Pretty Good. I think this app is pretty good. I don't use the watering or fertilizing schedules. I like to enter my pictures with their descriptions. I would like to see a quantity counter (every time you divide you get more additions) as well as room to put the vendor. I have been adding it in sections that I don't use. There are a few strange bugs that appear and disappear.

Just starting. I am a hobby grower and just started adding my collection to this app. I use orchid wiz for my computer. My first problem is that there is no field to put the number of my orchid. Every collector with even a modest number of orchids knows that the number is the key to keeping track of your plants. Please can this field be added?

Good App. Good tool for tracking my collection. Would like to see the last watered field on the home page so I don't have to open each entry to see the date. It would also be nice to have the functionality for setting up a fertilizing schedule. I suppose you could use the water scheduling feature, but the fertilization date wouldn't show up on the home page as it does when you log it.

Love it!. Great app helps me track which Orchids I have. Now I am adding more information to help monitor which orchids do well in my environment.

Bob Berger. A great phone app for the window hobbiest with a 1/2 dozen plants up to the serious grower with 100’s of orchids. Way too much detail to keep track of for every plant, but just use what features you like. Having up to two photos per plant stored in the app and not cluttering up your phone photo library is a great space saver. I’ve used the app over 5 years now.

Using daily to manage Orchids. I use this app daily as I water and fertilize my plants. I'm also placing events in the log so I can tell more about growth, flowering, and rest periods. I started tracking a few weeks ago so I'll know more as the year progresses. I'm new to orchid culture so I'm feeling more in control!

Where is the refund button. Nice try but it's real clunky to use. Not very user friendly... As another review said it desperately needs a user manual. Save your money until the bugs are worked out. Kept crashing on me with 8.3 update installed

Two thumbs up!. I have been growing orchids for over 20 years, and this app is simple to use and gives me a ton of options that no other app allows me to do. I really like the ability to put in watering schedules, fertilizing, and purchase dates. Now I can keep track of my whole collection easily. I love how I can place my own pictures with the info as they grow. Thank you OrchidAlbum!!

❤️. I absolutely love this app. Once you figure out how to use it, it is simple. Take the time to figure it out! I wanted an app that I could sync to my computer and this fits the bill. Enjoy the convenience of making entries, as I see changes, directly to my phone. Also great communication if you need help.

Love it❤️. I have been using this app for sometime now and I love it, it helps me keep track of all my orchids with pictures dates and so on.

Very handy and easy to use. I’ve been using this app for several years in conjunction with the PC version. I find it easier and faster to do the data entry on the PC and then back it up to my iPhone app. It’s very easy to add genera, species and hybrids to the database. Very handy to have at shows to avoid buying duplicates. I do not use the watering schedule because I have over 800 orchids and a full time job. Plus they are all watered the same so keeping track of this isn’t useful to me anyway. For easy access to your entire collection along with photographs, this app is well worth the very small investment.

Works Great. Works Great and allows me to keep track of all these plants. We all know how fast this grows (no joke intended). But it is nice to keep track of when you get a plant and when it blooms and who you purchased them from.

BEWARE!!! All Data Lost — Backup Doesn’t Work. Orchid Album is the only app on my iPad that has ever lost data. This indicates that it is a problem with the app. My iPad OS automatically updates, so any app problems that occur during a system update are not noticeable until it’s too late, and data is already gone. Apple does not provide customer service for third-party apps with data stored in iCloud. Considering the amount of information I stored in Orchid Album, I don’t find it reliable enough for an iPad that I use instead of a computer. For a permanent record, use Excel on a laptop — don’t waste time using this unreliable app. Orchid Album instructions should say ‘Do not use this app as your only record. Neither Apple nor developer support data retrieval in case of app failure.’

Not too good. I bought this app several months ago but haven’t really tried to use it until this past weekend. It’s been constantly crashing! I’m having to enter the data several times for each orchid! My iPad is relatively new and I recently downloaded the latest IOS version. The app is super glitchy and data entry is clunky.

Great App. Love this app! It's a great way for the orchid lover to keep track of their collection. Easy to use, easy to upload pics and track watering, feeding, and flowering times. I also find it handy when going to orchid show/sales...as a quick way to look at your collection and see what you already have and what you need to add.

My favorite app.. I highly recommend this app as it allows me to keep track of all my 330 plants with photos and specific details of each one. It also is useful for identifying plants with lost tags. I have been using this app for at least 2 years and am so happy I found it.

Ann. Great program, easy to use , stores info and notes , great for photos . Best of all the app designer is responsive to questions , suggestions. Have tried several other orchid apps that were not nearly as good. Love it

Disappointed after all these years using. Does not sync from one device to another. I have been using this app for years. I was confused because I set up the sync for my iPad and iPhone and thought it was working. I finally realized it was not updating both devices. Now I have some in my phone that are not on my iPad and vise versa. What a pain. Also, it does not have a safety feature to edit. It is easy to accidentally delete or change orchid details. I think it was set up nice but this app has not been maintained.

Review. I like the application for sure .. having issues exporting the database from the phone app to a PC and if I need to pay for the PC version I wouldn’t bother; just want a feature where you can export to excel

My orchid tracker. This has been the best app I’ve ever had. It has helped me categorize my orchids. I was always purchasing the same orchid but now I can easily see if I already have them. I love it!!!

