Very good, Comprehensive, Backed by Verizon. Very good. Solid and dependable. I am currently overseeing 65 trucks using these truck tacking & ELD’s daily.

Helpful. Helps so much with knowing if my parents are in or out of service and if I could call the clients location for them or not

Just getting started. I just started using the Reveal app so far so good it is doing everything we needed to do for a small business I can comment on one thing at this moment setting up the orders in Reveal is awesome we get the name and the phone number the address what we need to do we send the information to the technician which ever technician is closest they get the message do the work and complete the job all in their phoneWithin the specific timeframe I don’t ever have to speak to my technicians about jobs we communicate with this app we only talk on the phone for FuN!!!

Horrible customer service. Do not touch this company. They could not fix our systems and then are trying to screw us when we canceled the service to go to another provider who system actually worked properly. 20 service calls in a two-year period and 17 are open and unresolved. Then they try to screw you when you leave.

Crashes on iPad when you try to view live map. This issue has been happening since it switched from Fleetmatics. So annoying to have to use phone app I stad of large iPad screen. Wish they would fix this.

Tracker. I enjoy buying these deceives thru version to track my fleets.

Poor customer service. The salesmen are awful!! they will not get me the help I need…. Currently looking for anything company to track our trucks

Frustrating. The app usually works well but, it keeps saying I need to update when I already have the latest version.

Ron Verga Rons Carpet. I have had a problem with one of my units not working I called and started a case number they told me the the reason it wasn’t working is that it needed to be replaced with their new 5G unit and that I needed 3 of them for other trucks also said they would ship to me and gave me a number for scheduling installation we’ll never got the units I called for installation four times and they keep sending me to someone else no one can do anything about my problem I got better service from the original company I told them if someone didn’t call me and get it straight I’m canceling everything totally dissatisfied this is bad customer service

Places regularly disappear and stops don’t clear for drivers. I’ve been using this app close to a year now. My places that I save regularly disappear resulting in the need to look up addresses rather than being able to type client names. Additionally, I frequently have stops fail to clear from my drivers, even when they complete or cancel them, and when I dispatch stops they’re often put into different orders that do not make for efficient routes. Despite this, when the app works, it works well and gives me oversight and alerts into driver activity and the ability to quickly add stops to routes. I wish it worked more often.

Fix notification issue. The app works relatively well and I have very few issues but I do not like the fact I cannot remove a notification from an alert even after viewing it through the app. I need to view it on the computer before it removes it from my phone application. Any way we could resolve this?

No customer support. Been trying to figure out how to get access to simple speeding alerts since end of December with no luck. Support keeps giving us the run around with no end in sight.

Shows 3 possible locations close by. Need new software to be more accurate, one vehicle cannot be 3 different places with in close proximity to one another. Put more building & location data!!!!

Great service. This is a great service and highly recommended for any company with a fleet of vehicles. I’ve been using this for a few years now. One of my vans had been stolen the very first month I put the GPS is in place. I hadn’t even paid the first monthly bill yet and I was able to recover over $40,000 because of this service. I know that this is an extreme situation and not the reason why I purchased the service. On a daily basis it helps to communicate more effectively with customers by letting them know when a technician will arrive to their home. It also helps with vehicle maintenance and keeps track of when oil changes are due and tire rotations.

Tracking. We use this app every day to keep track of our trucks. It lets us know their location, gives us alerts of speeding, and we are able to show our customers when a truck left their plant, the route taken, and when it arrived at our facility. Our insurance provider gives us a discount for having this tracking and we were able to clear a driver of a claim of reckless driving and speeding.

Horrible customer service. I never write reviews but have to on this company. I do not recommend this company at all. I’ve had horrible customer service issues with waiting on long phone conversations with customer service with no resolve. They send the wrong product out and don’t return phone calls. I am paying for services I am not receiving as well. Not happy at all.

New update, no good.. I use to be able to run a report with my mobile device, but ever since I did the latest update, it will not load, I click on the “Report” tab and the wheel just keep spinning forever.

Can’t find my trucks. We’ve had the app for years. Lately we can’t find our equipment. There is a hugh delay in position shown and the actual location. Does catch up but not acceptable performance. Notices of truck location based on geofencing are also delayed. Seems as though they are batched and sent all at once later in the day or in the evening. Not pleased we may have to look for an alternative provider.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to resolve defective product problem since May 5, I call & get passed around to different department with no resolve. I’ve requested call back from a customer service representative yet I’m sent the wrong product. I’m owed credit from non service yet still UNRESOLVED

Works well for keeping tabs on my fleet. Works well.

