeria (Lagos) which has resulted to lot of drivers switching to other platforms, I highly recommend that they look into this situation as soon as possible before they lose their stand in nigeria.

Very inconsiderate drivers. This app is designed to favour the app owners and not the users (drivers), especially with the recent introduction of “driver score”. It automatically blocks drivers account when a few records of uncompleted rides occur, not putting into consideration many reasons beyond the driver’s control that may occur (passengers requesting for rides and not showing up, forcing the driver to cancel, passengers simply requests and cancels rides themselves for many reasons e.g searching for a better car). And sometimes, it’s drivers would cancel when a passenger is going to an unsafe area or when they sense that the passenger(s) could be of threat. I feel the app should have been designed in a way that it also puts into consideration to a large extent the drivers and not just treat them like trash.

Your new update is frustrating. Why reduce a driver score or rating when a client cancels rides that’s too bad and…what if while going to pick up the client you encounter traffic ? And the client cancels how’s that the drivers fault ? You guys should think before upgrade your app and also make it favour both rider and driver don’t be strict on drivers because they own their cars and you don’t maintain it for them…without drivers there is no bolt am sure you know that ..work on your next upgrade

Good app. It’s a very helpful app for drivers. The changes we are having are also good but please try to help drivers be able to make part payments of commissions. Sometimes when you realize there’s no request coming in and you find out the cause is because of debt. Sometimes we instantly don’t have the all funds to pay unless we borrow. So please let that to be a bit flexible for us too

No rider cancellation fees. Beware if you drive a long way to pick up a rider and when you arrive they decide to cancel the driver gets no cancellation fee. My first ride request was just like that.

App crashed and fare not charged correctly. During the trip , app got crashed while I was using Google maps for navigation. At the end of trip when I opened the app, it calculated fare incorrectly. When I tried to review fare, it didnt mention the KMs and Trip Time based on which the fare is calculated. I contacted customer support yesterday and still havent got any response. Also, Bolt navigation needs a lot of improvement.

Worse Support Management. They take 3-4 days to reply back to an inquiry.

Income and respond time. Very slow app. Income shows you a big amount then after everything gets deducted. Send them email and messages through the app the would not respond it been 2 days. Looks very crapy no navigation takes long time for the app to work properly ...

Navigation. Kindly improve app navigation, too hard to follow. Try to make it user friendly.

Dear Admin, i am a taxify driver, i experienced few issues with the apps if kindly fix it next update. first of all when i go online the maps is not following my direction of driving, car should always face front ward but it goes backward, second is sometimes my position stuck in one area but infact i travelled different location thus i donot get any order for long time, third is connected trips during a trip then accept second trip is very hard i pressed but it doesnt work well. pressing button to accept trips need so much struggle . app turned off when i open other app like banking or facebook but taxify is main priority when online so it should be always on top not turned off until i go offline. thanks

Theft. If you make less then a $23 a week they won’t transfer money to your bank Also when they have public holiday in Europe we don’t get paid on time in Australia Theft theft theft

Need a big improvement. You need to update your app. Many things need to improve like pick up time, location, surge.

this app is so bad. Come on guys, please. I shouldnt have to delete and re-install the app every week.

Buggy. App is buggy. Crashes occasionally, sometimes does, sometimes doesn’t show other cars nearby. Most frustrating problem is sending ride requests that are over 30 mins away. Canceling reduces status with Taxify and most of those rides would be for $10 fares that are not worth the effort.

App needs Huge improvement required.. No SMS option to contact rider & pick up address interface not showing full address or doesn’t show clear address also very disappointed with driver support time frame .It can take up to 3 days or more to get even started. A slow running app needs huge amount of work. Must introduce cancellation fee to the riders as its becoming a joke from riders as u driver for almost 3 to 5 kms and after reaching the pickup point to know that trip is just cancelled 😠😡.

