Can’t Login. The servers keep telling me they’re not connecting and I am now prevented from trying again because they say I reached the maximum requests.

Easy to keep track of points. If I don’t have my card in me I always have my phone and can get points

I love Pinkberry. The flavors and customer service is always amazing ❤️so many toppings… I’m here at least 2x a week so the young lady who works there suggested the app for bonus goodies🥰💯GOooooo lemoncello 🖤💜🖤❤️

Pinkberry App. Pink Berry’s app is very easy to use and I’ve encountered no issues.

App is only good for tracking your freebies. If you are a huge Pinkberry fan like me you’ll have mixed feelings about this app. It’s great for tracking your purchases, and understanding store locations. However, you can never find the flavors you want at the stores indicated because the stores do not update flavor offerings at all – like ever. You have to call the store for flavors before wasting your time driving out to it.

Milk chocolate crunch. I’d give 5 stars but the choc crunch is wayy too expensive and they’re very cheap about it… if they would just make the price like 12 scoops for $5 i’d go almost every other day.

Needs some improvement. I love having coupons on my phone. However, I don’t understand all of the abbreviations. Could y’all add more information to the coupons?

Terrible App. Since last update is imposible to sign in, don't worry about recovery a password because it doesn't work either. I'm still have my "printed card"....

Pinkberry is the best. My daughter and I love pinkberry but I have experience, bad customer service at the 42nd location have not gone back since. Maybe we will visit another location soon.

Doesn’t Work. I gave install and download 4 times and it’s not letting me get into the app. Can you please fix this. I have an IPhone 8 plus?

No Apple Wallet Support. Please bring back Apple Wallet support! The app was so much more useful when you could instantly access your rewards card via Apple wallet.

Amazingly bad. What's going on with Pinkberry? A few years ago I really liked it and was impressed with the creativity of their flavors and presentation. Now it feels like TCBY. Same flavors all the time. And now this app. Holy cow... Terrible - not consistent with the image they want to project as an upscale yogurt company. It communicates that they put no thought into their products. Huge step backward for a company that should be trying a lot harder. Special bonus - when I tried to search for flavors at my local store, the app redirects me to a website that doesn't work. Get your act together Pinkberry - this app is not acceptable and will cost you business.

Love the yogurt not the app. The app hasn’t been as useful as I thought it would be. What’s annoying is is that for the apps I have and that exist in general, there is no easily locatable logout function for Pinkberry. This app doesn’t appear to have been updated for yrs. I’ll save my card number elsewhere and delete this app

Terrible and outdated app. The app is terrible and looks like it hasn’t been updated since iOS 5. More importantly, it doesn’t work well. It cannot even reliably keep track of loyalty points. And using a gift card? Forget about it.

Love it. My favorite is the natural flavor and when they have it, green tea. Best of all the places around.

Can't order or change my pw on the app. When most chains are putting out apps that allow you to order ahead, Pinkberry's app is barely much more than informational. I can't even change my password. Please update! Pinkberry is my favorite chain! Thanks!

Add Points AFTER Purchase. I couldn’t get the App Store to load before the purchase, so I was unable to download it for the barcode; I missed an opportunity to gain points. If there was an option to scan a receipt when this issue happens that would be Great! (Or some other options to make up for collecting points, like the option to submit the phone number associated with the account; that would be a more earth-friendly option.)

Best yogurt I’ve had and that they don’t overcharge. I absolutely love Pinkberry! My favorite is the hazelnut, but everything is oh so delicious! I love the fact that after you put all the toppings you want, you don’t end up paying almost $15 like at Red Mango and other yogurt shops. I just bought one with EVERYTHING I wanted and it was $9 (Large)🤤

Pretty useless. 2020 and they can’t update their app so you can order ahead? Middle of a pandemic you’d think they would adapt and update to fit the current needs.

LOVE IT. Pinkberry ignited my love for froyo and has since been my favorite froyo spot but I love them even more after receiving a free reward for my 1/2 birthday! I thought I was the only one who cared about my 1/2 birthday!!

All time Fave. The pomegranate is the best froyo on planet earth. I will get some if I am near a Pinkberry no matter what! Get in my way at your own risk. I will acquire pomegranate Pinkberry at any cost (life and limb included).

Pinkberry hacked my phone. It now alerts me whenever I'm close to a pinkberry store even when I disabled all notifications, talked to their techs, and now uninstalled the app. It is still alerting me without my permissions.