Late. The app runs behind and is not real-time. It’s not a huge deal except when you’re trying to use the app you’re usually running late yourself. Which brings me to my second issue. This is a much larger one. Every time I try and use the app it has logged me out. It would be great to have a remember me button or incorporate touch ID. They have also been several times when the given password does not work, even after contacting the admin and double checking. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app on several occasions just to be able to log in. That’s a huge issue. Except when you need to use this app you’re usually running late yourself.

Could be lots more than it is. The replay list doesn’t show current location. Have to have 2 apps to have a decent level of experience with this, the reveal and the spotlight. Get constant calls for upgrades but when I say I’m not happy to this sales people, it falls on deaf ears with a quick exit off the phone. For the cost, it definitely leaves more to be desired @ $27/month for one vehicle.

Nice and convenient. Very informative and helpful when keeping up with vehicles.

Verizon is not at all helpful. Verizon staff from the installer to customer service has been very UN HELPFUL! I have 2 units of which I have no idea how to use properly, definitely can not set up the way I was told they would work for my company. The camera seems unnecessary bigger than it should be! It’s a recent install , I’ll keep working with the systems to see how it turns out!

Notifications. My app always shows 368 notifications on the icon. Even after I open the app to clear it out it comes right back. I wish the problem would be fixed as it has always been like that for me at least. App is up to date, my phone is running ios13 now. Pretty sure the iPhone software has nothing to do with it as it was that way when I was running v12. Anyone else have this problem??

Great app. The app has been an extremely useful tool for our company for many years. The report features and ease of use has been a breath of fresh air for all our employees. Honking down on time spent on jobs and verifying travel time is invaluable. However in the past several months the report feature stopped working on our apps and that’s annoying. We used to use that all the time and now it’s useless. Hope they can get it fixed soon.

Horrible. Really bad app can’t edit anything, customer service is trash with holds of 30+ mins and no solution just to call back in 24 or 48 hours with no solution

Alerts. Alerts won’t clear Cleared in system. App still won’t clear. Get notice thinking have new alert and nothing is there.

Not bad. It works most of the time. Some days a huge delay and in some rural areas, it doesn’t work at all. Over all, pretty good….

Awful Customer Service. I have been trying to cancel my account for 3 months. I have been assigned 3 different case numbers and continue to receive bills and no response from customer service or my account representative. Awful company to deal with.

Need help to learn how to use it better than I have. I would like an expert from Verizon connect to call me and let me know how I can use this better for my business I’ve been just left with no help whatsoever with this app

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. Stay away from these thieves. I’ve been trying since April to cancel when the contract ended. Months of lies and being ignored is all I got. What a disgusting bunch of “success managers “ I imagine their supervisor trains them that way since I’ve been through a couple. Both lied and ignored me. I have ALL the documentation and correspondence. I am going to start posting it everywhere. I’m done. You all are the absolute worst people I’ve dealt with in my 50 years. Not sure how you can find people like that.

Hardly works. Had these installed on our buses and they only worked for about two or three months. They stopped working then and when we called about it it was a total nightmare getting transferred back and forth to the right person to help us. They told us we needed new tracking devices put in because the originals were no longer supported by them and they never informed us about any of that. On top of that they still do not work and it has been about a year and a half since they were first installed. Not happy at all with this service!

Login. Continue to have issues logging in. On certain days it will not take my credentials next day it logs in just fine. So cannot keep up with my fleet on regular basis. That is why we will be switching to another company after first of the year.

NEEDS HELP. The product itself is GREAT and VERY useful. The company management, customer service, and overall ability to run the business and/or handle customers is horrible. They make it VERY difficult to reach help and VERY difficult to accomplish anything. Otherwise the product is very good.

Terrible company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Verizon Connect has the absolute worst customer service and billing practices. They should be put out of business immediately. Don’t believe me? Look at reviews online. They are the worst, they will stick to you. They will screw you and they will lie to you.

Horrible. I been trying to cancel this app since the beginning and Verizon is the worse customer service ever soon as contract is up I will be getting out of this garbage app.

Scammers don’t fall for Verizon service. I have started the service with Verizon I signed 3 years contract after signing I have not heard from anyone in the company to install my equipment They mailed me the equipment and I was not been able to install it. It took me 3 months calling/emailing. And reaching out to the agent who signed me up no one helped I was getting the play around. And no their sending me for collection for something I didn’t use horrible company. If I am able to give 0 I won’t even hesitate. Im going to keep spreading the bad experience I had so no one else fall for this.

