Not bad but a few issues and questions :) + Some extra stuff. So sometimes like most of the reviews it won’t let me join other people’s world or I can’t join their world, to make it work my friend had to reset her whole iPad, like remove all the data and stuff, but she’s fine with it. And why does the updating go so slow??? I think it’s unfair in my opinion, the other people did pay for normal Minecraft, but I just think it should update a tad bit faster, not as fast as normal Minecraft tho. And I saw a video of a shorts creator and the title was “Is bedrock or Java better?” By camman18, and if camman does see this now I know not to say “canman18” XD. And he said both are good and was like “At least were not in education edition!” I mean I would be upset in this edition as well sorry- So yeah! DEVELOPER RESPONSE PLEASE AHAHAHAHHAHAH-

✨. So, I really love this game. Pretty similar to actual Minecraft! However, I really wish you would allow kids to choose out their own skins. I have this friend, she’s not allowed to have actual Minecraft, so she got this instead! We’ve been playing together for atleast 1 month! But, we found some really cute skins we wanna wear! But..we can’t. Please allow us to wear our own skins. It’s driving me insane. Overall, it’s a very good and similar game. Aswell, Can you please start updating the game? Actual Minecraft recently just came out with a Cave and Cliffs update, I would love for you to add it aswell. Also, you still have the old nether! Please update It. But still a very great similar game to actual Minecraft. Thanks, Mojang!

A Unique Education Experience. Minecraft Education Edition has been a very unique experience for me. At first I thought to myself how is this game going to teach me more about English composition in my college class? We had to play the game in class and that was the first time I’ve ever played Minecraft. Minecraft really opened my mind to see how a game could help me to learn more about english composition and how images, video, and coding, could be used to help communicate English concepts. We played the game and it helped me to realize that by playing the game I was using the game play as a way of communicating with my classmates, and professor simply interacting with the world around me. I also learned about coding as well from the education edition. Coding is a form of language that is used on computers and I learned that coding is a form of language in technology that helps us communicate with the world around us, and it translates into a language that we can see and understand. I would definitely recommend using this to help teach students because it lets students learn from a different perspective, and broadens their minds even further than what they will realize. It also is a plus that’s its fun to play too!

fix this. Ok so it was a normal day i update my minecraft education keep in mind im in mobile. I decided to play it and make a farm, but as soon as i was about to sign in it says i have a error and that my administrator needs to call a number. This is very annoying and sad that mobile players cant play minecraft education anymore. Please fix this problem i want to keep playing my childhood game i been playing since 2nd grade, have a good day/afternoon/night. I came back to this and im still disappointed it still doesn’t work instead when i sign in with my school account and it takes me to this school nyc (i dont know what the site is called) site and i put it my email and password and then it says a error and it gives me a number to show my administrator but i dont know if i have one or not. But if this app’s only works when its school time and kids go school, then also fix that because kids can learn in this app when they go school and out of school. Have a good night/afternoon/morning

Not working. Minecraft education edition is a very good game but, whenever I try to join my sisters game it says unable to connect outdated server, overall Minecraft education edition is an awesome gameCan anybody figure out what’s wrong with mine Minecraft whenever I try to make my sister join my world is says unable to connect but it doesn’t say outdated server it’s probably because she’s using her Computer that the school gave her from 2020 maybe that’s why it says outdated server because there is no online school for my school anymore if you have any ideas on how to get us to join into the same server please help because it was mean a lot also it might be because i use my iPad to play it and she has the district computer so please help it would mean a lot because my sister has been waiting a long time to play with me she has been waiting a couple of hours because she had to find a charger and then she had to wait for it to charge and I don’t wanna leave my sister out where she can’t play but I can thank you for taking your time to read this message I really hope that one of you guys respond and if you have anything similar maybe we can help out each other have a nice day/night/evening

Very GOOD. Minecraft education is really good because you don’t have to collect diamonds and you can get your own golden pickax sword but whenever I try to join my friend server, it says unable to connect, which is weird but I don’t know I really like this game and no I also can play it at school, which is also good. Instructions for people who don’t know how to play: so how to play Minecraft or Minecraft Education Well, for starters, Minecraft Education is kinda like the same thing as Minecraft it’s just that you can get everything even diamond pickaxes and sorts and also you can have treasure boxes and you should get Minecraft Education because I think it’s better than Minecraft so you should end in Minecraft education has everything like everything they have diamonds and miss amethyst shards, and even golden pickaxes or diamond exacts ax And yeah that’s how you should play Minecraft education. But my one of my friends told me that Minecraft educational is not actually educational. Plus it’s not really well education for Minecraft education some really good game and you should play it.

It's Something, for sure,. It is great and all, and I understand that this is for students and teachers, but I also think that you expect others to play this as it is a free version of Minecraft. It is lovely, but it is very laggy, buggy, and there is this problem, our animals keep disappearing! Even if it is a pet or it has a name tag, they still disappear! It's sad, because some of us are, y'know taking care of your pets, and grow attachments in the amount of time we have them before they disappear. It's really sad, and I hope you could fix things like this. I hope you read this, thank you very much if you did.

This is an amazing game. I play this game 24/7 in my class whenever the teacher allows the class to and this is by far my favorite game to play. I have tried so many other games that doesn’t cost money and this is the best. My friend is getting the real version so she can play with me because I have the real version on the ps4. This game is perfect for when my parents are busy on the tv and I can’t play Minecraft. If I were to recommend any game to anyone this would be the game. If you want to get a game that takes up time when your bored this game would be perfect for you and for everyone else.

Something about unable to connect to world. So what happened is something wrong it’s happening so first of all I cannot go into like pick a World that I want because I cannot connect to the library for some reason and the second reason is I can’t connect to world and I hope you see this as soon as possible because this may happen for some other people this is important I don’t want to make this very long but anyway someone needs to fix some thing about the world and I don’t seem to get updates like I’m not able to update Minecraft so maybe you should make some thing to update it may be could be a bug somewhere but I just can’t connect to my friends world and it’s really a bummer Sincere, dancing 🌊

The app is good 🙂. This game is fun a very similar to the original Minecraft. I also like the fact that you can also play the game without the education part too. But sometimes when I play with my friend it won’t let her join me. Also can y’all have better skins and if we could change our names too that would be nice. This app is very similar to the actual Minecraft and I like the fact that you can choose the map and choose whatever you like without using money. The other Minecraft better. OK so a little child how to test it out this game so far I don’t like it it’s kind of cool but right now I need some help and even though you have to pay for the regular Minecraft the regular Minecraft is way better so anyways let’s get on with my problems 1. Enjoyable!. It’s a really well done game and is just like Minecraft the insert of coding and chemistry. Although you can use the elements in normal Minecraft if you turn on educational edition, I think it fits in much better here. Although, I do wish that all the updates in normal bedrock/java Minecraft would correspond and be included in edu edition. That being said, I do understand the reasoning as on why they aren’t. In general, I would 100% recommend any school to use this app. Kids love it, teachers actually enjoy it the self and it’s overall quite educational even if you do find that hard to believe. Good job game devs!

I think this games the best it has the gameplay to build to destroy to join friends and you could be building in creating or survival I like this game do to the fact that it has new creatures being added and that it has multi world like the neather and the end and you can’t really full on beat the game there’s all ways new creatures and mobs I will say this again if you some one who’s been thinking on getting it you should right away with no thought. I hope there are many more updates I look forward to it and so do the Kids like me that play Minecraft

One lil favor. Hey Mojang,I’d like to ask you guys a little favor first of all I just want to say I love Minecraft I’ve been playing it for years usually I just use the Minecraft education edition because I don’t have the money to get the actual app but so far I am I just want one little favor for the villagers jobs can one of the jobs play a florist I think the florist would be really cool. You might not see this review and that’s OK but if you do, can you possibly make a florist shop and really appreciate it and once you have, I will immediately send another review telling how much I love the game. Glitch or something, doesn’t work with iPad 2nd gen. We did the trial version and there were some glitches like sea turtle eggs not hatching. That was fine. However, when the free trial was over and I purchased the app,y son was able to play it once. When he came back to it, the app kept saying the free trial had expired and a license needed to be purchased, which I did. Every time I hit confirm to purchase it, it would say I had a subscription. It worked after I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. But after awhile, tue same screen saying I needed to purchase the license came up again. It’s been very frustrating. I’d like my money back since my son won’t be able to play it on the ipad. But I bet I won’t get my refund.