No clear notification. Sometimes missed the trip request because the notification is not loud and clear. Especially when you using other apps, like maps. Cancellation fee need to be introduced because rider can easily cancel the trip without penalty Airport waiting positions should show on driver app. Should be allowed to review the fare within 24-48 hours after the trip instead of need to review after each trip. Sometimes it is hard to do it when drivers are rush on the road.

Back to back. I don’t mind back to back jobs but it come when we are very close to drop off that mean we need to considerate on the road as it’s close to turn into street or road then anew request come up and you need to click on which takes time and the navigation disappears from the screen and take time to get it back on the screen which make you some times miss the turning for the current passenger in the car happens with me few times. I need to apologise to the passenger and ask to review the price to be adjusted. Hope if we get back to back in last 10 minutes of the trip not on the end please.

Nick pagonis. Navigation is not as good as Waze if you happen to miss a turn you loose the line of navigation all together Another problem is when using waze navigation you cannot tell if there is another ride request it doesn’t show while you navigate with waze there your acceptance rate drops as a result for not accepting the ride due to the fact that that to switch back to the Taxify app it takes too long it’s too slow and you miss on ride requests

It Need Improvement. 1. You can not message rider at all, especially when you call rider and phone doesn’t work because most of rider use overseas number. 2. Cancellation fees has to be introduced because you drive 4 km to 10 km or even less or more, when you reached your pick up point, rider cancel the ride. This happen a lot, it wasted our time, fuel and most important we have to some random direction or place instead of busy area and again we lost our time and fuel coming back. 3. Ratings System has to be improved, we get most rider with low ratings such as below 4 ( 3.1, 3.5, 3.8 or even 2 star twice with me ). We can see their rating if request just come in but we can’t see rating if you get a new request while finishing previous trip. And if we give them 4 or 5 star, no problem but when they give us 2 or 3 star it effect our ratings immediately. Or if we cancel 1 or 2 rides continually, our account will be cancelled or deactivated straight away for 24 hrs or for longer period. This is not fair at all. Most driver use this app as their main source of income, if account had been blocked or deactivated, it effect hugely on driver. These has to be considered before deactivating someone’s account.

The Worst Driver app on the dodgiest platform. Crashes too many times Just in order to keep you from getting the promotions the app throws you offline to end up at the bottom of the queue and not get new requests

Review. This is for bolt australia. Notifications didn’t pop up in the beginning, ive lost like3+ rides today coz same issue, at some point they’re coming up but is very random. Also customers who cancel last minute should be charged a minimum fee , I crossed the whole harbour bridge 15 min from cbd-just to be let down by a customer, specifically in a busy period including rain weather, unacceptable. One customer who canceled first asked if it was okey to pay cash, said yes coz i know thats how it works but if I hadn’t tapped the app while already driving ( which i dont like and should not do) I wouldn’t have known about it .

Safety issues. There are some issues with the App that are actually safety problems. You need to allow the App to orient to the direction of travel, not be constantly oriented to North, because unless you are travelling North the map is always upside down or sideways, which means you need to "look" at the map instead of just a quick glance, so your eyes are off the road for much longer than is ideal. You should also include a turn list so the driver has a better idea of the next direction. You should also introduce a cancellation fee for riders. It is unfair that a driver can sometimes drive 10 minutes or more to the pick up and the rider can cancel as or after the driver arrives at the pick up.

Badly designed...:(. Always asking for location service, camera....very bad. Fix it ASAP....

Waste of time app. Constantly crushing, can’t accept a pick up, lack of communication with customers, constant cancellations after 5-10 min driving to pick up spot and up to 30% commission!!!!! Don’t waste your time for this.

No business. Having seen all the reviews above, I have one question. Where is work? Lucky to get one a day.