Pinkberry is heaven on earth. As someone who moved from somewhere loaded with pinkberries to somewhere with none, everytime I get the chance I go. Pinkberry has saved me and I tell all of my friends and family how it is the best place ever. I love it so much to the point where words can't describe. Apple Wallet Support Removed. Hard to believe that this app got even worse in the latest version. Adding your Pinkberry card to Apple Wallet wasn't working reliably in the previous version. Their solution seems to be removing that feature entirely. Defeats the purpose of the app for me.

Great - Easy to Pay & Get Rewards. Super easy now to rack up points for future purchases! Download, save it for when you need it!

Regressive. Feature-wise this version of the Pinkberry app is not as useful as the old version. Wallet Passes have been removed and I hate fumbling through an app at checkout instead of just opening Wallet.

Fav. It’s my favorite frozen yogurt place . Has the best flavors. My fav is the chocolate and hazelnut.

Disgusted with Pinkberry. Horrible!! Can’t get a gift card balance by calling number listed on the gift card or online! Called another customer service service line, oh sorry can’t get anyone on the phone there either. Last option is download their crappy app. Yup all done with Pinkberry!!

Love Pink Berry. The reason I love Pinkberry is, because it is one of two clean sanitary yogurt places. I hate self service yogurt places. People sample in an unsanitary way.

Pinkberry is the best. All of their flavors are delicious and I love love love all the toppings. Their frozen yogurt doesn’t lack taste.

Love love Pinkberry. I go to at least once a week. I go so much until the people there know what I’m going to order. I alway get the large take home filled with a mixture of pomegranate and strawberry lemonade. Delicious yum yummmm. The best yogurt place in the world. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

THE BEST FROYO. I haven’t used the new app that much, but I just got my birthday reward added in and so that’s great. I really just wanted to rave about the product itself though- pinkberry is literally my favorite frozen yogurt. It actually tastes like frozen yogurt, not like ice cream. At least if you get the fruit flavors which I always get haha! And the almond roca is such a great topping. I haven’t seen it everywhere, but everywhere in Texas I have seen it so far so that’s amazing.

App doesn't work. App will not let you add a printed card. Forces you to sign in and pick options from a non searchable menu, is user unfriendly. If I didn't need it for a rewards program I wouldn't even bother. But Pinkberry won't redeem printed loyalty cards without a digitally linked account. Bad company, worse app.

Easiest App I’ve used. There’s no complaints from me about this app easy to navigate and understand! My sweet treats are always freshly prepared when I arrive and delicious when I get home and start eating 🍨

Colombia. Columbia location in New York is the best, wish they had more flavors available but their frozen yogurt had the best texture

Bad update. As if the app wasn't bad enough... this update took away location hours and flavors. And when you go to the website for flavors at X location you can't navigate home to see the hours. A complete idiot programmed this. And more idiots signed off and paid the other idiot.

Great FroYo, Less Great App. Who doesn’t love the tart deliciousness of Pinkberry? But the app seems to have recently changed and in order to retrieve my forgotten password I had to laboriously fill in all my card and billing info again—does it not talk to Apple?

What... happened.... Did y’all fire your app development team?? The app wasn’t always this ghetto looking. Barely functions... there is a website page in the app, hot mess 😂 pinkberry get it together.

Cannot even sign out. The new app is terrible, the old app was way better. I can let even sign out to another account. This is ridiculous. They tore down the old app that actually looked decent and now it looks like some kind of amateur app with bootstrap design.

Happy Birthday!. Been a fan from the beginning and still I love! Thank you for consistency in flavor. I personally like originality and am not interested in the multiple flavor...it takes away from the authenticity, so thank you for remaining constant 😁😊😋😋

What's the app for?. Can't order through the app, what's the purpose...just to track someone's phone usuage? App is actually pretty useless, you can't even click on the flavors to learn more information on them.

Need to update to be able to load egifts. This app has potential, but needs a lot of work. It is buggy, and when you receive an egift, there is no way to load it into the app so not only do you have to be able to bring the email up on your phone (or print it negating the advantage of an egift), the poor swirlers have to type in a registration number each time after straining to read it on the phone. Passbook would also be a plus because this is app is not particularly friendly on the payment side. Please fix!!!

Terrible app. The best frozen yogurt ruined by a very very bad app. Come on Pinkberry, time to find a real developer and do this right. You are losing so much business and loyalty because of this.