Worst customer service. The customer service and the support ticket system they have is the absolute worst. Like other people have reviewed our service didn’t work for 6 months straight and they still billed us. They even billed one month 3 times our normal bill amount and can’t explain why. After numerous phone calls and 4 account disputes they closed our account, apologized and said they would credit the amount due. 3 months later we get a notice from collections for the amount due. Great way to treat a customer for over 12 years. It’s sad to see such a great product that sagequest created be ruined by incompetent people.

Sorry service. Can’t get anything right. On the phone with the most stupidest people I have heard from for hours . Sounds like they are reading from a book

OK. App is ok. Could use updates and features and be a bit more modernized.

Live map. Live map isn’t activated on the app it won’t load up where on the computer it loads up phone

Still rubbish. How about fixing the constant booting out and having to re login. Not even banking apps do this. Get with the times and have face id as well. Really has gone downhill since the takeover

Very useful. Very easy to use for work and track our drivers 24/7. I don’t need to be in the office to use it which is a huge +

“Try Again”. Replay markers still display in wrong order. Maybe next time it will be right.

Lots of data. If you use this app. It will tell much about where the car has been and when. If it was driven safely, speeding or heavy braking with replay function. Plus more.

Bobbeskington. Doesn't work, paid lots of $$$$$ and it showed vehicle driving down the middle of a river. Don't waste your time or money !

Overpriced. Very hard to get out of the service. Have been trying for three years.

Missing features. Would be a great app if I could see all my vehicles unit numbers on the map so I new who was where with out having to select one at a time. "I can't believe this small detail got missed" I find my self blowing up the old iPhone app on my I pad just so I can see my unit numbers at the same time PLEASE UPDATE

Cannot open travel and stops. When I click on travel and stops it closes the app

No Inventory to support customers. Been a long time customer. Frustrated with inability to supply units for an expanding fleet . Also inability to replace obsolete and broken down units.

Charged for devices that do not work. Iv been over billed for over a year and I have been calling and no one has responded to my case number. Over $1000 in over charges. And now they deactivated my account and refuse to awnser to me. This is a joke. I am a small business owner going through a hard time and this is a big hit. Do not trust Verizon and their staff. I don't blame the staff I blame the company and the management practice.

Bad app development!. Every week the app just logs me out and I have to put the password and login every time this is ridiculous how can I control my fleet if I have constant check if I’m still logged in. And why there no options to save the login and password?!? Until you fix this it’s 1 star

BEST FLEET APP/SOFTWARE AROUND. I have used many different fleet management products over my 20+ years as a Fleet Manager and now Owner of my own company. In all my years I have never come across anything as reliable and smooth running as Verizon Connect/Fleetmatics. There app is as easy as they come to operate. Rarely ever have any issues and the few times I have had issues in my 4 years using them have always had lightning fast response to my issues.

Worst ELD. Worst ELD in the market. Stay away

Terrible, terrible service. If you are reading this before getting Verizon’s reveal, DO NOT DO IT. Terrible app, terrible service, and lagging ELD features. Their is better options currently on the market. It has been the worse customer service experience of my business career.

Terribly Hard to set up and no alerts yet.. Should be plug an play why is it so difficult and technical ?

So many bugs.. We use Fleetmatics gps devices in all our trucks at work. We constantly have to call the support line to tell them that the locations given by Reveal do not match the actual locations of the truck. We had one truck say it was being towed everywhere when it wasn't. We had another truck that said it was running and never left one spot for days. They also need to add a way for us to update the vehicle drivers from the app itself instead of logging into the PC.

Lacks features / update ruined visual. There is a ton of components that can only be done via a computer and not on the app. I essentially can only look at locations of the fleet on the app, everything else might as well be done on the computer - not as useful as it could be. Verizon update has ruined the visual appearance on my iPhone 8 Plus. It looks like everything is zoomed in. This is a pretty silly mistake for a company as large (and as focused on technology) as Verizon to make on their first update of the app. Why is there no feedback option within the app either?

iPad IOS Reveal Manager App constantly crashing!!. I have been a customer of Fleetmatics for over 5 years and have went through many ups and downs. We have well over 100 Units on this system and I rely heavily on the IPad to track my vehicles live. Ever since I updated the old Reveal app to this Verizon Reveal Manager, the app crashes multiple times a day requiring me to delete the app and reinstall. Once reinstalled it may work for a minute or an hour but is sure to crash again. I have called FLeetmatics only to be told it is my IPad and it needs to be repaired. Funny thing is my iPad is up to date and everything else works fine. I have multiple other iPads in our organization that also experience this same app crashing. When it works its great, and when it doesn’t I cant help but question the investment I am making to this company for a useless product. Verizon if you are reading this please fix the bugs in this app for IPad IOS users it is very frustrating!

