Great for even a web analytics newby. I find it amazingly simple and intuitive. What is not intuitive is the vernacular in web analytics which is also made simple. The various ways to develop a dashboard and the east of use is very very helpful to anyone who has a website!

The App Used To Work Perfectly Until.... We upgraded to Google Analytics Property 4. and now we receive this error message for all of our 15+ properties: “We have encountered an error and cannot process your request right now. Please try again later.” If we just log into our Google account and view the information on line, all the information is readable. We assume since you haven’t done an update on your app for over 3 weeks, it’s not compatible with the newest Google 4 release?

Google gives access to audience in real-time. As an online news publisher, a tool like this is invaluable. With the real time statistics we can gauge our particular story is doing instantly. We can show these numbers to advertisers by pulling out a phone. There’s a lot we don’t use like campaigns and e-commerce and we’re glad they put that at the bottom. The best part? It’s free. We think that’s worth five stars on its face.

Super helpful App!. This app is beyond amazing! It allows me to closely monitor my website activity and adjust wherever necessary. Its so convenient and I honestly couldn't live without it! I'm unable to log in via desktop all the time and this makes things a piece of cake by being able to view stats via mobile.

Really helps narrow it down!. Super easy to use and resourceful tool. If you’re looking to see what’s happening on your website in REAL time and other pieces of your algorithm that you feel isn’t doing well, this app will give you the insight for making the necessary changes for you to win ! What a mess!. I recently accidentally updated all apps and was surprised to see how unbelievably bad the new version is from an end user experience. I don’t need most of what analytics provides, just a few key points including city and region, page depth and engagement duration. In the old version it was fairly easy to access and find these things, but this mess of an interface is ridiculously frustrating. Where the previous version was fairly intuitive to use, this version is so cluttered and unintuitive that it is basically useless to me. It is so infuriating it triggered a review from me.

Great ap. Use this ap daily to review website activity without having to be near my computer. Only wish is that data would refresh more frequently / be more up to the hour for current day. Otherwise love this ap!

I’m not an expert but I like it. This app is very basic and simple to use if you know a little bit about analytics. It gives a quick snapshot while your in the go and the data loads pretty fast. Helps you monitor the performance of your online and social media campaigns.

Super helpful for mobile!. I absolutely love being able to look at this info on a phone- there are plenty of times when I want to check on my active audience numbers/basic audience stats but don’t necessarily have my laptop with me, and this is great for that. One thing that I often find frustrating is that there are many metrics in the desktop browser version of Analytics that I can’t construct with the supported views/data streams/comparison options in the mobile version of the product. It would be great to either expand the app’s feature parity with the browser version, or to enable it to load/sync and render packaged/serialized representations of the dashboard views that had been constructed in the browser version of the product.

Great Data Tool. This app allows me to see real time data and the layout is great. It allows me to know what pages are being visited and how long they are being viewed for which in turn gives myself and my marketing group an idea as to what needs improvement.

Great for on the go analytics, especially across multiple projects!. While the app is no replacement for the browser version of GA, I find that it meets my needs for on the go. I’m able to stay in touch with my multiple projects in one interface without fuss. Would definitely recommend as essential tool for mobile marketing professionals!

This app helps me make MONEY!. I am able to closely monitor my websites and get insights that help me adjust the site for additional revenue. It is additional helpful when I launch offline campaigns and I am not I. The office. I can see the impact while I am offset. I look forward to any updates.

Amazing App (as expected). There's no reason not to download the Analytics App. Incredible features and easy to use interface. Would recommend for any size business owner or agency person to have on their mobile device. 10/10

Perfect for your phone/tablet. This app is super helpful for webmasters. This is one of the apps that gets used the most to check traffic, web page views for the site I run. Super easy to use and with each update better performance

You can't improve what you don't measure.. Use it all the time to help me understand what actions I'm taking on various platforms affect my conversion rates given a specific time period. Also used its data points to help totally rebuild my new website—driving my average conversion rates from 3% to 12%. On a good day my conversion rates are now 42% of net new traffic. That's stellar performance and you can't improve what you don't measure. So this app is very helpful with the measuring piece.

The app I access the most!. Cannot live without this app. I can check how my sites are doing on the fly. Of course, for a deeper more detailed analysis there’s nothing like accessing the full google analytics and there are a few things I would improve. But i really can’t complain, great app!!