Minecraft Education Edition Great For Students. This Game Is Totally Good For Students To Learn I Reccomend New Starters Should Download It, Teachers Can Teach, Help Students Learn, And They Can Play It Too The Only Thing That Is Really Bothering Some People Is That First, The Students Have To Sign In With Their Password. PLEASE WORK !. ok so basically whenever I try to join my friend it won’t let me! And whenever I ask safari it says it’s a glitch but this glitch happens to everyone how is it a glitch? This is a rip off of Minecraft I’d rather spend 6 dollars on the real Minecraft instead of this ripoff if u say that I’m a rude person u should fix ur game please know that and if u are the creator of the real Minecraft why didn’t u make the education one as the same as the real one we could’ve had free Minecraft instead of this rip off so please fix these bugs and if u say u did and they continue I will give ur app a 1 star just know that I just want to join my friend why do I have to play single player it is very boring and whenever I put survival it’s very boring and hard to get things without 2 people !! Nice Game!. Minecraft educational is honestly the funnest way of education. My teachers let me play it, and I join my friends servers and we try and survive in the villages we find and one time me and my friends made a small house where we decided to spawn a ton of wolves. It was hilarious, one of my friends hit a wolf and they all started attacking. It was so fun and I can admit this has the great aspects of Minecraft, and it’s free. More then a normal Minecraft player can ask for. I also am glad that this is for schools, because in school there’s barely any computer games. When the cool games are accesible, you are usually prohibited from going there since the website is blocked and you will get into trouble. But this game, you are allowed to play it and for me it’s really easy to get into it. If any teacher or school employee come across this review, please let the kids play Minecraft educational mode, it’s a fun alternative way of learning, which will also excite the students. Even if this game has some issues, it’s better then a regular tacky ripoff school game, I appreciate that, respect that and am grateful for that. I can acknowledge that Minecraft Educational isn’t perfectly performing, but at least it brings more to the table then other school-access games. One issue you guys need to fix. I cannot have my brother join my server with me because it’s not letting me and it keeps saying there’s something wrong with the server no matter how many servers we try it just kicks him out or doesn’t let him into the server that I’m in and if I try to do it with him, it does the same exact thing it’s a fun game and all but you really need to fix this because I wanna play with my brother and have him join a server to do a building challenge but I can’t because this doesn’t work at all even though y’all need to fix and y’all need to find a wiz fix it, please find a way to fix this issue because there’s literally nothing wrong with my thing. It’s just saying I can’t play with him so please try to find a way to fix this.

"loading resources" and mob spawn rates. i know 2 stars sounds harsh, so i'm going to say some good stuff first. i like playing the game because it's fun and free. recently, i have found a problem where i can't even get into my own world without the screen just being frozen on "loading resources". there is no loading bar for that, so i can never know how much progress the game is making "loading the resources". by experience, i know that waiting does not work, even if i exit and reopen the app. this is a crucial problem that needs to be fixed. now before that cropped up, i could actually play. but in all of my survival worlds, there'd always be a lot a lot of hostile mobs. i have the gamemode set to easy and there is still a lot. unlike the real minecraft which i've played a couple times at my friend's home, this minecraft makes going out at nighttime nearly impossible, because you'll end up getting swarmed by hostile mobs. traveling in water is an even bigger concern. the drowned spawn rate i find is way too high. go underwater, and there will be at least three drowneds waiting for you. i know the other hostile mob spawn rates are really high too, but drowneds simply spawn way too often. also, i think that the sheep spawn rate is a little low, because unlike a normal gamer, i have to spend an unreasonably long portion of day 1 just searching for sheep to kill and get wool from which is immensely annoying. i hope you can fix this too.

I love Minecraft education. It is very good. I love it. Keep up the good work guys !!!!!. I only have one concern why is 1.20 not on mobile yet!!! You guys got to step it up so please I want to play on 1.20 so download it to education edition!!!!! Just tell me when Minecraft education gets the 1.20 update it is not that hard!!!! Good game, but slow to update…. I love this game. Been playing it since second grade, back in the days of the good ol’ Aquatic Update. I seen this game go through many changes. I’ve spent so many hours on this game, wether I’m testing and playing new Addons or working on a new project. But one thing I do have a problem with is the updates. See I was still in 1.16 when the 1.17 update was out, and by the time 1.18 rolled around, it finally updated. This is the same for 1.19. There is already snapshots for 1.20, but I’m always wondering when Minecraft: Education Edition is going to update. I don’t know why it takes so long. I’m no expert on making games or anything but if you have the files, you could just transfer it right? Or do you have to work on coding the mobs with all the different effects of all the Education Edition items? Either way, I just wish that when you released the updates for Bedrock and Java, you could also release it for Education Edition, because after all, it’s still a version of Minecraft. But overall, I don’t want you guys to take this review negatively, but the game is still very good. I enjoy playing this because it’s free.

Bugs and updates. I love this game, but it doesn’t get much updates like the original minecraft game. Anyway I am pretty sure I have been playing this for about a year, but please fix this bug. I think it’s a bug, basically whenever I play in my second device in my account, I don’t see the world I made in my first device. I spent a lot of time in that world. So please please please please please please please fix this bug or glitch. I DID check my first device to see if my world was still there and it was, but I don’t know why, I don’t see the world in my second device. So yeah please fix this

Minecraft Education will not sync with IOS 16.2. My son loves playing Minecraft Education on an iPad with his friends, so much that he loses track of time. We’ve been managing that challenge by using Apple’s parent downtime/screen time limits. Recently with the new iOS update to 16.2 I noticed that MCE is not recognized 1- as a game in the applications category and 2- maybe not at all by screen time. My son just continues to play because the new MCE is not recognized by downtime. This leads to family stress and only unpleasantness for the gamer! We know Minecraft is too fun to stop! I hope developers look at this glitch to make all players’ experience better and more harmonious. Then parents can step out of the picture and let Downtime do its job!

Great but…. Look, this is a great game. It’s just annoying that nothing about anything Minecraft is free. Even this has to be paid for by a school or business… and no matter what i try, it’s impossible to remember, view, or even change the current password. Nothing on the site will allow it to be changed, weather it’s on website or in app. This was the closest to free i could get and my password is the only thing keeping me from playing… this needs to be fixed, or the full edition needs to be free. Or a version that has everything the same (the blocks/world kinds/etc.) I understand exclusive things, but i just want to build in worlds and the flat worlds. So please, please open a free version or fix the password issue. Thank you for your time.

If you need help:. So there is this thing that happens to a few people that might be tricky to solve: Unable to connect: Outdated client/server. If this happens to you, do this: 1. Delete education Minecraft. 2. Re-download it. But your worlds will be deleted so you either have good worlds that no one can join or no worlds but perfect setup. Although this is a LOT to read, this game is AWESOME I just updated today and I’m excited to see the update hundreds of people told me. BRUH. don’t suggest getting if ur still in school bro they didn’t let us right? so i hacked into the firewall and got edu but put the firewall back up. A FRICKIN POLICE OFFICER CAME JNTO MY CLASSROOM AND BRUNG ME TO THE DEANS!!! i got an infraction for having it on my computer + iPhone, iPad, Windows, MacOs, Linux, whatever platform u use, i used it on every platform and it’s absolutely laggy, and i joined somebodies world and the NPC had an IP grab link in its dialog! Edu also allows mods but be careful with the mod su download. if there was a choice to choose -100 stars, i would, but i rated it 2 stars because the performance is horrible but the game itself isn’t THAT bad plus teachers don’t use edu to teach their kids anymore in middle school. there is something called BOOKS that weigh atleast 40 pounds plus a 10 pound computer. Do not recommend getting edu. get at ur own risk!!