Worst ride share company. They’re worst people people to deal with. App is useless. They don’t even deserve 1 star. They eat drivers money and over charge riders too. Won’t add tolls and don’t pay you for long trips. Plus they over charge riders. Scammers. 👎🏼

Income. Shows big amount @ the end charge more than 15% in sydney. Also deducting booking fee from drivier LOL !!! ( Not suppose to be because taxify charging 15% from the driver of total amount and charging booking fee from the costumer too . Doggy!!!). No details of triped details ie the travelled path . No detailed information about payment of any trip. ( Only shows total amount and paid amount😇😇 Good luck

App. The worst app ever No mobile number to text as I’m hearing impaired. No destination to go home or to work at the end on the day.

Take order and navigation. The order picking up is difficult especially when you are driving. It will be much easier if it can change to just tap the screen instead of swiping. No details on toll charge, the driver will not know if these charges are reimbursed or not, so you have to query every time.

So disappointed. Some of the driver reviews are appalling, and disappointed to read them. I’m a Perth based Uber driver and I was hoping for a significant competitor to Uber and have been pushing for Taxify to come to Perth. Taxify just ignore my communications, and seem to be ignoring Perth in the same way. Now I will stop promoting Taxify to Uber riders until I have heard from Taxify.

Soooo badddddd company. This app I worked on it 2 months was so bad they show u money they don’t give they taken more then 35^% I don’t recommend 😡

Commission rate. Bolt seems to say they charge 20% But i was charged 20$ on the Revenue of 89$. Another thing is the no cancellation fee people standing in front of cancel and drive away.

App poor and not friendly. Not friendly to use app. Very poor design tabbing on screen doesn’t work immediately not too many options like other rideshare apps. You have to press the screen so many time to accept or finish job

No response from taxify. My friend driven taxify from melbourne city to springvale and they just calculated 3km. Taxify if you are not able to provide money and response on a time please shut your business down. Thats why uber is more better than you. 👎

Horrible. I think we have it too good with Uber. Taxify lacks many features we take for granted with the Uber driver app making it frustrating and dangerous to operate. * Can't use Taxify navigation. Map is rubbish. Cannot see directions, line is too small, roads are too big, nav doesn't re-route nor does it tell you about upcoming turns and deviations. * Can't go offline while on a trip. Becomes dangerous when needing to switch between apps to accept b2b rides. I once had 4 requests come through while driving in the city. I stopped accepting after the first two were cancelled by the rider because it was dangerous and my passengers didn't appreciated me constantly playing with my phone. Needles to say my acceptance rating got pummeled. * Too many taps. Why to I need to confirm my arrival before starting a trip? Why do I need to confirm the price? How should I know what it should be? * App is slow and unresponsive. I find I have to tap and swipe multiple times before the action works correctly. * No toll breakdown. There's no way for me to see the toll charges on my statements to match against my records. * "App payment, do not accept cash". Why is that even there if people don't have any other payment option? * Reflective Sticker... Ok so this has nothing to do with the app but represents everything that Taxify does wrong. I mean, the sticker goes on the outside of the car so you can't even use your rear wiper blades. All you had to do was print them backwards so we could stick them on the inside of the car. * Payments are shown inclusive of the Taxify commission and takes a while to calculate fees and bonuses so I'm never quite sure how much money I've actually earned untill the following day. * Can't edit much in the driver portal. I would like to upload a better profile picture as the one I used to sign up with was cropped horribly by Taxify and makes me look like a balloon headed weirdo. Changing bank details couldn't be done either. Had to contact support. * Reimbursements are poor. Uber pay us a lump some for sending in a photo of a riders mess. Taxify make you send in a receipt so there's actually no compensation for time off the road and loss of potential income. You cannot clean up the mess yourself even if you own the proper equipment because you need an actual receipt. If your seats are wet cleaning until the next day, too bad. There are some good things about Taxify though. * 15% commission means drivers earn more money, yay! * Driver incentives are great... in theory. Bonuses are good but I never get more than one trip a day so I never get them. * You can see other Taxify drivers on your home screen which lets you know if you're in a saturated area or not. * Support is easy. You can just message someone through the app and they usually reply promptly. There's no run around trying to avoid support requests like Uber does successfully. * I enjoy the weekly in-app newsletter keeping drivers up to date with the latest info. All that being said, I can't imagine people will still be using the app once the promo is finished anyway. There's always 10 times more Ubers around than Taxify so I'm sure riders will be switching back, especially since the price is the exact same as Uber. Just go to the Sydney page on Taxify's website and scroll to the bottom... Same price!

