Scam. This is not the TacoTime app. This is a scam to sell personal info. Do not sign up for an account in this app!!

Unable to join. Keep receiving error code saying there is an error processing the request. Only choice is to dismiss.

Can’t order from the app useless. Useless app you can’t order with it. You can only look for location and hours

SCAM! Not the real Taco Time. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAN APP! I emailed Taco Time because it was missing locations, they responded that there is another company named Taco Time, the actual app is "Taco Time NW" app. I purchased a gift card thru this app before I knew it was fake, the real Taco Time said it couldn't be used, but they reimbursements me. DON'T GET THIS APP!!!!

Wish the menu was up to date. I haven’t had an opportunity to use the app. The fish taco is not listed on the app menu so there is no reason for me to use the app. Please update the menu.

Doesn’t accept password used on website. Ergo it’s worthless. Taco Time stores (the ones owned by or connected to Kahala, the sponsor of app) are awesome as is the food. Fire your app vendor and get a better one.

Worst app. Worst running app I’ve ever used, and it won’t even let you place an order without making an account, why provide the “continue as guest” option if you’re still going to stonewall it later with errors until you make an account and suddenly it works just fine?

Awful app, good food tho. Completely unusable, crashes over and over again. Violates all ideas of User Experience Don’t bother with the app

Other reviewers downloaded wrong app.. This app is the CORRECT app for TacoTime outside of Washington state.

Western WA not supported. Deleted due to lack of support to the area.

Not useable. How hard is it in this day and age to make an app that functions?

Poor App Function. The food and customer service at Taco Time itself is great. However, the app is awful. It seldom functions properly and, most recently, attempted 5 charges for one order on my debit card, even when the order was incomplete. I called the bank and they assured me the charges will drop by the next business day. The problem with that is the $11 order is keeping $55 out of my account until then. (The charges don't appear in my order history, via the app, and the orders never went through, so the charges make no sense. An error also popped up each time this occurred.) PLEASE FIX THE APP OR FIND A NEW DEVELOPER!

Major pile up on the freeway. This app crashes so often that I have epilepsy from my screen blinking.

TacoTime is irrelevant when every other fastfood app actually works. Incomplete error messages. Can’t make account, can’t change password if it does exist. Can’t tell what the status of account existence is. Horrible system is unclear. Very bad. I’ll just eat leftovers instead.

Log in broken. You can’t use the app to get rewards because when you log in, no matter how long a password you type in, it always says the password must be between 8-20 characters.

Good food terrible app. App is constantly crashing on me and telling me to sign in when ⟟ already have. On top of when trying to order from the value menu, it won’t allow me to order multiples of the same thing but when I go into the store, it won’t give me the deal unless I order multiples of the same thing and won’t allow me to credit orders not made through the app or be able to use the app on orders in person wheb not ordering through the app. Overall fairly frustrated with it all

Dude… no. I have accounts with every food place I go to and have never been asked SO many personal questions, * just * to use their reward system. Like do y’all really need my full birthday, home town, email, phone, Finn name…. Or is this just to make it easier for you to sell personal info like every other account we have does? I’m sorry but this is social media or tinder- y’all don’t need that much info for a simple reward system

Missing locations. Downloaded the app, but doesn't have the Longview or kelso locations. The Longview one is the best.

Garbage!. Zero stars!! This app is absolute garbage! I registered online with my laptop and tried using the exact username and password on this iPhone app and it won’t accept my password/ username. So I choose “forgot password” option and I change it on this app, now I can’t log in on my laptop, and I kept getting an error message when even trying to place an order on this app, Absolute Garbage!

Data File Error. When I go to put in my zip code I get a Datafile error.

Love It!. I love the that Tooele County has a Taco Time, the food is so good and service has gotten so great! Using the app gives such great deals and discounts, I go way more often. It’s a family favorite for sure! Zach provided excellent service on my latest visit, it’s so nice to see our local establishment being run well!

Different companies/franchisees. I believe people are confused about what locations are owned and using what apps. This app apparently applies to the Portland/VANCOUVER WA area. There are others.

No Canadian Locations. This app is useless if you live in Canada.

What’s the Point?. What’s the point of having this app available in Canada when you only have US locations listed. The app is also really buggy and hard to navigate.

US only. American app. Does not work on Canadian cities.