Underrated. So basically Minecraft is really overrated like you get me right. But education edition is so much more like it’s basically a free version of your average pocket edition/bedrock edition. This game uses your school email which is really cool to play your favorite game Minecraft, some people only use this app as regular Minecraft as it’s free but its also for educational purposes and the coding features are something that wasn’t in the original, ITS MIND BLOWING! The only thing I could say bad about this is that the updates sometimes come slowly. Anyways Mojang please keep updating this game adding new features and items for this version of Minecraft. Anyways 10/10 love it.

Love it but something wrong.... I could give this app a five star but the app has some things. 1: you have to sign and yeah, you have fun but if you accidentally exit or quit the app, you have to sign in again, and this makes me think mojang is trying to steal people’s information and hack or use it for his downloads. 2. You hear some background noises( while playing or joining a world.), some are strange, some are scary, and some are blades. This makes me think mojang is also trying to scare people too. 3: the /event slash command does not work. I keep typing correctly but it keeps on saying “(eventname:) could not be executed on Minecraft:player” and it gets annoying. 4: it is a lazy idea that you did not make a chain armor recipe. There are chains, so how??. Well that’s all i had to say but yes, it’s a pretty good game. Bye Bye!!

I can't connect in other servers.. So me and my Friend have this game. And we have been able to connect with eachothers games and join them, But then one day suddenly she decides to join mine it says "unable to connect" we've tried over 3 times now and it still doesn't let us, (when I say 3 times I mean 3 times TODAY) we've probably tried 15 times counting the other times. I don't really want to give this game a 2 or 1 star review because your game is REALLY fun! But if I can't connect or my friend can connect with eachothers servers I don't think I might keep it at a 3 star review, please understand I dont HATE the game I just don't understand how it doesn't works. Signing in. Today I just downloaded this app and I was excited cause its like minecraft but there is more items and I thought it would be interesting since my brother and his friends play it a lot. So a couple more days later on my grandma’s birthday I download the game and sign in with my school stuff and boom it worked for a second but then it said that it was unable to load. So I checked again and typed in my password and email CORRECTLY but no it did not work later trying to do it all over again and again and again but eventually I gave up. Please fix this I want to play minecraft education edition.

I just love Minecraft my friends say this my only game and its so so so so so cool new lanterns,looms,lenterns,jellie skin for cats WAW I want to help with a another cool update ok this is my idea So the should be a shark spawn 3 times bigger than a dolphin and a new redstone lighter which is a light switch and when you click it the lights you put up will light up!and turn off and you can change the color of flower pots so put a flower pot in a new crafting item that’s the next one so put a flower pot in the new block called a pot crafter and put a dye in right,left,bottom,front Of the side then it will creat a red flower pot or whatever color you picked so the pot maker can make different color pots and its your imagination to customize these and bu-bye wait wait wait I’m back I want to tell you on plain Minecraft I got a Xbox account and a huge commitment from my friends WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE MOJANG GAMES THERE JUST SO COOL Love Xbox Player Name Derplittlechick

We need updates. not to lie I really love this game it’s just Minecraft updated so much things and education is just stuck with the updates one year ago we really need new updates and skins why hasn’t education edition update it it’s been one year, and Minecraft added a brush, the sniffer, cherry blossoms, and the bamboo planks there are so much things that they updated that education edition still doesn’t have ( :((we’re stuck with frogs) we also need new skins. The skins we have are….. good I guess. but just because this app was made for elementary school, doesn’t mean that a lot of people want to show their styles and aesthetics like cottagecore preppy, Kawaii, just saying a few. I really like showing what I like and to show what I like is the show my style. please education we really need more skins. thanks for listening.

Slow that’s it. I’ll be fair, it’s a good game but uhm did I mention that this is the slowest thing to update like EVER?!?🥺😤😒 like- this is slower than bombs in movies AND THATS PRETTY SLOW also, is there a way to download skins in the app? Best game ever!!. Dear, Monjang This game is the best game that I ever played I would play ths every time I go to school I love this game because it’s a fun game where you can join with friends and also you can build a lot of cool houses it takes a long time to build a house but it’s very fun if you could make another Minecraft I would be soo happy from how good this game is love it!! Really good but just 1 thing. I’m a student who found this game and started playing. At first I thought it was a perfect game no flaws, great. But then things took a turn for the worse. Since I wasn’t signed in my school district anymore it started with saying that there wasn’t internet and, I know, your service doesn’t include internet which is why this really concerned me. I’m deleting the game to install it again and I really hope you guys can fix this so it can make internet connection a bit easier. Otherwise awesome I would really recommend it.

Some one hacked my server. Ok so Minecraft education is a good game and all yea blah blah but.. I was playing with my friend and we built a house and all and then our phones turned off so we joined back and someone named aaergeta_J or something like that and then in the chat they said hello and I was gonna type who are you? And then It just kicked us out and we tried joining back and it said are you trying to join this world by my user name and then we were confused because I wasn’t in the game so we like restarted Minecraft and it said for my friend the host isn’t In the game but we could still join..

Pretty nice. I like this game a lot I think it’s pretty good there’s some bad things like a takes forever to update like I’ve been waiting for so long for the update to the newest version and it hasn’t but other than that I think this game is pretty good and it has a feature of the other ones don’t like the normal one and other than that it’s pretty good I know I’ve said that a lot but I think you you could love this game or hate it so I would recommend a little more than the normal Minecraft because it’s free no Minecraft is seven dollars I mean like no one really wants to play that mean you playing on Minecraft it’s for seven dollars is crazy

Something Wrong With the Internet. Hi devs. Me hoping you’ll read this because I got 1 complain, but the rest are pretty good. The internet is working because I’ve checked multiple time and then played other games that require internet and that worked so then I went into Minecraft: Education Edition and I saw that it said “something wrong with the internet, Please try again later” and I did the same exact process again and it still didn’t work so yeah, that’s my only complain. The experience is a good one it saves money instead of getting regular Minecraft and I actually think it’s Minecraft so it’s a 4:5 to me and since I like it, you could play it too!

Very buggy, but very good! (READ THIS!! HELPFUL!!). you don’t really need to use this for school use. If your school gave you an email for school use you might be able to make an account with the email, but if it doesn’t accept KEEP TRYING. It is very glitchy and takes a few attempts. I can playa Minecraft for free now! 🙌 When I play this, it is very fun and impressive for a mobile game! But, here are 2 issues that are driving me insane: 1: entering nether portals. When I enter a nether portal, there is what feels like a 45% chance my screen will be stuck on the “generating terrain” screen and I have to close the app. 2: invisible chunks. If you don’t know what a chunk is, a chunk is a section of Minecraft land (like an acre, a section of earth). Sometimes the chunk will be completely invisible, but mobs and players can walk on it. This can happen in the nether, too. 3: I have an idea why this is a thing, but just for anyone reading, there is no music. Unlike the other editions, there is no music from C148, so if you are playing survival, DO NOT create a juke box. The discs do not work. That is pretty much the worst parts, but take note that it is not updated past the ocean update. There is no Netherite, bastions, piglins, warped forests, and basically anything past the ocean update is not there.

