Terrific Toddler Tale App. My toddler son and I enjoy hearing these simple and sweet stories. Our number one favorite tale is called, I Like Cats.

Great books. These stories are beautifully photographed with thoughtful images that appeal to a wide range of young children. The narration is clear, concise and pleasant. I find these stories useful for independent reading by child as well as a great starting point for lesson plans.

Surprised!. At first glance I thought this was going to be some leveled reading books until I started reading some of the stories. They would be difficult to read for Kinders that I work with, but then I came across the customizable section. This would allow me to make a easy Leveled books for my readers, especially my English language learners who need a lot if vocabulary support. I was disappointed at first then pleasantly surpised.

Five stars is not enough!. Best reading app EVER! The stories are nice, however I'm working with adult learners, so the ability to customize is PRICELESS. To have personalized audio synchronized with customized text blows away any other app I've found. Thank you developers for an AMAZING tool that truly utilizes the magic of the iPad.

Took money and didn’t unlock. I paid $4.99 for this app all of the books are still locked and will not work. Now I have to take extra time to try to get a refund.

Enjoyable stories. These stories are appropriate for early readers. They are almost like having a conversation. The images are lively and applicable.

Making my own story. I really liked being able to write and record my own story. I could use photos and could draw pictures, as well as being able to record the story.

My daughter seems to like it!. I watched my 4 year old as she read the stories. Although they seemed a little disjointed from the pictures sometimes, she really likes it. She pauses after the lines are read to her, as if she's really trying hard to understand. I'm hopeful this will help expand her reading capability.

Great App with multiple options.. Just downloaded this app to use with my first grade students. I look forward to customizing the books to include student input. I wish there was a way to change from read aloud to read independently but I can always turn off the sound. Thanks!

I like books. I must say that I am pleasantly surprised! I use the stories with the children I work with and they just love the pictures! Great job!

Good idea but has big glitch or more. Right now when I have the "edit lock" turned on, I am still able to edit the books by raising the tool bar. (That is a big issue because that means with a quick tap of a button or two my children could edit the books too and the books are quite good as they are.) Also, the add & create your own book feature is not working even when I do unlock the edit button. Plus, then it won't let me get back to the home page, so I have to completely exit the app to get back to the home page. (It's frustrating it's not working because the create own book part is what I really wanted this app for; Other than the make & "edit" each book features, it is identical to "I like books - 37... Book set")

Have been a fan!. I had the first version of I like books on my old 3S phone and I loved it then! Keep up the good work!

More Options Please. Nice story collection. Thanks! However, the I Like Books series had the following options-- "Read to Me", "Read byMyself", and "Autoplay". It also provided the option to point to individual words to hear them out loud. Terrific features which I don't see in I Like Stories.

WOW What an App!. I have just sent the link to this to everyone I know. The books themselves are great. Simple readers suitable for the age recommended. However the App itself is suitable for all ages. Each story is fully customisable, allowing you to change and add all text and photos plus you can add your own books. It's so easy to use, kids can use their own artwork and photos, then write their own books independently. I will be getting so much use out of this at home and with my class at school. Great!. Love the stories. Pictures are very nice. In the edit mode stickers, and colouring can be added, pictures can be made bigger and smaller, and that is fun. However, if pictures are moved off the page they are gone! No way to get them back! So I will deduct a star for this reason.