Low Price in Asaba….. You need to review your fare in Asaba , 400 Naira trip is too outrageous considering The cost of maintaining a car these day as a result of the bad economy. Drivers in Asaba are suffering as a result of the poor prices in Asaba. Do something about it , stop punishing us .

Swipe to accept issues. I’m on an iPhone SE. I have missed jobs because the swipe button is not recognising my finger - swiping but nothing happening. Please fix this issue. It happens on a new job but also intermittently on the other swipe buttons such as approaching rider and begin journey where I am stuck trying to swipe while the customer waits. Very frustrating.

Payment and account blocked. Worst app in the market, Very slow No tutorials how to use the app Payments show that drivers are charged with booking fee(what a joke!) Bolt takes commissions fee and booking fee from drivers payments. You can't message clients but clients can massage you You have to follow the route in app other wise clients can cancel the request which will result in driver activity percentage low, which then led to drivers account blocked for 1-2 days. Yup thats true. For cash payments driver have to have correct change. If not then client have the right to under pay or NOT PAY. App goes offline after sometime if you don’t receive trips. Payments take more than 3-4 days to appear in account, and payments are never accurate. Dont waste your time on renting a car, if you are going to the please stick with uber and ola

No payment. I didn’t get payment its more than two weeks, no one even replied in driver support

Eating Drivers Money !!!. Worst ride share company in market. They first put the fair on review for long trips and after review never transfer money to driver. On asking to customer support for drivers, they will never give response to the messages. I reckon they have only got 3 to 4 persons in their team which also sleeps drunk. Unethical & Unprofessional of Bolt team. Hi guys, If someone is driving DIDI and UBER, then don’t install these BOLT apps as bolt team is very unethical & unprofessional. I want to share my experience I’m a uber,didi & OLA driver as well as I was TaxifyDriver and it’s converted into Bolt. Three days before I got one call in Four km radius approx 11:20 pm from Narre Warren area. They booked bolt and Rider sat in my car (two boys) almost 20-22 age. After that they told me, they need to come back again same location, and they were not operating bolt apps and someone else booked the ride for them. When we reached on destination 44 km, they called his friend to change address back to same location. I started drive again back to their same location. And in between we stopped at MC Donald approximately 10-12 minutes, but apps continue working, It’s all things operated from bolt apps at home. I followed everything from apps. Then I drooped them on apps end location. They Spoilt my car with spilling milkshakes and another foods Stuff, and they stopped my money $140 from bolt apps I really didn’t know the reason. I informed everything to bolt team by email and apps, but they didn’t reply a single words. Amount was almost $140 for 83.1 KM. I lost my money as well as car cleaning cost because of bolt team. Please Don’t trust to bolt in any condition. I’ll approach Australian Driver Accreditation team to take legal action on this matter. If someone have idea how to recover my money from bolt then share your suggestion with me.

Worst app for drivers. Worst app for driver to drive because it’s all in customer favour let me you reach to customer pickup spot and then customer cancel the trip you won’t get any money in this case we get money from other app like Uber & ola and they cut more than 25% commission and even they don’t pay toll charges

Worst support team. Company owes me $166 for three days now and support advising customer could have card issue. Also want me to wait for two weeks “may be” I will get paid. When Enquire further the support just ignores you. Sometime you wonder why they charge commission.

Slow Processing and Worst app.. If you wana make money through bolt, this is not a reliable company, Their processing system is so slow, end of the week you will have many trips under review and they take more than a week for processing just for adding a simple toll. It is very hard to put a review request after you finalise payment right after dropping a passenger. Management is fairly poor or i would say useless most of the time. Very very bad app, most of the time inaccurate GPs system. I drive with Bolt and i try not to accept their trips as much as i could because i know end of the week my all toll trips will be under review.