The best game( after Minecraft). OK guys this game is totally legit so if you like Minecraft this is almost exact same game and you can play it just like Minecraft even though the world for free because the world are as good as Minecraft because Minecraft you have to pay for it but it is for free and I would rate it five stars so if you play this game download it so the developers can have some more money just kidding you don’t have to pay for anything it’s just you can change your character if you don’t have to pay for it it is so much fun I hope you have a wonderful time playing there all right sleep tight!! Everything is great about the app and everything it’s even free and stuff but the only bad thing about it is that when I log in with my school account it keeps saying native client when I search up how to fix it I saw no videos pls Mojang pls fix this I wanna be able to play this game again it’s my favorite game to play in school and home. First I don’t really like how the agents just spawn whenever, could you please let us spawn our agents, because me and my friend were playing, and we decided since we had made a house together in survival, that we could build a house over the agents, but mine was on the other side of the world, I would really like if you would do that. and also, it lags a little bit. Happy I found this app. When I was 6, Lots of my friends had Minecraft on their iPads and on their parent’s laptops and phones. But you need to pay for it so I was really sad by missing out on the cool stuff. My older sister came home from school and told me during school she played minecraft education edition and it was free! A few months later… in July I got an iPad! The first thing I did was start to download lots and lots of games… then I remembered about this app, And signed in with my Surrey schools account! It’s exactly like the regular Minecraft, but has more coding activities that aren’t mandatory (well DUH!) To this day I am still in love with this app and enjoy every hour of it! Mojang, you are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saving stuff on your account. I devs mostly everything is good in your game except two things, first you guys need to update the game mor often so the current effects in the game works, and you also need to fix one important thing, yesterday I accidentally deleted Minecraft Edu when I came back, all my stuff disappeared, the world and creations I made disappeared and all my mods disappeared, I think you guys should fix that. And for some reasons, I Checked my network and wifi and it’s all ok but every time someone tries to join me or I try to join them it doesn’t work it says unable to connect to world

I can’t get in Minecraft education for some reason?. Whenever I try to get in, it says I have to sign in, but when I do sign in, it brings me to a 0KB file called “NativeClient” I tried everything, I see other people are also having this problem, I had this problem since may, it’s been a month and still hasn’t been fixed, I don’t wanna reinstall the game since I know I’ll lose all the worlds and my progress, I tried everyday but it always just bring up the same thing, this 0KB file, it still works for some people, but most people it doesn’t, I heard it’s cause of I need software update, I did, but still didn’t work, please fix this, try to reply to this if you can and your game is very good.

Better Than Normal Minecraft! 🎉🥳. Hi! I’ve been using Minecraft Ed for over a year now and it’s amazing! There are even things in game that aren’t in original Minecraft. Like cameras, agents, balloons, and a few others I believe. But, good as it is, there are a few things I’d liked changed. 1. Updates pls! Normal Minecraft is brilliant because it has updates which brings more fun and adventure! Bust Minecraft Ed is a bit dull without all these updates. (I already have the updates newly released, but I hope they will keep releasing new updates in future!) 2. Loading problems. I’ve had loading problems ever since the game updated, it takes forever to load into your world now! Before the updates came out, it was always 100% sure that your world would load. Pls Mojang if you read this try and fix this bug. (If it is one!) If not then that’s ok! 3. Glitches and bugs. Sometimes while enjoying time online with friends, or just playing alone, I get booted out of the game and have to reload back in. It’s super frustrating. Is this a bug? Idk. 4. In time with others. In Java Edition, you have more enchants like sweeping edge, curse of binding and all that’s stuff. Great app!. This is a really good game because it is educational and entertaining at the same time. Whenever I’m bored, I play Minecraft education. Me and my friends enjoy playing Minecraft education together. However, I have a (maybe stupid) question, How do you put a map on a wall, like on the preview? I don’t know how to put it on, because when I hold a map and press the wall, nothing happens. Please tell me how to! :) From a happy player.

4 out of 5. This app helps with school and it’s pretty fun to play at home as well you get to do stuff you can’t do in normal Minecraft. Like there’s balloons and chalk boards. You get to build whatever you want or you could go to library and there will be other fun worlds to play in. But you have to do a password which sometimes you forget and you can’t go on it until you remember. BEST APP EVVVVAAAA but.... THIS IS DEFINITELY MY MOST FAVOURITE APP EVER well, I’ve always wanted minecraft when I was young and my parents always said no. So I kept asking until 2020. The reason I wanted minecraft soooooo bad was because I am a really creative girl and I have no way to build my creations on an app. Then I heard about minecraft. It was PERFECT! Now in 2020 I heard about minecraft education and it was free. I instantly got it and signed up. I loved it soooo much and I never wanted to stop. But now I realise that education edition has not got the AMAZING nether update. This update would probably be my favourite and I can’t wait. Please update minecraft education (the nether update) ASAP.

100% honest truth. Please if it is possible could you make an option so you don’t have to sign in because maybe your school does not want to have to sign the school up. Make an option where you can choose whether you want an account or not. So those who don’t’ think have an account/not allowed to make one/do not want to make one to be able to play. I really like the idea and purpose of the game except I can’t play because I don’t have an account and are unable to make one some of the features would be awesome to have in normal Minecraft not all of them but some. Good, but has problems. I am a big fan of minecraft, and I got this app for school. I think lots of the new features are really cool, but some stuff like the chemistry tables are really confusing, wich is just kind of disappointing. I know that this bit isn’t really related to education edition, but Mojang, you are taking minecraft too far. I like minecraft just how it is, but with the addition of striders and pigskins, and netherite coming soon, it is just getting to confusing to handle. I think minecraft doesn’t need any more updates, because I think that the amount of blocks and mobs there currently are is enough. Overall, I still love this game! Minecraft Education Edition. I like it, but there is something of the game that I don’t like. It is that the Enderman could be scary, you may be playing and your 5 year old sister is watching you and suddenly Enderman appears. It would make your sister have nightmares. And then there is a problem with the spiders, you could be scared of spiders and then you have to stay in your house until they go away. I know that in creative mode they don’t do nothing, but still, you could be afraid and go into your house.

Issues, but very good.. Dear Mojang, Hi I’m Leyla Closse. A parent of 3 children. I would just like to say that this game is very helpful with the kids, and it’s fun and learning at the same time. My kids have been learning lots about sodium and helium. They have been making all sorts of things, such as balloons and glow sticks! It’s wonderful! But I do have some issues with the app aswell. After some time it kicks you out of your account so you’ll have to log back in (which trust me, takes many verifications)… And it can also create much slowness to the iPad which creates it to kick you out of the game. Too many things going wrong!. Too many things go wrong in this game. If things didn’t go wrong then it would be 5 star, but I’m giving it 3 star because of some things that need to be fixed. Firstly, this annoys me the most. When you go into the library and click create new on a template, it goes to loading the world then it takes you back to the library! This is SUPER annoying. Please fix this soon. Secondly, it sometimes says there is no internet connection when my internet is working perfectly fine. We just got a new internet box, latest model and works really well, but for some reason Minecraft Edu isn’t working with it. This really needs to be fixed. Thirdly, when I go into one of my worlds, the app suddenly closes and I go to the home screen of my iPad. This gets me really annoyed, and it keeps on doing it anytime I reopen the app. Finally, when I make a block of grass, I can’t dig very far which is annoying when I’m making a basement, underground house or a pool/lake. Please make the ground thicker for block of grass. If those things were fixed, the game would work really well. Please fix these things soon so I can play the game again.

