Why can’t I logging my account ！！？？. since I updated

Return my money. This app doesn’t work.

No sound. There is no audio at all when updated to new iOS.

No audio, no video. The audios and videos inside the ebooks doesn’t work correctly.

Lie!. It’s said have lots of english learning book, but when I downloaded, only 7 books they have!!

The App keeps asking me to sign in. Even though I successfully logged in, it is quite a burden for me to log in for several times

Useless: Portrait Mode Only. For users of an IPad/IPad Pro with a keyboard this app is useless.

The quizzes are not working. When you try to complete the quizzes the screen turning white.

I paid this for nothing. wyy

XML. Looks good but need regisration And shows lack of xls or xml file

Apple Pencil. We’re in 2021 why there isn’t any feature that allow us to use the Apple Pencil on the book??? If I had any other option for my course classes book I wouldn’t choose this app.

Can’t rotate to the landscape mode. This app works perfect on iPad Pro 2020, except that it can only work in portrait mode.

Audio not working. I wonder if you faced this problem. I installed this app on my iPad4 with 9.3.2. It was working, but now it doesn't. Pls fix it as soon as possible. It's so annoying. Or if anyone knows how to fix it, pls let me know. It gonna be grateful. Thanks.

Love this app. Easy to buy books from this app. And easy to learn English everyday. If I want to know how to pronounce the word, I just click the button. It’s best app for learning English.

Log out on actual usage please. The idea is awesome. The implementation needs improvement. I may sound somewhat frustrated so please apologize me for my tone. Well I wouldn’t be, had I paid much less for the book. First. I can’t find where else I’m logged in. And even then, I’m supposed to already be logged out there as described in another review developer’s answer. So if I don’t actually use any other device - I would’ve remembered entering my password there!- why am I still logged out every time I’m trying to return back on this single device? This discourages from using the app and encourages a usage of a simple to remember password (read insecurity). Could you rethink please the way this logic is implemented? May be add face id/fingerprint at least? Even my bank account apps allow that! I don’t think Cambridge can’t higher someone who can fix it. Second. The exercises section in the English Grammar in Use is impossible to use on iPhones even with a large screen like mine 11Pro. As soon as you attempt to enter a value it zooms the page in and when you finish your answer and move on then suddenly the whole visible area becomes trimmed to 1/5 of the screen. You have to be an acrobat to try to navigate and finish the assessment! Then clicking the confirmation button and scrolling back to it with two fingers to the middle to click it one more time, well I hope you’re imagining. I was hoping to USE the electronic version and the cost of the book seems to include the high quality ebook although it may say “free” ebook included. However it’s not the case. That’s why I’m disappointed with the purchase as I’m forced to only use the paper version. Despite that please keep up your hard work, I will definitely change the review when these ugly bugs get resolved. Thank you for listening!

The App technical missing. 1- no horizontal view for the ebook . 2- no way to answer the exercises on the ebook , writing is not possible .

its an awful app. Don launch it; it has 7 samples, which is practically useless.

Piece of Crap. This app is a worthless piece of crap. take my advice and don’t waste your time because it doesn’t even let you sign up. The whole ui and login is bugged. You would think Cambridge crap would have some cool features...HAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAA! No. Waste of time, total utter bull crap

Delete the sample books.. Could you please remove all the sample books? It’s really annoying. Why I have to see those samples every time in my bookshelf when I open my books which I purchased. How I can’t organise my own bookshelf? I could understand those a lot of inconvenience such as interfaces, inconvenience of typing answers and etc. But it’s seriously hard to understand that you don’t allow us to delete those sample books in our bookshelf.

It’s good.. You need to add more books like Touchstone and Viewpoin.

No voice for ebook. The English vocabulary is a great book. Tho I have an old edition, I purchased a new edition again for the audio function. However it doesn’t work in the app as there is no place to enter the access code after sign in. I repurchased the ebook in the app. The ebook looks beautiful in the app, very easy to read. While the audio function does not work properly. I can see the audio is playing when I click the buttons but there is no sound at all. Please could you fix the problem as I think that will benefit a lot of people.

Useless. You can not delete the books that you do not want it any more. I bought ENGLISH VOCABULARY IN USE ( 3rd edithion ) and I tried to add it to library, there is no place to enter the code and there is not a place for contact or help.

It takes ages to download a 200MB ebook. No problem to sign up in app, but it took too long to download any content.

I can’t even sign in. I was expecting this app to be good because I have used the website and it worked it great, but the app doesn’t even let me sign in, let alone let me use any of the books I’ve paid for. Hope this can get better.

Cambridge it’s a shame. I’ve written several times for support and each new version’ve been getting worse. The latest update of Book Shelf just doesn’t allow me to login, although I’ve been able to login on browser. Book Shelf doesn't allow you to use saved password from browser now. I bought their Dictionary and “English Grammar In Use”. Those wear pretty expensive. I really don’t recommend use this stuff. Just find a PDF and Apple's native PDF browser gives you much better way to study English.

More books needed!. In the preview picture of the app IELTS books are included but in the real app there are no such books. Please add them to the collection!

Couldn’t find a way to enter access code. I bought English grammar in use but could not find any part can be entered this ebook access code. Is there anybody know how to get this ebook on the App?

Here are some problemes. Here is a problem with the Highlight feature and pen. pen size is so big, nobody writes well into the box. give back my money back. Now, sound feature not sork. Trash app.