App disappeared and took my points with it. I had the app, then I didn't. I don't know why it disappeared, but when I downloaded it again, my points were gone. I tried to submit an error report and it wouldn't go through, and the developer website gave a 404 error, so am unable to let anyone know, so writing this review. I'm unhappy with the app. I'm not unhappy with their product, however. Yum! I'm hoping they get these kinks with the app worked out, soon.

Manages money and doesn't help the user. I'm disappointed that the app does not replace the physical Pinkcard. It just lets you review how much is on your card and how many towards the 10 purchase, but it does not replace the card. It would be much more useful if it replaced the card to do something for the customer rather than cut Pinkberry's costs when it comes to answering status questions. Just an easier way for Pinkberry's to collect more money from you. As much as you might knock Starbucks, they are great at managing their gift cards and making it easy for their customers to use them.

Very Underwhelming. I downloaded this app yesterday when I received my loyalty card, which had two purchases on the card. The app said the card was invalid and then wouldn't let me leave feedback. Basically, the app may be okay unless you have a problem so they need to fix that. If I can't get my issues resolved, I'm more likely to not use the app and be forced to use the less convenient card

Wish.... Great app, much easier than keeping track of a card, but I wish your "favorite store" could pop up at time of payment instead of needing to search for it every time! Too many notifications, but useful to keep track of specials.

Finally!!!!!!. I can finally add this to my passbook! This app is almost identical to the starbucks app, which is great! I would love to see an order from phone feature to skip the line in the future! The only thing I don't like is the slide to pay looks very pre-ios7

From HERO to ZERO!. I had ZERO issues with this app UNTIL I upgraded to the iPhone 7. Now I can't download the app anymore. I get a message saying it's no longer available, yet it still shows up in the App Store. Not sure what's going on, but that's as big a fail as I can deal with. I have points I can't access. The only thing worse would be to lose them completely. So my three-star rating would have been a five because when I had the app it was great. But a great app that I can't use drops that five to a zero = split the difference! Great job to whoever is to blame.

Confusing. It’s a pretty confusing app

Not All That. Pinberry is a two to three time weekly visit for me. Ive used my app for my purchase points and each time find myself and others holding up the line from app showing error messages repeatedly. I have a brand new iphone and was on the wifi at my local Pinkberry. The employees noted they had the same issue with several customers and it has slowed lines down. Im all for techy usage, but I will be converting back to the card.. They do have these for people who do not have data phones.. Im jumping back to the classic... I rather enjoy my froyo than watch it melt while waiting for an app to work.

Terrible App, Amazing Yogurt. This is one of the worst apps I have used. It is outdated, does not have Apple Wallet support, it is hard to navigate and the design is terrible.

App Runs Smooth - Verify Email Problem. Version 1.1.1 runs smooth with no problems on iOS 6.1 As for everyone else's complaints with it running slowly. That has nothing to do with the App. That has to do with a poor wi-fi setup. I use my 4g LTE and have 0 problems. I actually make the line move faster using the app than slowing it down. Maybe people should use their providers data and not the local stores wi-fi.

Points disappear from the app. I give Pinkberry yogurt a million stars. However, this app lost all my points!

Great app!. It's a brand new app, give them a few weeks to get all the kinks worked out. It's not going to be perfect at first... that's what updates are for! No more keeping up with those stamp cards!

Nice App. Few small bugs. 1) unable to add to passbook in iOS 9.3 2) unable to write review or ask questions from within app 3) have to swipe twice to get points and debit balance. Other than that it is very convenient and funky!

Please Fix. I love PinkBerry, and I like to enjoy the app been trying to register forever and keeps giving a error message after you try & register info! Please fix!!!!! I will give you five stars after its fixed because thats its only problem for now.

C. Coupons suddenly not working. Not quite sure why or how, but seems to be going downhill. Location flavors now seem inconsistent. Only good thing are the toppings.

Doesn't work. I tried to recover my password, but the "submit" button doesn't work in the app, which renders the whole dang thing pretty useless.