Terrible. I ordered two asset units and put them on very expensive machinery now the United aren’t tracking. This could end badly if I don’t get my machines back

Avoid Fleetmatics. Avoid them at all cost. They will lock you in to a 3 year contract that automatically renews without notification! They will not address any of your technical concerns or problems with the new reveal system. The old system was good but reveal is terrible and now they will not release our contract and force us to stay with a sub par system.

Great app!. Very easy to use.

Cancellation nightmare. This company is ok until you need to cancel. I cancelled on November 2021 and they are still trying to charge me another year. Don’t use this company.

Needs work. Good app but needs full functionality as on computer.

ELD. It’s good you just got to get to know how to control your ELD.

This App is the worst!!!!!. Don’t forget your password or else you won’t be able to get back in at all. Also, keep in mind when the app is overloaded with traffic it will tell you your password is incorrect when it is not.

App flaws. It would be super nice to update service info in this app. Sadly the service portion is only available online at a stationary computer. It would really help a mechanic if he were able to update these things on the fly from a smart phone. The app should have the option to update the live map more frequently based on user preferences. I understand it only updates every 30 seconds to save data and such but it should be left up to the user. It would also be nice to remove the notifications from the app rather than only on the computer.

Seeing the ‘1’ on the Notifications is Annoying. It’s good for the live map but you can’t clear the notifications for the alert log (like the old app) or delete them (like the website), so my iPhone always has a ‘1’ on the alerts unless I go to the site and clear it out. I’ve called and emailed, they can’t find a solution. They need to figure it out.

Black&White. This app is awesome

Furniture installer. With recent update daily review was taken out. We use that feature through out the day to keep track of a lot of thing to stay updated. 5 stars with this put back.

This product stopped showing places since he first August update?. Support put me on hold 3 times and never answered? I really liked and used it extensively but till they fix it -1 star

Glitchy and broken. This app is the most frustrating thing I’ve have to deal with. It will kick you off while you are using it, then when you log back in, it can only find the vehicles you were just tracking 30% of the time. Plus it takes upwards of 1.5 minutes to update vehicle location.

Horrible accounting. They have terrible accounting, and the cancelation penalty is a joke once my agreement is up PEACE OuT

Deleting alerts. This app works for my company very well. Is there a way to delete alerts after they have been read on the app.

Difficult to process the information. Difficult to address it

Needs work. Alerts won’t clear.. App never updates An is slow as hell needs work

Leaped before they looked. There is no way that this app was ever tested before it was released. It offers new views that are helpful but you can't even view vehicle location without the app crashing. As far as the web browser version that they forced users to switch to, I lost all of my vehicle maintenance information and received little help by support to correct issues. Doesn't seem like they took the time to train the staff on the new version, all 4 people I talked to were unfamiliar with the product. Don't waist your money on fleetmatics, I can't believe I'm paying for this junk.

Garbage. I’m an owner operator and this is the worst electronic log I’ve ever used. It’s constantly violating me for driving over 8 hours, as it did a moment ago, but I took a 30 minute break an hour ago, and haven’t even been working 8 hours yet. This happens daily, not the same violation, the app likes to change it up. I’m going to lose my business if I get audited. The delays from switching from one mode to the next are increasing. I can stop and fully fuel before it automatically kicks out of driving mode so I can say I’m stopping for fuel. If my phone loses service I’ll have to log in, it will say it can’t locate my vehicle. I’ll add it manually then all of a sudden I’ll have 30 hours of straight driving reported. Avoid this app at all costs.

Direction. Unable to navigate to fleet vehicles using google maps now. Used to be able to click on vehicle in live maps, click direction, and google maps would take me right to vehicle location. Now when you click direction, it opens up App Store for google maps!

SC. Not an easy way to clear the red alerts on the app.

Terrible. The equipment is off more than it’s on. No one will contact us back for support.

Meh. I have alerts but when I click on "alerts", which has a little "5" on it showing how many alerts are there it's blank with a little message box that says "no data available". What does "safety" consist of? I can find no explanation for that metric on the scoreboard. I have certain drivers that have zero speeding or harsh driving events but low safety score... Why? I can't find an explanation on your website either. I expected more from a service we pay to use.

Difficulties. Difficult to schedule appointments

Just okay. I liked the sage quest app better. For the love of Christmas please allow us to delete alerts in the future.