Amazing but also somthing bad. So I love this game but I need to say somthing So me and my friend were playing and then we saw a random black statue so we went to investigate then I saw a random person with an invisible potion come and it wasn’ my friend and no one else was in the world.. the next day we came back and there were so many statues of random things and on I sign it said “I’m watching u” it was so scary and then I saw the invisible person again this time setting our creations on fire! My friend still has the world and weird things are still happening in it! I suspect that it’s a hacker doing this so I don’t know what to do this is true btw

Really Good but Can you Add Something new. This game is very nice and very fun to play. Multiplayer is really easy and this is child-friendly. This game is some of the funnest things I have played and I just have one suggestion. When we die from our health being lowered from the berries, can the chat say, “(Your name) died from berries”? The best game ever😍😍😍. I get to make videos and normal Minecraft is Minecraft is better than that, and like I made a video and all my friends were in it and I was unbelievable. Amazing! Maybe add some things... This app is amazing! But I would recommend to add somethings.. You should be able to import photos to item frames or chalkboards.. I wanted to make a poster with the camera, but later I found out you couldn’t.. :c You should add custom npcs.. I wanted to MAKE ( Or customize ) a npc to be a dragon but again.. I couldn’t.. I know this isn’t in Java or bedrock Minecraft but.. Maybe you should be able to place items down on a block, then they are 3D? To be honest.. This one isn’t need like the others And.. Last one. How do I add custom skins on iPad? Can you at least add a button that allows you to put a skin form your photo library. This is not for children please read. I have a nine year old boy who loves mine-craft with all his heart and soul so he downloaded this game! Which this game is very nice for children’s education and entertainment it was wonderful watching my son play mine-craft after school and doing his homework! Until I actually found out what he was doing on this cursed app! After I left the room when he was playing this monstrosity, a jump-scare popped up onto his screen and the sky was red my son was crying and sobbing. Great! Just please update it!. As a student it’s great to get Minecraft for free (even though I already have it) there are so many great things like making balloons the frogs and coding but there Is one teeny problem. It doesn’t all of the same things! I get it it’s supposed to be different but sometimes it’s TOO different. I would LOVE if you could at-least add the new cherry blossoms trees! Really Good!. I really recommend this app for anyone who can’t afford normal Minecraft. It has all the same features and everything that normal Minecraft does. The only thing that I don’t really like Is how it thinks you are on computer because I’m a mobile player. So whenever I play there are alway key tips but they are for computer players. It’s alright.🤷‍♀️. Well, first of all it’s not that good plus. Some people have the updated version which means the people without the updated version can’t join the other person with the updated version, due to them not updated and when you go on the App Store it doesn’t give you a choice saying ‘update’ it just says ‘Open’. It needs to be updated on time! It would be better if anyone could join anyone’s world as well. I’d also like to see some bugs and lags fixed. It’d be great if you could, thanks.😅

Truly Amazing. My friends and I always play it and we have a lot fun. We just need to wait for them to update and fix the login and it will be running at it’s full capicity. Also if you are trying to play at home with friends using different internets then all you have to do is. 1.Click the pause menu in game and look for the IP address, 2. Send to your friend, 3. Enter the IP address in the servers tab and you can play in secret or far away from each other

Updates for minecraft education by naatoli_17.. Minecraft education should have more stuff like real minecraft 1. You should be able to put anything on your offhand, not just a shield a map and a totem so you should make it so you can hold anything else in minecraft education. 2.put update 1.21 on minecraft education once minecraft 1.21 comes out or if it’s already out then put 1.21 on minecraft edu

Definitely an amazing game!! But Jens Bergenstien please read this. I love Minecraft education edition!! Here’s why. First, it’s swear proof. Whenever you swear in the chat💬 it replaces the swear word with dashes. The thing I would very like Jens Bergenstien to change this. Whenever you first download the app you need to sign in with your email address and password. I would very much like my parents to be able to play Minecraft education edition. So I would like you to make it that you are able to sign in with your Google account or Facebook account. Needs to be updated on time, but me like. Dear Mojang and/or Microsoft, I personally think that Think that this free version of Minecraft is very good but it has a few flaws, Firstly this game does not receive regular updates in time with the other versions. Secondly we would greatly appreciate if some of the enchants from Minecraft Java Edition are incorporated into this game e.g sweeping edge, curse of binding, curse of vanishing and much more. Thirdly we think that the Redstone and PvP mechanics are enhanced, for example Quasi-Connectivity in Redstone or Weapon recharge (the thing where you can’t hit for a couple of seconds when drawing weapon or using tool). Great but problematic. I love this app! I don’t play heaps but I’m starting to get problems. Whenever I open it, I’ll click on a world and it will glitch me out before it’s even loaded. It’s annoying because now I cannot access anything I have made, including the things I have spent months on. BUT I can still join into worlds at the moment. So that’s good :) I can’t delete the app and restart, because sadly it deletes my progress, which is worse. I don’t know... It’s a really good app still. Recommend 🤩

Minecarft education really good game for education and other wise but there are some major floors like game sever I know u guys want be safe password and diffrent school but minecarft education would be more fun and enjoyable with SEREVER s play enjoy time with other people who play minecarft education and more school will play minecarft education second reason is your combat system if u sprint at some anttack it’s just launch them 7 blocks and pvp very bad minecraft education u can’t hold steady combo and playing game mode such bridge u just get launcher off and lag and joing other games is very laggy those my reason please fix this this will make us have better time in minecarft education

This game is INSANE!!!. I love how Minecraft Education Edition has lots of cool extra blocks like the periodic table, making players able to make things like underwater TNT and balloons. The library has lots of cool features (in my opinion inspiration island is great for PVP and is really good). Minecraft Education Edition is great for bringing classes at school together for enjoyable, education time playing. The only bad things are how sometimes updates take a long time to come and woodland mansions are extremely difficult to find for some reason. If you fix this, your game will be even more insane than it already!

Really good. Minecraft educational is a really fun and interactive app that I love to play. I have come across an issue that has never happened before to me. When I opened the app it asked me to sign in and after signing in, instead of opening up Minecraft with my account it told me that it was unable to sign me in and told me to make sure I was signing in with my school or organisational account and to try again. This was very frustrating as I was signing in with my school account. I need this to be fixed but overall a really good game if you don’t count the issue.

Coolest game ever!. I like the game it’s like a free version of Minecraft and me and my school mates love playing with each other but I would like to see a 1.16 update if possible cause I would love to see striders and nertherite added into the game. I would love to see target blocks added to the game as well cause there’s so many red stone things I can’t make cause I don’t have the target block but apart from that I love the game and it would be helpful for a command list for commands but not for me but my school mates cause like when we do it in class everyone comes to me for command block stuff so that would be helpful (for them) I definitely give it a 5 star rating!

Omg scary sounds. When I load into my Minecraft world I just get peacefully and in creative mode just hanging around trying to find a village and then suddenly I just hear weird sounds but then I just randomly get out of the game and then I just don’t want to play Minecraft education it just feels weird to play it and sounds this needs to be fixed if this is a bug please fix it because there’s weird sounds in them like I’m just building something like for example in a house in creative and I hear weird sounds and I just don’t want to play it it’s quite scary

Good but has way to many bugs. I really like the game but all the bugs. For example when I first joined my world I immediately got kicked out then I tried joining again but it said I was in the server already. I didn’t know how but an hour later I tried again but this time I was able to join but everything was glitched out like me seeing flying mobs and all the villagers houses were in the sky then notice that the nether was the end and the end was the nether. Please fix this bug so me and other people don’t have this glitch

Great but massive bug. This is just as good as normal Minecraft but free and delayed on updates except I was just doing a world where I make lucky blocks without mods using structure blocks and stuff and to test it out I made a copy of the world. Everything seemed pretty much normal but when I had a totem of dying and got /killed with a command block, I didn’t die, had a never regenerating half a heart, got the totem of undying effects but still had the totem in my of hand, was completely unable to die, when I jumped into lava I didn’t get the fire screen effect, was unable to open my inventory, my player rag doll was invisible except for the totem in my offhand, when I /killed myself manually, the game said no targets matched the selector and when I /effected myself with instant damage it said it gave the effect to me but I didn’t take any damage once again. It would be great if you could fix this bug soon in case I or somebody like me encounters it again.