Needs Improvement. I love Pinkberry. But this app needs definite work. The number of messages and therefore badges it shows is absurd, and there is not a quick way to get rid of them. I don't need to see any messages. It also does not allow you to see the whole message because the bottom is covered by the bar of options. It also needs to show the hours of each Pinkberry. It shows the location but then it doesn't say if that store is even open- a definite flaw. The only real uses for this app are the pink card (I'm assuming... Although it doesn't come out until the 10th so I'm not exactly sure what that does), the locations of stores, and the yogurt options available. I can't foresee myself looking at the 30+ messages they send or buying that many (if any) gift cards for people, so those tabs aren't even really necessary in my opinion. And yet with all of this excess information, I can't even tell if the nearest Pinkberry is open for me to visit. I'm sure with a few fixes this app will be much more user friendly and desirable to use.

Disappointing!. Great concept, terrible execution. I have an awful time pulling up the Pinkberry location at checkout. I don't understand why this process is even necessary. A scannable barcode would be infinitely easier. Also, I tried to set up auto recharge on my app but it started charging my credit card randomly. What gives, Pinkberry? Are you trying to turn away loyal customers from your brand? This app is inexcusable.

Super buggy. I have had a problem using this since downloading it. Today I tried repeatedly to load the card and it wouldn't accept my payment. When I tried to purchase a yogurt, it wouldn't allow my remaining balance to be used, so I was forced to pay cash. The manager was super nice about it and gave me card for a free yogurt next time, but I just don't see the point in an app that simply doesn't work. If it doesn't get fixed soon, I won't go back.

Very Disappointed!. I'm giving one star only because I LOVE Pinkberry! I go to my local store between 4-6 times per week, so I was excited to hear about the app & all that I could use it for. I downloaded it yesterday, and after registering, I keep getting error messages, it freezes on each page, and when I attempt to read messages, it won't open past the message list page. I cannot load pmt info, and personalization functions are not working! Please fix ASAP!

My girlfriend is crazy about this app. I sometimes wonder if my girlfriend is dating me just because I have this app on my iPhone. She freaking loves Pinkberry. When the new Grapefruit flavor came out, she went bananas (double-points!). Basically, this app is a lot easier to carry around than a flimsy "loyalty stamp card". It's easy to use, and you can use it anywhere in NYC. Even if you don't know how to use it, the people at Pinkberry teach you what to do. All-in-all, my gf loves it, and I love it.

To everyone who had major problems with it.... I work in a pinkberry, and this app wasn't supposed to be released until October 10, and that's why everyone was having problems with it. It wasn't ready. Anyways, it works tons better now in my opinion, but it could use store hours! Even though that isn't very hard to google if you really want the hours.

App disappeared, unable to download. I've had this app and used it for a couple of years and it worked fine. Until one day I went to pull it up on my phone and it was gone. I have tried to download it again and it says "no longer available" hmm ok. It's been like this for months now. It's too bad because it was a great rewards program. I hope they get this fixed!

Faulty app & terrible customer service. I downloaded the app because the employee at pinkberry convinced me to (since they didn't have any actual cards at the store). After downloading the app and registering, they saw my name in the system and said they checked me in. It didn't show up on my app that I purchased a frozen yogurt... But the employee ensured that it would just take a little time. I went home and of course... Still no update several hours later. I emailed the customer service for pinkberry and they responded by asking me to send in a receipt via courier! First of all, who keeps frozen yogurt receipts (I hardly even receive them from pinkberry). Second of all, why not a scanned pic to email? We are not in the dark ages anymore. Ultimately, I deleted this app from my phone. It's just a waste of space. Maybe sticking to the dark ages works... Because if the store eventually gets paper cards, I'd rather do that than have an app that doesn't work.

Can't download the App. I just found out that I can't download the App but it's on my Apple wallet. I went to see the reviews and other people are also having problems with the App. I guess I have to find out if the physical card still works since the App is unavailable or use the pass in the wallet if it works. Is anyone going to fix the issue?!

Non-functional App. First of all, I have to say I was very disappointed to find that rewards through this app aren't accepted at the Minnesota location. I bought my sister a gift card for her birthday, and they will not accept it. A complete waste of $25. Additionally, the app recently disappeared off of my phone and I am no longer able to download it. Really frustrating considering I was finally going to be able to use it during a trip to New York.

Great App. I love going to Pinkberry, especially my favorite store at Garden City Center! With this app it's so easy to rack up rewards and even pay with my card. You can load money onto it and use it as a gift card if you'd like, or just use it as a rewards card. They give you a FREE small JUST FOR REGISTERING! I can even search stores for my favorite flavor, and they'll even notify me when my favorite store is swirling something new. This app is much more user friendly then Orange Leaf's and Pinkberry is just all around better. Excellent launch version.