Destination trips is just a joke.. Not working the function. And new update make whole app too slooow. So many requests time out errors when using app. I’ve setup my destination as Clyde North and got a job saying towards my destination pickup the rider and start the trip to Brunswick??? Had to cancel the trip as I was not going back and ended up with low ratings thanks to Taxify 😡😡😡 now my account blocked due to low ratings and trip cancelation? Terrible system.

Mel Driver. The distinctions trips does not work properly. It ends after one trip. If I drive from Melbourne to Dandenong I should pick up trips until I arrived to Dandenong. The way it works now is if I get a 2 minute trip it ends there. That’s not a good thing. PLEASE FIX IT Thank You.

Slavery. The app is getting more annoying on Daily basis. Drivers are exposed to high risk but still treated badly and allowed to be used by the clients. I can’t download the new Bolt driver updates on my iPhone 6. I have been using my Bolt driver app until 3 days ago, until I tried going Online to drive today, only for me to see that the app is requesting updates, and I tried updating but it’s showing that my ios on iPhone 6 can’t accept the new updates. I tried updating older version, but it’s still not updating.

Bonus. You have to review the bonus aspect because, if a request comes in and is out of radius, canceling will affect the confirmation rate. If a trip is accepted and the Rider cancel, it affects too.

Poor drivers welfare. The ride rates a very low and the kilometer to cover before pick a client is always far more than the kilometer radius chosen by the drive yet it’s not included in the charge, the prize of fuel is high sometimes you spent 3000 buying fuel without recovering the same amount after 3 or 4 trips, please this should be looked into. best regards

Rating. Bolt driver app is actually a very convenient app. I have enjoyed easy connection to clients who in turn enjoy the ease of transportation provided by Bolt.

My Review. Bolt is surely a good app, helps make money through driving. However Bolt doesn’t consult its driver when there is an issue especially with rating the driver.

Destination. The rider destination feature has been removed which is so inconvenient as a driver. The main reason why drivers are on your platform is because of that reason alone. If this feature is removed, drivers might revert back to other apps.

Must where the client is heading to before you move to destination. You can sometimes drive a long way just to go and pick up someone going to a very short place meaning you have lost a lot already even before ending the rides.

Drivers score. I don’t understand why a passenger will order for a ride and before the accepts the order the passenger cancels should drop the driver score because some passenger can order a ride immediately (like 5 seconds ) and cancel it before the driver can confirm

Glitch. The button to set destination is gone and if you set your account to accept next ride while still on a trip, it just beeps and comes as a notification, doesn’t even allow you swipe to accept and then it reduces your activity score for iOS 😩😩

Selfish company. Bolt only cares about collecting its riders money, it has no good plan for the drivers who fuel and repair their cars themselves. All they do is looking for ways to block drivers and feel like kings just because they have so many customers on their platform. I advise you to join other platforms other than bolt

No way of finding how riders rate you.. There is no way of finding how riders have been rating you. You only realize your rating is dropping and increasing without actually knowing how many people have you five stars or none. I really hope that is looked at and rectified.

Why reduce a driver’s rating. I think it’s wrong to reduce a driver’s rating after a ride is canceled as it is not their fault that a ride was canceled, most times I receive rides and the client cancels it and that’s not my fault. Finally, the price for a ride should be shown to both the driver and passenger.

Cancellation. The only thing not working is when I want to cancel trip. It doesn’t work. Some guys also play with ordering. They will tell you they didn’t order or call places they know it’s not feasible

Prices. My client requested and she ask me to pass by a shop she entered and spent more than 2hours and when I got to her destination the prices was the same. Please something must be done about such situations

GPS. Let’s work better on the gps on clients exact location

Complain. You need to improve on the charge you place on driver to help them for there living also cuz of all the issues of fuel here and there