Bad support. Don’t waist time and money. They “help” you to setup the account so they earn money and you won’t get sells. Support it’s like a family. Everyone covering each other. Totally disrespect you. If you leave bad review , they calling you and asking to leave a good review and than they will “give you” a credit. Which they don’t. So cheap. Google hired unprofessional support people to save money, but they loosing their reputation and customers.

Boston plastic surgeon. Wonderful app for following our Boston and Cambridge Mass plastic surgery practice and making sure we are available for patients and their cosmetic and reconstructive needs. Whether for Botox, facial fillers, breast lift or ear surgery, the Google Analytics App allows us to focus our efforts to provide the best patient care and patient experience.

It needs to be improved. The app is nice overall but it needs to be updated to add more functionality and features like Lock Screen and home screen widgets. The ui is also a bit outdated compared to other google apps it should be more appealing and simple to use and understanding. We need this update asap

Amazing and very helpful but could be better!. I love that I can check in real time who is visiting my website from where and how many times they’ve seen it. Being able to see which pages are visited most and the search engine hits really helps me out a lot! I just wish the app was organized better and easier to understand, some of the terms I had to Google (ha ha) to understand. I am very thankful this app is free and I will can you use every day, I appreciate this at being free so very much thank you Google!!!

Useful, Helpful, Works like a Charm!. I love everything about this app and it really shows you the important inner workings of what is going on on your website! They make it so easy and organized! There is some of the information I don't use, that isn't relevant to my page specifically, but I could see how others would find additional information just as useful. So much to learn about your own page!!!

As a small business owner, I love the insight!. Great value and insight from Google Analytics. As a SMB owner bootstrapping it, getting valuable tools for a low price is a challenge. However, if you use this tool and implement GA on your site properly, you can get a lot more out of it than you think! Thanks Google! Keep it up!

Great app - would like better events viewing. It's fantastic how well the data is presented. Real time data, and filtering & segmenting works really well. Provides really nice insights through some of the default options provided. The only issue I have is for custom events - on desktop you can click to refine by category, action and label in any order. Super useful for single page apps where we leverage custom events heavily - but I can't quite figure out how to get a view of labels for a particular category/action combination on mobile app.

Love it but.... I wish it was more customizable. For instance i have multiple sites connected by default. That’s great since they go hand in hand, but wish I could separate them. Also wish I could set all the pages exactly the way i want them instead of having to go through a bunch of different ones. For instance a smaller site like mine cares more about the individual user than bulk activity. However the app is still very useful and is better than most other apps ive used... so overall im satisfied.

Very Confusing... but. After spending many hours setting things up and understanding how things work, it’s actually an excellent app, I’ve tried them all over the years and am very pleased now with Googles’ native app. Don’t let the complication scare you away initially, spend some time with it and you’ll suddenly connect with the app and should start loving it... like I did.

Real Time On The Go Site Traffic. There is nothing better than being able to pop open the app in real time to see Live website traffic! This app helps me create direction in my company website. Thank you!

Not a fan of the new user experience.. The mobile app was my go to first thing in the morning in order to quickly look at the previous days stats. However the new user experience seems to have made it more clunky to use. You need to refavorite your views and then it very easy to in favorite by tapping the wrong location. When switching view the report your on Isn’t saved so now it takes multiple clicks to get to it again. When you’re checking a fair number of site. We used to take under 5 minds have now become a 15 to 20 min process This clunkiness is also making me hesitate is exploring the app further. Really hoping the team studies the past experience and tries to build the good part of that back into this

The real time gives you butterflies. I love this app. I always thought wasn't getting in traffic until I opened this app. It's nice to see how things are going on. Then I selected real time and got butterflies because it showed the people on the site at that time.

Google Analytics App. I like being able to check our analytics easily throughout the day. We change our direction some days based on these numbers, and it’s great to be able to do that easily. I like it better than viewing the analytics on my laptop!

Attn Google Management. Please read!. Dear Google App Team and Managers, The previous version of the Analytics App was great. But this version is unusable. Sorry, but true. The problem is that once we download 4.0 we can not go back. Need option to revert to old version inside App. Soon. Or update App store back to 3.8. Some feedback. Sure millions will agree: -UX/UI is crowded -Not enough white space to easily read numbers. - Doesnt show full numbers (ie 3456) now just 3.4k. Not as useful -No number differential on comparison. Only % (which kills the value of data). - Graph options limited. -no explore option in main menu -completely lost dashboard. No ability to move dashboard items to the top -many many more I highly suggest you revert back to 3.8 asap. Google Ads clients are spending $$ and need to watch Google Analytics on an hourly basis. The Mobile app is extremely important to Google Ads advertisers and millions of small and large business. Help!

