Pure junk. The app is literally the worst pile I’ve ever had the experience of using just delete it and don’t offer one planet smoothie or do better what a waste of time.

Great!. This app is great! I like to place my order ahead of time and they always have my smoothie ready when I walk in the door! Quick and easy to use!

Waste of space. Says no locations in my area and there’s one a mile up the road.....

Don’t get what I order in line. When I order on line, I never know what smoothie I’m going to get. Different every time.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I can’t believe I just wasted 10 minutes of my life trying to navigate this worthless app. After I read the sorry reviews about how bad it was. It’s total my fault, but shame on Planet Fitness for putting out such a terrible app.

Broken app: do not download. Orders get sent to florida location by default even after selecting a different store. Had to call that store to get a refund.

Defective. App doesn’t accept new customer information (for new accounts) after filling all information correctly. I’m sure it steals your private information.

Very frustrating app. You have to close out the app and start over to navigate to previous screens. Not impressed. The nutritional information doesn't fit the screen and it's incomplete.

What’s the point??. Won’t let your order from pretty much all locations 🤷🏻‍♀️

Don’t even try it. I could not get this app to work. Would not accept payment after I finally got it set up. Worthless! The store says use their website not the app. Get this thing off the App Store!

App is NOT customer friendly!!!. First time placing an order. I picked the store and when I ordered it and paid I noticed it sent me to a different store. Although the substitutions for personalized drinks are easy and user friendly, the app is plain and boring. You can only call the store you ordered from to handle any mistakes mishaps or issues. There is no way to cancel an order and when I called the store the poor girl was so busy and didn’t know what or how to deal with the cancellation and refund. Not her fault. Waiting on a call back to see if I can get refunded. Wish me luck!

What’s the point?!. App does not offer order ahead option. The app does not provide any additional content that you can’t access online via Google search.

Horrible time drain. Doesn’t take the coupons those come from Indiv stores doesn’t take working credit cards either .

Won’t let me sign up. This app is truly awful. Not sure how a popular brand can have a non functional app. Very frustrating.

Store closed. It’s unfortunate when you order online for your kids, the money comes out of your account and you get to the store only to find it’s closed.

No good. This is ridiculous! I read all the reviews current and prior years and still not working. Hey do you just not care☹️

Nothing works. Can’t create an account, and it won’t tell me what’s wrong. Smoothie King has a 5-star app; maybe these guys should see if they can get some tech support from their competitor.

Broken. Doesn’t do anything. Shows zero locations. Worthless.

Poor App Options - Needs to be updated. I shouldn't have to start an order to see a menu. Where is the menu to see first? I cannot see my rewards points. It's not user friendly. I won't use it and will forgo a visit if our Planet Smoothie is busy.

Crap app. Hav been trying to order online for a week and get nothing but an error message saying something went wrong - what’s the point of having an app if it isn’t usable

No Point System. I have yet to find the point system or have any rewards for the past 3 months of me using the app. I can’t believe it.

Waste of time. App has one purpose, to search for Planet Smoothie locations. You can’t order ahead, doesn’t give rewards, etc.

Too bad I have to push 1 Star.. This app is just terrible. For sure no. Don’t even bother downloading. Seriously. Seeing it in your recently downloaded will just take you back to a time when you remember you actually wasted moments of your life you will NEVER get back. Spare yourself the agony.

Ok. Biggest problem I have with this app is sometimes it doesn’t show the menu at all. Lucky I am just reordering the drink I always drink. Would be nice to have app more user friendly.

Terrible app!. Very outdated and needs a serious update. Nutrition information does not include any seasonal items. I agree with previous reviewer that says you have to get out of the app to return to previous pages.

Great app. Very easy to use app don’t have to sign in just order and get it at the closest planet smoothie near you.

Zero stars; can’t even log in. This app doesn’t recognize my phone number or my email address, so I can’t sign into it at all. (It works on the website, tho.) It’s so useless I’d give it zero stars… no wonder it’s rated so low!

I'm sure app is great. However seems to be not loading at all with the recent ios9 update. A branch in Florida has a royalty program for every 10 visits to get reduced price on next purchase. Curious if the app will have features like this that tie into one corporate system maybe that all planet smoothie locations will have to entice people to go in more?