My Orchid Album. App is good to go. Been using it since 2019 and have no problems. Only thing can an update be added to where this is linked to a calendar. Only way to know when I need to water my plants is if I open the app. Linking it to my calendar would be more helpful for me.

So far so good...and easy to use!. My only wish is that we could upload more photos 😄 the dropdown list for genus is great!

Not very intuitive. Not clear how to setup watering schedules. Keeps reverting back to initial schedule. Desperately needs a user manual.

Superb!!. I rarely write reviews but l had to take a moment to say that I really love this app! The learning curve is small and the ease of use and relevance is there. I love the ease of adding pictures as well. I just wish it could sync automatically across all of my devices. I have a lot of orchids and I started my log on my iPad but sometimes it would be easier to add information on my iPhone. Anyway, thanks for a great app, keep up the great work!

It used to work. I have loved this app for a long time, but now I am not able to add photos of new plants. It won't access stored photos or open the camera either. All I get is black. I have already rebooted my phone a couple of times. Help would be appreciated.

Good Start. I finally decided to update my handwritten orchid records and this app does the trick. It's nice that you can try it out with the lite version. The two main improvements I would like to see is the ability to switch out the main picture of each orchid and a way to "hide" but not delete orchids that are no longer in your collection.

Not an orchid identifier app.. I was looking for an app to help me identify my orchids. This isn’t that. I wasted my money. Now I’m stuck with it I guess.

Perfect for my needs. This is a wonderful, editable database that has every feature I need to keep a detailed journal about my orchid collection. I will recommend it to my orchid society and online forum.

Wish I'd used this 300 Orchids ago!. WOW. I have been using a notebook and flowchart for monitoring my Orchid collection for the last 7 years. A fellow Orchid grower recommended this app and I've been busy trying to move all my info into it. Time intensive but will be worth it when done.

Mostly good, one request. I like the majority of features of this app, but suggest simplifying the watering process. Up usability by providing an easier option to record and update when a variety of plants at one time have been watered, rather forcing the creation of a water schedule. You can do it now, but it requires a couple clicks instead of one single blanket feature. Pretty happy with the unlimited amount of photos I can use to document all my plants.

Great app for orchid lovers who want to know their collection. As with all orchid lovers and collectors. It is easy to grow out collections and loose track on our collection. This app solved that for me. I don't track watering and other functions. But I love the ability to shoot pictures and to place dates on my flowers. It is interesting watching the evolution from the first blooms through the years.

Addicted!. I love this app! I’ve been using it for years! I run up hard against a few limitations, such as the fact that it only updates your account when you ADD an orchid, not when you subtract one from your collection. You also can’t keep track of a plant’s development, or sort by temperature ranges. When we’re having a cold snap, I want a quick list of everything that needs to come indoors when the temperature drops below 50* F. But I haven’t found anything better, and I’m so invested in this one, it would take eons to input all the data into a new app. I’m home.

Very useful and great customer service. A few years ago I attempted to keep track of my orchids manually but it did not take long to get overwhelmed. I have been using this app for less than a month but it looks like to me it will do the job. The customer support is outstanding. I had a question and got an email response within the hour that answered my questions. Looking forward to putting in my entire orchard collection.

Very useful for orchid collectors!. I use this app to catalog every orchid we have, and am updating on almost a daily basis with new pictures as my plants bloom. You can easily transfer the data from iPad to iPhone. Useful when buying orchids to prevent you from buying ones you already have.

So far, So Good!. Just got this app a few days ago, but so far it's working well for me. I like the way I can add notes about each orchid and how it's growing--or not. They do offer the app for Macs too. If I keep finding this to be helpful, I'll spring for the Mac app.

Back up problem. I wanted an app that l could sync to my iPad. I have a 150 orchids, After iOS 13.1 back up doesn’t work:(( Please fix that.

Orchid review. I have been using this Orchid data base for 2 years. It enables me to not only record my new purchases but allows me to take photos of my Orchid collection when the plant flowers.. Outstanding!. This app and the developer deserve awards. I use this app to catalogue my extensive plant collection (not exclusive to orchids). I can record all kinds of data about my plant, plus as many photos as I like. It enables me to back up the data to a computer, and enter data via Excel, on a computer. I can also export a report of my collection to a web-based format that can be saved and printed. Amazingly, the app developer is very responsive and helpful. I hunting long and hard for a suitable app, or website, to catalogue my extensive plant on and Orchid Album / Cactus Album was the perfect solution. Thanks a million.

Needs contributes improvement. For the price, the developers should make an effort to continually improve this app. It’s bones are good but some parts are very tedious. Having to scroll everytime I choose the genus is annoying - there should be a search function. Entering different cultivars shouldn’t become saved as two separate grexs. Entering the data could and should be optimized.

Best app for my orchids. I tried a few other apps for tracking my orchids. This one was my fav. It's easy to use and very intuitive. Super easy to load pictures and select dates. It also has quite a number of orchid names already in the system which is a great time-saver

Hard to move files. The import ,export and backup is about the worst way of moving files