No landscape mode, awful UX. The Google Analytics website is shamefully nonfunctional on mobile browsers. Turns out the app is even worse. Lack of landscape mode on an iPad app is in itself unforgivable, but everything about this app suggests it was slapped together without the slightest regard for user experience. It remains impossible to use Google Analytics productively outside of a traditional desktop experience. In 2018, going on 2019. Unbelievable. It’s pretty clear glancing around this app store page that Google pays good money for good reviews. Shame they don’t just put those funds towards app development.

Much better performance. This app performs much better than the last app particularly when switching data sets. Aggregating multiple data sources would be useful. If the feature is available I do not know how to use it.

Always at your fingertips. I don’t always have my laptop with me, but I’ve always got my phone. Being able to see stats throughout the day after making changes to my website is awesome!

Good free tool. I wish some of the visuals where able to drill down into the details. I’m a BI Manager and used to building data visuals to give you drill down details & this tool doesn’t have that capability which is crucial when looking into your customers & trends. In any case it’s a good FREE tool to have. Gives you great detail & easy navigation.

A Marketers Dream. I use Analytics every day whether it’s in the office, or at home for my business. Shows you all the relevant data you need to evaluate your users and how they’re interacting with web pages. The coolest thing on the planet was when I first came into Analytics and saw I had customers in India, Australia, Saudi Arabia, UK, Israel, etc. Technology is amazing and Google is at the forefront. Nothing bad to say about GA.

Helpful on-the-go. Let's face it - we probably aren't really going to manage our website's performance solely on our cell phone. But it is nice to have something productive to do while you're waiting in line besides candy crush....!!!

Details. If you are looking for an easy button, pay someone to do this for you. If you want to spend a few minutes to figure it all out, you will not be disappointed. It’s not simple but it’s so worth the time and money you will save by learning it yourself. This does require a little technical knowledge.

Pshew, pshew, pshew, pshew, pshew - FIVE STARS. Before this app, my life was incomplete, because I didn't have the data I needed to justify my existence. Can I justify my existence today? No, but I have data about my website. And for me and the literally threes of people who visit daily, this is huge. Would recommend. Must and shall recommend.

Accuracy. How Accurate are These statistics? When I’m on my wordpress control panel and view my traffic it always shows different numbers than what google analytics tells me the Wordpress analytics look too good to be true but it’s directly connected to my website other than this I love the mobile app and being able to see live audiences while on the go would give 5/5 stars if I wasn’t seeing different data it just makes me wonder what’s right and wrong

Just my thoughts.... It would be good if google had a improvement page which mainly helps sites rank higher and better improve its, texts, pages and what you must add on their engine... what for? You might have a hard a time finding and improving your site which can be a drag... If you had the creators of the search engine rate your site and provide helpful info is great. Thanks

Helpful App. Good insights and I like that you can go back in time. We can compare traffic to the same time last year, for example, or easily see when we had peaks or slow times right from my phone. I’m addicted to the real time updates. Had an issue where the weekly view stopped updating. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it’s working again. Overall very happy.

REQUESTING a GREAT NEW FEATURE.... This Google analytics app is terrific, BUT an amazing feature would be if you can get real-time push notification alerts whenever someone is on your personal or business website that is being tracked by google Analytics. And/Or The ability to CUSTOMIZE any amount of people ranging from 1 to whatever and be push notified if x amount of people are on your website in REAL TIME. Thanks!

No Complaints. I think it works just fine. There are some reports I can't seem to find, but it's an app, I wasn't expecting the full program. It's great for checking reports on the go, but don't expect to do everything you can do on the desktop version.

Just awful UX. I'm pretty horrified about what passes for good UX these days. This app is poorly organized, hard to view important data, and presents me with mostly useless information in a confusing format. This is not a useful tool. This is a kitchen sink of features fitted into a boring design template that I can hardly use because I feel like I can't get to important data easily. Google stop letting robots design your software. Give it some personality and make it more digestible for humans. Is this really the best you can do for a flagship product? Gmail app redux is what this is. Why does google think applying the same UX methodologies to analytics is the same as it is for gmail? They are two very different products with different needs.