Amazing App, Mojang!. So basically, we had to download Minecraft EDU for some work. And I didn’t regret it because most free apps are filled to the brim with ads, but this…EPIC. Just 2 complaints though, it doesn’t have the Caves & Cliffs part 1 update like in Bedrock and Java, and another thing I find irritating is that I have 15 out of 40 icloud storage, yet, in the middle of a build that took me 2h + it interrupted and said “please empty out your storage space or we might not be able to save your progress” and when I try to join back it doesn’t let me. So that’s basically why I play on Vanilla Minecraft Java. Pls fix Mojang.

Big mistake but good game. Mojang you have the best games ever! But I think there is one huge mistake u made: WHY DID U SELL THIS TO MICROSOFT?!! they just made the game cost money and they are earning more money than it cost for them to buy it! They just have to relax and earn money!!! How could you let them do this?!! Microsoft is generally bad and screws up stuff a lot? You should just take the game back and give them no refund! it was much better when it was free!

Changed me lots!! Pls read Mojang. I absolutely love this app. The coding mods e.g mega jump, chicken rain, are awesome! But can you add some commands e.g spawn_ender_dragon? When I went to the end and battled the Ender Dragon (though it is Education Edition you can do the stuff you can in normal Minecraft) I absolutely loved it. I heard from GGSP (Good Game Spawn Point) that in Minecraft Pocket Edition you could get a pet Ender Dragon, and the command I mentioned earlier could summon the normal version. I have the never update on my normal Minecraft and I would really like the never update on Minecraft education one of my friends has Minecraft education addition and I would really like it if Mojang and Microsoft could add the nether update to Minecraft education addition. But other than that small little thing this should be rated a five. The nether update was in it already it would be a five star. Thank you Mojang and Microsoft for making a Minecraft: Eduation Edition so I can play Minecraft in school thank you so much!! Y’all are awesome!

Minecraft Education!. Minecraft education is a great app thats free! ( for schools ) But Honestly when your joinning your friends for work that your teacher commanded you to do on Minecraft education some times you can't join your friends world because it keeps on saying "There are no codes availble in the world" But its time to not complaint! Great game but there was a Problem. I really like this game but there was a big problem with it. I have a school Microsoft 365 account and it works with the game. After a few days, the app said that you no longer can play because your demo has ended. I went to the website to check my email address and it said my school has purchased Minecraft Education Edition. I reinstalled the app but it didn’t do anything. Please fix this as this also may be a problem to others.

100% honest. This game is great exact replica of the real Minecraft But what I wanted were two things first whenever an Minecraft update comes add it to Minecraft education after like 1 week because it took Minecraft 1.14 edition more than 1 month to come to Minecraft education edition and the most important thing can you plz make people able to join servers like hypixel and public server and if your on a server and the owners gone you can still play because in education edition it says disconnected from Server but again I want to be able to play on public servers which I don’t need to have a same WiFi connection with the owner

Bad game but one good thing. Edu is 12 updates behind or something like that, constantly every single time I exit the app even if it’s still in my history I need to log back in, and once I had like 30 worlds and they randomly disappeared. All of them! I have some other worlds now, but not any of those! Also, they deleted one of my favourite worlds that were in the library so I can’t get that world back now, and so many things ruin the app. The only good thing is, in edu the /ability command still works, and if Mojang see this, I want you to put it back into normal Minecraft! The /ability command, I mean.

AMAZNG. Minecraft Edu is technically Minecraft but free and with lessons and challenges. I think that it’s great but there are some things that I would like for you to add. 1. I would appreciate it if you could add some instructions about commands. I have absolutely no idea how to use them but I’ve seen others using them and I want to try too. Or just make a list about all the commands and what they do. 2. I play on an iPad but the game still uses the computer keys so I can’t really understand what I can do. I would like that the game can detect what device you're using and use those keys or buttons. 3. One more thing. I’m pretty sure that there’s a nether update in normal Minecraft and I would love for you to add that into Minecraft edu as well. It would be really cool to have piglings and striders as well. But I’m actually updating the game right now as I’m writing this so if the nether update is in that, sorry. But if it’s not, please add it. Overall I think that this game is really cool and it’s good for people who’s parents don’t want to pay for normal Minecraft. But then again, you’ve got to have a school account so.. ya. I hope that you can add the things I desire! 🙃

Love it!. I’ve been playing minecraft education since I started year 3 and I loved it from the very start. You can be creative or go on adventures and find your own resources and you can play these really fun and educational mods! It’s just awesome and there’s nothing wrong with it. I just love the new updates and building fun places and being creative. Also another thing I love is that I can build stuff at home then show all of my friends at school!

Crashes when I go to wardrobe and needs experimental features. First of all it needs experimental features like in the normal edition. It would help it work better with the mods we use in our classroom. Secondly the game crashes a few seconds after you go into the wardrobe and I uploaded a skin, the game said it was corrupted, then the game crashed and whenever I open the game it crashes. I have a world that I have spent hours building on for an assessment so I hope it does not get deleted. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES MOJANG. (Other than that it is a good game) also please add server compatibility, it would make it so much easier to work on class assignments in groups.

Can we make our own skins please?!. I love it! It’s fun & educational, I’ve already made some stuff using the chemistry lab! But, it would be nice if we were able to make our own skins, the skins we have now are old, not been updated since a few years ago! Plus, I think it’ll help with creativity of what you like, for example, I see most people using the astronaut skin, since most of the skins are what they call ‘ugly’ I know you put lots of effort in minecraft, Mojang! Great game but.... Hi Microsoft and Mojang! I enjoy this game a lot, there are so many exclusive items and mobs and some aren’t even available on regular Minecraft! I just have one small but notable problem: Update consistency. I know your trying hard to keep the updates consistent on Education Edition, but lately it’s been really slow, we had to wait for several months to get the Village and Pillage content and it skipped Bedrock Edition 1.8 all the way to 1.12. And we’re still waiting for 1.13 features to be added. Please fix this, thanks. Also when you release 1.13 on education edition please include Character Creator because you can’t make any thing inappropriate with the feature. Because we all know why you can’t have custom skins.

Only lets me play for 5 days. Hello, this app was great at first, but after 5 days it said my trial ended? And I KNOW that if you sign in without an account it signs you out after 5 days. BUT I signed in WITH an account. I play this game on iPad and it’s good but I do not know why it kicks me out. I play with my brother and I signed in with my school account. If you know the problem please put your title as “Ani 5 days minecraft” Also it glitches out sometimes. Please fix this bug so I can play it again. Thank you and bye 🫥🫠

Great Game!. Minecraft Education is a great game and is most suitable for those who do not want to play the original game. It is like regular Minecraft and it has challenges and lessons. What I do not like is that it should have updates that are similar to the regular Minecraft and it should be able to have mods installed to it. Also, it requires a school or organization account when logging into the game. However, Minecraft Education is a great game especially for young children.

Experiments and Achievements. I am a huge fan of Minecraft, and I wonder about the Experiments and the Achievements. The Experiments will allow Minecrafters to test the newest features (the ones for 1.21) and the Achievements to be like Java Edition, but with 2 achievements exclusive to this Minecraft Version. The 2 achievements will be unlocked by interacting with the NPC mob and using the Agent. Overall this is an awesome Minecraft edition. P.S: The Achievements will be the same as the ones in Bedrock, Console and Pocket Editions! Your biggest fan, Steve

It’s brilliant! Just one thing…. Hello Mojang, I am a huge Minecraft fan and was delighted when we got to play Minecraft: Education Edition at school. I got a bit annoyed about one thing though… Minecraft EDU falls behind in the updates, which is irritating. And when it finally got the update, I was hoping it would bring something I wanted so bad with it, but it didn’t. And that thing was skins. I was hoping that I would be able to create my own skin like in regular Minecraft. I love doing that and also creating my own online. I’m sick of downloading skin packs from Addons. Deleted my game data. I was playing like normal but the game was being very glitchy and when I broke a block it kicked me out of the game and when I entered the app again all my worlds were gone and I have spent close to 2 years on a world and now it’s completely gone. Why only for students. Dear game devs, I would love to play this game but it’s only for students. I know that it’s a part of Minecraft but still I want to see the game it self and all it’s stuff. Make this edition more available. Students are not the only ones who would be interested in using this edition of Minecraft. I would be interested in obtaining a reasonably priced individual license of this software, but unfortunately none is available. I am not a student or affiliated with any school. In your initial reply to my post you said that the student edition is good for students and that the regular edition is good for other people. I have the regular edition. Is there a way to experiment with coding in the regular edition? What about exploring the chemistry options. Individuals should have the freedom to choose which version they want to use. As long a Microsoft and Mojang receive sustainable profits, why should they object to this?