Not a fan because it’s not versatile. No way to receive points on an in person order made without the app. I can’t upload my receipt or anything.

Awful account creation problems. Literally tried for 20 minutes to make and account, because it refused to let me continue as a guest, citing a “invalid first name.” The account creation constantly told me there were errors regarding my request, even though every single form said valid. Eventually gave up, terribly not user friendly.

App won’t continue with gift card payment. When I try to enter and pay with a gift card, it accepts the number that I input but then doesn’t take me to where I can use it to finalize the order. This makes getting the gift cards and using them on this app impossible. Please fix.

Don’t get why this is rated so bad. I use this to mobile order my smoothies all the time! Super easy to navigate and use, no problems at all :)

Unable to use: BUG. Unable to get credit for/ access to my points. The app won’t allow me to create an account! So annoying. Beyond frustrating.

Messed up. It’s really messed up that you have to agree to let them share your personal information in order to use the app.

Online ordering doesn't work. This is what I get when trying to place my order. The store is clearly open because I called. "Something Is Wrong Online ordering is unavailable at this time. Please use the location finder to try another location nearby."

Can’t join the rewards. Tried to creat an account with multiple emails and keeps saying there’s an error in the field but doesn’t tell you what the error is. It’s only a few things to enter.. ohh well I tried to give you business.. guess I’m going to Smoothie King instead.

Account creation error. Can’t create an accout because of “errors with the submission” but doesn’t tell you what’s wrong. App deleted.

App Crash. Forget about ordering ahead. App always crashes when you go to payment, and the app is hard to navigate anyways.

App is broken. This app hasn’t worked once since the day I got it, it just says an error occurred when you hit start Order

App won’t work, won’t create account. App says phone number invalid, I tried to enter to multiple ways, unstalled and re-installed the app to no avail. Even though I have a rewards account in the store that I use, it won’t let me creat an account so I have to type in all of my info for every online order. So frustrating

Terrible App. Downloaded the app and tried to create an account. Unfortunately the only things you can fill in are your email, first and last name. Won’t let you put in a password, therefore you’re unable to create an account. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Pointless app!. Horrible! Says no locations near me when there’s three in my area! Then I tried searching the state and still said no locations!

Won’t create an account. I’ve tried to download and re-download the load the app multiple times, and each time it will not allow me to create an account. Keep saying there is an error.

Needs update. Pointless app, really needs an update. Only has a location finder which you can use any other maps app for.

This app is horrendous. I’ve never written an app review in my 10+ years of having an iPhone but this app was so bad I had to come on here just to let the public know. Nothing works across the board with this app. From account creation, to login, to order, to order confirmation, nothing works properly. Absolutely brutal.

Better off using the website. This app is so wrong. There is more than the Doylestown, PA location, whichI find out on the website over this.

Crashes constantly. Every time I click order or locations it crashes. Am literally going to a much farther away smoothie place because this app is so bad and I can’t order ahead.

Doesn’t work.. Placed order on new version. Sent order to different store. Cannot cancel order or get refund.

Terrible App. Have had an account for years but it lost my data. Was really looking forward to coming for my birthday and now app isn’t even working to make a new account. Buggy software.

Un happy GingerLicious smoothie lover in Florida. Horrible app the coupons can’t be added! My first order was never documented that I purchased anything in its history! It said start my first order! I got a text coupon for 2$ off first order never happened! Can’t enter coupon code!

Location. Creates my acct but the location right next to me which is store #19064 does not pop-up on the app it takes me to a store that’s 25 mins away from me. 😟

Horrible app. I’ve tried to create an account several times & every time receive an error code. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same issues. Great smoothies…horrible app

Does nothing.. Even location search by zip code is broken. Why even have an app like this — is just makes me hate your brand more

No Pre-Ording. This seems to be an informational app only, no pre-ordering. Where is the convenience in that?

APP CANNOT SCAN REWARDS. Hey I have used your application for a while now and it becomes a bit frustrating when trying to use the QR code to scan my rewards. It is something that could simplify the process and make operations smoother in everyday life.