Please make a widget!. I use this app every day to spot changes in traffic on my apps and websites. The new version brings the most important information to the front in a clean mobile experience for when you're on the go and can't access the desktop version of Google Analytics. Update: Please make a widget!

Google has nailed it again! Extremely intuitive piece of art. I love the way that this app takes highly complex analytics data and then serves it up as bite-size meaningful tips! This is a great tool for the business owner on-the-go. Is some ways, it's even better than the full analytics website.

Great app but lacks iPhone X support. Truth is this is a 5 Star app based on its functionality. However I cannot give it more than 4 stars because it still lacks iPhone X support almost a year after the phone debuted! This is the only major app I use that hasn’t been updated, it’s really quite ridiculous that Google can’t allocate the resources necessary to update this. Even apps by tiny companies that I use have all been updated! Google please update this app, so that it’s truly worthy of 5 Stars. ***FINALLY UPDATED FOR IPHONE X SUPPORT AS OF 9-8-18. THIS IS NOW A 5 STAR APP. THANK YOU GOOGLE!*** ***Updated on 8/3 with new interface. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!!! Google turned this into a putrid app. Refresh on real time screen does not work! Same on my iPad. At least turning the phone to landscape forces a refresh, this does not work on iPad! Google needs to fix this app immediately! Did they even test this?????***

Hangs on iphone 14 pro max. Insane lag in latest few updates… just rewrite the whole analytics engines…. There is 0 realtime data… how is that even a thing… Ive never seen any app completely hang the ios system like this app does… doesnt make any sense, youre just reading googles api, theres hardly any processing and hardware features being used…

Knowledge is Power. Google Analytics provides incredibly powerful and meaningful data. This app is better than it's ever been. Relevant information is presented on the front page. All the detailed tracking is available in a well organized menu structure. Think about how you use this app... I make important decisions with my team while logged into the full version working at my desk. This app is for quickly checking your data and it serves it's propose well.

Great for quick access. It’s very handy to be able to check stats while traveling in a plane or car, or quickly check how things are going on your sites when running to a desktop isn’t possible. Real time is no longer real time.. I like to have a look at how people navigate my site on a regular basis. On the web I am able to see what page they are on and what page they navigate to in real time. This new update has removed all that functionality. How is it real time if you only show me what the average is in the last 30 minutes? Terrible update.

Needs to be updated for iPhone X Screen. The app is great, it tell you what you need to know in an intuitive approach however I was disappointed to find it isn’t updated for the larger screen size of the iPhone X.

Relevant, up to date information on your website performance. I have been using Google Analytics for a few months now, and I don't know what I would do without it any more. I am able to tailor the app to show the information I need to see, and hide the irrelevant data. Great business tool. I highly recommend it.

New look isn’t quite there. I find the new look is not providing the infornation any clearer than the old look - in fact it’s harder to get the info at a glance.

So easy to understand. I'm not techie at all and the dashboard shows me everything I need to know. Super handy!

Google lies: “realtime” is half an hour old!!. Risks making poor business decisions because of wrong information!! “Realtime” is actually data from 30 minutes ago?? Amazing the lack of regard for users. Do not lie please! It’s unnecessary. I already feel bad giving site visitors’ data to google, at least provide something good in return not some over-hyped inaccuracies!

‘No Internet Connection’ Bug. I find this app doesn’t work unless a strong internet connection is being used. This means that in most places I cannot use the app. I try to use it on my phone anywhere I go, but it always comes up with “No Internet Connection” error message. When clicking try again it doesn’t respond. It only really works when I am using a strong wifi connection, but really it should be fixed to use on my mobile device anywhere.

Dashboard - the leaders in this space. Terrific and intuitive to use. Does what it says it would and fully customisable

Not working. This was a great app. I ran it for about 12 months with no problems. In the last 2 weeks nothing. It's not showing anything. I've got onto my web page from other devices and then checked the app live time from my phone and nothing. Where do you get help to check if it is working.

Very practical and easy. Quick learning curve. Analytics on yr phone whenever needed. I use it for a quick check of the websites I am tracking. Not as much detail by far as the GA site but most of the day to day metrics I need.

Most comprehensive but!. I’ve tried all of the non-Google analytics apps and this is the best, although can be slightly difficult with lots of clicks to get results out. More graphs on the Dashboard would be an improvement!