Please update!. This version is amazing and in someways better then the normal version, but there is one thing that is holding it back. Bees are already in the original version and it’s not even an option to try the debug version of it in this version. This version needs to be updated as fast as the original version of the pocket addition. I just want bees and honey blocks please! Delete Minecraft education edition. When I tried to enter my email it declined it and not just that but sometime I see swear words popping up in the chat when I play with my 5 year old daughter very weird, and bad! I think it’s definitely not like the original Minecraft you need a school login so it isn’t free for anyone only available for students and students only but there’s fun codes that you can do I don’t see the “Educational” part of it but it’s a great recess activity there’s also limited skins you can’t make your own or download any kinda limited to the stuff you can do it’s awesome you can do this for free and in class but there’s some stuff that it’s lacking.

5 stars. Never played it but it seems very great for me and other kids to learn. If you’re wondering why its rating is so low.. it’s because people most likely use this app to get free minecraft. The purpose and priority of this game is to teach kids? What do you expect? It Doesn’t even let me sign in. So I downloaded this app recently because my Minecraft app is not working and is glitching me out every time i try to get into the app so i thought this would be just as fun but for education. I tap on sign in and put all the correct details then when i tap on sign in it says “No Internet Try Again” Or something and i feel like your doing this on purpose my internet is fine! And why isn’t my normal Minecraft Working! I go in the app it starts loading freezes then glitches out of the game. Or I go in the app and it freezes and if i reload it just does it again!!! Wanna play MINECRAFT!. I love Minecraft education edition! But with the 1.12.5 update I cant get into any of my worlds on my iPad. I touch the world I want to play in but then it goes back to the home screen! I have worked so hard on all my worlds and I really love the game but this is really anger inducing 😡. I’ve tried everything. Deleting old apps, restarting my iPad. Nothing works. I’ve even been on the Minecraft education edition page and I didn’t see it as a known issue. Amazing. I love how I can play with my friends with an updated server because if it says outdated that means your friends computer is updating in your yours is it just so you know and I just I just love Minecraft I have so many world but I wish Minecraft education edition let me update my server without losing all my world that’s the only pet peeve that I have about this but other than that is amazing

Glitch. All throughout the game(minecraft's) history there have been lots of bug fixes but one glitch happened in my world while I was playing with my friend. Basically what happened was that whenever we would go to mine block or get wood the blocks would glitch out and become this dark texture of the block. But the block wouldn't drop, Me and my friend noticed that we would have to wait at least 5 second for the gliched texture to disappear and drop the item. Please fix this.

This game. This game is so fun and its free to download so if you cant buy normal minecraft its easy to join worlds and create worlds and there is no minecoins no buy all the adons are free to use the only problem is you need a school account and i dont know how the make them good thing i have one but overits a 10/10 and fun to use in school so if your a teaching reading this you should use this its a fun way to learn its free just be careful so your students don’t play it when they are not supposed to

Can’t play on tablet. I got this a few weeks ago and was very excited, but it wouldn’t let me play. So I was pretty sad but confused like why would they have it on the App Store if I can’t even play it? I just wish I could use this cause I’m homeschooled and sometimes it gets boring so that’s why I got this. Sorry if I messed up or it was my WiFi or something but I’m pretty sure it isn’t . Fun game. This game is super fun and wonderful for school and educational settings! Even if it isn’t played in school it is super fun to play with friends or siblings. One thing that could improve would be joining other people’s servers. When I host a world for my friends and I, most of the time they can’t connect. Even if we do end up connecting, one of our games crash and they can’t play, the world shuts down, or none of our Minecrafts open. Other than that this is very fun and I totally recommend it for teachers!

I think it might have been a good game.. It would be a good game if it had no accounts. Previously, the people who are homeschooled have no accounts.. and some of the people who are not don’t know it. Fro example, you should do an update to a free play so the other people who are BOTHERING for no accounts can play. And to make it fair, you should do the parents password to play online. If those who don’t know them ask there parents. If your old enough, do your own account. It’s not that hard, so can you please make an update so the other people can play? Thank you!

Good but extremely slow update. Wen I first got it I saw the original game was 7$ then I saw that the educational version was free and I got sus(suspicious)I downloaded it and now I see why it is free takes a year to update so wen everyone else gets 1.20 we still have 1.19 and than wen everyone else gets 1.21 we get 1.20 and so on so they (mogang)only care about the people who payed 7$ on iPhone and 30$ on computer and not about education people (;_;)if you Don't care about that than great but if you're like me and want cool new stuff don't waist your time here other than that it is good

Minecraft Education Edition Kid (9 years). I tried to log in with my Xbox account and it said account ineligible. I was very sad when I saw this. Although I have regular Minecraft now, I’m still sad that you need to have an expensive Office account AND a subscription to play this. And my school doesn’t have this. If you are reading this, Mojang, PLEASE explain why you can only have this if you are a student with a subscription. In your initial reply you said that everyone who plays must have an Office account. I get that. But I have regular Minecraft. Is there any way to experiment with coding in the regular edition?

A few things that can easily be fixed but, great game.. Minecraft education edition is a great game but, there are a few things that can be improved. Number one, Minecraft education edition doesn’t have the same updates as the Minecraft, this can bug a bunch of people. Number two, if you add a mod there are so many things you can’t actually add. Minecraft education is a good game we are doing we are fight this game in after school called adventures and it’s so much fun and I cannot wait to play it again and right now playing it right now and right now it’s night time so I’m just going to have so much fun playing Minecraft and Minecraft education and all tabs in Minecraft. What is another Minecraft version of this which in this game this game anytime it wants to so makes me feel frustrated a bit when I was a baby so good game!

Education update!. I have been building a adventure puzzle map in Minecraft and there are a few things that I need to add , one of those things is the fact that I need a cheat book(for the puzzle element of my map)unfortunately I need a photo album which is not in Minecraft but it is in Minecraft: Education Edition which is why I propose to you that after the village and pillage update you do the education update which is basically going to port all the features of Minecraft: Education edition (the photo album, camera and NPC etc.) into Minecraft. I hope you consider this. Thank you!

More items!. I love this game but I wish there were more items! I want more items because I want to learn but feel like I am playing regular Minecraft! Whenever I try to make something Minecraft would let you do, you can’t do it. Devs, pls read this and add more items like campfires, ceiling lamps, regular lamps, and other things! I’m not trying to ask for a lot but please add these things! This would make it a lot better. That’s all :3 I still like this game tho, and you don’t have to add these things, but I would like you too :)

way better so happy just read what i got to say. so I’m a kid and I have an iPod seven generation and I was trying to join my sisters game so I thought oh you don’t have Minecraft she said yeah I play education one so I was about to sherch education in the App Store until it says Minecraft education isn’t available on your iPod touch 7 but now is it me download it thank you very much for this update it helped me a lot!

Great but...just one problem. You see, I can't play normal Minecraft because my mom and I are poor, so I rely on education addition...but the updates are months behind, y'all already are caught up with the bees and foxes but now with the nether update, it's now behind again. I just hope that I don't have to wait a few more months just for the nether update, and then the new update in the future be behind as well. You don't have to do anything, I just wish the updates weren't so behind compared to normal Minecraft.