Great data display. They give us free tools so they can learn everything about you, so then they sell your data to your competitors, who then rank better than you. Then they do the same to them. It’s like what goes round comes around. Or the money gets divided and everyone gets excited. Just remember there are no free lunches. Okay!

Le moindre effort. J’ai une entreprise, très difficile de contacter Google. Aucune aide de leur part afin d’enlever des avis avec Jurons, clients qui a utilisé plusieurs compte pour faire mal à l’entreprise, avis qui ont été rédigé part des personne frustré que nous suivront les mesures sanitaires pendant la covidé, avis qui son ciblé à un individu qui travail chez nous . Pourtant à chaque mois je vois un montant qui est versé à eux pour leur services. Je suis entrain de penser à aller pour Microsoft… C’est deployable de ne pas pouvoir avoir accès avec une compagnie que tu payes chaque mois…

Bad update?. Ever since the update a week ago nothing loads. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Same issue. Just spin spin spin.

AdWords App. Don’t know what I’d do without it period! Keeps me plugged in and on top of my clients accounts with the ability to make bidding adjustments real time. Can’t see how anyone in an Agency business or single owner account management could do without it

Update ruined it. None of the charts update, real time is so glitchy: nobody visited in the last hour but viewed 12 pages? Ok.

New version doesn’t update. Broken half the time.. Also conversion rate is a big factor for e-commerce. Please make sure it’s on all the cards you show.

My clients love it. The Google Analytics app is great. You are sitting in a meeting, pull out your phone and the app and show your client “in real time” how many people your campaign drove to the site and what that conversion looks like. Great Stuff David Russell dot biz

So far so good. I’ve been using this app for about 1 month now. It’s great for checking up general stats on the go, when you don’t need to know too much. It took some getting used to but I can now use it well.

Bring back the old one. I used to love the old one, but I can’t even get the data to load on this new version, let alone recover my old dashboard

No iPad support. Kind of ridiculous how it is locked to portrait mode on iPad, rendering it useless to those who use a keyboard.

Getting easily 3x the value from GA after download. Between this and the Google Ads app, I’m WAY more in tune with my marketing strategy results. Checking my stats has become almost a game rather than a chore on a laptop. Super glad I downloaded/ found these apps!

Love ittttt. Do I check this everyday multiple times to see live visitors? Definitely. I use on my iPad pro and I love being able to see stats to keep track of my progress. My business partner calls it voyeuring 🤣🤣🤣

The app is not working started on Dec 2. Can someone help me as my app is not showing anything. It says “failed to add data” and the “try again” button is not working. Review can be changed if the problem can be fixed.

Does not work with Firebase. The app does not work with fire as analytics despite the web version directing the user to the app.

Never works. I’m the sole proprietor for my estore and this app keeps telling me it can’t retrieve the API details. When I try to login from my desktop browser it says I don’t have permission and to contact my admin. I am the admin!! Too many headaches.

App isn’t working properly. None of the charts seem to load except for real time number of users. All of them show a failed to load data error. Hitting the google analytics site on mobile Safari/Chrome does not render a mobile friendly UI. So there’s no viable mobile experience for the site at the moment.

GA4 limits this app. The data you default to today is inaccurate. If you rely on today's data versus last week's data, it will give you inaccurate numbers until the following day. This app was used numerous times daily for Universal, now for GA4 for my purposes there is very little if any value.

What happened????? App is broken!!! Please fix!!!. Why did I update!?!? Nothing works no real time data. Thought it was on go daddy side, they say all is great over there - so it must be you guys since you messed with the app. It was so good for what I needed and now it's all screwed up. Please fix or revert back because this app is unusable. I tested by going to my website and other people too and it's not showing I have hits on my website. Ugh need it fixed ASAP!!!!

FONT IS TOO BIG on iOS 14. I can't view most of the table data without adjusting my font size in General Settings every time I want to check it. Please create an option to turn off the accessibility options or font size from the native app!! Also, I loved being able to share individual tables via sms/iMessage to stakeholders so we can analyze and discuss performances... Now I have to take screenshots :(

Nice having iPhone access on the go!. I love this app and use it daily. The lack of configuration options keeps the mobile app from being a desktop version replacement, but it’s fantastic for on-the-go reporting and reviews with clients.

Excellent. This app is simple to use. I keep much better tabs on my site's traffic because the information is right there on my phone, just a refresh away.

Don't do anything online without this. I have only been using analytics for a week now, and I've already gained the insight to double my traffic, and target my users with even more fine tuned content. Couldn't live without it.

On The Go Flexibility. The app allows me to check sites performance on the go and stay on top of what’s happening. Love it on the tablet. A little squished on the phone, but abso usable. Can’t do everything you can on desktop, however monitoring is a breeze.

A good substitute for the real thing!. I love the google analytics app. Obviously, when running full reporting it is better from desktop. But this is a simple, functional point of reference when you need it.

Does the basics well.... Not looking for a GA product on my phone so this app work perfectly for quick stats and metics. I can see why some are upset but for what I wanted it to produce, it does well.

Was good, now extremely bad.. This was a great app and I used it constantly to find everything I needed. Then they updated it and it went to hell. I can’t customize my dashboard like I could before and that makes it a lot worse. It looks nicer but I don’t really care how it looks if it doesn’t function. They need to roll this update backwards until the new one has the basics built in and functioning properly.

So easy to navigate. The functionality in app is impressive and I find it easier to navigate and get quick data insights faster than on desktop. Love this app!

Helpful on-the-go. Let's face it - we probably aren't really going to manage our website's performance solely on our cell phone. But it is nice to have something productive to do while you're waiting in line besides candy crush....!!!

Critical app for digital media. This is the best app for stats on the go. We live on G Analytics and access our sits stats 80% of the time using it vs any others. Clean, simple and actionable data makes it a must have for any digital media and adverting metrics.

Excellent for a quick overview. This app is great for a quick overview of accounts while on the go. It doesn't appear to be a replacement for the desktop version nor should it be.

Exceptional. Google has really done a great job of getting everything done that business owner/marketer would need, I have yet to have any technical issues and their “how to” instructions are spot on easy.

When you're jonesing for some stats. Is it 3am and you're craving to know the latest? Are you in an argument with someone and want to ghost them real bad? The only time that it is bad to check this app is when you're driving.

Unable to authenticate. I logged into two different emails that both have access to my firebase analytics account which I migrated from firebase after the constant banner being shown there to do so...Went to click on either account and it says “Google Analytics API isn’t available, please try again later...” So I did, same error being shown. Might as well use the web site because this app doesn’t even work...

Helpful. This app has been helpful for my business. However, I wish it would show more data like the website does (not just the first few locations or first few web pages visited)

Very good, needs more filtering options. It's a good app for a high level overview of your stats, but I'd love to be able to filter down to individual pages and choose more specific time windows.

Very difficult to use. How hard would it be to have each tech term linked to an explanation and instructions for use? I mean a step-by step guide, not one that starts with half a dozen assumptions. The list of what pages visitors land on etc shows the beginning of my url but I can't tell what the actual pages are, because it cuts off the relevant info with the narrowness of the chart. Needs some simple, intuitive clicks. Setting up a filter to filter out my own activity requires a degree in filterology. It’s so complicated and jargon-ridden that only computer professionals could use it with any ease (I assume).

So well designed and easy to use.. I use this app every day. It couldn’t be easier to use. I love how you can analyze a metric over time by staying in the same screen and just changing the time period.

Was great, now useless. Update: it’s working as expected April 2023 Was working great. Past week, I get “oops, something went wrong” in all my data feed in app. Then in the middle of the day, it works great for 2 hours. The website analytics still works great.

Warning, addictive app. I love this app and am constantly looking at it everyday to monitor our website. I highly recommend it if you're interested in monitoring your websites activity from your phone.

Good basic reference to traffic. This app is convenient for seeing basic how many visitors are on your site at the moment, and how many total for the day, but make no mistake, I have another analytics service that tells me who is visiting and what they are doing on the site.

Constant Refresh. Since the update, there has always been at least on category that will not show. It always says that something went wrong. Now nothing will load in the app at all. It has been the spinning wheels for loading since yesterday at 10:00 PM. I have tried using the app on two different phones and it is doing the same in both.

Very helpful. It’s accurate and very useful. I enjoy making use of the statistics about when my viewers view the site. I use this in conjunction with my social media sites when deciding to post.

Bad support. Don’t waist time and money. They “help” you to setup the account so they earn money and you won’t get sells. Support it’s like a family. Everyone covering each other. Totally disrespect you. If you leave bad review , they calling you and asking to leave a good review and than they will “give you” a credit. Which they don’t. So cheap. Google hired unprofessional support people to save money, but they loosing their reputation and customers.