FREE MINECRAFT!. got this game when I was six on my iPad but my mom refused to put any money in to games and because I was six and didn’t have any money, a friend of mine told me that there was a free work around. 12, and still playing. My one complaint is that it’s a bit slow to update. I am writing this in the 1.20 update when most other versions already have 1.21 pls I need dog armor. Other then that game is great! And no, a real person wrote this, not an AI :)

How do you get an account?. I’ve played Minecraft Education in Minecraft camps, and it looked like basically Minecraft with coding, lessons and mob add ons, so i decided to get it. But you seem to need a school account, and I just want to take lessons and play at home. I tried my actual email, but it just said that they couldn’t find a school account with that email address. I have it both on pc and iPad. I looked if it’s possible for you to play Minecraft Education at home, and it said yes. It says you have to sign into Microsoft 365 blah blah blah 😒 which IDK what it means. Someone please help.

Want more people to get this app, then read this. To be honest, you should have made it more educational. Not that it’s bad the way it is now, but my parents are not convinced that it is well educated and is ok to have on my school iPad. They say that I’m not allowed to get games on here, but I see more than half of my classmates playing games when I walk in the school. What I’m trying to say is: make it a bit more educational so that more can play. Again, not saying it’s bad. P.s. don’t replace blocks with new (educational) ones, just add more

Mojang got greedy. So I know Mojang needs money but at the time I am writing this MCPE is a stinking $6.99 and I really want to see axolotls in Minecraft but to use MCEE you have to spend $6 a month just to get the full game. Ok I can just buy it but I am a 11 year old kid and I cant buy this I don’t have a weekly salary and my parents would never let me buy a game even with my own money. Plus you have to have a school e-mail and I am home schooled. So Mojang if you read this make it so that you can use your personal e-mail and it is free. That would mean a lot to a kid who LOVES Minecraft.

Fun, but needs some work. Now, I’m not a person who likes to give reviews, but I decided to. This game is very fun and educational, I just wish there was more added, I would appreciate if the developers took more time into adding more furniture (because all there is to place for decorations are flower pots and paintings), maybe some more decor? I also am having a hard time connecting with friends, maybe fix it? I really hope the developers have the time to read my message and take it into consideration. Other than that, I LOVE IT!

Awesome!. I’ve been playing Minecraft since I was 4, and I loved it. Since Minecraft isn’t free and my dad said I already have Minecraft on my PlayStation, he said he’s not buying it on my iPad. So, I got this. I’ve been playing this and I hit the switch account button. I tried logging back in, but since my Safari was restricted and Microsoft had an error because of it, I can’t log back in. I just want my account back, please?

Very disappointed with the “School-Only” restriction. I downloaded this because I wanted to be able to play Minecraft in a new way. I love the original game, but I was curious what an education-based version of the game would be like. The first red flag for me was when it didn’t let me log in to my normal Minecraft account, but instead insisted I use my school Microsoft account. The second was when it informed me that I would only be able to play 10 times before my school (which does not use Minecraft Education Edition) would have to ‘purchase a license’. My question is: Why? Why isn’t there an option to pay for the game like you pay for normal Minecraft, and therefore be able to play with a regular account instead of having your school pay for you. It’s stupid. I know the game is designed for use in a classroom, but there should be an option to use it just for fun. I do NOT recommend this game to anyone who isn’t using it for school, because you will be unable to play after you play 10 times. Very disappointed with Mojang for this

Love it so much!. I play this at school so much! It got banned but that’s not the point. If you don’t have a dollar to your name this is basically free Minecraft. You can even get mods when you get it on a computer. It’s east to add skins and stuff and overall a great game. The only thing is that it is usually 1 or 2 updates behind. Overall amazing game though. If you have a school Microsoft account.

Very awesome game. so when u enter the game like the first time I played I was just five years so when I first entered the game I was like um how do u spawn a server this after telling my parents that and they told me how to do it then I had a younger brother and he had a fire iPad then he could just easily to build a house and I thought I could do it the same way he did it I tried alot then I couldn’t I just quitded years later I watched how to build and do a lot of stuff now I can do anything

Bad Game. So, I was playing Minecraft Education edition with my sister for a straight like 3-4hours because we built a really nice house but then after trying to build an aquarium our house flooded and buckets were not available so our efforts were in vain. Then, we started a new house and it had a nice waterfall near it and an area to store boats as well as 3 balconies, several nice windows, and 3 stories. And the next morning I was trying to log in and it said that my account was expired and that I could not sign in again. I am appalled and I am very frustrated at the moment. I think this game is very low quality and I advise everyone to not invest a lot in to this game whether it is time or money or absolutely anything.

Only one little problem. This game is so fun I play all day without non stop since I downloaded it the reason I don’t like is that when I try joining others people server it disconnects me out or when there at my server but it doesn’t happen at school. Look listen Mojang it’s probably my internet but yeah I will let it pass don’t worry but yeah but if it happens again I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ i💞💞💞 but LOVE THIS GAMMEMSMSMSM

I would like the new updates, etc.. I really like this game. It’s a free version of Minecraft, but I would like to see the 1.16 update coming in because I want to upgrade my gear. I would also like new skin options they’re very limited. I don’t have to many problems with education edition. I just want to see some of the newer update than just bees. I would also like to see advancements. I would like those as a optional choice in case a player doesn’t want them. Overall, Minecraft education edition is a good game.

This just gets me in trouble. Whenever u try to log in it makes u change ur password for your email. I changed mine at first but when I got to school in technology class the teacher uses a students account and they have the password saved an the teacher picked my account and they couldn't get in so I got in trouble for changing it and other people in my class got in trouble so I rate this game two stars and even if u try to use a different email it doesn't let u so yh I hope mojang reads this so others don't get in trouble so yh I rate this two stars

Amazing!!. This app is amazing. Sadly on DOE iPad or school device you cannot join each other. You have to have your own personal one or atleast in person have to have it. But the good part is that the game is really similar to real Minecraft! And it’s actually fun. It also (Since it’s edu edition) it has accurate things like elements for the periodic table! I highly recommend people to download it

Great Game but a few requests. First of all I would like to say that this is an amazing game almost just like regular Minecraft but I have a few requests that not only come from me they come from some friends of mine. So my first request is that you guys create an option to import skins and MCPACKs because it’s really frustrating that I cannot have custom skins. Request 2 could u guys please add an option to make a realm in this because I would like my friends to be able to play on my bedwars etc when I’m not online. Overall this is a great game!

It’s okay. The game is alright itself, basically like it’s paid version. But the reason I am writing this review is because I’ve tried joining multiplayer, but the screen “Unable to connect to world” keeps popping up. I’ve tried lots of things, looked up solutions online, tried switching devices, but it still popped up. This didn’t happen the other day, but it has happened multiple times and is very annoying. Please fix this bug soon.

Love it. I have this on my school computer and decided to get it on my personal iPad. I love this games because my mom won’t let me get Minecraft because it has multiplayer and she wants me to stay safe but I really want Minecraft so Minecraft Education Edition is what she says I can play because it only lets you join a world with someone if you have a way with communicating with them so that is why I play Minecraft Education Edition.

Just get normal Minecraft. Unable to join world, what type of game is this we tried to join, and it kept saying unable to join world witch makes me so angry because I want to play with my friends if you are going to make a game similar to Minecraft for learning make sure to put in house guards too. Although there are lots of positive things put into this game please make it better because I think I’m just gonna delete it because what is Minecraft without playing with friends🙃, thank you for making this game it is fun when my friends can join and if you can consider to make these changes it would be perfect, thanks

I had this game for a while and it’s great. I had this game for a while and i played it with my friends until i couldn’t because i had to switch schools and move to a different state too. So when i was at my new school i tried to play it but it didn’t recognize me. So i begged my mom so i could get the real version of Minecraft and she finally said yes. You should get this version if you cant get the real one.
